- 1:51Speaker 9: I can't believe I want it either. I can't believe it.
- 1:55Speaker 9: And I forgot about it a little bit. I forgot
- 1:58Speaker 9: about the what it was like because paycheck came through.
- 2:02Speaker 5: No I still haven't been paid.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Oh I haven't gotten the money. You got it, you
- 2:08Speaker 4: got it.
- 2:08Speaker 5: We're gonna stick with it this time. It's was it inadvertent?
- 2:15Speaker 5: Is that the word you were looking for, which I
- 2:17Speaker 5: wish that was the word that I was looking for.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Invitational was the word I was.
- 2:25Speaker 9: The Internet invitational. We shot it, I think it was
- 2:27Speaker 9: in August. Yeah, that's that sounds right, and then it
- 2:33Speaker 9: just aired and we had to keep it a secret.
- 2:37Speaker 5: And I won. I won the whole thing.
- 2:42Speaker 8: Why did you tell us?
- 2:43Speaker 5: I told you? I told you.
- 2:46Speaker 4: If you didn't tell us, I know, would have found.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Out though, or like America has got talent and ship
- 2:54Speaker 1: like that, like you can't even tell your family members.
- 2:57Speaker 5: Yeah really, I mean, look, here's the thing.
- 3:00Speaker 9: He had thirty Barstool producers that were there, so the
- 3:05Speaker 9: whole office knew. Yeah, there weren't very You guys would
- 3:08Speaker 9: have found out. I knew you would find out and.
- 3:10Speaker 8: Loose lips for Solei's fucking blabb in his mouth.
- 3:13Speaker 9: There you go, of course, man, I'd run through a
- 3:17Speaker 9: fence for that guy. I thought it was one of
- 3:20Speaker 9: the best pieces of content that I've ever seen from Barstool.
- 3:24Speaker 9: I've said this, I don't think that there is a
- 3:26Speaker 9: way it was absurd the way that it unfolded.
- 3:31Speaker 5: You had it.
- 3:33Speaker 9: It was so big at the start, forty eight players,
- 3:38Speaker 9: all the biggest YouTube golf stars, major stars like Andrew Santino,
- 3:43Speaker 9: people like that, and it whittled down day after day
- 3:46Speaker 9: until it was finally me.
- 3:49Speaker 5: Beef and Brad Dalky who is Can you give a.
- 3:52Speaker 8: Little background on who he is? Because he was such
- 3:55Speaker 8: a likable, winning character and he was like he was
- 3:57Speaker 8: like very good.
- 3:59Speaker 9: Golf is part of good Good, which is the I
- 4:03Speaker 9: think probably the biggest YouTube golf.
- 4:05Speaker 5: Group that there is.
- 4:07Speaker 9: Definitely they're kind of like, they don't swear, they're all
- 4:13Speaker 9: good people, and they market a little bit to like
- 4:17Speaker 9: fathers and their young sons. I think that's their like demographic.
- 4:20Speaker 9: To the degree that we've collaborated with them before and
- 4:24Speaker 9: we'll go one video on their channel, one video on
- 4:26Speaker 9: our channel, one video on their channel one on ours,
- 4:28Speaker 9: and in the videos where they're on our channels, like
- 4:32Speaker 9: we swear, they loosen up a little bit.
- 4:35Speaker 5: On theirs, it's.
- 4:35Speaker 9: Like clean, we gotta yeah, And it's a similar thing
- 4:39Speaker 9: to the Nate Bargaci thing where you're like you could
- 4:42Speaker 9: knock them for, you know, not allowing the word fuck
- 4:45Speaker 9: to fly. Yeah, And then it's like except that they're
- 4:49Speaker 9: making hundreds of millions of dollars because nine year old
- 4:53Speaker 9: boys are like obsessed with them.
- 4:57Speaker 8: It's also you don't need to swear.
- 5:00Speaker 9: You don't need to swear, but when you hear someone
- 5:02Speaker 9: hit a bad shot and be like, gosh darn it.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, that's a little.
- 5:07Speaker 5: What the fuck was that?
- 5:09Speaker 8: Didn't want of them? Chuck their club too?
- 5:11Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, I mean, look, all the all the gloves
- 5:15Speaker 9: came off in this.
- 5:16Speaker 8: But isn't that guy who threw his club a good
- 5:18Speaker 8: good guy?
- 5:19Speaker 5: He is. He's also the guy that's a guy in
- 5:23Speaker 5: the Rangefinder scandal.
- 5:25Speaker 1: This is how nice is it for you that you
- 5:27Speaker 1: not only won, but like got to be the good guy.
- 5:32Speaker 1: You're like so quick on the right side of history
- 5:35Speaker 1: going against these evil, cheating, malevolent, nasty force dude.
- 5:39Speaker 9: I mean it again, it's like, I don't know how
- 5:44Speaker 9: you could have scripted it. If someone read the script
- 5:46Speaker 9: of how that tournament was going to end, Hollywood agents
- 5:50Speaker 9: would be like, this is too, it's cheesy. This has
- 5:54Speaker 9: been done one hundred times by Disney. We're not making
- 5:57Speaker 9: this movie.
- 5:59Speaker 5: It was outrageous. We it was truly good versus evil.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Uh, the good good guy was the dude with the rangefinder.
- 6:07Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm telling this all out of order, and by
- 6:09Speaker 9: the way, fucking watch it.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Well, no, I've seen, I've seen. I just didn't know
- 6:13Speaker 4: that said, did you watch the videos or no, I've seen,
- 6:15Speaker 4: I've seen parts. Yeah, I'm fully I'm fully. No, I
- 6:19Speaker 4: know everything that happens for for for for no other
- 6:22Speaker 4: reason than it's it's good. Yeah, I'm going good, I'm
- 6:25Speaker 4: going to but also okay, so uh, by the way,
- 6:32Speaker 4: we won't spend the whole episode talking about this.
- 6:34Speaker 8: People want to hear.
- 6:35Speaker 5: I'll try to. I'll try to tell us.
- 6:36Speaker 1: It's a big number, so we're kind of we're kind
- 6:38Speaker 1: of leeching off of it a little.
- 6:40Speaker 5: That's fine.
- 6:41Speaker 4: I'm thrilled talk about talking about the rangefinder situation a
- 6:44Speaker 4: little bit.
- 6:44Speaker 9: I don't even know where to begin. I mean, there's
- 6:46Speaker 9: so much to talk about. So we make it to
- 6:50Speaker 9: the finals the day sorry, let me back up. I'll
- 6:53Speaker 9: start with the like the night the field's forty eight people,
- 6:59Speaker 9: two captains, twenty four versus twenty four.
- 7:04Speaker 4: Yeah, a tiny speck of dust explodes.
- 7:10Speaker 9: I don't know the big bang theory, but so on
- 7:17Speaker 9: the it was like it got it's twenty four verus
- 7:19Speaker 9: twenty four. Somehow our team won the first day squeaked
- 7:23Speaker 9: by with points, so half the field was eliminated after
- 7:27Speaker 9: the first day.
- 7:27Speaker 8: Kind of fucked because like those are some good, good golf.
- 7:31Speaker 9: Yeah, you lost all of the Robbie Berger crew except
- 7:34Speaker 9: for the Jet. You lost Andrew Santino and Rick Shields,
- 7:39Speaker 9: who won both of their matches. And I thought that
- 7:41Speaker 9: was kind of, in hindsight, unfair. It's like if you
- 7:44Speaker 9: win both of your matches and you don't advance. Yes,
- 7:47Speaker 9: I think that next year a team that if they
- 7:52Speaker 9: if they replicate the formula, a team that wins both
- 7:54Speaker 9: of its matches on the first day should be allowed
- 7:57Speaker 9: to play a playoff hole against a team that lost
- 7:59Speaker 9: both of its matches and is advancing on the coattails
- 8:03Speaker 9: of its team. Yeah, something like that. But is this
- 8:07Speaker 9: Are they doing this every year?
- 8:09Speaker 5: Maybe?
- 8:10Speaker 8: Dumb not to.
- 8:10Speaker 9: I don't know how you don't do it again. I
- 8:12Speaker 9: mean every video got like five million.
- 8:14Speaker 4: Views, so you I mean at this point, like if
- 8:16Speaker 4: I were you, I would just start like really focusing
- 8:18Speaker 4: on your golf game, right, that's just a summer yearly
- 8:22Speaker 4: thing for you.
- 8:23Speaker 5: And dude, I was. I was probably in.
- 8:29Speaker 9: The uh bottom third of the field as far as skill.
- 8:36Speaker 5: Yeah, I really was not. Next year, no, I mean truly, dude, Like.
- 8:40Speaker 4: We're paying for training. He's going towards there were Asian mothers. Yeah,
- 8:47Speaker 4: we'reing this money. We're gonna get a golf simulator in
- 8:50Speaker 4: this in this whole corner just for you.
- 8:52Speaker 9: Hey, I'll take it. Just me piping in remote to
- 8:56Speaker 9: the pot of Florida all winter.
- 8:59Speaker 8: Guys, connections a little spotty.
- 9:04Speaker 9: So it gets down to the last twelve and you
- 9:07Speaker 9: got to remember that, uh, because it went twenty four
- 9:10Speaker 9: versus twenty four, then twelve versus twelve on the second day,
- 9:13Speaker 9: and we came from behind on the second day to win.
- 9:17Speaker 9: And then after fighting so hard with your team of
- 9:21Speaker 9: twelve to advance the second the last hole is over,
- 9:26Speaker 9: you are now opponents. And that's a weird vibe. And
- 9:31Speaker 9: we had dinner and then Dave was like, all right,
- 9:33Speaker 9: if you guys can amongst yourselves select your teams fairly,
- 9:38Speaker 9: I'll let you do it. Instead of just choosing four captains,
- 9:42Speaker 9: the final day was going to be four teams of three,
- 9:46Speaker 9: and at this point, you know there's still like there's
- 9:51Speaker 9: four A players, four B players, and four level players
- 9:54Speaker 9: left in the field. So The thought was that we
- 9:57Speaker 9: each team would have an A player, B player, and
- 9:59Speaker 9: a C player.
- 10:00Speaker 8: The players is that based on handicaps.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Yea handicap.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Based on a handicap, handicap is pretty low, so all
- 10:07Speaker 1: the other.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Player and these guys are well like scratch.
- 10:11Speaker 9: On the final day. Like in that grouping, I was
- 10:15Speaker 9: the worst of the B players as far as on paper,
- 10:20Speaker 9: but I was playing well enough that I was probably No,
- 10:27Speaker 9: there's no sandbagging if you can't there's no handicaps.
- 10:31Speaker 5: Everyone could see I would do. I didn't at all.
- 10:36Speaker 5: I didn't sa at all.
- 10:39Speaker 4: They find out about the medaglasses with the built in slow.
- 10:48Speaker 9: We selected the teams. It worked out that I got
- 10:51Speaker 9: to play with Brad Donkey, who was the best remaining
- 10:53Speaker 9: player by far. He played college golf at Oklahoma and
- 10:57Speaker 9: won the national championship. I think for them, I think
- 11:01Speaker 9: he was a deciding player. To have won the national
- 11:05Speaker 9: championship for UH Oklahoma in golf, that's crazy. Then he
- 11:08Speaker 9: tried to go pro for a little bit. I think
- 11:11Speaker 9: he was having some issues with his driver, and the
- 11:13Speaker 9: margins at that level are so thin that if you
- 11:15Speaker 9: just have any issues at all, your you're fucked.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Ultimately, the issues with the driver is like that he
- 11:21Speaker 1: was He's like driving it consistently, like ten yards shorter.
- 11:25Speaker 5: Than it was. More the dispersion. He couldn't keep it straight.
- 11:29Speaker 5: Got it? These are according to him, like, man, it.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Reminds me of myself with your gay ass irons irons
- 11:34Speaker 4: off the t box.
- 11:35Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:35Speaker 4: I told him that, get gone to the tour.
- 11:39Speaker 8: My voice asses iron smart golfus. H.
- 11:42Speaker 1: So, so you said that they let you pick the
- 11:46Speaker 1: teams among yourselves and then he said, somehow you wound
- 11:49Speaker 1: up with Dalkey.
- 11:51Speaker 8: Yeah, how did that? How did that?
- 11:53Speaker 5: What? Where?
- 11:53Speaker 8: Who courted who? How did I?
- 11:55Speaker 5: I didn't know. I had no power to say anything.
- 11:57Speaker 5: I had sauce on my face.
- 11:59Speaker 9: I mean, and by the way, I addressed this in
- 12:02Speaker 9: the chap ECC, but a clip went kind of viral
- 12:05Speaker 9: of one of the camera people being like, Francis, you
- 12:08Speaker 9: have sauce on your face, and I said, I don't care.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Do I look like I care?
- 12:12Speaker 9: I'm wearing my goofy, dumb sun hat. Yeah, covered in sunscreen.
- 12:16Speaker 9: I'm a different shade from everyone else in the fucking field.
- 12:19Speaker 9: And it was ninety seven degrees and bright sun in
- 12:22Speaker 9: August in Missouri. So I don't care that I don't
- 12:25Speaker 9: look good.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I had ever protected my sl with like towel, wetwel
- 12:29Speaker 1: over the head just to keep cool.
- 12:31Speaker 9: And I was like, yeah, I don't, I'm not. I
- 12:34Speaker 9: was like, I'm not here to bang chicks. This is
- 12:36Speaker 9: kind of a funny rejoinder. And then Page comes over
- 12:39Speaker 9: the top and says not in that hat, which everyone
- 12:43Speaker 9: was like, wow, Page, Ether and Francis. It's like she
- 12:46Speaker 9: said the same thing I did. It would have been
- 12:50Speaker 9: an ether if I had been like I'm here to
- 12:53Speaker 9: bang chicks and she was like not in that hat. Yeah,
- 12:57Speaker 9: that would have been stuffing me in a lot. But
- 13:00Speaker 9: I was like I look stupid, and she was like
- 13:02Speaker 9: you look stupid. It's the same tone. Yeah, right, yes.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Anyway, being said, though you got the final come upance
- 13:11Speaker 1: against her, she was in that final match, she was
- 13:14Speaker 1: kind of she was giving it to you a little bit.
- 13:17Speaker 1: She was like, guess you never played professional golfer?
- 13:20Speaker 5: Yeah, she said. She said.
- 13:22Speaker 9: We wouldn't give her a putt on the first hole
- 13:25Speaker 9: that was like a one and a half foot slider
- 13:29Speaker 9: outside the hole, and I had a putt for bogie
- 13:32Speaker 9: and she was like, is that good, and I'm like, no,
- 13:35Speaker 9: I said if I if I miss mine, you're good,
- 13:38Speaker 9: because then.
- 13:38Speaker 5: They could have two putted to win. Yeah.
