The Rays crushed the Orioles 8-4 in a thrilling showdown, with Drew Rasmussen striking out Zack Gelof early and Jack Perkins nailing Richie Palacios. Yandy Díaz added insurance with a fielder’s choice run, while Liam Hicks’ 16th homer gave the Orioles a jolt — but Carlos Cortes answered with a two-run double and Junior Caminero followed with a bloop single to keep Tampa ahead.
