- 0:40Speaker 2: way you may pill Vegan, Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. You're listening
- 0:47Speaker 2: to the Sports Shock Show. I'm the Sports Shock Wayne Candy.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Good morning to you out there and listening land. I'm
- 0:54Speaker 2: glad to be here with you on this beautiful November
- 1:00Speaker 2: a day. It is Monday, and as all ways, Mondays
- 1:05Speaker 2: brings us to that great time where we get to
- 1:10Speaker 2: be the Monday morning quarterback. Remember all of you stayed
- 1:14Speaker 2: at a holiday inn express last night, so you all
- 1:18Speaker 2: think you know sports. Everybody thinks they know sports. Everybody
- 1:24Speaker 2: you know talk to people. I sit in rooms and
- 1:28Speaker 2: are you hustle and I'm trying to figure out why
- 1:31Speaker 2: you're cutting my hair and not a GM. I don't
- 1:34Speaker 2: know why. You're fixing my burger and you're not the GM. Politics. Oh,
- 1:38Speaker 2: you're changing my tires, but you're not the GM. You're
- 1:42Speaker 2: picking up the trash, but you've got you're washing my car,
- 1:46Speaker 2: but you why aren't you the GM? Whit? Why aren't
- 1:52Speaker 2: you the GM? It's because we see and we hear,
- 1:56Speaker 2: and then we think we can do. We hear and
- 2:01Speaker 2: then we see, and then we minimize people's jobs, so
- 2:06Speaker 2: we think we can do. You've been to the hospital.
- 2:09Speaker 2: You've watched people sit there and try to tell the
- 2:11Speaker 2: brain surgeon what AI told them, because you know, AI
- 2:18Speaker 2: knows more than anything and anybody and anywhere. And it's
- 2:24Speaker 2: I'm scared. I know a lot of y'all, aren't you know?
- 2:29Speaker 2: And I don't want to leave here anytime soon. But
- 2:32Speaker 2: I do see that I live long enough that you
- 2:35Speaker 2: people want to be programmed. You don't even want free
- 2:39Speaker 2: throat thought. You want something. I saw the commercial today
- 2:44Speaker 2: as I woke up and came over here, and the
- 2:46Speaker 2: guy is actually Pete Davison. His commercial. He's actually talking
- 2:51Speaker 2: to the computer as though as a friend. So you
- 2:54Speaker 2: really wanted to be in the Jetsons. I was just
- 2:58Speaker 2: taking the Jetsons cartoon as a cartoon. I was not
- 3:02Speaker 2: ever looking at the Jetsons thinking, Ah, that's the life
- 3:05Speaker 2: I want to be. I want to have an apartment
- 3:08Speaker 2: and the only friend I have is this computer. But
- 3:12Speaker 2: it obviously is something that you people want to embrace. Now.
- 3:16Speaker 2: One thing that kills me about this, where are all
- 3:18Speaker 2: the people going to work? Once? Ai? I mean, I
- 3:23Speaker 2: told we talked about this last week. I've talked with
- 3:26Speaker 2: this over the last week with other people. So as
- 3:30Speaker 2: every doomsday movie went, when you remove the people from
- 3:34Speaker 2: the job, whether people do okay, So nobody's at the library,
- 3:42Speaker 2: nobody's at the bank. The bank you don't. We don't
- 3:47Speaker 2: use cash no more so there's nobody to print money.