- 13:40Speaker 9: Yeah, but I had a putt for bogey, which would
- 13:43Speaker 9: have meant that they would have needed to make this
- 13:45Speaker 9: downhill sliding putt even from a short distance to win
- 13:49Speaker 9: the hole. And she said, just shows you've never played
- 13:53Speaker 9: competitive golf before. And I was like, what do you mean,
- 13:58Speaker 9: like it's playing for a million dollars?
- 14:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I feel like that's the opposite.
- 14:02Speaker 9: You gotta like, you gotta make those putts. Yeah, it's
- 14:05Speaker 9: not like stress and all kinds of stuffs. They're like, here, yeah,
- 14:08Speaker 9: you finish that one out, and well, yeah, I don't
- 14:13Speaker 9: know that I heard her even say that quip. And
- 14:17Speaker 9: then I think Brad mentioned it to me on the
- 14:20Speaker 9: next tee, which they got me steaming, and I went
- 14:27Speaker 9: up to her partner, her teammate Melosi. I was like,
- 14:31Speaker 9: he was like, don't give us those putts, and I
- 14:32Speaker 9: was like, yeah, what the fuck was that about? And
- 14:36Speaker 9: and then they were like. I was like, if she
- 14:39Speaker 9: wants to make this match like that, if she wants
- 14:43Speaker 9: to turn it into like the mud slinging barstool fucking
- 14:49Speaker 9: dirty war that we know how to fight, like, I'll
- 14:53Speaker 9: happily go there, but I didn't think that she wanted
- 14:57Speaker 9: to do that.
- 14:58Speaker 8: And I think you're about to write a black between brought.
- 15:02Speaker 5: My pom pilot to uh post a blog. I'm the
- 15:06Speaker 5: first hole with page. I can't spoil what happened, but
- 15:09Speaker 5: needless to say, she sucks no.
- 15:12Speaker 9: But you know, then she was like, I think she
- 15:15Speaker 9: realized that she did not want that, and she was like,
- 15:17Speaker 9: can we have a truce?
- 15:18Speaker 5: And I was like, yeah, sure, whatever.
- 15:20Speaker 8: But so that was funny that she did that.
- 15:23Speaker 1: But then later on in the eight holes, later she's
- 15:26Speaker 1: stomping down, she gets a.
- 15:28Speaker 9: Little unlucky in that she does something where she mats
- 15:33Speaker 9: down the long grass around Belosi's ball. And then Peter Finch,
- 15:37Speaker 9: who was like the moral, upright kind of compass of
- 15:40Speaker 9: the whole tournament, good guy, came to Brad and was like,
- 15:43Speaker 9: I just saw her improving their.
- 15:45Speaker 8: Lie, the moral compass aka the snitch of the Yeah.
- 15:50Speaker 9: But Brad had told him to keep an eye on them.
- 15:53Speaker 9: He had assigned them this because I think he knew
- 15:59Speaker 9: maybe I don't want to put words in any of
- 16:01Speaker 9: their mouths.
- 16:02Speaker 8: But they're a dirty team.
- 16:03Speaker 5: I think MO.
- 16:04Speaker 9: There was a suspicion that MO might not have been
- 16:08Speaker 9: playing straight with what with the rangefinder stuff, or people
- 16:13Speaker 9: were onto him about the rangefinder. By the second day
- 16:18Speaker 9: there were suspicions of that, especially in the par three course,
- 16:21Speaker 9: because all of the T shots were elevated T shots,
- 16:24Speaker 9: so it was the one course we're having slope on
- 16:28Speaker 9: would have provided the biggest advantage.
- 16:30Speaker 8: Can you explain what the fuck all that is?
- 16:32Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 16:33Speaker 9: I feel bad for our listeners who want to hear
- 16:35Speaker 9: like plain talk and Harry's DIARYEA.
- 16:37Speaker 8: But we're getting all the good good crowd with this one.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:42Speaker 9: A rangefinder is tells you how far away the pin
- 16:46Speaker 9: is from where you stand, and if you have an
- 16:50Speaker 9: up if the green is uphill or downhill from you,
- 16:54Speaker 9: then if even if the pin is technically one hundred
- 16:57Speaker 9: and fifty yards away because you're hitting it down hill,
- 17:01Speaker 9: it may tell you you only need to hit a
- 17:03Speaker 9: one hundred and forty three yard shot, like there's seven
- 17:06Speaker 9: yards of downhill. Yeah, less that you need to hit
- 17:10Speaker 9: it versus if it were a straight shot.
- 17:13Speaker 4: Flat because well, because some range.
- 17:17Speaker 9: Doesn't allow slope to be on on your rangefinders. It's
- 17:20Speaker 9: one of those weird things. In fact, I don't think
- 17:23Speaker 9: they use it. I don't know if they use range
- 17:25Speaker 9: finders at all.
- 17:26Speaker 4: They don't, well.
- 17:27Speaker 8: Why would you be using one at all?
- 17:28Speaker 1: Or like why is it so like it's like a
- 17:31Speaker 1: button click away, but it's all it's on everybody to
- 17:34Speaker 1: play ethically, so you.
- 17:36Speaker 8: Know what I mean, Like that's almost put in too
- 17:38Speaker 8: much trust in all.
- 17:39Speaker 4: Why not just use like the cart like the cart
- 17:41Speaker 4: one did they not have that?
- 17:43Speaker 5: They don't remember. I don't think so. Maybe I don't think.
- 17:47Speaker 4: It good suggestion.
- 17:50Speaker 9: Either way. All week long it had been known. It
- 17:53Speaker 9: was established at the beginning of the tournament that we
- 17:55Speaker 9: were not allowed to use slope on our rangefinders. Dave
- 17:58Speaker 9: was told that, like, you can use range finders, and
- 18:00Speaker 9: then someone was like, what if slopes on?
- 18:02Speaker 5: What about slope? And he was like, what is slope?
- 18:03Speaker 9: And he was like, someone said the PGA tourtisn't allowed,
- 18:06Speaker 9: and he was like, all right, no slope, and then
- 18:08Speaker 9: he reiterated it on the second day. It was like
- 18:11Speaker 9: one of those rare rules where it got into his
- 18:13Speaker 9: head and he was like, we're not allowing that, yeah,
- 18:18Speaker 9: And then Moe.
- 18:20Speaker 4: You know, cheated. He's deaf? Can he not hear?
- 18:26Speaker 5: I don't know. I don't know what to say about it.
- 18:28Speaker 8: It's on camera.
- 18:30Speaker 5: I'll happily say I thought it was acted.
- 18:32Speaker 9: I think if it even if it wasn't on in
- 18:35Speaker 9: that moment, it was on all.
- 18:36Speaker 8: Week, and it was on in that moment.
- 18:39Speaker 9: There's no chance to me that he did not flout
- 18:42Speaker 9: that rule to some degree.
- 18:45Speaker 1: And well, his excuse was I had it in my
- 18:48Speaker 1: hand because I was going to show it to them
- 18:50Speaker 1: because I knew that there was a problem. But on
- 18:52Speaker 1: the video, he has it in his hand, clicks it
- 18:54Speaker 1: off and then puts it back down. So it's not
- 18:56Speaker 1: like he picked it up and like it was like
- 18:57Speaker 1: news on camera and took it right over to them.
- 19:00Speaker 1: He just got caught so redhanded.
- 19:02Speaker 9: He got caught and golf, you know the page thing,
- 19:06Speaker 9: the matting down of the grass happens.
- 19:09Speaker 4: Oh, they were falling apart.
- 19:11Speaker 5: They bring this to us on the next tea box,
- 19:14Speaker 5: which was the ninth hole.
- 19:15Speaker 4: Did you guys know at this point like they're crumbling completely?
- 19:18Speaker 9: No, No, they were they were either. I think we
- 19:21Speaker 9: were tied in the match and we going into the
- 19:24Speaker 9: ninth hole. We had no sense whatsoever that they were
- 19:29Speaker 9: cheating at all, either about the slope or the matting
- 19:33Speaker 9: down of the yes. To us up to that point,
- 19:37Speaker 9: it was just a neck and neck.
- 19:39Speaker 5: And all three of them are actually very good at cheating.
- 19:44Speaker 9: No, you can't include Frankie in any of it. He
- 19:46Speaker 9: had nothing to do with anything. He truly like was
- 19:49Speaker 9: oblivious to it and did no wrong at all.
- 19:53Speaker 8: Yeah, just covered for them.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:57Speaker 9: I Actually the way the way it worked, the way
- 20:03Speaker 9: it went, was that Brad said to me like I
- 20:05Speaker 9: was just told that this is what happened with the grass, Like,
- 20:08Speaker 9: what do we do? And I was like, oh, I
- 20:11Speaker 9: don't know, boil boy. I was like, what do you
- 20:14Speaker 9: think we should do? And Brad was like, I think
- 20:15Speaker 9: we just.
- 20:16Speaker 5: Let it go.
- 20:16Speaker 9: We won the whole anyway, and and then he and
- 20:19Speaker 9: then I think he like I thought about it, and
- 20:23Speaker 9: I was like, oh, man, I don't know what to say,
- 20:26Speaker 9: and Brad was like, what should we do, which to
- 20:29Speaker 9: me meant that my guy, our horse, our leader, our masters,
- 20:37Speaker 9: you know, experienced Oklahoma sooner, national champion plus eight handicap
- 20:43Speaker 9: guy who knows the rule book of golf front to back,
- 20:46Speaker 9: was like, what do we do here?
- 20:50Speaker 8: And he's like barstool guy, professional comedian, like you got
- 20:53Speaker 8: to step up and that's your role.
- 20:55Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 20:56Speaker 5: I don't even know if he was being like go
- 20:58Speaker 5: go do it, hit some already work.
- 21:00Speaker 9: I think it was like he couldn't get past it,
- 21:04Speaker 9: and I couldn't get past it. And I don't remember
- 21:09Speaker 9: feeling like if we can get them penalized, that'll give
- 21:16Speaker 9: us a better chance of a million dollars. And I
- 21:20Speaker 9: certainly don't think that I was like, oh, this will
- 21:23Speaker 9: create content. Yeah, yeah, I was like mad. It was
- 21:27Speaker 9: pissed off. I was pissed off that they'd be cheating
- 21:30Speaker 9: in a match for a million dollars. That was what
- 21:33Speaker 9: bothered everyone would be. It was not like, let's use
- 21:37Speaker 9: this to our advantage. It was like, fuck that dude.
- 21:40Speaker 4: Yeah there a million?
- 21:44Speaker 8: How crazy is it?
- 21:48Speaker 9: That's why I truly believe that Page did not know
- 21:52Speaker 9: that that was not allowed.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Yeah, probably not, because it's on camera and it's blatant.
- 21:58Speaker 8: So I guess you never played tournament golf.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Yeah, there you go.
- 22:01Speaker 9: And she said she didn't know that it wasn't a looted.
- 22:04Speaker 9: But the way this worked was as we were approaching
- 22:06Speaker 9: the green on nine Brad and I are like, what
- 22:09Speaker 9: do we do?
- 22:09Speaker 5: What do we do?
- 22:10Speaker 9: I make the decision. I walk over to the camera
- 22:13Speaker 9: guy who had filmed them on the previous hole. Yeah,
- 22:17Speaker 9: while Moe was setting up to hit the shot around
- 22:19Speaker 9: which page tamp down the grass, and I said, hey,
- 22:23Speaker 9: did you shoot that shot? And did you shoot footage
- 22:26Speaker 9: before he hit it? And he goes yeah, and I go,
- 22:28Speaker 9: can I see the playback of that? We're on the
- 22:30Speaker 9: green in front of one hundred and fifty people, yeah,
- 22:34Speaker 9: and We're holding our hands over the lens and I'm
- 22:37Speaker 9: peering in and I hear Dave go, what's francis doing?
- 22:43Speaker 9: And at that point I was like, all right, this
- 22:45Speaker 9: is now going to be a thing.
- 22:47Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 22:47Speaker 9: And he ended up not having the footage on his camera,
- 22:52Speaker 9: but another camera got it. I didn't know where that
- 22:54Speaker 9: guy was.
- 22:55Speaker 5: He wiped it.
- 22:55Speaker 9: He wiped the footage, and so without seeing definitive evidence,
- 23:00Speaker 9: and I was not prepared to file a formal complaint.
- 23:05Speaker 9: Of course, if I had seen it and what actually happened,
- 23:09Speaker 9: I would have gone to Dave and been like, this
- 23:11Speaker 9: is fucking horseshit.
- 23:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 23:13Speaker 9: Yeah, But I couldn't see it and I couldn't find it,
- 23:16Speaker 9: so I was like, all right, I don't know, and
- 23:18Speaker 9: then they heard about it.
- 23:21Speaker 5: I told that.
- 23:22Speaker 9: Paige was like, what are you guys doing? And I
- 23:24Speaker 9: was like, someone told us this. We're not going to
- 23:26Speaker 9: press it. It is what it is. We're moving on.
- 23:30Speaker 9: She gets very upset because this now implies that she
- 23:34Speaker 9: is cheating. Yeah, while that's happening, Joey coldcuts goes to
- 23:39Speaker 9: Dave and tells him about the most slope controversy, which
- 23:44Speaker 9: instantly takes center stage on the court over anything to
- 23:50Speaker 9: do with Paige. But the thing was that we didn't
- 23:54Speaker 9: know about the slope. We didn't know that Wit and
- 23:59Speaker 9: Day and all the people that were around. The whole
- 24:03Speaker 9: gallery was consumed by the slope thing. Page thought they
- 24:09Speaker 9: were talking about her, which is why she remained upset
- 24:13Speaker 9: for multiple holes and people are like, wow, you really
- 24:15Speaker 9: shook her, Francis, She didn't.
- 24:16Speaker 8: Miss a fucking Yes, she was so amazing.
- 24:19Speaker 9: She was lights the fuck out during that stretch when
- 24:24Speaker 9: she had tears in her eyes. I don't know, if
- 24:26Speaker 9: you ever play him around with Page and she's on
- 24:28Speaker 9: your team, say something horrible to her because she becomes dialed.
- 24:32Speaker 9: The fucking she was unbelievable.
- 24:35Speaker 8: And like Frankie was like coaching her throw.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Co use it.
- 24:38Speaker 5: It was amazing.
- 24:40Speaker 8: You couldn't have picked a better Final six.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Everybody like really played a role and like was part
- 24:46Speaker 1: of the storyline and controversy. Everybody was like really good,
- 24:51Speaker 1: but there was like everybody kind of had something going on.
- 24:55Speaker 9: You know, you know something I didn't what I was
- 25:00Speaker 9: kind of I thought about it. I was like, I'm
- 25:02Speaker 9: kind of the one person in that final that really
- 25:06Speaker 9: didn't have much going on.
- 25:08Speaker 1: But you like were able to, like when she came
- 25:11Speaker 1: at you, you were able to have something to give
- 25:13Speaker 1: it back to her.
- 25:14Speaker 8: Yeah, but when the rules were.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Being broken, you were the one who had like the
- 25:17Speaker 1: hutchbud to be like, hey, the rules are being broken,
- 25:20Speaker 1: and I think.
