• 3:55
Speaker 1: And when it's 2025, can y'all make a fucking phone that can just turn right the fuck back on when it turns off?
• 4:03
Speaker 1: Because y'all, I have my little notes on my phone and yeah, it's my fault, I didn't charge my phone up overnight.
• 4:11
Speaker 1: But if I plug my phone up 15 minutes before, damn near 20 minutes before I'm supposed to start, I would like my phone to fucking cut on before one minute before start time got me all nervous and shit.

Speaker 1: I'm like damn, my notes is on here the phone.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: I'm just looking at the phone.
• 4:33
Speaker 1: Why does a cell phone take a half hour to cut on apple?
• 4:38
Speaker 1: But you want to charge me five thousand dollars for a new one.
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: I don't get it.
• 4:41
  Speaker 1: Fix.
• 4:42
  Speaker 1: Fix your shit.
• 4:43
Speaker 1: When my shit power off, I want it to power right the fuck on, like everything else that I use.
• 4:49
Speaker 1: Anyway, let's get into nasty ass.
• 4:54
Speaker 1: Dittler, after I done, cussed Apple out Because Apple getting on my nerves.
• 5:00
Speaker 1: So okay, let's get into it.
• 5:04
Speaker 1: So Dittler has another, oh man, another lawsuit from a male performer.
• 5:16
Speaker 1: A male performer looking for stardom and fame.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: Tell me, stop me, if you heard this story before.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: Um, a person is looking for fame, looking for me, looking to be signed, goes out to la uh and and uh, thinks of many, sees many opportunities, starts singing on the street corner.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: Next thing, you know, he has a penis in his mouth and he don't know how he got there.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: And I'm gonna feel you all on the on what happened in between.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: But that's basically the story from the, from this male, um, male accuser on Diddy.
• 6:01
Speaker 1: And another thing that's crazy about this one y'all, this ain't no old shit.
• 6:05
Speaker 1: You know this ain't no shit.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: From the 20 to 2000 and 99 and 93 and 85, and all of that.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: This month, this guy said he uh, this happened in 2022.
• 6:19
Speaker 1: That's only two years ago.
• 6:22
Speaker 1: That's only two years ago.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: Three, well, almost three years.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: Whatever, I'm not, I'm not, we not on here doing math.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: This ain't math class, you get my point, but so this ain't no old one.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: This is some new shit, so let's let's get into it.
• 6:41
Speaker 1: Um, first of all, this story comes from TMZ and the headline reads Diddy sued.
• 6:50
Speaker 1: And it says you orally.
• 6:54
Speaker 1: Great me, you know the real word.
• 6:56
Speaker 1: I don't want to trigger nobody.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: Great me, you know what it means.
• 7:01
Speaker 1: So this is what it says.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: Goes on to say did he had one night?
• 7:07
Speaker 1: Make sure you like the live and share the live when y'all come in.
• 7:10
  Speaker 1: I forgot again.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: I was supposed to say that at the beginning.
• 7:13
Speaker 1: My bad, but make sure y'all liking and sharing the live.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: And I'm about to continue okay.
• 7:19
Speaker 1: So the article says okay, did he had a one night stand with a street performer?
• 7:25
Speaker 1: You know those people that when you, when you you see a lot, says okay, diddy had a one night stand with a street performer.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: You know those people that when you see a lot of them in Vegas, they're performing, they're looking for money, looking to get noticed, signed whatever, lunch money, whatever.
• 7:38
Speaker 1: So that's what this guy was doing.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: But the problem is the guy says Diddy raped him.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: At least that's what it guy was doing.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: But the problem is the guy says Diddy raped him.
• 7:46
Speaker 1: At least that's what it says in the new lawsuit.
• 7:50
Speaker 1: Ok, so let's go on.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a John Doe who claims Diddy orally raped him and sexually assaulted him anally after spiking his drink.
• 8:05
Speaker 1: Here we go again.
• 8:09
  Speaker 1: Y'all this shit.
• 8:10
Speaker 1: Here go the diddler all right.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: In the lawsuit obtained by tmz, the man claims he was singing and playing guitar on the street outside a popular los angeles nightclub.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: Like I said, this is in November 2022.
• 8:27
Speaker 1: Now a man claiming to be a talent scout for Diddy invited him to a Diddy party.
• 8:35
Speaker 1: Now Woody Cat Williams always say you got to tell Diddy no, but allegedly.
• 8:43
Speaker 1: Apparently, john Doe didn't tell Diddy no.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: So now that John Doe goes on to claim he was driven to a private, a private home, where Diddy invited him to sit down, have a drink and talk about his music aspirations.
• 9:02
Speaker 1: See, what do we always say?
• 9:04
Speaker 1: You can't take no fucking drink from Diddy.
• 9:07
Speaker 1: That's the number one thing we have learned throughout all these lawsuits Bring your own drink, b-y-o-b, bring your own bottle.
• 9:19
Speaker 1: Now this John Doe claims he was driven to a private home where Diddy invited him to sit down, have a drink and talk about his music.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: Ok, now he says, as the conversations progressed, he complimented Diddy's necklace.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: Oh, some people you just can't compliment.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: And Diddy asked if he wanted to see more of my jewelry.
• 9:46
Speaker 1: Guy says yes, so now think about y'all they sitting here, they're having a drink.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: This guy was just performing on the street, trying to get back on, trying to be discovered, trying to make a living, whatever the case may be.
• 10:01
Speaker 1: Whatever the case may be a talent scout and I'm doing air quotes for those who can't see me a talent squad scout for Diddy say, hey, come on back.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: I got no Diddy, you know, of course.
