- 0:01Speaker 1: Dude hitting it.
- 0:08Speaker 2: This is a podcast called twenty five whist stuck in
- 0:12Speaker 2: fun Ball and they are a whist So yeah, it's
- 0:15Speaker 2: too bad, but it wasn't too expect It's a podcast
- 0:19Speaker 2: called twenty five whistles Wine.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Welcome to the show, Eddie, Thank you, Thank Kevin.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Day.
- 0:29Speaker 3: This is the trophy for the twenty twenty five's Better
- 0:32Speaker 3: Golfer of Eddie and myself, which I won. Uh. Never
- 0:36Speaker 3: actually fell behind? Pretty great, what a day. It even
- 0:39Speaker 3: rained our last day in the middle of the round.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Yeah. I was wondering that yesterday when I was driving
- 0:42Speaker 1: it and it's sort of dumping.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Yeah, right, pretty hard. We stayed out there though.
- 0:45Speaker 4: That's fun. You didn't fall behind ever, that's right. We
- 0:48Speaker 4: evened up at one point, but that didn't last very long.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Yeah. The back played, I played piss poor the front
- 0:54Speaker 3: nine like two or three triples. Even in the back
- 0:57Speaker 3: nine through seven holes, I was even again two birds.
- 1:00Speaker 3: You know, he was playing out of the I played
- 1:03Speaker 3: defense at the end, just held him off, just held
- 1:06Speaker 3: him offense. Knew where he was. I just tracked him.
- 1:09Speaker 3: I just I just stalked him, stalked him.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Did you play like conservative?
- 1:12Speaker 3: Very much?
- 1:12Speaker 1: So? Okay, so instead of taking like that long shot,
- 1:15Speaker 1: I'll just play around over very much.
- 1:17Speaker 3: I'll lay it up over here.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Then lay it up on the green and tuput.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I wish you were that easy, but not that the
- 1:24Speaker 3: probably the biggest cheating that we've seen, and I choose
- 1:27Speaker 3: not to bring you. I choose not to bring it up.
- 1:29Speaker 4: You don't want to admit to that. Don't admit to No,
- 1:31Speaker 4: I'm not.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Admitting to anything. I'm just saying there's something really suspect
- 1:33Speaker 3: that happened. But you know it doesn't matter. I Won'll
- 1:36Speaker 3: move away from who.
- 1:38Speaker 4: Well, who do you think, Kevin? You had a guess?
- 1:41Speaker 1: Well, because he's bringing it up, I'm gonna.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Say, you know, but because he's not talking about it,
- 1:46Speaker 4: I would disagree it wasn't.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Because he's not talking about.
- 1:52Speaker 4: It's beyond. It's past us.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Okay, we're moving on because I have won the champion.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I wish he was a lefty.
- 2:01Speaker 4: I know he's a righty like me. I'm telling you.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Well, Tom lord By manager came out with us, and
- 2:07Speaker 3: he surprised us with the trophy because I brought a
- 2:09Speaker 3: trophy for the occasion. But yeah, it feels good. It
- 2:11Speaker 3: feels good to be the champ. Eddie now has to
- 2:13Speaker 3: go stand on a street for two hours, two hours
- 2:16Speaker 3: with the sign and then costume. It's great.
- 2:20Speaker 1: It's fun though, Yeah, it was it fun for you, Eddie.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Uh, it was getting fun on the last round, like
- 2:27Speaker 4: when I took the when I when I made four
- 2:29Speaker 4: strokes in the front nine and I'm like, oh my gosh,
- 2:32Speaker 4: we're even like it's feeling good. And I was feeling good.
- 2:34Speaker 4: I was playing well until man, I got a couple
- 2:37Speaker 4: of triples in there. Bobby Birdie too.
- 2:39Speaker 3: After he got caught cheating. It really fell.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I want to hear this.
- 2:42Speaker 4: No, you don't want to hear it because there's no cheating.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Because I said, Eddie never plays well after he cheats
- 2:47Speaker 3: and he down.
- 2:50Speaker 4: But I never cheated, so that didn't That didn't count.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Was a ball drop?
- 2:53Speaker 3: Is a ball drop right by the green, right by
- 2:56Speaker 3: the way he went into the water, and then he
- 2:58Speaker 3: went up to where it went in the water and
- 3:00Speaker 3: even ahead and dropped the ball.
- 3:01Speaker 4: I thought, I thought we weren't talking about.
- 3:03Speaker 3: This, and I'm like, that is very suss.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Did he say anything like, hey, drop here?
- 3:08Speaker 4: I knew exactly where I had to drop right.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Even Tom was like, you're not gonna say anything. I
- 3:14Speaker 3: was like, let the guy, Let the guy live his life.
- 3:19Speaker 3: But it's over and we're not yet.
- 3:20Speaker 4: It's over.
- 3:21Speaker 3: I have the trophy on the champion. It feels good
- 3:24Speaker 3: for you much.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Hey, I'm glad you guys, I'm glad. It was a good,
- 3:28Speaker 1: good round. Like at least he didn't win by like
- 3:29Speaker 1: seven strokes.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Oh no, it is a one stroke.
- 3:32Speaker 3: It was one stroke and I was playing very much
- 3:33Speaker 3: defensive thing.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Oh yeah, but that doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. It
- 3:37Speaker 4: ended in a one stroke, which means we are so
- 3:39Speaker 4: close the same kind of golf.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Were not at all.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Again, we do know one thing. No, lady, you're not
- 3:45Speaker 1: the better golfer.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Bobby is the better golfer.
- 3:47Speaker 3: I was playing very conservative at the end.
- 3:48Speaker 1: This is gonna haunt you forever, won't.
- 3:51Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, dude, you.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Beat him like on a random day.
- 3:55Speaker 3: He's just even be like I won the four day
- 3:57Speaker 3: tournament that you wanted to play.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Let me tell you something. The anxiety, the stress, the
- 4:04Speaker 4: preparation in this four day tournament was it was tiring.
- 4:09Speaker 4: It was tiring because every week I'm like, man, I've
- 4:12Speaker 4: got to get better. I've got to get better. And
- 4:14Speaker 4: then every every round that I went, you know, minus
- 4:18Speaker 4: or added strokes to his lead, it was like, I've
- 4:22Speaker 4: really got to play out of my mind. So, dude,
- 4:24Speaker 4: I was worried all week about this and I'm kind
- 4:26Speaker 4: of relieved it's over. And you know what, congratulations, thank.