- 3:52Speaker 2: What are we doing with all this? We're not doing
- 3:54Speaker 2: anything crime, seems like. So then we got a need
- 4:01Speaker 2: to revise the criminal lawsuits because laws, because obviously we
- 4:04Speaker 2: don't care about gambling, prostitution, really anything passed a little
- 4:10Speaker 2: you know, a little murder. That's the only thing y'all
- 4:13Speaker 2: ever get upset about. Everything else. Seemed to be a man,
- 4:15Speaker 2: he'll bounce back a little murder of of I can't
- 4:19Speaker 2: you know? Oh they didn't, they didn't get him on
- 4:21Speaker 2: that crime. You know how this dude is it? They
- 4:25Speaker 2: get you on the crime that I'm sitting here watching
- 4:27Speaker 2: you commit. You know that was five years ago when
- 4:32Speaker 2: he kicked her in front of the elevator. They didn't
- 4:34Speaker 2: get him on that. Well, I'm sitting here watching him
- 4:36Speaker 2: commit a crime. You're saying that because they couldn't come on.
- 4:40Speaker 2: But I was wondering where the AI riding going to
- 4:45Speaker 2: get my stamps. I've always people laugh at me, Big Kenny, Bad,
- 4:50Speaker 2: Producer manchie greg two of them been around me long enough.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Remember when I used to come in with the paper
- 4:59Speaker 2: you showed. I mean, well, I remember I was not
- 5:04Speaker 2: even really using this show, wasn't I went by because
- 5:08Speaker 2: I told them, Well, the best part about the paper
- 5:11Speaker 2: was it had the section where it gave you the
- 5:14Speaker 2: local news concentrated, so I was able to know more
- 5:18Speaker 2: about what's going on in the neighborhood. And it was
- 5:22Speaker 2: more plainly written. It was written with no bias. Robert
- 5:29Speaker 2: rob Bank police came in, arrested him and arrested him.
- 5:33Speaker 2: He went to jail for it had nothing to do
- 5:37Speaker 2: with click on anything. But in the time we've done
- 5:41Speaker 2: this show, AJC doesn't deliver that doesn't even produce the
- 5:46Speaker 2: print version. Even when they kept going up on price,
- 5:49Speaker 2: I was still because I kept thinking, there's three or
- 5:52Speaker 2: four people that still have jobs because they're writing. So
- 5:56Speaker 2: I'm saying I was going to get stamps. I hear
- 5:59Speaker 2: that they say record companies now are hiring AI artists.
- 6:04Speaker 2: But the person who's typing and the artists are the
- 6:09Speaker 2: same people. What do you mean. You're the person who
- 6:14Speaker 2: programmed the thing to make the sound right, So aren't
- 6:18Speaker 2: you the artist? M M, But I don't. I may
- 6:23Speaker 2: not have the look though. That's always been the part.
- 6:27Speaker 2: So you want me to hear, you want me to
- 6:29Speaker 2: convince myself just to hear fake music, computer generated me.
- 6:34Speaker 2: The music is real, but the person you're looking at
- 6:36Speaker 2: me now, no music that's real for me is comes
- 6:38Speaker 2: from musicians. Musicians, Yes, one and five, it comes from
- 6:42Speaker 2: it comes from No. I was in the band confunction.
- 6:47Speaker 2: The representative. Dad was a musician. So now we're gonna
- 6:52Speaker 2: put all the musicians out of it, gonna put all
- 6:55Speaker 2: so one guy. There will be very few, They'll be
- 6:57Speaker 2: very few.
- 6:58Speaker 6: No more.
- 7:00Speaker 2: All music has already been played, all sounds. So unless
- 7:04Speaker 2: you're going to Mars and find some kind of Martian tambourine.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Already have somebody shaking the tambourine. That's all I need, right,
- 7:16Speaker 2: I need all the sounds in a computer and then
- 7:19Speaker 2: I can direct them to make the song. So unless
- 7:21Speaker 2: you're coming up with a new instrum, I don't need.
- 7:23Speaker 7: You to put anything that used to call that being
- 7:25Speaker 7: a producer. I want you to do.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell the computer to mix Jimmy Hendricks guitar
- 7:34Speaker 2: with Tommy Lee's drum and Prince's high pitched voice the lope.