• 10:15
Speaker 1: Probably sold him some dreams, probably told me could be as famous, yada, yada, yada, whatever, whatever.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: So now they sitting down having a drink and talking about music.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: And now the guy says Diddy, I like your necklace.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: And Diddy said I got more necklaces in the back.
• 10:37
Speaker 1: If you want to come to the back and see my other necklaces, wink, wink.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: And so here we go in my other necklaces, wink, wink.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: And so here we go.
• 10:47
Speaker 1: Then the guy claims that Diddy then took him to the private room and it's like a scary movie.
• 10:53
Speaker 1: Y'all Like when you read this.
• 10:54
Speaker 1: It's kind of like when you know you're watching a scary movie, you'd be like no, no, no, no, no, don't go in there, don't go in there, no, no, no, no.
• 10:59
Speaker 1: It's like when you read these allegations and lawsuits you get to the point where you like no, no, no, no, no, no, don't go in that private room with Diddy.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: And you just had a drink.
• 11:10
Speaker 1: It's over for you, man, let's continue.
• 11:21
Speaker 1: The guy claims that Diddy then took him to that private room where John Doe suddenly felt drowsy.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: He felt off balance and slightly euphoric, despite, he says, he only drank one drink.
• 11:35
Speaker 1: Now he goes on to say the room had no jewelry.
• 11:41
Speaker 1: So Diddy invited him back to see jewelry.
• 11:46
Speaker 1: That was not there.
• 11:49
Speaker 1: Just, he really just wanted the guy to come back, allegedly, and then, once the guy gets into the room, realize there's no jewelry, there's just him and diddy.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: And Diddy asked him a trifling ass question.
• 12:07
Speaker 1: What do y'all think that question was?
• 12:10
Speaker 1: Diddy asked him had he ever sucked um meat before?
• 12:23
Speaker 1: And he claims he told Diddy no, and Diddy responded meat before.
• 12:29
Speaker 1: And he claims he told Diddy no and Diddy responded you should try it, as he pulled out his meat.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: Man, come on now.
• 12:37
  Speaker 1: This is crazy.
• 12:38
Speaker 1: All right, so now you sitting there.
• 12:42
Speaker 1: Diddy got his meat in his hand.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: He's asking you, have you ever, you know, blah, blah, blah?
• 12:47
Speaker 1: And you say no.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: What do you think happens next?
• 13:03
Speaker 1: The guy claims that did forcefully inserting his you know what into his.
• 13:09
Speaker 1: You know where your teeth are at.
• 13:13
Speaker 1: He says he became more incapacitated from the rugs that he gave him rugs Diddy gave him, and Diddy undressed him and assaulted him anally before leaving the room.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: What in the entire fuck?
• 13:36
Speaker 1: What Like this is crazy y'all when you picture this.
• 13:43
Speaker 1: And then the crazy part is this is crazy y'all when you picture this and then the crazy part is this is 2022.
• 13:48
Speaker 1: This ain't some old shit, this is like some new shit.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: So Diddy does that.
• 13:58
Speaker 1: I don't know what happened, I guess, because it doesn't say did the guy pass out after that?
• 14:02
Speaker 1: Did he, you know, after Diddy got done with him?
• 14:04
Speaker 1: Did Diddy go out and party?
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Say that the guy passed out after that?
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Did he, you know, after?
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Did he got done with him?
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Did he go out and party and left the guy at home?
• 14:07
Speaker 1: I don't know, because it just goes immediately to the next morning.
• 14:11
Speaker 1: Now we at the next morning.
• 14:16
Speaker 1: The guy claims the next morning he woke up at the house and somebody was giving him an IV and somebody was giving him an IV and, if you remember, there's a lot of talk about these freak off sessions and drugs and all that being so crazy that everybody needed IVs.
• 14:34
Speaker 1: And we also seen Diddy and his mama using those IVs.
• 14:42
Speaker 1: We saw that ourselves on live when it was before all this diddy arrest and all that happened.
• 14:50
  Speaker 1: If you.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: I don't know if you remember, but diddy and his mom were at the house and they were hooked up to ivs and they were talking about how it gets them back, get their energy back, and all this.
• 14:59
Speaker 1: But, mind you, at this time we don't know shit about all these freak offs and all this freaky shit going on.
• 15:04
Speaker 1: So we thinking they just using the ivs because, hey, they got money, you can do whatever you want.
• 15:08
Speaker 1: When you got money, you can bring a whole hospital to your house and shoot up and whatever you want to do.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: But now, as all this shit come out, it's it's kind of funny that this person is saying they woke up hooked to IVs and they never heard from Diddy again.
• 15:30
Speaker 1: He also claimed he suffered pain, mental anguish, emotional torment, humiliation and shame as well as a result, and he's going after Diddy for damages.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: This was filed by Tony Busby, the Texas attorney that we all know.
• 15:51
Speaker 1: That says he has 120 alleged Diddy victims and we ain't even halfway to 120.
• 16:00
Speaker 1: So I don't know how many more Busby is about to file, but I can tell you this they coming and, as we said before, let's read.
• 16:12
Speaker 1: I have to read the statement I don't want nobody suing my asshole.
• 16:15
Speaker 1: Diddy's lawyers says as this is their response.
• 16:19
Speaker 1: As we've said before, mr Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or demonstrably false.
• 16:30
Speaker 1: Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
• 16:37
Speaker 1: In court the truth will prevail that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked any one man or woman, adult or minor.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: It's a lot to unpack Diddy.
• 16:52
Speaker 1: This is not looking good.
• 16:55
Speaker 1: This is not looking good.
• 16:58
Speaker 1: So this is a male performer who went and was sold dreams.