- 4:29Speaker 3: You, thank you very much.
- 4:30Speaker 4: That's all I can say. Congratulations, you are the better golfer.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Thank you very much.
- 4:33Speaker 1: We're good.
- 4:34Speaker 3: We can move on from there.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Okay, how does it feel?
- 4:38Speaker 1: How long are you gonna leave that trophy on that desk?
- 4:39Speaker 1: You think I'm gonna put them off?
- 4:41Speaker 3: Didn't matter. I already knew I was a better golfer.
- 4:43Speaker 4: What do you mean it doesn't matter that much to you?
- 4:45Speaker 4: You're going to disrespect the association.
- 4:47Speaker 3: I'm not disrespecting it. It just does not hold a
- 4:51Speaker 3: high regard like some of the other stuff. So of course,
- 4:54Speaker 3: it's like me getting an award for being six foot tall.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Yeah dumbix tall? Oh obvious, yeah six foot one. Excuse me,
- 5:01Speaker 3: I got a six foot one award. I'll be like, duh,
- 5:04Speaker 3: why are you giving me an war for this? Everybody
- 5:06Speaker 3: already knows it. So that's what's fair, that's what you are.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Sure we can make that award.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Let's move on. We can move over to one of
- 5:14Speaker 3: your kids. So your six year old was invited to
- 5:16Speaker 3: play a travel ball.
- 5:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean he's a little baller. And so one
- 5:21Speaker 4: of the coaches on our old team was like, Hey,
- 5:22Speaker 4: I got this other guy who's like trying to put
- 5:25Speaker 4: together a travel team. Not a travel team like for
- 5:29Speaker 4: the next year or the next two years, but for
- 5:32Speaker 4: when they're ten years old. And my son's six. Wow.
- 5:35Speaker 4: So he's holding like two practices a week off season
- 5:40Speaker 4: and just to prepare this group of like I don't know,
- 5:43Speaker 4: I think they're like twelve or thirteen kids. So when
- 5:45Speaker 4: they turn ten years old, they're ready to play a
- 5:48Speaker 4: travel team together.
- 5:48Speaker 3: It feels like a European soccer Yeah, one of those
- 5:51Speaker 3: organizations you get into and they find the good kids
- 5:53Speaker 3: and they just raise them or China with the do
- 5:55Speaker 3: everybody this kind of stuff.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Thank for that long and everyone is good. Like we've
- 5:58Speaker 4: already gone to a couple of practice and everyone all
- 6:01Speaker 4: the kids are solid. I mean they're not they don't
- 6:03Speaker 4: look like they're awesome, but they're already steps ahead of
- 6:06Speaker 4: everyone else. Kind of at that age.
- 6:08Speaker 1: So what I can't help but to think, like what
- 6:09Speaker 1: happens if you do all this practice for two years
- 6:11Speaker 1: and then like everyone else gets really good, not your kid,
- 6:14Speaker 1: but like a kid isn't as good as they're Like, actually, yeah, that's.
- 6:17Speaker 4: A good question.
- 6:17Speaker 3: They're not playing right now at all.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Well, I think they'll play regular seasons. One team depends,
- 6:24Speaker 4: Like some kids have other teams already and they'll just practice.
- 6:26Speaker 4: And that's kind of what we're doing. Like we have
- 6:28Speaker 4: a team already, but we're gonna go to those practices
- 6:31Speaker 4: two times a week if we're able to go in
- 6:35Speaker 4: hopes that I guess this team gets better and then
- 6:37Speaker 4: they could travel. Dude, I'm not about this travel life though,
- 6:40Speaker 4: Like and I already told the coach, like I'm not
- 6:42Speaker 4: committing to traveling to Saint Louis on a random weekend
- 6:46Speaker 4: to play a baseball tournament yet.
- 6:48Speaker 3: So but I think you will if your kid plays,
- 6:51Speaker 3: you allow them to play, and that's what they do, right,
- 6:53Speaker 3: Like once you say yes, then you have to go
- 6:55Speaker 3: to the games.
- 6:55Speaker 4: And yeah, I commit.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Yeah, how I ended up on travel ball? TikTok. Let's
- 6:59Speaker 3: just dad's either bragging, like yeah, we won national championship
- 7:03Speaker 3: and they're like, oh yeah against the country. Well no,
- 7:06Speaker 3: like we were in Des Moines and it was just
- 7:08Speaker 3: like six teams, oh, like the six best teams in
- 7:11Speaker 3: the country.
- 7:12Speaker 1: No, just from like region like Middle Iowa.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, so it's not national champion Well no, it
- 7:18Speaker 3: was open yea. It's like so somehow it ended up
- 7:20Speaker 3: on that part of TikTok.
- 7:21Speaker 4: That's weird. That's a weird one. Yeah. But this team's crazy, dude.
- 7:24Speaker 4: We have one of the kids. Their dad was a
- 7:26Speaker 4: is a hockey player. I don't know if he's a
- 7:28Speaker 4: current hockey player, but he played for the Preds.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Name Ellis. Ryan Ellis sounds like somebody I should know.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I know nothing about hockey, though.
- 7:37Speaker 4: I think he was part of like the team where
- 7:40Speaker 4: they were in the Stanley Cup playoff or in the
- 7:43Speaker 4: in the championship Ryan Ellis. Yeah, oh still m which
- 7:48Speaker 4: I thought it was weird because like, he's a hockey player.
- 7:51Speaker 4: I would expect him to have his son in hockey.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Well you know, maybe he does as well. But if
- 7:57Speaker 3: they live in Nashville, but this is.
- 7:58Speaker 4: A trial, like this is going to be a travel team,
- 8:01Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 8:01Speaker 3: If I was a professional. If he's Canadian, he probably
- 8:04Speaker 3: grew up as a kid and hockey was all around
- 8:06Speaker 3: him his kid growing up in Nashville. His dad plays hockey,
- 8:10Speaker 3: but hockey's not all around him. I'm sure it's baseball, football, basketball,
- 8:13Speaker 3: because he's living in the South. Sure, so it's mostly
- 8:15Speaker 3: about that. Probably them what your dad does.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I just think, man, is he a big dude, because
- 8:19Speaker 1: he's no defenseman?
- 8:20Speaker 4: Not really. I mean he's he's bigger than me, but
- 8:22Speaker 4: he's not like abnormally big, which I didn't know he was.
