- 0:01Speaker 1: Jerry, Katie, and Josh.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Fix 100. I had a very stressful morning. I know
- 0:06Speaker 2: Katie had one, too, because her garage door wasn't going up.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:08Speaker 4: Oh, man, the struggle is real.
- 0:10Speaker 1: It really is.
- 0:11Speaker 4: The struggle is real. I'm like, oh, your battery's probably
- 0:13Speaker 4: dead in your button, right?
- 0:14Speaker 1: That's exactly what it was. I just didn't know that
- 0:15Speaker 1: was my job.
- 0:16Speaker 4: That was my responsibility. Every now and then those batteries die, Katie.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Now I know.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Now you know.
- 0:21Speaker 4: Very stressful morning.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Mine was stressful on a different level because I woke
- 0:27Speaker 2: up in a bit of a panic this morning. I'm thinking, well,
- 0:31Speaker 2: I guess I got to start rounding up some boxes
- 0:34Speaker 2: because I'm moving out.
- 0:35Speaker 3: I'm done. I'm toast.
- 0:37Speaker 4: I'm history.
- 0:38Speaker 2: I guess I better start siphoning money out of our
- 0:41Speaker 2: accounts quickly as possible.
- 0:43Speaker 4: What happened? So I can make a run for it.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Wait, what?
- 0:46Speaker 2: I better go kiss the children goodbye before I leave
- 0:49Speaker 2: today because I guess I'm never coming back.
- 0:52Speaker 4: They'll never see me again unless it's in court. Jeremy,
- 0:56Speaker 4: what did you do?
- 0:56Speaker 5: Wait.
- 0:59Speaker 2: I had the most realistic.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Dream last night.
- 1:06Speaker 2: That I was having an affair.
- 1:08Speaker 6: Dude!
- 1:11Speaker 1: With who?
- 1:14Speaker 4: It's that Paige Spironik.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Is that her last name? Oh, the golfer chick.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Is that how you pronounce her last name? Paige Spironik.
- 1:20Speaker 4: She's a golfer. She's a local golfer.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Jeremy is fine AF, I will just.
- 1:27Speaker 4: Tell you that. So this was obviously a dream.
- 1:31Speaker 2: But in my dream, we were like totally together, and
- 1:34Speaker 2: we were making out like crazy, and we were planning
- 1:37Speaker 2: our future, and I was hiding it from my family.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Goodness.
- 1:47Speaker 2: It was so incredibly realistic. that I woke up in
- 1:53Speaker 2: a panic today, like, oh my God, Nicole is gonna
- 1:57Speaker 2: find out, I'm history, our life as we know it
- 2:01Speaker 2: is over, my relationship with her is over, it's done.
- 2:06Speaker 4: But then I was like, well, we're gonna be with Paige.
- 2:09Speaker 4: I guess this is worth half my stuff.
- 2:11Speaker 1: On the bright side.
- 2:12Speaker 4: On the bright side, it's Paige. But yeah, straight panic.
- 2:17Speaker 2: I hate those dreams that are so realistic that you
- 2:21Speaker 2: wake up and you're like, well, that happened.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Well, it seems like you actually love them. I'm not
- 2:25Speaker 3: going to lie. It's not a bad one to have.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I mean, I want to tell you something right now.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I was pretty awesome in that dream.
- 2:34Speaker 1: You seem way too happy about this dream to be like, ah!
- 2:37Speaker 3: I was good. Oh, my God.
- 2:39Speaker 4: It's like the worst. I was performing pretty awesome.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:43Speaker 1: In your dreams, Jer.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Nick Mac is texting me. Can I read it? Well,
- 2:48Speaker 4: it's up to you.
- 2:48Speaker 5: Oh, I.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Can't read that.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Drafting the papers now.
- 2:52Speaker 3: We're going to talk about this when we get home. Yeah.
- 2:57Speaker 4: She's pretty much saying I got the lawyer.
- 2:58Speaker 3: On the line. Yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 6: Well.
- 3:00Speaker 4: You ever had one of those, though?
