- 0:00SPEAKER_01: If you find yourself falling into judgment about somebody, it has nothing to do with that person.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: It's an excellent opportunity to look at yourself and go, oh, I'm projecting my shadow, something I don't want to see about myself onto that person.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: What is it?
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: This is a great opportunity.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: And it's life-changing to do that.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: It is a life-changing thing.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: It not only does it take judgment out, it also helps find weeds in the internal garden that need to be changed.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: Because if we are projecting it onto somebody else, it means it's bothering us.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: This podcast discusses sensitive and sexual topics that may be triggering.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: Please understand we are not therapists.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: We are simply sharing from our own journey and experience.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Erotic Spirit Podcast.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: My name is Angela Shelby.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: And I'm Jenna Lee.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: And today we are talking about what if you are not too much?
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 1:11SPEAKER_02: Goddess energy.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:13SPEAKER_02: And if you stick around, we'll help support you in how you can redefine it.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: So we were driving in the car having this conversation about being triggered by people and how you dress how you dress.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: You like to dress really sexy and it can be very triggering for other women.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: You've been talking about some of the reactions you get.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Like sometimes you're finding your people and they vibe with you.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: And other times it's like total opposite.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: They make these assumptions about who you are and the kind of person you are because you dress sexy, which means it's triggering for people.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: So when I say triggering, for example, anytime I judge somebody else by how they look, like walking into Walmart, we've all talked about Walmart's.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: Seeing somebody dressed and making a judgment about them has nothing to do with them.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: Because there is something about them and the way they are dressing that is triggering me.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: I am projecting something onto them that is a shadow of my dark side.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: Like, for example, uh, I remember this one experience where I was now aware that projecting my stuff on other people.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: And I saw this really like plus size girl walk into Walmart in like a tube top and fishnets, and her butt was hanging out the bottom, and she was in heels.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: And I just went, what the fuck?
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: I went, holy crap, what is this?
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: And I stopped and I went, I know this is about me.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: It has nothing to do with her.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: I know this now.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: So I like went into out of the way in the middle of an aisle somewhere, and nobody else, and just sat and asked myself, I'm like, what is it about her that offends me and that is bothering me right now?
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: And I went, how dare she wear something like that out in public?
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, she's so bared.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: And I went, is that something I wish I could do?
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: Am I jealous of her that she has the courage to do that?
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: You know, like asking myself those questions, or where in my life, like, do I wish I could be more that way?
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: Because I knew it was something to do with me, not her.
- 3:39SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that's that's invitation.
- 3:43SPEAKER_02: That's the invitation.
- 3:44SPEAKER_02: You sat with yourself.
- 3:46SPEAKER_02: And if there is something that's coming up, if there's a trigger that's coming up, and there's some story that's being projected.
- 3:56SPEAKER_02: How could I possibly know anything about this person that I just met?
- 4:00SPEAKER_02: And maybe they haven't even opened their mouth up, but just the way that they move through the room, or just the way that they dress, or you know, the way that they laugh and sound.
- 4:12SPEAKER_02: And I don't know anything about them.
- 4:14SPEAKER_02: I don't know where they're from, where they came from, what they've been through.
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: And some story, it's my story, right?
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: If I'm being triggered, it's my story that I'm projecting out there.
- 4:24SPEAKER_02: But then I can attach the label easily.
- 4:27SPEAKER_02: I mean, and this is something I feel I I love this goddess energy that we can really talk about because it is about supporting each other instead of putting the label on there and attaching it and oh, the horror and this and that, and and projecting all these other stories of fear.
- 4:45SPEAKER_02: And so it really is an invitation to sit with self and say what's going on there.
- 4:49SPEAKER_02: And I love how you shared that you just you drop into it so that we can actually see what it is about us.
- 4:57SPEAKER_02: And what got me thinking about this, and we were taught when we were talking in the car, was there were the triggers, but then there was, I remember a newer friend that was talking about how her friends, her her lady friends can trigger other women.
- 5:14SPEAKER_02: And I remember thinking to myself, I was like, I fucking loved you guys because you were just you, they just showed up as them.
- 5:20SPEAKER_02: They were just them.
