- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Oh, hey there.
- 0:01SPEAKER_02: I'm Carly, Human Design Medium, and your guide for this podcast.
- 0:06SPEAKER_02: This is Human Design IRL, where we talk to my favorite women in the world about how their human design shows up in their real lives.
- 0:14SPEAKER_02: So you have actual examples as you're learning about how your design might show up in yours.
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: Here's a clip from today's episode.
- 0:22SPEAKER_04: I mean, it's interesting hearing you say that last sentence because you're like, I need to rest, I need to feel this the right way, which is totally that emotional center.
- 0:32SPEAKER_04: And then you're like, but at the same time, action, which is that root and sacral, brings, you know.
- 0:40SPEAKER_02: Action brings clarity.
- 0:42SPEAKER_02: Before we start the episode, I want to remind you that we talk about specific channels, gates, incarnation crosses, all the stuff in every episode.
- 0:49SPEAKER_02: So if you want to grab your chart, now is the time, or head to my website, humandesignmedium.com backslash design.
- 0:54SPEAKER_02: There's a free calculator on there.
- 0:56SPEAKER_02: You're welcome to use.
- 0:57SPEAKER_02: All right, here we go.
- 0:59SPEAKER_04: I'm Carly, Human Design Medium, and this is the Human Design IRL Podcast.
- 1:03SPEAKER_04: Today I have one of my near dear friends, Sarah Caniclio.
- 1:08SPEAKER_04: Say hey to the people, Sarah.
- 1:10SPEAKER_04: Hi.
- 1:11SPEAKER_04: Hey everyone.
- 1:12SPEAKER_04: So excited to speak to you.
- 1:13SPEAKER_04: I'm so excited that you're here too.
- 1:15SPEAKER_04: Um I'll I'll let you introduce what you do, but she's a strong believer in the power of nature and the beauty that it exudes and that beauty heals.
- 1:25SPEAKER_04: She's recently received a certification in forest therapy, as she's a forest therapy guide, and she's here on the earth to help the collective heal in this practice amongst others in nature, which is so true.
- 1:39SPEAKER_04: She also has a beautiful Project Wonderful, which gosh has been such a gift in my life.
- 1:48SPEAKER_04: Where every morning I wake up and I see a beautiful piece of nature in my inbox.
- 1:54SPEAKER_04: She's a very gifted photographer and a very wise woman and just an overall treasure of mine.
- 2:03SPEAKER_04: So, Sarah, will you please introduce yourself?
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: Well, that's hard to follow.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for those kind words.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: And yeah, I think I said it mostly in the intro, or you said it mostly in the intro.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: I really feel like I've been put on this earth to share as much beauty as possible because I do truly believe that it is healing.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: And it's scientifically backed, really, that beauty heals.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: They've done studies on, you know, putting something beautiful, a picture next to your bed.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: And if that's the first thing you see in the morning, it'll actually boost your mood in your day.
- 2:52SPEAKER_04: Which I've told you, I pick up my phone and I look at the picture and I take a deep breath.
- 2:56SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 2:57SPEAKER_04: It lifts my mood.
- 2:58SPEAKER_04: It's such a gift.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, and that makes you so happy.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: Because that's I really feel like that's that's what it's there for.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: Because if we can start our days with beauty, what a better day we have, I think.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: So I I do that and I I love to share that with others so that they can experience that as well.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: And even to take it a step further, go out and experience nature for themselves and really experience what I experience on a daily basis and capture on a daily basis.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: And I really do think that if we all did those little simple things and practiced this then as a collective, we'd be more healed and going about our days with some of the noise that we experience with more grace.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: And that just feels so much better, so much nicer.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:02SPEAKER_04: We're just talking about how the there's a shift coming in human design.
- 4:07SPEAKER_04: It's called the new paradigm, where we're switching, we're under a new incarnation cross for the first time in 400 years, I think, where it's more about going inwards and understanding what you contribute to the collective rather than trying to maintain structure, which is what we've been doing, and we've built a whole society on it.
- 4:24SPEAKER_04: But in terms of the beauty that you bring to the world, and then together, it's not even like we're trying to fix, I think.
- 4:32SPEAKER_04: It's not like we're trying to fix ourselves.
- 4:34SPEAKER_04: There's not going to be a point at which we are, you know, that's the other side, that's not Earth.
- 4:40SPEAKER_04: But there is growth and higher vibration.
- 4:44SPEAKER_04: And I think the collective can only get there if we're all doing it together.
- 4:50SPEAKER_04: Um like you mentioned before.
- 4:52SPEAKER_04: So Sarah is a 5-1 generator, an emotional generator.
- 4:59SPEAKER_04: So she has this emotional authority.
- 5:01SPEAKER_04: And we are going to just talk about Sarah.
- 5:04SPEAKER_04: I think if you can, I think I'm just gonna jump right into your chart because I you've explained yourself very well, and I think people have gotten sort of your vibe really well.
- 5:13SPEAKER_04: And one of the first things that I'd like to bring up is you have so Sarah is a 5-1 generator.
- 5:21SPEAKER_04: She has her head and ajna defined, she has her ego heart center and her emotions or her emotional center defined, and her root and her sacral defined.
- 5:31SPEAKER_04: So actually, the first thing that I'm thinking to talk about is this triple split that you have.
- 5:38SPEAKER_04: Have we talked about your triple split before?
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: I don't think so.
- 5:41SPEAKER_04: Okay, so fancy.
- 5:44SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you are.
- 5:45SPEAKER_04: You're so fancy.
- 5:46SPEAKER_04: You're you can do this triple split.
- 5:48SPEAKER_04: So on your chart, and this is I'm gonna give you sort of the definition, the way that traditional human design would have this.
- 5:57SPEAKER_04: And then you can hopefully fill us in and how this shows up in real life.
- 6:02SPEAKER_04: I'm also I am also turtle split, so I have some perspective on this as well, but how it shows up for people so they don't just see triple split, like what is that?
- 6:11SPEAKER_04: What this means is the energy centers that are connected for you are you have six of them illuminated and they are in groups of two.
- 6:20SPEAKER_04: So you have three separate parts of your energy that are consistent but not connected.
- 6:28SPEAKER_04: So trip typically with triple splits, you take you basically, if you think about your energy as like a processor, as like a machine for the parts of you that are lit up.
- 6:39SPEAKER_04: Like you've got three different hubs, is what Spirit is showing me how to explain this.
- 6:44SPEAKER_04: That some people just have like a monorail that's like connect, like you know what I mean, that's just goes through all of them.
- 6:52SPEAKER_04: We have to hop from one to to the next.
- 6:55SPEAKER_04: So let me read what I have in my software so you can you have three unconnected areas of definition.
- 7:01SPEAKER_04: So there's no energy flow or constant communication between them.
- 7:05SPEAKER_04: You will need more time and movement between groups of people to process information and make decisions.