- 3:01Speaker 2: Like you're screwing up at work and you feel like, well,
- 3:03Speaker 2: I guess I'm going in to get fired today.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 3:06Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 3:07Speaker 1: So realistic, and you are just, like, panicking.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Straight panic.
- 3:11Speaker 1: When you're right, you wake up.
- 3:13Speaker 5: There is the immediate fear, but then the rush of
- 3:16Speaker 5: relief that, you know, just rolls over your body.
- 3:19Speaker 4: I don't have to get a hold of you all today.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Thank God. It's time for a Big 100 Sports Report,
- 3:25Speaker 4: bringing you all the latest in the.
- 3:27Speaker 3: World of sports.
- 3:29Speaker 4: All the ups and downs. All the highlights.
- 3:32Speaker 3: All the points and stats.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Points and stats and baseball bats with your makes 100
- 3:39Speaker 2: sports report. All right, so this woman is a badass.
- 3:45Speaker 2: She's 66 years old. She's out of California. She's a skateboarder.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Judy Oyama, I think is how you pronounce her name.
- 3:53Speaker 2: She just broke her own Guinness World Record as the
- 3:56Speaker 2: oldest female competitive skateboarder.
- 3:59Speaker 4: At the age of 66 years old. Wow.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Oyama stepped on a skateboard for the first time at
- 4:05Speaker 2: the age of 13.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Look at her go.
- 4:09Speaker 2: She just competed, and yeah, she was 66 years and
- 4:11Speaker 2: 25 days old when she participated in the International Solemn
- 4:16Speaker 2: Skateboarding World Champions in Brazil last November. And she originally
- 4:21Speaker 2: set the record when she was 64 in 2024. So
- 4:25Speaker 2: she's still at it. This whole article is talking about
- 4:27Speaker 2: she's not giving up. She's not quitting. She's not slowing down.
- 4:30Speaker 2: And we'll basically see you at 70 doing those ollies
- 4:34Speaker 2: and kickflips and getting your grind on.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 4:37Speaker 4: And snapping an ankle.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Ow! Judy, take your supplements, girl. You're going to need those.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Take those calcium pills.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Don't skip a day, okay?
- 4:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:49Speaker 4: But good for her. That's amazing. That's kind of neat, right?
- 4:51Speaker 1: Yeah, you've got to keep that body moving as we
- 4:53Speaker 1: get older. So, Judy, way to go.
- 4:56Speaker 3: And it's her passion, obviously.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:58Speaker 1: That's a great story.
- 4:59Speaker 4: I love that for her.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Go, Judy.
- 5:01Speaker 4: Get on that half pipe, girlfriend.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:03Speaker 4: What else you got?
- 5:04Speaker 6: All right, well, the Rockies are well on their way
- 5:06Speaker 6: to losing 100 games for the fourth straight year, which
- 5:10Speaker 6: is not what you want. But with 16 home games
- 5:12Speaker 6: left in the regular season, they kept their promise. They
- 5:15Speaker 6: have added a bunch of new food. to draw fans
- 5:18Speaker 6: to the stadium this year. The Viral 999 Challenge came
- 5:21Speaker 6: out earlier this year.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Glizilla.
- 5:22Speaker 6: Dubai Cinnamon Roll, the Glizilla, the Brisket Taco. Well, they're
- 5:26Speaker 6: adding another new one this week, and it is an
- 5:29Speaker 6: interesting kind of mix of foods. Katie, I don't know
- 5:33Speaker 6: if I like this, but it's the Buffalo Chicken Donut.
- 5:35Speaker 6: So it's a soft, plain donut loaded with tender buffalo chicken,
- 5:40Speaker 6: melted mozzarella cheese, and then baked into perfection in an
- 5:44Speaker 6: oven pizza.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I would try it.
- 5:47Speaker 4: What's an oven pizza?
- 5:49Speaker 3: A pizza oven. Sorry, I'm sorry, a pizza oven. What the?
- 5:52Speaker 6: Switch.
- 5:54Speaker 5: I've seen these savory donut trends, though, and I have
- 5:57Speaker 5: always said I wanted to try them.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Sounds pretty good. You can take a look at it, Katie.
- 6:01Speaker 3: What do you think? Are you into it?
