- 0:00Speaker 1: There's a person in my household who loves shoshido peppers,
- 0:08Speaker 1: particularly loves shashido peppers when they've been you know, put
- 0:11Speaker 1: some oil and some salt and pepper on them and
- 0:14Speaker 1: then grill them blistered, it blistered shashiedo peppers. Loves them
- 0:18Speaker 1: and so and I like them quite a bit. But
- 0:21Speaker 1: one member of my household, the youngest member, that person
- 0:25Speaker 1: just is crazy for them. And so my wife, missus Bill,
- 0:30Speaker 1: grows every year shoshido peppers, and it gets exciting. So
- 0:35Speaker 1: we get shashido peppers. And because we have shashido peppers,
- 0:39Speaker 1: and we have shashiko grilled shachiedo peppers and steak grilled
- 0:43Speaker 1: on the and it is a lovely meal. You know,
- 0:46Speaker 1: you have some red wine, just the steak, just the
- 0:50Speaker 1: shoshio peppers, maybe a baked potato. So I come downstairs
- 0:53Speaker 1: this morning, my wife said, I think we're close to
- 0:56Speaker 1: having enough peppers. And I come downstairs this morning and
- 0:59Speaker 1: I I find this on the cutting board. My wife
- 1:03Speaker 1: has there's a pile of shashido peppers and she has
- 1:06Speaker 1: spelled out CHESHEETO. If you go to x ninety six
- 1:10Speaker 1: dot com slash live, she's spelled out shasheedo with the peppers.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Now looks like plenty of peppers.
- 1:16Speaker 1: It is, it's it'll be just enough. And I think
- 1:20Speaker 1: she she probably picked every every last one of them
- 1:23Speaker 1: off the vine plant whatever, and but I just thought
- 1:26Speaker 1: that was so funny and sweet. Five in the morning,
- 1:30Speaker 1: I'm looking down at the cutting board going huh, chasheto huh,
- 1:34Speaker 1: I know what I looked. I looked in the refrigerator
- 1:38Speaker 1: and there's a couple of big, big, fat, thick ribbi
- 1:41Speaker 1: steaks in there. And uh, I know, I was, I know,
- 1:45Speaker 1: I know what. We're not having baked potatoes. I know
- 1:47Speaker 1: what we're having because this young member of my family,
- 1:50Speaker 1: the youngest member of my family, also likes crispy smashed
- 1:58Speaker 1: potatoes are the best. So the little potatoes and you
- 2:01Speaker 1: kind of boil them for a while and you put
- 2:03Speaker 1: them on a sheet pan and smash them flat, put
- 2:06Speaker 1: a little salt and pepper or something on them to
- 2:08Speaker 1: throw them in the oven, and they get all crispy.
- 2:12Speaker 3: And that's so that's what we're having.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Because I saw a big bag my wife went to
- 2:16Speaker 1: Costco yesterday. I got one of those giant bags of little,
- 2:20Speaker 1: little tiny potatoes.
- 2:21Speaker 3: But isn't that.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I mean, my wife is a clever, charming person. I
- 2:26Speaker 1: just think that's really funny and clever, and she's terrific.
- 2:30Speaker 1: It's just terrific.
- 2:31Speaker 4: You you grill up the shashidos. Yeah, a little bit
- 2:36Speaker 4: of olive oil and maybe some garlic on there.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Yeah, little maybe a little garlic powder and salt, and
- 2:40Speaker 1: then you play the game one in ten.
- 2:44Speaker 2: There, Oh, it is not really a shashido.
- 2:46Speaker 5: One in ten will will be spicy.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Yeah, No, they're really shoshidos, but occasionally you'll get really
- 2:53Speaker 1: spic occasionally.
- 2:54Speaker 6: Yeah, and it's the one in rule.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:56Speaker 5: Mostly they're not. Mostly they're not. They're very flavorful.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Yeah, but every once in a while you get one.
- 3:03Speaker 7: My daughter last night came downstairs and we said, what
- 3:06Speaker 7: are we going to do for dinner? And she said,
- 3:09Speaker 7: I have a request. And Joe does all the cooking,
- 3:13Speaker 7: and he's like, I am open to your request. And

- 3:20Speaker 7: need some protein. I would like beef tacos. This is

- 3:27Speaker 7: we're working through the beef in our house.
- 3:29Speaker 5: So it was it was opportunity.
- 3:31Speaker 7: It was like all hands on deck to get by
- 3:34Speaker 7: the way jonesy her beef because.
- 3:35Speaker 3: She'm happy to help you with that. Again.

- 3:43Speaker 3: It's delicious.
- 3:44Speaker 2: We're working through.
- 3:45Speaker 7: We got half a cow, which is a lot more
- 3:49Speaker 7: meat than you think.
- 3:49Speaker 5: Well, it's half of a cow's already pretty big. Half
- 3:57Speaker 5: a one still pretty big. But I didn't I didn't
- 4:00Speaker 5: do too bad.
- 4:00Speaker 1: I only got a We got a half a half
- 4:03Speaker 1: a half a tuna, and it was was that it's not.
- 4:06Speaker 3: That much for me.
- 4:08Speaker 2: But we didn't do like ground beef tacos.
- 4:12Speaker 7: Joe did like marinated steak on the grill and sliced
- 4:17Speaker 7: it really thin for tacos.

- 4:41Speaker 1: to our house and uh, they do all, I mean,
- 4:44Speaker 1: great Mexican food, but all I ever order is the
- 4:47Speaker 1: what is it?
- 4:48Speaker 3: Beria? Beria?
- 4:50Speaker 1: They have just I couldn't I couldn't believe it when
