- 0:01Would you be mad if someone stole $680 from you if suddenly
- 0:07you had a new debt of $680? Like a bad news, My friends, it
- 0:13happened. And I'm going to explain to you
- 0:15how and why in this video Also, is the United States headed to
- 0:20bankruptcy? Let's call it what it is.
- 0:23We've got new proof that things aren't looking good for the
- 0:26fiscal situation in the United States.
- 0:28And what about the silver squeeze?
- 0:30Nobody's talking about that anymore.
- 0:33Silver squeeze can happen. We'll cover that as well.
- 0:38The most important thing we need to cover is welcome.
- 0:42Welcome basement dwellers. What a big, big honor that
- 0:45you're here with me right now in the basement.
- 0:47Remember, there's limited space, so get get in here while you can
- 0:52and stay here while you can. On a serious note, it's a big,
- 0:55big deal when you come down here and join the club, right?
- 0:59We used to call ourselves the Mr. Rogers Neighborhood for
- 1:02silver and gold enthusiasts. Whatever we call ourselves, we
- 1:06love each other. We love to talk about silver and
- 1:08gold. Thank you for being here.
- 1:09Please subscribe to the channel. We're trying to get some more
- 1:12subscribers. Give the video thumbs up.
- 1:15It gets the news out to more people.
- 1:16And thank you in advance for any support.
- 1:18Super chats never expected at all, but always super
- 1:22appreciated. Did somebody steal $680 from
- 1:27you? Let's talk about the United
- 1:29States going bankrupt first and see how I'll prove to you that,
- 1:34yes, last week somebody stole $680 from you.
- 1:39Let's go out to The Economic Times.
- 1:41They have a rather harsh article.
- 1:44Thank you, Dana Webb for that super chat, super appreciated
- 1:48regarding what is going on right now in the United States.
- 1:52Let me make sure I've got you guys up on the screen, which I
- 1:55do. Thank you again, Dana, for that.
- 1:58And here we go. The Economic Times says America
- 2:03headed for bankruptcy. U.S.
- 2:06National debt skyrockets $204 billion in one day, raising
- 2:12alarms. Here are the key factors.
- 2:15Before we go any further and we're going to get to your $680
- 2:19that you got ripped off, let's remember this our favorite new
- 2:23chart, gold to debt. This chart shows unequivocally,
- 2:28undeniably the fact that as debt goes up the black line from what
- 2:331966 through today as the as the debt levels went up in the
- 2:39world. But this in specific US public
- 2:42debt, the gold price, the silver price have gone up as well, OK.
- 2:47So save that picture in your mind as we talk about what is
- 2:52going on with the US national debt and how somebody, I'll just
- 2:56tell you right now, you want to know how somebody ripped you off
- 2:59for $680 in one day, guys? And we noticed this last week.
- 3:04We were on top of this, the US national debt shot up in one day
- 3:08by $204 billion last night. I thought, man, that's a lot of
- 3:13money. And I thought, there's 330
- 3:15American, million Americans, right?
- 3:18You, a lot of you, most of you are joining me from America.
- 3:21There's 330 million of us. I thought, I wonder how much
- 3:25that is per U.S. citizen. And I thought that's probably
- 3:28around $6570 per citizen. No, wrong.
- 3:33If you divide $204 billion by 330 million U.S. citizens,
- 3:40that's a $680 debt that you incurred, that you that you was
- 3:47put on your books. We now owe per each U.S. citizen
- 3:53in one day last week, $680. To me, that's a Kenda theft
- 3:58because what are they spending this money on anyway?
- 4:00The Economic Times raising alarms. the US national debt
- 4:05skyrocketed on the very first day of the new fiscal year,
- 4:09jumping $204 billion to a new record high of 35.7 billion.
- 4:14What's worse is that the Treasury also had to draw down
- 4:18its cash balance by 72 billion. That's over $275 billion in the
- 4:24red. The Treasury is in the red.
- 4:27Oh Lord. The new record amount of U.S.
- 4:29government debt on the first day of the government fiscal year
- 4:33amounted to 204 billion in a single day.
- 4:37Who's who's calling for bankruptcy?
- 4:39Because this data sent shock waves across the country with
- 4:44many saying that America is headed for bankruptcy, right?
- 4:48We know what Jamie Dimon's saying.
- 4:50We know what Ray Dalio saying. We know what Jeffrey Gunlock,
- 4:53the gurus are saying. They're warning, warning.
- 4:56We know what even Jerome Powell from the United States Federal
- 5:00Reserve, oh boy, guys, let's get back to this bankruptcy.
- 5:03But before I forget, we know little secret for us basement
- 5:07dwellers, right? If you look over my left
- 5:09shoulder, not the Pinbacks box. You know, we'll talk about
- 5:12Pinbacks in a little bit. We have a new character in the
- 5:15basement. There's an elephant in the room,
- 5:18right? A big problem in the room.
- 5:20And do you notice he's right next to the American flag?
- 5:24There's an elephant in the room. And that element is this
- 5:31elephant. OK, Tesla CEO Elon Musk was
- 5:36prominent among those. We have all these people warning
- 5:39of bankruptcy, but Elon Musk who posted on X saying America is
- 5:45headed for bankruptcy, right? And the math draws that out.
- 5:49Don't worry. We're going to pay our daily
- 5:51visit to the US debt clock here in a second because we need to
- 5:53check on that silver to dollar ratio.
- 5:56But the ratio of federal debt right now to GDP is a critical
- 6:00metric for assessing fiscal health.
- 6:03It is projected to rise approximately 99% in 2024 from
- 6:10approximately 99% in 2024 to about 116 percent 2034,
- 6:17reflecting concerns about long term sustainability of interest,
- 6:21cost and mandatory spending. Guys, this does not work.
- 6:24This results in printing of money by the Federal Reserve.
- 6:29Printing, printing, printing. It's all they can do in very
- 6:33simple terms, devalue the US dollar, skyrocketing inflation
- 6:40in you right as a silver and gold investor being very happy
- 6:44that you've invested, you've bought out, took out an
- 6:47insurance policy against paper money, against Unicorn Bart dust
- 6:54in that you own silver and gold. Here's the key factors that are
- 6:57contributing to the debt surge. Interest cost.
