Pastor’s Note “Ariel,” the Lion of God (i.e., the people of Jerusalem) is exposed for its hypocrisy. Let today’s Old Testament reading remind us that “to whom much is given, much is required” (cf. Lk.12:48). As God invests in us, let us be found faithful.