- 7:44Speaker 2: I'm just gonna grab the little way he come out,
- 7:48Speaker 2: you know when you go into the deep. Man, boy,
- 7:50Speaker 2: I just want to grab that high and then I'm
- 7:52Speaker 2: gonna make a song and I'm gonna sell it to
- 7:54Speaker 2: you as who can we throw some Marsalis brothers under
- 7:59Speaker 2: their line. So I was just wondering what's going on?
- 8:02Speaker 2: You know, I'm here for. I'm here for. I stay
- 8:05Speaker 2: in my gate a little more now and just stay
- 8:08Speaker 2: home because you got me out here just like so,
- 8:12Speaker 2: y'all just want to be completely And then we live
- 8:15Speaker 2: in a generation that decided they didn't want labels, but
- 8:18Speaker 2: everything has labels. Labels. It's all you did was change
- 8:23Speaker 2: the names. You just I hope you want to name everything.
- 8:30Speaker 2: You have a name for everything, but you said you
- 8:34Speaker 2: didn't want to be names. But we are here for
- 8:39Speaker 2: sports though. Command. Let me get off this soap box.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Let me get back to what's really going on in
- 8:45Speaker 2: the world of sports. We had a big weekend. The
- 8:49Speaker 2: Colorado Buffalo's are not going to a bowl game. We'll
- 8:52Speaker 2: get around to that a little bit. We'll try it
- 8:54Speaker 2: again if be our third attempt to get the bad
- 8:57Speaker 2: producer to get me to understand what happened to dion Mania. Uh,
- 9:03Speaker 2: but we will start just like we was talking about
- 9:07Speaker 2: with Ai rumor. And I placed the word rumor because
- 9:12Speaker 2: I don't want to believe it. Okay, managine great babbittos.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Tom Brady has a clone dog. I mean, are we cloning? Yeah,
- 9:22Speaker 2: we're up the cloning now. It's it's not just a
- 9:25Speaker 2: clone dog.
- 9:26Speaker 7: It's a clone dog from a company that he's financially
- 9:30Speaker 7: backing as well. It was a dog that he loved,
- 9:33Speaker 7: and he was unwilling to let the dog go when
- 9:35Speaker 7: the dog passed. And so, like most normal consenting adults
- 9:40Speaker 7: will do, they take DNA from their deceased loved partner
- 9:46Speaker 7: and give it to a science lab and let them.
- 9:49Speaker 7: I thought growing new. I thought clones were babies, puppies.
- 9:53Speaker 2: I thought you just that's that's that's now, that's that's
- 9:57Speaker 2: for your generation. That's for people who like to wait.
- 10:00Speaker 2: You know, it's some people who they have the same
- 10:02Speaker 2: lineage of the dog or cat or whatever in their hounting.
- 10:07Speaker 7: They don't, so now we don't. So now we've eliminated breeders.
- 10:13Speaker 2: This is more efficient.
- 10:14Speaker 7: Yeah, we've eliminated breeders. We don't need dog breeders anymore.
- 10:18Speaker 7: We don't need cat and pet breeders. We don't need
- 10:22Speaker 7: race horses, don't. All you have to do is let
- 10:25Speaker 7: your dog out the house.
- 10:26Speaker 2: No, no, no, let it get lost about two hours.
- 10:29Speaker 2: You got the tracking a vice. We just let it
- 10:31Speaker 2: run down street. We don't have time for that.
- 10:34Speaker 7: And then it ain't gonna come out exactly like that dog.
- 10:37Speaker 7: I need this dog. I don't want a dog like it.
- 10:40Speaker 7: I don't need a dog that.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Sarge, the General German Shepherd's at the industry even way.
- 10:47Speaker 2: No I know, I know he's been waiting on fish
- 10:52Speaker 2: to leave fee fee out.
- 10:54Speaker 7: But that ain't wait to run down, and then you're
- 10:57Speaker 7: gonna have a Sarge Feeft every time you walk by
- 11:00Speaker 7: one day.
- 11:00Speaker 8: One day, you know somebody had a German shepherd name.
