- 7:02[SPEAKER_15]: I think it's fair to say whether it's the winter's over.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_15]: Isn't it?
- 7:05[SPEAKER_15]: Can we say that now?
- 7:08[SPEAKER_15]: I think so.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_15]: The master started today.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_15]: That's certainly a sign of spring down in August up.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_15]: leaderboard, so I'm going to get a unit, you know, minus four through ten, most of the big names don't tee off to later today.

- 7:58[SPEAKER_14]: Hey, Mayor, I don't know who the bigger enemy is in the United States.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_14]: Is the dry rain or is it the Democratic target?
- 8:06[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I don't know what he means.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_14]: These people are nuts on the Democratic side.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_14]: Not only want to stick to nose and end in the war,
- 8:14[SPEAKER_14]: You weren't elected to last us election president Trump was we boarded your policies down the garbage can So my advice is to stay to hell out of this war and we'll get a straight now around our own We don't need to stupid democratic policies now they want to put the court is it or 14th amendment mayor Yeah, what's that about I don't know
- 8:38[SPEAKER_14]: But we're whether with Joe Biden didn't know what time of day it was.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_14]: We're whether then they covered up for Joe Biden for years.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_14]: The guy didn't know if didn't have one cabinet meeting in four years.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_14]: Didn't have a press conference in four years.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_14]: He used criminals.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_14]: Trump meets the media every day, which I don't think he should be honest with your mayor.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_14]: The media's no friend of this country.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_15]: Mm-hmm.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_14]: They want to see our end when this warp.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I think some of them do, yes.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_14]: I think you're changing your tune on the president too, Mayor.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_15]: You think so?
- 9:12[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, you seem to be saying a lot of pro-Iranian stuff on this show.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_14]: I don't like it.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_14]: I don't like it at all.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_14]: There are enemy everybody that killed thousands of our people.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_14]: Then they killed 300 Marines in the room.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_15]: Yes, they did.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_14]: Well, we don't buy them at all.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_14]: He's set up 56 periindouans.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_14]: How that worked out at everybody?
- 9:32[SPEAKER_14]: You think they use that money to build new highways?
- 9:34[SPEAKER_14]: They use the money to fund their damn terrorists or get his ages on over a place.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_15]: Like your hoodies in your husbands?
- 9:41[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, yeah, when people are still living in the middle of the ages, that's the problem.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_14]: They want to kill us.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_14]: We should have taken care of this problem years ago.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_14]: Nobody had the guts to do a damn thing about it.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_14]: We're going to have to go back and take the straight over.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_14]: I'm sorry.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_14]: Well, I... You feel like the only thing I can see,
- 10:01[SPEAKER_15]: I think the other day when Trump got into that, we're going to eliminate this civilization, it's sort of up the ante so much that, you know, once he backed down on mutters, yeah, back down Tuesday.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_14]: I think I'm closed, so he shouldn't talk to put out tweaks like that.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_14]: If you want to feel that way, do it behind closed, so...
- 10:21[SPEAKER_14]: Exactly.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_14]: Because the media gets a hold of it.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_14]: crash, get a hold of it.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, they're going to blow up, I read.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_14]: Then when he doesn't go in the town, what does Democrats say?
- 10:30[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, he should check it.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_15]: Taco, yeah.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, Democrats.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_14]: They don't really go in the Grinch.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_14]: They don't crime.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_14]: They hate the military to hate the police.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_14]: When that foreign Democrats backed in power.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_09]: Mm-hmm.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_14]: They're not winning the midterms.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_14]: Look at the guy they got running in Michigan mayor.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, my God.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_14]: What total wax jobs?
- 10:50[SPEAKER_15]: I know.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_15]: Hopefully we'll win that Senate seat.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_14]: But I hate to settle.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_14]: I think we're gonna have to open up and I ran again and forth.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_14]: You can't deal with these people, Mayor.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I wish it hadn't stopped if we kept up a steady, you know, get all of our targets.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_15]: You know, it is problematic as far as knocking out power plants and all that.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_14]: But, well, in Jerusalem, Israel's doing what they want to do.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know if we can control Israel either.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_14]: So another major problem over there.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_14]: You know?
