SPEAKER_09: I appreciate y'all being here.
3:07
SPEAKER_09: We got a lot to talk about.
3:09
SPEAKER_09: More Nolan Wells.
3:11
SPEAKER_09: Every time I look around, there's a new theory floating around.
3:14
SPEAKER_09: And make sure y'all follow this girl, Jay Megan.
3:18
SPEAKER_09: They took one of her pages, they're trying to take her other page off TikTok.
3:23
SPEAKER_09: Jay Megan, I think her name is Nerdy Pink Panda.
3:25
SPEAKER_09: She just moved over to TikTok.
3:27
SPEAKER_09: I mean, moved over to YouTube.
3:29
SPEAKER_09: So we want to definitely support her.
3:32
SPEAKER_09: She's been doing a lot of investigating and digging, and we got to support her because they can't just be taking people's pages away for doing their own investigating.
3:42
SPEAKER_09: I don't like that.
3:43
SPEAKER_09: So let's make sure I'm trying to support Jay Megan.
3:46
SPEAKER_09: She's on YouTube.
3:47
SPEAKER_09: Go check her out.
3:48
SPEAKER_09: But we're gonna deep dive on her latest theory about it's another girl besides Katie that we need to be paying attention to and different boats.
4:00
SPEAKER_09: This thing is getting crazy, uh.
4:02
SPEAKER_09: I don't even know.
4:03
SPEAKER_09: I was gonna break this down, but I was like, let me just let her break it down and get my commentary because I don't want to mess up none of her her uh great research.
4:12
SPEAKER_09: How's everybody doing today?
4:14
SPEAKER_09: Where the hell is Justice for Nolan and Pac?
4:17
SPEAKER_09: I I hear you, Marie.
4:19
SPEAKER_09: Marie said, Justice for Nolan and Pac.
4:24
SPEAKER_09: Put a one in the chat if you can hear me.
4:28
SPEAKER_09: So let's let how was everybody's weekend?
4:33
SPEAKER_09: We're about to dive into this new Nolan Wells.
4:37
SPEAKER_09: I've been jumped off the bandwagon, Felicia.
4:41
SPEAKER_09: All right, y'all can hear me?
4:43
SPEAKER_09: So let's not, we ain't gonna wait.
4:45
SPEAKER_09: Oh, and later today, I'm expecting a call around noon.
4:50
SPEAKER_09: I'm expecting a call around between 11 a.m.
4:53
SPEAKER_09: and noon on some exclusive new Diddy information that nobody else has.
5:00
SPEAKER_09: Y'all know my family keep me updated.
5:02
SPEAKER_09: He's he called me last night.
5:04
SPEAKER_09: He said he got something crazy to tell me about Diddy.
5:07
SPEAKER_09: He said he's calling me today at between 11 and 12.
5:11
SPEAKER_09: So be looking up for looking out for a crazy update later today um on Diddy and what's been going on and what's going on behind bars.
5:20
SPEAKER_09: Shoot, I'm excited.
5:21
SPEAKER_09: I want to know what the hell he's talking about.
5:23
SPEAKER_09: It must be something though.
5:26
SPEAKER_09: So let's get into this Nolan Wells new uh information that J.
5:33
SPEAKER_09: Meghan has uncovered.
5:37
SPEAKER_01: Sometimes, in order to go forward in an investigation, you have to go back to the beginning.
5:40
SPEAKER_01: And once I did, I realized we have missed something huge, y'all.
5:44
SPEAKER_01: Crocs on the ground, and you're never gonna believe what I just found.
5:48
SPEAKER_04: Y'all, something new just surfaced in the Nolan Wells case, and this one has me going back through the timeline again because we're now seeing claims about a Triton boat sitting behind a security fence.
5:59
SPEAKER_04: We're seeing questions about whether that boat could be connected to the investigation, and we're seeing a So they've seen a Triton boat that was being protected behind security fences that was never spoken about before.
6:15
SPEAKER_09: Let's continue.
6:16
SPEAKER_04: New breakdown of an original MDMR report that raises a completely different question.
6:21
SPEAKER_04: How did investigators get certain names connected to Nolan Wells in the first place?
6:27
SPEAKER_04: And that's where this gets interesting.
6:29
SPEAKER_04: Because according to the information being circulated online, there may be a connection between what investigators were doing on July 5th, the people who were reportedly on Horn Island that morning, and information that eventually appeared in an investigative report.
6:46
SPEAKER_04: Now, let me be very clear before we go any further.
6:49
SPEAKER_04: None of what you're about to hear is our conclusion.
6:52
SPEAKER_04: These are claims, interpretations, and information being discussed by people following the case.
6:58
SPEAKER_04: We're going to let the sources speak first.
7:02
SPEAKER_04: Then I'm going to come because this one has several layers.
7:07
SPEAKER_04: And before we get into it, if you've been following Nolan's case, already tried making a video about this, so let's try it again.
7:14
SPEAKER_01: All right, so according to one of the original MDMR reports, Captain William Freeman called the master sergeant and told them to locate and interview a female subject.
7:24
SPEAKER_01: And that's how we get to this girl, Laney.
7:26
SPEAKER_01: Now, this has always bothered me because I'm like, why is Laney's name in this report?