- 11:05Speaker 2: It's gonna be going down one day. But then that
- 11:08Speaker 2: ain't gonna be the puppy, I won't it. That ain't
- 11:11Speaker 2: gonna be Sarge, Sarge. That's gonna be Seafi or Sarge.
- 11:17Speaker 2: I don't know it's but it's not gone.
- 11:19Speaker 7: So I'm just gonna get Sarge and have them three
- 11:23Speaker 7: D print meet a whole nother sage and then he
- 11:26Speaker 7: gonna act like Sarge and.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Do what's Sorge. As I said in All the Dunes movie,
- 11:31Speaker 2: the clone always is a little off. A little off.
- 11:34Speaker 2: It's a little off, just something that wasn't right when
- 11:37Speaker 2: you gotta think about it. The person in Clay. It's
- 11:40Speaker 2: a show on Apple TV called Foundation. If you haven't
- 11:44Speaker 2: seen it, it's a great series about the Dynasty was cloned.
- 11:50Speaker 2: But they cloned them so many years. By the time
- 11:53Speaker 2: they got to the twelfth and thirteenth version of them,
- 11:56Speaker 2: they'll start losing control because they stopped being the exact
- 12:02Speaker 2: Because every time you do anything, lose and lose a
- 12:05Speaker 2: little bit of it. Real life. That's why you used
- 12:08Speaker 2: to have to plant something and then come back to
- 12:11Speaker 2: that area four or five years later. You can't just
- 12:14Speaker 2: keep planning, you know. Them crab legs taste different now
- 12:19Speaker 2: they're not sweet. Y'all on over over, ain't even yeah,
- 12:24Speaker 2: they just imitation. We'll be back. We got a big
- 12:27Speaker 2: show for you here command you Greg got uh DJ
- 12:31Speaker 2: Duke back in the house. You want to know about
- 12:35Speaker 2: Justin Fields? I mean why, we'll tell you when we
- 12:38Speaker 2: get back here. Clone my best.
- 12:42Speaker 9: Friend bringing another pretty girl in her which y'all get

- 16:13Speaker 2: I looked like I've been getting money. Hyreka, you smell me.
- 16:16Speaker 9: That's Elvy walking around with my chest down.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Welcome back to this spoy Shock Show. Listen sport Shock
- 16:21Speaker 2: Wing getting good morning to you out there and listening.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Lay the guys tell me that traffic was like this morning,
- 16:29Speaker 2: so we kind of speculated that maybe they are observing
- 16:33Speaker 2: Veterans Day today instill tomorrow, which is Veterans Days tomorrow.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Veterans Yes, has it not always been on Monday in
- 16:43Speaker 2: the past.
- 16:43Speaker 8: I mean, this is the first time it was on
- 16:46Speaker 8: the tuesdas was I thought Veterans Day was always a Monday.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Day is always November eleventh, Okay, so whatever the November
- 16:53Speaker 2: eleventh falls on. Oh it's tomorrow. But I would imagine
- 16:58Speaker 2: for how we do a I in this country, we
- 17:02Speaker 2: are quickly to transfer something, just like we're all in
- 17:07Speaker 2: the Christmas spirit and we're still two and a half
- 17:11Speaker 2: weeks from Thanksgiving. So they got the Christmas commercials. People
- 17:16Speaker 2: have already turned on their lights.
- 17:18Speaker 7: Yep, got theirs, got the inflatable.
- 17:22Speaker 2: So the turkey business is going to be down. Yeah, people,
- 17:28Speaker 2: I don't know that people even are are we caring
- 17:30Speaker 2: about Thanksgiving anymore? Well, other than that you get maybe
- 17:35Speaker 2: you get a day off. Other than that, I don't know.
- 17:37Speaker 8: But it's used to get too. You used to get
- 17:39Speaker 8: Thanksgiving in the black.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Fried But it depends on like if people are traveling
- 17:44Speaker 2: or ultimate four day week.