- 11:21[SPEAKER_14]: But maybe Mr. Trump's going to get us on a needle.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_14]: That might be a good idea, Mayor.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_14]: Move our troops to hell out of there.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_14]: Don't when you need them, they're not there.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_14]: We didn't ask them to do any fighting.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_14]: We just sat in the help of us on the straight issue.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_14]: Which is going to have to be solved.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_14]: We might have to go back in there.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, don't do that.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_15]: You know, remember when Britannia ruled the sea, now they don't have a working boat, I don't think.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, a lot of these needle groups are military is not worth garbage.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_14]: After World War II, they're not putting the money into it.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_14]: That's not even what I call about.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_14]: We will not make that call about the e-bikes.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_14]: The city police are going to get on these people.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_14]: Thank you.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_14]: City police.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_15]: It's about time.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I didn't know they couldn't be on sidewalks.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_14]: I've seen them on sidewalks.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_14]: It can't go over 20 miles an hour.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_14]: Why did he say, I'm closing down an arsenal street, believe me.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_14]: He was going a lot faster than 20 miles an hour.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_15]: Why does it take, apparently this is existing state law.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_15]: But why does it take so long to devise a strategy.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_15]: In other words, this was an issue last year, you before and ever.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_15]: Why wouldn't you, as a senior municipal administrator,
- 12:34[SPEAKER_14]: Department had whatever sit down and say well this is a problem out there what can we do about it and come up with a plan just like he's people shop a car's the laws are on the books but the police don't want to buy the women they're going to do it nothing you know I don't mind but you can go to the road blocking traffic I look at what the hell's the owner who's a guy with a shop a car going up watching the street holding up the one line going up watching the street can't believe it
- 13:01[SPEAKER_14]: round this a sidewalk was completely clear yet no business being in the middle of road to shop a car full of garbage where you got it who knows there's got the right right right right right right right right right right right there won't be what it's about you know what I mean they won't pay him you gotta remember
- 13:22[SPEAKER_15]: you don't need a license to write them and you don't need I don't think they're registered so what what do they have against you and me that they can do what sanction can they impose what we're going to take your license be on the sidewalk right they can say we're going to take your license law mayor or we're going to write them in the road yeah but they understand yes you do that's a corner or a guy read but they're not played as are over twenty miles an hour
- 13:51[SPEAKER_14]: I've seen you guys buzzin' off a caught me off over on factory street one day, but I didn't see my sidebeer mirror, I want to nail the guy.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_09]: Hmm.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_14]: Block the draft keeps coming right on my left side.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_14]: But you sure don't.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_14]: Take a left turn if I didn't see him coming.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_14]: I want to nail him.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_15]: Hmm.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_14]: But yeah, I think we didn't get that on the control.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_14]: But uh.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_15]: What else?
- 14:13[SPEAKER_14]: Just a greenery on the war mirror.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_14]: That trip, you know, you can be on the right to have the opinion.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_14]: now I think the democratic party is so whack down on this this is not the democratic party I grew up in no bill Clinton was a brilliant democrat very politician the last balance budget I think was under bill Clinton well Harry Truman dropped the atomic bomb yeah today's democrats wouldn't Obama didn't like that either you know the politics for it
- 14:41[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_14]: Cabinet has sent us to talk a lot of it.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_14]: Well, what is that?
- 14:44[SPEAKER_14]: That was a battle to those old losers in that work.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_15]: No.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_14]: We need to go and go and have to go in there and try and take a mall cave to cave and you probably go to lose another million men.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_14]: We had to find, and you tell me, if Germany or Japan didn't have to find it, wouldn't you use it on us?
- 15:01[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, yeah.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_14]: That's what happens when a military runs a country like Japan was run by Tokyo back to that time.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_14]: And I think that's the problem when I ran.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_14]: military people running the damn country yeah i don't know if you can get it is worth talking to them this kind of this advance over i want to see me yesterday is very good on the speed maybe to watch that press conference and yet on a hungry yep he's very good on the feet talking to the media i think he's a smart guy i know you don't like the cousin with spirit but i think he's a pretty smart guy well the only thing with these beards is
- 15:38[SPEAKER_15]: You know, it's like every guy in a ran.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_06]: They all look like the mayor of New York City They just worked guys.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_15]: Hey, just he were he's free bus thing.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_14]: He said, well, not this year Every thing's free but wait a minute.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_14]: Somebody's got a piece for Well, they voted the men now.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_15]: You got a little my guess Yeah, well, you know, we'll see what he does.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_15]: We'll see what he does.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_14]: I'll hold you up all day here.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, thank you.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_15]: Bye now
- 16:05[SPEAKER_15]: uh... seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the yet show of shows well let's see what's going on i'm tired of looking at that map of the straight of our moves with all of red and green dots on it moving around i guess those are ships or something but yes they should just cut a canal or something right through that uh...
- 16:35[SPEAKER_15]: little peninsula there's an o-mine or something like that might error memories or whatever it is have just send everything through that seven five five twelve forty or four number if you'd like to be on the air today oh let's see you know i got this and we don't like to hear me complain about national grid in their billing i don't know what it is with their bills lately
- 17:01[SPEAKER_15]: I got the on, I got the phone app so I can check the bills, but, you know, back around March, month a weekend, early April, I paid the whole thing, it was big, but I paid it.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_15]: And it showed zero balance.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_15]: Then all of a sudden a week later, I've got like a $1560 credit, but it says I had paid the other one.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_15]: And then a few days later that went down to something else and down to something else.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_15]: And now it says I owe $700,
- 17:29[SPEAKER_15]: as they sent me a thing saying your bills do but you look at the bill there's no it all does this refer to cash charges and there's no electrical that so i think they're gonna ram it to me again but they just can't get the billing straight and you know when they say well you know put it up with it if you can't afford it don't live in New York yeah oh did you know that governor hopeful said it's whole filling season yeah
- 18:00[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, she's gonna fill a million pot holes, really, really good, I'll tell you, I'll tell you something else.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_15]: Well, other things going on, anything new I'm golf course?