- 6:03Speaker 5: I mean, it just, you know, it looks like buffalo
- 6:05Speaker 5: chicken stuff in a different shape, right?
- 6:07Speaker 1: Same thing, different shape.
- 6:09Speaker 4: It's just a donut-shaped chicken.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Different carrier to your mouth, right?
- 6:12Speaker 1: Exactly, different vessel, if you will.
- 6:14Speaker 4: I'm not a fan of meat in shape, so that's not...
- 6:17Speaker 4: I've never been a fan of the dino nuggets. No,
- 6:20Speaker 4: but this is.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Still just shredded chicken on a donut.
- 6:22Speaker 1: You're like, where does that come from, the dino, actually?
- 6:25Speaker 3: What part of the dino?
- 6:26Speaker 2: What part of the chicken does the dino nugget come from?
- 6:30Speaker 3: Either way.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Well, that sounds like a tasty treat for probably $ 27.
- 6:34Speaker 5: 99.
- 6:34Speaker 4: We've got receipts.
- 6:39Speaker 3: We've got drama.
- 6:40Speaker 1: We've got Denver talking.
- 6:42Speaker 4: It's the Mile High Hype.
- 6:43Speaker 2: With JKJ.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Legends and icons. On Mix 100.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's all the big news of the day, and
- 6:48Speaker 2: it's brought to you by Mountain High Appliance, where you
- 6:51Speaker 2: can get amazing savings throughout all their showrooms, whether you're
- 6:54Speaker 2: replacing one appliance or remodeling an entire kitchen. You can
- 6:57Speaker 2: find top brands and expert advice. Just go to mountainhighappliance.com. Well,
- 7:03Speaker 2: the biggest news coming out of the city yesterday is
- 7:06Speaker 2: the new watering restrictions. So starting October 1st, say goodbye
- 7:11Speaker 2: to your lawns. October 1st is the deadline to shut
- 7:15Speaker 2: off your water. They say it is going to be mandatory.
- 7:19Speaker 2: They're banning all automatic lawn sprinklers, spray and spray irrigation
- 7:24Speaker 2: until spring of 2027 due to the severe drought. So
- 7:29Speaker 2: your automated sprinklers or manual even if you're dragging the
- 7:32Speaker 2: hose out there Must be turned off by October 1st.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Done and done.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Now, you can still hand water some of your trees
- 7:41Speaker 2: if they need it, some of your shrubs and flowers,
- 7:44Speaker 2: maybe vegetable gardens if they're still going. But you will
- 7:48Speaker 2: receive a formal warning if you don't shut them off.
- 7:51Speaker 2: The second offense is $ 250, third is $ 500, and fourth
- 7:53Speaker 2: is a $ 1, 000 fine.
- 7:53Speaker 4: We're running low on water, so.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And that's across the state, huh? Not just Denver?
- 8:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I think so. Hopefully we have a wet October, right?
- 8:07Speaker 5: Well, they're saying El Nino is supposed to bring it,
- 8:10Speaker 5: so let's go.
- 8:12Speaker 4: Anyway, you've been warned.
- 8:14Speaker 2: The Colorado State Fair opens tomorrow. It's Colorado's biggest end-of-year tradition.
- 8:21Speaker 2: It's going to be down in Pueblo, and it runs
- 8:23Speaker 2: for about 11 days. You can get your carnival rides there.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Your livestock competitions. Oh, I love a good livestock competition.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Me too.
- 8:31Speaker 2: You got your fair food, so you can go down
- 8:32Speaker 2: there and get a funnel cake. Rodeos, concerts, all sorts
- 8:36Speaker 2: of exhibits. So that's generally a good time, so people
- 8:40Speaker 2: tell me. I've never been down.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I haven't either.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I know.
- 8:43Speaker 5: I've always wanted to go, but it just seems when
- 8:45Speaker 5: it rolls around, I'm like, well.
- 8:47Speaker 4: I'm working.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Yeah, kind of. Exactly.
- 8:50Speaker 4: What else is going on? Uh-oh, Buc-ee's is at it again.
- 8:53Speaker 4: The old Buc-ee's.