- 8:26Speaker 4: Even Like hockey players football players sometimes you don't really
- 8:29Speaker 4: even know what they look like unless you do research
- 8:31Speaker 4: because they have masks like helmets.
- 8:33Speaker 1: And baths, especially hockey, because you don't really watch.
- 8:35Speaker 4: But the coach was like, it's cool, we got a
- 8:36Speaker 4: couple of celebrities on the team. Okay, I'm like, well,
- 8:39Speaker 4: what are you talking about? Well, you you're on the
- 8:40Speaker 4: radio right And I'm like, oh, yeah, yeah, I'm on
- 8:42Speaker 4: the radio. And then we got a hockey player dad
- 8:44Speaker 4: over there.
- 8:44Speaker 1: That's cool.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Apparently the parents are talking about us.
- 8:47Speaker 3: Did the two celebrities hang out?
- 8:49Speaker 4: No? I never talked to Ryan Ellis at all. I
- 8:52Speaker 4: just see him there.
- 8:53Speaker 3: I did see Archie Manning predict and Archie Manning is
- 8:56Speaker 3: the grandpa of arch But Archie Manning's like he's not
- 8:59Speaker 3: going pro this year. Yeah, came out and said that
- 9:02Speaker 3: about Arcs, like he's gonna be in Texas another year,
- 9:04Speaker 3: which I think a lot of people felt that could happen.
- 9:08Speaker 3: But still when you see draft boards, they were putting
- 9:11Speaker 3: him up there, usually top three quarterbacks, sometimes number one,
- 9:15Speaker 3: but you would see like ness Meyer at number one
- 9:16Speaker 3: in some of these, you'd see Drawler at number one,
- 9:18Speaker 3: and some of these arch definitely up there as well.
- 9:21Speaker 3: But Archie seems to think that, even though he hasn't
- 9:25Speaker 3: really talked about it specifically with him, that he's confident
- 9:27Speaker 3: he will stick around and not declare for the twenty
- 9:29Speaker 3: twenty six NFL Draft. And that's from Texas monthly. I
- 9:32Speaker 3: was thinking about this, even if he wants to, I
- 9:34Speaker 3: think this is the perfect thing to say because it's
- 9:36Speaker 3: going to alleviate so much pressure. Yeah from him, like
- 9:39Speaker 3: you're playing for your drafts? He said, no, I'm good,
- 9:42Speaker 3: I had two more years here. Yeah, Like you don't
- 9:44Speaker 3: feel like you have to do it all this year.
- 9:45Speaker 3: People aren't also going you're number one in the dreft
- 9:49Speaker 3: Why I'm not even going it's not true. So I
- 9:52Speaker 3: think a bit of this is to alleviate pressure. But
- 9:54Speaker 3: I do think he'll probably stay as well. Yeah Peyton did, Yeah,
- 9:58Speaker 3: Eli did? Yeah right, they both say to their senior years.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's one year.
- 10:03Speaker 3: I don't know if Eli did for sure, but I
- 10:05Speaker 3: know Peyton did. I remember once Arkansas on All Miss
- 10:08Speaker 3: with Peyton Manning, we played a seven overtime game at.
- 10:10Speaker 1: All I was watching that specifically, remember watching that game.
- 10:15Speaker 1: That was the first time I heard of Eli Mann.
- 10:16Speaker 4: How exhausting for the players.
- 10:17Speaker 3: It's crazy. Gosh, what do you see about Eli?
- 10:20Speaker 1: I'm looking, Yeah he did, he did.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Look at that. You think it's weird that a grandpa
- 10:25Speaker 4: talks about his grandson.
- 10:28Speaker 3: I would think it was weird if his grandpa wasn't
- 10:30Speaker 3: a very famous college quarterback, pro quarterback and uh media
- 10:35Speaker 3: personality all those things. No, because his grandson is the
- 10:39Speaker 3: most famous college player in the whole world, so of
- 10:41Speaker 3: course you're can ask him about that. Yeah, So if
- 10:43Speaker 3: it were just like Kevin's grandpa would be like, that's weird.
- 10:48Speaker 4: But I wonder if Cooper is like, hey, Hey, Dad,
- 10:51Speaker 4: I'll talk, I'll talk, I'll talk about I don't think so, Okay.
- 10:54Speaker 1: I think it'd be more weird if Cooper said something
- 10:56Speaker 1: than just because Arch is that's like a football it
- 11:00Speaker 1: dad though, I know, but like Cooper is like the
- 11:02Speaker 1: one manning. Everyone kind of forgets about no offense.
- 11:04Speaker 3: Obviously because he didn't play pro ball, right.
- 11:06Speaker 1: And you know, injuries and all that. But Arch is
- 11:08Speaker 1: like a football god, especially college football.
- 11:10Speaker 3: Yeah, but Arch is also out talking a lot for
- 11:12Speaker 3: other reasons other than Archie is out talking a lot
- 11:15Speaker 3: for reasons that aren't just Arch. And so if he's
- 11:17Speaker 3: doing he's talking about college football, if he's talking about
- 11:20Speaker 3: whatever he saw, they also can ask questions about Arch. Yeah,
- 11:24Speaker 3: Arch's dad, Cooper is not going to be randomly out
- 11:28Speaker 3: talking about something just football in general. He's only gonna
- 11:31Speaker 3: be talking about his son for the most part. If
- 11:33Speaker 3: that's the case.
- 11:33Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, good point.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Do you guys have your list?
- 11:40Speaker 1: Oh?
- 11:40Speaker 4: I got my lists all right?
- 11:42Speaker 3: Top five? Ed do you want to go first?
- 11:44Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 11:44Speaker 1: Go ahead?
- 11:44Speaker 4: Top five athletes that dated famous hotties like this is
- 11:49Speaker 4: kind of well, Travis Kelcey, I guess yeah, go ahead ahead.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Okay, I'm gonna. I think the list probably happened in
- 11:56Speaker 3: your mind because Travis kelce Dan Taylor Swift.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Oh, I just thought, like athletes, they eight hotties. Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 4: they sometimes marry the hotty.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Is that on your list?
- 12:03Speaker 4: Travis Kelcey number one? Okay, number one, Ed Taylor? So
- 12:06Speaker 4: Travis Kelcey, is it all football players?
- 12:08Speaker 3: No?