• 17:04
Speaker 1: If you read that it's so many different articles on this case that has a lot of different information, um, but uh, it was another article besides the tmz article where they were saying that the uh, the diddy and his quote-unquote talent, scott scout, basically sold the man, saying that they could make him a star and then, next thing, you know, all of this stuff happens and then dude is just left there.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: Yes, and I agree with answering that that statement is getting old.
• 17:36
Speaker 1: Um, it also shows a uh, shows that they got taken this case serious.
• 17:43
  Speaker 1: I totally agree.
• 17:44
  Speaker 1: Agree with uh.
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: Who is that?
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: Uh, antoinette?
• 17:46
Speaker 1: Antoinette says the statement is getting old and they may need to switch it up.
• 17:51
Speaker 1: And it's funny that you say that, antoinette, because that's what I was thinking exactly as I'm reading it.
• 17:58
Speaker 1: Um, like this is getting serious.
• 18:01
Speaker 1: You can't just keep giving out no blanket statement because these alleged victims are coming with facts and they're coming with they saying you did this shit, and just to be giving a blanket statement to every one of them already seems insensitive and seems like they're not taking it serious, which is how you got here in the first place.
• 18:22
Speaker 1: Um, but the crazy part is, I don't know.
• 18:30
Speaker 1: We've been kind of looking at who's about to be snitching and singing and if you pay attention to the tea leaves, uh, I think mayor adams might be one of the main people singing against Diddy Against Diddy specifically.
• 18:50
Speaker 1: I'm going to break down that.
• 18:52
Speaker 1: I'm going to break down how Diddy and the New York mayor, what kind of ties they have and why I think that.
• 19:01
Speaker 1: But before we get to that, I got to definitely shout out everybody.

Speaker 1: So we're going to get back to the business.
• 21:37
Speaker 1: You know how to take a break and let y'all know what the hell I got going on.
• 21:41
Speaker 1: But we about to get back to this, mayor Adams y'all.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: So let's go back Now.
• 21:50
Speaker 1: Mayor Adams is the New York City Mayor, if y'all know him, and Diddy.
• 21:53
Speaker 1: They got a little silent partnership going on, I think, and I'm going to tell you why I think that and why it is.
• 22:04
  Speaker 1: It means something.
• 22:06
  Speaker 1: So.
• 22:06
Speaker 1: So if you haven't seen Mayor Adams, you know he had that big case.
• 22:11
Speaker 1: The feds are dropping the feds are dropping the case, the Fed case against Mayor Adams.
• 22:21
Speaker 1: You know he had all kind of bribery, all kind of stuff going on government fund I mean crazy and then it's just to get dropped out of the blue.
• 22:32
Speaker 1: Now there's then the narrative.
• 22:33
Speaker 1: They're saying is that he's doing this for trump and because of the immigration.
• 22:37
Speaker 1: Listen to this, y'all.
• 22:39
Speaker 1: And this is why I fight for us, because I hate the fact that it's two separate.
• 22:45
  Speaker 1: It's two separate.
• 22:46
  Speaker 1: You know rules.
• 22:49
Speaker 1: It's rules for us and then it's rules for the powerful and the political people.
• 22:53
  Speaker 1: Do you know?
• 22:54
Speaker 1: They say that they are dropping his charges?
• 22:58
Speaker 1: Now he got serious charges, the mayor.
• 23:01
Speaker 1: They're dropping the charges.
• 23:04
Speaker 1: Make sure you sit down when you listen to this.
• 23:08
Speaker 1: They say they are dropping the charges because he is too busy uh, doing some, you know, doing that immigration, getting people the hell out of here, whatever.
• 23:19
Speaker 1: Um, he's too busy with that that he doesn't have time to deal with the trial.
• 23:25
  Speaker 1: I ain't making that shit up y'all.
• 23:30
  Speaker 1: I read.
• 23:31
Speaker 1: That is in the Associated Press, it's in a lot of articles.
• 23:35
Speaker 1: That is literally the reason that they are telling us.
• 23:39
Speaker 1: But I dug a little deeper Because that just don't sit right with me.
• 23:46
Speaker 1: You know you taking, you're saying that you're dropping charges.
• 23:54
Speaker 1: So if one of us me or you listening to this, the common person so you telling me, we can say hey, I should be able to say hey, let's say, if I had a case or some charges, hey, I'm too busy for those charges Cause I'm too busy with my podcast, like what.
• 24:09
Speaker 1: That is really the real reason.
• 24:12
Speaker 1: So check this out.
• 24:14
Speaker 1: This is from, and then I'm going to get into why.
• 24:17
Speaker 1: The Diddy, the Diddy connection right now.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: If you remember, mayor Adams gave Diddy the key to the city and when you look into all this shit that's coming up with Diddy, and when you look into all this shit that's coming up with Diddy, how the fuck did he get the key to the city?
• 24:37
Speaker 1: He got it from Mayor Adams.
• 24:41
Speaker 1: Mayor Adams also was picked up for his case in September, the same time as Diddy.
• 24:49
Speaker 1: Diddy was arrested in September and Mayor Adams was indicted, or they charged him in September, the past September, you know, september just passed.
• 25:00
Speaker 1: So now I'm looking at things crazy and guess who he shares attorney with.
• 25:08
Speaker 1: And when I say he, I mean Mayor Adams.
• 25:10
Speaker 1: Y'all know who his attorney is right alex.
• 25:17
Speaker 1: Now some people say spiral, some people say spiro, I don't know which one.
• 25:20
Speaker 1: It is s-p-i-r-o, that is jay-z's attorney and that is also mayor adams attorney.
• 25:29
Speaker 1: Also, mayor Adams has had numerous events celebrating Jay-Z, one namely a, an event where it's actually his mother.
• 25:39
Speaker 1: Jay-z's mother was also honored.