- 18:29[SPEAKER_15]: Jake was telling me the other day if he's going to bid that if they're going to allow this bid on leasing it thing he's going to bid on it why not I'm sure you can come up with a bit of you know you're you're dangled that expression about Paula Jones
- 18:55[SPEAKER_15]: Back in Arkansas and James Carville says that's what you get when you drag a hundred dollar bill through a trailer park What you'd angle like hundred dollar bill in front of city council Oh my god, that's a great thing.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, yeah, they're excited over it You know, it shouldn't be just run the damn course Hi, or somebody
- 19:23[SPEAKER_15]: and run it, maybe like city council members and senior staffers, they could volunteer some time, bartending, and table waitressing.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_15]: Keep the cost down, just do it, you know, just they can work for tips.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_15]: That way you haven't got a lot of payroll up there.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_15]: There's ways you can get around it.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_15]: You know, because who's going to, you say, well, that's illegal.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_15]: Well, not if the city does it, you know, they wouldn't have to collect sales tax or anything.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_15]: But after you do that on the air.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_05]: You do Mr. Mayor.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_15]: Good.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_05]: I got lots of things to talk about, but I'm just going to say one thing.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_05]: OK.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to leave you with the rest.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_06]: There's a lot of holes, which should be filled in New York State.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_06]: But my opinion, there's only really, really important holes that need to be filled.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_15]: What's that?
- 20:16[SPEAKER_06]: That's Kathy Horrible's pie hole.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, OK.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_15]: Alright, right now.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, she says it's whole filming season in New York.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_15]: Hmm.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_15]: 755-1240, the phone number, if it'd like to give us a call.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_15]: Let's see, what's going on here, you know?
- 20:42[SPEAKER_15]: And we ever hear anything more about that speed bump incident in the park.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_15]: Somebody filed a notice of claim and we're hearing anything more about it.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_15]: I haven't so Maybe we dodge that bullet A lot of people were worried about that Yeah, what else is going on?
- 21:12[SPEAKER_15]: Can't think of too much else?
- 21:17[SPEAKER_15]: Now the
- 21:20[SPEAKER_15]: I'm told by a counselor, a member of the City Council of this talk about not having a Christmas parade or cutting things like that or cutting the trash service is just not going to happen.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_15]: But it's all blather at this point.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_15]: It's all posturing and everything, so don't worry about that, just not going to happen.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_15]: All right, 75, 5, 12, 40 is our phone number.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_15]: What's going on here?
- 21:47[SPEAKER_15]: Talk about whatever you want within the balance of good taste and I'll be back with more in a moment.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_16]: This is Chris Stigol.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_16]: Join me as I wake up America and the North Country.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_16]: Mornings from 69 right here on AM-1240-W-A-T-N.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_26]: Hey, who said 420 is just one day on the calendar?
- 22:09[SPEAKER_26]: At the depot, they're celebrating four straight days.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_26]: It all kicks off Monday, April 17th, and rolls right through 420 Monday, where good vibes grow naturally, four big days, with a high selection and low prices.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_26]: Plus, vendors on site showcasing their products, live DJs every day, with Adam Netto spinning at night.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_26]: Got the munchies?
- 22:32[SPEAKER_26]: There's a food truck out front, ready to go.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_26]: Last year was a blast, and now you get to experience it all again.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_26]: Talk with vendors and the deposed bud tenders about herbs, cartridge products, chewables, and adult beverages.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_26]: Find the depot on Bradley Street in Watertown in the Merock Circle, just off I-81.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_26]: Must be 21 or older to purchase.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_28]: I'm Frankie Cooperah, for over 50 years the Cooperah family has had the privilege of serving the North Country.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_28]: And when you've been part of a community this long, you'll learn something that matters.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_28]: People never forget quality and they never forget service.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_28]: That's why at every FX Cooperah dealership, we work to give our customers the very best every single day.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_28]: Not just in the vehicles we offer, but in the way we treat people with honesty, respect,
- 23:31[SPEAKER_28]: Because this is never bad just about selling cars, it's about building trust and standing behind what we do and taking care of the families and communities who have supported us for generations.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_28]: You'll find that commitment at FxCupurahond in Watertown, FxCupurahkea, FxCupurah Mitsubishi, FxCupurah Dodge-Criser G-Bram and Alexandria Bay, FxCupurah Ford-Nogansburg, and FxCupurah Dodge-Criser G-Pencan.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_28]: So from our family to yours, thank you North Country for over 50 printable years.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_18]: In every community, their business is that feel familiar.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_18]: The ones you recognize, the ones you trust, the ones they're to support you, connection doesn't happen by accident.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_18]: It happens when you stay present, when your message arrives with intention, when it reminds people you're right here.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_18]: Mail keeps local businesses visible, its strengthens relationships, it builds opportunity, one household at a time.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_18]: At Kaufflin, we help businesses in our community create mailing strategies that support growth and strengthen connection.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_18]: Because when your neighbor knows you, they choose you.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_18]: Let's keep your message moving.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_18]: Visit koffland.co direct-mail or give them a call.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_18]: 315-788-850.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_18]: That's 315-788-8560.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_18]: Koffland.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_18]: Mail that inspires connection.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_07]: Around the corner, around the continent, around the clock.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_07]: This is the news in talk authority, AM-1240.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_15]: W-A-T-S. W-A-T-N. Did he's trying to get out of jail?