- 8:55Speaker 2: You know, they were out there trying to get their
- 8:57Speaker 2: big gas station put into the Palmer Lake area.
- 9:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 9:00Speaker 4: The town of Palmer Lake.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Well, if you recall, there was enormous backlash and recalls and...
- 9:07Speaker 2: resignations of special elections, and there's all sorts of nonsense
- 9:11Speaker 2: that went on with that.
- 9:12Speaker 4: They eventually pulled the plug, right?
- 9:14Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 9:14Speaker 4: Well, they're back and they're going to El Paso County
- 9:17Speaker 4: to get the approval instead.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Because I think El Paso kind of is the umbrella
- 9:23Speaker 2: over the Palmer Lake area.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:25Speaker 2: So they're going to El Paso County now. to try
- 9:29Speaker 2: to get approval for the gigantic travel center.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Still in the same spot?
- 9:33Speaker 4: I believe so.
- 9:34Speaker 2: They say it does qualify under certain zoning rules out
- 9:38Speaker 2: there that allow a convenience store, even if it is 74,000
- 9:42Speaker 2: square feet with 120 gas pumps.
- 9:43Speaker 4: Do you know what this is like?
- 9:48Speaker 5: This is like when you ask mom for something and
- 9:50Speaker 5: she says no, so you wait until dad has a
- 9:52Speaker 5: few beers and then you.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Go ask him the same thing.
- 9:55Speaker 2: For sure. So they're going to El Paso County to
- 9:58Speaker 2: see if they can get some approval. I'm telling you,
- 10:01Speaker 2: I've been to that Johnstown now, went up in Johnstown
- 10:04Speaker 2: now a couple times.
- 10:05Speaker 4: I love it. I get it why they do not
- 10:08Speaker 4: want that out there.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Oh, really?
- 10:10Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? I love that place.
- 10:12Speaker 3: It was horrible.
- 10:14Speaker 2: The amount of traffic that it brings in, the amount
- 10:18Speaker 2: of people, the smell of exhaust.
- 10:21Speaker 3: It was nasty. It was nasty up there. I don't know.
- 10:25Speaker 5: I think that people are afraid of what they don't know,
- 10:29Speaker 5: but it's going to bring a.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Lot of jobs. But they do know. It's so good
- 10:32Speaker 3: for the economy.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Exactly. It's more than just about their view of the mountains.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Noise pollution.
- 10:37Speaker 5: I think people are pretty selfish when they're thinking about
- 10:39Speaker 5: why they don't want it, and it's for the good
- 10:41Speaker 5: of everybody.
- 10:41Speaker 4: It's too big.
- 10:42Speaker 1: So the beeper can be everywhere.
- 10:44Speaker 4: It's too big.
- 10:44Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Go up to that one in Johnstown on like a
- 10:47Speaker 2: Friday afternoon where you can't find a single parking spot,
- 10:51Speaker 2: and the lines are out the door. And the line
- 10:53Speaker 2: of cars down the road. I was just there and
- 10:56Speaker 2: I was like, what the hell is happening?
- 10:58Speaker 1: Yeah, but people who like that stuff.
- 11:00Speaker 4: And the brisket sandwich was kind of.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Ho-hum to me. That's the thing. That's not your thing.
- 11:05Speaker 1: But for people who it is their thing.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Brisket is my thing. What are you talking about?
- 11:08Speaker 1: The gas station itself. People love that place. And so
- 11:11Speaker 1: to have it so close.
- 11:12Speaker 3: I know.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I can see why people would want it.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Too many people. Too many people fight it. All right,
- 11:19Speaker 4: I got one more thing.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Generally, it's Katie doing the bear stories.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:22Speaker 2: But a bear helped itself to some firefighting equipment after
- 11:26Speaker 2: wandering into a Colorado Springs fire station. The Springs Fire
- 11:31Speaker 2: Department posted some security camera footage to social media showing
- 11:35Speaker 2: the animal entering the bay at Station 16 and then
- 11:39Speaker 2: walking off with a bag of just gear. He peaced out,
- 11:44Speaker 2: and I guess they're still trying to find it. It
- 11:47Speaker 2: remains unclear whether the gear was recovered. So I'm wondering
- 11:51Speaker 2: what was in there. Maybe they had a couple granola
- 11:53Speaker 2: bars or something, or I don't know. But maybe this
- 11:56Speaker 2: bear's just really into firefighters.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Maybe just like Smokey the Bear.