- 7:00Interest payments on the national debt have been a major
- 7:03driver of this increase. In the 1st 10 months of the
- 7:06previous fiscal year, interest cost totaled almost 956 billion,
- 7:11marking a 32% rise compared to the same period in 2023.
- 7:18Our interest expense is skyrocketing, which means the
- 7:22deficit is skyrocketing, which means the total national debt is
- 7:26skyrocketing, which makes the interest expense get even
- 7:29bigger. It's a doom cycle.
- 7:31It's a debt spiral budget. The budget deficit also
- 7:35contributed for the for the fiscal year has also been
- 7:39substantial. By July of 2024, the deficit had
- 7:43reached only $1.5 trillion. Don't forget a trillion is
- 7:481,000,000 * 1,000,000 also contributing rising debt levels.
- 7:55Just one component of the debt spiral, the Whirlpool that we're
- 7:59in. the US national debt has been on an upward trajectory,
- 8:03having crossed 30 trillion mark in February of 2022 and now
- 8:08standing at approximately 34 trillion U.S. dollars.
- 8:13Economic factors, right? The economic landscape landscape
- 8:16continues to be impacted by various factors including
- 8:20inflation, global uncertainties. These conditions affect
- 8:24government revenues and expenditures, complicating
- 8:26efforts to effectively manage the debt.
- 8:29We are headed to bankruptcy. Sorry to have to break the bad
- 8:33news to the American people. We are headed towards bankruptcy
- 8:36unless something major changes. This will result in printing of
- 8:42money. This will result in people that
- 8:44have bought real hard assets up to and including things like
- 8:48silver bullion and gold bullion. They are going to be very happy
- 8:52that they hold them. They likely already are and that
- 8:55likely includes you. Let's run out and check on the
- 8:58US debt clock. We are keeping a close eye guys
- 9:02on the silver to dollar ratio, but just to make sure, yeah, the
- 9:06US national debt continues. We're almost at 36 trillion,
- 9:11right? This is the interest expense
- 9:12they talked about. Don't forget the interest
- 9:14expense goes into the federal budget deficit, which makes the
- 9:19debt, it's a big debt spiral. But I wonder, I just wonder if
- 9:23the dollar to silver up there, we are getting close basement
- 9:28dwellers, $698, this has been increasing.
- 9:33I think yesterday it was 694 for each one ounce of silver that's
- 9:38produced throughout the entire world, OK, not just the United
- 9:43States, right? For each one ounce of silver
- 9:46produced in the entire world, the United States government is
- 9:49creating $698 of paper money via the M2 money supply.
- 9:57We are. Are we at the end?
- 9:59Are we? Are we?
- 10:01I know Raffy Farber likes to call it the end game.
- 10:04Are we at the end? Are we at this point where
- 10:07things go from happening like slowly, slowly.
- 10:11I know Andy Scheckman likes to compare it sometimes to a Jenga.
- 10:14You know, Jenga, that game where you have all the wood stacked up
- 10:17and you're and it's everything's fine, everything's fine.
- 10:19And then boom, who knows, right? Maybe they can, maybe they can
- 10:24continue the magic, right? The illusion, right, the smoke
- 10:29and mirrors for a little bit longer.
- 10:31But it certainly feels like we are headed towards, let's just
- 10:37say, a very, very interesting time.
- 10:38Let's talk about, let's talk about the silver squeeze.
- 10:42OK, Silver squeeze when the world panics, snowballs, and the
- 10:48silver price potentially skyrockets.
- 10:51OK, let's talk about unbelievable data about
- 10:56something that we don't talk about a lot anymore.
- 10:58We talk about solar panels, but guys, just electric vehicles.
- 11:02Wait till you hear this data coming out of China regarding
- 11:06electric vehicles. And I got news for you, most
- 11:08Americans are in the dark that this is even going on.
- 11:13Before we do that, let's run out the channel sponsor, Pimbex Pi
- 11:17MB EX. I'll press the magic button.
- 11:21And it would really be magic if the price changed today because
- 11:24the silver and gold markets are closed.
- 11:26But look guys, $26157 gold price silver 3225.
- 11:32It's going to be a big week in the silver market.
- 11:35But the reason we get to get together, we get to join each
- 11:39other here in the basement, have our wonderful talks, our
- 11:42community regarding the silver and gold markets is because of
- 11:46the support of our sponsors. PMBEX has been a great sponsor
- 11:49of Ron's Basement, but what makes me feel even better is how
- 11:53great they've treated everyone in the basement to other
- 11:56community. I appreciate when you guys send
- 11:58me the emails telling me what a great experience you had with
- 12:01PMBEX. I only ask you to please
- 12:04consider them next time. You're going to buy gold, silver
- 12:06or platinum group metals, right? Find out for yourself, right?
- 12:10Do they really have ultra competitive pricing?
- 12:13Do they really have that great selection right and right.
- 12:18You need to find out for yourself what I found out and
- 12:20everybody else and that is that they are a company that we can
- 12:24trust. Pembex, thank you for sponsoring
- 12:26Ron's Basement. And if you ever decide that you
- 12:29even remotely think, hold on you, that you remotely think you
- 12:36might want to convert any or part or all of an IRA into
- 12:40precious metals, take your time. Look at all your options.
- 12:43Please, please, please talk to the people at Pembeck's as well.
- 12:46Compare how many actual ounces of metal you can get from all
- 12:50your different options and then make a strong, good, educated
- 12:54decision. I'm not a financial advisor.
- 12:57Don't make any financial decisions based on anything I'm
- 13:00saying, but I will share with you what I believe, and I
- 13:02believe that Pembacs can do a great job for you whether you're
- 13:06getting silver or gold delivered to your home or if you want to
- 13:10convert an IRA. OK guys, silver.
- 13:12Oh, let's check this out. This is absolutely crazy when it
- 13:17comes to silver. I had no idea one car company
- 13:21you've never heard of could easily use 14,000,000 ounces of
- 13:26silver per year. OK, here's the company BYD.