- 25:21Speaker 9: I guess so yeah, But by the way, I'm not complaining,
- 25:24Speaker 9: Like it was just it was funny to me that
- 25:26Speaker 9: as someone who often is in the center of controversy
- 25:30Speaker 9: and a lot of these things, I you know, I
- 25:33Speaker 9: don't think that there was I was certainly not the
- 25:36Speaker 9: A storyline, nor was I the B storyline. But with
- 25:40Speaker 9: that said, the mo controversy swirls behind us. It's going
- 25:44Speaker 9: on and on. Meanwhile continuing to play, and it's just
- 25:47Speaker 9: like it's kicking off. Like people are looking at footage
- 25:51Speaker 9: and there's golf carts congregating. We're hearing yelling behind us,
- 25:55Speaker 9: and like Mo's being pulled aside by Dave and we
- 25:57Speaker 9: have no idea what the fuck's gonna happen.
- 25:59Speaker 8: And Dave are going back and forth.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I bet with each other and like Witch trying
- 26:03Speaker 1: to be like he's obviously on their side.
- 26:06Speaker 9: Yeah, and Brad is Brad is just trying to get
- 26:10Speaker 9: me in beef to calm us down, like keep us focused,
- 26:14Speaker 9: coaching us on what shots to hit next the I hit.
- 26:17Speaker 9: I did hit one good shot in this period, which
- 26:19Speaker 9: was a putt from off the green to an inch,
- 26:24Speaker 9: But I knew at this point that I was I
- 26:26Speaker 9: was getting so fucking nervous. And we come to uh.
- 26:32Speaker 9: We ended up winning the fifteenth hole, and we're up
- 26:36Speaker 9: two holes coming into sixteen, and the trophy and the
- 26:40Speaker 9: million dollars are within grasp. They are you could reach
- 26:46Speaker 9: out and fucking grab it. We're up two holes with
- 26:50Speaker 9: three holes to go. If we win one more hole,
- 26:53Speaker 9: it's over. Yeah, And Brad is just playing better golf
- 26:59Speaker 9: than anyone I've ever seen in my fucking life. No
- 27:02Speaker 9: matter what horrible position we put him into, he bails
- 27:05Speaker 9: us out time and time and time again. And I
- 27:10Speaker 9: have to step up on sixteen and hit a downhill
- 27:13Speaker 9: t shot on a par three with water on the left.
- 27:15Speaker 9: I know if I put it right, I'm putting a
- 27:17Speaker 9: short side the pin, tucked, tough pin. And I cannot
- 27:22Speaker 9: feel my fucking hands. Why because you're bro I've never
- 27:27Speaker 9: in my life, I was saying this again on the
- 27:30Speaker 9: chap ECC like I I've in my life when I
- 27:35Speaker 9: first time I had to went to kiss a girl. Uh,
- 27:39Speaker 9: first time I lost my virginity.
- 27:41Speaker 8: Second time you lost your virgin We're not talking.
- 27:43Speaker 9: About anal virginity, but my my vaginal virginity.
- 27:49Speaker 5: When my hymen was broken.
- 27:51Speaker 8: Uh no, you are there aus.
- 27:54Speaker 9: Getting getting in trouble, you know, get all these moments,
- 27:59Speaker 9: any any moment in my life that I can think
- 28:01Speaker 9: of where I was like that. That was the most
- 28:04Speaker 9: nervous I've ever met piano recitals as a kid, playing.
- 28:07Speaker 5: Lacrosse in college.
- 28:10Speaker 9: Nothing nothing compares to the way that I felt for
- 28:17Speaker 9: the final three holes of this fucking golf match. I
- 28:20Speaker 9: stopped talking. I couldn't swallow. I was so worried I
- 28:25Speaker 9: was going to pass out. And I couldn't believe I
- 28:31Speaker 9: was in this position because when you're up to I
- 28:33Speaker 9: don't know for sure if it would have been worse
- 28:37Speaker 9: if we had still been tied. But my mind immediately
- 28:40Speaker 9: went to if we lose now, it will be be
- 28:44Speaker 9: your fault. We will have blown the lead, we will
- 28:49Speaker 9: have choked, we will have done the wrong thing. And
- 28:54Speaker 9: I skull fucked in eight iron over the green and
- 28:58Speaker 9: ended up on the back fringe and Beef and Brad
- 29:00Speaker 9: are are talking. They hit a good one onto the green,
- 29:04Speaker 9: and Beef is like, I'm going to hit a pitching
- 29:07Speaker 9: wedge of runner pitching wedge, and I went over and
- 29:09Speaker 9: I was like, dude, do not hit a wedge. You
- 29:13Speaker 9: and I need to putt everything off the green. You
- 29:17Speaker 9: and I are in the exact same headspace right now.
- 29:19Speaker 9: I can see it.
- 29:20Speaker 4: Running a pitching wedge is like the ultimate recipe for disaster.
- 29:24Speaker 9: I was like, dude, we need to be putting everything
- 29:26Speaker 9: from off the green, and they disagreed, and Beef kept
- 29:31Speaker 9: the wedge in his hands and off sure enough, bladed
- 29:34Speaker 9: it over, which meant that Brad then had to hit
- 29:38Speaker 9: another flop shot off a tight lie, which he executed perfectly,
- 29:44Speaker 9: and he puts the ball to about four and a
- 29:46Speaker 9: half feet maybe five feet, which means it's now my
- 29:50Speaker 9: turn to putt again. Yeah, they are pretty much going
- 29:53Speaker 9: to get in for bogie for four. So I have
- 29:55Speaker 9: to make the putt to have the hole. Yeah, right,
- 29:58Speaker 9: if I had have this hole, then no, then we're
- 30:02Speaker 9: up to with two holes to play, which means there dormy,
- 30:05Speaker 9: which means we could tie a hole and we would
- 30:08Speaker 9: have won the tournament. I would say that there was
- 30:11Speaker 9: a zero point zero, zero zero percent chance I was
- 30:15Speaker 9: making that putt in that moment. There was never a
- 30:18Speaker 9: chance missed it. Right now we're up one, tightening up
- 30:23Speaker 9: even further. Seventeenth pole, Beef is teeing off. Frankie, it's
- 30:30Speaker 9: or the at off hit a perfect one, beef t's off.
- 30:35Speaker 9: Beef just didn't hit it very far, but it didn't
- 30:38Speaker 9: matter that much because Brad was able to hit the
- 30:40Speaker 9: subsequent shots so far. But Brad has like two fifty
- 30:44Speaker 9: in and I remember him being like, I'm going to
- 30:46Speaker 9: take six iron, and I was like, what are you
- 30:48Speaker 9: fucking talking about? And he was like, I'm just so
- 30:51Speaker 9: jacked up right now, I think I can get six
- 30:53Speaker 9: iron there. I was like, I've never heard of someone
- 30:56Speaker 9: hitting a six iron two hundred and fifty.
- 30:58Speaker 4: Yards now never.
- 31:00Speaker 5: Outrage was just coursing through his Yeah, yeah from here, Sandwich.
- 31:06Speaker 4: Putting, Like bringing your adrenaline in as a factor is
- 31:09Speaker 4: so crazy, and he knows.
- 31:10Speaker 5: That from playing so much competitive golf. Yeah, I can
- 31:14Speaker 5: hit it to fifty.
- 31:15Speaker 9: Two fifty six crazy, And he did, and but he
- 31:18Speaker 9: but he hit it way short. I don't think he
- 31:20Speaker 9: hit it perfectly, and he hit it way short. So
- 31:22Speaker 9: now I'm like thirty twenty yards from the green they're on,
- 31:26Speaker 9: and I'm like, I'm hitting a putter, yeah, from twenty
- 31:30Speaker 9: yards off there, Yeah, and I'm never gonna get that speed, right, Yeah,
- 31:34Speaker 9: And so I put it. Beef has the next butt.
- 31:37Speaker 9: We don't make par. They make par. It's tied.
- 31:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 31:42Speaker 9: Coming into eighteen, Brad is teeing off, Frankie is teeing off. Yeah,
- 31:48Speaker 9: Frankie pulls his ball right into the fucking long grass.
- 31:51Speaker 5: Brad hits.
- 31:54Speaker 9: The longest drive I've ever seen in my fucking life,
- 31:58Speaker 9: and it was six too into the wind down the
- 32:02Speaker 9: middle baby cut three hundred and forty yards.
- 32:06Speaker 5: Jesus on apart.
- 32:08Speaker 9: Moe gets the next shot out. They're a little ahead
- 32:12Speaker 9: of They're a little right.
- 32:15Speaker 8: No, he actually that shot was incredible.
- 32:17Speaker 5: Had he hits a great shot in such a tough spot.
- 32:20Speaker 4: I was just throwing the ball. Just kicks a T
- 32:24Speaker 4: shirt cannon. He's got the driver, that's just the button.
- 32:36Speaker 9: So then, uh, now I have to hit a ball.
- 32:39Speaker 9: I have to hit a shot. The whole gallery is
- 32:42Speaker 9: on the green. Dave went fucking yans everyone we know
- 32:47Speaker 9: Robbie Berger twenty.
- 32:49Speaker 4: Drone cuts over health course.
- 32:52Speaker 9: You know, the whole staff of the golf course is
- 32:55Speaker 9: out watching you. They're on the cliffs like they're e walks,
- 32:58Speaker 9: you know, just like poking their heads out of these caves,
- 33:01Speaker 9: and like, I'm like.
- 33:02Speaker 5: How did I get here? How the fuck did I
- 33:05Speaker 5: get here?
- 33:06Speaker 9: One other small note, I had to drink during this
- 33:10Speaker 9: because I was about to throw up on myself. So
- 33:13Speaker 9: I was trying to drink just a little bit to
- 33:16Speaker 9: like quell the nerves. And at one point I had
- 33:19Speaker 9: finished a drink and I yelled to Wit, who was
- 33:23Speaker 9: close to the halfway house. I was like, hey, dude,
- 33:25Speaker 9: can you grab me another John Daly? He's like sure, sure,
- 33:29Speaker 9: and he brought it out to me and I took
- 33:31Speaker 9: a sip and it was pure vibe.
- 33:35Speaker 8: Why would you ask the guy who bet against me?
- 33:37Speaker 5: I didn't know. I didn't. I don't think I knew
- 33:39Speaker 5: that he had bet against me.
- 33:41Speaker 9: I think he tipped the woman like fifty bucks to
- 33:44Speaker 9: be like, keep going, keep going.
- 33:47Speaker 1: You asked for a John Daly and he just has
- 33:50Speaker 1: a syringe, like, no, fuck, I swear to put it
- 33:53Speaker 1: in your arm.
- 33:55Speaker 9: So I had finished that drink, you know, and I'm
- 33:58Speaker 9: standing over the ball on the eighteenth hole. There's water long,
- 34:04Speaker 9: there's a bunker, and I think water left each bunker
- 34:08Speaker 9: front right, No, just terrified. Beef is hitting after me. Yeah,
- 34:13Speaker 9: I know how he feels.
- 34:15Speaker 5: Yeah. If I put him in a bunker, we're fucked.
- 34:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:18Speaker 9: If I put him anywhere bad, Yeah, we're fucked. Because
- 34:21Speaker 9: we don't have Brad next. We have Beef next. Yeah,
- 34:26Speaker 9: I take a seven iron. It was one hundred and
- 34:28Speaker 9: eighty four yards and I hit it so wobbly and
- 34:33Speaker 9: so mediocrely that it just ended up being a perfectly
- 34:39Speaker 9: fine mistake.
- 34:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:42Speaker 9: Fair way ten to fifteen feet short of the green.
- 34:46Speaker 9: But when I hit it, I couldn't see because it
- 34:48Speaker 9: was over a small mound and I thought it was
- 34:50Speaker 9: going in the water. Yeah, and I go silent, I
- 34:54Speaker 9: go fucked. They're like, oh, I don't know, and Beef
- 34:58Speaker 9: you can hear Beef going, don't go in that bunker.
- 34:59Speaker 9: Don't go in that bunker. And I remember watching it
- 35:02Speaker 9: and being like, I've lost it. Yeah, I've fucked us. Yeah,
- 35:07Speaker 9: we drove up see it sitting there pretty. I'm like, oh,
- 35:10Speaker 9: thank God, Like god, it's not on me. And Beef
- 35:13Speaker 9: can now put and Page has their shot, their third
- 35:18Speaker 9: shot from the fairway. She has one hundred and sixty
- 35:20Speaker 9: yards in and I didn't see this happen, but she
- 35:23Speaker 9: she didn't hit a good one. She came up short
- 35:26Speaker 9: of us. Oh, and which meant that they're now hitting
- 35:30Speaker 9: their third, their fourth shot, and they're away, so they
- 35:35Speaker 9: have to go first. And this is where Frankie steps
- 35:37Speaker 9: up and blades it over the green into the water.
- 35:40Speaker 9: And the second he hit it, I was like, oh,
- 35:42Speaker 9: go go go yeah, get in the water, get in
- 35:46Speaker 9: the water.
- 35:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:47Speaker 9: Did And then they were like, okay, well that's it.
- 35:50Speaker 9: It's over. And we were like, well, hold on a second, like,
- 35:54Speaker 9: why don't you guys go drop and see if you
- 35:55Speaker 9: can make it? And they didn't show this, but they
- 35:59Speaker 9: ended up hitting a take a drop and chipping. They
- 36:02Speaker 9: didn't make it. And then after Beef hit his putt on,
- 36:05Speaker 9: we could have like three putted for the wind. Yeah,
- 36:09Speaker 9: so they conceded and we won, and I was so dude.
- 36:14Speaker 9: I was so tense this three day experience. The pressure
- 36:19Speaker 9: built and built and built and built. There was never
- 36:23Speaker 9: a building, and then now we can relax. Never, you know,
- 36:26Speaker 9: never let up. The closer you got to the end,
- 36:29Speaker 9: the more intense you felt. I didn't sleep for the
- 36:32Speaker 9: last night, and I just it didn't it. I never
- 36:38Speaker 9: got to feel a feeling of euphoria from this wind
- 36:42Speaker 9: because I was so on edge where I just felt
- 36:47Speaker 9: like I'd come I'd come home from like a war,
- 36:50Speaker 9: but maybe there were still bad guys waiting around the
- 36:52Speaker 9: corner kind of yeah. I was just like I couldn't
- 36:56Speaker 9: settle in. So the only time I've actually been able
- 36:59Speaker 9: to enjoy this was watching it back.
- 37:01Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, and that was cool, that's all.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Watching it back was like the way that they edited
- 37:06Speaker 1: it with everybody like congratulating Beef and like the music
- 37:10Speaker 1: that they put behind it, which must have been a
- 37:12Speaker 1: last minute change of the edit to like make it
- 37:15Speaker 1: all about that and said everybody celebrating together. It was
- 37:17Speaker 1: like very Beef centric, So it was like a very
- 37:20Speaker 1: sweet ending to it.