- 7:12SPEAKER_04: I mean, you you do have emotional authority, so you are meant to wait 24 to 48 hours.
- 7:17SPEAKER_04: But do you feel like you have three different parts of you?
- 7:20SPEAKER_04: One would be so for you, one would be emotion, sense of worth, sense of drive, you know, knowing that you are and feeling that you are here, that you can make things happen.
- 7:33SPEAKER_04: Then you've got this sense of needing to move with your root, needing to drive or like meaning, needing to make things happen along with this creative sense.
- 7:43SPEAKER_04: So a lot of creativity and drive to create.
- 7:47SPEAKER_04: And then you've got this head and have this channel about using logic to understand how to take the next steps in the future and how to apply what you've seen happen to what's you know happening next.
- 8:03SPEAKER_04: And this would be for other people.
- 8:04SPEAKER_04: So how does that resonate and where can you see that in your real life?
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: Well, so many, so many things are coming up as you're talking about that.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: I feel like it takes so it takes some time for me to process, digest, and that really sometimes feels a little bit like I know you and I have talked about non-striving and how important that is for me right now in the lesson I feel like I'm learning.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: Where I think going to the second part or the second you were talking about like action and movement, and I think it's kind of at odds sometimes for me.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: Well, that's exactly what this would be.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: Where it feels like I I feel like I need to process and and kind of rest and digest, as some would say, and at the same time, it's almost like I'm ready to take action and I want, I want to move and I want to see progress.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: And what's coming up for me too with all of this is I know you and I have touched on astrology somewhat, but it's it's kind of my I I have a Pisces moon and a Virgo sun and Virgo Mars, which I just learned.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, where it and I was a full moon baby, so I basically was a full moon Pisces and Virgo sun.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: And it's almost like it's the same thing with those two elements of my chart, in that it's like the Pisces wants to just kind of like feel into it and and be more fluid, and and the Virgo is more like, all right, let's let's take some action here.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: And so I think this is a common I can really relate to this piece of it, and I I feel like I'm oftentimes really balancing and embracing the balance of okay, it's all right to just allow and and rest and digest and process, yeah, but also action brings clarity, and it's important to embrace that part of me as well.
- 10:36SPEAKER_04: So yeah, I mean, it's interesting hearing you say that last sentence because you're like, I need to rest, I need to feel this the right way, which is totally that emotional center.
- 10:47SPEAKER_04: And then you're like, but at the same time, action, which is that root and sacral, brings, you know, action brings clarity, clarity, which has to do with your head and your eyes here.
- 11:01SPEAKER_04: So it is connected in a way to that too.
- 11:04SPEAKER_04: But like, do you have a decision or something, like if you know, something that's it could be recent, it could be not, where you are, you know, from a generator standpoint, your strategy is respond, you're going to respond to something, but you feel that pull between wanting to, you know, mull it over and to really think about it and think about what you've seen, you know.
- 11:27SPEAKER_04: I I guess it would be what you've seen before in the past and be logical about it when it comes to decisions.
- 11:33SPEAKER_04: Then you'd have this drive to move.
- 11:35SPEAKER_04: Like, is there has have there been like a big decision in your life where you feel like you're just all over the place until you recenter?
- 12:50SPEAKER_01: I would say what came to my mind the first thing that came to my mind is about seven years ago, I was working for a company that I'm actually currently backworking with, and I really was in a position where I like it wasn't working for me.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: And I really kept being practical about it and and wanting to take action, but kept mulling it over it.
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: It was months and months and months where I finally realized that it was really about listening to my intuition, really listening to my gut, that it came down to.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: And it and I actually I say that as an example.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: I feel like there's a few examples in my career where that's happened, where I mean, I've literally looked myself in the mirror and and just have asked a question and just looked at myself to say, like, what do I need to do here?
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: There's something so powerful about intuition, and I feel like anytime that I really tap into that and I really listen that it always feels quote right.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: And I think it's also just to use the word again that I used earlier of grace, I think so often it's it's like these big decisions or these big things we've got to do or say, or and it really isn't.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: It's like just can we just give ourselves a little grace in whatever it is, lighten it up?
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: And I think the more I do that too, it feels almost freeing and effortless.
- 14:58SPEAKER_04: So, like that's where your intuition comes through, like as an emotional authority.
- 15:05SPEAKER_04: And I think what's interesting about what you said, and I what I picked up on is you talk about your intuition and how that really brings clarity.
- 15:14SPEAKER_04: And I wonder if, like, hypothesizing, I guess, because we're all figuring this out, if when you are in a triple split, when you're in a quadruple split, which some people are, there's a lot of noise and there's a lot of energy in your body, but ultimately the clarity comes from your authority, you know, because what in the story that you just described, you spent time mulling it over, you spent time like you were feeling like you wanted to make a move.
- 15:45SPEAKER_04: That's that drive.
- 15:46SPEAKER_04: So there it's a pressure center.
- 15:48SPEAKER_04: The root is a pressure center, the head, which you also have as defined, is a pressure center.
- 15:53SPEAKER_04: So this pressure to think about things, think things through, make a decision, this pressure to act, this pressure to move, that is happening all the time for you.
- 16:04SPEAKER_04: But really, where you ended up making the decision is in how you felt, but also this emotional center is connected to your heart center, which only 30% of the population has defined.
- 16:20SPEAKER_04: I think, especially as women who have this, who are prone to lifting other people up, like we really need to do that because you know, 70% of the population gets their sense of self and sense of willpower and sense of worth from other people, you know, from their environment.
- 16:38SPEAKER_04: And so you don't, you just have a triple split, which is like all of these things mulling around and it the noise from your head and your root and your sacral are sort of confusing and when it comes to, and I think that's probably what causes the delay more than how you feel about things and what you know you're worth.
- 16:59SPEAKER_04: You know?
- 17:00SPEAKER_02: Okay, something else I want to ask you about is your undefined spleen.
- 17:05SPEAKER_04: I like to read the official definition because that's what people are reading, and then you can translate it into real life.
- 17:12SPEAKER_04: Do you hold on to unhealthy people or things?
- 17:14SPEAKER_04: Your instinct and and intuitive perception, I don't like how that is worded, are influenced by energetic impulses of your environment.
- 17:22SPEAKER_04: So an undefined spleen can make you more susceptible to external fears and worries.
- 17:25SPEAKER_04: Perhaps you cling to people, habits, or things that are toxic because they offer some sort of security.
- 17:30SPEAKER_04: So when you're talking about that's a safe place when you're in that job and you're hanging on to that a little bit, that's an influence, certainly, of your undefined spleen.
- 17:43SPEAKER_04: So regularly reflect on whether the relationships in your life are truly healthy or nourishing for you and learn to let go of what does not serve you well.
- 17:50SPEAKER_04: So what's interesting is you have, you know, what serves you well because you have that defined heart center.
- 17:59SPEAKER_04: You know it.
- 18:00SPEAKER_04: But this undefined spleen creeps in there is like, uh, eh, depending on who you're around.