• 25:41
Speaker 1: Also, another thing that Mayor Adams did that has done that ties him in with these, with Jay-Z and Diddy and trying to figure it out.
• 25:53
Speaker 1: But even when Jay-Z had that big hit Run this Town.
• 25:59
Speaker 1: Mayor Adams would come in play and run this town at his press conferences and all types of stuff.
• 26:05
Speaker 1: So it's a lot going on with Mayor Adams, jay-z and Diddy.
• 26:10
Speaker 1: They got a lot of things alike and a lot of things that show that they have ties together.
• 26:17
Speaker 1: So let's get into this article talking about the Justice Department dropping charges.
• 26:23
Speaker 1: This comes from the Associated Press.
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Headline reads top Justice Department official orders prosecutors to drop charges against New York Mayor Eric Adams.
• 26:37
Speaker 1: So OK, it says.
• 26:40
Speaker 1: In a two page memo obtained by the Associated Press, they are directed to dismiss the bribery charges against Adams immediately.
• 26:56
Speaker 1: The pending prosecution has unduly restricted Mayor Adams' ability to devote full attention and resources to the illegal immigration and violent crimes.
• 27:10
Speaker 1: That's word for word.
• 27:14
Speaker 1: Do you understand what that said?
• 27:17
Speaker 1: That was exactly what I just said.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: They just said it in a different way.
• 27:20
Speaker 1: Their reason is, they're saying the pending prosecution has unduly restricted Mayor Adams's ability to devote full attention and resources to the illegal immigration and violent crimes.
• 27:35
Speaker 1: So, according to them, if you're busy you don't have to be held accountable for breaking the law.
• 27:46
Speaker 1: But as a common people we don't get that, that luxury.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: We don't get to say we too busy to be held accountable.
• 27:56
Speaker 1: But apparently, if you are part of the elite, part of politicians, part of the powerful, now they're making it where, I mean, you can just say oh no, no, no, no, you don't have to worry about those, this indictment, mayor, you're too busy with immigration, so we're gonna just throw this, throw this whole fucking case away.
• 28:19
Speaker 1: So then it goes on to say that public officials at the highest level government are routinely investigated, investigated, and then, but should they be able to be let off the hook because of their governmental duties?
• 28:48
  Speaker 1: I don't think so.
• 28:49
Speaker 1: And so now, if I go back to uh, actually this is, eric adams gave diddy a key to the nyc a year ago, but that that that came from a september 26, 2024 article.
• 29:06
Speaker 1: So actually this would have been in 2023 when he got the key to the city.
• 29:10
Speaker 1: Now, another similarity Diddy used the same tactic that Mayor Adams used to get out of his case, or to try to get out of his case, but it didn't work for Diddy.
• 29:32
Speaker 1: The fact that the feds leaked secrets and leaked some of his defense options, or some of his defense, some of the defenses he would use, they leaked it.
• 29:44
Speaker 1: That was what Mayor Adams used in the beginning.
• 29:47
Speaker 1: Now, it worked for Mayor Adams.
• 29:49
Speaker 1: It didn't work for Diddy.
• 29:55
Speaker 1: So word on the street is that Mayor Adams is singing like a canary and still singing and possibly still working, because there's no, you can't, unless y'all you can tell me in the chat.
• 30:09
Speaker 1: Tell me, I've never, ever heard of cases being dropped, feds dropping cases because the Person is too busy.
• 30:26
Speaker 1: Now, that's a normal y'all, let me know, but I ain't never seen nothing like that.
• 30:32
Speaker 1: So it gives me cause for pause.
• 30:35
Speaker 1: And then when you see Jay-Z's attorney and and Jay-Z and Mayor Adams share the same attorney, Then your antennas and your eyes and all type of shit start to raise up, like hold up, is this, is this?
• 30:56
Speaker 1: This is the same play they always run when they feel like, hey, we could just do whatever the fuck we want.
• 31:05
Speaker 1: Y'all just sit down, shut up and take it.
• 31:08
Speaker 1: Yes, he definitely not dreamer.
• 31:10
  Speaker 1: I appreciate.
• 31:11
Speaker 1: I appreciate that comment.
• 31:12
Speaker 1: I'm going to pin that comment.
• 31:13
Speaker 1: And Mayor Adams, he got some dirt on a lot of people and, like I said, I'm telling y'all he is singing like a canary.
• 31:26
Speaker 1: On Diddy, we know this about Diddy.
• 31:28
Speaker 1: We know Diddy likes to buy People.
• 31:33
Speaker 1: We know Diddy has a lot of skeletons.
• 31:36
Speaker 1: So if you Diddy and the mayor Gives you the key to the city.
• 31:41
Speaker 1: That ain't enough for Diddy If that mayor Was quote unquote Paid off enough To give Diddy the key to the city or whatever.
• 31:55
Speaker 1: However, diddy got it.
• 31:58
Speaker 1: We know they having conversations behind the scenes, we know Diddy gonna want that mayor in his back pocket and we know mayors can be bought for a ham sandwich.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: So if you really pay attention, the immigration is a smokescreen and it could be true.
• 32:22
Speaker 1: It could be because he's in cahoots with with trump um, because he's in cahoots with Trump's immigration policy and getting the immigrants to party here.
• 32:32
Speaker 1: That could be true.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: But, like I always say a lot of times, two things can be true at the same time.
• 32:38
Speaker 1: It could have a lot to do with the Trump and him following, you know, using that the immigration for him to get out of this mess.
• 32:47
Speaker 1: But it also could be him singing like a canary on Diddy, because I know he has to know some shit.
• 32:55
Speaker 1: I'm sure Diddy has either offered him something that wasn't appropriate, whether it's money or whatever.