- 37:22Speaker 9: Yeah, it was again the Disney element of it. Like,
- 37:27Speaker 9: you know, I almost in a way feel bad for
- 37:30Speaker 9: the other team because like maybe if they had someone die,
- 37:35Speaker 9: like they would have been the team people were rooting for.
- 37:39Speaker 5: How can you do? How can you prepare for that?
- 37:44Speaker 5: From a pr standpoint, no idea. It's like.
- 37:48Speaker 9: The entire world was rooting for us. We had Captain
- 37:51Speaker 9: America and Brad Dalkey, we had beloved fallen hero Beef
- 37:56Speaker 9: and then I don't know, I didn't really have much
- 37:58Speaker 9: of that fucking thing going on. I was just a
- 38:02Speaker 9: goofy guy, but I was playing pretty well. Yeah, people
- 38:05Speaker 9: were like, I think people were rappy about that.
- 38:07Speaker 4: You're even better next year.
- 38:09Speaker 1: But the other two people like also had They're rooting
- 38:12Speaker 1: against them, not just because they were rooting for you,
- 38:14Speaker 1: but because there was like two cheating things, but one
- 38:17Speaker 1: of them both had it, and I think people were
- 38:19Speaker 1: like annoyed with how Frankie was like celebrating.
- 38:22Speaker 8: I don't mind it. I love Frankie, but like how
- 38:24Speaker 8: Frankie's like.
- 38:25Speaker 5: Oh I love it. I love that.
- 38:28Speaker 9: I don't know what people would have wanted more, like,
- 38:31Speaker 9: you know, it's the there's so much some golf people,
- 38:35Speaker 9: you know, Yeah, it's all class, dude. I got like
- 38:38Speaker 9: some dms from people being like, dude, what's your handicap?
- 38:41Speaker 9: There's no way you're better than like a fifteen. I'm like,
- 38:45Speaker 9: I don't know how you watch that tournament and have
- 38:47Speaker 9: that thought I'm a four.
- 38:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I think everything just looks easier than it is.
- 38:52Speaker 9: Well, people just are so stupid as to not account
- 38:56Speaker 9: for what that level of pressure does and how friend
- 39:00Speaker 9: it is to play all shot for a million dollars
- 39:05Speaker 9: in front of your boss. It was rooting for you
- 39:07Speaker 9: to fuck up, like you go play to your fucking
- 39:12Speaker 9: handicap in those conditions.
- 39:14Speaker 4: All Shot also, I only played it once, but when
- 39:17Speaker 4: we played at the Ryder Cup, that was so much
- 39:19Speaker 4: harder than I thought it was gonna be.
- 39:20Speaker 9: Yeah, you can't you can't get warm, you don't and
- 39:23Speaker 9: you have no yeah, you don't get rhythm. Yeah, and
- 39:25Speaker 9: you don't get any Your teammate never bails you out.
- 39:30Speaker 4: I played all with Big Cat.
- 39:32Speaker 5: God, that's okay, We'll be all right.
- 39:37Speaker 4: We got to a point where were like, as long
- 39:39Speaker 4: as it's just heading.
- 39:40Speaker 5: Towards the horror, it's just don't worry about the go
- 39:45Speaker 5: that way.
- 39:45Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I think that we've been saying it. I
- 39:48Speaker 1: think me and Sass have been saying it probably since January.
- 39:51Speaker 1: But is there any more confirmation that year of Francis?
- 39:55Speaker 4: It's the year of Francis.
- 39:56Speaker 1: I mean we've been saying it for so long and
- 39:58Speaker 1: you're like, no, it's not actual.
- 40:00Speaker 8: You know, you're jinx. It's November, it's late November.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Like things that would have to happen in the last
- 40:05Speaker 1: forty days calendar.
- 40:07Speaker 5: Year you could, don't you dare tell.
- 40:10Speaker 8: I'm not saying that, but I'm just saying year of Francis.
- 40:13Speaker 9: Yeah, there is plenty of time November seventeen for me
- 40:17Speaker 9: to choke this year away.
- 40:21Speaker 1: Having golf tournament wins, Netflix show, yeah, massive w's across
- 40:27Speaker 1: the board, huge podcast success, stand up comedy out the wazoo,
- 40:31Speaker 1: successful tours, sold out shows.
- 40:34Speaker 5: Uh yeah, and writing the book too.
- 40:36Speaker 8: You know, well, the best your body's ever been.
- 40:40Speaker 5: Yeah, especially my life ready for war.
- 40:44Speaker 1: Wardrobe at a different level. You know, you have to
- 40:46Speaker 1: feel great about your wardrobe. I've never seen you cook
- 40:49Speaker 1: so well your wine collection.
- 40:51Speaker 9: All right, pie, all rightye yeah, look hi, Hi, very kind.
- 40:57Speaker 9: And you guys have been always saying this, I reflected
- 41:01Speaker 9: on I had posted at New Year's of twenty twenty
- 41:05Speaker 9: four New Year's Eve, a post of me. It was
- 41:09Speaker 9: a little like self come, you know, woe is me?
- 41:13Speaker 9: But I was just so down at the end of
- 41:15Speaker 9: twenty twenty four and I'd had such a bad year
- 41:19Speaker 9: going through the divorce, and like just not. I wasn't
- 41:21Speaker 9: on medication yet, and I hadn't figured out anything, and
- 41:25Speaker 9: I'd lost so much and I was just in the
- 41:29Speaker 9: pits of despair. And I posted a photo of me
- 41:31Speaker 9: holding my drink and being like, you know, I'm sitting
- 41:34Speaker 9: in a fucking hallway away from the party because everyone
- 41:37Speaker 9: else is celebrating and reflecting on a great year that
- 41:40Speaker 9: they had, and I have nothing to add to that
- 41:43Speaker 9: conversation because it's.
- 41:44Speaker 5: Been a horror show. It's been a.
- 41:46Speaker 9: Horrible, horrible year for me, and so I'm sitting alone
- 41:50Speaker 9: and here's to anyone who like also had a tough
- 41:54Speaker 9: year and believes against all science and reason that somehow,
- 41:59Speaker 9: next year it will be a better year. And it
- 42:03Speaker 9: flipped completely on its head. Twenty twenty five has been
- 42:08Speaker 9: awesome in every metric, As you guys said, like I couldn't.
- 42:13Speaker 5: I mean, I don't know what.
- 42:15Speaker 8: Let's make him an edit right here coming. I feel
- 42:17Speaker 8: like that's like a perfect spot for an edit.
- 42:20Speaker 4: I'm so pumped someday, someday.
- 42:26Speaker 9: But you know, it's uh, it's been great, and I
- 42:37Speaker 9: really don't know where it came from. I don't know
- 42:39Speaker 9: what happened, and I feel very lucky. But I also
- 42:44Speaker 9: just want to share the message, which is a follow
- 42:47Speaker 9: up to anybody that that post resonated with that you know,
- 42:51Speaker 9: if you're in a really tough spot, it can go
- 42:55Speaker 9: to the opposite extreme if you're if you're willing to do,
- 42:58Speaker 9: you know what little work you need to do to
- 43:00Speaker 9: make that happen.
- 43:01Speaker 8: I was working as a court clerk, and he got
- 43:09Speaker 8: an edit out of it.
- 43:09Speaker 5: I saw that that was good.
- 43:11Speaker 1: Yeah, fiftieth, Happy fiftieth birthday to the other Frank, But.
- 43:14Speaker 8: I mean your speech was even better. Like you need
- 43:16Speaker 8: a fucking sick edit out of this.
- 43:17Speaker 9: Oh, I don't know. Well maybe maybe when the year ends.
- 43:21Speaker 9: I'm not I don't want to win.
- 43:22Speaker 4: The year ends.
- 43:23Speaker 5: We're not celebrating yet, guys, there's time on the clock.
- 43:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm gonna get I'm gonna get an edit going tonight. Yeah,
- 43:30Speaker 4: it's gonna be so good.
- 43:31Speaker 5: And tire Family dies in the same were like, all right, let's.
- 43:37Speaker 8: Make them fly on different planes.
- 43:38Speaker 4: Yeah, speaking of edits so like, we can't use music anymore.
- 43:43Speaker 4: I'm trying to make an edit for my Call of
- 43:45Speaker 4: Dude for Call to Do Black Ops seven. Can't use music,
- 43:47Speaker 4: so I'm gonna need I think you guys should make
- 43:49Speaker 4: a song.
- 43:50Speaker 5: Oh, we could do that. We can make our own music.
- 43:52Speaker 4: I think that's a good idea.
- 43:54Speaker 8: What do you mean you can't use music?
- 43:56Speaker 4: We're not allowed to use music anymore.
- 43:57Speaker 5: This is why, this is why I know.
- 44:00Speaker 1: But I'm saying, like, just don't just don't link it
- 44:02Speaker 1: to the to your like, just use it as music
- 44:05Speaker 1: and just put it put on your personals and don't
- 44:08Speaker 1: use it as a promo clip.
- 44:09Speaker 5: Oh is that with the rule? I thought it was just.
- 44:11Speaker 5: I would think it's just I would look into it.
- 44:14Speaker 5: I haven't even so terrified.
- 44:19Speaker 8: Spotify.
- 44:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble.
- 44:23Speaker 5: Burned my bootlegs.
- 44:27Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean these fucking lawsuits.
- 44:30Speaker 4: Got into the woods with a record player.
- 44:32Speaker 5: Yeah, loose banded warehouse. Harry's just like.
- 44:43Speaker 8: Just pops knocking.
- 44:44Speaker 5: Who's that?
- 44:45Speaker 8: Don't playing music.
- 44:47Speaker 5: The day?
- 44:48Speaker 4: The music?
- 44:49Speaker 8: You think they'll get us for just saying the words
- 44:51Speaker 8: of the songs?
- 44:52Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, I think that was said in the email.
- 44:56Speaker 4: All right, let's talk about game time. College football, the
- 45:00Speaker 4: season is in full swing, which means tailgates, cheering crowds,

- 45:46Speaker 4: best team in the NFL, those prices are going to

- 46:51Speaker 9: seventy eight million dollars.
- 46:53Speaker 8: It's insane. It's about to be at a billion.
- 46:54Speaker 9: And I'm like, I don't even know where to go
- 46:56Speaker 9: to get a ticket. I guess I could go to
- 46:57Speaker 9: a news stand, but am I gonna do that. I'm
- 46:59Speaker 9: much rather have it on my phone. It's so much

- 47:15Speaker 4: Oh alrighty, let's talk about Lucy. Lucy is the obvious
- 47:20Speaker 4: choice for the true nicotine pouch connoisseur. That's why they're
- 47:24Speaker 4: the official nicotine pouch partner of Barstool Sports. Lucy pouches
- 47:29Speaker 4: go up to twelve milligrams in strength and have a
- 47:31Speaker 4: unique shape that feels great. Lucy Breakers are the only
- 47:34Speaker 4: pouches with a hydrate with the hydration capsule inside. They're
- 47:38Speaker 4: totally new kind of pouch only available from Lucy. Each
- 47:43Speaker 4: Breaker's pouch contains a hydration capsule that you can crack
- 47:47Speaker 4: open with your teeth before tossing it in the lip.
- 47:49Speaker 4: The capsule releases a burst of flavor and helps release
- 47:52Speaker 4: nicotine faster, for an experience that you can't find in
- 47:55Speaker 4: any other pouch. Gas Station pouches get the job done.
- 47:59Speaker 4: But once you try to Lucy, you won't want anything
- 48:01Speaker 4: else in your pocket. That is true. Lucy's are good
- 48:07Speaker 4: and you know what's great about them. They don't make
- 48:09Speaker 4: your stomach hurt like all of those dumb gas station ones.
- 48:13Speaker 4: So go try Lucy.
- 48:20Speaker 8: That Wryder cup too, Like.
- 48:21Speaker 9: Well, the Wryder Cup helped prepare me for it, and
- 48:25Speaker 9: that's the only way you can kind of emulate that
- 48:28Speaker 9: level of pressure.
- 48:31Speaker 4: Money. Yeah, I can't even imagine the pressure was. I
- 48:34Speaker 4: mean I had to play one on one, but you
- 48:37Speaker 4: smoked him well.
- 48:38Speaker 9: But like I went into that knowing that would be
- 48:43Speaker 9: I mean, there was so much behind it, like the
- 48:45Speaker 9: previous year dominated me, and I was like, I want
- 48:50Speaker 9: to face my fears here and and and prove to
- 48:55Speaker 9: myself that I can see it through. And you know
- 48:58Speaker 9: that was why I didn't celebrate at all. I just
- 49:01Speaker 9: didn't want to let myself, get too high or too low,
- 49:04Speaker 9: and just take care of business. And that was kind
- 49:08Speaker 9: of the mentality I tried to take. People were wondering
- 49:10Speaker 9: why I didn't get like rise more to the bait
- 49:13Speaker 9: from page. It was because I had learned that for me,
- 49:17Speaker 9: staying in the pocket when there's a lot of golf
- 49:20Speaker 9: pressure on me is the right prescription. But dude, I mean,
- 49:26Speaker 9: you know, in a couple of John dailies, a couple
- 49:28Speaker 9: of John dailies, it was it was like the craziest
- 49:34Speaker 9: It is the craziest thing. You know, I got featured
- 49:37Speaker 9: on all these golf accounts. I'm doing a podcast later,
- 49:41Speaker 9: like I gained tens of thousands of followers, and you know,
- 49:46Speaker 9: it is I can't.
- 49:48Speaker 8: Believe I was successful. Crazy right now.
- 49:50Speaker 9: Yeah, a lot of dudes, great, great round, you know,
- 49:54Speaker 9: complain my member data. And then I look at the
- 49:57Speaker 9: club and I'm like, this place is a piece of shit.
- 50:00Speaker 9: Definitely not coming to our.
- 50:02Speaker 4: How hard were the courses, like in comparison to what
- 50:05Speaker 4: you usually play.
- 50:06Speaker 9: I don't think Pains was all that hard. They was
- 50:09Speaker 9: pretty open. The part three was hard because we were
- 50:12Speaker 9: hitting off mats and it was like tough to hit
- 50:16Speaker 9: these seventy yard flip wedges. Yeah, I don't you know.
- 50:19Speaker 9: That's a tough who of mats. That's the way their
- 50:23Speaker 9: course is set up. People play that so often and
- 50:27Speaker 9: so quickly that if they had grass, yeah, it would
- 50:30Speaker 9: just get torn to pieces. Par three courses are fun,
- 50:34Speaker 9: it was cool. Pains Valley was awesome. I think that
- 50:37Speaker 9: was the other big winner. The big winners of this
- 50:39Speaker 9: whole thing were Pains Valley for how well their course
- 50:43Speaker 9: courses showed. The editing team at four play. These guys
- 50:49Speaker 9: are fucking artists. It was unbelievable. Obviously, Brad Dalkey, Chazz
- 50:57Speaker 9: and uh Beef and and people are saying, I was
- 51:01Speaker 9: like number four, the fourth personality winner from the tournament.