- 12:09Speaker 1: Okay?
- 12:10Speaker 4: And this is all time athletes.
- 12:12Speaker 3: So I'm gonna guess. Tony Romo, Jessica Simpson.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Tony Romo, Jessica Simpson is at number three.
- 12:18Speaker 3: I saw Jessica Simpsons playing the Opry coming up. Really,
- 12:21Speaker 3: Oh that's cool, weird, Huh?
- 12:23Speaker 4: You can go to that.
- 12:24Speaker 3: No, I won't go unless I'm playing, And I don't
- 12:27Speaker 3: think I'm playing at night. Okay, it's too far from home.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it's it's out there. The Opry's out.
- 12:32Speaker 3: There, okay. So Romo, Jessica, Travis Taylor, I think famous, okay,
- 12:38Speaker 3: but I don't want to hear anything famous famous. I
- 12:40Speaker 3: don't think David Beckham, Victoria Beckham. If you're like, but
- 12:44Speaker 3: that's soccer, is that your guess? Yeah, but you're just
- 12:48Speaker 3: not a soccer guy. I don't know that you'd put
- 12:49Speaker 3: that in the top five, but yeah, I guess it.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Number two David Beckham, posh spice, let's go and they
- 12:54Speaker 4: got married. They're still married.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Now, you didn't do like Troy Aigman Laurie Morgan, which
- 12:58Speaker 3: I brought out.
- 12:58Speaker 4: No, no, no, no to do that. And one of them
- 13:03Speaker 4: I feel like I should take off the list because
- 13:05Speaker 4: I had to look it up. All the other ones
- 13:08Speaker 4: came came to my mind quickly.
- 13:10Speaker 3: So there's two left.
- 13:10Speaker 4: There's two left?
- 13:12Speaker 3: Are they both in my lifetime?
- 13:13Speaker 4: No? One of them is? One of them is not?
- 13:18Speaker 3: You want to guess.
- 13:20Speaker 4: Athletes that dated hot so I.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Think of like Chris Humphreys dated Kim k they got married,
- 13:28Speaker 3: dated Kim Kardashian. Yeah, but he wasn't super famous, but
- 13:32Speaker 3: he was the athlete.
- 13:33Speaker 4: He was the athlete that dated famous hotties.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Kim Kardashian.
- 13:37Speaker 4: Is that is that one of your guests?
- 13:39Speaker 2: No?
- 13:39Speaker 1: Did you say Tony Romo?
- 13:41Speaker 4: Yeah, it's on the list as number three.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Famous hearties.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Okay, so let's go into the football space. Who's dated famous.
- 13:51Speaker 4: You don't want to guess Chris humph I don't.
- 13:53Speaker 3: I don't think he's famous enough. Have the Jenners dated
- 13:57Speaker 3: other athletes. There's oh yeah, like Devin Booker and Kendall Jenner.
- 14:02Speaker 4: And that's a good one to think about that you can.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Put that on there.
- 14:04Speaker 4: I didn't put that. I would definitely, I think I
- 14:07Speaker 4: would put that one on over one of them. I'm
- 14:11Speaker 4: just gonna tell you, dude, now they tell me, you
- 14:12Speaker 4: already guessed it. It was Chris humphreyes and Kim Kardashian.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Kim Kardashian's the hotty. That was huge, But that's number five.
- 14:21Speaker 3: I think I'd have probably gone Reggie Bush over Chris Humphreys.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Was Kim Kardashian.
- 14:26Speaker 4: What that's crazy? Reggie Bush did here?
- 14:29Speaker 1: Who?
- 14:29Speaker 2: Uh?
- 14:30Speaker 4: Oh?
- 14:30Speaker 1: Tristan Thompson, Yeah, that's that's Chloe Kardashian.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Yeah, and then lamar Odom.
- 14:36Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, jeez, there's one more. Huh one more in
- 14:39Speaker 3: my lifetime. No oh, and this is old school black
- 14:44Speaker 3: and white.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Black and white OG probably the o G where the
- 14:50Speaker 4: whole world was like, that's crazy.
- 14:53Speaker 3: If it's black and white, it's probably not going to
- 14:55Speaker 3: be n B A. NBA really didn't start popping until
- 15:00Speaker 3: Magic Bird era to where they were famous with the
- 15:04Speaker 3: famous person like able to get a really famous person
- 15:06Speaker 3: so I take NBA out in NFL. Who even in
- 15:09Speaker 3: the NFL, there's like only a few stars that transcended.
- 15:14Speaker 3: But like the sports for black and white days were boxing,
- 15:16Speaker 3: horse racing, and baseball boxing good. I don't even know anybody,
- 15:20Speaker 3: but those were the sports. Because I listened to this
- 15:22Speaker 3: history podcast I was talking. It basically talked about the
- 15:24Speaker 3: sports that were the most popular, and like horse racing
- 15:27Speaker 3: not on the mark, but horse racing, boxing is popular,
- 15:29Speaker 3: and baseball were the big ones. I'm not gonna get
- 15:32Speaker 3: horse racing. I'm cutting out. That's my number because I
- 15:36Speaker 3: don't know who sea biscuit number four, sea basket boxing.
- 15:43Speaker 3: If it's not like.
- 15:44Speaker 4: Muhammad Ali and he was, he didn't anybody, Joe.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Lewis, I don't know, George Foreman. No, So we go
- 15:51Speaker 3: to baseball, Mickey Mantle.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Which one dated, Marilyn Monroe.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Joe Demaggio, great one, that's our answer, Joema.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Marilyn Monroe.
- 16:01Speaker 1: There's one of them that.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Did I know that?
- 16:03Speaker 4: I mean that was a big deal. Yeah, sure for
- 16:05Speaker 4: back in the day.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Sure you have a list.
- 16:08Speaker 1: You know. I misunderstood the whole thing.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Oh wow, what happened?
- 16:10Speaker 1: I just read it wrong. I read it as this
- 16:12Speaker 1: what mean it as I read it as these are
- 16:14Speaker 1: what we're gonna go over tomorrow. I didn't see the
- 16:16Speaker 1: whole come up with your own.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Got it?
- 16:20Speaker 1: So my fault for just gimming through it. Five ways.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Kevin's an idiot?
- 16:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I like it.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Okay, Top five NFL players who had cool hair?