- 13:32OK, in America, we don't know anything about this company.
- 13:34It is a massive car manufacturer, one of like
- 13:38hundreds of car manufacturers in China.
- 13:42They are very, very big into the electric vehicle arena.
- 13:48BYD recently set a record with 417,000 electric vehicles sold
- 13:54in September. OK alone.
- 13:58I double checked this and as far as I can find out and I dug in,
- 14:02this is one month BYG achieved remarkable sales.
- 14:05Wait till you hear how much silver this could be with some
- 14:08rough estimates. OK remarkable sales in September
- 14:11delivering those at 419,000 cars 45% increase.
- 14:17This is just one car company that most of us have never heard
- 14:21of. And again, this comes from our
- 14:23our friends at the Silver Academy.
- 14:26A total new electric vehicle sold 420,000 silver per vehicle.
- 14:33Right now this is a rough, excuse me, a rough estimate of
- 14:351000 grams, 1 kilogram 32 roughly 30 or 32 ounces of
- 14:40silver. That would be OK, 419,000,000
- 14:45grams of silver and, and as far as I could discern, this was one
- 14:51month. OK, 419,000,000 grams of silver.
- 14:56That would mean in oz. If you divide that by 30, you're
- 15:01going to come to 14,000,000 ounces of silver.
- 15:05I mean, it's unbelievable. This is one car company, OK?
- 15:09One in China. I think it says up here.
- 15:12I want you to think about this. I think I forgot to read this
- 15:15very important little part. Yeah, here, one car company.
- 15:18Now think about all the other car companies.
- 15:20Subaru, Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Tesla, BMW, Range
- 15:24Rover, you know, the list goes on and on.
- 15:26One, one company. And if this is one month, which
- 15:30is what I was able, I mean, it's almost unbelievable.
- 15:34And again, these are are rough estimates, right?
- 15:37We're, we're assuming they're using a kilogram of silver.
- 15:41We know they're electric vehicles.
- 15:43We know they're at minimum using a lot of silver, maybe possibly
- 15:46even more. And if this is just one month, I
- 15:50mean, if you multiply 14,000,000 oz times 12, I won't even go
- 15:54there. It's like what 100 and 14144,
- 15:59I'm sorry, million ounces. I mean, it is mind numbing.
- 16:03But guys, it gets even crazier as we're thinking about silver.
- 16:07If we apply these numbers to the entire automobile industry, sit
- 16:11down, right, because we know what solar is going to use.
- 16:15I don't know, 200 million oz this year alone, but we've all
- 16:18forgotten about the cars, the electric vehicles, right?
- 16:22And not to mention the new battery technology, we won't
- 16:25even go down that path right now, but the new Samsung
- 16:28solid-state battery technology, let's just go look.
- 16:32Let's look and look at what could happen if the entire auto
- 16:35industry were to begin converting again.
- 16:38This comes from the Silver Academy.
- 16:41OK, solid-state battery cell will replace the traditional EV
- 16:45battery, silver EVEVEV battery, electric vehicle battery.
- 16:50Easy for me to say. We'll devour nearly three times
- 16:53the current global annual silver production.
- 16:56What, three times? How did they figure that out?
- 17:00Right? And then they talk about there's
- 17:01some nice probably Koreans with their new batteries.
- 17:06OK, here we go. Here's the facts.
- 17:08Get your get your pay. This this is pretty easy to
- 17:10follow though, guys, we are not doing high, high level math
- 17:13here. World annual silver production
- 17:17is 803 million oz. OK.
- 17:21Global annual car production, there's approximately 80 million
- 17:25vehicles produced throughout the globe and an entire year.
- 17:29If we were to assume a 90% adoption rate, OK, Now again,
- 17:33we're looking out into the future here, but a 90% adoption
- 17:37rate of EVs, that would be 72 million electric vehicles.
- 17:43The silver required would be 72 million kilograms because it's
- 17:48about roughly rough estimate, we can say 1000 kilograms.
- 17:52And that would be with this new battery, right?
- 17:54Because we know the new battery supposedly would use up about
- 17:571000 kilograms. Again, this is rough estimate
- 18:01math, but just to demonstrate how crazy this could be, 72
- 18:06million kilograms. Convert that to Troy oz 1
- 18:08kilogram is equal to 32 ounces. 72,000,000kg * 32 comes to 2.3
- 18:20million Troy ounces of silver. Again, that is if 90% of the
- 18:28annual production of automobiles were to go electric and were to
- 18:33use a battery that has 1000 grams or 32 ounces of silver per
- 18:40battery, OK, 2.3 million. That represents 3 years of the
- 18:46world total silver mining. And then they had to throw in
- 18:50there. Meanwhile, Mexico is moving
- 18:52closer to nationalizing silver. These numbers are just, are just
- 18:57unbelievable. Let's just go over the battery,
- 18:59okay? This is the new battery
- 19:02solid-state battery being developed by Samsung that could
- 19:05be used in electric vehicles. However, bear in mind this
- 19:09battery could also potentially be used for things like home
- 19:12power supplies, buses, airplanes, who knows what else,
- 19:16right? A lot.
- 19:17Samsung's new solid-state battery technology for electric
- 19:20vehicles offers significant improvements over the current
- 19:24lithium ion batteries. The key battery attributes right
- 19:29range 600 miles, which is nearly double of the average range
- 19:34range of current electric vehicles lifespan 20 years
- 19:38considerably longer than let lithium ion batteries charge
- 19:41time 9 minutes. That's what people that I know
- 19:44that if Tesla's complain about how long it takes to charge them
- 19:49and that they only roughly have about a 300 mile range.
- 19:52This new battery technology is talking about fixing that 600
- 19:57mile range and it only takes 9 minutes to charge it.
- 20:01OK, and it has much higher energy density.
- 20:04Why are we not talking about we all seem to have forgotten about
- 20:09the silver squeeze when the COMEX breaks when the LBMA
- 20:15breaks guys. It's still on the table.
- 20:19But you know what? Maybe basement dwellers, maybe
- 20:22silver fans, maybe it's a good thing that nobody's talking
- 20:25about it. Because you know what?