7:30
SPEAKER_01: Why was she brought up at all?
7:32
SPEAKER_01: Especially since, according to Laney, she hadn't seen Nolan in over a year and was on a completely different island.
7:36
SPEAKER_01: So it never made sense to me.
7:38
SPEAKER_01: And then it effing hit me.
7:39
SPEAKER_01: So according to this report, on July 5th at 9 a.m., assistance was requested from Captain Freeman as part of the drone search.
7:47
SPEAKER_01: Freeman was transported to Horn Island and at approximately 10 a.m.
7:51
SPEAKER_01: he tried three failed launches.
7:53
SPEAKER_01: It ended up being a software error, and he was unable to fix it in the field.
7:57
SPEAKER_01: So then at 10:30.
7:59
SPEAKER_09: Now, who is Laney?
8:01
SPEAKER_09: Did y'all hear anything about Laney?
8:03
SPEAKER_09: Laney is an another female that name came her name came up early in the investigation, but I hadn't heard nothing about her since.
8:13
SPEAKER_09: And everybody, all we heard about was Katie KDK.
8:16
SPEAKER_09: Now on this MDMR report, Marine Patrol, her name coming back up.
8:23
SPEAKER_09: And Laney may be well, I'm gonna let her explain.
8:26
SPEAKER_09: Laney may know something.
8:29
SPEAKER_01: Freeman requests that Smith come out and assist with drone duty.
8:33
SPEAKER_01: Freeman and another officer went and picked up Smith and transported him to Horn Island.
8:37
SPEAKER_01: But by 1240, the first drone finally takes flight.
8:41
SPEAKER_01: Now wait a minute.
8:41
SPEAKER_01: If Freeman was out on Horn Island trying to do this drone launch, had to call in assistants, go and get that person, bring them back to Horn Island, then when the F did he get this information about Lady?
8:53
SPEAKER_01: Oh wait, I have an idea.
8:55
SPEAKER_04: Who was on the boat?
8:56
SPEAKER_04: Who was the boat?
8:57
SPEAKER_05: Okay, explain it.
8:57
SPEAKER_05: Who was this group?
8:58
SPEAKER_05: Who was on the boat?
8:59
SPEAKER_05: Who was on the boat or not?
9:00
SPEAKER_05: So uh me, Wyatt, and Tracy got in the boat.
9:04
SPEAKER_05: Uh we got in the Palm Beach.
9:07
SPEAKER_05: That morning, the morning after, and uh to the islands, um, we were met by a DMR.
9:13
SPEAKER_05: There were there was seven boats, seven DMR boats already out there, uh DMR and Park Rangers.
9:20
SPEAKER_05: Um, we talked to them, we gave them all of our information.
9:23
SPEAKER_05: Uh they personally asked if any of us were uh like up on the boat with him that day.
9:30
SPEAKER_05: We told him yes.
9:31
SPEAKER_05: Um they just said, all right, well, I mean, we got the area scoped out.
9:37
SPEAKER_05: I mean, uh, I mean, and then after that, we just went up to the beach.
9:43
SPEAKER_05: Um, I think we met up with Jamal.
9:46
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so by Morgan's own words, he, Tracen, and Wyatt were on the Palm Beach out at Horn Island talking to MDMR.
9:55
SPEAKER_01: When when was that?
9:56
SPEAKER_01: When did they do that?
9:57
SPEAKER_06: From 9 45 to uh 1150, 12 o'clock era about lunchtime.
10:08
SPEAKER_06: Um, while we were on the water, we talked to our rescue guys.
10:11
SPEAKER_01: Oh, you were out there until 11:50, you say?
10:13
SPEAKER_01: You mean five minutes before this phone call happened?
10:16
SPEAKER_01: Does that sound like a coincidence to you?
10:18
SPEAKER_01: Now, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility to conclude that they were the ones who gave this information to Captain Bill Freeman.
10:26
SPEAKER_01: Again.
10:27
SPEAKER_09: So they gave this information about this Laney girl, but then we never hear about Laney again.
10:36
SPEAKER_09: But they gave, but the boys gave information to the law enforcement about this woman or girl named Laney, who had supposedly been with Nolan.
10:47
SPEAKER_09: Now, in other reports, Laney said she hadn't seen Nolan in a year.
10:54
SPEAKER_09: That those two conflicting statements are why people are paying attention to this Laney girl.
11:01
SPEAKER_09: And J Meg, Nerdy Pink Panther, has uncovered, but it gets deeper.
11:06
SPEAKER_01: Listen, why would they give Laney's name if she wasn't there in that group that day?
11:12
SPEAKER_01: Especially when he was supposedly last seen with Katie, whose name, again, is conveniently absent from any report that we've seen.
11:20
SPEAKER_01: This is about to get deep, y'all, because I reread the line again, now knowing that the boys were the ones who probably gave this information and not just some random good citizen.
11:29
SPEAKER_01: Specific wording says Captain Freeman said to locate and interview a female subject that was possibly involved with the missing person on Horn Island.
11:40
SPEAKER_01: Possibly involved.
11:42
SPEAKER_01: How did I miss that?
11:43
SPEAKER_01: How did we all miss that?
11:44
SPEAKER_01: Because there's two other boys mentioned in this that they don't make contact with, and it just says possible names associated with wells.