- 18:08SPEAKER_04: So I would bet maybe you were it you felt differently about leaving, depending on where you were.
- 18:15SPEAKER_04: Would that be like depending on who you were talking to about it?
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: I mean, you just said it in a nutshell.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's almost confusing.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: It just adds a layer of confusion where not to use good and bad.
- 18:35SPEAKER_01: I don't know another way to say it, but you know, it's all good.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: Like the work, the people I'm around, like it's all good, right?
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: And it's this deeper purpose or deeper connectedness that wants to kind of usurp the the the like the the things that are like good.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: I don't I'm not able to describe it very well, but I think there's it just adds another layer of confusion, is the best way I can say it.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: You think things are good, you think you're in a flow, but really when you start to think about what it could be, and sometimes not even be able to imagine that, but know that yeah, the universe or whatever you want, God or whatever you want to call it can provide so much more, or yeah, that it's like, what am I doing over here?
- 19:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah, well, that's that's realizing it's itself, right?
- 19:47SPEAKER_04: I mean, you also, it says you also have a special sensitivity to the physical health and well-being of others, which I think is is also true.
- 19:55SPEAKER_04: But what you were talking about there, I mean, your brain can't imagine when you're talking about the universe coming up with something better than you could have imagined.
- 20:06SPEAKER_04: What your chart would say with this head ajna 63.4 definition, which has to do with logical patterns.
- 20:14SPEAKER_04: I can I can read that.
- 20:15SPEAKER_04: You seek, find, and perceive logical patterns that open up a world of possibility through questions and data analysis.
- 20:22SPEAKER_04: You can anticipate future developments.
- 20:24SPEAKER_04: Your mental strength lies in helping others, not understanding your own life, which is where we get confused.
- 20:29SPEAKER_04: You want someone to cross your path to share your clarity and inspiration.
- 20:33SPEAKER_04: So I think, you know, and you also do, you you you do share clarity and inspiration well.
- 20:40SPEAKER_04: But I think would it be fair to say that over time you have gotten the data that says, when I trust, when I let go of the things that aren't serving me, you know, with this spleen, what you've sort of learned here is when I let go of these things, something better than I could have imagined happened.
- 21:01SPEAKER_04: So you sort of tricked your brain.
- 21:03SPEAKER_04: You're nodding your heads for people who are listening.
- 21:06SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: And I think when when you're able to recognize those miracles or those moments or those winks from the universe, as I call them sometimes, it's like, okay.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: And it brings me back to the heart, it brings me back to that feeling of like, yeah, I know this.
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: I know this.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: That's a cool way that your chart works together.
- 21:33SPEAKER_04: That you you've gotten basically data points of trusting yourself, trusting the universe.
- 21:40SPEAKER_04: And that sort of quiets your head a little bit because you've got the data to prove it.
- 21:45SPEAKER_04: You know, whereas before, I would, or like, you know, as you were growing up, I would probably think that you would be hanging on to more things more easily.
- 21:52SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: And that goes back to the allowing and just knowing that we are evolving, I am evolving, we're all collectively evolving in a way that is exactly how as it needs to be, or as it's going to be.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: And I think there is so much solace and grace and beauty in that to be able to say, okay, yeah.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: And well, there's another week, thank you.
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: There's another week, thank you.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: And just and like it's validation because the hearts has said it all along, but all these other things have kind of you know, kind of distracted from that.
- 22:39SPEAKER_04: And um and it's your energy and it's other people's energy.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: And that's where you know, I talk about with going to today's wonderful, and that, you know, that picture in the morning, and it's it's like we get to decide how we we.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: What what frequency we want to be on, and we get to look at it in whatever way we want to look at it.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: So you can look at a naturally formed heart as a coincidence and just it's just there, or you can look at it as well, there's a message in that.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: And if you keep seeing it and you keep seeing it, those are the little miracles of like the message of you're loved or you are loved, or whatever you want to define that as.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: But I think in a bigger way to what you were just talking about, there's several examples in in life where you're like, I knew that, I just knew that.
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: And I'm so glad that I allowed and didn't push back and didn't, and I think it's so easy to feel like, oh, I need to, you know, there's some uncertainty here.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure what's going on.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: It doesn't feel that's your head gets yeah.
- 24:01SPEAKER_04: What's that?
- 24:02SPEAKER_04: That's your undefined spleen.
- 24:04SPEAKER_04: There's some like you don't know what is safe and what's not.
- 24:06SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 24:07SPEAKER_01: And then you're you're then I I tend to or have tended to go to the place of like, well, what do I need to do now?
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: Because this uncertainty is happening.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: So how do I plan for that?
- 24:21SPEAKER_01: And I learned from someone a few years ago that if you're able to lean into that uncertainty and lean into and just trust, right?
- 24:33SPEAKER_01: Going to the heart, like trust that it's unfolding as it needs to unfold, but that's where the gold is.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: Because if you go to the planning place and you go to the like, let me control this, you're you're defining it, you're putting it into a little box, whatever that is.
- 24:51SPEAKER_01: Whereas if you allow and let that uncertainty ride out, and who knows?
- 24:59SPEAKER_01: Who knows what the and I've said this story maybe to you before, and it's a story about a farmer, and he's on the farm and he has these horses and yeah, all kinds of animals, and one of the horses runs away, and the whole town is like, oh my gosh, that's such bad luck.
- 25:20SPEAKER_01: And and he's like, they're like, Oh, it's so terrible.
- 25:23SPEAKER_01: And he's like, Good luck, bad luck, who knows?
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: The next day, the horse comes back with another horse, and they're like, Oh my goodness, you have two horses.
- 25:34SPEAKER_01: It came back, and there's another one.
- 25:37SPEAKER_01: And he's like, Good luck, bad luck, who knows?
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: The next day, his son is trying to train the wild horse that came with the other horse, gets on the horse, gets thrown off the horse, breaks his leg.
- 25:48SPEAKER_01: The town's like, Oh my gosh, I'm so that's so terrible.
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: And and he goes, Good luck, bad luck, who knows?
- 25:57SPEAKER_01: The next day the draft comes into town for the army.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and they get to the house, and the son's got his broken leg, and they're like, Oh, sorry, we can't, you know, can't they can't take you.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: And the town is like, oh my goodness, what good luck?
- 26:14SPEAKER_01: And he says, Good luck, bad luck, who knows?
- 26:17SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: And so it can go on and on and on.
- 26:19SPEAKER_01: And I feel like if we can look at life that way, of just as things come along, and when you think that something isn't as it as you thought it would be, or something doesn't seem like good luck, or it feels like bad walk, or it feels bad or good, or whatever you want to say, it's that knowing that it's going as it as it needs to go.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: And and that just feels so good.
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: It's just like, oh, what a way to live.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: Because it's okay.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: It's okay, it's just flowing, it's in the middle.