- 25:14[SPEAKER_15]: I don't think he should have been in there.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_15]: Confected on that list of charges.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_15]: He said a judge with a bug up its butt.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_15]: But he's appealing that.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_15]: He said his free coughs are a first amendment right.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_15]: That's what he was doing.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_15]: Well, you know.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_13]: you have a party or something in your house but after you don't run here i'm here hey you will talk in earlier about the golf course all right sure this golf course is really really oh they spend three million dollars purchasing this whether it was right or wrong i didn't like it when they did it i pay taxes they so ever since they bought it they've invested the three million dollars
- 25:59[SPEAKER_13]: And they've done everything they can to make it fail.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_13]: And yet in the past two years, the losses at the golf course have dropped off.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_13]: How long does it take a business to generate a profit, generally?
- 26:13[SPEAKER_15]: Well, yeah, and I think what I've noticed a trend here, and you're seeing it now with refuse collection, when the top brass wants to get rid of something,
- 26:24[SPEAKER_15]: They just start talking about it in terms of, well, the golf course operates in a loss, trash operates in a loss.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_15]: They never say the police department operates in a loss, but they're raising that budget by a 1.4 million.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_13]: The loss.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_13]: The 3 million that we put into it.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_15]: That was loss.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_13]: Are we going to recoup that 3 million?
- 26:42[SPEAKER_15]: No.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_13]: The only chance that we have to recoup that 3 million is to keep that golf course and to make that golf course, the best golf course that we can possibly afford to make it.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_15]: I agree.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, it's part of- You buy something, and all we're not going to use it.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_13]: We'll just let it go, barrel.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_13]: Why you idiots?
- 27:02[SPEAKER_13]: They're not a player that whole freaking board.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_13]: The whole council should be gone.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_13]: They're idiots.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_13]: They're bumblers.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_13]: It's- I've said it before.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_13]: Give water to only chance, and they'll shoot themselves in the foot.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_13]: Every freaking time.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_13]: And why?
- 27:21[SPEAKER_13]: Why do we do that?
- 27:24[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I don't know.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_13]: When you got common high school educated people that can figure out what the problem is, you got all these people on this board that are probably all gone to college and all are supposed to be smart.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_13]: They're dumber than, uh, I don't know whether they're dumb or whether they're just... Dumber than a farm pig, right?
- 27:45[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I, you know, I don't know.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_13]: I need for months.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_15]: it bothers me too and and we do the same thing uh... no one no one has asked the question what is it cost
- 28:02[SPEAKER_15]: to run times in park.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_15]: And if it is a regional asset, just say, well, this is what we're doing with it.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_15]: And then you could seek out other revenue sources or ways to maximize profits.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_15]: You can't run the golf course and then sit there and be too lazy to run the food and beverage concession, which is really what that is.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_15]: They talk about a high behind a lawyer and say, oh, it's liability concerns.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_15]: That's just not true.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_15]: They just don't want to bother.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_15]: It's too much work.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_13]: And to much thinking, I've almost like the police force from water town if it takes unless I hate to say this, but I had a bad experience.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_13]: I lost a lot a lot of, and they told me tough shit.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, I'm hungry.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_13]: Um, and it, they, I gave them the person that did it, and told them who did it.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_13]: Wow.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_13]: There's nothing we can do.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_13]: There's nothing we can do.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_13]: What do you mean is not, and it's been two years, and it's just, they, they didn't do a damn thing.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_13]: They decided that it wasn't worth their time to try and bother with it, because I saved my money.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_13]: I don't spend a lot of money on my home and stuff what made came in my home.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_13]: Well, there's no way he had that much, but I did, the reason that I had that much is because I didn't spend money on my home.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_13]: And I would say even every time I could get on the side, and it's, oh, it's just frustrating.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_13]: If it's unless it's dropped in front of them, they don't do anything.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_13]: Without a snitch, they got nothing.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_13]: They call them detectives.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_13]: They don't do any detective work.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_13]: They snag snitches, and then the snitch do all the work form.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_13]: But if it isn't handed to them on a silver platter,
- 29:53[SPEAKER_13]: And even then they don't I'm just I'm frustrated with the city bad.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, well wanted to run for city council.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_13]: Money I lost was the money I had to get that hell out of the city.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_13]: That's what's depressing.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_13]: The most on that one.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_09]: Uh-huh.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, they do it.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_13]: It's the square thing.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_13]: They, they make you do all these fancy things.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_13]: I'm square to draw tourists.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_13]: And then they release the animals on the brick and square.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_13]: And I hate to say that about people, but some of them people are nothing more than a whole lot above animals.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_15]: The things they do in a civilized country, it's, well, I guess they have proved that weed chop in state-way plaza.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_13]: Is it all they opened it back up?
