- 0:12Speaker 1: It's tell La, welcome to the Naughty butN Night Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm Rob Shooter. It's Monday. It's Monday after the Oscars.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Who if I'm a little horse is because I've been
- 0:22Speaker 1: up all night screaming and shouting and doing interviews about
- 0:25Speaker 1: what I thought about the Oscars. But don't worry, I
- 0:27Speaker 1: saved all the good bits for our own podcast. Joining
- 0:31Speaker 1: us back we missed him is our dear friend Garrett Vocal.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Let's jump in. What time is it? My friends? It
- 0:36Speaker 1: is tea time, So let's talk about the Oscars from
- 0:39Speaker 1: last night. Jimmy Kimmel. He addressed the slap of the slab.
- 0:43Speaker 1: He had to do it, Garrett so early on in
- 0:45Speaker 1: the show in factor right at the top. He did
- 0:47Speaker 1: make fun of the slap and in the process heat also,
- 0:50Speaker 1: I thought, in quite a clever way, made fun of Hollywood.
- 0:53Speaker 1: He said he wants everyone to be safe, and if
- 0:56Speaker 1: anyone in the theater commits an act of violence, they
- 1:00Speaker 1: will be awarded best Actor and be given permission to
- 1:03Speaker 1: talk for nineteen minutes making fun. But after Will Smith hit,
- 1:07Speaker 1: somebody hit Chris Rock last year, we really did nothing
- 1:10Speaker 1: right away, So making fun of that, I thought it's
- 1:12Speaker 1: quite effective. What do you think, Oh no, I think yeah,
- 1:15Speaker 1: it did what it was supposed to do. Everybody was
- 1:18Speaker 1: tuning in. What's going to happen? Will Will Smith be there,
- 1:21Speaker 1: Will Chris rock be there? What's Jimmy Kimmel gonna say?
- 1:25Speaker 1: I give the first twenty thirty minutes of the oscars
- 1:28Speaker 1: a round of applause, then after that we got back
- 1:30Speaker 1: to the same boring oscars. I agree with you, it
- 1:32Speaker 1: did start well, and that's sort of like a thankless
- 1:35Speaker 1: job being the host of it, because you always get
- 1:36Speaker 1: blamed for it being too long and too boring. But
- 1:39Speaker 1: once the show starts, it's all mapped out, so there's
- 1:42Speaker 1: very little Jimmy can actually do to move it along.
- 1:44Speaker 1: But I did think that was really funny. I liked
- 1:46Speaker 1: too that they cut two shots of Spider Man's if
- 1:50Speaker 1: anyone gets in trouble, we have Spider Man there, Michael B. Jordan,
- 1:54Speaker 1: he's a tough guy in Rocky and Creed, and then
- 1:57Speaker 1: they cut to the Fableman's, which was Steven Spielberg. Very
- 2:00Speaker 1: very funny. Maybe Steven's the toughest of all three. Well, yes,
- 2:03Speaker 1: I know they used Steven Spielberg, but that's that's where
- 2:05Speaker 1: you got to go for the joke. I mean, you
- 2:08Speaker 1: put Meryl Streep on screen, That's that's that's where the
- 2:11Speaker 1: world was. Yes, they would have lost it. That's very
- 2:15Speaker 1: very clever. You should write it next year. And I
- 2:17Speaker 1: also thought it was very clever to never say the
- 2:21Speaker 1: name Will Smith. He talks about getting Jiggy, he talks
- 2:25Speaker 1: about Hitch, one of Will's movies, but never actually mentioned
- 2:29Speaker 1: the name of really the villain of the Nights. What
- 2:33Speaker 1: do you think? Yeah? And did you notice that at
- 2:37Speaker 1: one point Jimmy kind of changed his jacket to like
- 2:40Speaker 1: a white jacket, very very similar to what Chris Rock
- 2:44Speaker 1: was wearing around the same time, kind of like almost
- 2:49Speaker 1: a nod. I took it as like, that's very clever.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I think I fell asleep by then. God it did
- 2:55Speaker 1: go on, didn't it? But why so long? You know
- 2:57Speaker 1: what I mean? Like, that's what makes people well go,
- 3:00Speaker 1: you know what, you are so chauvinistic and you think
- 3:02Speaker 1: this much of yourself, right, the ego of it. Right.