- 17:47Speaker 7: Then if you think about what we used to value
- 17:50Speaker 7: in Thanksgiving getting together with the family, the Grandmama's recipe
- 17:56Speaker 7: for her green bean cast role.
- 17:59Speaker 2: We can get that anywhere. Now. I could just ai
- 18:02Speaker 2: Google chat GPT how to make grandma recipe and they'll
- 18:07Speaker 2: tell me step by.
- 18:08Speaker 7: We'll just have some fake turkey, some fake turkey, and
- 18:11Speaker 7: then simulate my friends and family. They like me better.
- 18:16Speaker 7: They don't give me no stress. And not asking me.
- 18:20Speaker 7: You know you still doing that. You know I don't
- 18:22Speaker 7: have to deal with any of that.
- 18:24Speaker 2: I tell you, man, we are going crazy in this world.
- 18:27Speaker 2: We're going to talk about the betting incident as well,
- 18:30Speaker 2: major League Baseball going through it with some pitch rigging,
- 18:36Speaker 2: as I spoke about on the show. We've talked about
- 18:40Speaker 2: as a crew. We'll talk about that a little later,
- 18:43Speaker 2: about how we asked for something that we didn't really want.
- 18:49Speaker 2: We have decided that gambling is good, even though most
- 18:55Speaker 2: of anyone that follows a religion, that religion says that
- 19:00Speaker 2: is not good, regardless what heading of the religion it says,
- 19:06Speaker 2: that is not a good thing. But and now we're
- 19:08Speaker 2: already and it's early conceptions of these leagues being aligned
- 19:12Speaker 2: with these betters, which you know you have to imagine
- 19:16Speaker 2: still is what we would imagine to be the modern
- 19:19Speaker 2: day mob. People were very cool with betting on any
- 19:24Speaker 2: and everything. But before we get around to that, we
- 19:27Speaker 2: must address DJ Duke because I'll get going and I'll
- 19:31Speaker 2: forget about these minor players in the big scheme of sports,
- 19:36Speaker 2: which is justin Fields and Dylan Gabriel. They did battle
- 19:44Speaker 2: yesterday up in New York the Giant. Excuse me, the
- 19:49Speaker 2: Jets twenty seven, the Browns twenty Now in this game,
- 19:57Speaker 2: if I got the stats right, Dylan Gabriel seventeen thirty
- 20:00Speaker 2: two for one to fifty seven, two touchdowns. He was
- 20:04Speaker 2: sacked six times Justin Fields six of eleven fifty four yards,
- 20:09Speaker 2: three sacks, one touchdown, one interception. People love Justin Fields.
- 20:15Speaker 2: I know that the bad producer is a huge fan
- 20:18Speaker 2: of him. He thinks that everything that Justin Fields has
- 20:21Speaker 2: done in the NFL is a conspiracy and he's being
- 20:25Speaker 2: held down by management. Similar to the same story that
- 20:29Speaker 2: people have spawned for Schadeur Sanders. Here's a note from
- 20:36Speaker 2: a guy that actually ran out on the field. Each
- 20:40Speaker 2: and every level you go up to, certain people fade out.
- 20:45Speaker 2: There are amazing guys in high school that could not
- 20:49Speaker 2: translate that amazing high school. Now when you go talk
- 20:52Speaker 2: to their friends, family, you're just down in their town
- 20:55Speaker 2: at the local, they're telling you about a legend and
- 21:00Speaker 2: what he did or she did was legendary, legendary on
- 21:05Speaker 2: that level. And then you try to take that and
- 21:08Speaker 2: you try to impose it on the college level, and
- 21:12Speaker 2: then they become where are they now? I saw it
- 21:18Speaker 2: I went to Auburn. Whether we win or lose, Arbour
- 21:22Speaker 2: gets a lot of big name players. We always had
- 21:25Speaker 2: mister Mississippi, mister Alabama, mister Georgia. They come in after
- 21:33Speaker 2: two years, they're just a guy. It's the same thing
- 21:37Speaker 2: when you go from college to pro you're remembering Justin
- 21:43Speaker 2: Fields as Justin Fields. For most of the people, especially
- 21:48Speaker 2: these Georgia people, they're remembering Justin Fields from high school
- 21:52Speaker 2: and then the other people are remembering Justin Field for
- 21:55Speaker 2: well then translate that doesn't work. But nobody seems to
- 22:02Speaker 2: be able to accept them. They have this conspiracy that
- 22:05Speaker 2: these people that are getting a major money whose jobs.