• 33:03
Speaker 1: Uh, whether, whatever the case may be, we all know that if Diddy got this key, he got way more out of him than that.
• 33:17
Speaker 1: Like I said, we also have ties of Mayor Adams and Jay-Z.
• 33:23
Speaker 1: I feel like Jay-Z is working for himself and you already know he's throwing Diddy under the bus.
• 33:31
Speaker 1: It could be the attorney working his hand Alex, spiro, spiro, whatever his name is.
• 33:39
Speaker 1: He could be working his hand for Diddy I mean for Jay-Z and Mayor Adams, in hopes to sink Diddy.
• 33:48
  Speaker 1: We don't know.
• 33:50
Speaker 1: I just know something ain't right.
• 33:52
Speaker 1: You can't tell me, you cannot fucking tell me that you can drop charges because a motherfucker is busy.
• 34:04
Speaker 1: And that's what they trying to tell us y'all.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: I just read it for y'all, word for word from an Associated Press Like huh, yep, so, so, so pay close, fucking attention to that.
• 34:24
Speaker 1: Also, since I got some time today, luigi, now this is Luigi Maggioni.
• 34:35
Speaker 1: I'm just calling Luigi the Robin Hood of today A person that has been accused of killing a CEO of a United healthcare.
• 34:54
  Speaker 1: Uh, he has.
• 34:55
Speaker 1: We got some updates on him.
• 34:57
Speaker 1: And this case, the Luigi case, if you're not paying attention to it, it is the case that has this country the most scared out of any case going on right now.
• 35:09
Speaker 1: You know why it's because this is one of the first times that someone allegedly is on trial for murdering a big time CEO and the public is behind the accused.
• 35:28
Speaker 1: The public is behind Luigi, and why?
• 35:31
Speaker 1: Because they've been raping, getting over on us with the, with this health care shit, for so long and everybody is fucking tired of it.
• 35:42
Speaker 1: I told you on this show United Health Care denied a record 34 percent of all health claims last year, so much so to the point that they had an.
• 35:59
Speaker 1: They installed an AI software to help them deny more claims.
• 36:06
Speaker 1: So let me tell you how scared they are about Luigi case.
• 36:15
Speaker 1: I believe that's why I was banned on TikTok for merely asking questions and keeping the Luigi case alive, and I told y'all way back that this case had this country scared because he could fucking get up.
• 36:31
Speaker 1: So many people are behind and I'm going to give you some background on what's going on.
• 36:35
Speaker 1: But there are so many people behind Luigi.
• 36:37
Speaker 1: They are afraid of jury nullification and I was letting everybody know that on TikTok they had to ban me.
• 36:44
  Speaker 1: I ain't give a fuck.
• 36:46
  Speaker 1: Fuck, tiktok.
• 36:47
Speaker 1: As far as that, I miss my people at TikTok.
• 36:49
Speaker 1: My community and I will be back for them, but as far as TikTok or anybody trying to suppress the truth, I don't give a shit.
• 36:57
  Speaker 1: You ain't don't know.
• 37:00
Speaker 1: One app make me.
• 37:01
  Speaker 1: I'm coming up.
• 37:01
Speaker 1: I got all the apps on smash, tiktok, so you can't ban me.
• 37:05
Speaker 1: You can't ban me on Apple and Spotify and YouTube and Instagram and Facebook and whoever else.
• 37:10
Speaker 1: I got all of them on smash.
• 37:12
Speaker 1: And my message don't stop.
• 37:14
Speaker 1: I will continue to bring awareness because they want to continue to take advantage and and and and and take our money and deny our claims.
• 37:25
Speaker 1: They want that shit to continue.
• 37:27
  Speaker 1: But they know.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: If Luigi is found innocent because of whatever reason, but if jury nullification, let me.
• 37:36
Speaker 1: I'm sure y'all probably know what that is, but for those that don't know, jury nullification is basically when a jury acquits somebody, even if they think they may have done whatever they say they've done, but they acquit him because they feel like they were right or justified.
• 37:51
Speaker 1: And Luigi Maggioni's popularity has become so large that they fear that he is going to be found innocent because it's going to be hard to find a juror of multiple people to to convict them.
• 38:10
Speaker 1: And so I already called that out.
• 38:14
Speaker 1: And when I, a person who has a clean account, I post the same shit on every platform, so how could I be banned on tiktok, like I'm just doing?
• 38:24
Speaker 1: Such as so bad, I'm being so horrible.
• 38:27
Speaker 1: But I'm putting the same content on every platform known to man and and I've never had a strike.
• 38:33
Speaker 1: I've never had a video took down.
• 38:35
  Speaker 1: No hold on.
• 38:36
Speaker 1: I have one video took down that was about JLo on Instagram and I've been on Instagram for eight years or however long and Facebook.
• 38:44
Speaker 1: I never had nothing down.
• 38:46
Speaker 1: And even on TikTok I didn't have any strikes.
• 38:48
Speaker 1: But because I was asking questions about Luigi and telling people about jury nullification and just keeping the story alive, they fucking banned me and it was the best thing that could ever happen to me, because I didn't do nothing but turn my shows up, which I should have did anyway, and that was going to be my lesson of the day.
• 39:08
Speaker 1: Towards the end of this, I got a lesson that I learned.
• 39:11
Speaker 1: You know I always pass it to y'all because we in this together.
• 39:15
Speaker 1: But going back to Luigi, do y'all know how much money he's raised?
• 39:19
Speaker 1: And I'm about to fucking tell y'all, if you want to support, because it's just about a fair trial.
• 39:26
Speaker 1: They don't want to even give Luigi a fair trial because they are so busy trying to hold on to this health care scam that they got going on where they take our money, take our money and deny our claims at alarming rate.