- 16:28Speaker 4: Oh, this is good mine. Okay, let's guess Kevin, since
- 16:33Speaker 4: he didn't have a list. Dennis Rodman's got to be
- 16:35Speaker 4: on there.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Oh, great one. But I said NFL players, Well.
- 16:39Speaker 4: Dance Robin didn't play in the NFL. He could have
- 16:41Speaker 4: probably the Boz.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Bosworths didn't. Y.
- 16:48Speaker 4: Yeah, nice, Yes he played. I mean it wasn't very
- 16:51Speaker 4: long that he played the NFL.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Huh.
- 16:52Speaker 4: I had Yeah, a couple years, few years, okay, yeah,
- 16:54Speaker 4: because I remember that one, yeah boom with Jackson. Yeah
- 16:57Speaker 4: that's cool.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I think also him being in Seattle hurt too, because
- 17:01Speaker 3: you're over in those markets, especially then, like you're the
- 17:04Speaker 3: Super West Coast market, and television wasn't the same. They
- 17:07Speaker 3: weren't showing games and markets.
- 17:09Speaker 1: What about trying to think guys with drugs that would
- 17:12Speaker 1: get pulled on like Chris Johnson and see like Chris Johnson.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Top five NFL players with cool hair. Chris Johnson, uh
- 17:22Speaker 3: would have made honorable mention. He's not my top five,
- 17:24Speaker 3: though he did have long dreads. I did have him
- 17:26Speaker 3: on his honorable mention, but he did not make.
- 17:28Speaker 1: To Derrick Henry, he's another dread guy.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Oh, Dereck Henry. He's got that one, that one dread
- 17:32Speaker 4: that comes out.
- 17:33Speaker 3: Is that your answer?
- 17:33Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 17:34Speaker 3: Incorrect?
- 17:37Speaker 4: Let's think. Let's think. Oh, well, Patrick Mahomes man when
- 17:40Speaker 4: he his hair kids all over the place. We're doing
- 17:43Speaker 4: that mullet thing. Yeah, it's like a faux hawk mullet thing.
- 17:48Speaker 3: You only get three strikes? Is that your answer?
- 17:50Speaker 1: We have two? Huh no, you only one?
- 17:52Speaker 4: I have to go mahomes think about like he.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Made honorable mention but did not make.
- 17:56Speaker 1: It really and shoulders commercials?
- 17:59Speaker 3: Oh, paulam number one? Answer?
- 18:01Speaker 4: Troy, good job, Kevin. Do we have three strikes each?
- 18:06Speaker 3: Got total? Your teamwork?
- 18:09Speaker 1: Dang it?
- 18:09Speaker 3: Okay, really got to pay off here.
- 18:10Speaker 4: So we got one one.
- 18:11Speaker 3: You got Paula Mallow at number one, Brian Bosworth a
- 18:13Speaker 3: number two. I'll say one of these guys has been
- 18:16Speaker 3: named but in another category, oh my category? Who knows dud,
- 18:24Speaker 3: you're the only other.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Okay, so who is? Tony Roman didn't.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Have good hair? I said name. I didn't even say
- 18:30Speaker 3: made the list.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Names misses everything. It does mess everything up. Joe Montana
- 18:35Speaker 4: had good hair. Mm hm. Reggie Bush Joe dem football player.
- 18:43Speaker 4: Oh yeah, uh we talked about Reggie Bush. Who else
- 18:50Speaker 4: did we talk about my list?
- 18:55Speaker 1: Joe Namath correct?
- 18:57Speaker 4: Boom dude, Joe Namath had solid hair.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Correct two more. I give you a HND on both
- 19:02Speaker 3: of them. They're both the defensive players.
- 19:07Speaker 4: Ooh, Lawrence Taylor, didn't you have cool hair? Like little
- 19:11Speaker 4: like lightning bolts?
- 19:12Speaker 3: Oh?
- 19:12Speaker 1: Yeah, it was cool.
- 19:14Speaker 4: I feel like Lawrence Taylor had cool hair, even like
- 19:17Speaker 4: dyed it.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Can you give us a decade or no, that's too easy. Yeah.
- 19:25Speaker 4: I gave you kind of like black and white.
- 19:27Speaker 3: I've given you like free packs. I've given you honorable mentions,
- 19:30Speaker 3: not being a strike. Lawrence Taylor made honorable mention. Wow,
- 19:34Speaker 3: he would have been number seven, but it's only top five.
- 19:37Speaker 3: I'll tell you Number six was Odell Beckham junr.
- 19:39Speaker 4: Oh, that's good.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Everyone had his haircut.
- 19:41Speaker 3: So four and five both defensive players, both white.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Oh jj Watt, No.
- 19:53Speaker 4: Howie long had cool hair.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Oh, that's a good one.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Kind of had like a buzz cut, but it was spiky.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Yeah, it was like a mullet buzz.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Yeah, he's defensive. You want to go how long?
- 20:03Speaker 3: How? Why?
- 20:06Speaker 4: How long? And packers? Oh, Matthews play Matthews.
- 20:13Speaker 3: Do the long Goldie lot along here and the number
- 20:16Speaker 3: five Vikings Jared Allen, Correct, you did have cool hair?
- 20:22Speaker 4: Correct?
- 20:22Speaker 3: You on my other list? Yes, sir, bring it best
- 20:25Speaker 3: NFL players were number eighty eight.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Oh, let's go all the cowboys? Wait, hold on, No,
- 20:30Speaker 4: I don't want to those aren't strikes. Hold on, let
- 20:32Speaker 4: me let me reel it in, because dude, you got c. D. Lamb,
- 20:36Speaker 4: you got Dez Bryant, you got Drew Pearson, you got
- 20:40Speaker 4: Michael Irvin. Those are all Dallas cowboys, War eighty eight?
- 20:45Speaker 1: Who else? War eighty eight?
- 20:47Speaker 3: Who are you guessing as your first guess?
- 20:48Speaker 4: Michael Irvin?
- 20:49Speaker 3: Michael Irvin number one, number eighty eight. Job.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Yeah, you put CD above dead.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Well they both could be on there. It is you're
- 21:00Speaker 3: trying to get on the list.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Or if there's no way you could have put all
- 21:04Speaker 4: the cowboys on there, you should have put all the
- 21:07Speaker 4: cowboys on there, but there's no way you did. Who
- 21:10Speaker 4: else is eighty eight six? Lets stay away from the
- 21:11Speaker 4: Cowboys for a.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Second, think not Randy Moss not? Uh? What was Andre Johnson?
