  a

  what

  do
• 0:39
  you

  first?

  Yes,
• 0:47
  goals
• 0:47
  matter.
• 0:49
  Habits
• 0:49
  matter.
• 0:50
  Planning

  But,

  friend,

  Here.
• 1:19
  Welcome
• 1:19
  to
• 1:19
  Financially
• 1:20
  Confident
• 1:20
  Christian,
• 1:21
  where
• 1:21
  we
• 1:21
  learn
• 1:21
  to
• 1:22
  walk
• 1:22
  through
• 1:22
  life
• 1:22
  and
• 1:23
  money
• 1:23
  with
• 1:23
  wisdom,
• 1:24
  with
• 1:24
  peace,
• 1:25
  and
• 1:25
  with
• 1:25
  a
• 1:25
  heart
• 1:25
  anchored
• 1:26
  in
• 1:26
  God's
• 1:26
  truth.
• 1:27
  My
• 1:27
  mission
• 1:28
  is
• 1:28
  simple.
• 1:28
  To
• 1:29
  help
• 1:29
  you
• 1:29
  break
• 1:29
  that
• 1:30
  cycle
• 1:30
  of
• 1:30
  financial
• 1:31
  shame,
• 1:31
  build
• 1:32
  steady
• 1:32
  habits
• 1:32
  rooted
• 1:33
  in
• 1:33
  faith,
• 1:33
  and
• 1:34
  become
• 1:34
  the
• 1:34
  kind
• 1:34
  of
• 1:35
  believer
• 1:35
  who
• 1:35
  handles
• 1:36
  money
• 1:36
  with
• 1:36
  clarity,
• 1:37
  with
• 1:37
  confidence,
• 1:38
  and
• 1:38
  with
• 1:39
  spiritual
• 1:39
  purpose.
• 1:40
  Yesterday
• 1:41
  we
• 1:41
  talked
• 1:41
  about
• 1:41
  creating
• 1:42
  vision,
• 1:42
  seeing
• 1:43
  the
• 1:43
  future
• 1:43
  God
• 1:44
  may
• 1:44
  be
• 1:44
  calling
• 1:44
  you
• 1:44
  toward.
• 1:45
  But
• 1:46
  today
• 1:46
  isn't
• 1:46
  about
• 1:46
  goals.
• 1:47
  Today
• 1:47
  is
• 1:48
  about
• 1:48
  grace.
• 1:49
  Because
• 1:49
  a
• 1:50
  fresh
• 1:50
  year
• 1:50
  is
• 1:50
  wonderful,
• 1:51
  but
• 1:51
  a
• 1:51
  fresh
• 1:52
  life
• 1:52
  in
• 1:52
  Christ
• 1:53
  is
• 1:53
  transformational.