• 39:49
Speaker 1: And then they wonder why people don't want to, don't give a shit what happened, even though it's sad.
• 39:51
Speaker 1: I'm not justifying violence ever, but your ass has got to wake up, and banning and trying to silence folks ain't going to do shit.
• 40:00
Speaker 1: I'm telling you now.
• 40:03
Speaker 1: You don't do nothing, but make a person bigger when you, when you ban them, especially because the world can see.
• 40:08
Speaker 1: Everybody know flow ain't do shit wrong.
• 40:10
Speaker 1: So all you doing is showing the world that I was fucking right, that y'all scared as fuck of this case.
• 40:17
Speaker 1: I didn't tell anybody to do anything.
• 40:19
Speaker 1: I didn't incite no riot, I didn't say anything, just like this.
• 40:22
Speaker 1: All I do is tell you what's going on and tell you what to pay attention to.
• 40:26
Speaker 1: And I ask questions.
• 40:28
Speaker 1: And they scared Well, that's guess what you should.
• 40:31
Speaker 1: And they scared Well, that's guess what you should have been scared.
• 40:34
Speaker 1: You should have banned me TikTok, but it's too late.
• 40:37
Speaker 1: I already blew up all my fucking platforms anyway, but you should have banned me two years ago.
• 40:43
Speaker 1: Not banning me, it ain't.
• 40:45
Speaker 1: It ain't do nothing, but make people find me.
• 40:47
Speaker 1: My people gonna find me, because I'm one of the realest doing this shit.
• 40:50
Speaker 1: Find me, my people are going to find me because I'm one of the realest doing this shit.
• 40:55
Speaker 1: So, anyway, let's get back to they.
• 41:05
Speaker 1: Have raised how much?
• 41:06
Speaker 1: Over three hundred thousand dollars for Luigi's legal counsel.
• 41:08
Speaker 1: Look at the American people.
• 41:10
Speaker 1: This is why I am I.
• 41:11
Speaker 1: My faith is in y'all.
• 41:13
Speaker 1: My faith ain't in TikTok.
• 41:16
Speaker 1: My faith ain't in Instagram.
• 41:18
Speaker 1: My faith ain't in none of them.
• 41:19
Speaker 1: My faith is in y'all because, guess what, we, at the point when the American people know your ass getting you, you, you, you getting railroaded or thrown under the bus or run amok or any of that shit, they're going to get behind you and my people behind me.
• 41:33
  Speaker 1: So I don't.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: That's why I walk around and talk the way I talk, because we, my people, got my back and I got their back.
• 41:39
Speaker 1: Ain't nothing you could do about it.
• 41:40
Speaker 1: But he has raised three hundred thousand dollars and if you want to donate, it's on his.
• 41:46
Speaker 1: It's on Give, send, go, not.
• 41:48
Speaker 1: I don't know what the other one is called on give, send, go, not.
• 41:53
Speaker 1: I don't know what the other one is called.
• 41:55
Speaker 1: The one, everybody, the other one.
• 42:04
Speaker 1: It ain't that one.
• 42:04
Speaker 1: It's give, send go.
• 42:04
  Speaker 1: It's actually at 320,000.
• 42:06
Speaker 1: Fans have gave 320,000 for his legal defense.
• 42:08
  Speaker 1: Luigi Maggioni.
• 42:08
Speaker 1: This is from Hollywood, unlocked.
• 42:09
Speaker 1: Luigi Maggioni is a 26-year-old man accused of killing Brian Thompson and he has accepted.
• 42:16
Speaker 1: And Luigi says he appreciates it and has accepted every last dollar and will use it for his legal defense.
• 42:24
Speaker 1: If you want to go to give sin, go look up Luigi Maggioni defense and if you want to support and make sure to get a fair trial and that they don't try to pull no bullshit, go ahead and check them out and donate.
• 42:46
Speaker 1: I'll be donating today.
• 42:48
Speaker 1: I just I got this information right before I came on for the podcast today, so I'm a dig in.
• 42:54
Speaker 1: But their goal is actually five hundred thousand and they are almost at their goal.
• 43:00
Speaker 1: I'm telling you, this trial is the number one trial that the government is scared of.
• 43:08
Speaker 1: I'm telling you that, and I told you that before they banned my ass on TikTok and then they banned me, which showed me I knew what the hell I was talking about.
• 43:17
Speaker 1: But I'm telling you now this is the because guess what, if he's found innocent, as you can see, all the CEOs and all that other healthcare they already have either been hiding their face or coming out saying they're going to start being more compassionate about health claims and all.
• 43:40
  Speaker 1: So what?
• 43:41
Speaker 1: So, because one of y'all CEO got a cat busting his ass.
• 43:45
Speaker 1: Now y'all want to be compassionate.
• 43:48
Speaker 1: After all these lives have been lost, lost people paying their insurance monthly, monthly, for for their whole life, 50, 30, 20, 30 years.
• 43:57
Speaker 1: And then they need it, they need to use it and you just fucking deny them for no reason.
• 44:03
  Speaker 1: 34 percent, do y'all realize?
• 44:06
Speaker 1: That means, for every every three people, at least one of them gets denied and they've been exposed to being a scam.
• 44:17
Speaker 1: And if Luigi is found innocent, they are going to have to slash all this bullshit that they're doing with this healthcare, because every CEO gonna have to walk around with their head on a motherfucking swivel.
• 44:35
Speaker 1: And so, no, I'm not going to shut up about Luigi, because I understand the importance of the case.
• 44:41
Speaker 1: I'm not here to tell nobody what to do.
• 44:44
Speaker 1: I'm not telling nobody whether to ride with him or to ride against him.