- 3:06Speaker 1: It's hard because if you cut out the small categories,
- 3:08Speaker 1: the stuff we probably don't care about, we're not going
- 3:10Speaker 1: to talk about today, And I'm not putting down anyone
- 3:13Speaker 1: that won an Oscar for any category. Congratulations. I'm just saying,
- 3:16Speaker 1: do we need the costumes. I'm not sure. Let's do
- 3:18Speaker 1: some of the big awards and see what I think.
- 3:20Speaker 1: So we all knew that Quana was going to win
- 3:22Speaker 1: for Best Supporting Actor for Everything, everywhere, all at once.
- 3:26Speaker 1: What a comeback story. What an emotional speech. He had
- 3:30Speaker 1: not really worked very much in twenty thirty years. He
- 3:33Speaker 1: exploded on the scene in Indiana Jones. We all remember
- 3:37Speaker 1: him as the little kid, and now to see him
- 3:40Speaker 1: come back. I love these type of stories. Oh, I
- 3:43Speaker 1: love a great comeback story. And as they say, everybody
- 3:45Speaker 1: loves a comeback story. But do you think he's sitting
- 3:47Speaker 1: there and you know the hype is there, Oh, you're
- 3:49Speaker 1: gonna win, You're gonna win. Then he sees Harrison Ford,
- 3:52Speaker 1: the man that he started his career with almost forty
- 3:55Speaker 1: years ago, up there presenting. Yeah, how messed up would
- 3:58Speaker 1: have been for him for Harris and Ford to be
- 4:00Speaker 1: up there and not give him the award, Like it
- 4:03Speaker 1: was almost too obvious, Like if you read the room,
- 4:05Speaker 1: you know who was winning. You get a win. I've
- 4:08Speaker 1: been at this award show a couple of times. I'm
- 4:11Speaker 1: lucky enough to have worked backstage and also been there
- 4:13Speaker 1: as a guest. I don't know how I pulled that off.
- 4:15Speaker 1: And I gotta tell you, the room's nervous, and even
- 4:18Speaker 1: if everyone's telling you you're gonna win, you don't quite
- 4:22Speaker 1: believe it. You always think something could go wrong. Well
- 4:24Speaker 1: I get that, but when you bring the man that
- 4:26Speaker 1: you've it's a good side. It's a good kind of think.
- 4:30Speaker 1: He kind of like the nerves calmed down, and everybody
- 4:33Speaker 1: else was just like, oh, well, I'm not winning this one.
- 4:37Speaker 1: If Harrison's here, he's got it. So somebody that really
- 4:40Speaker 1: was in a toss up category and this could have
- 4:42Speaker 1: gone either way. Garrett Is, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Angela Bassett.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Now Jamie Lee Curtis one, and she did have an
- 4:49Speaker 1: amazing reaction. You could see her scream shut up, and
- 4:54Speaker 1: then she really went through her resume, which was sort
- 4:57Speaker 1: of quite funny. It's all slasher movies and horrible movies
- 5:00Speaker 1: and activia. Yes, she can have fun of herself. And
- 5:04Speaker 1: I thought it was a really beautiful gesture for her
- 5:07Speaker 1: to shout out the hundreds of people who had put
- 5:10Speaker 1: her in that position, including her really famous dad Tony Curtis,
- 5:15Speaker 1: and her mom Janet Lee. You know her from the
- 5:17Speaker 1: shower in Psycho, she said clothes, my mom and my
- 5:21Speaker 1: father were both nominated for Oscars in different categories, and
- 5:25Speaker 1: I just won an oscar, So this is part of
- 5:28Speaker 1: Hollywood royalty. She really isn't really famous parents, but she
- 5:32Speaker 1: never quite lived up to their reputation until last night.
- 5:37Speaker 1: You know, it is cool to see and you know,
- 5:40Speaker 1: you talk about the fact that you know, if your
- 5:42Speaker 1: parents are still around, you tell them you love them, music,
- 5:45Speaker 1: you see other things. But to see how many people
- 5:47Speaker 1: are actually thinking, you know their parents and saying, hey, mom,
- 5:50Speaker 1: look you know I did it. You know that kind
- 5:53Speaker 1: of hit me, hit me in you know the heart.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You know it doesn't it because we've all got families.