11:52
SPEAKER_01: That is very different and intentional language.
11:55
SPEAKER_01: Now, as I've told y'all, I've spent weeks learning the dynamics of all these different friend groups and who they're friends with online, etc.
12:02
SPEAKER_01: Now, this is Laney.
12:03
SPEAKER_01: Now, most people have clocked this picture where Laney is with a girl who is wearing the same swimsuit last fourth of July as the one that is on the boat with Katie.
12:12
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna try and do this in the easiest way possible.
12:14
SPEAKER_01: I have narrowed down the BFF group with Laney and these girls.
12:18
SPEAKER_01: All of these girls have called each other their best friends and taken pictures with each other at some point or another.
12:23
SPEAKER_01: Now, none of these girls are friends with any of the Wyatt Warren friend group.
12:28
SPEAKER_01: All of them are friends with Tracen and Tracen's sister.
12:34
SPEAKER_09: Johnny uh Johnson is thinking, so is Laney and Bart the ex-pair?
12:41
SPEAKER_09: That is the question that immediately came to my mind.
12:47
SPEAKER_09: All this time was Katie a diversion because everybody knows really about Laney.
12:54
SPEAKER_09: Is that why Katie said she wasn't with him?
12:58
SPEAKER_09: Is Laney the last person that that was with Nolan and knows exactly if he got on the boat or whatever happened, or was he on Bart's boat with Laney?
13:11
SPEAKER_09: What's going on with Laney?
13:16
SPEAKER_09: And Grandma Kathy, I didn't even get your message.
13:19
SPEAKER_09: Uh, can you send me what your message is?
13:22
SPEAKER_09: Um, in the comments.
13:23
SPEAKER_09: I didn't I never got your message about some money.
13:26
SPEAKER_09: So send me what what the message was or what you want me to look into.
13:32
SPEAKER_09: On the 17th.
13:34
SPEAKER_09: Okay, yeah, I'll check on the 17th, Grandma Kathy.
13:39
SPEAKER_09: I'll check on the 17th.
13:41
SPEAKER_09: I I could pull up, I'll pull it up and let you know.
13:43
SPEAKER_09: But yeah, so where did Laney come from?
13:47
SPEAKER_09: Let's ex let's keep going.
13:55
SPEAKER_01: It's very clear that this is a core group of friends.
13:58
SPEAKER_01: There's group pictures with them, they've lived together, etc.
14:01
SPEAKER_01: Now, Kendall is the one in the blue and red bikini in this picture.
14:05
SPEAKER_01: But I found another picture of Bailey and Maggie here from last 4th of July wearing the exact same red and blue swimsuit that Kendall was wearing.
14:15
SPEAKER_01: So it's pretty safe to say that these girls were coordinated all wearing the same bathing suit.
14:23
SPEAKER_01: Also found this picture of Lainey from two Fourth of July's ago wearing this bathing suit.
14:28
SPEAKER_01: Does it look familiar to anybody?
14:30
SPEAKER_01: That's right.
14:31
SPEAKER_01: That is clearly the same bathing suit from the boat with Katie, with a face that's conveniently been blurred.
14:37
SPEAKER_01: Now, do we think it's a coincidence that two swimsuits associated with this friend group all ended up on the same boat as Katie?
14:44
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna say the chances are slim.
14:46
SPEAKER_01: Now, Kendall seems to have a longtime boyfriend, and guess what his name is?
14:51
SPEAKER_01: Jacob Brooks, which is the second name that comes up on this report.
14:56
SPEAKER_01: And guess who seems to be Laney's longtime boyfriend?
14:59
SPEAKER_01: Drew Johnson, the other name on this report.
15:03
SPEAKER_01: Now, Drew, unlike all of these people over here, Drew is friend with the Wait a minute.
15:14
SPEAKER_09: Did y'all catch that?
15:17
SPEAKER_09: Did y'all catch that?
15:20
SPEAKER_09: So there are other boys named on this report.
15:25
SPEAKER_09: There were other boy guys named on this report, and these guys just happen to be exes with Laney.
15:36
SPEAKER_09: Laney was with Bart was or or Laney was with Nolan.
15:43
SPEAKER_09: And then he has these she has these ex guys who we're not hearing, none of their names.
15:53
SPEAKER_09: What the fuck is going on?
15:59
SPEAKER_01: The Warren Wyatt friend group, also the only one out of this entire group that is Facebook friends with Nolan.
16:06
SPEAKER_01: If this was the boys telling this information to the captain, why were they saying that their buddy's girlfriend was possibly involved with Nolan?
16:16
SPEAKER_01: And why would Tracen be snitching on his sister's friends like this?
16:21
SPEAKER_01: Now wait, one of Katie's BFFs, Navea, is friends with a Caden McGrath.
16:26
SPEAKER_01: Caden is friends with zero people from either group except for Navea, as far as I can tell.
16:32
SPEAKER_01: Caden is somehow related to a Joe who is frequently advertising on his page for the Biloxi Bay RV resort.
16:39
SPEAKER_01: The one that I was saying that according to the GPS coordinates, looks like they may have dropped somebody off at.