- 30:40[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, no, not that one.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_13]: They, uh, this is for a, uh, one of the state sanctions on Northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland northland
- 31:10[SPEAKER_13]: You know, and I'm not really against them having weed chops, but it's anybody that goes into one of them is really stupid if they own guns and they go into a weed shop and they hand them their ID and let them scan that, you're an idiot.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_13]: A person would have to be an idiot because there's a little thing on your federal gun application for your background chuck.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_13]: Have you ever, at any time,
- 31:38[SPEAKER_13]: smoke marijuana been addicted to marijuana or any other illicit drugs stole yes or no and if you put yes chances are you're not going to get your firearm so there's a lot of people in the art state to put no down well you just like the federal government yeah you're going to use your guns if they ever if they ever get around if they want to get a wild hair up there bought take our guns yeah guess where they're going to go
- 32:07[SPEAKER_13]: They're going to go to all these information.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_15]: He's, I went in there and bought a sweatshirt when they first opened as a souvenir.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, he said being trolled.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_13]: People don't think anymore.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_13]: It's like using a phone and talking about things that you shouldn't be talking about on the phone.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_13]: Do it in your eyes and they end up getting in trouble for it.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_13]: I know.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_15]: But.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_15]: All right.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I got a call, but thank you for the insight.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_15]: Yep.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_15]: Bye.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_15]: But after you do, you're on the air.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, mayor.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_10]: I'm the golf course.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_10]: I just want to tell people that the park is one of the nicest golf courses between Syracuse and North.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_10]: And I think if Jake is interested, I think Jake should lease it or offer him a good deal.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_10]: That I'm by it.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_10]: He'll do something with the golf course and make a nice just like he did with ice.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_10]: That'll give Jake his 18 at the park and nine at
- 33:06[SPEAKER_10]: where a lot of people, elderly people, older people don't want to play a team.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_10]: But I think it's time to recoup some of the money, might not get 3 million, maybe you'll get two.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_10]: It's two million back in the coffers, and it's the city out of that.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_10]: The city has no money around that golf course, the way it's supposed to be.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_10]: They're talking about clothes on it, they're talking about going to nine holes.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_10]: I think it's time to let it go and let somebody do something with it, that will do something with it.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_10]: The city of water town has no money to take care of that golf course, and it'd be a shame to see them just let it go to grass, like the back 18th at Ives.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_10]: Now I'm a national grad, they're not making any mistakes, they're doing what they want to do.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_10]: that they have to pay for all these new power stations, billions of dollars.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_10]: And as far as I concern, or any insurance company, they don't lose.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_10]: You have an accident, and you put a cream in, your policies are merely go sky high.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_10]: So all the time, you pay for that accident, that's like National Grid.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_10]: that they will not lower their profits to their stockholders, they don't lose, they'll gain somehow, they'll gain or they'll gain or keep what they've got by raising prices exactly what insurance company does, thank you, but after doing it on the air, hey, I'm going to have to agree that last caller about Jake taking over, if you put him a bit,
- 35:02[SPEAKER_11]: I think that's the level now, you know, because what it was before, $1 or $2, right?
- 35:08[SPEAKER_15]: I think Jake could probably go either $9.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, well, you need to leave some room for some profit, and you got to make some money, but I think it's, but it needs to have like some kind of famous golfer, or even some kind of like happy Gilmore type stuff going on up there.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_15]: Well, what you need is,
- 35:29[SPEAKER_15]: The whole park thing is it's got to be jazzed up somehow.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, they got to get out of the paradigm they're in now.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_15]: Kind of like the guy who ran at Amazon.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_15]: He started out selling just books out of his garage, and then there was a point he just got big and was doing a lot more.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_15]: The city's got to get past this herocialism about, well, you know, can we do this?
- 35:54[SPEAKER_15]: Can we do that?
- 35:55[SPEAKER_15]: We don't want to be making hamburgers,
- 35:59[SPEAKER_15]: you're in it you're in it well you like it or not you're in it you know so the only money day the city would make would be from the lease yeah so they made six dollars well yeah they'd make that because all of a lot of the maintenance up there's uh... the city takes care of like i said they bought a new ice machine man i think at this price this is affordable business opportunity
- 36:30[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, yeah, put some gas.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_11]: You got to put some gas.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_11]: You're able to get up there.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_11]: So you got the 15 bucks.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_15]: Don't probably pay for the gas too.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, I'm ordering up San Diego splash down the mar.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_15]: What's that?