- 20:26Have you ever noticed that a lot of times these big major events
- 20:29happen when everybody's kind of forgot about it?
- 20:32Don't they call that what, black Swans?
- 20:34I'm telling you, we could have The silver squeeze is not out of
- 20:38play. OK, I want you.
- 20:40I want to point this out too, when we talk about these Chinese
- 20:43companies with electric vehicles.
- 20:45There was an article about a month ago that I read where the
- 20:47CEO of Ford and I think the, the, the COO went for a ride and
- 20:52one of these, I believe it was a BYD electric vehicle.
- 20:56And they were shocked. They were like, wow, these this
- 21:00company is, is producing. They, they were like floored by,
- 21:05by what they experienced. The electric vehicle that could
- 21:08be our little sleeper, right? We know what's going on with
- 21:11solar. We got another sleeper though
- 21:13with there's so many sleeper factors with silver, it's
- 21:17unbelievable and we love our gold.
- 21:19We're going to talk about gold. Kitco has some interesting
- 21:21things to say about gold as well.
- 21:24Silver squeeze or silver shortage, OK, Don't forget the
- 21:29big paper short, right? The big short positions that
- 21:34these big investment banks have in the silver market need to be
- 21:38covered. A short right means they sell it
- 21:41OK, because they think the price is going to go back, go down and
- 21:44they can rebuy it at some point in the future, OK, and and
- 21:49pocket that difference. That's called shorting the
- 21:51market. When you short the market, you
- 21:53got to cover if the price doesn't go down and the price
- 21:56does go uppity. Uppity.
- 21:58Guess what? You know all those bankers, all
- 22:04those, I won't name any names, but you know who they are, JP
- 22:07Morgan. Anyway, anyone who's short on
- 22:10the silver market is shaking in their boots right now because we
- 22:15are right at the cusp of a breakout.
- 22:17We are in a situation where we could easily see a silver
- 22:21squeeze and when those shorts have to cover, OK, if we go to
- 22:253537 dollars silver, which could happen in the following weeks,
- 22:30right? We could also go to $29.00
- 22:33silver, no doubt about it. But we could also go to 353637.
- 22:37Can I hear 383838? We got $3838 silver.
- 22:42Those shorts, it'll be a snowball effect, right?
- 22:46Think about this. Sure, we have solar panels,
- 22:51right? Sure, we have electric vehicles,
- 22:55blah, blah, blah. But but on the investment side,
- 22:59right, the market side, the that's what's going to drive the
- 23:02price higher. And when those guys start
- 23:04freaking out, which they will, OK, when this, when the physical
- 23:08price of silver overtakes the paper market, it'll be a
- 23:11snowball effect because not only then people are going to start
- 23:16buying the silver ETFs, the SLV, which I personally don't
- 23:21recommend, but as you know, I don't offer financial advice,
- 23:25but the sheeple will start to buy the SLVETF.
- 23:29Everybody they'll be buying, the big banks are going to be buying
- 23:34because they're going to have to come.
- 23:35They're going to be panicking, OK?
- 23:38That's how this plays out. And it turns into a snowball.
- 23:42OK, A snowball. That's that's is within the
- 23:47realm of possibilities. And that, my friends, is the
- 23:51rest of the story. But there's a lot more to this
- 23:53story. OK, What about the industrial?
- 23:57We never talk about this. What about the industrial You
- 24:01What about Apple computer? What about these big Chinese
- 24:05electric car manufacturers? What about Tesla, right?
- 24:08What about the solar? When when that snowball starts
- 24:11to happen, they're they're like, Oh yeah, we're we're cool.
- 24:14Now we can buy silver for $32 an ounce.
- 24:17That's great. But if silver starts to really
- 24:18take off and they start to hear about the real silver shortage,
- 24:23so you can have the big investment banks freaking, you
- 24:26can have the general public freaking.
- 24:28But the triple wing dinger on this is also the industrial user
- 24:32Samsung, right? They're like, oh, we're going to
- 24:35need about a kilogram of silver per new solid-state battery that
- 24:40we're developing and that we're we're planning pilot programs
- 24:44with Toyota in their Lexus brand.
- 24:46Yeah, that's that's real. That's really happening, right.
- 24:50The big industrial users can freak out as well.
- 24:54OK. Oh, what about this?
- 24:56All right, here. I owe you an apology.
- 24:59I read all your comments. OK.
- 25:01And one of you corrected me. I stand corrected.
- 25:05Here. Let's go here.
- 25:08Oh, shoot. I forgot to pull it up.
- 25:10OK, one of you basement dwellers.
- 25:12Yes, you. I'll just verbally say it Here,
- 25:15Here. You know what?
- 25:16I'm going to pull it up on my on my phone.
- 25:19Don't forget, your phone has silver in it, and I'm going to
- 25:22read it to you. Hold on here.
- 25:24Go to Google Slides. Hold on.
- 25:27This is a great one. This is something I was not
- 25:30aware of and I forgot to load this up so I apologize.
- 25:38Here it is. Can you read that?
- 25:44You can't read that. There we go.
- 25:45You forgot to mention Turkey. The Turks are buying silver also
- 25:51as part of the former Persian Empire.
- 25:55The silver Seglaus is part of their DNA.
- 25:59OK, so we talked about countries.
- 26:00Oh my gosh, I I got to make a list.
- 26:02Hold on. Can somebody make a list for me?
- 26:07Hold on. Hold on.
- 26:09Hopefully we're still alive. I don't know if you guys can see
- 26:11me here. OK, so we got companies, we've
- 26:16got the banks, we got people, OK.
- 26:21And we have countries. OK, Now I can remember this.
- 26:26Countries are buying silver. OK, Thank you for that comment
- 26:30from the user community. Hold on here that I didn't
- 26:33properly recognize who it was, so I'm a Silver Surfer.
- 26:37Thank you, Silver Surfer. That was a great one.
- 26:39Thank you. Thank you.
- 26:40And we got another super chat. I'm going to recognize that here
- 26:42in a minute because we have countries.
- 26:45OK? So here's the list.