- 5:21SPEAKER_02: And it got me thinking, like, wow, okay, so I guess there's there's a thing here when we really start to step into who we are, that someone may start to to feel uncomfortable with someone else.
- 5:33SPEAKER_02: And the this is the invitation so that we can start to support each other and actually take what's mine and work through that, you know, over here instead of actually projecting it or saying things and yeah.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: Those instant trigger judgments on people, especially on how they look, surface stuff.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: Uh when that gets resolved, how people dress don't bother you anymore because you've dealt with your stuff.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: I think that's the takeaway.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: Like it's it's something within ourselves.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: But dressing sexy.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: So when I was growing up, I was taught, you know, Catholic, hey, you know, keep your clothes on, skirts to the knees.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Um good girls, valuable girls don't dress sexy, you know, that's behind closed doors.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Um, it's dangerous to dress that way as a woman.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: You're asking for it, you're asking for trouble if you dress that way.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: Um what else?
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: Oh, you're easy.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: You're easy, you're a slut, you're a whore if you dress that way.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: It says that you'll sleep with anybody should you decide to dress that way or express yourself in that way.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: So having those constraints on, it really taught me that I don't dress for myself.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: I'm dressing for other people.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: I I spent my time dressing for what other people thought I should dress.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: And so when I dress for myself instead of what I think other people want, it's me dressing for myself.
- 7:16SPEAKER_01: And it has nothing to do with who I sleep with.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: If I'm promiscuous or not, you know, anything like that.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 7:24SPEAKER_02: It has nothing to do with that.
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: But it's really those myths are really dangerous.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: And I shouldn't even say myths, those cultural misconceptions that we have nurtured and used to cover really horrendous behavior.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: It's it's an excuse to cover really horrendous behavior.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: She was asking for it.
- 7:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: She shouldn't have looked so pretty.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: She shouldn't, you know, anything like that.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: Or even he, he shouldn't have looked so pretty.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: It's going the opposite way now.
- 7:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 7:59SPEAKER_02: So it is.
- 8:01SPEAKER_02: That's the one that stands out to me when you were talking, and that's the one that I I think of quite often, and that I hear quite often.
- 8:08SPEAKER_02: And I don't even know if people say that about me.
- 8:10SPEAKER_02: I just I don't pay attention, but I just know that that's a thing.
- 8:14SPEAKER_02: And I remember I was in a lecture one time where someone was asking about like them feeling nervous to be and show up a certain way in certain rooms.
- 8:24SPEAKER_02: And I remember asking them, it's it comes down to the safety within.
- 8:30SPEAKER_02: Do we feel safe enough within to be ourselves that none of that noise matters?
- 8:36SPEAKER_02: Because there are you you will I have encountered along the way where people will say things, I'll hear those things.
- 8:44SPEAKER_02: Oh, she was asking for it.
- 8:46SPEAKER_02: She must have been.
- 9:07SPEAKER_02: You know, it's the even if someone does dress in that way and they have some unconscious pull behind it, of course you're gonna get that in in all circumstances.
- 9:17SPEAKER_02: It still does not mean that actually, like, that this is what needs to be done.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: That we need to like keep this label here and this is exactly it.
- 9:26SPEAKER_02: So dropping into safety.
- 9:28SPEAKER_02: And then I look at dress as a form of play.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: So when I'm usually getting ready, I love to let I'll put on the music.
- 9:37SPEAKER_02: I mean, you've definitely heard heard my music going off, and just like being in that that playful energy and just okay, I'm moving around and exuberating like the love of myself.
- 9:49SPEAKER_02: And sometimes I'll put something on and I'll just kind of look at myself and be like, oh, that looks so good, so fun, and just let it be a party.
- 9:57SPEAKER_02: And that's just my goddess energy is that fun and that play and that flow.