- 51:07Speaker 9: You won, Yeah, but I also didn't like. I also
- 51:11Speaker 9: didn't like embarrass yourself stick my foot in my mouth,
- 51:14Speaker 9: which I often do.
- 51:16Speaker 8: How bad was that shot by Frankie, even when he
- 51:20Speaker 8: was just like I should have it.
- 51:23Speaker 9: It's easy to say, but they were a shot behind.
- 51:26Speaker 9: He had to put it close like I don't know
- 51:28Speaker 9: what more like they should have been on the green.
- 51:30Speaker 5: Also, sixty yards.
- 51:32Speaker 9: Out, you got you got your plus she's a plus
- 51:34Speaker 9: one plus one and a half handicap even he needs
- 51:36Speaker 9: to put that approach on the green.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Dave was like, you're my boy, Frankie, Like I hate
- 51:41Speaker 1: to see Like Dave was like the nicest he's ever
- 51:43Speaker 1: been to someone, and like you could tell he really loves.
- 51:45Speaker 5: Frankie, absolutely tell. He's like, but that was the.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Frankie's getting some of the inheritance, Like Frankie's gonna get
- 51:52Speaker 1: like it.
- 51:53Speaker 4: Frankie might have gotten a mill on the side just
- 51:54Speaker 4: for missing that shot.
- 51:56Speaker 8: Like a will like type, like a life insurance deal.
- 51:59Speaker 9: Dude, Frankie is class. I will say that the way
- 52:03Speaker 9: he handled that, I would have jumped into the water
- 52:06Speaker 9: hazard and tied cinderblocks around my feet. I don't know
- 52:11Speaker 9: how I would have handled that under in that moment,
- 52:14Speaker 9: there's no part of me that can take the like
- 52:17Speaker 9: pleasure of the irony of what I've contributed. I'm only down. Yeah,
- 52:23Speaker 9: I think if I do what he.
- 52:25Speaker 4: Did, Yeah, yeah, I don't know how I would have been.
- 52:28Speaker 9: And then it's like three or four months of waiting,
- 52:31Speaker 9: knowing you're gonna have to die the death another thousand
- 52:33Speaker 9: times online. Yeah, there's like major golf accounts out there
- 52:38Speaker 9: saying is this the worst golf shot ever.
- 52:41Speaker 4: It's like the tour account, yeah, being.
- 52:44Speaker 9: Like given the circumstances, is this the number one worst
- 52:47Speaker 9: golf shot of all times?
- 52:49Speaker 1: And he's like so good and he's like worked on
- 52:52Speaker 1: his game so much and got so much better so
- 52:54Speaker 1: that the most shot that the shot that he's most
- 52:57Speaker 1: remembered for is just blading it for a third of
- 53:01Speaker 1: a million dollars on like just a low line trajectory
- 53:05Speaker 1: directly into water.
- 53:07Speaker 8: Like yeah, it's it's a it's a very unfortunate.
- 53:10Speaker 1: One thing that did make me laugh though, is again
- 53:12Speaker 1: in the chat BCC group, when you were like, like,
- 53:15Speaker 1: I feel bad for Frankie. He's like one of my
- 53:16Speaker 1: closest friends, Like I really love him, and I know
- 53:19Speaker 1: he just put a down payment for the baptism.
- 53:21Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, well.
- 53:23Speaker 1: Down payment for a baptism is fucking insane, Like all right, Oh,
- 53:26Speaker 1: I wish he had the million dollars so he could
- 53:28Speaker 1: pay for a baptism.
- 53:29Speaker 8: Let me, baptism is free.
- 53:31Speaker 9: Let me qualify it, Let me qualify it. So he
- 53:35Speaker 9: told me, and I think he'd be found me sharing
- 53:37Speaker 9: this because he and I played in the Skins match
- 53:40Speaker 9: together the previous day. Yeah, Dave announced that each hole
- 53:43Speaker 9: would be worth four thousand dollars, and he and I
- 53:46Speaker 9: played against Riggs and Andrew Austin, who's also great dude,
- 53:50Speaker 9: and we ran.
- 53:51Speaker 5: Away with it.
- 53:52Speaker 9: We won all the skins. I think we won like
- 53:54Speaker 9: seven skins because we finished on the seventh hole. And
- 53:57Speaker 9: Frankie had told me. He told me that before the
- 54:00Speaker 9: round he called his wife and was like, because their
- 54:03Speaker 9: baptism party or whatever was coming up in a week
- 54:06Speaker 9: or two, and I think it was like, however many
- 54:08Speaker 9: thousands of dollars because they were having a party.
- 54:10Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, of course.
- 54:11Speaker 5: And he was like, I'm gonna let you know, in
- 54:15Speaker 5: a day or two, I'm either going to have made
- 54:19Speaker 5: money on the skins to pay for the baptism or
- 54:25Speaker 5: we will have our child's college tuition covered if I
- 54:29Speaker 5: win the whole tournament. Yeah, And after the tournament he
- 54:32Speaker 5: was like, we're gonna have a nice baptism. So that
- 54:37Speaker 5: was I think what it was. And he's still you know,
- 54:40Speaker 5: he still won fifteen twenty grand something like that.
- 54:43Speaker 8: Is that on the skins?
- 54:44Speaker 1: Yeah, but there's no runner up, there's no consolation prize
- 54:47Speaker 1: for them, no, no, no, that makes it even more
- 54:52Speaker 1: that's crazy, Like, oh, you could be happy you went
- 54:54Speaker 1: home with one hundred thousand.
- 54:56Speaker 8: Yeah, split three ways, dude.
- 54:57Speaker 9: When I had to step up and hit the approach
- 55:00Speaker 9: on the eighteenth green, I remember thinking, there is nowhere
- 55:04Speaker 9: on Earth I would less want to be than where
- 55:08Speaker 9: I am right now having to do this thing. I
- 55:12Speaker 9: want to be a million miles from I don't want
- 55:16Speaker 9: to hit a fucking golf shot right now now. I
- 55:19Speaker 9: was sick to my fucking stomach. Yeah, I would be due,
- 55:24Speaker 9: And I remember being like, I don't I don't know
- 55:26Speaker 9: how to swing this fucking pool I'm holding.
- 55:29Speaker 4: Yeah, Charles Barkley, what's.
- 55:33Speaker 8: Going to be crazy next year when Steph Curry and
- 55:35Speaker 8: Lebron are in it.
- 55:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I was literally just thinking, I wonder if Lebron
- 55:38Speaker 4: will do it?
- 55:39Speaker 8: You know, you know he'll want to.
- 55:40Speaker 4: He's big into golf right now, he said.
- 55:42Speaker 8: He posted.
- 55:42Speaker 1: He posted like like the weird thing about me, I
- 55:45Speaker 1: like to watch YouTube golf.
- 55:46Speaker 4: Video now and he's like, I know that's crazy. He
- 55:50Speaker 4: literally said that. He's like, I know this is insane,
- 55:53Speaker 4: but don't judge me watching don't judge me, but I.
- 55:56Speaker 5: Have a kink.
- 55:58Speaker 8: But Steph is actually means.
- 56:00Speaker 5: He's like, scratch, he's unbelievable scratch. Yeah, he's that good.
- 56:03Speaker 1: But that'd be sick to have him in it. Oh yeah,
- 56:05Speaker 1: but if he wanted, people will be like, fuck you,
- 56:08Speaker 1: you've made your almost a billion.
- 56:10Speaker 9: By the way, I still don't think it's out of
- 56:13Speaker 9: the question that I will not be invited to play
- 56:15Speaker 9: in the tournament next year.
- 56:17Speaker 8: That's not that's not the case.
- 56:18Speaker 4: There is a chance that it's like Lebron, Steph Curry,
- 56:21Speaker 4: Dave Riggs.
- 56:24Speaker 9: I just think it's like one of those things where
- 56:27Speaker 9: I'm like, yeah, my my only hope now is that
- 56:29Speaker 9: I get invited to play again.
- 56:31Speaker 4: Definitely, I wish that. There's no way they don't invite
- 56:33Speaker 4: the winners of the year before.
- 56:34Speaker 9: Yeah, they'll invite Brad, that's for sure. I might be like, remember, dude,
- 56:40Speaker 9: I wasn't even in the fucking tournament.
- 56:42Speaker 5: They took me out.
- 56:44Speaker 4: Then, be Harry, I.
- 56:46Speaker 5: Know, sorry, what's going on.
- 56:48Speaker 4: Just Jerry's texting me a thousand times.
- 56:50Speaker 5: Let's let's let's leave that. Yeah, that's okay, I'm good.
- 56:53Speaker 5: I'm good.
- 56:56Speaker 8: We call it called Jerry, tell him, you know.
- 56:58Speaker 5: That was all a sudden.
- 56:59Speaker 4: My phone is exploding. I don't know what was going on. Nothing.
- 57:03Speaker 5: It's not like we had a conversation right before the
- 57:05Speaker 5: podcast about.
- 57:06Speaker 4: Text While I don't get a lot of texts typically,
- 57:08Speaker 4: I don't get like seventy five at once from Jersey Jerry.
- 57:12Speaker 4: I had to make sure no one died.
- 57:14Speaker 5: Crack I relapsed, Tell me you have crack?
- 57:18Speaker 8: Where are you? Was there a chance Jerry was going
- 57:22Speaker 8: to be in it?
- 57:22Speaker 9: He was supposed to be in it, and then his
- 57:24Speaker 9: due date was like coincided with Oh that's why.
- 57:27Speaker 5: Yeah, so you had to.
- 57:29Speaker 8: Because he's part of the four Play Gang.
- 57:31Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, it's like a lot.
- 57:33Speaker 8: Are you going to be traveling a lot with four
- 57:35Speaker 8: play then? Obviously like this is.
- 57:36Speaker 5: Kind of thing.
- 57:38Speaker 8: So it's like elevated your visibility in their world.
- 57:41Speaker 5: And I don't know.
- 57:43Speaker 9: I mean, I don't think what we need you practicing? Well,
- 57:46Speaker 9: I want to be on Son of a Boy Dad.
- 57:48Speaker 8: The Son of a Boy Dad's doing.
- 57:49Speaker 5: I mean, this is what I want to win.
- 57:51Speaker 4: It's no longer a priority.
- 57:53Speaker 5: Well, we know you're out the door off with your
- 57:56Speaker 5: fucking tell Ride Bush gang.
- 57:57Speaker 4: Oh No, that's I cancel that. That's over. It's all golf.
- 58:00Speaker 8: That's why Jerry's piss Yeah, yeah.
- 58:02Speaker 4: I said, I'm taking the funding for the team and
- 58:04Speaker 4: putting it into Francis golf career.
- 58:06Speaker 8: Yeah. For his backers were like the World Series of Poker.
- 58:08Speaker 8: When we're back, I want to.
- 58:11Speaker 5: Give us a I want to give us an update
- 58:12Speaker 5: on the Bush.
- 58:14Speaker 4: Oh no, there really aren't any big updates.
- 58:16Speaker 5: Still moving forward.
- 58:17Speaker 4: Though, Yeah, it's going moving forward.
- 58:18Speaker 5: It's going good.
- 58:19Speaker 8: It's going very good.
- 58:20Speaker 5: So well there's an update.

- 58:24Speaker 4: so we're getting ready. We have we got invited to
- 58:26Speaker 4: the kickoff tournament next week, which is pretty cool.

- 58:42Speaker 9: is that what it is?
- 58:43Speaker 4: It might be more than yeah.
- 58:44Speaker 5: I think he's playing with Optic.
- 58:46Speaker 4: He's in Optic.
- 58:47Speaker 5: He's in Optic. Yeah, so how did you not know
- 58:50Speaker 5: who he was?
- 58:52Speaker 4: Because optics deep there's a.
- 58:54Speaker 5: Lot of dudes, yeah, oh there are yeah, but he
- 58:56Speaker 5: must be like way better than.
- 58:57Speaker 4: You are, like not even comparable. Wow would put me
- 59:01Speaker 4: in a blender. I've Yeah, you know, it's been a
- 59:05Speaker 4: tough couple of tough couple of days for me coming
- 59:07Speaker 4: to terms with the fact that I'm not that good
- 59:09Speaker 4: at video games.
- 59:12Speaker 5: You didn't learn that when I walked you in Halo.
- 59:14Speaker 4: No, because I was just like, you know, I just
- 59:16Speaker 4: don't play Halo. And now it's just starting to become
- 59:18Speaker 4: more apparent every day. I'm like, dude, I think I
- 59:21Speaker 4: just saw it.
- 59:22Speaker 9: Bro, we can't have any lose your delusional confidence. It
- 59:25Speaker 9: really that's a charming character trade off.
- 59:28Speaker 5: You.
- 59:28Speaker 4: I still love it.
- 59:29Speaker 8: That will fuck this podcast.
- 59:30Speaker 4: I still love I still love playing. I played this morning.

- 59:43Speaker 1: No, in twenty twenty six, you're gonna be having like
- 59:47Speaker 1: a conversation being like, yeah, end of twenty twenty five,
- 59:49Speaker 1: I thought I was mid.
- 59:51Speaker 4: It could happens every time there's a new game. I
- 59:53Speaker 4: think I suck.
- 59:54Speaker 1: If you're gonna have the you're gonna be outside of the
- 59:55Speaker 1: New Year's party being like, I don't know, how things
- 59:58Speaker 1: should get worse.
- 59:59Speaker 4: That's how it feels. It feels like I'm outside the
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: party right now. It feels like I'm in the hallway.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: You're not, dude, It's gonna be twenty twenty six. Can

- 1:00:15Speaker 8: back here, Francis.

- 1:00:32Speaker 1: ships in that.
- 1:00:33Speaker 8: I'm so happy for all of your success.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: I almost feel like it's my success, almost to the
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: point where I'm I would say I'm proud.
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: Of you, but I know that that's stolen valor.
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: Yeah, we don't say that.
- 1:00:42Speaker 8: You don't say the p where.
- 1:00:43Speaker 9: You are more than welcome in this instance, because I don't.
- 1:00:46Speaker 9: I never took it that way.
- 1:00:48Speaker 8: But it's fucking awesome.
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: I get so excited for my friend's victories.
- 1:00:54Speaker 9: It's like I don't know, I'm not going to go
- 1:00:56Speaker 9: so far as to say I enjoy them more than
- 1:00:59Speaker 9: my own, but uh, it's close, it's close.
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: I don't. I don't.
- 1:01:05Speaker 9: When I was younger, I probably got jealous, and now
- 1:01:08Speaker 9: I'm like, I see it as inspiring.
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:11Speaker 9: Like if you, well, I don't really want to tell
- 1:01:14Speaker 9: you ride bush to because that'll take you away from
- 1:01:17Speaker 9: the podcast. It really won But if you start selling
- 1:01:21Speaker 9: out you know, theaters and stuff as a stand up
- 1:01:23Speaker 9: then I will be fucking pumped.
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: Because that will help the podcast.
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: And also I just know that you know, help me.