- 11:59Speaker 1: To his cousin Smokey.
- 12:00Speaker 4: That's what I was going to say. There we go.
- 12:02Speaker 4: It's kind of cute, though. Just like all the ladies
- 12:05Speaker 4: out there, bears love firefighters.
- 12:06Speaker 3: They do.
- 12:07Speaker 4: All right, what else is going on?
- 12:08Speaker 5: Okay, so introducing the Beast in a Blanket at Empower
- 12:12Speaker 5: Field at Mile High. So this season, it is on
- 12:16Speaker 5: the Pig in a Blanket, daddy of them all. So
- 12:18Speaker 5: this thing is massive. It's a two-foot grilled hot dog
- 12:21Speaker 5: with barbecue brisket, burnt ends, goat cheese up in there,
- 12:26Speaker 5: sharp cheddar. You've got a puff pastry that completely... envelopes
- 12:30Speaker 5: at all, and then crispy onions, jalapeno slices, avocado crema,
- 12:35Speaker 5: and Mile High secret sauce on top.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Too many flavors.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Oh, it's so many good flavors.
- 12:41Speaker 5: No word on what this delicious monstrosity is going to cost,
- 12:44Speaker 5: but the Glizilla at Coors.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Field is $ 50. And this is comparable to that. So
- 12:50Speaker 1: that's what they're thinking.
- 12:51Speaker 4: $ 50 glizzy.
- 12:52Speaker 5: At least $ 50. Now, the thing is, it's two pounds.
- 12:55Speaker 5: So they're not expecting people to put this away by themselves.
- 12:58Speaker 1: You get it.
- 12:59Speaker 4: You share it.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Well, I'm saying they expect people to get it and
- 13:02Speaker 1: share it.
- 13:03Speaker 5: That's why it costs so much. But yeah, it's going
- 13:06Speaker 5: to be available starting this season. And I'm all about it.
- 13:09Speaker 5: I will at least try it.
- 13:10Speaker 4: It looks good.
- 13:11Speaker 3: I saw a picture.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I love a good.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Pig in a blanket.
- 13:13Speaker 1: So the fact that they've kind of just leveled this
- 13:16Speaker 1: one up. Bring me the goat cheese. I'm a big
- 13:19Speaker 1: fan of that.
- 13:19Speaker 4: Think twice about what you're putting in your body.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Well, again, it's a treat. It's not like you have these.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Beasts in a blanket.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Look at the first word of this meal.
- 13:30Speaker 1: But if you're just.
- 13:31Speaker 5: Having a treat while you're at a ball game, it's
- 13:34Speaker 5: worth it to at least try it.
- 13:36Speaker 4: I've earned this.
- 13:37Speaker 3: Maybe you want to share.
- 13:38Speaker 4: I got my 10,000 steps in today. I earned this.
- 13:40Speaker 1: How many miles did you run yesterday?
- 13:43Speaker 4: Oh, I run 15 miles.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Yeah, right.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Okay, moving on. You want to do a push-up competition
- 13:48Speaker 1: right now?
- 13:48Speaker 5: Yeah, let's go.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 13:49Speaker 1: I will leg wrestle you all day.
- 13:51Speaker 4: That has nothing to do with legs.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Yes, I just asked you how far you ran.
- 13:54Speaker 2: No, I said you want to do a push-up competition.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Oh, and then I asked you a leg competition.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Leg wrestling. I could outrun you.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Easy.
- 14:00Speaker 4: Easy peasy.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Yeah, right.
- 14:03Speaker 4: You want to race down the hall right now? I
- 14:05Speaker 4: will race you down the hall right now.
- 14:07Speaker 6: I'm in flat.
- 14:07Speaker 1: That's not fair. I don't have tennis shoes on today.