16:45
SPEAKER_01: So, in my opinion, Joe is clearly somehow related to the Marty McGrath, who was the one who apparently took all these people on this boat, including Katie, when this friend group was supposedly left on this island.
16:58
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that language is really important and overlooked because left makes it sound like your ride left without you.
17:05
SPEAKER_01: Now, according to Joe's LinkedIn, he is IT for the Ocean Marine Group, which is owned by Jerry Atkerson.
17:14
SPEAKER_01: Aiden is also the only person I can find who is friends with Captain Chris Seth Ward, the son of Chris Ward, who was called by Jerry to cancel the Ceto allegedly on his private line before the Ceto call was even finished.
17:30
SPEAKER_01: I also found a very weak connection through social media between Laney and a girl who is in the same sorority as the girl who threw the party, Ava, allegedly threw the party.
17:39
SPEAKER_01: So what if Tracen's slick comment wasn't about Katie at all?
17:44
SPEAKER_01: Because I don't know about you guys, but we have seen absolutely zero proof that Katie was actually out there with them.
17:49
SPEAKER_01: They have kept the story hyper focused on Katie, and no other girls' names have really gotten out.
17:56
SPEAKER_09: What if Katie has been that is a good point.
18:00
SPEAKER_09: We've heard nothing but about Katie.
18:03
SPEAKER_09: And remember, Tracy said something about some little smart comment about Nolan being with a girl.
18:10
SPEAKER_09: We all assume he's talking about Katie.
18:14
SPEAKER_09: And what if he's talking about Laney?
18:18
SPEAKER_09: And Katie is just a distraction.
18:27
SPEAKER_09: This girl's doing some crazy.
18:29
SPEAKER_09: She's breaking this shit down.
18:32
SPEAKER_09: Continue to listen.
18:34
SPEAKER_09: She is breaking this down, but it makes it would make sense why there's a big gap in what we know.
18:40
SPEAKER_09: Like if Katie saying she wasn't the last one, or she saw him heading towards the boat, but then the boy saying she went with another girl, but nobody saying the name, it's a cover-up going on.
19:06
SPEAKER_01: Chunk that is missing out of this story.
19:08
SPEAKER_01: Like I think Laney is a red herring, too, don't get me wrong.
19:11
SPEAKER_01: Because I don't see these boys like freely offering up their motive or anything.
19:15
SPEAKER_01: But it sounds like maybe this Laney girl was involved with Nolan behind her boyfriend's back at some point, and they tried to Okay.
19:23
SPEAKER_04: Now this is where I want us to slow down.
19:26
SPEAKER_04: Because Bree's video contains several different claims.
19:33
SPEAKER_04: And if you listen to them all together, it's easy to walk away thinking we just received confirmation of that may be worth investigating.
19:43
SPEAKER_04: And the first one is that boat.
19:46
SPEAKER_04: According to the clip, a Triton boat was spotted behind.
20:00
SPEAKER_09: This is crazy.
20:01
SPEAKER_09: So now, now on top of the laney, thank you for the ten dollar.
20:05
SPEAKER_09: Holla, everybody show revolutionary some love for showing me some love.
20:10
SPEAKER_09: Just getting closer to solve this case.
20:12
SPEAKER_09: Great work on everyone that is part of reporting and solving this case.
20:15
SPEAKER_09: Justice Manolan, thank you for not giving up to one love.
20:23
SPEAKER_02: Everybody show one love, some some some love.
22:00
SPEAKER_04: The clip: a Triton boat was spotted behind what appeared to be a security fence.
22:06
SPEAKER_04: The person filming it noticed certain characteristics of the boat and began wondering whether it could be connected to the Triton reportedly associated with the Nolan Wells case.
22:18
SPEAKER_04: But even the person making that video acknowledged something extremely important.
22:23
SPEAKER_04: They weren't certain it was the same boat.
22:26
SPEAKER_04: That distinction matters.
22:28
SPEAKER_04: Because a Triton is a boat manufacturer.
22:31
SPEAKER_04: Finding a Triton does not automatically mean you found Nolan's boat.
22:36
SPEAKER_04: And a boat being behind a security fence doesn't automatically mean it was confiscated.
22:42
SPEAKER_04: It doesn't automatically mean law enforcement seized it.
22:45
SPEAKER_04: And it certainly doesn't establish that it was involved in Nolan's disappearance.
22:50
SPEAKER_04: So what would actually move this from speculation?
22:55
SPEAKER_04: Something meaningful?
22:57
SPEAKER_04: Identification, the registration, the whole identification number, the owner, the exact make and model, the location, and whether that information connects to the timeline we're investigating.
23:11
SPEAKER_04: That's what I want to see.
23:13
SPEAKER_04: Because if someone can establish that the boat in that video is the exact boat connected to this case, then suddenly the question becomes much more interesting.
23:22
SPEAKER_04: But until then, it's a lead, not a conclusion.
23:25
SPEAKER_04: And then we get to the part I think is much more important.
23:29
SPEAKER_04: The MDMR report.
23:31
SPEAKER_04: Because according to the second portion of the discussion, an original report allegedly contains language indicating that Captain William Freeman was instructed to locate and interview a female subject who was possibly involved with the missing person on Horn Island.
23:47
SPEAKER_04: Now stop right there.