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: I want you, Yeah, I want I want you.

- 1:01:37Speaker 8: So awesome.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: Chicago was great. The shows were fun, they were great.
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: It was a good time. It's really fun.
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: Yeah, it was like one of those weekends where it
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: doesn't feel like you're like working, It's like I'm just
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: having a good time.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: That's cool.

- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Well, whenever you buy tickets on game time, which I
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: know you've done, I do.
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: I do do that all the time. I don't know.
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: I'm a little lost here. I'll tell you guys a
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: little bit about my weekend, my beginning to my weekend,
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: texted you guys about it. I don't really know what
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: the situation is here. I don't really know if it's
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: that good of a story or if I'm in the
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: right or the wrong.
- 1:03:28Speaker 9: Every time you have said this, it has been one
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: of the best stories you've ever told on the podcast.
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: This one's not.
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: I mean already said this about the missing girl.
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: Yeah, that one was way better than this one.
- 1:03:39Speaker 9: No, no, no, don't you do that. Don't you set
- 1:03:41Speaker 9: yourself up for failure. It's a false modesty. We will
- 1:03:44Speaker 9: be the judges.
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: This one's not. It's not as good. I also sort
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: of already told it on the act. But so so
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: I got, So I got kicked.
- 1:03:51Speaker 8: When you were doing that, I was fucking pissed.
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: I should have saved it. I was like, you really
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: I was saying it. I was like, I should have
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: saved it. But so I got, I got, I got
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: They sold my seat on my flight, Like what happened
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: to you? You remember when you were saying that, you
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: were like, they sold my seat, But you were there,
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: checked in.
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: They didn't sell my seat.
- 1:04:09Speaker 9: I think they gave it a wave it to a
- 1:04:11Speaker 9: guy they like, upgraded a guy who was on the plane.
- 1:04:14Speaker 4: Yeah, so I got So. The boarding closes fifteen minutes
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: before departure. A lot of times it's ten minutes, a
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: lot of times it's ten minutes. And it's usually it's
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: if you get there and the door's open or closed,
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: right Like, if you get there and the doors closed,
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: you're like it's over. If you got there and the
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: doors open, you're like, Okay, I made it. I got
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: there exactly fifteen minutes before departure. Doors are wide open.
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: Gate Gagent's still there, people are still boarding.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: You already checked in on your phone.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: Checked in on my phone.
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: People are still boarding.
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: People are still boarding. The doors are wide open.
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: And I get up and she goes, whoa are you
- 1:04:51Speaker 4: on this flight? And I was like yeah, And she
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: goes what's your name? And I said Harry Settle and
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: she goes, oh, no, we just gave your seat away.
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: You weren't here. Well, I'm here right now.
- 1:05:02Speaker 5: Doors are still opened to me.
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, And she goes, yeah, no, there's nothing weekend
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: And I was like, so can I get like a
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: different seat, and she was like, no, it's fully sold, oversold,
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: flight overbooked. And so then immediately the adrenaline is pumping, right,
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: It's going zero to one hundred fast, like I'm seeing red,
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: and I'm like, what do you mean? I said? There
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: was a lot of things that I said that I
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: probably like it was. I was really, well, she doesn't matter,
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: but oh you.
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: Said all that?
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: Yeah, no no, no no no no no. But it
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: was like she she's looking at me and she's like,
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: we gave your seat away. The guy that got my
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: seat is standing in front of me, and I'm.
- 1:05:45Speaker 5: Like, how'd you know that?
- 1:05:47Speaker 4: Because she just he she just scanned it. And then
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: she goes, wait are you and then he goes, am
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: I good? And he goes I was like, but I
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: paid the money for the ticket and then they just
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: gave it to a dude.
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: Why did they think you weren't there? Are you sure
- 1:06:01Speaker 5: you checked in?
- 1:06:02Speaker 4: I had to you have to check in to go
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: through TSA, No you don't. You have to show their
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: boarding pass whoops. And then and then they they were
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: they were just there was nothing and I'm like and
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: they're like, we oversold the flight, and I said, how
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: do you over sell the flight? There's only a certain
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: amount of seats on the plane. And then she goes, well,
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: every airline does that, and I was like, it doesn't
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: make that doesn't mean and I said, how is that
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: my problem? I bought a ticket and then she was like,
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: there's nothing we can do. And then I said, I'm
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: going to lose my job because.
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: Of this.
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: Hysterically lying. It is hilarious.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: I mean, dude, Like there's like people around and she's like,
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: I know where you were.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: I loved her dead in the eyes and I said
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: I'm going to lose my job. And she said I
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: can't do anything about that.
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: Why did you say that?
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: Because I was like, maybe she'll put me on the flight.
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: I dude, it was an eight am flight, Like I
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: woke up early as shit to get there. I was late, Yeah,
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: I was.
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: I don't think I don't have any blame for you
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: on that.
- 1:07:01Speaker 8: I don't even think you were lated. You said you're
- 1:07:03Speaker 8: fifteen minutes.
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: I well, yeah, exactly, like I was like running behind,
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: but I mean made it.
- 1:07:07Speaker 9: I don't fully understand what they used to give away
- 1:07:11Speaker 9: your seat.
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: I don't understand what happened.
- 1:07:13Speaker 9: What's the rationale? What rule do they have that allows that?
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: They had zero explanation? And I think what happened was
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: she fucked up, like she just assumed I wasn't going
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: to make it, because like there was four seconds left.
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: Why didn't she give the seat to that guy? Though
- 1:07:29Speaker 5: she he he had was on stand by.
- 1:07:32Speaker 8: Oh yeah, and he got a first class seat.
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: He got a first class seat from stand by. Yeah,
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: and then two people boarded after he was standing at
- 1:07:42Speaker 4: the gate, Like, why do they give away their seats?
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: I don't know?
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: Wait, she goes, she good after you?
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: Yes, she said that. She said that they went back
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: to see where if there was open seats, and they
- 1:07:53Speaker 4: said there was two first class seats open, and then
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: she went back up and gave the seat to that guy.
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: So why couldn't you get the other first class seat?
- 1:07:59Speaker 4: Because I don't I'm assuming someone else got it. What
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: didn't make And it was insane. It seemed like they
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: just they jumped to the gun and they gave away
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: my seat early.
- 1:08:09Speaker 9: I'm starting to suspect that they they give away first
- 1:08:13Speaker 9: class seats quickly because they suspect that you will have
- 1:08:16Speaker 9: boarded the plane.
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: First probably right. Yeah.
- 1:08:20Speaker 9: And then if you're not on the plane and it's
- 1:08:22Speaker 9: coming down to the wire, they're like, well, there's no
- 1:08:24Speaker 9: first class person on earth that would be this late.
- 1:08:27Speaker 8: Yeah, oh I don't. I disagree.
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: I agree, I'm with you. I'm thinking that this is
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: their men.
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: Yeah, this is what happened as a first class to
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: me and I on boards last the last guy on
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: the plane.
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: I try to last all the time. He's always last.
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: I try to be last as possible.
- 1:08:44Speaker 9: Well, I don't even know how I get on the
- 1:08:46Speaker 9: plane anymore. I'm pretty sure there's like a yeah, you
- 1:08:48Speaker 9: got a board climb a ladder through the hole.
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: So then so I'm like, I'm talking to the lady
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: and I'm like I'm like, well, I'm going to need
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: a refund. And she's like, well, you can go talk
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: to the help desk.
- 1:08:59Speaker 5: And then I went back.
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: And then I went back to her again and I
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: tried to I toned it down a bit. I was like, so,
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: I was like, so, okay, I'm just trying to get
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: an understanding of like what just happened. And she told this,
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: she said the exact same thing, total bullshit, making shit up.
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: I go over to the help desk. It's two ninety
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: five year old ladies working, and I'm like, yeah, they
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: kicked me off my flight, Like I got to figure out.
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: I got to get on another flight. And they're like, yeah,
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: we could put you on the two thirty. It's eight am. Okay,
- 1:09:25Speaker 4: that's not gonna work.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: And that's like three different serving meals at the Delta alone.
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: Exactly, I may as well just fly tomorrow. No, clearly
- 1:09:32Speaker 4: I'm flying at eight am for a reason. It's not
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: like I was just maybe I'll get there today. Who knows,
- 1:09:38Speaker 4: like two thirty is not gonna work. So then I
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: immediately I did. She goes two thirty, and I when
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: she said two thirty, I'm already walking away.
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: I was like, ah, I can't do this right now.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: That's the exact thing that you gave me shit for
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: at the super Bowl.
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: That was a much different situation. When I like, much
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: different situation.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: I walked away from somebody when they didn't have when
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: I was like, because you.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: Told them we were you told them we were on
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: the eagle, You told them you're going to lose your job.
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: What are you talking about. It's the exact same thing.
- 1:10:07Speaker 5: I'm gonna lose my job playing for the Eagles.
- 1:10:11Speaker 8: You know they're gonna cut me from the fifty three
- 1:10:12Speaker 8: man roster.
- 1:10:13Speaker 4: So then I get on with the support people for
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: and and now I'm just standing outside of security, just
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: sitting there for like over an hour.
- 1:10:21Speaker 5: Loss.
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: I'm like, I don't know, Like it's one of those
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: things where you're just so fucked that you're just like
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: I've given up there and I'm just gonna sit here
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: and do nothing.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: When you texted the bare bones of that story, like
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: I got really hot for you, Like it was kind
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: of like it ruined my morning a little bit, just
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: like the when Injustice happens and you just you're you're uh.
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: And there's just nothing you can do, Like there was nothing.
- 1:10:41Speaker 8: I felt like I was reading Sean Kings Twitter.
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: It was like almost almost heart. I wanted to cry.
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: I was like, there's I've never been more helpless. Yeah,
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: doors open, I have a seed. I can't get on
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: the plane. So I'm on with support.
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: You should have read rovered through there, and just.
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: But like I know, I thought about it, dude, I'm
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: along with support. The guy's like, sorry, we can't give
- 1:11:02Speaker 4: you a refund. I was like, you've lost your fucking mind.
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: If you think I'm not getting a refund immediately, He's like,
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: we can give you a refund. So what changed? What happened?
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: Second ago? I couldn't get a refund. Now I can
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: get a refund.
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: All you gotta do is ask yeah, and then you
- 1:11:16Speaker 8: have to be indignant enough.
- 1:11:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:17Speaker 8: It's really like about how indignant you're willing to get.
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: Yeah, And then I go, i'mlong with them. And then
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: so I get my refund, and then I book a
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: flight through United. Have to get in an uber uber
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: to the next terminal, get on that whatever easy get
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: to Chicago.
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: What what what airport were you at?
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: LaGuardia?
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: You Ubert, there's a struggle.
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: You can easily get to the next.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: I didn't even you have no idea.
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: You can walk between the terminals? That really Gardia?
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: Yeah, I had no idea. How much was the uber
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: five dollars? I don't know.
- 1:11:49Speaker 8: Had is crazy ubering around Laguardian.
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: I thought, I literally thought that's what you had to do.
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: I was like, that was like annoyed that I had
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: to do that. I didn't know you could walk, but.
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: Anyways, didn't know the terminal shattles well.
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: A lot of terminals you can't do a lot of
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: airports you can't do that.
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: You can't.
- 1:12:05Speaker 8: I don't know the airport. You're like, you're good.
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: I'm not sure if there's an airport on Earth that
- 1:12:11Speaker 5: does not have some way for you.
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: I think I must have been thinking about, like what
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: you were saying about having to go through security again,
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: and I think in my head I was like, I
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: gotta go, I gotta leave the entire airport.
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: But I don't even think you would have to.
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: Like when you're switching airlines.
- 1:12:24Speaker 5: You'd have to go through security again, didn't you.
- 1:12:27Speaker 8: Yeah, But I don't think you have to. I think
- 1:12:29Speaker 8: that there's like once you're in, I think you could
- 1:12:32Speaker 8: be you might be in.
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: No, there's only Delta, there's only you know.
- 1:12:36Speaker 5: Broan makes a good point. Sometimes they'll take you on
- 1:12:39Speaker 5: a bus on the tarmac.
- 1:12:40Speaker 8: If you on the bus on the tarmac.
- 1:12:41Speaker 5: To another terminal, it's not easy to find sometimes though.
- 1:12:46Speaker 8: You go to those ninety five year olds of the help.
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: Desk, they would know the answer to that.
- 1:12:50Speaker 8: Go to the geriatrics and have them turn up their
- 1:12:52Speaker 8: hearing agent.
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: Well, they'll never see it again because I will never
- 1:12:54Speaker 4: be in terminal, see go out of the airport. Ever, again,
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: that's a promise, not saying that, that's a promise.
- 1:12:58Speaker 8: You can't take stuff like that as a promise.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: I say, is the most profitable and expensive airline on
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: the planet.
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: Were the most profitable. They're scam artists. They're stealing money
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: right out of your pocket.
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: There were thirty four billion dollars. I'm pretty sure thirty
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: six billion dollars doesn't matter.
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: I don't give a shit. So you went on United
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: N then I go back on support. I'm like, the
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: refund wasn't enough. We're gonna need more.
- 1:13:22Speaker 5: I told you that.
- 1:13:23Speaker 4: You told me that. I was like, I need I
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: want miles or I want money. And then I'm on
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: with them for like three hours, like the whole day.
- 1:13:31Speaker 4: I'm just bat because I have I was doing the
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: text one. Oh, that's just on your I message.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Now you do that, You've got to talk to a
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: person so you can put pressure on them.
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: They were the pressure had been applied once I once
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: I said I was going to be contacting the DOT.
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: They didn't like transportation, Yeah, I said, I said, all right, Well,
- 1:13:49Speaker 4: I said, because they I have the messages.
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: You're sending this to a bot.
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: No, this was a person. They can I was talking
- 1:13:58Speaker 4: to the highest tier person. Yeah, when you bring the
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: DOT in, they're anymore Bangalore. It didn't work at all.
- 1:14:08Speaker 8: Yeah, what the dot?
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: It didn't work pretty much.
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: I said.
- 1:14:12Speaker 4: They were saying no, and I said, that's all right,
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: I'm gonna bring I'm bringing this up to the highest level.
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: I'm escalating this. And they said you're speaking to the
- 1:14:19Speaker 4: highest level, and then that caught me off guard. That's
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: a good bot. And they said the above revolution is
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: correct and your sky Mills account has been documented accordingly,
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: which I didn't like that at all. They said they
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: gave a mark on my sky Miles account and then
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: I said, understood, in that case, please provide the full
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: case number in notes that were added to my sky
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: Miles account so I can include them in my DOT filing.
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: They said, we respect your decision to file with the DOT. Regrettably,
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: we cannot release internal documentation.
- 1:14:50Speaker 5: Blah blah blah.
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: This is a bot.
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: Pretty much, they can just fuck you and nothing happens.
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: I got in touch the DOO, so you contact the DOOT.