• 44:48
Speaker 1: I am just telling you that this is an important case and I'm telling you why they are taking it so serious.
• 44:56
Speaker 1: They're so scared, they mad, they scared that I'm even telling you all this shit.
• 45:03
Speaker 1: They ain't banned me because I'm inciting no riot.
• 45:07
Speaker 1: Or they ain't banned me because I said hey, do this.
• 45:10
  Speaker 1: Do that?
• 45:10
Speaker 1: Go, go, storm, uh, uh, go storm the justice center or anything.
• 45:15
  Speaker 1: They not.
• 45:15
Speaker 1: I didn't do none of that.
• 45:16
Speaker 1: I did just what I'm doing on this show, telling you where to pay attention to, why and how.
• 45:22
Speaker 1: And, as you see, everything I say plays out.
• 45:26
Speaker 1: And so they had to expose their hand by banning me on TikTok, because they had no choice.
• 45:32
Speaker 1: But all it did was validate what the fuck I was saying, because everybody know I've been on there too long.
• 45:41
Speaker 1: I know what I can say and not say, but it's all good because my words are not being left in vain.
• 45:49
Speaker 1: As you can see, people are still uh, uh, getting on the bandwagon and supporting luigi.
• 46:03
Speaker 1: So check this out.
• 46:03
Speaker 1: This is for, from, uh, luigi and his legal team.
• 46:05
Speaker 1: Uh, this is thanking everybody for giving and, if you can, anybody listening to this show.
• 46:10
  Speaker 1: I don't care if it's $1, $5.
• 46:13
Speaker 1: If you understand the importance of this, go to the gifts and go look up Luigi.
• 46:18
Speaker 1: It should be somewhere around $300,000.
• 46:20
  Speaker 1: They're already.

Speaker 1: $500,000 is the goal.
• 46:23
  Speaker 1: Go give.
• 46:23
Speaker 1: And let me read to you what they said.
• 46:26
Speaker 1: I think this, I thought this was a nice thank you letter from the attorney and Luigi.
• 46:31
Speaker 1: It says we are excited to announce that we have established contact with Karen Agnifilio and the rest of legal Luigi's legal team.
• 46:41
Speaker 1: I'm sorry this is from the people who started this gifts and go this gift's end goal.
• 46:47
  Speaker 1: My apologies.
• 46:51
Speaker 1: Luigi's Legal Team, who will be accepting your donations.
• 46:57
Speaker 1: In response to hearing about your 10,000 individual donations, averaging under $30, karen stated that Luigi very much appreciates the outpouring of support.
• 47:09
Speaker 1: We feel honored to provide supporters with a reliable way to continue contributing to his legal fees through any future donations.
• 47:20
Speaker 1: Yesterday marked the two-month anniversary since Luigi Maggioni's arrest.
• 47:25
Speaker 1: Americans watch the media scramble to demonize him.
• 47:30
Speaker 1: As social media comments overflow with support, the average American understands who the real culprits are.
• 47:39
  Speaker 1: Listen to this.
• 47:41
Speaker 1: Despite the ghoulish display of power during his perp walk or the out-of-touch coverage most media pundits offer, nothing could shake their resolve.
• 47:54
Speaker 1: On the contrary, these attempts to diminish his support have only backfired.
• 48:00
  Speaker 1: Didn't I say that it's only backfired?
• 48:02
Speaker 1: Even the Newsweek article that attempted to characterize this fund as stagnant was met with a surge of new donations.
• 48:12
Speaker 1: See, they're trying everything they can and they can't stop it.
• 48:17
  Speaker 1: It's already it's.
• 48:19
Speaker 1: We already know what's up.
• 48:20
Speaker 1: And it's not just me.
• 48:22
Speaker 1: I'm not taking all the credit.
• 48:24
Speaker 1: I'm just one of the soldiers with a platform that's using it to bring awareness to the people and what y'all want and what y'all want to know about.
• 48:35
Speaker 1: The fund has skyrocketed another 64,000 with no signs of slowing down.
• 48:42
Speaker 1: Now the prosecutors have responded.
• 48:47
Speaker 1: Talking about this is fundamentally unacceptable.
• 48:51
Speaker 1: See, don't you see how they play the game?
• 48:55
Speaker 1: Now I've seen many people who maybe didn't deserve money for legal cases and I never heard the prosecution speak out.
• 49:13
Speaker 1: Heard the prosecution speak out.
• 49:14
Speaker 1: Uh, for example, you remember the, the jordan neely.
• 49:15
Speaker 1: Uh, the guy who was choked out by, uh, I forget the guy's name, but it was a big trial, jordan neely was the homeless guy that was michael jackson.
• 49:23
Speaker 1: Uh, he impersonated michael jackson's in the new york subway.
• 49:27
Speaker 1: And, uh, if y'all can help me in the chat, I I can't remember the guy who choked out, jordan Neely David, I can't remember his name.
• 49:36
Speaker 1: Anyway, he got hundreds and hundreds and thousands and thousands of dollars.
• 49:42
Speaker 1: When he was arrested and charged with killing a man, he got hundreds and thousands of dollars of support.
• 49:50
Speaker 1: Prosecution didn't say shit.
• 49:51
Speaker 1: Y'all know other cases.
• 49:56
Speaker 1: I'm not trying to stir that pot this morning, but y'all know all these different cases where the person who was accused of killing a person or killing people he got hundreds and thousands of dollars for his case.
• 50:11
Speaker 1: Nobody batted a motherfucking eye.
• 50:14
Speaker 1: But now Luigi is getting money and everybody got something to say, not a prosecution, got something to say Everybody.
• 50:23
Speaker 1: But I've covered these stories.