- 21:16Speaker 1: He's eighty one?
- 21:20Speaker 4: Jerry Rice was eighty. Do we got their CD in there?
- 21:28Speaker 4: CD's gotta be on there, right? What do you think Dez.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Deaz was? I think CD is better, but Dees did
- 21:39Speaker 1: it for a little longer as of right now go,
- 21:41Speaker 1: I'll let you pick this one.
- 21:43Speaker 4: I feel like I feel like we gotta go with
- 21:45Speaker 4: one of those dudes.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Let's go CD number five.
- 21:55Speaker 4: Dude, we gotta think of something else other than the Cowboys, though,
- 21:57Speaker 4: two down, three to go. I can't Jackson Smith and Jibba?
- 22:02Speaker 4: Who else is it?
- 22:03Speaker 3: Right?
- 22:04Speaker 4: Oh? Said Randy Moss in the eighty.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Eight he's eighty four, eighty one.
- 22:14Speaker 4: Chris Carter, Chris Carter, he's eighty eighty.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Larry Fitz was eleven. Calvin Johnson, Oh he was eighty one,
- 22:27Speaker 1: he was eighty one.
- 22:28Speaker 4: Good call, dude.
- 22:30Speaker 3: This is three left, ten seconds left.
- 22:33Speaker 4: This is tough.
- 22:37Speaker 1: The Cowboys, the Cowboys.
- 22:39Speaker 3: That's Bryant correct number three? Man, oh man, you got
- 22:45Speaker 3: two left?
- 22:46Speaker 4: So could Drew Pearson because there's no way he put
- 22:48Speaker 4: Drew Pearson on the list.
- 22:50Speaker 3: I've got three Cowboys, Urban Dez, and CD so far, one, three,
- 22:54Speaker 3: and five.
- 22:54Speaker 4: This is terrible. All we have his Cowboys?
- 22:56Speaker 1: Oh yeah, terrell O ones eighty one?
- 23:00Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, old eighty one.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I know a lot of eighty one.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Steve Largent.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Gotta throw a white guy.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Oh what about some of the we's What was Welker? No?
- 23:17Speaker 4: Eighty four?
- 23:19Speaker 1: Dude, I think he was eighty one too? Or no?
- 23:25Speaker 4: Oh, Randall Cobb? What's he eighty eight.
- 23:31Speaker 3: With the Packers.
- 23:32Speaker 4: There's no way he was eighty eight with the Cowboys.
- 23:36Speaker 1: No, he's eighteen.
- 23:37Speaker 4: He was eighteen?
- 23:39Speaker 3: Oh my god, yeah he was eighteen.
- 23:41Speaker 4: This is hard, dude.
- 23:42Speaker 3: All right, I need an answer, dude.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Dude, let's do it.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Drew Pearson with the Cowboys, Drew Pearson's Come on, Kevin,
- 23:53Speaker 4: you didn't put a list together, dude, come up with something.
- 23:57Speaker 3: After strike two. I'll give you a hint.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Oh, who's the white guy for the Jets?
- 24:06Speaker 3: Grebette?
- 24:07Speaker 1: Yeah, Corbettinker.
- 24:10Speaker 4: You don't so you don't know how to say his name,
- 24:11Speaker 4: but you think he's on the list.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Did you do not have anybody else though, I'm eighty eight.
- 24:22Speaker 3: I'm pretty allen. I'm pretty sure they're both in the
- 24:25Speaker 3: Hall of Fame.
- 24:28Speaker 1: He's running back, Widen might well, now you got me
- 24:31Speaker 1: thinking about Steve Largent too.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Steve what number one?
- 24:34Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 24:34Speaker 4: Throw Steve Large on the list. Can we guess.
- 24:36Speaker 1: What eighty eight?
- 24:37Speaker 4: I feel like he was.
- 24:39Speaker 1: I don't know that one.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Is that your guest, Seattle Seahawks Steve Largent?
- 24:44Speaker 3: That is incorrect. Steve Large was number eighty.
- 24:48Speaker 4: Got so many eighties and eighty one? All right? All right?
- 24:52Speaker 3: I think the hint was they're both in the Hall
- 24:53Speaker 3: of Fame.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Oh my gosh.
- 24:55Speaker 3: They both are known for playing for a FC teams,
- 24:59Speaker 3: although one of the one of them played his whole
- 25:00Speaker 3: career with the same team one switch, But I think
- 25:03Speaker 3: mostly he's known for playing it for the AFC team.
- 25:05Speaker 3: They're both AFC guys. One's not a wide receiver, tight end.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Oh that's a good Winslow.
- 25:18Speaker 4: Uh. Who's the Atlanta Falcons guy?
- 25:23Speaker 1: Oh? Yeah, Tony?
- 25:24Speaker 4: Was he eighty eight? I feel like he was eighty eight? Yeah,
- 25:28Speaker 4: good call in the tight end Tony Gonzalez.
- 25:31Speaker 3: What team would you say? Tony Gonzalez is the most
- 25:33Speaker 3: known for the Falcons. No, Chiefs, yeah, Chiefs.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Yeah, is he on.
- 25:37Speaker 3: There, Tonal? That was I was talking about.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Played for one Yeah, I was thinking just receivers.
- 25:44Speaker 3: And then the next one was wide receiver a FC
- 25:46Speaker 3: his whole career, hall of Famer.
- 25:48Speaker 4: And played with the same team.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Oh well, oh he is a Hall of Famer.
- 25:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Let me make sure.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I was gonna say to Marius Thomas.
- 25:57Speaker 3: Make sure he's in the Hall of Fame.
- 25:58Speaker 4: You say he's a receiver.
- 26:00Speaker 3: This person was inducted in the Pro Football Hall of
- 26:02Speaker 3: Fame in the year come on this zouge twenty sixteen.
- 26:08Speaker 4: Yeah, but I mean that could be just the year
- 26:11Speaker 4: they were inducted.
- 26:12Speaker 3: What is the year they were inducted?
- 26:14Speaker 4: I know, so that means they could have played, like.
- 26:23Speaker 1: I don't know, said NFCC one team his entire career.
- 26:30Speaker 4: Did you say he's a receiver, Yeah, you say his receiver.
- 26:33Speaker 3: I didn't say that, but I will now.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Colts t Y.
