Parents Charged After Kids’ Brawl | Rochester News
Four parents in Steuben County are now facing charges after their kids—boys involved in a Friday robbery and a later violent brawl—got out of control. Police arrested the adults, including Irene Strassburg, Cassie Stowell, April Finch, and Amberlynn Zigenfus, for failing to supervise their minors. All four received appearance tickets and must appear in court. A case where kids’ chaos lands squarely on the parents’ shoulders.