- 26:57SPEAKER_01: Like I was saying, it's not down here, it's not up here, it's in the middle.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: It feels it's just flowing and yeah.
- 27:07SPEAKER_04: I think that it's interesting you go back to the because that sense of self-assuredness, that is the heart space.
- 27:15SPEAKER_04: And that's connected directly to your intuition.
- 27:18SPEAKER_04: So I I and it's interesting that you talked, you know, before about nothing that you do.
- 27:24SPEAKER_04: Like if if something happens, good luck, bad luck, who knows?
- 27:28SPEAKER_04: Like you're talking about going to these places that you have to find.
- 27:31SPEAKER_04: Like you would do something or you would try to figure it out, try to figure out what's next.
- 27:37SPEAKER_04: But what you've you're saying you've realized is like you go back to the heart space, which is ultimately connected to your intuition and feel into that and stick with that, you know, as an emotional authority, and then do what feels good to you.
- 27:55SPEAKER_04: Like I love that.
- 27:56SPEAKER_04: And I think that's what a beautiful way to show how you use these different hubs and you know, as a triple split.
- 28:06SPEAKER_04: How you use the hadin the ajna, how you use, you know, I I wonder, I'm gonna go look at my chart and see if I use whatever center is connected to.
- 28:15SPEAKER_04: I think it's my root is connected to my spleen to see if I if that's where I should really be, you know, looking to influence or to for the clarity that I need rather than consulting these other spots that I have.
- 28:30SPEAKER_04: You know, you return to the heart.
- 28:32SPEAKER_04: Maybe I return to, I think I return to the root or to my instincts.
- 28:36SPEAKER_04: You know.
- 28:37SPEAKER_04: So the last part I want to talk to you about in your chart is this we're talking about how connected your heart and your emotions are, and this 30% piece of this heart, but your heart is directly connected to your solar plexus through this channel of community.
- 28:55SPEAKER_04: So it's literally the channel of community.
- 28:59SPEAKER_04: You have the I'm reading this so that you can resonate or not.
- 29:03SPEAKER_04: Uh, you have the talent to create communities where each member has a valued place and feels like a part of the whole.
- 29:09SPEAKER_04: You achieve this through wise agreements that hold the collective together.
- 29:12SPEAKER_04: Your mission is to find and embody your place in the greater fabric.
- 29:16SPEAKER_04: Instead of constantly seeking, allow yourself to be found by the groups that truly welcome you.
- 29:23SPEAKER_04: So you and I were just talking about, and I want to bring this in women's networks.
- 29:29SPEAKER_04: And I think there is such a power in groups of women.
- 29:35SPEAKER_04: I especially, you know, I have an offering that I'm trying to develop still, I guess, that is groups of women learning their design together so that they can better support each other.
- 29:47SPEAKER_04: Because these networking groups, in the way that they were designed, are very transactional in my experience.
- 29:56SPEAKER_04: You know, what you're getting is an opportunity to pitch your business and you're getting referrals.
- 30:01SPEAKER_04: And it's a smart way to do things under, you know, the old paradigm, which is to preserve and build infrastructure.
- 30:08SPEAKER_04: But I have this calling, this feeling to build a network of women or to be part of a network of women that just show up and to be ourselves around each other and to feel supported in doing that, because that's not always the case when you're in those kinds of businesses.
- 30:28SPEAKER_04: So you have this line that literally I've I've read it for you.
- 30:33SPEAKER_04: So now can you please just tell me how this resonates with you?
- 30:37SPEAKER_04: Because I know it does.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it definitely resonates into what you were just saying.
- 30:43SPEAKER_01: I think that it's it's it's just the being that is so important, just being who you are and not feeling like you have to do do do.
- 30:57SPEAKER_01: And I think sometimes in some of the networking groups and some of the communities, it's a lot about we'll do this and I'll do this, and we'll do do do do do.
- 31:06SPEAKER_01: And I feel like, especially with forest therapy, it's really helped me to just be and be in my element and then call in people who are in that same element or frequency or whatever you want to call it.
- 31:24SPEAKER_01: And that is just it just ends up being so effortless and beautiful because you're all just being.
- 31:40SPEAKER_01: You know, do this every one once in a while.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: And it's it's not for any productive purpose, it's not to get something done, it's just to be and be in community and be with each other, right?
- 31:54SPEAKER_01: And I feel like forest therapy has taught me that that feeling of being in community, not only with each other, whoever's along for the ride and the session, right being in community with nature, yeah, and really just allowing that and how powerful that is and how supported we are and how healing it is.
- 32:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it's it's easy, it's effortless.
- 32:22SPEAKER_01: It's you know, taking a walk down the street and just touching a tree, it really isn't that hard.
- 32:31SPEAKER_01: And I think we have, for better or for worse, we're sometimes we are building these structures and building these communities that have so much almost red tape that it makes it really hard to even be a part of it because you're just like, I feel like this isn't diving and it doesn't feel aligned, and yeah, it's just it's different standards.
- 32:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah, sorry to cut you off.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: You said you were thinking what no, I it is, it's just it's just it's not aligned sometimes, and when you're not aligned, that's that's the knowing that you're not being who you are.
- 33:15SPEAKER_04: It's not in the right place, yeah.
- 33:16SPEAKER_01: You're not in the right place, yeah, exactly.
- 33:18SPEAKER_04: You're and and you're talking about that feeling that you're not in the right place, like the which is your intuition.
- 33:25SPEAKER_04: What I love about what you just said too, and how this aligns with this channel is you create communities where each member has a valued place and feels like a part of the whole.
- 33:37SPEAKER_04: And I think that's also what I'm getting at, and probably why you and I are so simpatico, in terms of the best thing you can possibly do is know yourself so that you feel confident in being yourself.
- 33:54SPEAKER_04: It's hard to be yourself in the way that we've structured.
- 33:57SPEAKER_04: I mean, and and everybody's human, right?
- 33:59SPEAKER_04: We're all learning, we're all growing.
- 34:02SPEAKER_04: But any woman who's been a middle schooler or or at some point in your life can tell you that the there was a time in your life where you wanted just to just blend.
- 34:12SPEAKER_04: You know?
- 34:13SPEAKER_04: It reminds this reminds me of my cousin Vinny, where she's like, oh yeah, you blend.
- 34:20SPEAKER_04: You blend.
- 34:21SPEAKER_04: Oh yeah, you blend.
- 34:24SPEAKER_04: But the whole point of human design and the healing part of it is that, oh no, you are exact, you are the puzzle piece.
- 34:33SPEAKER_04: You have grooves, you have nubs, you have place, you have gifts that you're here to bring to people, and it's okay if you don't look like a square.
- 34:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know, and I think what you're talking about is the being thing is just a practice of allowing that to be enough.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: And I think it's it can be so challenging in our world because we're taught to do and be productive and you know, to to be to be selfless and to be right, you know, and all of these things.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: And when you really look at it, it's it's the classic, you know, put on your oxygen mask before you put somebody else's on or put a child's on.