- 5:58Speaker 1: It felt real. It does feel real. You forget that
- 6:00Speaker 1: they are real people. They're so famous and gorgeous and
- 6:04Speaker 1: rich and movie stars, but they are real people. Hey
- 6:07Speaker 1: did you see talk about real? Real reaction? Angela Bassett's
- 6:12Speaker 1: face when Jamie Lee Curtis, what it's a meme today
- 6:15Speaker 1: it's going around. She didn't stand either. She was in
- 6:19Speaker 1: the front row and she didn't stand I mean, there
- 6:23Speaker 1: is another argument of the fact that there is a
- 6:27Speaker 1: problem with the voting system in the Oscars. You know,
- 6:31Speaker 1: as much as we want to say we want to
- 6:32Speaker 1: be diverse, there still is a long way to go
- 6:36Speaker 1: in the sense of just spreading out the love of Oscars. Yeah,
- 6:40Speaker 1: for me, it felt as if they just didn't want
- 6:42Speaker 1: to give anybody who did a Marvel movie an OSCAR. Like,
- 6:45Speaker 1: they don't like Marvel. They look down their nose at it,
- 6:48Speaker 1: don't they. Marvel's like the reality star of the movie
- 6:52Speaker 1: world right, And even so, why James Cameron, you know,
- 6:55Speaker 1: who didn't even show up, you know, given he doesn't
- 6:59Speaker 1: have a Marvel movie, but he had a you know,
- 7:00Speaker 1: an animated type real Yeah, they looked down their nose
- 7:03Speaker 1: at him. He was he was snubbed. So his movie
- 7:05Speaker 1: was nominated, but he wasn't. Oh, I love this bit.
- 7:08Speaker 1: The undisputed star of the show for me was Jenny
- 7:11Speaker 1: the Donkey. So Jenny the Donkey is in the benches
- 7:15Speaker 1: and Colin Farrell looked genuinely surprised and delighted when Jimmy
- 7:21Speaker 1: brought this donkey out, Ice screamed, do you think it
- 7:24Speaker 1: was really Jenny from the movie in Ireland and they
- 7:26Speaker 1: flew over in or is it just a donkey for
- 7:28Speaker 1: for Colin to really recognize, Like it takes a lot,
- 7:32Speaker 1: you know, like given, yes, do donkeys all look the same, probably,
- 7:36Speaker 1: but but there but you know, like you're donkey down
- 7:40Speaker 1: to it like pets and dogs and cats. Like if
- 7:42Speaker 1: you saw your dog and your cat, I would bet
- 7:45Speaker 1: you'd be like, oh, Derby, like Scarlet, that's my Scurelet.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Like for Colin Farrell to be like, oh my, it
- 7:52Speaker 1: had to be had to be Jenny, because how do
- 7:56Speaker 1: you get like I understand a dog, I understand a cat,
- 7:58Speaker 1: but how do you get a donkey? How do they
- 8:00Speaker 1: try private played? I don't know, but they do FedEx her.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I hope she's Sam having funny in Hollywood. Do you
- 8:07Speaker 1: think she's going to get to Disneyland to day and
- 8:08Speaker 1: see the sites at the Universal and oh don't go
- 8:11Speaker 1: to the local zoo and check out the scenery. But
- 8:14Speaker 1: that donkey has to fly in a cargo. Yea's a
- 8:19Speaker 1: really big cargo played in a crate properly. It sounds
- 8:22Speaker 1: quite cruel, but I'm sure it's climate. All these celebrities
- 8:24Speaker 1: from all over the world are flying private flying into
- 8:28Speaker 1: Hollywood and the Donkey comes in on like a FedEx plane. Terrible.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I hope it's first less. Let's talk about some of
- 8:34Speaker 1: the performances of the night, said The song that won
- 8:37Speaker 1: Natto Nattu from R R R really upbeat, exciting song,
- 8:41Speaker 1: but it defeated some absolute legends in the music business,
- 8:47Speaker 1: one of which was Lady Gagan. Now, a lot of
- 8:50Speaker 1: people did not think Lady Gaga was going to perform
- 8:52Speaker 1: because she's right in the middle of filming the Joker sequel.