- 26:47This is the snowball list, OK? The price of silver goes above
- 26:51$3537.00 an ounce. The big banks freak because they
- 26:55got to cover their shorts because they're pooping in their
- 26:59shorts. They got to cover their shorts,
- 27:01buy back all that silver that they sold thinking the price was
- 27:04going to go down and they could buy it back at a lower price.
- 27:07But they can't. So they're going to have to.
- 27:08They're going to freak. OK, that would cute.
- 27:10That would create a snowball of huge Irvine.
- 27:13OK, people, right, your neighbors, the sheeple, the
- 27:17other 99 out of 100 people that have no clue until they wake up
- 27:22about silver. Big banks, people, companies,
- 27:26they can freak right now. They're like, that's cool, man.
- 27:29Samsung, Apple, right, The Ford, Tesla, they're like, we can get
- 27:33all the silver we need. Then suddenly they're going to
- 27:36hear about the silver market breaking.
- 27:38OK, they could freak out. All right, on top, on top of
- 27:42that, countries, Russia, Vladimir Putin.
- 27:46What is he doing? Huh?
- 27:48What is he doing? He's buying silver.
- 27:51Here, look at this. See by everything is so messed
- 27:55up this morning. Let's go over here and check
- 27:57this out. Is this it?
- 27:59Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope. Here it is.
- 28:05This is great. OK, make gold great again.
- 28:10I love this guy. I'm in a stunning move.
- 28:12Russia Central bank has just become the 1st in recent times
- 28:16to announce silver purchases This new this story's getting
- 28:20some some foot some feet on it with only three ounces of above
- 28:24ground silver per human. Other central banks better hurry
- 28:29before this silver squeeze trend goes viral and stocks run out
- 28:35overheard by one Uber chic bank chairman.
- 28:39Silver is wow. Oh wow.
- 28:43So I didn't know this again and this is somewhat hearsay.
- 28:46Silver is neat must have central bank accessory this fall.
- 28:53Here he is there he is. There is Russian President
- 28:56Vladimir Putin and it says Vlad kicks off the silver trend
- 29:01Russia Central bank for and look at that.
- 29:05That is a good looking suit. I tell you what, not a political
- 29:09statement, just reporting the facts.
- 29:11But I tell you what I like that. I think we should I think we all
- 29:14need to get get one of those somebody reach out to Vlad and
- 29:18ask him where he got that really nice silver suit.
- 29:21Wow. Now there's another oh boy, hold
- 29:25on here. Oh, my gosh, I'm adding a fifth,
- 29:29a fifth factor to our to our silver squeeze.
- 29:36Hold on. Are you guys still there?
- 29:39Hey, what a great opportunity for me to tell all of you
- 29:42basement dwellers. We have 750 of us together here
- 29:44in the basement. The limit is 800.
- 29:47Susie will lock the door, but a big deal.
- 29:49Really. Seriously.
- 29:50I appreciate you being here. You are important.
- 29:53OK, You're smart. Leave comments.
- 29:56Interact with the other basement dwellers.
- 29:58We love. Do you love.
- 30:00Put your hand up right now. All right, High 5.
- 30:05It's time for the old high 5. We love silver.
- 30:08We love gold. OK, enough of that funniness,
- 30:10but really big deal. You're here.
- 30:12Thank you for being here. It's going to get interesting.
- 30:14I just added a top secret 5th factor to the.
- 30:18We're going to. Let's not call it.
- 30:20You know what? You know what?
- 30:22And I Yeah, I have to give John Lee, the CEO of Silver Elephant
- 30:26Mining, credit for this because he used this term the other day
- 30:29when we were talking the snowball, right, to get the
- 30:33snowball rolling down the hill. Or maybe I came up with it when
- 30:36we were talking. We're going to call it forget
- 30:38the silver squeeze. That's so 2022.
- 30:42We basement dwellers, I don't ever want to hear any of us say
- 30:46silver squeeze again. This is Sergeant Ron.
- 30:49Now it's called the silver snowball, right?
- 30:52Because we wanted to like a big snowball coming down the
- 30:55mountain, getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
- 30:57We have a 5th factor. But let's go back.
- 31:00Let's go back and do a little, let's go on a field trip and see
- 31:04what else this character's up to make gold great again.
- 31:08Let's just take a quick look and see if maybe he has any other
- 31:11interesting things. Wow, this guy is great.
- 31:16Check this out. There's the there's the damn
- 31:19physical silver demand. Here's $35 silver and here's the
- 31:25this is like we talked about 590,000,000 ounces of naked
- 31:29short, right? Ready to get just plowed over by
- 31:34this massive amount of dam of of of demand being held back by
- 31:38this by this dam there. That's right, man Thank you.
- 31:43Wow, Let's just look. This guy's on a roll.
- 31:48There's Vlad. OK, the existential dread of
- 31:57those naked short 590. I didn't realize it was that
- 32:01much. OK, that's he's saying almost
- 32:03600 million ounces of silver short.
- 32:07I'll explain it one more time just in case you don't
- 32:10understand. And you guys help me out here if
- 32:12I'm wrong on this. But when somebody shorts silver,
- 32:16OK, And to make it even worse, a naked short is even more
- 32:20extreme. But a regular short means you
- 32:23sell the silver, right? You borrow it.
- 32:26OK, First you borrow it. I borrow 1000 ounces of your
- 32:30silver. OK.
- 32:31And I tell you I'm going to give this back to you in three
- 32:34months. You say, OK, Ronnie, here you
- 32:36go. You charge me a couple 100
- 32:38bucks, You give me your 1000 ounces of silver.
- 32:40I think silver's going down, which I don't.
- 32:42But for example purposes, we're going to say I do.
- 32:45I borrowed 1000 ounces of silver from you.
- 32:49I have to give it back to you in three months.
- 32:50I immediately sell it right for $32 an ounce thinking, oh, in
- 32:55three months I can buy it back at $25.00 an ounce and I'll
- 32:58pocket the $7000 profit. That's what these people did.
- 33:02But they did it with 590,000,000 ounces of silver.
- 33:08He's saying a naked short, which means they don't even borrow the
- 33:12silver to begin with, they just sell it.