- 10:02SPEAKER_02: Like my like if I could say, you know, my hands moving like this, this is my goddess energy, just playing with it and letting it be.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: Because of those misconceptions, though, because of those beliefs, I feel like we have pigeonholed goddess energy into either very virginal, very pure, yes, uh, or very mother energy, like very nurturing energy, or it's we kind of like skip the parts that are the sexy energy and go straight to like crone energy, like the wise woman.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: And then this piece of goddess, this piece of who we are that is this sexy, vibrant expression of sexual energy, creative energy, sensual energy has been demonized.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: So anyone who's celebrating it in that way automatically gets put into the you are a whore, you are not right.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: There's something morally wrong with you because of how you were dressing.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: And it's it triggers other women.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: And in this day and age, especially in this country, we have the freedom to be more of ourselves, to dress and express this part that is goddess and be sexy and dress sexy and do it for ourselves.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: Dress sexy because I want to dress sexy.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: This is how I am comfortable dressing, and be that and redefine that piece of goddess, redefine what that is.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: Um it makes me sad when I see women bonding over their perceived imperfections.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Like bonding over, yeah, I'm too fat.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: And it's like this happy conversation.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: I'm like, what is happening right now?
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: You're picking yourselves apart and you're doing it with such joy.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: Um because it's always about what other people think.
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: It's always about I'm concerned about what the outer world thinks of me.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: So I need to lose this 10 pounds.
- 12:23SPEAKER_01: I need to, I need to be this size, I need to look like this, I need my lips to be bigger because this is, you know, I want to be liked in this way.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: And this is what I think it's going to take to get there.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: When I would really, really like to see this shift focus to I dress this way because it makes me feel comfortable.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: I dress this way because this is what I think sexy is.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 12:50SPEAKER_01: That it's an internal reference instead of an external reference.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm uh a million percent there.
- 12:59SPEAKER_02: It's the how do I feel instead of how do you feel?
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 13:02SPEAKER_02: How do I feel?
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay, I feel good.
- 13:04SPEAKER_02: Whenever I start to think about someone else and what they may think about me and how I'm, you know, if I'm dressing a certain way, and if that ever comes in and I'm like, oh, fuck that.
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: That has nothing to do with me.
- 13:18SPEAKER_02: There is an opportunity for me to say what's going on here, but it's still not mine to hold.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: How anyone receives me, it is for that is over there.
- 13:29SPEAKER_02: Anyone, if you if they want to receive me in a way that feels confining and constraint and all that, you go do that, you'll do it over there.
- 13:38SPEAKER_02: I love you from over here and I'll show up as me and fuck it.
- 13:41SPEAKER_02: Zero fucks given message.
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: Zero fucks given.
- 13:45SPEAKER_02: They went on vacation, they didn't know how to come back, and so zero fucks are always given.
- 13:51SPEAKER_02: But it is a it's an avenue to get, it was an avenue to get there.
- 13:56SPEAKER_02: It wasn't always like that.
- 13:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, definitely wasn't always like that.
- 13:59SPEAKER_02: And I like this redefining opportunity because there are maybe the the perceptions of how goddess energy may look out there.
- 14:09SPEAKER_02: And you you name some, and then there's like there's sexy, all this.
- 14:13SPEAKER_02: It is however you want to show up.
- 14:14SPEAKER_02: If you don't see a goddess type out there that is that exists, you you it.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: It's learn to create your own.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: If you if you yeah, I love how you said that.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: If it there's a fashion or it's like, yeah, that that's not attractive to me, or that does not define goddess to me, then you know, for some people it can be a burqa.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Great.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: You know, for other people, it's wearing less.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: For me, I think sexy is flowy clothing.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: I love bright colors, I love flowing clothing.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Um, that really says it for me, whether it's sheer or not.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: So it's just it's to each their own.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: And it always goes back to that whole sexiness is an inside job.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: It's how we feel in our clothes.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: It's how we feel in how we dress.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: And that is the quality of the energy we are projecting.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: So if we're comfortable with us, then it makes us attractive.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: Just does.
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: It does.
- 15:21SPEAKER_02: Which can also trigger, if you're going through this, partners.
- 15:26SPEAKER_02: It can trigger partners to be like, don't why are you dressing like that?
- 15:30SPEAKER_02: Like, nope.
- 15:31SPEAKER_02: That's and there can be a story that a partner plays out in their head, which is all that them.
- 15:36SPEAKER_02: Maybe it's an insecurity.