- 35:29SPEAKER_04: Well, and let me just read.
- 35:32SPEAKER_04: I was pulling this up while you were talking.
- 35:34SPEAKER_04: So, like, because I feel like this is so, I think about this all the time.
- 35:38SPEAKER_04: So the current incarnation cross that we're under, you know, you're talking about sacrificing self.
- 35:44SPEAKER_04: So the current incarnation cross, which is the scene, right?
- 35:48SPEAKER_04: People would call it their purpose kind of in human design, like your theme.
- 35:52SPEAKER_04: I will read to you so it can resonate with you.
- 35:55SPEAKER_04: I think I've talked to you about this before.
- 35:57SPEAKER_04: You came into this world to hold on to something, be it a place, business, job, or situation, until you realize that there is a real and immediate, I don't like this one, this real and immediate threat, and you have no choice but to let that go of something and move on so you can move forward.
- 36:11SPEAKER_04: What spirit came through when I was talking to you about this is like you came here sort of to facilitate through this community line change and to realize when something is not going to be sustainable and move things forward so you can evolve.
- 36:32SPEAKER_04: You know, and that's just a theme in your life, right?
- 36:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:35SPEAKER_04: So, and it's part of what fuels your purpose.
- 36:39SPEAKER_04: So, for there is one for humanity for the in the stars too.
- 36:43SPEAKER_04: So the one that we have right now, I'm gonna just read it.
- 36:46SPEAKER_04: I Googled it.
- 36:47SPEAKER_04: So, okay, so the core theme for the past 400 years, humanity has been operating under the cross of planning.
- 36:55SPEAKER_04: It's defined by the energy of gate 440, aloneness and denial, and gate 37.
- 37:02SPEAKER_04: Actually, this is wow, okay.
- 37:04SPEAKER_04: What's interesting, nothing's ever an accident.
- 37:07SPEAKER_04: That is the that is the channel we're talking about.
- 37:10SPEAKER_04: Wow.
- 37:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 37:13SPEAKER_04: So this community, we're talking about, I think we've been under this gate of community for the past 400 years.
- 37:21SPEAKER_04: And what it is is it emphasizes building strong institutions, governments, social contracts, alliances, and community structures.
- 37:28SPEAKER_04: And the underlying message is that if we work together and build these systems, the systems will take care of the individual.
- 37:35SPEAKER_04: And so we have prioritized, we have so much that we have put the community above ourselves and put it first.
- 37:46SPEAKER_04: Put the system, put the workforce first.
- 37:50SPEAKER_04: We need to be an active member of society, an active member of the work.
- 37:54SPEAKER_04: And what we mean is the workforce.
- 37:57SPEAKER_04: What we mean is contributing, you know, to how we have structured under this community.
- 38:04SPEAKER_04: So, and that makes sense, you know, if we're talking about, I think it's like 16, 14 is when this started.
- 38:09SPEAKER_04: But we went from, you know, we've, I can't, I'm not a historian, I'm a theater major, but I'm sure, you know, it went from like decentralized into more of a central, you know, global exchange at that point.
- 38:23SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
- 38:24SPEAKER_04: We're all working together, building this infrastructure to support our evolution from a human perspective.
- 38:30SPEAKER_04: And now we're moving into the cross of the sleeping phoenix, which focuses on individual empowerment and self-direction rather than relying on large-scale or societal or institutional structures.
- 38:44SPEAKER_04: So what we're doing now is now that we in spirit is sort of pointing me in this, is we've really leaned into this community.
- 38:52SPEAKER_04: We've been successful.
- 38:53SPEAKER_04: We created a brilliant the angel like spirit is you know coming through, saying, like, we've done it.
- 39:00SPEAKER_04: We've done a really good job of building community.
- 39:05SPEAKER_04: Look, they're saying, look at how connected we are.
- 39:09SPEAKER_04: Look at how I can pick up the phone and talk to you.
- 39:12SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 39:13SPEAKER_04: And we have had these these businesses that support that.
- 39:18SPEAKER_04: And everybody's sort of mutually like, you know, we've we've created that, and now it's time to come back, move inward, and think about okay, now we have this.
- 39:29SPEAKER_04: What am I individually going to contribute?
- 39:32SPEAKER_04: What am I here to do so that we can move forward and you know, evolve and lift our vibration as humans?
- 39:42SPEAKER_04: Like we, you know, this planet's been here for millions of years.
- 39:47SPEAKER_04: We're always growing, but that's where we're switching from.
- 39:52SPEAKER_04: So, you know, when you're talking about prioritizing to get take this back to where you were and why I brought this up, prioritizing the networking, for example, you know, going in and prioritizing continuing the health of small business structure, which has been, you know, historically, you build these networks, you get referral-based.
- 40:18SPEAKER_04: And it's like, well, I, you know, my father-in-law talks about this all the time.
- 40:21SPEAKER_04: Well, I have this business and you have this adjacent business.
- 40:25SPEAKER_04: You know, maybe I'm a tile maker and you are a contractor, and we are going to be in this network together, and I'm going to agree to refer to your tile.
- 40:35SPEAKER_04: And you refer people to me as a contractor, and that's mutually beneficial.
- 40:38SPEAKER_04: And it's because we have this network and it's very structure-oriented.
- 40:44SPEAKER_04: And I think you and I are talking about let's be together so we can support our individual development without trying to keep each other safe necessarily or keep each make each other successful.
- 41:00SPEAKER_04: We are building it, we are growing into the awareness of knowing that we are going to be the people, like knowing ourselves and really leaning into who we are.
- 41:10SPEAKER_04: That's what makes us the most aligned, you know.
- 41:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:15SPEAKER_01: And it's, I mean, so much of what you were just saying, I just kept going back to the systems, the systems, like it's not the systems anymore.
- 41:26SPEAKER_01: It's right.
- 41:27SPEAKER_01: It's the it's the it's almost like I envisioned when you were talking about like the individual.
- 41:34SPEAKER_01: It's not the system anymore.
- 41:35SPEAKER_01: It's not the system anymore.
- 41:37SPEAKER_01: And it's it's it is when you what was so resonating with me is this idea of again, we all have these individual gifts.
- 41:47SPEAKER_01: And I think when when we go along with the system, those not dissolve, they just get lost.
- 41:58SPEAKER_01: You're just you're doing what the system, you're going in the system and how the system works, whatever that is, whether it's yeah, religion, business, whatever that is.
- 42:09SPEAKER_01: And I think it's such a beautiful thing to look at the fact that we can we can lean into the gifts that we're here to impart on the world, and yeah, and just in a lovely way, it's like I envision like this fabric coming together, and it's has nothing to do with the system, it's just the fabric pieces are just coming together as we work with each other, but in our individual capacity in our in our in our individual right, yeah.
- 42:51SPEAKER_04: So, what we've done is we've like as a kid, as the we've been under this channel for so long, we've done, we've built the community part.