- 8:56Speaker 1: She's playing Harley Quinn and apparently she was so deep
- 9:00Speaker 1: into characters she must be a method actress. But she
- 9:02Speaker 1: didn't want to break character, so she did come to
- 9:05Speaker 1: the Oscars. She looked really glamorous, but when she took
- 9:07Speaker 1: the stage, she'd wiped all a makeup off and she
- 9:10Speaker 1: wore a black T shirt and ripped jeans. It looked
- 9:13Speaker 1: like she was on MTV Unplugged. Well, so there's two
- 9:16Speaker 1: factors here. Like Friday, the news was she couldn't come
- 9:19Speaker 1: because the Grammys have so many rules of how many
- 9:22Speaker 1: performances you need, So so that was the story. On Friday,
- 9:26Speaker 1: Lady Gaga wasn't performing at all, so what happened from
- 9:30Speaker 1: Friday to Sunday? You know, did Tom Cruise make a
- 9:33Speaker 1: phone call and go and hey, she's performing any or
- 9:36Speaker 1: else or what. But here's the other thing too, So
- 9:39Speaker 1: she's in She's in you know, black tea shirt and jeans,
- 9:42Speaker 1: very like MTV unplugged, like you said, but that's top gun,
- 9:45Speaker 1: you know it was. It wasn't if she was wearing
- 9:49Speaker 1: a ballgown. It wouldn't correlate with the movie, you know
- 9:51Speaker 1: what I mean. I think I would have gone all
- 9:54Speaker 1: the way there and put my aviators on, maybe some
- 9:56Speaker 1: aviators and maybe a bomber jacket, but on the jacket
- 10:01Speaker 1: like like if you look at it, like everybody, and
- 10:03Speaker 1: credit to Lady Gaga too, because everybody, yes, it's elegant,
- 10:07Speaker 1: it's it's glamorous. It's the Oscars. But you know what,
- 10:10Speaker 1: she swims the opposite way she does upstream sometimes and
- 10:14Speaker 1: it makes people go, what the And you know, most
- 10:16Speaker 1: people are like, oh my god. Yeah, she must have
- 10:18Speaker 1: seen Rihanna and known like she was going to come
- 10:21Speaker 1: out in a full ball gown and fireworks and diamonds.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I thought it was so effective. I was told too
- 10:27Speaker 1: that it was Gaga's idea to just have a handheld
- 10:30Speaker 1: camera just shoot close up of her face. It was
- 10:33Speaker 1: a really tight shot, but I thought it was so emotional.
- 10:36Speaker 1: And when she did she did Shallow with Bradley Cooper
- 10:38Speaker 1: just years ago. That was the elegant ball gown. Yeah,
- 10:42Speaker 1: that that should have been you know that movie too,
- 10:44Speaker 1: she you know it was. It could have been in
- 10:46Speaker 1: jeans and a T shirt. So it was that Gaga
- 10:48Speaker 1: isn't going to go to the well to do the
- 10:51Speaker 1: same thing again, which you have to nerve to do that.
- 10:53Speaker 1: If you went to the the Oscars, could you turn up
- 10:54Speaker 1: in jeans and a T shirt? I beg, I beg,
- 10:58Speaker 1: you know, given, Yes, I love a good jean and
- 11:00Speaker 1: T shirt as long as it's nice and and not
- 11:04Speaker 1: like trashy you know what I mean, like jeans like
- 11:07Speaker 1: but let's be honest, Rob, do you think Lady Gaga
- 11:10Speaker 1: was wearing jeans from from all she was wearing like like,
- 11:16Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying, Like she found a way to
- 11:18Speaker 1: make it look good as you can make it look
- 11:20Speaker 1: good and not like you're homeless, uh and walking around
- 11:23Speaker 1: Times Square with dirty Elmo. Yes, I think so you
- 11:26Speaker 1: can get away with it. Do a lot of people like, oh,
- 11:29Speaker 1: I wore sneakers at my wedding, Rob Shooter, I wore
- 11:32Speaker 1: Converse sneakers, a patent leather Converse sneakers. Right, people gave
- 11:36Speaker 1: me so much crap for wearing sneakers that I wasn't classy,
- 11:40Speaker 1: it wasn't sophisticated. It's my freaking weddings, your wedding, and
- 11:44Speaker 1: it's freaking song. Do you I love? I thought Lady
- 11:47Speaker 1: Gaga won the night. She did not win for Best Song,
- 11:49Speaker 1: but she wasn't the night. Also, I got to give
- 11:51Speaker 1: a shout out to Rihana. That girl can sing. I
- 11:55Speaker 1: wasn't sure at the super Bowl if she was lip
- 11:56Speaker 1: sinking or not. Last night she was singing live and
- 11:59Speaker 1: she used phenomenal. So, I mean, we all know that
- 12:02Speaker 1: the super Bowl is done to track, you know, just
- 12:06Speaker 1: as a backup because you got one hundred million people watching.