- 15:38SPEAKER_02: I mean, most right, most likely attaches some insecurity.
- 15:41SPEAKER_02: And it's like, well, this is mine, and I don't want mine to be over here where everyone could see.
- 15:47SPEAKER_02: And so I will promise you for myself, uh, one day when having a partner, I will still dress how the fuck I want, be and show up how I want, because I am not too much.
- 15:59SPEAKER_02: And if any person in my space, friend, whatever, if if you if you'd want to meet me, that's okay.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: I'll see you there.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: But also just love me and accept me as I am, and that's it.
- 16:11SPEAKER_02: That's all you need to do to be in my space because I'm not too fucking much.
- 16:16SPEAKER_02: Drop the mic.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: Drop the mic.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that you're too much, you're too sensitive.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: You're too sexy or too risky, too whatever is I think some of our best qualities.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: I was told I've been told, you're too sensitive.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: You need to be less sensitive.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: And it's like, dang it.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: I and I tuned it out, and it did get me, you know, toughen me up.
- 16:43SPEAKER_01: But this is the thing, it also made me turn my internal intuition down.
- 16:49SPEAKER_01: And that is my best alarm system.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: It is my best safety, it is my best connection.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Like my sensitivity is where it's at.
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: It's my greatest strength, you know.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: It's it connects me to other people.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: I empathize with other people.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: So it's our too muchness is usually our greatest strength, sometimes turned up a little bit too high.
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: But it's still our greatest strength.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: So this awesome podcast is sponsored by Enlightened Energy Works.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: Would you like to meet your spirit guides or build a deeper connection with them?
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: If so, I have an online self-guided course with simple exercises and recommendations to help you build your connection with your spirit guides in your own way and at your own pace.
- 17:47SPEAKER_01: If you're interested, please check it out at www.angelashelby.com or click the link in the show notes.
- 17:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's a light shining very bright, and it's there to be, not to be shoved around because someone else is afraid of it.
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: If anything, I like to say when we are, we're here to activate each other.
- 18:15SPEAKER_02: I'll just say that.
- 18:16SPEAKER_02: We're here to activate each other.
- 18:17SPEAKER_02: We're not here to just, yes, kumbaya, love and light, but I want to grow.
- 18:24SPEAKER_02: How am I gonna grow?
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: Okay, so there's someone in the room, maybe I don't resonate with them.
- 18:29SPEAKER_02: I can decide to go run away.
- 18:32SPEAKER_02: And and and there's a there is a thing with energetic boundaries, get that.
- 18:36SPEAKER_02: But if there's also a point of just a belief system that isn't true that I could be projecting that I feel uncomfortable.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: So I'm usually a person that will sit in a space if I am even uncomfortable, feel it, and move through it and be with it.
- 18:49SPEAKER_02: But those those triggers are actually the point where we get to embody truth.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: We get to decide right then how we're gonna show up and respond.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: And I could show up and react the same fucking ways I've been acting.
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: And and I can go hide and go, you know, retreat and all that.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: But now I have an opportunity with someone in front of me that could be triggering me.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: And I say, Oh, you know what?
- 19:14SPEAKER_02: I am gonna enforce my boundary.
- 19:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's what I'm doing.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: I'm doing that right now.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: And I get to actually embody that truth that I'm worthy of that boundary.
- 19:23SPEAKER_02: Maybe I know I need boundaries, but I don't actually get to enforce it unless something is happening, something is activating, and I get to just stand in that in that energy.
- 19:34SPEAKER_02: So good, let's activate each other.
- 19:36SPEAKER_02: Let's be in that space and supporting each other's growth and allow that to unfold and evolve.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: How can you decide who you are if you do not have contrast?
- 19:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: You know, you have to have that opposite.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: If you want to be the hero, you have to have a challenge.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: If you want to build confidence, you have to have a challenge.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: That's the only way confidence is built.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: You are faced with challenge and you work at it, you move through it.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: So you it has to be there.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: So yes, activating.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: I like how you said that.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: We are here to activate each other.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: Relationship is one of the most activating experiences you will ever have.
- 20:19SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 20:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah, all of them.