23:49
SPEAKER_04: That wording is interesting, but we have to be precise about what it means.
23:54
SPEAKER_04: Possibly involved does not mean suspect.
23:58
SPEAKER_04: It doesn't mean the person was accused of harming no one.
24:03
SPEAKER_04: It doesn't mean investigators believe that person committed a crime.
24:09
SPEAKER_04: That is the part that this person was brought out to help with the drone operation.
24:14
SPEAKER_04: Eventually, the drone was successfully launched.
24:16
SPEAKER_04: Now, on its own, none of that is suspicious.
24:20
SPEAKER_04: That's simply an account of an investigation.
24:23
SPEAKER_04: But then another timeline is brought into the conversation.
24:26
SPEAKER_04: According to Morgan's account presented in the clip, Morgan, Tristan, and Wyatt were reportedly on the Palm Beach that morning and went out to Horn Island.
24:37
SPEAKER_04: They reportedly encountered MDMR personnel and provided information.
24:41
SPEAKER_04: And that's where the question becomes interesting.
24:44
SPEAKER_04: If that account is accurate, and if the MDMR timeline is accurate, and if the people involved were interacting with investigators during that same period, then one thing could potentially be established.
24:58
SPEAKER_04: There was an opportunity for investigators to receive information directly from people who were already there.
25:04
SPEAKER_04: But we don't know that this is how Laney's name entered the report.
25:08
SPEAKER_04: That's an inference.
25:10
SPEAKER_04: And that's exactly where we have to separate what the source says from what the evidence actually proves.
25:16
SPEAKER_04: Here's the question I would want investigators to answer.
25:20
SPEAKER_04: Who first provided Laney's name?
25:23
SPEAKER_04: Was it one of the people on the Palm Beach?
25:25
SPEAKER_04: Was it somebody from the wider group?
25:28
SPEAKER_04: Was it already known to investigators?
25:30
SPEAKER_04: Did another witness provide it?
25:33
SPEAKER_04: Or did investigators arrive at the name independently?
25:36
SPEAKER_04: Because if that chain can be established, it could explain why her name appeared in the report.
25:43
SPEAKER_04: And if it cannot be established, then that's another question worth examining.
25:49
SPEAKER_04: Now let's talk about the timing.
25:51
SPEAKER_04: This is where the case becomes less about theories and more about records.
25:56
SPEAKER_09: Because if people are saying, I where did her where did Laney's name come up at in this whole thing?
26:03
SPEAKER_09: That is what I'm trying to figure out.
26:08
SPEAKER_09: Why have we heard anybody talking about her?
26:10
SPEAKER_09: She hasn't made anything.
26:13
SPEAKER_09: We've been so focused on Katie, we don't know anything about Laney or these other dudes that who are in the MDR report, but they're not in the regular, they're not being reported by anybody on YouTube or the regular legacy news.
26:47
SPEAKER_09: This is the first time hearing revolutionaries, the first time.
26:50
SPEAKER_09: We gotta ask Katie.
26:51
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, Katie is the clue.
26:54
SPEAKER_04: I was here.
26:55
SPEAKER_04: I was on this boat.
26:57
SPEAKER_04: I spoke with these investigators.
27:00
SPEAKER_04: I left at this time.
27:05
SPEAKER_04: Then those claim You check the records, boat GPS, phone location data, marine communications, MDMR logs, call logs, photographs, videos, and timestamps.
27:27
SPEAKER_04: If those independent records line up with someone's account, that's meaningful.
27:33
SPEAKER_04: If they contradict it, that's also meaningful.
27:37
SPEAKER_04: And that's exactly why the timeline is so important.
27:41
SPEAKER_04: Now here's another thing I want to be careful about.
27:43
SPEAKER_04: The source begins connecting different people through friendships, relationships, and social media connections.
27:52
SPEAKER_04: And this is where online investigations can become dangerous.
27:56
SPEAKER_04: Because a person being Facebook friends with someone doesn't mean they're involved in a crime, doesn't mean they're involved in a crime.
28:04
SPEAKER_04: Being part of the same friend group doesn't mean they're involved.
28:09
SPEAKER_04: Knowing someone who knows someone doesn't establish anything, but those relationships can potentially help investigators understand a social network.
28:19
SPEAKER_04: That's different.
28:21
SPEAKER_04: A relationship is a lead, it isn't proof.
28:24
SPEAKER_04: And then we get into the names Laney, Katie, Drew, Jacob, Aiden, Joe, and several other people connected through the different groups being discussed.
28:37
SPEAKER_04: What caught my attention is and what did each media videos being removed?
28:46
SPEAKER_04: Okay, that was a lot.
28:48
SPEAKER_04: And honestly, this is where we need to be even more careful.
28:52
SPEAKER_04: He answered through the action together.
28:55
SPEAKER_04: People know each other's siblings, people follow each other online.
29:00
SPEAKER_09: Alright, that's enough for that.
29:02
SPEAKER_09: That's enough for that.
29:04
SPEAKER_09: But uh the bottom line of the whole thing is we need to get to the bottom line of who is who who who this laney person is and where where have where are they?
29:25
SPEAKER_02: Where are they?
29:35
SPEAKER_09: One revolution that said operating a uh uh a uh uh operating a uh she said operating a vessel under the influence is a crime.