- 1:15:02Speaker 4: I gave them like a documentation all of my Really,
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: you really brought oh yeah, because if you file with
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: the DOT, then then they reach out to Delta, and
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: then Delta has to give you an explanation.
- 1:15:13Speaker 8: As to where did you hear this about the DOT?
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: Dude?
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: I was googling everything I had. I had like multiple
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: screens pulled up trying to work this thing out. Dude,
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: you just get steam rolled by these billion dollar companies
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: and then there's just nothing you can do. Yeah, and
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: then I contact the DOOT. I gave them all my information.
- 1:15:31Speaker 4: Delta applies, we have no record of you being on
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: this flight, so it's just like okay, so and they're like,
- 1:15:36Speaker 4: if you can provide documentation, I go on. They're saying
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: they're saying the flight got canceled.
- 1:15:42Speaker 8: So they're scamming.
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: Yes, there's just nothing you can do.
- 1:15:45Speaker 8: Did you have like a screenshot if your boarding pass
- 1:15:47Speaker 8: or anything.
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: It's all it's all expired because I didn't make the flight.
- 1:15:50Speaker 8: But if you take a screenshot off the boarding.
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: Pass, boarding pass is gone.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: But I know it gets deleted, but that's why you
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: have to screenshot it, because like it'll re it'll update,
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: and then it'll be gone. But if you take a
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: screenshot of it, that's permanent.
- 1:16:03Speaker 5: For you.
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:16:04Speaker 5: It was just like.
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: It was just insane.
- 1:16:08Speaker 8: You need paperwork?
- 1:16:09Speaker 4: Yeah, they said that. The lady at the gate said
- 1:16:12Speaker 4: that that they called my name over the intercom. Never happens.
- 1:16:16Speaker 8: Well you weren't there, Yes.
- 1:16:18Speaker 5: I was. Did you have headphones in?
- 1:16:19Speaker 8: No before that they might have called it before you
- 1:16:22Speaker 8: got there.
- 1:16:22Speaker 4: Well, then that would be insane. Why are they calling
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: my name when general boarding is taking place?
- 1:16:27Speaker 8: And why are they doxing?
- 1:16:28Speaker 4: And why are they doxing? Better not have been to
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: my government. So yeah, not really that good of a story,
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: but uh, infuriate. It was pretty frustrating. Well I'm still
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: a little hot from you.
- 1:16:39Speaker 5: You're going, You're going. You're a United.
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: United Man now full United home yesterday first class half
- 1:16:44Speaker 4: the price of the adult ticket, had a bed out of
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: bed for a two hour flight. Fine by me. That's
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: kind of that's the kind of service that I can't believe.
- 1:16:52Speaker 5: You are buying first class tickets from Chicago to New York.
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: Well I didn't on the way there. What's that I
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: didn't on the one. I didn't on the way there
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: because I got kicked off the first one. Yeah, but
- 1:17:01Speaker 4: I had an option and then I was like, what
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: am I even doing? I was like, I'm just gonna
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: fly coach and then no one was even sitting next
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: to me.
- 1:17:07Speaker 5: It was great.
- 1:17:08Speaker 9: No, but I'm saying on the way back, why did
- 1:17:10Speaker 9: you buy? Because I know you don't have United status
- 1:17:12Speaker 9: so you didn't get upgraded. You bought a first class
- 1:17:14Speaker 9: ticket from Chicago full.
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: Price coming off six shows in Chicago, you were a flush.
- 1:17:21Speaker 5: I just don't think that that's what was the time?
- 1:17:23Speaker 4: Make me explain myself.
- 1:17:24Speaker 5: What was the price difference? Be honest in first class?
- 1:17:28Speaker 4: Two hundred bucks.
- 1:17:29Speaker 5: Two hundred bucks more.
- 1:17:30Speaker 4: Yeah, Ok, it wasn't that much because it was, like
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: I said, it was one of the clearly that plane
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: has never flown from Chicago to New York. Yeah, that
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: flan that plane flies from New York.
- 1:17:40Speaker 5: To Singapore Hong Kong.
- 1:17:41Speaker 4: Yeah, dude, it was the It wasn't like you know,
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: when like when we flew Delta one to San Francisco
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: and it was like there was probably like eight Yeah,
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: this was there was probably thirty. Wow, like half the
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: we boarded from the middle of the plane.
- 1:17:55Speaker 5: Yeah wow.
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: And then you tell you went left, yeah and left
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: yeh yeah.
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, so nice to go left left.
- 1:18:02Speaker 8: It was a restoration hardware.
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: And that's what I love about United. They just know
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: how to take care of their customers. It's a great team.
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: But you know that, I know that the food was trash,
- 1:18:11Speaker 4: no food. I slept the entire I slept this second
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: I got in and woke up.
- 1:18:16Speaker 9: I think you need to get the Explorer Rewards card
- 1:18:19Speaker 9: or whatever, the Ja Sapphire, No, the United cart their
- 1:18:22Speaker 9: best card.
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: Oh I thought the Sapphire was their best card.
- 1:18:25Speaker 5: That's not them. You need the.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: That's good for lounge access, you heard. Yeah, but the
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: United car is going to be different for you. But
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: what are you going to do with all your Delta
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: status from this past year?
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: Light it on fire. It literally means nothing. That's the
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: thing too, is like it doesn't mean anything that's not.
- 1:18:43Speaker 5: True, and yet it means you have to spend.
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: A ridiculous amount of money to get a make believe
- 1:18:48Speaker 4: status that then they still fuck you over.
- 1:18:51Speaker 8: I've never been fucked over by the good folks over
- 1:18:53Speaker 8: it thought.
- 1:18:53Speaker 5: The round trip to New Zealand, Yeah, without spent I
- 1:18:59Speaker 5: spent forty nine dollars on fees.
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: Delta couldn't pay me to fly to New Zealand.
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: I have a I have a bed to l A
- 1:19:07Speaker 5: and then a bed to Auckland. On the way home, gave.
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: Away to a homeless man.
- 1:19:14Speaker 8: Was sitting on the ground.
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: He was sitting on the ground while the lady was
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: talking to him like with his with his legs crossed
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: like this. That's who got my ticket? Is like, dude,
- 1:19:26Speaker 4: how did you even get into the airport? Did you
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: walk here?
- 1:19:30Speaker 5: A yoga guy? I was have you heard the Louis bit? No?
- 1:19:35Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 1:19:36Speaker 5: But like, you never see homeless people at the airport?
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: Oh yeah, there's never anyone, like, hey man, he's some
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: change trying to get to Tokyo.
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: Yeah, so that sucked. And then uh yeah, that's pretty
- 1:19:52Speaker 4: much it.
- 1:19:53Speaker 8: Great shows that really fun shows.
- 1:19:54Speaker 4: The shows in Chicago great. The Saturday Late show is
- 1:19:57Speaker 4: a little odd. Someone puked, I guess in in the sink,
- 1:20:01Speaker 4: and you know that club is really small, so it
- 1:20:03Speaker 4: kind of smelled it. I think it's I think it
- 1:20:06Speaker 4: probably smelled. And also then just no one can use
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: the bath because there's puke in the sink. Like the
- 1:20:12Speaker 4: the manager showed me a photo. It was I can't
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: even speak about it. I'll throw a gag man.
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: I don't think I've ever killed so hard that I
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: made someone puke in the sink, people crying.
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: It was a weird vibe. It was a weird vibe
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: on that one, but it was I had a great time.
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: Shows were great.
- 1:20:28Speaker 5: Yeah, where'd you say.
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: The Lincoln.
- 1:20:33Speaker 5: Sounds nice? Is that where the club put you?
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:20:36Speaker 8: It was not nice?
- 1:20:38Speaker 4: Yeah, no, no, it was awful. Really it was actually,
- 1:20:43Speaker 4: you know, it's actually this is funny. And I know
- 1:20:45Speaker 4: I'm not making it up. I know I'm not making
- 1:20:47Speaker 4: it up in my head. I ran into a comedian
- 1:20:50Speaker 4: at the airport when I was flying out of New York.
- 1:20:54Speaker 4: He was also going to Chicago. You can't say who
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: it was now. I forget what his name was. I
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: never met him. His name was like Jack Keller. Okay,
- 1:21:06Speaker 4: that's well, I don't want to fuck Helen's brother, Jeffrey Keller.
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: And he was doing he was doing Sunday, but he
- 1:21:12Speaker 4: was going early to do like spots in the city.
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: And I know I'm not wrong that the hotel was
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: weird because I got in and I was like, oh man,
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: it smells like shit in this room. And then he
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: DMed me and he was like Yo, does the hotel
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: you're staying at smell like fucking ass? And I was like,
- 1:21:27Speaker 4: yes it does.
- 1:21:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:21:28Speaker 9: So do you remember the moment where I changed you
- 1:21:36Speaker 9: into becoming a person that had to have nice accommodations
- 1:21:40Speaker 9: in first class?
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:21:41Speaker 4: Yeah, it was when we flew to San Francisco.
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: It was me. Yeah, I feel bad about that.
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: Oh I don't care.
- 1:21:47Speaker 5: I feel like I hooked you on a drug. It's
- 1:21:50Speaker 5: a little bit of a drug.
- 1:21:51Speaker 8: He's a little bit too young to be hooked on
- 1:21:52Speaker 8: this shore.
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah, I'm first of all, I know you know
- 1:21:56Speaker 5: you hate that. We know you hate that.
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: Yeah, but I mean there's not and you can do
- 1:22:00Speaker 4: about Like, I'm not taking a step back.
- 1:22:01Speaker 8: So yeah, you can't it the hedonic treadmill.
- 1:22:04Speaker 5: Yeah, you cannot put the toothpaste back and it's out
- 1:22:07Speaker 5: the two Truly.
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: You could pull tapes from this podcast of me saying
- 1:22:10Speaker 4: I will never fly first class ever and it's the
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: biggest waste of money of all time.
- 1:22:14Speaker 5: Yeah, and now you can't have it, not have it?
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: No, I still am fine without it.
- 1:22:20Speaker 9: You bought a first class ticket from Chicago to New York.
- 1:22:23Speaker 9: That is a flight on which I would never buy
- 1:22:25Speaker 9: a first class seat.
- 1:22:26Speaker 4: You also weren't up until three am, waking up at
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: seven for the flood Block Up seven release weekend. There's
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: a strategy to everything I do. I don't just do things.
- 1:22:38Speaker 9: I think hang on. So you had to get home
- 1:22:40Speaker 9: super early for the release of the video game.
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: No, I knew I was going to be up late,
- 1:22:45Speaker 4: and I knew I had to wake up early. Well,
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: I'd have to wake up early to get home for football.
- 1:22:53Speaker 5: Where did the video game come from? What do you mean?
- 1:22:55Speaker 8: He was up till three?
- 1:22:57Speaker 4: Brought my PlayStation, so you finished the show, went back,
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: went back, played video played videos til three am. Packed
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: my bag so packed everything so well that all I
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: had to do was wake up and just put my
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: shoes on and go and brush my teeth and all
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: that jazz. But and p you know, we don't have
- 1:23:13Speaker 4: to get intoll the nitty gritty.
- 1:23:14Speaker 8: But yeh, I.
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: Packed my bag real nice, got up, went slept the
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: entire flight, watched ball all day yesterday. Yeah, played video games,
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: went to bed at probably eleven forty five.
- 1:23:26Speaker 8: So there's no strategy to everything you do.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: Yeah, very strategic, very strategic.
- 1:23:30Speaker 9: Yeah, perspective, perspective. Can I give you one tip. Sure,
- 1:23:35Speaker 9: always welcome. This is probably silly. I have found in
- 1:23:40Speaker 9: my life in dealing in moments where you dealt with
- 1:23:44Speaker 9: the Delta agent, the woman Yeah yeah, who was not budging.
- 1:23:48Speaker 9: They they judge you right, which is to say, what
- 1:23:54Speaker 9: were you wearing for that flight?
- 1:23:58Speaker 8: Not even this? I know you just got that this sweatshirt.
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: I did just this sweathirt, but no I did. I
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: think I was literally just wearing these pants in that jacket.
- 1:24:05Speaker 5: Yeah, something similar, right, Yeah.
- 1:24:07Speaker 4: Dude, the guy in front of me was laying on
- 1:24:09Speaker 4: the ground.
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: Yeah, well he was probably looking at you, being like, yeah,
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: of course they gave me a seat.
- 1:24:14Speaker 8: Some fucking homeless guy was showing up.
- 1:24:17Speaker 5: I have found that if you dress up, they they
- 1:24:20Speaker 5: treat you better. Yeah.
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: I should have wanted it.
- 1:24:22Speaker 5: I'm not a top. Yeah.
- 1:24:23Speaker 9: I'm not saying you need to do that, but unfortunately
- 1:24:27Speaker 9: it is the way of the world and the flying.
- 1:24:31Speaker 9: I tend to try to dress a little bit better
- 1:24:33Speaker 9: because I worry about a situation like that, and you
- 1:24:35Speaker 9: need every advantage you can get.
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: You're not wrong, you do, but I will say I
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: think me and that lady ended on okay terms, which
- 1:24:43Speaker 4: I was happy about because I came in swinging, but
- 1:24:45Speaker 4: she was swinging back.
- 1:24:46Speaker 5: Of course you. I don't have any blame for you here.
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: When I came back in and I said, we're we're
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: all humans, right.
- 1:24:52Speaker 8: I would not take a swing back from a lady
- 1:24:54Speaker 8: like that.
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: Take a swing back.
- 1:24:56Speaker 8: Yeah, I wouldn't. Like you said, she was swinging back.
- 1:24:58Speaker 8: I would not take that.
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: Well I was and't really taking it. Yeah, yeah, great,
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: I said, this is not I said, that's not my problem,
- 1:25:03Speaker 4: that's your problem. And what she said to that, she
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: said all airlines do it. And I said that doesn't
- 1:25:08Speaker 4: make any sense.
- 1:25:08Speaker 8: You should have said, if all airlines jumped off a bridge,
- 1:25:10Speaker 8: would you do checkmate?
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: See that's something that you would have said. I wasn't
- 1:25:15Speaker 4: thinking fast enough.
- 1:25:17Speaker 8: Yeah, too early in the morning.
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: It was so early.
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: You need to have your Phoenix entergy drink before you
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: get on a flight like that, just so you could
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: in case you need to argue with somebody.
- 1:25:25Speaker 8: You need to have all the bullets in the gun.
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: It was also annoying because it was like, I woke
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: up early because I wanted to. I was gonna go
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: do the yak, and I missed most of the yak
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: and then it's like, well, like, I why did I
- 1:25:37Speaker 4: even wake up early? Now I'm just here and then
- 1:25:39Speaker 4: I just sat in the hotel room waiting for the show.
- 1:25:42Speaker 8: That's brutal. Did you have any sweet Chicago meals?
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: No?
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: Not really, to be honest, pretty.
- 1:25:50Speaker 8: Just have ever gone to Emilio's Bilato?
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: Yeah? A couple of times.
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: Did you wait in the line?