- 12:08Speaker 1: You don't want to screw up. But I think that
- 12:11Speaker 1: she saw most of those critiques of the super Bowl
- 12:15Speaker 1: and she goes, uh, no, gonna show you, Gonna put
- 12:18Speaker 1: everybody back in their place and show you why they
- 12:20Speaker 1: called me the queen Queen. So the story is too
- 12:24Speaker 1: is that she didn't really want to record the song
- 12:27Speaker 1: from Waconda Forever. She hasn't released a single since two
- 12:31Speaker 1: thousand and sixteen. That's a time ago. So when they
- 12:34Speaker 1: approached her, she said no. And it took several attempts
- 12:38Speaker 1: and the director called and said, please do this, and
- 12:41Speaker 1: ultimately she saw a trailer for the movie. They actually
- 12:44Speaker 1: made a trailer for the movie just for Riyana to
- 12:47Speaker 1: see because it had no musical. You're big. You know
- 12:49Speaker 1: your big? When when they do, like you get your
- 12:52Speaker 1: own first cut just based off of the fact that
- 12:54Speaker 1: they want you to sing in the movie, not even
- 12:57Speaker 1: be in the movie, just to have your vocals on,
- 12:58Speaker 1: to have your vocals. Can we go back for a
- 13:00Speaker 1: second with Lady Gaga real quick? So I don't know
- 13:03Speaker 1: if you know this backstory. So prior to Top Gun
- 13:06Speaker 1: being finished, there was a band called twenty one Pilots.
- 13:09Speaker 1: They made the entire soundtrack. They were yes. Tom Cruise
- 13:13Speaker 1: fired them because he didn't think the music really went
- 13:16Speaker 1: with them. So then Tom Cruise picked up the phone.
- 13:20Speaker 1: This is the power of Tom Cruise and goes Lady Gaga,
- 13:22Speaker 1: need you to make a song. Lady Gaga made a song.
- 13:24Speaker 1: She did it. One Republic made a song too, like
- 13:27Speaker 1: that Pilots made an entire album that will probably never
- 13:31Speaker 1: hear about. I feel terrible for them, but I do
- 13:33Speaker 1: love this song Gush. Show business is hard. Hey. A
- 13:36Speaker 1: couple of questions from last night that I've been getting,
- 13:38Speaker 1: So let me give you the answers. The blue ribbons
- 13:41Speaker 1: that we saw a lot of people thought that was
- 13:43Speaker 1: in support of Ukraine, it wasn't. It was we are
- 13:46Speaker 1: with the refugees, so hashtag we refugees and the ribbon
- 13:50Speaker 1: is for the UN Refugee Agency. Another question I've been
- 13:54Speaker 1: getting is Morgan Freedman was wearing one glove. Why was
- 13:59Speaker 1: he wearing a love? Was it a Michael Jackson tribute?
- 14:01Speaker 1: What was going on? What I'm told is it is
- 14:04Speaker 1: a compression glove to keep the blood flowing. A few
- 14:09Speaker 1: years ago he was in a really serious car accident
- 14:12Speaker 1: and lost all feeling in one of his hands. So
- 14:14Speaker 1: that's what he wears, the compression. Like every so everybody
- 14:19Speaker 1: saw this this glove. I was like, ah, he is
- 14:22Speaker 1: supporting Michael Jackson. How do you jump to the conclude
- 14:26Speaker 1: like that is that this is why we cannot have
- 14:28Speaker 1: the internet during certain hours? Like people just and that's
- 14:32Speaker 1: that's a snowball effect because Feds, though, if you didn't
- 14:36Speaker 1: know Wogan's history very well, say anything, don't jump to
- 14:39Speaker 1: conclusions like there you go. That's the difference between you
- 14:42Speaker 1: and the ice told. Everybody's like, we must like Michael
- 14:44Speaker 1: Jackson my friends, like he'd have sequence on it. Okay,
- 14:47Speaker 1: more questions the stuff that I really loved. Jamie Lee
- 14:49Speaker 1: Curtis jumped out of her seat when the director won
- 14:54Speaker 1: for her movie, like it's the two Daniels, everything everywhere.