- 43:01SPEAKER_04: And now it's time to focus on the individual value part.
- 43:05SPEAKER_04: And I know in your, and I think I was talking to you about this when this happened recently, like you were put in this position at you know, day job where you were asked to facilitate groups of people through change.
- 43:26SPEAKER_04: And to individually, you were talking about how much each person means and how to make everybody feel like they're a valued part of the whole.
- 43:35SPEAKER_04: Like that, that's I think when I wrote you, I was like, that's literally your incarnation.
- 43:40SPEAKER_04: That's that's literally part of your purpose.
- 43:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah, like and the fact that someone saw that in you and then put you in that position is wild to me.
- 43:53SPEAKER_04: It's so aligned with who you are, it's so aligned with your gifts.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, thanks for saying that.
- 44:01SPEAKER_01: And I think that it's funny because when you say it that way, it's like, oh yeah, that all makes sense.
- 44:10SPEAKER_01: I just say makes sense, and and I think at the end of the day, it just almost it feels so feels so good because it feels so powerful, it feels so genuinely powerful, yeah, to to do that and be in that way, and and just allow, allow, you know, and I think about you and I and how our you know, our path together, and how even just our conversations, you know, right just just that we're weaving together in a way that's so genuine and natural, it doesn't even feel like like there's no preparation for.
- 45:00SPEAKER_01: This call, right?
- 45:01SPEAKER_01: Like right, right, right, right.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: There's no system I need to fit into.
- 45:06SPEAKER_01: And and and just it's almost like enlightening in a way.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: I mean, yeah.
- 45:12SPEAKER_04: Well, and it says on here that like you have like what what did it oh in the in the community thing that were it was talking about letting things come to you instead of oh yeah, so instead of constantly seeking, allow yourself to be find, found by the groups that truly welcome you.
- 45:30SPEAKER_04: And we were talking about how you were just invited into that, and I this might even be a projected channel.
- 45:36SPEAKER_04: I I don't memorize all of this because there's just so much, and I want to make sure I get it right every time.
- 45:40SPEAKER_04: So I look it up.
- 45:41SPEAKER_04: But this might even be projected, which means it would require an invitation.
- 45:46SPEAKER_04: So allow yourself to be found by the groups that truly welcome you.
- 45:49SPEAKER_04: You were assigned this role to make people feel valuable as part of a community.
- 45:55SPEAKER_04: You and I found each other through recognition from one of our I just interviewed Walton to be on like, and this is just an like you said, it's a natural coming together of community.
- 46:10SPEAKER_04: And it's of you are being found by doing the things that are truly you, by doing forest therapy, by doing Project Wonderful, you are, I guess, attracting is the right way to put it, you know, like yeah, you are calling it.
- 46:30SPEAKER_01: It feels so counterintuitive, not counterintuitive, it feels so counterproductive, maybe is the better way to say it, because it's like, oh, I I need to seek out the communities.
- 46:40SPEAKER_01: I need to, you know, oh, I need to go do this, I need to go do that so that I find my people or whatever.
- 46:46SPEAKER_04: And it's so to to sit back and just and it's not even sitting back, it's just to just be and do focus on yourself, focus on aligning with yourself and that, and I think something that has been bothering me that you just pointed out that I want to just say because I'm thinking of it now, counterintuitive implies illogical, and illogical is not counterintuitive.
- 47:11SPEAKER_04: And I think we talk about the, I think I've talked about this.
- 47:15SPEAKER_04: I don't know if talked about it to you, but like the ajna in human design is a processor and it's for other people.
- 47:21SPEAKER_04: It's not your intuition.
- 47:22SPEAKER_04: And the ajna in many other traditions, and like the place between your your third eye, between your eyebrows, like that's where, and what spirit is saying is that's where we focus, right?
- 47:34SPEAKER_04: But you're supposed to be using your body's intuition.
- 47:37SPEAKER_04: And what spirit is saying is it comes through that chakra channel and it comes out, project, you know, that's your wisdom, right?
- 47:45SPEAKER_04: Projected there, or it's just like a way to process.
- 47:48SPEAKER_04: They're saying it's not your will, it's not an advice.
- 47:50SPEAKER_04: It's just like that's what they talk about when in terms of intuition, it's like projecting your intuition in front of you, I guess, is what I'm seeing.
- 47:58SPEAKER_04: But it's coming from within you, it's not coming from our processor.
- 48:05SPEAKER_04: So counterintuitive is that's not really necessarily true.
- 48:09SPEAKER_04: It's counter, it's illogical, it's counter-logical because it is not logical if you want to find your people.
- 48:18SPEAKER_04: It's not logical to instead focus on yourself, but it is intuitive.
- 48:27SPEAKER_01: Wow, I didn't think about that one.
- 48:29SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 48:31SPEAKER_01: Well, because intuition to me is so much more going back to what we were talking about way earlier, yeah, um, is the intuition is the heart.
- 48:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 48:43SPEAKER_01: So it's not it's not a thinking, it's a feeling to be right, right.
- 48:50SPEAKER_04: So you know, literally, that's your it's your feeling center.
- 48:54SPEAKER_01: That's what it's yes, yeah, yeah.
- 48:56SPEAKER_01: Literally, yeah.
- 48:57SPEAKER_01: But uh because I'm I'm just in my knowing and in my heart, and I feel good, yeah.
- 49:06SPEAKER_01: Then it's it's it's it's like this beautiful kind of like, okay, then we're just here, we're all just doing our thing or being who we are.
- 49:16SPEAKER_01: It's not even doing our thing.
- 49:18SPEAKER_01: I mean, right.
- 49:19SPEAKER_01: For me, forest therapy is so much of just being, it's being in nature, it's just trusting nature to be in community and be connected and right, and and with that, just being there, you're healing, and you're just you're just existing the way that you were built, right?
- 49:46SPEAKER_01: Just like anything else, and again, going back to the systems, we're taught to taught to what you're just gonna go on a walk in nature, like right, right.
- 49:57SPEAKER_01: You go do a major hike, and not that that's a bad thing, but like right, it's always so get some exercise or it's achievement-based, right?
- 50:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like you gotta really do something.
- 50:10SPEAKER_01: You're not just walking and sitting on a rock and looking at the brook and well, productive, right?
- 50:17SPEAKER_04: Productive as defined by society, right?
- 50:20SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 50:21SPEAKER_04: It's pretty right, it's it's it's helpful to you, you know.
- 50:24SPEAKER_04: But and you're talking about when people use literally the term nature, they're talking about themselves.
- 50:32SPEAKER_04: They're talking about the the most authentic version of themselves, and you're talking about stepping into the oneness, I think, with nature.
- 50:41SPEAKER_04: Yes, yeah.
- 50:42SPEAKER_04: And that's and then you have your specific blend of that, which is your nature.
- 50:48SPEAKER_04: And you know, it's reminding you what you're a part of and who you are.