  wrote
• 1:56
  me
• 1:56
  recently
• 1:56
  and
• 1:56
  said
• 1:57
  this,
• 1:57
  Ralph,
• 1:58
  I
• 1:58
  want
• 1:58
  to
• 1:58
  start
• 1:59
  fresh
• 1:59
  this
• 1:59
  year,
• 2:00
  but
• 2:00
  I've
• 2:00
  made
• 2:01
  so
• 2:01
  many
• 2:01
  financial
• 2:02
  mistakes.
• 2:03
  Can
• 2:04
  Christ
• 2:04
  really
• 2:04
  give
• 2:04
  me
• 2:05
  a
• 2:05
  clean
• 2:05
  slate?
• 2:06
  I
• 2:07
  want
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  answer
• 2:07
  that
• 2:07
  quickly.
• 2:08
  Yes,
• 2:08
  he
• 2:08
  can.
• 2:09
  And
• 2:09
  maybe
• 2:09
  you've
• 2:10
  whispered
• 2:10
  a
• 2:10
  version
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  that,
• 2:11
  too,
• 2:11
  in
• 2:11
  your
• 2:11
  own
• 2:12
  mind.
• 2:13
  You
• 2:13
  want
• 2:13
  to
• 2:13
  reset,
• 2:14
  but
• 2:15
  part
• 2:15
  of
• 2:15
  you
• 2:15
  worries
• 2:15
  your
• 2:16
  past
• 2:16
  disqualifies
• 2:17
  your
• 2:17
  future.
• 2:18
  Yes,
• 2:19
  Maybe
• 2:19
  you've
• 2:19
  overspent.
• 2:21
  Maybe
• 2:21
  you've
• 2:21
  ignored
• 2:21
  those
• 2:22
  problems.
• 2:22
  Maybe
• 2:23
  you've
• 2:23
  made
• 2:23
  decisions
• 2:24
  you're
• 2:24
  not
• 2:24
  proud
• 2:24
  of.
• 2:25
  Hey,
• 2:25
  guess
• 2:25
  what?
• 2:25
  I
• 2:26
  have,
• 2:26
  too.
• 2:27
  And
• 2:27
  maybe
• 2:28
  deep
• 2:28
  down,
• 2:29
  you
• 2:29
  quietly
• 2:30
  fear
• 2:30
  that
• 2:30
  you
• 2:30
  can't
• 2:31
  change
• 2:31
  no
• 2:31
  matter
• 2:31
  what
• 2:32
  happens.
• 2:33
  Friend,
• 2:33
  listen
• 2:34
  to
• 2:34
  me.
• 2:34
  You
• 2:35
  are
• 2:35
  not
• 2:35
  your
• 2:35
  past,
• 2:36
  you
• 2:36
  are
• 2:37
  not
• 2:37
  your
• 2:37
  mistakes,
• 2:38
  and
• 2:38
  Christ
• 2:39
  is
• 2:39
  not
• 2:39
  done
• 2:39
  with
• 2:39
  you.
• 2:41
  Research
• 2:41
  shows
• 2:41
  that
• 2:42
  people
• 2:42
  who
• 2:42
  believe
• 2:42
  change
• 2:43
  is
• 2:43
  possible
• 2:44
  are
• 2:44
  far
• 2:44
  more
• 2:45
  likely
• 2:45
  to
• 2:45
  build
• 2:46
  new
• 2:46
  habits
• 2:46
  and
• 2:47
  break
• 2:47
  old
• 2:48
  patterns.
• 2:49
  And
• 2:49
  faith,
• 2:50
  real
• 2:50
  living
• 2:51
  faith
• 2:51
  is
• 2:51
  one
• 2:52
  of
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  strongest
• 2:52
  forces
• 2:53
  that
• 2:53
  fuels
• 2:53
  that
• 2:54
  hope,
• 2:54
  that
• 2:54
  fuels
• 2:55
  that
• 2:55
  direction.
• 2:55
  And.
• 2:56
  And
• 2:56
  honestly,
• 2:56
  it
• 2:56
  fuels
• 2:57
  that
• 2:57
  renewal.
• 2:58
  And
• 2:58
  science
• 2:58
  confirms
• 2:59
  what
• 2:59
  Scripture
• 2:59
  has
• 3:00
  told
• 3:00
  us
• 3:00
  for
• 3:00
  thousands
• 3:01
  of
• 3:01
  years.
• 3:03
  Hope
• 3:03
  does
• 3:04
  change
• 3:04
  outcomes.
• 3:06
  And
• 3:06
  for
• 3:06
  decades,
• 3:07
  as
• 3:07
  an
• 3:07
  accountant,
• 3:08
  as
• 3:08
  a
• 3:08
  coach,
• 3:08
  as
• 3:08
  a
• 3:09
  fellow
• 3:09
  follower
• 3:10
  of
• 3:10
  Christ,
• 3:11
  I've
• 3:11
  seen
• 3:11
  this
• 3:12
  one
• 3:12
  truth
• 3:12
  over
• 3:13
  and
• 3:13
  over
• 3:14
  again.
• 3:15
  When
• 3:15
  someone
• 3:16
  truly
• 3:16
  believes
• 3:17
  they
• 3:17
  are
• 3:17
  forgiven
• 3:18
  and
• 3:18
  they
• 3:18
  truly
• 3:19
  believe
• 3:19
  they
• 3:19
  can
• 3:19
  start
• 3:20
  again,
• 3:20
  their
• 3:20
  financial
• 3:21
  life
• 3:21
  begins
• 3:21
  to
• 3:22
  heal
• 3:22
  faster
• 3:22
  and
• 3:22
  deeper
• 3:23
  than
• 3:23
  they
• 3:23
  could
• 3:23
  have
• 3:23
  ever
• 3:24
  imagined.
• 3:25
  Because
• 3:26
  the
• 3:26
  issue
• 3:26
  isn't
• 3:26
  just
• 3:27
  money.
• 3:27
  It's
• 3:28
  the