- 26:37Speaker 1: Hilton, Oh yeah, Colts, Marvin Harrison. That's it.
- 26:41Speaker 4: Oh how did we get that?
- 26:44Speaker 3: Well? I gave you like an hour thought question. Have
- 26:56Speaker 3: you been watching Joe Mixon a practice? No? He said,
- 26:59Speaker 3: I five, You're bomb me through for a touchdown. Joe Mixon.
- 27:01Speaker 3: Everywhere he goes, he puts up film Joe Milton, Sorry,
- 27:05Speaker 3: Joe mix Oh Joelton. Yes, I've also seen mixing a
- 27:08Speaker 3: practice of the Texans. Yes, I was like, wait point,
- 27:10Speaker 3: good point.
- 27:11Speaker 4: I saw a dumb video where they were comparing back
- 27:13Speaker 4: to Joe Milton. Guys, that's so mean.
- 27:16Speaker 3: Like nobody has the Milton arm. I think Milton at
- 27:19Speaker 3: the biggest arm in the NFL. He's always had that,
- 27:21Speaker 3: even when he was a Tennessee I mean supposedly he
- 27:23Speaker 3: wanted to start with the Patriots. That's why they traded him.
- 27:25Speaker 3: What do you know about that?
- 27:27Speaker 1: Yeah, he got Drake ma'am sorry, get out of here.
- 27:29Speaker 3: And so Joe Milton now is crushing seventy five yard touchdown.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Yeah, he is the practice machine, but he looks like
- 27:36Speaker 1: the guy in practice. He was the same thing with
- 27:38Speaker 1: the Patriots in just one year. Was like, oh my gosh.
- 27:40Speaker 1: And then preseason remember last year he played and people
- 27:42Speaker 1: were like, oh my gosh. Then he won the final
- 27:44Speaker 1: game when we needed to lose a game, and it
- 27:45Speaker 1: was like, get out of here.
- 27:47Speaker 3: I remember that. Yeah, he won the game when it
- 27:49Speaker 3: needed to be lost. Yes, that means he won with
- 27:51Speaker 3: like extra against him though, yes, she gets fired up. Dude,
- 27:55Speaker 3: what if like, well, that's gonna miss games for injury? Oh,
- 27:58Speaker 3: just you're just un come how sun goes down? Dak
- 28:01Speaker 3: is going to miss him games for injury?
- 28:02Speaker 4: No, man, He says he feels great, like the healthiest
- 28:05Speaker 4: he's ever felt. Well, probably not the healthiest. But but
- 28:08Speaker 4: does he say that He said he feels really really healthy.
- 28:11Speaker 4: That felt yea.
- 28:13Speaker 3: What is your actual expectation, not your rose colored glasses,
- 28:17Speaker 3: what is your actual expectation of the Cowboys?
- 28:18Speaker 4: I think that we make the playoffs again and we
- 28:22Speaker 4: advance to the make the playoff list.
- 28:25Speaker 3: You know, No, that's why you said again, I don't know,
- 28:27Speaker 3: question missed.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Last year and then so we're going to go back
- 28:30Speaker 4: into the playoff game and then we will probably win
- 28:35Speaker 4: the first playoff game and then lose a second.
- 28:38Speaker 3: So super wild card, you win that one.
- 28:40Speaker 4: Yes, and then we lose we lose the.
- 28:42Speaker 3: First before the division chamge.
- 28:44Speaker 4: Yes, we won't make a division championship, conference championship.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Whatever that is. That is my prediction because anything below
- 28:50Speaker 3: that is disappointment to you. Absolutely anything above that is
- 28:54Speaker 3: that fulfilling.
- 28:55Speaker 4: That's gonna be amazing.
- 28:56Speaker 3: So if you win a game in the playoffs, you
- 28:59Speaker 3: are good, yes.
- 29:00Speaker 4: Because we haven't done that in a long time, and
- 29:03Speaker 4: that's gonna be good. And that hopefully we'll get us
- 29:06Speaker 4: in the super Bowl because it's never.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Happened next year. Because you just said you're happy, No.
- 29:12Speaker 4: I'll be happy. But I mean if they go with
- 29:14Speaker 4: the super Bowl, of course, I'd be ecstatic.
- 29:15Speaker 1: No.
- 29:15Speaker 3: No, but I'm saying if they just win one game
- 29:17Speaker 3: but they lose the second playoff game in like heartbreaking fashion,
- 29:19Speaker 3: what's offen?
- 29:20Speaker 4: Yeah, that's okay, that's all right, it's a plus. We're
- 29:22Speaker 4: trajectory upward.
- 29:23Speaker 3: So for the next year, though, you feel good?
- 29:25Speaker 4: Correct? Got it?
- 29:26Speaker 3: And what is your expectation of the Patriots.
- 29:32Speaker 1: If they were in the NFC, I'd just say the playoffs,
- 29:34Speaker 1: But I.
- 29:34Speaker 4: Think if they were in the NFC.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Yeah, they a FC so much harder.
- 29:39Speaker 3: AFC is so much harder.
- 29:40Speaker 4: Yeah, but what fantasy world we be living in? They're not,
- 29:43Speaker 4: I know.
- 29:44Speaker 3: But I'm just saying, Grandma and your grandma, I forgot'
- 29:50Speaker 3: how ball.
- 29:50Speaker 1: She'd be king eight wins. I'll be happy with eight wins,
- 29:54Speaker 1: eight and nine. I know people are talking about they
- 29:56Speaker 1: can make the playoffs and this and that, but I
- 29:57Speaker 1: just the hype is so much and I'm like, I
- 30:00Speaker 1: don't know about let's pump the brakes a little bit.
- 30:01Speaker 3: So what though?
- 30:02Speaker 1: Is it eight wins? So eight and nine right on
- 30:05Speaker 1: the cusp of the playoffs. But if they just miss.
- 30:09Speaker 4: I'm okay and they don't make the playoffs.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, but if they make the playoffs, it's a
- 30:13Speaker 1: huge bonus.
- 30:14Speaker 3: I was thinking about my expectations for Arkansas football. Come on,
- 30:16Speaker 3: because that's my team. If we win seven games, that's
- 30:22Speaker 3: really good because we're not We're not there to win games.
- 30:25Speaker 3: We didn't build our roster to win games. It sucks.