- 50:53SPEAKER_04: I think it's also interesting to me because you have this channel of community and you have an undefined G center.
- 51:01SPEAKER_04: So that is, and that is the identity center.
- 51:05SPEAKER_04: So people with undefined G-centers, I think in the past, maybe I've talked to you about this.
- 51:09SPEAKER_04: You you blend.
- 51:11SPEAKER_04: You you can be a part of any group you'd like to be.
- 51:15SPEAKER_04: It's not, I mean, identity is probably the wrong word.
- 51:17SPEAKER_04: It's just set way you identify yourself.
- 51:21SPEAKER_04: So, like I am a basketball player, I am a, you know, whatever it is, you don't have a set way.
- 51:30SPEAKER_04: You can do it in many ways.
- 51:33SPEAKER_04: And you are meant to be fluid like that.
- 51:35SPEAKER_04: You are meant to also understand how other people identify, like the identities of other people, how they love their sense of direction very well.
- 51:43SPEAKER_04: You can adapt and choose your own because you are open to all of them.
- 51:49SPEAKER_04: But you at the same time, I think, find yourself in community.
- 51:58SPEAKER_04: I think that's really beautiful because a lot of open G centers can feel lost, like they need to define themselves better, they need to have a better sense of direction.
- 52:06SPEAKER_04: You don't.
- 52:07SPEAKER_04: And the way that when you're in most alignment based on your chart is when you are facilitating these groups that are almost belonging, but you you know, but you don't have a set definition of that.
- 52:20SPEAKER_04: I just think that that's a very cool uh part of your chart.
- 52:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I definitely feel like when you were talking about the adaptability, and I definitely feel like I can just go with the flow.
- 52:36SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that's what nature is about.
- 52:39SPEAKER_01: It's just you just kind of go with whatever.
- 52:43SPEAKER_01: I mean, you think about nature at the its highest level of like sometimes it's raining, sometimes it, you know, sometimes it's this season, sometimes it's that season.
- 52:56SPEAKER_01: It is constantly this flowing, evolving space.
- 53:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and we're part of that.
- 53:04SPEAKER_01: So I feel like again, that's why I think the forest therapy resonates so much with me because if I can learn from the forest, right almost mimic that uh behavior for lack of the other and reflect what what's that one quote about well there's beauty isn't caused it is that's one quote that I often see and really resonates.
- 53:40SPEAKER_01: But the other one is something along the lines of like nature just uh there's no striving, there's no it just it just does a thing, it just blossoms, it just it in it in it uh there's a frame, right?
- 53:56SPEAKER_01: Right, it's just kind of like this is uh what I do as a tree.
- 54:02SPEAKER_01: I just grow.
- 54:04SPEAKER_01: And my word this year is grace.
- 54:06SPEAKER_01: It's also my middle name.
- 54:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it's just so graceful, and it gives you such permission to just say, I'm just gonna be and just and and be where I'm at, and it doesn't have to be defined, defined, or yeah, exactly.
- 54:25SPEAKER_01: Like I and and I think that's really difficult.
- 54:28SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's where I feel like I have to with Project Wonderful with even forest therapy.
- 54:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I think I when we had talked about doing this interview, you had asked, like, what's one thing you're maybe?
- 54:43SPEAKER_01: What would be useful?
- 54:45SPEAKER_01: You know, since I got this certification in May, it was about 16 weeks, and the whole time I'm like, how do I use this and what do I do with this?
- 54:55SPEAKER_01: And and you know, how do I actualize this?
- 54:58SPEAKER_01: And and I really had to step back.
- 55:00SPEAKER_01: It was probably midway through to say, I know this will evolve in the way that it needs to evolve, and it's slowly coming to that, but it's but it's so hard to do that and allow for that to just gracefully say, like, yes, this is this is this is the way, and it still doesn't need to be so defined, it's almost like just allowing for it to go as it's gonna go, and it like defines itself in a way where it's not it's not so controlled and so structured, and so it's a it's a much more light-hearted, graceful way to go about it.
- 55:47SPEAKER_01: So that definitely resonates because I feel like I have many times in life felt like I need to define or figure out what what's a sense of direction.
- 56:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 56:00SPEAKER_04: I mean, well, that's that's what I hear in like because G Center is also direction, and you're like, where is this going?
- 56:07SPEAKER_04: Like the forest therapy, where is this going?
- 56:10SPEAKER_04: And what you're sort of feeling into and allowing is it doesn't need to have a set direction.
- 56:17SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 56:18SPEAKER_04: And what I'm wondering is in like the gifts in people who have their G Center undefined in human design, I wonder if one of the gifts is that you see the collective energy in a way that is more clear because you don't have your own set identity anyway.
- 56:36SPEAKER_04: You don't have a set of direction anyway.
- 56:39SPEAKER_04: So you it's more clear to you that everything is one and there is no control in terms of direction.
- 56:46SPEAKER_04: They're just, I mean, I wonder if that's one of the gifts you're here to give as people.
- 56:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 56:55SPEAKER_01: And again, I think it comes back to that grace versus like I I often feel there's people in my life that have such conviction about things.
- 57:09SPEAKER_01: Right, right, where um where I'm like, well, it's okay, you know, like I see it a bunch of different ways.
- 57:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but yeah, but like I yeah, that's literally understand, but I also don't feel like I need to have that kind of conviction about I when you say conviction about it, because I what are you talking about people's sense of identity, probably?
- 57:35SPEAKER_04: Like you have to be a certain way, you have to like be this person.
- 57:40SPEAKER_04: Is that fair?
- 57:42SPEAKER_01: Like when you're talking about the conviction in who they are and in who who a person needs to be, and needs to be and like needs to stand for, right?
- 57:54SPEAKER_01: Like, so you know, I have such conviction about this thing, right?
- 58:00SPEAKER_01: Or this person or this topic or this whatever it may be, and for me, it's it's more of like I can understand that conviction, but I don't I don't feel the need to be in that identify in it, yeah.
- 58:23SPEAKER_04: And identify in it, right?
- 58:25SPEAKER_04: Yeah, identify myself in it.
- 58:27SPEAKER_04: I wonder I have someone coming on that's an open G Center, I think.
- 58:32SPEAKER_04: In later this week, I'll have to ask her.
- 58:34SPEAKER_04: Well, thank you again.
- 58:36SPEAKER_04: And in case I, you know, just to let's just where can people find you, Sarah?
- 58:41SPEAKER_04: Where can people be with you and perhaps be drawn to you and be recognized as you create your own community?
- 58:49SPEAKER_04: Because I can tell you it's delicious to be recognized by Sarah Cadigma.
- 58:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, well, thank you.
- 58:54SPEAKER_01: Every day I post on Instagram on today's wonderful with two L's.
- 59:00SPEAKER_01: And you can also get a subscription to that.
- 59:02SPEAKER_04: You can get that.
- 59:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 59:05SPEAKER_01: Do you also can get a subscription to that, which Carly was talking about earlier?