- 14:09Speaker 4: I'll take my shoes off. We'll do it barefoot.
- 14:11Speaker 3: You know what? It's about to happen. This is about
- 14:13Speaker 3: to happen. Let me get my camera. During the break.
- 14:15Speaker 3: I know. New video.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Okay.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Let me go clip my toenails. I might cut you.
- 14:22Speaker 4: I'm like a Wolverine. I can swap fish out of
- 14:29Speaker 4: a lake.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Denver city council.
- 14:34Speaker 5: They've officially approved a new naming rights agreement for the building.
- 14:38Speaker 1: That is a better concert hall. So the Colorado symphony.
- 14:42Speaker 5: They're going to sell the naming opportunities to fund this
- 14:45Speaker 5: massive renovation and They're going to redo Betra Concert Hall
- 14:48Speaker 5: to the.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Tune of $ 122 million.
- 14:49Speaker 5: That is quite the improvement there.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I was just there. It didn't look that bad. I mean,
- 14:56Speaker 2: the restrooms still looked great. The symphony area looked fantastic.
- 15:00Speaker 2: So there must be some stuff going on behind the
- 15:02Speaker 2: scenes we don't know about.
- 15:03Speaker 5: Well, can you imagine how much better it's going to look?
- 15:06Speaker 1: Yeah. $ 122 million.
- 15:08Speaker 5: And hopefully they name it something that I can look
- 15:11Speaker 5: at and pronounce immediately.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Well, I saw. How do I? You know what my
- 15:17Speaker 4: vote is?
- 15:17Speaker 2: It's always like Hot Topic Concert Hall or Build-A-Bear Concert Hall.
- 15:22Speaker 3: We should do that.
- 15:22Speaker 2: They're going to do multiple things, though. You can have
- 15:24Speaker 2: naming rights on the inside. You can have naming rights
- 15:27Speaker 2: of the stage. You can have naming rights of various
- 15:29Speaker 2: portions of the building. So they're really selling it off.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Duke's Mayo side stage.
- 15:35Speaker 4: The Cinnabon Theater.
- 15:36Speaker 1: That's so funny.
- 15:38Speaker 3: The Duke's Mayo.
- 15:39Speaker 1: So we'll see. What it all comes to.
- 15:42Speaker 5: But yeah, they're workshopping that idea for new names there.
- 15:46Speaker 5: And then tonight, this is really exciting because we've all
- 15:49Speaker 5: still kind.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Of been reeling about the loss of Dolly Parton.
- 15:51Speaker 5: I mean, I'm still seeing it all over social media
- 15:54Speaker 5: and it makes me sad that she's.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Not with us anymore. So Grizzly Rose, they're like.
- 15:59Speaker 3: You know what?
- 16:00Speaker 1: Tonight, it's ladies night.
- 16:02Speaker 5: And in honor of the late, great Dolly Parton, it's
- 16:05Speaker 5: dress like Dolly night.
- 16:06Speaker 4: I can't wait.
- 16:08Speaker 1: And for ladies, it is perfect.
- 16:10Speaker 5: Free drinks after 8 so you get free draft beer
- 16:13Speaker 5: and free well drinks from 8 until midnight tonight so
- 16:16Speaker 5: you can go tip it on back for Dolly but
- 16:18Speaker 5: I love that they're doing that because again I think
- 16:21Speaker 5: this is one loss that we are all feeling tremendously
- 16:24Speaker 5: because she was such a good human She did so
- 16:27Speaker 5: many good things. I just saw this post where someone
- 16:29Speaker 5: was like, she was talking about Dolly Parton passing away
- 16:32Speaker 5: and her little seven-year-old daughter kind of got sad.
- 16:35Speaker 1: And she was like, oh, do you know who Dolly is?
- 16:38Speaker 5: She's like, well, I don't know her, know her, but
- 16:40Speaker 5: she sent me books. And I was like, oh, this
- 16:43Speaker 5: is heartbreaking.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Don't be such a chicken squad.
- 16:48Speaker 4: I have this list.
- 16:50Speaker 2: I didn't get to it, but the, you know, I
- 16:52Speaker 2: talked about this yesterday, my whole joke of the oversaturation.
