- 0:04Podcast number four hundred eleven. In this podcast I have wanted to share with
- 0:13you some verses that I consider important. When we' re starting a week,
- 0:21starting a week always has that expectation of the things, the challenges and
- 0:27the issues we have to face. Usually, we start Monday with all the
- 0:31capacity, with all the intellect intact. We are supposed to have gone through
- 0:38the first day of the week, which is Sunday, we have rested and
- 0:42now, on the first dawn of Monday, we have enough to go out
- 0:49to live our week. And how good, in this first time we take
- 0:54to be with God, to receive from heaven that word that can help us
- 0:59to live every day of our week. Isaiah, chapter forty. Verse number
- 1:07thirty- one says. But those who trust in the Lord will renew their
- 1:12strength, fly like eagles, run and not weary, walk and not weary.
- 1:22And it' s likely that during this week, with all the challenges
- 1:26you have to face, some even predict that the week will not be easy,
- 1:34perhaps because this is just the week when you' re going to have
- 1:38a medical appointment that suddenly has you a little worried or worried, or suddenly
- 1:46you' ll have a tiring job that probably by Thursday, you' ll
- 1:52already have spent a lot of your weekly energy. Or it may take you
- 1:55by surprise some situations that make you have to spend a lot on energy,
- 2:00in every aspect, in every way. Courage, physical effort, mental effort,
- 2:08the scare of something that happened untimely those turns that give life, that
- 2:15wear us down soulfully and then don' t forget that Isaiah forty- thirty
- 2:22- one tells you to trust in God, because if you need strength,
- 2:28he will renew them, that there are careers that run in life and that
- 2:32God will provide us with the strength so that when we run, we don
- 2:38' t get tired. The second verse Psalms chapter number one hundred, eighteen.
- 2:43Verse twenty- four. This is the day the lord acted. Let
- 2:51us rejoice and rejoice in him a psalm, that every morning we may have
- 2:58that kind of verse that one takes a little piece of paper and writes to
- 3:05have them there at dawn in every morning, so that we may not lose
- 3:10sight of the fact that every day was made from heaven. For me,
- 3:13this is the day the lord acted. Let us rejoice, that is,
- 3:21let us enjoy it fully, it will be twenty- four hours. The
- 3:24day will only end when the last second God decided for him expires. The
- 3:31joys of yesterday cannot be lived, nor can we anticipate them tomorrow. It
- 3:38is enough for every day their own desire, but for every day their respective
- 3:44joys are enough. Let us rejoice in the day God gives us to live.
- 3:49Rejoice also means that you can look into all the simple, simple,
- 3:54beautiful things God surrounds you with, such as, those flowers that are there
- 4:00in the garden, that you did not sow, but they have a special
- 4:04color because God put them there for you to enjoy the caresses of your wife,
- 4:13your husband, your children. That pleasant feeling that we have of kissing
- 4:18a baby in the Comisura between the slap and the neck, that delicious smell
- 4:25that small children have when we kiss their necks to tickle them, interspersing our
- 4:32fingers in their hair, filling them with pampering suddenly maybe not only do you
- 4:40have children, as in my case, but you have grandchildren who will come
- 4:45to your house, to the house of the nonos, to enjoy the place
- 4:50where the pampering and the consents make cradle in every corner or suddenly you have
- 4:57a pet, a nice dog with which you like to play a cat,
- 5:03any little animal that God has allowed you to keep company. That is to
- 5:06rejoice, to rejoice, and to rejoice in him. And the last of
- 5:12the verses I want to share with you to start a good week. Proverbs
- 5:16chapter number three, verse five and six. Trust in the Lord with all
- 5:25your heart and not your own intelligence. Recognise him in all your ways and
- 5:31he will pave your paths. A proverb that invites us to trust in God,
- 5:40to have as a second alternative our own intelligence, our own proroceding in
- 5:46wisdom. Trust in God and not in your own prudence and not in your
- 5:51own intelligence. It is not that we have to cast aside the mental virtues
- 5:59we have or the abilities God has given us. The verse invites us to
- 6:02trust God more than all of them, than all the challenges we have to
- 6:10overcome. In each of them. Let us acknowledge that God is there implied
- 6:16in decisions, in the way, in overcoming those challenges, for, moreover,
- 6:21the verse ends by saying and he will pave your paths, that is,
- 6:28he will open the way according to your advancements, for there are things
- 6:32that your intelligence cannot accomplish, but the favor of God with you. Yes,
- 6:36there are matters that, as much skill as we have in life,
- 6:43escape our own domain. They' re not from the human spring to get
- 6:47them there. We need divine intervention. I don' t know, maybe
- 6:53right now in your mind you' re thinking about that weekly challenge you have
- 6:59and you know that there you' ll need intervention from heaven that God takes
- 7:05your side to fulfill the dream that you' re yearning for a judge'
- 7:12s appointment, a medical exam, a job that today Monday seems impossible to
- 7:17deliver Friday, an economic challenge that you haven' t found yet. Leave
- 7:23those matters where you need divine intervention. I, from the depths of my
- 7:30heart, pray that it will be a week of blessing, for you that
- 7:35when Friday or Saturday comes at noon, when we abandon our labors of the
- 7:43week, we can say ay has been an excellent week where I have learned
- 7:48from everything I have lived, where the word of God gave me encouragement,
- 7:54where I felt his presence, in every thing. It will be time for
- 8:01the first day of the week, next Sunday, you to say thank you,
- 8:05God for all the favors I received this week. Thank you for everything
- 8:09I could learn, Thank you for the things, vices, manias and customs
- 8:16I could leave, for how much you surprised me with the small and great
- 8:22details that this week is a week of blessing for you that this week you