29:48
SPEAKER_09: There are a lot of crimes that were being committed that aren't even just murder.
29:52
SPEAKER_09: Um things not just murder, we got other crimes that have been committed in this in this case.
29:58
SPEAKER_09: Um somebody gonna have to pay.
30:01
SPEAKER_09: But being a captain of the boat, and and another thing, we haven't heard from any of the captains of the boat.
30:11
SPEAKER_09: We haven't heard from any captains of the boat, which is another thing that's strange.
30:16
SPEAKER_09: Uh, don't you think if you're a captain of a boat and people didn't make it, people died, etc.
30:22
SPEAKER_09: etc., don't you think you would have to speak and tell us what the hell is going on?
30:30
SPEAKER_09: A lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of stuff that just don't make no sense.
30:36
SPEAKER_02: A lot of stuff don't make no sense.
30:44
SPEAKER_02: The captain is responsible for everybody supposed to make it home, but we gotta get to the bottom of this.
31:04
SPEAKER_09: Uh also now, did y'all hear about that uh Nolan's mom is subpoenaing?
31:12
SPEAKER_09: She put in a subpoena for the people with the uh the boat uh for the sea to call.
31:18
SPEAKER_09: Did y'all hear that?
31:21
SPEAKER_09: Put a one in the chat if you heard that the Nolan's mom is uh subpoena the CETO call to get the exact call, the information, what went on on all lines, everything.
31:42
SPEAKER_09: Like and like my Elisa, somebody said, Elisa, with all these people around, how come no one's seen anything?
31:49
SPEAKER_09: That's the part that makes us not give up on this story.
31:54
SPEAKER_09: Okay, so a lot of people saw that.
31:56
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, so I'm interested to see what this subpoena brings back.
32:02
SPEAKER_09: Somebody covering up something.
32:13
SPEAKER_02: Somebody saying something about Maya.
32:15
SPEAKER_09: I haven't heard anything about somebody named Maya.
32:39
SPEAKER_02: I haven't heard anything about a Maya.
32:41
SPEAKER_09: I don't know where where where people getting that from.
32:47
SPEAKER_09: But I haven't I haven't been able to dig up any information about about Maya.
32:52
SPEAKER_09: I haven't been able to confirm it with any of my sources.
33:15
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, I haven't seen any of that.
33:17
SPEAKER_09: We got we had to we gotta we gotta we gotta fact check that because I ain't seen no none of my sources um saying anything about Amaya.
33:25
SPEAKER_09: So I have to look that up before I report anything on there.
33:29
SPEAKER_09: Who is that watching from the Bahamas?
33:32
SPEAKER_09: Justin Justice for Nolan Wells.
33:34
SPEAKER_09: Thank you, Shanika Russell.
33:36
SPEAKER_09: How is the Bahamas?
33:41
SPEAKER_09: I like hey, hey, look, we need to we need we need to know what you need to tell us what's going on in the Bahamas.
33:50
SPEAKER_09: Y'all, we got somebody that's in the dang Bahamas.
33:54
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to you.
34:00
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to you.
34:15
SPEAKER_09: How's the weather?
34:17
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, I ain't heard about Maya.
34:19
SPEAKER_09: I think Maya, that might be some made up internet.
34:22
SPEAKER_09: Uh that's definitely some made up internet story.
34:26
SPEAKER_09: None of my people, no, none of the people I follow who are knee deep in this case, even that girl, Jay Megan, she ain't even mentioned Maya.
34:38
SPEAKER_09: Uh, yeah, like like Sharon said, pray for Gary Indiana, y'all.
34:43
SPEAKER_09: Still no power.
34:45
SPEAKER_09: They're sad, very sad, very sad.
34:56
SPEAKER_09: This this Nolan Wells case just gets more suspicious and mysterious as the days go on.
35:06
SPEAKER_09: What does Katie know?
35:08
SPEAKER_09: What does Laney know?
35:11
SPEAKER_09: Who are these new dudes that have been mentioned that haven't been mentioned?
35:16
SPEAKER_09: Who is covering for who?
35:18
SPEAKER_09: Like I said from be from the beginning.
35:22
SPEAKER_09: I don't know.
35:23
SPEAKER_09: I can't say for sure the boys literally did this to Nolan, but I do feel like people know what happened.
35:31
SPEAKER_09: I think the friends do know what happened.
35:33
SPEAKER_09: That's my opinion.
35:36
SPEAKER_09: I feel like in in in in in in small they call it small cases.
35:45
SPEAKER_09: Um small towns, people know what's going on in small towns.
35:55
SPEAKER_09: People know what's going on in small towns, and everybody knows everybody, everybody knows everybody's business.
36:17
SPEAKER_09: It ain't gonna be solved no time soon.
36:20
SPEAKER_09: They got a lot of work to do, a lot of investigating, it's a lot of cover-up going on.
36:27
SPEAKER_09: It's a lot of cover-up going on.
36:42
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, the people are talking.
36:43
SPEAKER_09: That's that's that that that's just that's just to keep our mind off of what's really going on.
36:54
SPEAKER_09: It's a worldwide, worldwide case.
37:01
SPEAKER_10: Oh, we gotta live, you know, till till we figure something out we gotta.