- 16:56Speaker 4: Of Dolly Parton.
- 16:57Speaker 2: This story says she left behind a roadmap of planned projects.
- 17:00Speaker 2: She's got her Tennessee travel shops. She's got her Song
- 17:04Speaker 2: Teller Hotel. There's a Life of Many Colors Museum. Dolly
- 17:09Speaker 2: Dolls are gonna be available in September.
- 17:12Speaker 4: Her Cup of Ambition Coffee.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Dolly on Holly, which they think is like an elf
- 17:17Speaker 2: on a shelf.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Oh!
- 17:19Speaker 2: Her Broadway production, the true original musical, there's a 9
- 17:24Speaker 2: to 5 jewelry collection, Dolly's dog treats, a bedding and
- 17:29Speaker 2: home decor collection, and her avatar was in the works
- 17:34Speaker 2: as well. That's how much Dolly Parton stuff was in
- 17:38Speaker 2: the pipeline.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I mean, she was working way more than 9 to 5.
- 17:41Speaker 1: She's just 24-7 on the clock. But may she rest.
- 17:46Speaker 4: Well, have fun at the Grizzly Rose, though. Get you
- 17:48Speaker 4: some free drinks.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Right?
- 17:49Speaker 4: Somebody getting pregnant that night.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Hey, there you go, Jared. There's your mile high.
- 17:53Speaker 4: How many hours was it free drinks?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Eight to midnight. Eight to midnight.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Four hours. Somebody definitely getting pregnant that night. Another red flag.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Another red flag when it comes to Princess Pilot, Josh's girlfriend.
- 18:08Speaker 2: I'm telling you, these things are stacking up. This is
- 18:11Speaker 2: coming on the heels of her demanding that he celebrates.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Her half birthday.
- 18:16Speaker 2: He got her a sash and everything. Little princess crown.
- 18:20Speaker 2: That was one major red flag. Here's another one. Now
- 18:23Speaker 2: she's in his kitchen because he likes going to the
- 18:25Speaker 2: mall to get lunch or dinner.
- 18:28Speaker 4: Oh, I didn't understand this. What's their beef with the
- 18:30Speaker 4: food court?
- 18:31Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 18:32Speaker 6: I was talking the other day, and I live and
- 18:34Speaker 6: Katie lives relatively close to Park Meadows Mall, right?
- 18:37Speaker 4: Wait, wait, wait. Retail resort.
- 18:39Speaker 3: It's not a mall.
- 18:40Speaker 4: Sorry.
- 18:41Speaker 3: Sorry, sorry. Don't want to upset anybody.
- 18:43Speaker 6: But that being said, I go there every once in
- 18:45Speaker 6: a while right after work. Because that gives me, like, what,
- 18:48Speaker 6: 10 to 12 options of restaurants right there in the
- 18:50Speaker 6: food court, right?
- 18:51Speaker 1: Yeah, what you feeling?
- 18:52Speaker 2: Which are all, like, totally— You can get a Cinnabon
- 18:54Speaker 2: and some Panda Express.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Totally viable options. Maybe some pretzels.
- 18:57Speaker 6: So I was texting her the other day, and I
- 18:59Speaker 6: was like, hey, I'm just at the mall really quick
- 19:01Speaker 6: to grab some food. And she's like, you go there—
- 19:04Speaker 6: just for the options of food there? And I'm like, yeah, absolutely.
- 19:07Speaker 6: They're all restaurants.
- 19:08Speaker 4: You text back and be like, oh, you celebrate a
- 19:10Speaker 4: half birthday? What are you, an idiot?
- 19:13Speaker 3: I don't like to start runs, so no.
- 19:15Speaker 1: He's like, I'm not looking for a fight, Jeremy.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Nope, I don't want that. But I was confused. She
- 19:20Speaker 3: was so confused that I would go in there to
- 19:23Speaker 3: not just shop. Like, I did no shopping. I got in,
- 19:25Speaker 3: got out, got what I wanted, got some Panda Express,
- 19:27Speaker 3: all right?