- 14:57Speaker 1: When seven Awards, it's the big winner of the night.
- 14:59Speaker 1: But to see she'd already want an oscar at this point,
- 15:02Speaker 1: so she's got her ask her. But to still be
- 15:04Speaker 1: in the game and rooting on your team. I like that. Oh,
- 15:08Speaker 1: I you know, you know that. That's what a good
- 15:11Speaker 1: team player is, you know what I mean. You can
- 15:12Speaker 1: have each other's back, nor matter win or lose, you
- 15:15Speaker 1: still support everybody around you, you know, And that's what
- 15:19Speaker 1: you love to see about it too. And then it
- 15:21Speaker 1: goes back to what I was saying before. It just
- 15:23Speaker 1: felt natural. It didn't feel forced like how we how
- 15:26Speaker 1: we normally see you know, a you know, a speech
- 15:29Speaker 1: come out and written on paper like everything felt like
- 15:32Speaker 1: it was coming from the heart. It felt it felt real,
- 15:35Speaker 1: didn't It was long, but it did feel real. And
- 15:37Speaker 1: then quickly before we get a break. Although we sort
- 15:39Speaker 1: of called out Angela Bassett at a few moments ago
- 15:42Speaker 1: because her reaction to losing to Jamie Lee Curtis was
- 15:46Speaker 1: not great, however, she stayed for the rest of the show.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Often people leave after they lose, she stayed. Get this,
- 15:52Speaker 1: she held Austin Butler's hand when his category was announced.
- 15:58Speaker 1: He ultimately lost to Brent and Frasier. That's another comeback
- 16:02Speaker 1: story that I really love. But that was sweet to say.
- 16:05Speaker 1: And you know, I mean you've heard We've talked about
- 16:07Speaker 1: the backstory too, because I think it was one of
- 16:10Speaker 1: those other pre show to the Oscar Awards where Austin
- 16:13Speaker 1: Butler won. It was like, oh, could he win? But
- 16:15Speaker 1: it was all I think it was the Golden Globes
- 16:18Speaker 1: Austin Butler one. But since Brendan Fraser didn't play politics,
- 16:21Speaker 1: he didn't win. But but at the end of the
- 16:24Speaker 1: end of the day, you know, Brendan Frasier was the
- 16:27Speaker 1: better actor in that case. So you know he's young, Yes,
- 16:33Speaker 1: Austin Butler is young, but it's still a tough pill
- 16:36Speaker 1: to swallow for such it's tough guy to understand, like
- 16:39Speaker 1: I didn't win because of politics, right right, it was
- 16:43Speaker 1: hard to beat that, Brendan Frasier, not just performance but story.
- 16:46Speaker 1: It's such a comeback. Can we talk about what the
- 16:48Speaker 1: one person everyone's talking about prior to the show is,
- 16:51Speaker 1: freaking Hugh Grants. Let's do him when we come back
- 16:54Speaker 1: from this break. We'll be back in a moment. Welcome
- 16:57Speaker 1: back to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm shooter. We're
- 17:00Speaker 1: doing all oscars today, so we actually have two naughtiest
- 17:03Speaker 1: of the day. One Garrett's going to do, which is
- 17:06Speaker 1: Hugh Grant and I have her naughty two. But before
- 17:09Speaker 1: we do that, let's get to the polls. Last show,
- 17:12Speaker 1: we talked about how Prince Andrew hasn't received any of
- 17:16Speaker 1: the Queen's fortune. Should the queen it's a good question though,
- 17:20Speaker 1: should the queen have split all her money? It was
- 17:23Speaker 1: about seven hundred and eighty two million personal personal fortune,
- 17:27Speaker 1: not including all the palaces, which technically she doesn't own.