37:05
SPEAKER_09: Oh, I've been seeing them in there.
37:06
SPEAKER_09: Really?
37:07
SPEAKER_09: Mm-hmm.
37:08
SPEAKER_09: Yeah.
37:11
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, I thought I didn't know how to tell you that.
37:15
SPEAKER_09: That's why I really don't.
37:16
SPEAKER_09: I probably left that out, but I that's why I was putting all my stuff immediately in the refrigerator.
37:20
SPEAKER_09: Yeah.
37:23
SPEAKER_09: But uh they say there's a witness out there.
37:33
SPEAKER_09: So at least saying Nancy Gray said a woman gave video that shows that there was an altercation.
37:43
SPEAKER_09: Her hubby was taking a video of her and it's in the background.
37:46
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, I I saw that.
37:47
SPEAKER_09: That's that's that's been around for about a week or two.
37:54
SPEAKER_09: Hey, Luce, that go in here.
37:56
SPEAKER_09: Just wait till this sound goes in here.
38:01
SPEAKER_09: Well, I only got about 15 minutes.
38:07
SPEAKER_09: Where is C Tuck?
38:10
SPEAKER_09: I don't know where C Tuck at.
38:12
SPEAKER_09: Maybe C Tuck might be might be getting some extra rest.
38:16
SPEAKER_09: You know, kids just went back went back to school.
38:18
SPEAKER_09: He might be getting back adjusted.
38:38
SPEAKER_09: I don't know what's going on with Mayweather.
38:40
SPEAKER_09: Uh I've talked to the guys last week or so, but really no new developments on Mayweather.
38:48
SPEAKER_09: Um, I don't have nothing new to report, but I will let you know.
38:52
SPEAKER_09: But I talked to Mayweather's crew like last week.
38:57
SPEAKER_09: Um, they didn't really mention, you know, not nothing new.
39:01
SPEAKER_09: They still, I know they still trying to put together those fights with with Pacquiao and and Mike Tyson and all that, so stay tuned.
39:35
SPEAKER_09: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
39:38
SPEAKER_09: Uh yeah, let me make an announcement.
39:40
SPEAKER_09: Carmelo Anthony's uh trial was denied, although they're still doing an appeal, uh going through appeal.
39:48
SPEAKER_09: I've heard such crazy stuff come out about Carmelo Anthony and Austin Metcalf.
39:54
SPEAKER_09: Man, that that that that's a if what I'm hearing, they them both of those boys have some rough, they lived a rough life.
40:12
SPEAKER_09: They lived a rough life.
40:16
SPEAKER_09: Smash that like button for sure.
40:18
SPEAKER_09: Revolutionarity.
40:20
SPEAKER_09: One love.
40:25
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, that what I heard which between Carmelo and and and and and Austin Metcalf.
40:35
SPEAKER_09: Something ain't something crazy.
40:39
SPEAKER_09: Some man, they said Carmelo was threatening to kill his girlfriend and how many bullies he wanted in an Austin Metcalf was uh racially was just a racist and bullying people and fighting all the time.
40:58
SPEAKER_09: He said Carmelo had anger management.
41:00
SPEAKER_09: It i'm like, damn.
41:05
SPEAKER_09: I'm like, where the I know they had a they had like a gentleman's agreement during the trial.
41:11
SPEAKER_09: They had a during the Carmelo Anthony trial, they had a gentleman's agreement where they wouldn't bring up old stuff for either of the kids.
41:21
SPEAKER_09: So that's why we didn't hear about any of this during the trial.
41:24
SPEAKER_09: But shit, now that the trial is over and they going for an appeal, man, so much stuff coming out about both all them, the Metcalf twins and Carmelo.
41:37
SPEAKER_09: Like they both been up to no good.
41:47
SPEAKER_09: Tinkle said that the uh parents knew they took that go from me money and ran.
41:52
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, I don't think as all this stuff coming out, I don't think they're gonna say nothing else.
41:58
SPEAKER_02: I don't I don't think they're gonna say nothing else.
42:05
SPEAKER_02: I don't think they're gonna say nothing else about uh I don't think they're gonna say nothing else.
42:19
SPEAKER_09: I don't I don't think them parents after what came out about Carmelo and Austin Metcalf, I think both sets of parents are about to sit this one out.
42:49
SPEAKER_09: He says, Tell your children stop texting and posting on social media uh evidence.
42:56
SPEAKER_09: Yeah.
42:58
SPEAKER_09: Stop putting everything everything ain't for the internet.
43:04
SPEAKER_03: Everything is not for the internet, breaking in is complicated, so make sure you pay attention.
43:37
SPEAKER_03: Carmelo Anthony is not getting a new trial.
43:40
SPEAKER_03: And after what came out in the court last week, I have questions.
43:43
SPEAKER_03: We learned there was a private off the record agreement to keep the troubled youth's backgrounds, both teenagers, away from the jury.
43:51
SPEAKER_03: Austin Metcalfe had allegations involving racial slurs, bullying, and assault.
43:57
SPEAKER_03: Carmelo had allegations involving threatening texts.
44:00
SPEAKER_03: Stalking and assault.
44:02
SPEAKER_03: None of that came in.