- 20:21SPEAKER_02: All the like the friends, the clients, the business partners, the teachers, co-workers.
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah, all of it.
- 20:28SPEAKER_02: Drop all of them in.
- 20:29SPEAKER_02: We can't hide in in a you know shoe anymore.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: I don't know who's hiding in a shoe.
- 20:34SPEAKER_02: So I just I don't know why I said shoe, but you know, it is.
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: We're not, we just can't hide anymore.
- 20:39SPEAKER_02: I mean, there's there's a part of going in and doing the work and being there, but then how do it actually play with this evolution?
- 20:47SPEAKER_02: And so that's part of this redefining goddess energy too.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: Like you see all the things out there, you go, you internalize, you see, you move through your belief systems.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: What is it?
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: How do you want to show up?
- 21:00SPEAKER_02: And then how do you actually show up?
- 21:03SPEAKER_02: How do you actually embody that goddess?
- 21:05SPEAKER_02: You embody it in that space.
- 21:07SPEAKER_02: You actually you can be got you can be goddess wherever you want.
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: You don't need a be goddess in front of people, but it it can challenge you to to stand in that truth when you're around other people, and then also redefine it again, like, oh, you know what?
- 21:20SPEAKER_02: I thought I liked when I did this, and I don't feel like that feels like me.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: And we're always peeling back layers of ourselves.
- 21:27SPEAKER_02: We're always there's the there's an onion.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: We're all onions, we're all onions, there's layers, and it's like, I thought that's what I wanted, and now I realize I don't.
- 21:38SPEAKER_02: So here it is.
- 21:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: So if you had one takeaway for people, what would it be?
- 21:49SPEAKER_02: What is it?
- 21:50SPEAKER_02: Okay, I heard, I just heard show the fuck up.
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: Show up as who you want to be, and the the acceptance.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: Acceptance of self really comes in the space of that activation.
- 22:06SPEAKER_02: And I decide, I decide right now.
- 22:08SPEAKER_02: Okay, am I going to go back to old ways of being?
- 22:11SPEAKER_02: Or no, I want to show up in this way.
- 22:13SPEAKER_02: Okay, good.
- 22:14SPEAKER_02: Let me do it.
- 22:15SPEAKER_02: Let me just take one step to doing that and show the fuck up for yourself.
- 22:22SPEAKER_02: Not for someone else.
- 22:24SPEAKER_02: Not because you think that you're supposed to show up in a certain way.
- 22:27SPEAKER_02: Not because you've been playing a role for over a decade with the same people.
- 22:31SPEAKER_02: Show up exactly how you want and define your goddess energy.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: And if you're not, you know, if you don't see yourself as goddess, call it something else.
- 22:41SPEAKER_02: Whatever you want, whatever you want to call it.
- 22:42SPEAKER_02: You want to call it fairy, you want to call it call it elf, you want to call it king.
- 22:46SPEAKER_02: Like just allow yourself to not get attached to the word, but the energy that you put out and who you are to your core.
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 22:57SPEAKER_02: I like that.
- 22:58SPEAKER_02: How about you?
- 22:59SPEAKER_01: I think the biggest takeaway is that I would share is if you find yourself falling into judgment about somebody, it has nothing to do with that person.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: It's a it's an excellent opportunity to look at yourself and go, oh, I'm projecting my shadow, something I don't want to see about myself onto that person.
- 23:24SPEAKER_01: What is it?
- 23:25SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: This is a great opportunity.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: And it's life-changing to do that.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: It is a life-changing thing.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: And not only does it take judgment out, it also helps find weeds in the internal garden that need to be changed.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: Because if we are projecting it onto somebody else, it means it's bothering us.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: So those shadows that bother us are unconscious, is like, I have to get it out there some way.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: We're going to mirror it in another person so that you will see it.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: This is really bothering you.
- 24:00SPEAKER_01: Do you understand?
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: It sounds like freedom to be out of that.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: That is freedom.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: It is internal freedom to mine our shadows for all they are worth and take everything out that we can find and bring it into the light to be loved, processed, gone through, accepted.
- 24:22SPEAKER_01: It just changes everything.