- 33:16OK, they just sell Unicorn farts silver to begin with, and at
- 33:21some point they got to buy back 590,000,000 ounces of silver.
- 33:25It's unbelievable. Guys, this guy's a gold, a gold
- 33:30channel. It's time there's the finger of
- 33:33God, right? Or the finger of somebody.
- 33:35OK, all right, let's get back here.
- 33:37This is this is getting super interesting.
- 33:40I think we're living through for silver and gold investors a
- 33:44period of time like we're never going to remember.
- 33:47OK, I got a new secret 5th factor for silver snowball,
- 33:52whoop. And then we're going to move on
- 33:54to what Kitco and Neil's is writing about with gold and
- 33:58silver and some very, very, very exciting, interesting news.
- 34:03But guys, the silver snowball people everyday people buying
- 34:07again, OK, FOMO, fear of missing out your neighbors, the sheeple
- 34:12coming back #1 #2 the big banks, right?
- 34:16590 million oz naked short. That would be almost more than
- 34:21more than half the year. Silver production that could
- 34:24potentially need to be bought back, right?
- 34:26Massive. OK, while the people are at it,
- 34:29companies, Apple, Tesla, Samsung, the world, right?
- 34:33OK, countries here, countries China, right?
- 34:40Right now we know apparently Turkey and Russia are buying
- 34:44silver. And as a side note, the Chinese,
- 34:47that's, that's the six magic factor #5 the one that we have
- 34:51no idea. But I had a bunch of messages
- 34:54yesterday from you, the basement dweller community, right,
- 34:58telling me one guy, you know, one guy seemed to really know
- 35:01what he was talking about. He's like this, this this amount
- 35:05of silver being demanded by the military industrial complex is
- 35:09insane. Like the military needs
- 35:12unbelievable amounts of silver for the weapons.
- 35:15And that's under the best of circumstances.
- 35:17Right now. We are in a period of major war.
- 35:20OK, going on. Things are getting
- 35:22unfortunately, we don't like it. Believe that not a not a channel
- 35:27where I'm going to debate, but I don't like war you don't like,
- 35:30but it's going on, I guess is what we have to say.
- 35:32So the militaries are using massive amounts.
- 35:35OK, the 6th factor on there's even a bit another bonus factor.
- 35:39The Chinese people right here briefly, super quickly because
- 35:43we've looked at this already, but OK, here we go.
- 35:47This came from Peter Karuth, the guy that wrote the the book the
- 35:50Silver Bible. We are bullish on silver.
- 35:52This is from Citibank, OK, but the important thing they say
- 35:56here is the unique exposure to both sides of a bifurcated China
- 36:02economy via energy transition. Now here's the important part on
- 36:06the right and more recently, OK, so this is a recent phenomenon
- 36:13and increase in retail silver demand.
- 36:18That means the 1.4 billion Chinese people recently increase
- 36:24retail silver demand potentially as a store of value, OK, against
- 36:30the fact that their property market is crashing, they're
- 36:32going through an O7O8 situation with their sluggish consumer
- 36:35sentiment and already high record gold prices.
- 36:38OK, guys, China, I mean, it's unbelievable.
- 36:42The silver snowball, it's almost winter time.
- 36:46Are we going to have a silver snowball?
- 36:49I believe we very likely can and will.
- 36:54I'm gonna say thank you to channel sponsor First Mining
- 36:56Gold. Canadian gold developer with two
- 36:58multi million ounce projects in Canada.
- 37:00It's a stock that I own a lot of, but I'm not giving financial
- 37:05advice. It's a company I believe in.
- 37:06I feel great about having as a sponsor.
- 37:09You can learn about them on your own, do your own due diligence.
- 37:13Again, I'm not a financial advisor, but you can learn more
- 37:16about them at firstmininggold.com.
- 37:18And of course, Fortuna Mining, another stock that I own and a
- 37:21great company mining a lot of gold and silver in Latin America
- 37:27and a lot of gold in West Africa.
- 37:30You can learn more about them at Fortuna mining.com.
- 37:33Now let's move on. Let's move on, Rocky.
- 37:38Let's put on our Rocky Balboa gloves, huh?
- 37:41Everybody likes an underdog, huh?
- 37:43Every and gold and silver were the underdog, but they are
- 37:47rising to prominence. Wait till you hear this.
- 37:49I there's a couple key critical things going on in the silver
- 37:53and gold market. Hold on a second here.
- 37:55I almost forgot. We got another super.
- 37:57Hey, Rachel, thank you for that super chat.
- 38:00There's our friend Rachel. Thank you.
- 38:03Welcome to the basement. We have more and more, you know
- 38:06what, 7th factor. Thank you, Rachel.
- 38:08You reminded me of the 7th secret factor and maybe the most
- 38:12critical to the silver market taking off.
- 38:15And that is, and we've talked about this for the last year and
- 38:18a half, right? More and more women are getting
- 38:21into stacking. More and more women are watching
- 38:24Ron's basement now, while Susie is convinced That's because I'm
- 38:27so good looking and my dynamic personality has nothing to do
- 38:33with it. It has to do with it used to be
- 38:36like almost all men. Like 95% of the views on the
- 38:39channel were men. Now it's like 17% women.
- 38:43Why? Because more and more women and
- 38:45it's awesome are becoming silver stackers.
- 38:49And don't they usually control the purse strings around the
- 38:51house anyway and they want to look out for the safety of their
- 38:54family, right? Nest building is what some
- 38:57people call whatever. However you want to say it, it's
- 38:59just an awesome thing that we have more and more women and
- 39:02young people coming into the silver stacking community.
- 39:06Let's go out to this article. Thank you, Rachel for that super
- 39:08chat from Gitco and our old friend Neils Christensen.
- 39:14I love that guy. Puts out some great stuff.
- 39:16Nobody wants to be short gold this weekend.
- 39:21OK, why is that Neils? Wait till you hear about this
- 39:25folks. I'm going to go right to the
- 39:27facts in yellow talks about the jobs report.
- 39:31OK, that's old news and fiction, definite fiction.