- 19:28Speaker 6: And she was like, no, no, no, that's like the
- 19:30Speaker 6: extra treat you get when you're already shopping there.
- 19:33Speaker 3: And I was like, Not at all. That makes no
- 19:35Speaker 3: sense to me. Unbelievable.
- 19:37Speaker 4: This is unbelievable. I can't with this woman.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I went to this specific mall just for the food options.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Retail resort.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Okay.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Jeremy. That's where Shake Shack is.
- 19:48Speaker 5: Yes.
- 19:48Speaker 4: It's in the mall.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I have to go.
- 19:50Speaker 5: There to get that. But we went in there. I
- 19:52Speaker 5: remember when we did a little field trip as JKJ.
- 19:55Speaker 5: We all got bourbon chicken at that one spot. I
- 19:58Speaker 5: go back for that bourbon chicken.
- 20:00Speaker 3: All the time. That chicken was money.
- 20:01Speaker 1: It was so good.
- 20:02Speaker 5: So I go to Park Meadows Retail Resort quite often.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Just for the food. I do this.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Why wouldn't you?
- 20:09Speaker 4: You have, like, you got so many options.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 20:12Speaker 3: And they even have, like, a Jamba Juice in there, too,
- 20:14Speaker 3: if I'm feeling a smoothie.
- 20:15Speaker 4: You can get a Starby's if you want.
- 20:17Speaker 6: And to be honest, I think, I know we have
- 20:19Speaker 6: another Chick-fil-A down the road, but I think that is
- 20:20Speaker 6: the closest Chick-fil-A to us. Yeah. So, like.
- 20:23Speaker 3: I mean, there's Popeyes. There's a Chipotle in there. There's
- 20:26Speaker 3: so many.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Why would you not go to the retail resort to
- 20:29Speaker 2: get a delicious snack?
- 20:31Speaker 3: I was shocked that I was not going to buy
- 20:32Speaker 3: some aloe or lulu.
- 20:33Speaker 4: First before going.
- 20:34Speaker 6: We do.
- 20:35Speaker 3: I've told you, you need to keep looking. For this?
- 20:37Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Red flag on red flag on red flag.
- 20:46Speaker 3: This on top of the half birthdays, you just can't do.
- 20:48Speaker 4: There's so much more, too, that you guys don't even
- 20:50Speaker 4: know about.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Like, I'm not having it.
- 20:52Speaker 4: I'm not having it.
- 20:53Speaker 2: This is not good long-term love here. It's not a
- 20:57Speaker 2: good long-term relationship.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I wouldn't base it on her food court preference.
- 21:01Speaker 2: She doesn't like you going into a food court to
- 21:04Speaker 2: get food in a food court.
- 21:06Speaker 4: Although I think they call it the dining hall.
- 21:08Speaker 3: It is. It is the dining hall. It says, welcome
- 21:10Speaker 3: to the dining hall.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:12Speaker 4: So you can enjoy 20 different options. That's nuts to me.
- 21:16Speaker 4: It's pure insanity.
- 21:17Speaker 3: I think it's a great idea.
- 21:18Speaker 6: Especially because I think I grew up doing that because
- 21:21Speaker 6: a family of seven that we were every kid could
- 21:24Speaker 6: get what they wanted.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Absolutely. I think that's smart.
- 21:27Speaker 5: And if you don't know what you want, that's what
- 21:28Speaker 5: I like to do. I like to walk in there
- 21:30Speaker 5: and wander around and see which one.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Speaks to me.
- 21:32Speaker 4: Get the samples on the toothpicks.
- 21:33Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 21:34Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Who's going to tempt me?
- 21:35Speaker 4: What has she got to get samples on toothpicks?
- 21:38Speaker 1: Who's going to tempt me over with their delicious food?
- 21:40Speaker 4: Wow me, woo me.
- 21:42Speaker 3: What catches the nose, right?
- 21:43Speaker 1: Who's going to get me as their customer? It's like
- 21:45Speaker 1: a game I like to play. So I love dining hall.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Who wants me? Yes, Josh.
- 21:48Speaker 2: You've got to get with a woman who loves little toothpicks, okay?
- 21:53Speaker 4: In more ways than one.