- 59:10SPEAKER_01: And that's an email every day.
- 59:13SPEAKER_04: Let me just really plug this really quick because I it's so valuable to me to you do post this on Instagram every day, but to get it in your inbox, that is my first step.
- 59:28SPEAKER_04: Like when I have my phone in the morning, I don't have to go into the bottomless pit that is Instagram because I'm gonna get distracted.
- 59:37SPEAKER_04: Like that's it.
- 59:39SPEAKER_04: But I literally what I do, I open it, I take a deep breath in and inhale the picture, and then I move forward.
- 59:46SPEAKER_04: And then I literally I wave to the trees for my bed.
- 59:49SPEAKER_04: Oh my goodness.
- 59:50SPEAKER_04: But that is what the benefit of it's not just getting it in your inbox, it's allow it's it's creating a sacred moment in your day that is outside of the distraction of social media.
- 1:00:05SPEAKER_04: So I just want to to plug that because it's really meaningful.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_04: And on the on the surface, I think it's like, well, I could get it on Instagram.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you can.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_04: But there's a difference between making it an intentional thing that you choose to open and take in and appreciate every day.
- 1:00:25SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_01: That is the intention, and it's the intention, and I think I mentioned earlier that it is scientifically backed that when you look at something beautiful, and especially with that intention yourself, and you have that ritual every morning, it will make a difference in your day.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_01: And my my hope is to talk about collective.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_01: Imagine that that's how everyone is starting their day, how beautiful that would be.
- 1:01:00SPEAKER_01: And I think I started with social media and I've been there, but going over to the email subscription was very intentional in that I really would rather people be looking at it in their email and it's fed to them in a way that they don't have to find it and just every morning.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_01: So thank you for saying that.
- 1:01:28SPEAKER_01: And I'm really glad that that's how you're it's great.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_01: It's great receiving it.
- 1:01:34SPEAKER_01: And yes, you can find that on my website, which is projectwonderful.com with two L's.
- 1:01:41SPEAKER_01: Two L's.
- 1:01:42SPEAKER_01: And I'm very excited about what's to come with forest therapy.
- 1:01:47SPEAKER_01: Stay tuned.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_01: The offering will be around that.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_01: But I've really, really, really enjoyed that practice.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_01: And I'm excited to see.
- 1:01:56SPEAKER_01: I'm excited to see where that leads you to.
- 1:01:59SPEAKER_01: A collective thing as well.
- 1:02:02SPEAKER_01: Experience, yeah.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_01: It's becoming more, much more.
- 1:02:05SPEAKER_01: What's the word I want to use?
- 1:02:08SPEAKER_01: People are learning.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_01: Recognized, yeah.
- 1:02:11SPEAKER_04: Recognized and ubiquitous.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_04: It's not ubiquitous yet, but it's you know, I know it's it's less it's less there, it's less out there.
- 1:02:19SPEAKER_04: I mean, for speaking from the woo community, yes, which I always say it's called woo-woo for a reason, it's really fun.
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_04: Okay, yeah, yeah.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_04: It's not like devastating.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_04: It's fun.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_04: I agree, I agree, but it's becoming more mainstream, more mainstream, I think is this like it's already a prescription in Asia.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_04: You were talking, is it Japan, right?
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_01: Where Japan, they have they have what they call uh they developed in the 1980s, yeah.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_01: And it was they developed what they it's called forest bathing, and they literally give people in Japan green prescriptions, yeah.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_01: And doctors that's part of their day, yeah.
- 1:03:05SPEAKER_01: It's it's their wellness, their wellness, yeah.
- 1:03:09SPEAKER_01: They're the the they may give them a medication, but they may not, or they may give it in conjunction, but it's yeah, green.
- 1:03:18SPEAKER_04: Is it recognized by work?
- 1:03:20SPEAKER_04: Is that is that part of why there's a prescription for it?
- 1:03:23SPEAKER_04: Do you think?
- 1:03:23SPEAKER_04: Is it like does it excuse them from something, or is it like a I don't know.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_01: That's a really good question.
- 1:03:30SPEAKER_01: I just know that that's something that they'll literally they they have programs and yeah, it's like a people that will facilitate the forest therapy sessions and forest bathing.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_01: And that's it's almost like you know, if you go to a PT and they say it's like a referring exercise.
- 1:03:52SPEAKER_01: It's kind of like, okay, now I'm checking off these exercises.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_01: Well, this is the same kind of thing.
- 1:03:58SPEAKER_03: Or I'm referring you to a forest therapist to help you with what you're yeah, that's cool.
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, it's really cool.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_01: So I think it I think we're gonna start.
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_01: I can't wait to see what you want.
- 1:04:09SPEAKER_01: Well, and of course, there's frequency illusion.
- 1:04:11SPEAKER_01: So anybody listening to this is now gonna hear about forest therapy everywhere they go because they're here.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_04: Well, the what spirit says is like it's always there, it's with angel numbers.
- 1:04:22SPEAKER_04: Like I it's always it's always there.
- 1:04:25SPEAKER_04: It's just you are choosing to tune into that frequency.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_04: That's how loved you are, is what they say.
- 1:04:30SPEAKER_04: Like when you start to see angel numbers, all it's not in your quote, in your head.
- 1:04:35SPEAKER_04: It is just your ability to see.
- 1:04:38SPEAKER_04: That's why they call it awakening.
- 1:04:39SPEAKER_04: That's why they, you know, expansion is when you choose to tune into the love, how much love, how loved you are, how you choose to turn into the support of spirit.
- 1:04:52SPEAKER_04: It's all over and it's overwhelming how all over it is.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_04: Well, you know, and so if you're hearing this about forest therapy and it's everywhere, what calls to you is for you.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:05:04SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 1:05:05SPEAKER_01: And we have to do another three episodes about messages and nature and oh god, and signs, and yeah, god, the ability to see the miracle is the miracle in itself, right?
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_01: Because the more miracles you see, the more miracles you're gonna see.
- 1:05:25SPEAKER_01: It's right, literally.
- 1:05:26SPEAKER_01: And it's not an illusion.
- 1:05:28SPEAKER_04: It's not an illusion.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_04: It's not like it's that's what it's that's what we've it doesn't, it's a it's an illogic, or you know, and where it's you know, or it makes sense logically that you would see more.
- 1:05:40SPEAKER_04: But really, what it is is it's just different things.
- 1:05:43SPEAKER_04: There's so many things you could look at at any given moment.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_04: And when you shut like set your intention, what a beautiful gift to give yourself to set your intention for support, for love, for guidance, you know.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_04: Anyway, I love you.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_04: Thank you so much.
- 1:05:58SPEAKER_04: I love you, thank you.
- 1:05:59SPEAKER_04: This is okay.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_04: This is the best, and yeah, everybody check Sarah out and stay tuned because there's gonna be some pretty awesome things coming up.
- 1:06:11SPEAKER_04: Well, that was fun.