- 36:49[SPEAKER_11]: The splash down in San Diego.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, the Artemis 2, yeah.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_11]: Well, the current visibility is really bad.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_11]: you could barely see a couple miles out because it's all hazy and is so that's really great conditions from them because no one with the night on p1,000 camera can zoom out and see the cargo plane drop the capsule off the back of it there you go well well i i still cannot i can't believe it that they have the coin is uh that the fake this thing i i'm still expecting like a space tragedy
- 37:28[SPEAKER_11]: up coming in.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_11]: Well I can't happen if you don't.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_11]: That's what they say yeah so.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_15]: Well anyway we'll be watching tomorrow.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_15]: It'll be a good show I'm sure.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_11]: Alright solid matters.

- 41:08[SPEAKER_15]: Hey, I'm Drill 40, WD Racing.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, it's going to be...
- 41:11[SPEAKER_15]: I know that guy is the flattered guy, and he's a cynic at everything, but...
- 41:14[SPEAKER_15]: I'm excited to see that space capsule come back.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_15]: I just hope that some...
- 41:23[SPEAKER_15]: Somebody didn't have a bad weld or something.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_15]: And it blows up or something like that.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_15]: We don't want that.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_15]: But yeah, it's exciting.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_15]: And if you see, you can, if you come in at the wrong tilter, something, you can bounce off the upper atmosphere and then you're lost in space, baby.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_15]: You're done.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_15]: You ain't coming back.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_15]: You'll be up there with June Lockhart and Billy Mommy and all the rest of them.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_15]: Mr. Smith, lost in space.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_15]: Danger, danger.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_15]: uh... so anyway uh... what else we got going on that maverick commercial for a bigger somebody said the city as a bunch of math board maverick say bought and it's a county bought a bunch of uh... for the explorers or excursions or something for senior management is everybody getting for gas prices up everybody in governments getting a car now or something not a bad idea to do it to
- 42:19[SPEAKER_15]: uh... seven five five twelve forty a phone number for sure right on the air talk about things uh... look at back and pick a peak at news junkie here stock market's up today for second day and a that doesn't fit the narrative for all the people that comes on well anyway uh... let's see
- 42:49[SPEAKER_15]: You know, the best time to sell your home is next week, week of April 12th, I don't know how they figured that, but that would make some sense and the spring people are kind of excited and all that.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_15]: I think it'd be hard to sell it in November, December 755, 1240 is the phone number, if it'd like to give us a call.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_15]: There's an interesting story.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_15]: Tenth Mountain Division solves your escort to World War II POW back home.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_15]: It's got a neat thing.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_15]: Military escort for the private Bennett waters, a World War II vector veteran.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_15]: A black sheer Georgia.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_15]: No one's left behind, that's the important thing, right?
- 43:48[SPEAKER_15]: found that out last week.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, wow, quite an operation there.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_15]: You know, and then the Democrats are sitting there.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_15]: You know, the worst one is that Senator from Connecticut.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, my God.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_15]: They're all bad, but he's especially bad.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_15]: He is rooting for the Moorless.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_15]: 755-1240 is the phone number.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_15]: If you'd like to be on the show of shows today, talk
- 44:20[SPEAKER_15]: within the balance of good taste, you know, let's see, you know, you watch that masters on TV and people are going to want to get out golfing today.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know when the golf course is open here.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_15]: I imagine some of them are just about open now and out the weather seems to have broken a little bit.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_15]: It's going to be a
- 44:49[SPEAKER_15]: The snow is gone.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_15]: Um... Hmm.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_15]: Well, as you see, the, um... Harlem Globetrotters paid a visit to the Pope.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_15]: Hopefully, y'all.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_15]: And they showed him, you know, how they spin the ball in the end of the finger.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I guess they can get it spinning and put it on your finger.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_15]: They did that for the Pope.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_15]: Now, I don't think the Pope would need their help, but still.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_15]: And this summer, out at whatever stadium the white socks play out, the Pope's a big fan, they're given away these hats with the papal symbol on him.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know where that line crush is in the blast for me, but it's all in good fun, I guess.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_15]: But after dinner on the air.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think that, of course, at the park is supposed to open around the 24th of April, whether permitted there was still snow in parts of the course today.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_04]: We drove up through the park and they're just starting to work on it.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_08]: Hmm.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_04]: So just for your information and the other thing I found, I had to call it called yesterday because the city has an on-demand pickup service.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_09]: Right.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_04]: out for just the price of the sticker.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_04]: It's a really good deal and I think that trash people would be who themselves to do a mass mailing to all the houses in the city and tell them what things cost and talk about beyond demand service.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_15]: Exactly.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_15]: And for a half an hour, they're time.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_15]: They could reach hundreds of city residents right here.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I people think I'm a jerk, I'm a whole or whatever.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_15]: I'm really not.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_15]: Nobody's ever come in here and felt they were to read it poorly.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I have to, I also have to say that if you do a mass mailing, like they used to, when they had pickup dropoffs at the fairgrounds or on your home, years and years ago, talk about going from 18 holes down to nine, or, you know, they're talking about cleaning
- 46:56[SPEAKER_15]: You know what we should have is a blue ribbon panel on trash to advise them and I would just say to them what you're talking about is fine publicize it better get a central drop off point at a reduced price for those people who want to utilize it for those who need pickup and and maybe even
- 47:26[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, maybe even, you know, they also offer a service where the advantage to that though is they're starting now and they were doing it just to enjoy it on this, but now they're starting now.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_08]: That's good.