- 17:30Speaker 1: But she had about seven hundred million, which was her money.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Should she have left her equally between all her kids?
- 17:37Speaker 1: Let's have a look. Oh, fifty five percent said yes,
- 17:40Speaker 1: so I know Andrew's a naughty person and not someone
- 17:43Speaker 1: love but no, no, no, no, I don't know. Hey,
- 17:47Speaker 1: gethert on today's pole. Go I Twitter page at naughty
- 17:49Speaker 1: nice Rob a Facebook page and already gossip and be
- 17:51Speaker 1: sewer to check Beck tomorrow to hear your results. And
- 17:55Speaker 1: now with one of our naughtists of the day, Garret Ah. Yes,
- 17:59Speaker 1: by the way, this is what you get for not
- 18:01Speaker 1: voting like that. I would have. I should have voted
- 18:04Speaker 1: on Friday's ball. This is what I get. This is
- 18:06Speaker 1: what I get. People. Um, let's talk about pre show
- 18:09Speaker 1: to the Oscars. You know, there's the red carpet. Everybody
- 18:11Speaker 1: and anyone, with the exception of Rob and I were
- 18:13Speaker 1: on the red carpet interviewing people and Ashley Graham was
- 18:16Speaker 1: working with ABC Sons that's where the Oscars were, and
- 18:20Speaker 1: she got tasked of interviewing Hugh Grant, a big, big
- 18:23Speaker 1: time you know actor. I mean, he was there, and
- 18:29Speaker 1: of course Ashley Graham just ran into a brick wall
- 18:31Speaker 1: because he was. Every question that Ashley Graham tried to
- 18:35Speaker 1: ask Hugh Grant, it was kind of like a very
- 18:38Speaker 1: rude Yeah, he came across looking like the fool, though not,
- 18:41Speaker 1: of course, such a horrible Arrian and that's who he is.
- 18:45Speaker 1: People will say that that was the question. That was
- 18:48Speaker 1: the question everybody was asking. Is Hugh Grant always like that? Yes?
- 18:51Speaker 1: And the answers yes, he's just the mean, grumpy not
- 18:55Speaker 1: a very nice man. And now we all know. Another
- 18:58Speaker 1: naughtiest of the day. It was a real missed opportunity.
- 19:02Speaker 1: So they brought out Hallie Berry with Jessica Chastain to
- 19:06Speaker 1: announce the winner for Best Actress. It was Michelle Yo.
- 19:10Speaker 1: A person of color has not won this category in
- 19:13Speaker 1: over twenty years. In fact, the first person, the last
- 19:16Speaker 1: person to win this was Halle Berry, so they didn't
- 19:20Speaker 1: even have Hally say Michelle's name, so she was standing
- 19:23Speaker 1: there when she came out. It was what you were
- 19:26Speaker 1: saying about Harrison Ford. When I saw Halle Berry, I
- 19:28Speaker 1: was like, it has to be Michelle Yo, because if
- 19:30Speaker 1: it's not, this is going to be a very awkward photograph.
- 19:32Speaker 1: But it was Michelle and then she didn't say the name.
- 19:35Speaker 1: A missed up opportunity. And another naughtiest of the day too.
- 19:38Speaker 1: While we're on a role, Paul Savino and Ann hashe
- 19:42Speaker 1: was snubbed. They were missing in the memoriam section, so
- 19:46Speaker 1: they were not there. So that was very very naughty too.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Always one or two, like let's be honest, people like
- 19:53Speaker 1: I get but Anne, hey, hey, before we go, and
- 19:56Speaker 1: let's have a moment of rob you're going to Robbie Robs,
- 19:59Speaker 1: excepting yourself. It's the kindest thing you will ever do. Oh,
- 20:04Speaker 1: thank you so much, everybody, Thank you, Garrett. It's good
- 20:07Speaker 1: to have you back. Don't forget to subscribe on the
- 20:10Speaker 1: iHeartRadio app Apple podcast wherever you listen, leave us a review.
- 20:13Speaker 1: If you cannot remember altogether. Now, if you're going to
- 20:15Speaker 1: be naught, we've got to Bay. Now, let's take care
- 20:18Speaker 1: of everybody picked. It's not even nice with ra