• 50:25
Speaker 1: I've watched so many people who did who I felt didn't deserve any fucking aid, who got aid by the tune of hundreds and thousands of dollars and nobody said nothing.
• 50:38
Speaker 1: So, like I say, pay attention, yeah, exactly that.
• 50:46
Speaker 1: Insurance premiums are crazy.
• 50:48
Speaker 1: It's just getting out of hand y'all.
• 50:50
Speaker 1: But like I told y'all before which is why you know normally you know that was a lot of work I put in for my TikTok account and a year ago if you'd have told me that I would have lost my 300 something thousand follower or whatever account, I would have been devastated.
• 51:05
Speaker 1: But when it actually happened I didn't even feel.
• 51:08
Speaker 1: I felt like there was making room for something bigger, that I needed to be doing and it was right.
• 51:14
Speaker 1: That was the best fucking thing TikTok could have ever did was ban me Because I outgrew that.
• 51:22
  Speaker 1: I do shows.
• 51:23
Speaker 1: Now I sit here for an hour and I tell people what the fuck going on and calling people out and ain't nothing.
• 51:28
Speaker 1: Nobody gonna stop fuck going on and calling people out and ain't nothing.
• 51:30
Speaker 1: Nobody going to stop me, they can't ban me, they can't do none of that, no more.
• 51:32
Speaker 1: So thanks, tiktok, because you actually made, you actually allowed me to.
• 51:37
Speaker 1: Now I can talk about Luigi or Diddy or the health care or the fires or any of that shit for hours, and that's what I need to be doing anyway.
• 51:49
Speaker 1: And it is no shade to TikTok at all.
• 51:51
Speaker 1: I love TikTok, I love my people on TikTok.
• 51:53
Speaker 1: I actually like the app, but I realize I'm too much for that and I wear that with a badge of honor.
• 52:02
Speaker 1: And I say that to even say, because you know I passed my knowledge of what I learned on the y'all we in this together.
• 52:07
Speaker 1: To even say, because you know I passed my knowledge of what I learned on the yard we in this together.
• 52:12
Speaker 1: Don't never let a door close and get you down.
• 52:14
Speaker 1: See, the key to life is it's going to be positive shit and negative shit.
• 52:18
Speaker 1: That happened to us every fucking day, Right, but?
• 52:23
Speaker 1: But the secret sauce of life is you make the, you take the positives and you make it more positive, right, but then you take the negatives and you figure out how to fucking turn that into a positive too.
• 52:37
Speaker 1: And once you master that, you're fucking unstoppable.
• 52:41
Speaker 1: And what I mean by that is yeah, tiktok took my account for no fucking reason and banned me for no fucking reason on something that I worked sun up to sun down to build.
• 52:51
Speaker 1: But guess what, when they banned me, I had a lot more time.
• 52:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, I lost income, but time is greater than income any fucking day of the week.
• 53:04
Speaker 1: And with that time, I was able to craft out, to do more shows, to get more on my Apple, spotify, youtube content that content that actually means something to me and the people that actually mean something to me.
• 53:19
Speaker 1: And once I was able to dig into that, I realized this is the best fucking thing that ever happened to me.
• 53:29
Speaker 1: But when it first happened, y'all I was pissed off, I was upset, I was all of those feelings.
• 53:39
Speaker 1: But after 24 hours went past, I realized they did me a motherfucking favor.
• 53:44
Speaker 1: And they also did me a favor by teaching me and showing me another lesson that I could pass to y'all.
• 53:50
Speaker 1: By teaching me and showing me another lesson that I could pass to y'all Do not, do not think it's the end of the world when you get some bad news, or a job might not hire you or a job might fire you or any of that shit might happen, but what you do is you switch it.
• 54:01
Speaker 1: You flip that shit on them.
• 54:03
Speaker 1: You say, oh, all you did was give me time to do more bitch.
• 54:07
Speaker 1: And that's what I did to TikTok.
• 54:09
Speaker 1: I turned up my people that love me over there keep saying they want me over there and I'm coming over there.
• 54:15
  Speaker 1: But guess what?
• 54:16
Speaker 1: You didn't see me get banned and go over there and be like, oh, y'all got to follow me and crying and doing all that Because, nah, it's bigger than that.
• 54:23
Speaker 1: I graduated and TikTok all they did by banning me and saying, look, you too much for this, you too much for this app.
• 54:29
Speaker 1: You need to go on out there and get with the real podcasters and YouTubers and shows and really take your movement to the next level.
• 54:37
Speaker 1: And that's what the fuck I did, and I love y'all for that because y'all been a part of this.
• 54:43
Speaker 1: I'm going to stop there, but guess what?
• 54:47
Speaker 1: Y'all, I go Tuesday get you a taco.
• 54:51
Speaker 1: I don't know what the fuck I'm gonna eat today, but I'm gonna give me a good taco the morning.
• 54:55
Speaker 1: Crew, I appreciate y'all so much for uh, for uh.
• 55:00
Speaker 1: Yeah, everybody, look, this is.
• 55:01
Speaker 1: This is one of my tiktokers, y'all.
• 55:03
Speaker 1: She just said look, that part flow.
• 55:05
Speaker 1: I like this better.
• 55:06
Speaker 1: Anyways, yeah, this, this is more me, I'm, I'm, I was, I was actually, uh, holding myself down or back by putting so much time in the tiktok and, like I said, it's not to shade tiktok at all.
• 55:19
Speaker 1: I'm saying for me personally this what the fuck I need to be doing?
• 55:24
Speaker 1: I graduated past spending all them times on two minute videos and I appreciate y'all because y'all been with me along the way.
• 55:34
Speaker 1: We're going to end this right here y'all.

• 55:58
Speaker 1: I told me he had covid, but I was just bullshitting, I don't know what.