- 47:37[UNKNOWN]: It was the same period of time as the brush pick up.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_15]: So at least you have a good time.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_15]: Well, also, I see they have something where if you have one of those, you know, you're putting it for us in a tote thing.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_15]: If you're disabled or something like that, they'll come out.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_15]: And take it out to the road for you, which is a great service.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know if you get that elsewhere.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_04]: A little quicker than the winter, you still have to prepare to pass them to be able to get back to get your toes that they have to pick up to take to the curb.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_04]: So if you're a plow guy, doesn't come in time you're still in trouble.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_15]: Well, maybe, but you know, there are a lot of people.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_15]: Not everybody has to put trash out every week with a big toe-dler.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_04]: I don't.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, even if you make a bag a week, it could go four or five weeks.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_04]: then put it out when you get a nice day right but when you have the cittito it doesn't pay to do that when you do this no no i i agree but if you have your own and they're not that expensive no they're not i got one and it's just like the cities except it won't fit the city arm because the arm in the middle isn't the right size or something i don't know but anyway at least the lid doesn't blow off and it's heavy and i can just we get lift in the curve every week but i don't i don't even do it every week i do it every other week but if i have too much
- 48:51[SPEAKER_04]: Then I put two bags in and I put a bag with a sticker on the side and that's where a lot of people get stuck.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_04]: You still have to use your sticker bag even when you're going to have one outside your toe.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_15]: Well, that's a little, um, yeah, that whole thing.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_15]: There's a little, uh, different older, whatever.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know what the best answer is.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_15]: Maybe go back to the way it was.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_04]: I would think it would be a lot easier.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_15]: Exactly, and this whole recycling thing all they got to do I think all I got to do is You know, not that you're gonna get much help from the county legislators, but Who represent people in the city, but I Guess they just got to tell the county where you know We want to bring your co-mingled recycling and yeah, and they'll take care of it I don't know.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_04]: I mean this cost is sitting money because I remember when they were talking about ordering the new recycling truck Yeah, yeah
- 49:51[SPEAKER_15]: made and it's going to take longer to get here because they don't make source separated trucks anymore.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_15]: Exactly.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_15]: So that's it.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_15]: Is anybody I mean we're just a couple of adults on a radio show shooting the breeze does don't any of these real smart people think of this stuff.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_04]: You would think maybe but they all look like they're going to be headed there.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe at a distance they don't you know if they're really calculating if you have the notice.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_04]: when they're presented with something they're like hesitating and they look like somebody's going to yank a mother there and chair or something.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, the council members?
- 50:27[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's, well, one thing they did do well when I'm glad they planned they did authorize the transfer of this or higher, whatever it is, the cross employment of this transit plan.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_04]: because they could have lost their federal funding if they didn't have somebody to do that job.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_15]: Well, that's fine.
- 50:54[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_04]: But now also they're having the regional network.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_04]: So you really need somebody in the city that can coordinate with what's going down the job or some of the Western same words, counties.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_04]: Because I think it's burning next month, the Jefferson County in terms of regional
- 51:13[SPEAKER_15]: But again, you know, we don't know about any of this stuff, so we just look at it and say, who are all these people?
- 51:19[SPEAKER_04]: I read.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_15]: I know you do, you're an informed citizen, but...
- 51:24[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_04]: Well, it's fairly important because for $2, you can go all the way down to the left side.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 51:31[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 51:32[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_04]: And it's very good for people that live outside town or that need to go outside town or the people that need to come from the north and go to the north or whatever.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_15]: And where's this bus going to go to?
- 51:47[UNKNOWN]: It's a regional network very similar to what they have in St. Lawrence and Lewis Counties.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I see those commercials where you go to Yudika from Laoville or something.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, well, they're going to be doing something similar with the Jefferson County region.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_15]: I think it's called Jefferson County Regional Transit or something.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_15]: Who runs that?
- 52:07[SPEAKER_04]: And they're going to be doing something similar.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_04]: They'll be going down through atoms to the south.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_04]: a couple runs a day, but I'm not sure, and they're going to be going up to Alex May, Clayton, Sackett, who's running this thing?
- 52:21[SPEAKER_15]: Who's boss is it?
- 52:23[SPEAKER_04]: It's county transit thing, I'm not sure the exact outfit, but it's run through into county.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to be run in coordination.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_15]: Have a herd of it.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_04]: Have a herd of it.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, the one in the works for a while, but I guess it's going to start next month.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_04]: making a lot more convenient for people who live outside want to get outside.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_04]: She's going up through ovens, mills and places like that and it will connect.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_15]: If you're starting something, if you're starting something, if you're starting something new like that, wouldn't you want to tell people about it?
- 52:56[SPEAKER_04]: They have been advertised a little bit.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_04]: They've been talking about the planning.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_04]: I guess they're not the bosses.