- 39:36Ahead of the report, markets were pricing and a 30% chance
- 39:40that the Federal Reserve would cut interest rates by 50 basis
- 39:43points next month. However, those expectations have
- 39:47now completely evaporated, obliterated.
- 39:50We'll go out to the CME Fed watch tool here in a little bit
- 39:53and see where it currently stands.
- 39:54But now, guys, just to bring you up to speed, the next Fed
- 39:59interest rate cut is only expected like 100% chance that
- 40:04it's only going to be 1/4 of a point.
- 40:06That was a big thing that should have killed, absolutely
- 40:09obliterated. Oh my gosh, somebody help me.
- 40:12Oh, I've fallen on the floor. Help, help, right?
- 40:16That should have obliterated the silver and gold price on Friday.
- 40:20But guess what, buttercup, It didn't, right?
- 40:23And in red, it says, despite the US dollar gaining strength due
- 40:26to shifting monetary policy expectations.
- 40:29Gold has held its ground. Let's go to the blue analyst.
- 40:34Note that economic data has taken a backseat to geopolitical
- 40:39uncertainty or also the elephant in the room, the crazy U.S. debt
- 40:44quote. Gold is holding up for one
- 40:46reason and why don't run one reason only, the risk of a
- 40:51weekend event in the Middle East.
- 40:53I don't think we've had that yet.
- 40:54But none the less, that's from Ole Hansen, head of commodity
- 40:57strategy, strategy at Saxo Bank. And it talks all about the war.
- 41:01Unfortunate we don't like it. You can go to CNN or wherever,
- 41:05learn more about that. Although gold remains below
- 41:08$2700 an ounce. Colombo.
- 41:11Who's Colombo? Colombo.
- 41:13Isn't that an old TV station? Wait a minute, see if we can
- 41:17find out who Colombo is. We want to give him some credit.
- 41:20Here we go. There's Colombo.
- 41:22Said it again. Where the heck?
- 41:23Who's this Colombo? Here we go.
- 41:25Jesse Colombo, an independent precious metals analyst and
- 41:29founder of the Bubble Bubble Report.
- 41:31OK, Bubble, bubble. Double bubble.
- 41:35OK. OK.
- 41:38Although gold remains below $2700 per oz.
- 41:43Hopefully not for long. Colombo noted that the fact that
- 41:47the fact that dips continue to be bought signals that gold
- 41:52remains in a strong bull market. Let me look at you basement
- 41:56dwellers. OK, This one never gets.
- 41:59I don't know why you don't like this.
- 42:00Tell me, give me some feedback. I need your help.
- 42:03But I mean, I'm telling you, remember the Rocky Balboa
- 42:05movies? I'm 54 years old.
- 42:08I'm not even a movie guy. But Rocky's always on the mat,
- 42:12right? He comes back and he wins.
- 42:13And it doesn't it feel like that with silver and gold, right?
- 42:17Like silver, it's so different now than it was two or three
- 42:20years ago, right? Just two or three short years
- 42:23ago, silver and gold would perk up and get slammed back to the
- 42:27mat. Now silver and gold are up
- 42:29fighting, OK? And when they do get knocked off
- 42:32a little bit, they just bounce right back.
- 42:34They're like weebles. Weebles wobble, but they don't
- 42:37fall down. When have you sent me some
- 42:39weebles? I got it back there.
- 42:41Here. You know what?
- 42:41Let me get hold on now. It's now.
- 42:44Hold on. Here it is, right?
- 42:49This is a Weeble. Remember these from when you
- 42:51were a kid? That's gold and silver right
- 42:54now, you can't see it, but anyway, right We you can try to
- 42:57knock it over and it always comes back.
- 42:59See that always. That's what's going on with gold
- 43:02and silver. Let's get back to this article.
- 43:06There isn't just one factor driving the market.
- 43:09Remember, this is key, which is why this rally has been
- 43:12unstoppable. Many people have said it's
- 43:17overbought from a technical perspective and that we need a
- 43:205% or a 10% decline, right? Gold needs to go down by 10%.
- 43:25Silver needs to get back to 2827 dollars, right?
- 43:28We need this decline. Yet all the price has done is
- 43:33trade sideways. That, to me is extremely
- 43:39bullish. OK.
- 43:41The overall direction remains the same.
- 43:43The market believes the Fed will continue to cut rates until they
- 43:46back down to around 3%. That's from David Morrison, He's
- 43:50another analyst at Trade Nation. And a comment to Kitco, This
- 43:53should support gold. And the good thing is that it
- 43:56won't matter whether the Fed is cutting for good reasons because
- 44:00it believes inflation is under control or bad ones because the
- 44:05economy is heading into a recession.
- 44:07Guys, that is stagflation gold should remain in favor under
- 44:12both scenarios until the current bull market runs its course.
- 44:16How about the fact that we have inflation, which we do have, and
- 44:23we have a slowing economy and the Fed has essentially been
- 44:30neutered. OK, we've talked about this. the
- 44:33Fed is going to have only one option going forward.
- 44:37Oh, I got to tell you guys a story.
- 44:38I've got a note from one of our basement dwellers, a story from
- 44:42someone in North Carolina. You've got to hear this because
- 44:45this will tell you, all right, worst case scenario, why you own
- 44:50silver, why you own gold. So that'll be next right?
- 44:53That this is this is a not long but a very powerful statement.
- 44:58We're going to call her from this is R sent me a message
- 45:01yesterday about what's happening with this tragedy that's
- 45:06unfolded in North Carolina. Nonetheless, we are in a
- 45:10stagflation environment. Stagflation.
- 45:13We have a stagnant economy with inflation, the feds cutting
- 45:17rates, that's not going to help the economy.
- 45:20Sorry, it's not OK. the Fed, because we have so much debt,
- 45:24they don't get the, they don't get the boom that they get.
- 45:27You know, it's like with antibiotics.
- 45:29They say if you take antibiotics too much, they lose their power
- 45:33in your body. The Fed gave the US economy
- 45:38several massive overdoses of antibiotics.
- 45:41It's not going to help. the Fed is not going to help.