- 30:28Speaker 3: What did you build your roster for existence? Fill up
- 30:31Speaker 3: phillip spots? It sucks. I'm so sad about it. Yeah,
- 30:36Speaker 3: if we lose below seven, I might have to make
- 30:40Speaker 3: some public declarations.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Oh we don't even want to think about that, dude.
- 30:44Speaker 3: I know, and I've never done that. But if we
- 30:48Speaker 3: only win six games and everybody's like, well, look how
- 30:51Speaker 3: hard our schedule is. Everybody in the SEC has a
- 30:53Speaker 3: hard schedule, Yeah, everybody. You don't play in the SEC
- 30:56Speaker 3: and not have a heart. We play five ranked teams, okay,
- 31:00Speaker 3: so does everybody else. They had to play four or
- 31:02Speaker 3: five or six, and a lot of those teams that
- 31:03Speaker 3: rank now won't be ranked later, so you don't really
- 31:05Speaker 3: know who the good teams are to the end of
- 31:06Speaker 3: the year. So seven games, as got is the bottom
- 31:10Speaker 3: for me. Anything below seven, I got to make some
- 31:13Speaker 3: public declarations. Oh I've never made a public declaration.
- 31:17Speaker 4: I'm gonna pray they get seven games.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Dude, I kind of want to see the declaration.
- 31:20Speaker 4: No, I don't. We don't want to see that.
- 31:22Speaker 3: Even seven though, is like, really, we've gone through all this.
- 31:25Speaker 3: I'm only winning seven games.
- 31:27Speaker 4: I know, but that's your mark. That's your mark. So
- 31:29Speaker 4: have they hit seven, you've got to be okay.
- 31:32Speaker 3: I need something. I need some optimism, Like, I just
- 31:35Speaker 3: don't want to have to make a public decoration.
- 31:37Speaker 4: You know, nobody wants that. Nobody wants that telling you guys,
- 31:41Speaker 4: nobody wants that.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Body wants that. So it's gonna be tough, that's what's up.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you want to hear our schedule?
- 31:46Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I'd love to hear that.
- 31:47Speaker 3: You know, we do, Like I mentioned, we play Notre
- 31:51Speaker 3: Dame at Arkansas this year is that mid season, it's
- 31:54Speaker 3: like game three or four.
- 31:55Speaker 1: You gotta go to that one.
- 31:56Speaker 3: I might, it just depends. Okay, there we go Game
- 32:01Speaker 3: one in Arkansas against Alabama A and M August thirtieth
- 32:06Speaker 3: when we should have that one. When game two in Fatteville,
- 32:10Speaker 3: Arkansas versus Arkansas State have that one. I think it's
- 32:14Speaker 3: a Favebville. Maybe a little rock, but it's whatever. Game
- 32:17Speaker 3: three Arkansas at Ole Miss.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Draw toss up, but we don't know what they are either.
- 32:24Speaker 1: They lost Jackson Darton.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Yeah, but they have that crazy good quarterback.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Yeah, but we don't know.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Okay, pick whoever you want. You're really betting money on it.
- 32:36Speaker 4: This is a straight money line, right yeah, straight money line.
- 32:39Speaker 3: And it's it's in Oxford.
- 32:40Speaker 4: Oh, I'm gonna have to go at Ole Miss.
- 32:43Speaker 3: Arkansas at Memphis.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Arkansas's got that Arkansas, Okay, three wins.
- 32:48Speaker 3: So far, Notre Dame at Arkansas.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Sorry, we can go with the Irish. Still three wins,
- 32:53Speaker 4: but but it's gonna be a fun game.
- 32:55Speaker 3: Arkansas at Tennessee, Tennessee still three wins. Texas A and
- 33:00Speaker 3: M at Arkansas.
- 33:03Speaker 4: I don't know what's going on over there.
- 33:04Speaker 3: Am stacked.
- 33:05Speaker 1: They're always stacked.
- 33:07Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, all right, and we haven't beat them in forever.
- 33:11Speaker 1: That's the one where you usually play at the Cowboys stadium, right, I.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Think it's possibly back. I don't know he has a station. Regardless,
- 33:19Speaker 3: it's like two years in a row.
- 33:20Speaker 1: You guys had to lead in that game or something.
- 33:22Speaker 3: Yeah, we don't win that game.
- 33:23Speaker 4: Okay, hey, I say you win that game.
- 33:25Speaker 3: I don't need your charity. I'm asking you who you're
- 33:27Speaker 3: betting on.
- 33:28Speaker 4: I'll throw a little flyer on that, okay, a little
- 33:30Speaker 4: fun bet.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Auburn at Arkansas you win that. Yeah, Mississippi State at
- 33:34Speaker 3: Arkansas win, you win that. Arkansas Texas you lose that.
- 33:38Speaker 4: Good luck lose that.
- 33:41Speaker 3: Missouri in Arkansas lose it. They kind of have our number.
- 33:45Speaker 3: But if all that goes, I think we win six games.
- 33:48Speaker 3: That's if we win that A and M game.
- 33:50Speaker 4: That's the one I gave you.
- 33:52Speaker 3: You gave me that for charity.
- 33:54Speaker 4: It could happen, man, make one of those random wins.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Gave me that for charity. So yeah, that's what's up.
- 33:58Speaker 4: So that puts us at six.
- 33:59Speaker 1: With that, there's always one in there that you don't
- 34:02Speaker 1: expect so one in.
- 34:04Speaker 3: There the other way that you don't expect to lose.
- 34:07Speaker 4: Yeah, the Arkansas State one.
- 34:09Speaker 3: That'd be terrible. That would be terrible for us to
- 34:12Speaker 3: be terrible.
- 34:13Speaker 4: Okay, that's it exciting though. How excited are you for football?
- 34:18Speaker 3: I can't wait. It's the most. It's what I look
- 34:20Speaker 3: forward to the most because Arkansas football is my favorite
- 34:23Speaker 3: thing in the whole world. That's not like that doesn't
- 34:25Speaker 3: live in my house do.
- 34:26Speaker 4: What's crazy, too, is I'm watching pre I have preseason
- 34:29Speaker 4: games on the house, and like the kids are even
- 34:31Speaker 4: excited about preseason games, mostly just to see some of
- 34:34Speaker 4: the kids that like got drafted and like like we
- 34:36Speaker 4: saw Ashton Genty, like you know, play not that good, but.
- 34:40Speaker 3: It's cool with minus one yard.
- 34:42Speaker 4: That's cool.