• 3:28
  heart.
• 3:29
  And
• 3:29
  Christ
• 3:30
  heals
• 3:30
  the
• 3:30
  heart.
• 3:32
  A
• 3:32
  woman
• 3:32
  in
• 3:32
  our
• 3:32
  community,
• 3:33
  and
• 3:33
  I'll
• 3:33
  call
• 3:33
  her
• 3:33
  Denise,
• 3:34
  once
• 3:35
  told
• 3:35
  me
• 3:35
  she
• 3:35
  felt
• 3:36
  disqualified
• 3:36
  from
• 3:37
  financial
• 3:37
  peace
• 3:38
  because
• 3:38
  of
• 3:38
  her
• 3:38
  past.
• 3:40
  She
• 3:40
  said
• 3:40
  this
• 3:40
  to
• 3:40
  me.
• 3:41
  It
• 3:41
  was
• 3:41
  heartbreaking.
• 3:41
  She
• 3:41
  said,
• 3:41
  ralph,
• 3:42
  I've
• 3:42
  messed
• 3:42
  up
• 3:43
  too
• 3:43
  many
• 3:43
  times.
• 3:44
  I
• 3:45
  don't
• 3:45
  even
• 3:45
  deserve
• 3:45
  a
• 3:45
  reset.
• 3:47
  But
• 3:47
  then
• 3:47
  one
• 3:48
  Sunday
• 3:48
  morning,
• 3:48
  she
• 3:49
  was
• 3:49
  reading
• 3:49
  Scripture,
• 3:50
  and
• 3:50
  she
• 3:50
  Felt
• 3:51
  God
• 3:51
  whispered,
• 3:52
  you
• 3:53
  are
• 3:53
  new.
• 3:54
  Just
• 3:55
  so
• 3:55
  quiet.
• 3:55
  He
• 3:55
  said,
• 3:56
  you
• 3:56
  are
• 3:57
  new.
• 3:58
  And
• 3:58
  she
• 3:59
  grabbed
• 3:59
  ahold
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  that.
• 4:00
  She
• 4:00
  wrote
• 4:00
  it
• 4:00
  down,
• 4:01
  she
• 4:01
  prayed
• 4:01
  about
• 4:01
  it.
• 4:02
  But
• 4:02
  more
• 4:02
  than
• 4:02
  all
• 4:03
  those
• 4:03
  things,
• 4:03
  she
• 4:04
  believed
• 4:04
  it.
• 4:05
  And
• 4:05
  she
• 4:05
  told
• 4:05
  me
• 4:05
  later,
• 4:06
  she
• 4:06
  said,
• 4:06
  ralph,
• 4:06
  once
• 4:07
  I
• 4:07
  accepted
• 4:07
  I
• 4:08
  was
• 4:08
  new
• 4:08
  in
• 4:08
  Christ,
• 4:09
  I
• 4:09
  finally
• 4:10
  had
• 4:10
  the
• 4:10
  courage
• 4:11
  to
• 4:11
  rebuild
• 4:11
  my
• 4:12
  life.
• 4:13
  Not
• 4:13
  because
• 4:14
  her
• 4:14
  income
• 4:14
  changed,
• 4:15
  but
• 4:16
  because
• 4:16
  her
• 4:16
  identity
• 4:17
  changed.
• 4:19
  So
• 4:19
  let
• 4:19
  me
• 4:19
  ask
• 4:20
  you,
• 4:20
  what
• 4:21
  if
• 4:21
  you
• 4:21
  believe
• 4:21
  that
• 4:21
  Christ
• 4:22
  really
• 4:22
  has
• 4:22
  made
• 4:23
  you
• 4:23
  new,
• 4:24
  what
• 4:25
  would
• 4:25
  that
• 4:25
  change?
• 4:25
  Would
• 4:26
  it
• 4:26
  change
• 4:26
  the
• 4:26
  way
• 4:27
  you
• 4:27
  see
• 4:27
  your
• 4:27
  finances?
• 4:28
  Would
• 4:28
  it
• 4:28
  change
• 4:28
  the
• 4:29
  way
• 4:29
  you
• 4:29
  see
• 4:29
  your
• 4:29
  future?
• 4:30
  Hey.
• 4:30
  Would
• 4:30
  it
• 4:30
  change
• 4:31
  the
• 4:31
  way
• 4:31
  you
• 4:31
  see
• 4:31
  yourself?
• 4:33
  So
• 4:33
  let
• 4:33
  me
• 4:33
  reaffirm
• 4:34
  this
• 4:34
  right
• 4:34
  now.
• 4:35
  In
• 4:36
  Christ,
• 4:36
  you
• 4:37
  are
• 4:37
  truly
• 4:37
  new.
• 4:38
  Not
• 4:38
  partially
• 4:39
  new.
• 4:39
  Not
• 4:39
  cosmetically
• 4:40
  new.
• 4:40
  Not
• 4:41
  on
• 4:41
  the
• 4:41
  outside.
• 4:42
  Try
• 4:42
  and
• 4:42
  harder
• 4:43
  next
• 4:43
  time.
• 4:43
  New.
• 4:44
  Completely
• 4:44
  new.
• 4:45
  Completely
• 4:46
  new
• 4:46
  spiritually,
• 4:47
  Completely
• 4:47
  new
• 4:48
  emotionally.
• 4:48
  And
• 4:49
  yes,
• 4:50
  completely
• 4:50
  new
• 4:51
  financially.
• 4:53
  Your
• 4:53
  past
• 4:54
  has
• 4:54
  no
• 4:54
  authority
• 4:55
  over
• 4:55
  your
• 4:55
  future.
• 4:56
  Those
• 4:56
  old
• 4:57
  habits
• 4:57
  don't
• 4:57
  define
• 4:58
  you.
• 4:58
  That
• 4:59
  shame
• 4:59
  does
• 4:59
  not
• 5:00
  sentence
• 5:00
  you.
• 5:00
  Those
• 5:01
  mistakes
• 5:01
  that
• 5:02
  you've
• 5:02
  made
• 5:02
  do
• 5:03
  not
• 5:03
  imprison
• 5:03
  you.
• 5:04
  Christ
• 5:05
  has