- 1:25:56Speaker 5: I have? Once? Yeah?
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: How did you get in? The other times?
- 1:26:00Speaker 5: Somehow we had a reservation.
- 1:26:01Speaker 8: I think I don't even think they do reservations.
- 1:26:04Speaker 5: Maybe they don't, I don't know.
- 1:26:05Speaker 9: One time I wait in the line with friends for
- 1:26:07Speaker 9: legitimately two and a half hours.
- 1:26:08Speaker 5: It was such a joke.
- 1:26:10Speaker 9: I think that restaurant is one of the most overrated
- 1:26:12Speaker 9: places in New York.
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: Oh strong disagree?
- 1:26:14Speaker 5: You really like it?
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: This weekend and it was amazing I have had. I've
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: saw so many people say that it's overrated. And I
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: went in and I had some of the most the
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: tastiest bites of food.
- 1:26:24Speaker 5: That veal parm is good.
- 1:26:25Speaker 9: But the other stuff I don't know, man, I think
- 1:26:29Speaker 9: there's way better Italian food, way better.
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: I actually I had some salid chicken palm this weekend. Okay,
- 1:26:35Speaker 4: talk to me.
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: It was fire.
- 1:26:37Speaker 4: If we're talking Italian.
- 1:26:38Speaker 8: Yeah, no we are. Yeah, Well talk to me from
- 1:26:42Speaker 8: Chicago parm.
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: Just a little Chicago parm. What I did do when
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: I got in, I was like, I'm gonna get a
- 1:26:47Speaker 4: I'm gonna get a classic Chicago dog.
- 1:26:49Speaker 5: Yeah right, I've done that.
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: And I didn't I ordered because I just got in.
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: You had a hot dog delivered. I had a hot
- 1:26:56Speaker 5: dog delivered. That is nuts.
- 1:26:59Speaker 4: Yeah, And I thought I got multiple, and then the
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: got came there and it was one hot dog I got.
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: I waited probably an hour and paid probably like twenty
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: bucks for one individual hot dog.
- 1:27:15Speaker 9: Oh my god, you're such a diva. You're such a
- 1:27:18Speaker 9: Kardashian at this point in your life.
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: No, I really, actually, I've actually, I'm I'm pretty much
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: off uber eats completely. I've been picking up with door dash.
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: You know you can set it to pick up. Yeah, hey,
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: I'm on that now. Shout out, Jake Malsek.
- 1:27:34Speaker 8: What did you but did they have they brought you?
- 1:27:37Speaker 5: Just like?
- 1:27:38Speaker 8: Was it a Chicago dog with like a bunch of
- 1:27:39Speaker 8: shit hunters or was.
- 1:27:40Speaker 4: It was literally just a hot dog?
- 1:27:42Speaker 8: A dog you didn't even.
- 1:27:44Speaker 4: Get, like just had ketchup mustard. Oh my god, it
- 1:27:49Speaker 4: was pretty bad too. It wasn't good.
- 1:27:51Speaker 5: Oh you think a hot dog didn't travel well, It didn't.
- 1:27:55Speaker 5: A single hot dog with the sauce already on it
- 1:27:59Speaker 5: didn't deliver well.
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: But in Chicago, like you're if you're getting a hot dog,
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: you should get it their way, And that like almost
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: makes it a little bit more worth it that you
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: have all the accoutrement lined up on it.
- 1:28:10Speaker 4: Yeah, but I didn't want all that. I didn't want
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: all the gizmos and gadgets.
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: Yeah, but then why not just walk to a hot
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: dog stand which is undoubtedly right outside your door.
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: I really should have just done that.
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: You should have just or like go to a fucking
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: seven to eleven. Seven eleven hot dogs are fine.
- 1:28:29Speaker 4: Yeah for hot dogs, yeah, I mean it's just a
- 1:28:31Speaker 4: hot all the same. Yeah, there's really no goal for
- 1:28:33Speaker 4: you hot dogs, unces. You're getting one chicken hot dogs
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: kosher blessed.
- 1:28:39Speaker 5: Have you guys read Upton Sinclair's The Jungle.
- 1:28:43Speaker 8: Of course?
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: Have you.
- 1:28:47Speaker 8: About manufacturing will?
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: Yeah? I mean fact it was you really read that book? Now?
- 1:28:53Speaker 9: Oh h It was the book that like famously depicted
- 1:28:58Speaker 9: the meat processing factories in Chicago, and it was meant
- 1:29:02Speaker 9: to be more of like an immigrant story about socialism
- 1:29:05Speaker 9: and the perils that face immigrant families in New York
- 1:29:08Speaker 9: but or excuse me, America.
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: But all that anyone.
- 1:29:11Speaker 9: Took away from it was the horrible conditions of the
- 1:29:15Speaker 9: meat factories in Chicago. And I actually think it might
- 1:29:18Speaker 9: have like contributed to the founding of the FDA so
- 1:29:25Speaker 9: that there was any sort of quality control whatsoever. But
- 1:29:27Speaker 9: I remember distinctly reading this passage about how you know,
- 1:29:31Speaker 9: the cows would go down the processing line and get
- 1:29:35Speaker 9: like slaughtered or whatever, and then they'd and then they'd
- 1:29:37Speaker 9: like carve out all these things and then it all
- 1:29:41Speaker 9: the innerds and things would drop through a hole in
- 1:29:44Speaker 9: the floor or whatever whatever was useful meat would be
- 1:29:47Speaker 9: taken out, and then all the slop and the hoofs
- 1:29:52Speaker 9: and the innards and this and that would end up
- 1:29:56Speaker 9: just kind of on the floor. And these guys would
- 1:29:59Speaker 9: come in who were like smoking SIGs and ashing in
- 1:30:02Speaker 9: it with their boots on and like tramping through it,
- 1:30:05Speaker 9: and they would shovel it all into a hole in
- 1:30:09Speaker 9: the middle of the floor and it would drop down
- 1:30:11Speaker 9: another level. And that was what went into the sausage
- 1:30:13Speaker 9: casing for hot dogs.
- 1:30:17Speaker 4: You're making pretty sure it's like not that much better now, Yeah,
- 1:30:22Speaker 4: like it's still.
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: It's whatever's left over. Yeah.
- 1:30:24Speaker 4: Yeah, it's nasty.
- 1:30:26Speaker 5: Disparate animal parts.
- 1:30:28Speaker 4: Yeah, great for like a nice cookout though.
- 1:30:30Speaker 5: Great.
- 1:30:31Speaker 8: Yeah at the ball game, having some hooves, having a
- 1:30:35Speaker 8: hoove sandwich.
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: This is why I only eat chicken chicken dogs, which
- 1:30:39Speaker 5: are made up of beak feet.
- 1:30:43Speaker 8: Yeah, chicken liver. Yeah, that's nasty. Do you guys want
- 1:30:49Speaker 8: to talk about fish Week at all? That was last week?
- 1:30:52Speaker 5: Yeah? That feels like months ago. I feel like that
- 1:30:55Speaker 5: was a while ago.
- 1:30:55Speaker 4: And then there was another thing too.
- 1:30:57Speaker 5: Who was that movie I saw? Oh?
- 1:30:59Speaker 4: I saw that movie with a movie with we were
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: talking about that. Oh wait, never mind, that was in
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: the episode for tomorrow.
- 1:31:06Speaker 5: Yeah. Episode got a fine episode coming out Thursday, very
- 1:31:10Speaker 5: special guests.
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: Yeah, banger of an episode.
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: Uh what was week fish week? Yeah?
- 1:31:16Speaker 4: Yeah, thoughts questions.
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: I was amazed at how good Ron was at shooting.
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that was really cool.
- 1:31:21Speaker 4: It's incredible.
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: I was amazed how good of a guide Harry was
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: on the on the river dude.
- 1:31:26Speaker 4: People were like there were some people that were like
- 1:31:28Speaker 4: actually mad at me about that. They were like, you
- 1:31:30Speaker 4: never even gave ron in France as a shot. I
- 1:31:32Speaker 4: was like, dude, none of us had a shot at
- 1:31:34Speaker 4: any point.
- 1:31:37Speaker 8: The one guy said that that was his honey hole.
- 1:31:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah he did say that.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: The guy who was the shooting guy, he said that
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: was a spot. So maybe we did have a shot.
- 1:31:47Speaker 4: I don't know, maybe we did. It's tough fishing new
- 1:31:49Speaker 4: water like that. Yeah, you know, on a limited amount
- 1:31:51Speaker 4: of time.
- 1:31:52Speaker 8: It didn't really make me feel like that was the
- 1:31:53Speaker 8: formula though.
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: But my only thing is that like a huge part
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: of it to me was being able to go back
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: to your apartment for your house and uh so, I
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: guess we will have to do that again there.
- 1:32:06Speaker 8: In the summer.
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: Oh, that's a fun idea that. Okay, summers are great.
- 1:32:10Speaker 8: Right, so summer will be a little bit different.
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: Summer will be fun as fun summer summer.
- 1:32:14Speaker 8: But we'll do other ship in between that though.
- 1:32:16Speaker 5: I'd like to wet wade in the summer.
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: That it's fun. It's the best.
- 1:32:19Speaker 5: It's so good in the middle of the river is
- 1:32:24Speaker 5: really nice temperature. I did it.
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: I did it this summer. Wise, Yeah, it's really fun.
- 1:32:27Speaker 4: That's like the best way to fly fish.
- 1:32:29Speaker 8: Yeah, and you just said the water just runs up
- 1:32:31Speaker 8: to your penis pretty much.
- 1:32:33Speaker 4: Ye yeah, yeah, pretty much like swimming.
- 1:32:35Speaker 9: I would like floated halfway down the river just on
- 1:32:38Speaker 9: my back with my rod above my head, not casting anything,
- 1:32:43Speaker 9: just keeping it dry.
- 1:32:44Speaker 5: Yeah, it's fun.
- 1:32:45Speaker 8: That sounds so nice.
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: It was great, But we need to do another another
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: trip like that. What other activities would you guys like
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: to do on trapping?
- 1:32:54Speaker 5: Beaver trapping? Yeah, yeah, we would trap some beaver out west.
- 1:33:00Speaker 4: Yeah, totally, I'm down.
- 1:33:01Speaker 8: That sounds so nice.
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: We were ta.
- 1:33:03Speaker 8: I have no respect for beavers.
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: It's like a like a nice deer, Like I'm not
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: super interested in like shooting a deer in the head,
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: just because I have a soft spot for them, but
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: like a beaver, like I don't fundamentally respect them as
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: an animal.
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: Oh really I do. I'm the opposite.
- 1:33:16Speaker 5: I don't.
- 1:33:16Speaker 9: They're a pest. No, they fuck up beautiful forests and
- 1:33:21Speaker 9: take trees that don't belong.
- 1:33:22Speaker 8: To them, and they're ugly in the face, use them.
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: To damn up rivers, which sucks up the ecosystem. Yeah.
- 1:33:27Speaker 8: So a fisherman and a beaver are natural enemies.
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: Not really, the beaver does not want to help you.
- 1:33:35Speaker 4: No, they don't.
- 1:33:35Speaker 5: So crazy.
- 1:33:36Speaker 4: Have you ever seen a beaver? Yeah, in a river?
- 1:33:40Speaker 5: I have.
- 1:33:40Speaker 4: It's fucking It looks like an Yeah, it's like the
- 1:33:43Speaker 4: craziest thing I've ever seen.
- 1:33:45Speaker 8: They're just like fat fucks with buck teeth through.
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: Their tails when they cut, when they jump out of
- 1:33:49Speaker 4: the water, and then they slap down and it's not
- 1:33:52Speaker 4: It feels like someone just cannon balld in front of you.
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: You're like, what just happened? Yeah, it's a beaver.
- 1:33:56Speaker 8: They're a bit of an abomination.
- 1:33:58Speaker 4: Like I didn't even know beavers existed. I never knew
- 1:34:00Speaker 4: I would see one of those in real life?
- 1:34:04Speaker 8: What is their tailmate?
- 1:34:05Speaker 4: Out of cardboard?
- 1:34:08Speaker 5: Catcher mitt?
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I would love to trap some catcher mittail beaver. Yeah,
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: that would be so nice. We gotta do some golf
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: content too.
- 1:34:17Speaker 9: What if we let's do the three of Us against
- 1:34:20Speaker 9: the four play Boys. God, that would be And then
- 1:34:24Speaker 9: we'll do the three of us against chick lits. Oh,
- 1:34:25Speaker 9: maybe we could do like a tri wizard tournament.
- 1:34:30Speaker 5: That'd be fun, like the three of Us versus the
- 1:34:32Speaker 5: fourth play guys versus the chick lits guys.
- 1:34:34Speaker 8: Yeah, that would be so sick. Well, what about the
- 1:34:38Speaker 8: two of you guys are on the same team and
- 1:34:40Speaker 8: you have to try and shoot under my natural score combined.
- 1:34:46Speaker 5: Oh, that's actually.
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: A pretty good idea a someone who hasn't played eighteen
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: holes of golf in probably eighteen years.
- 1:35:01Speaker 5: Yeah, do you think about that?
- 1:35:02Speaker 9: That means that on a par five at best, we're
- 1:35:06Speaker 9: probably making a ten at best more likely in eleven,
- 1:35:11Speaker 9: and he would have to do eleven or better on
- 1:35:13Speaker 9: a part five.
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: I think we could do it. I think we could
- 1:35:16Speaker 4: get it done. Fuck you, I think I would be
- 1:35:18Speaker 4: holding I don't think.
- 1:35:20Speaker 8: Yeah, no, shit, Francis is better than you.
- 1:35:23Speaker 4: Obviously that was almost gonna say. But I think I
- 1:35:25Speaker 4: would be holding you back a lot more than you think.
- 1:35:28Speaker 9: Well, but I can coach you though. You're much better
- 1:35:32Speaker 9: when I club you and tell you what to do
- 1:35:35Speaker 9: and where to hit it.
- 1:35:36Speaker 5: Yeah. True.
- 1:35:36Speaker 8: What do we calling this golf? We'll call golf. We
- 1:35:40Speaker 8: also need a golf week.
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: Everything is gone something weak, something day, or something night.
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: We shouldn't be doing anything that's more than two words.
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: Speaking of steak night, we need to do steak night
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: before the year is done, and all I ask is
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: like putting out unless you have a spot. But like
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: a prid It room in New York with a round table.
- 1:36:02Speaker 5: I think that's easier than you'd think. Yeah, yeah, that's
- 1:36:04Speaker 5: easier than we could shoot.
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: And we need at least six seats at the table. Yeah,
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: at least seven seats actually one for the camera, cool,
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: one for the viewer. So if anybody has that, please
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: reach out to me or Francis or Harry via chap ECC.
- 1:36:21Speaker 8: Perhaps that's it.
- 1:36:24Speaker 5: Sweet hell.
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: Yeah, oh I'm gonna did I already say my dates.
- 1:36:28Speaker 4: I'm going to be in Baltimore this weekend and then