- 45:44OK, The economy is in trouble, while at the same time, at the
- 45:50same time inflation is a big, big issue.
- 45:54And all of this is compounded by the elephant.
- 45:58Where is it wrong? Finger there it is, the elephant
- 46:02in the room, right? The national debt and further
- 46:06right. I don't want to be Chicken
- 46:07Little, but let's be real. Those national debt numbers, you
- 46:11can't argue that that's real. You can't argue with the
- 46:14smartest people. JB Yeah, all those people have
- 46:16said it's real, it's happening, it's right now.
- 46:20Sorry, you can't argue it. And on top of the further
- 46:23compound things is the fact that the world is in a situation like
- 46:26we've never seen before. So be ready for money printing,
- 46:30OK? OK.
- 46:31Big inflation and feeling warm and fuzzy about the fact that
- 46:35you own silver, gold. I got this message I want to
- 46:37read to you. We all know what's happened in
- 46:40North Carolina, other parts of the country as well.
- 46:43But I have a message. Just like we don't think these
- 46:46things can happen. We don't think that we could not
- 46:49have access to our our money, to our paper money, right?
- 46:53Our banks. Wait till you hear this story.
- 46:55You know, and it's interesting that this happened around the
- 46:59same time that Bank of America, I just want to pull this up
- 47:02quickly because it's it's not funny, not at all funny, but it
- 47:06tells us kind of what the situation could be like in our
- 47:09country. Remember Bank of America, we had
- 47:12a pretty big outage last week, a real big outage where people
- 47:15were at zero And again last time I'll use this one, but Bank of
- 47:19America says widespread outage is nearly fixed and I think
- 47:23they've supposedly fixed it completely by now.
- 47:26This articles from a few days ago.
- 47:27But again, I love how they say we nearly fixed it.
- 47:31Well, I, Bank of America, nearly made my car payment last month
- 47:36to you. All right?
- 47:36Nearly made my mortgage payment. And then I saw this headline,
- 47:42right? Bank of America says the
- 47:44outages, quote, largely resolved after customers see 0 balances.
- 47:49Now, what did we hear from North Carolina when it comes to
- 47:53banking when we had this massive tragedy?
- 47:56OK, this comes from Mrs. R here. She said, OK, I'm going to read
- 48:00this line by line. You need to do a video, Ron,
- 48:03about what happened to us here in North Carolina with the
- 48:07banking system. The storm hit and everything
- 48:10went down for three days. No Internet, no cell phones, no
- 48:15Wi-Fi, right? So you can't get access to your
- 48:19phone, your money that's in your maybe, maybe not in your Bank of
- 48:24America account, but it's nearly been fixed, right?
- 48:27But imagine that none of that's working, OK?
- 48:31Gas stations could not pump. No one would take credit cards.
- 48:37So there was no way to buy anything with a credit card,
- 48:40right? Think about cryptocurrency in
- 48:42this environment. Did you use Bitcoin?
- 48:44I mean, I'm just throwing that out there.
- 48:46OK, No ATMs worked OK, on day 4 some things started to work.
- 48:53Banks would only allow you to get $50.00 of your money but
- 48:58lines wrapped around the bank OK.
- 49:01I'm waiting in an ATM line at my bank to get my $50.
- 49:05OK day 5 comes and they now allow you to get $100 but
- 49:10there's still unbelievably super long lines at the ATMs. OK, gas
- 49:16stations started coming online but would only allow you to pump
- 49:20$20 in gas. Eight days later, we can only
- 49:25withdraw $300.00 from the bank. ATMs are coming online, but most
- 49:30still have a $100 limit. So think about physical silver,
- 49:36right? Maybe you own a bunch of junk
- 49:37silver, which is becoming very hard to find.
- 49:40Very, very hard to find. There it is, right?
- 49:43It's an ounce of silver. Think about yourself in this
- 49:46situation in North Carolina, suddenly your phone doesn't
- 49:49work, your electricity doesn't work, your water doesn't work
- 49:53right in the and there's the only thing that would work
- 49:57right. I think the my my least favorite
- 49:59alternative would be some cash, paper money, but silver and gold
- 50:04as well. So when we think about and and
- 50:06and and that's a horrible our heart goes out.
- 50:09I've got some other people from the basement to other community.
- 50:11One guy that I know very well owns a business and Ashley
- 50:15Richville, North Carolina, he told me, right, he's like, we
- 50:19still don't have water. We're using buckets of water
- 50:22from the community swimming pool to flush our toilets at our
- 50:27house. That's still going on.
- 50:29That was as of yesterday. OK.
- 50:31My other friend is up in Black Mountain, I think it is.
- 50:33And he kind of lived up in the mountains.
- 50:35I don't think he got hit by the by the flood, but he said there
- 50:38were major landslides. This really happened.
- 50:40Our parts do go out to these people.
- 50:43I don't know that there's a lot we can, any of us can directly
- 50:46do because I'm seeing that like people are having a hard time
- 50:48that are going out there to even help out getting through.
- 50:51Some people are being critical. I don't know enough about it, so
- 50:55I'm not going to report this as fact, but being very critical of
- 50:59what how the federal government is handling the assistance.
- 51:03I think that's FEMA. But again, I'm not there, so I
- 51:07can't give direct input. But what I can tell you is when
- 51:11I, when I listen to what this basement dwellers telling us
- 51:14about what's happening out there, when I listen to two
- 51:17people that I know very well, I've known both these guys for
- 51:19over 2 years. You know, one's a retired
- 51:24medical professional with a doctorate degree.
- 51:27The other one is a professional architect.
- 51:29These are smart guys. They're saying it is bad.
- 51:32And I just want you to think about worst case because that's
- 51:35the worst case scenario. What those poor people are
- 51:37living through right now is the worst case scenario.
- 51:40You don't have phone, you don't have Internet, you don't have
- 51:42power, you don't have water right.
- 51:45What are you going to survive with right?
- 51:47And it really could come down to precious metals right?
- 51:50It is the ultimate insurance policy.
- 51:52So hey guys, thank you for being here thanks to all the
- 51:55moderators Jake from Jake's custom parts, big Tim the