44:03
SPEAKER_03: And Carmelo's former lawyer says that they had planned to put him on the stand, but all of this helped change that decision.
44:10
SPEAKER_03: So now the defense says the first trial was too controlled, too secretive, and unfair.
44:15
SPEAKER_03: The judge said, no.
44:18
SPEAKER_03: 35 years still stands.
44:20
SPEAKER_03: And I'm still stuck on one thing.
44:22
SPEAKER_03: He was 17.
44:24
SPEAKER_03: 17 years old, and now he could spend most of his life in prison.
44:28
SPEAKER_03: That is a hell of a sentence for a teenager.
44:31
SPEAKER_03: Breaking in is complicated, so make sure you pay attention.
44:34
SPEAKER_03: Carmelo Anthony is not getting a new trial.
44:37
SPEAKER_03: And after what came out in the court last week, I have questions.
44:40
SPEAKER_09: Oh, that's the news on that.
44:42
SPEAKER_09: Definitely not getting a new trial.
44:49
SPEAKER_02: Definitely not getting a new trial.
45:03
SPEAKER_09: Wow.
45:04
SPEAKER_09: Wow.
45:04
SPEAKER_09: Wow.
45:05
SPEAKER_09: Wow.
45:05
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, so back to Nolan Wells, y'all.
45:21
SPEAKER_02: So they got a new witness.
45:28
SPEAKER_09: I'm anxious to see what this new this new new witness uh says.
45:43
SPEAKER_09: Oh yeah, no, they both, I don't yeah, that main news might be talking about it, but yeah, no, the Austin Metcalf, the Metcalf twins ain't no angels.
45:52
SPEAKER_09: They had about 50-something pages on all the threats and fights and everything that the Metcalf twins did.
46:00
SPEAKER_09: They had like 70 pages about all the stuff Carmelo did, and yeah, they have been pretty quiet about the Metcalf twins, but you notice you ain't heard nothing from the parents from either parents.
46:13
SPEAKER_09: You ain't heard from Carmelo's parents, you ain't heard from Austin Metcalf, you ain't heard from the Metcalf parents.
46:21
SPEAKER_09: They both got stuff exposed that I know they ain't they ain't hear about.
46:26
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, oh man, what if the Diddy news that that that's coming to me today?
46:30
SPEAKER_09: What if it's about the Tupac trial or the Tupac murder?
46:34
SPEAKER_09: I cannot wait till my fam calls me today between 11 a.m.
46:40
SPEAKER_09: and noon to tell me about the latest um in the Tupac, the latest on the Tupac uh situation.
46:51
SPEAKER_09: And did he say it's whatever it is, he said I am about to trip out.
46:58
SPEAKER_09: So I'm anxious to see what the hell it is.
47:08
SPEAKER_02: What could it be?
47:09
SPEAKER_02: What is he about to tell me today?
47:15
SPEAKER_09: Yeah, I can't wait.
47:16
SPEAKER_09: I'm dropping it.
47:17
SPEAKER_09: The minute it the minute the minute he gives it to me, I'm dropping it on my page.
47:21
SPEAKER_09: Y'all already know.
47:25
SPEAKER_09: He said between eleven and twelve, he called me last night.
48:18
SPEAKER_09: He might be telling me something something crazy going on with the Tupac shit.
48:36
SPEAKER_09: When is David's trial?
48:39
SPEAKER_09: Someone asked, let's see.
48:41
SPEAKER_09: When is David's trial?
48:45
SPEAKER_02: Let's see.
49:33
SPEAKER_09: And they saying the trial could start roughly six days, sixty days after August 31st.
49:39
SPEAKER_09: So the next date you want to watch in the David trial is August 31st, and then they're saying that the actual trial should start within 60 days from August 31st.
49:49
SPEAKER_09: But if you want to know exactly what's going on, August 31st, no problem, Elise.
49:56
SPEAKER_09: Any other questions?
50:00
SPEAKER_09: Any other questions?
50:10
SPEAKER_10: Well, that's all for you to fuck with you.
50:18
SPEAKER_09: What's that?
50:22
SPEAKER_10: She betting on it.
50:23
SPEAKER_10: She's betting on niggas playing soccer games.
50:26
SPEAKER_10: I heard you talking about that.
50:28

50:43
SPEAKER_10: And this game's going zero.
50:45
SPEAKER_10: You know, it's hard to score.

SPEAKER_09: Heck yeah.
50:48
SPEAKER_09: She's smacking them, bro.
50:50
SPEAKER_10: You know, so I wouldn't even talk about game and shit.
50:53
SPEAKER_10: It was just like some regular NBA.
50:56
SPEAKER_10: But it's almost like all the normal people that's bad on sports that they really passionate about in life.
51:05
SPEAKER_10: That's hot.
51:06
SPEAKER_10: That's the sucker game.
51:07
SPEAKER_10: You know what I'm saying?
51:08
SPEAKER_09: Yeah.
51:15
SPEAKER_09: Oh shit.
51:16

SPEAKER_09: Say show at least some love for showing me some love.
51:52
SPEAKER_09: Thank you for the jewels, Elise.
52:00
SPEAKER_09: Any more questions before we get out of here?
52:02
SPEAKER_09: I can't wait to see what this new Diddy news about to be.