• 5:12
  See,

  financial
• 5:12
  peace
• 5:13
  isn't

  just

• 5:44
  everything
• 5:44
  today.
• 5:45
  You

• 5:46
  you

• 5:49
  You're

• 5:51
  He's

• 5:53
  he's

• 5:54
  He's

• 5:54
  you
• 5:55
  forward,
• 5:55
  step
• 5:55
  by

• 5:56
  Listen

  anyone
• 6:03
  is

  in
• 6:04
  Christ,
• 6:05
  the

  because

  that

  your

  heart.
• 6:15
  It
• 6:15
  includes
• 6:15
  your
• 6:15
  identity,
• 6:16
  it
• 6:16
  includes
• 6:17
  your
• 6:17
  habits,
• 6:17
  it
• 6:18
  includes
• 6:18
  your

  future.
• 6:19
  And
• 6:19
  yes,
• 6:19
  it
• 6:20
  includes
• 6:20
  your
• 6:20
  finances
• 6:21
  too.
• 6:21
  The
• 6:22
  old
• 6:22
  is
• 6:22
  gone,
• 6:23
  the
• 6:23
  new
• 6:24
  is
• 6:24
  here.
• 6:25
  Just
• 6:25
  let

  truth
• 6:26
  settle
• 6:26
  deep
• 6:26

• 6:27
  today,

  that

• 6:36
  And
• 6:37
  today
• 6:37
  we
• 6:37
  just
• 6:37
  surrender
• 6:38
  our
• 6:38
  finances,
• 6:39
  Lord.
• 6:39
  We
• 6:39
  surrender
• 6:39
  our

  goals
• 6:40
  and

  we