- 53:02[UNKNOWN]: They're getting ill-fitted.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_15]: I don't see anything on it.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_04]: About the planning for it.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_04]: There have been a couple of hearings.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_04]: There's been committee.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_15]: Well.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_04]: Well, anyway, it's important that the city, now, with their bus runs and things, is able to coordinate with this other bus run.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_09]: Well.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_04]: And the other thing I was saying about the keeps saying, but we got to move the bus stop from the arcade.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_04]: When I was a kid, they had three bus stops on the square, depending on which direction the bus was going.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_04]: It was wonderful in the arcade.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_15]: Well, you're talking too much common sense.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_09]: It's I guess.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_15]: All right, well listen, I got it.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_09]: I got it.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_09]: I got it wrong.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_15]: I got it wrong.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_15]: I got to get these spots in, but I appreciate your fill in me in.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_15]: Have a good day.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_15]: Thanks.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_15]: Bye now.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_15]: Be back with more in a moment.

- 55:05[SPEAKER_24]: Democrats and Hollywood elites are pouring money into New York's 21st congressional district.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_24]: Why?
- 55:10[SPEAKER_24]: Because they want control.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_24]: But Anthony Constantino, a true Trump Republican, is focused on something different.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_24]: The real needs of the North Country.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_24]: For Watertown and Fort Drum, that means protecting federal defense spending and the job supporting thousands of military families.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_24]: In Platsburg, it means stronger border staffing to reduce customs delays and protect trade.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_24]: In the Adirondex, it's smarter environmental policy, protecting our land while supporting logging tourism and local jobs.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_24]: From Lewis and St. Lawrence counties to O'Night Accounty, Anthony will stand with dairy farmers, protect Medicare reimbursement and fight for local health care providers.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_24]: And in Glenn's Falls, Constantino will work hard for downtown revitalization funding.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_24]: While Democrats push their national agenda, Anthony Constantino is focused on the real issues that matter here.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_24]: He's funding his own campaign, no special interests, and he'll fight for you in Congress.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_24]: The Democrats want Trump out.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_24]: We need Anthony Constantino in.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_07]: I'm Anthony Constantino and I approve this message.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_07]: Paid for by Constantino for Congress.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_07]: The North Country spells news.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_15]: depend on it okay well let me get my text messages out here will read caught up here uh... for crying out loud jeff pay attention well you know i'm just an average person here average person try to keep somebody wants to know have you invited
- 56:37[SPEAKER_15]: Mayor Morgia on the hotline.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I said he could come on to glad to have.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_15]: I guess he was on Glenn show once Opposed on the guy if he doesn't want to talk.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, but Anybody's welcome to come in here.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_15]: And this is somebody they've been talking about the Jefferson County Bud bus for over a year.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_15]: Really?
- 57:00[SPEAKER_15]: I haven't heard a thing about it.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I don't know.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, I kind of function on the old way of doing things and marketing and newsman from the old days when, you know, you don't don't check the mail in the morning, you'll whatever and see what press releases or flyers there are.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_15]: I'd somebody put something front of me saying there's a turkey dinner on this night, I'll read it.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_15]: But I don't necessarily catch it elsewhere.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_15]: Maybe I may have been informed.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_15]: But after duty on the air, but you know, if I'm, if I'm ill informed, imagine how ill informed the really ill informed people are, oh, that would be something.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, well, I don't know.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_15]: We got a couple of minutes left if you want to chime in.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_15]: And, um, let's see.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_15]: Um, like swimming pool equipment, four stickers, an end table, two stickers, a kitchen chair, two stickers.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_15]: Um, I don't know.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_15]: But you just stopped by pick it up and tell me what, what I owe you, send me a bill.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_15]: Kind of like posted stamps, nobody knows how to use them anymore and get that way with stickers.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_15]: I think they need a focus group or something to talk about what people would want.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_15]: What's important in refuse?
- 58:50[SPEAKER_15]: Well, not what's the government wants?
- 58:52[SPEAKER_15]: Not what's convenient for the third floor.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_15]: But what people want?
- 58:59[SPEAKER_15]: Same's true of a golf course or a pool or anything else.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_15]: So you can find out what the people want done, so they definitely need a focus group.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_15]: Now, I don't know if I could focus, so I don't know if I want to be on it, but I could recommend some people.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_15]: So there we go.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, well listen, what are we going to go in on Glenn Curry's going to be here later today?
- 59:33[SPEAKER_15]: to talk about these and other issues.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_15]: Bring up whatever you want.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_15]: And then I'll be back tomorrow with the Dallas Friday edition of the hotline.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_15]: Or the week's moving along and what a beautiful day it is outside.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_15]: And just get out and enjoy it.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_15]: Do a little raking.
- 59:50[SPEAKER_15]: Don't overdo it.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_15]: It's a little bit, a little bit every day.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_15]: And you'll get her done.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_15]: All right, that's this by the hotline.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_15]: On AM 1240, don't worry if you end water town in New York.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_15]: This is all we're going to talk about.