- 22:11Speaker 2: When they go knock on that door, mister owner, I
- 22:13Speaker 2: want to draft Justin Fields with the sixth pick. The
- 22:15Speaker 2: owner tells them, well, now if he don't pan out,
- 22:21Speaker 2: you gone.
- 22:23Speaker 7: Huh wait, hold on, hold on. I said just I
- 22:27Speaker 7: was gonna go get Justin to play. Yeah, And you're
- 22:29Speaker 7: saying you're gonna sign off on it. I'm saying me
- 22:32Speaker 7: saying I want him to play. It's me signing off
- 22:34Speaker 7: on him. Yes, you want me to draft him? I
- 22:37Speaker 7: guess yes, sir, Yes, that's what I'm saying. I am
- 22:39Speaker 7: signing off on him. You want me to get him
- 22:41Speaker 7: with this fifth pick? Yes, sir, Now I'm dematic. Your
- 22:46Speaker 7: fate now is tied to his.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Fate, justin you're gonna have to do your thing. Bro,
- 22:51Speaker 2: your fate is tied to his fate. It is true.
- 22:55Speaker 2: So why in the world would I go and get
- 22:59Speaker 2: a guy that I know that if he don't do something,
- 23:03Speaker 2: I'm gonna lose my job. Can anybody explain when you
- 23:06Speaker 2: when you're talking to your friends, do they understand that
- 23:11Speaker 2: it's just like a coach. Typically, if the coach, then
- 23:16Speaker 2: the a D he's somewhere thinking, hey, I'm not saying
- 23:22Speaker 2: call you haul, but he calling his wife like, hey,
- 23:28Speaker 2: at least check what Patty about the U haul company
- 23:32Speaker 2: they use it because we might need to make them
- 23:35Speaker 2: spend the block and come get us next week. Cause hey,
- 23:41Speaker 2: college Hanks, your cousin, your cousin, we'll go back, we'll
- 23:48Speaker 2: come back. But I'm always with these conspiracy thinking, well,
- 23:51Speaker 2: you do know the people that are like making these decisions,
- 23:55Speaker 2: their jobs go along with.
- 23:58Speaker 7: That's who you're connected to, And so why isn't he
- 24:02Speaker 7: playing like my coach's job depends on this?
- 24:07Speaker 2: We'll be back to answer that right after this Berkow.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Jone bow Away or of The Sports Jock Show with

- 26:42Speaker 2: And now back to the sports. Gibt wing in the

- 26:51Speaker 20: Let's all sing Pop goes the weasel.
- 27:08Speaker 13: Those waning in Louisa, Let's see the empty pocking needs
- 27:11Speaker 13: a refill.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Got a squad with a list of complainers. I should
- 27:14Speaker 2: have started ring. Was against bony Entertainer's so we can
- 27:17Speaker 2: make anything. Welcome back to this word shock show. I'm
- 27:19Speaker 2: the sport shock Wayne Candy. Uh. Yesterday some surprising wins
- 27:24Speaker 2: around the league, some uh, you know, especially when you
- 27:28Speaker 2: talk about the Dolphins beating the Bills. But we left
- 27:32Speaker 2: talking about two quarterbacks, Dylan Gabriel for the Browns, Justin
- 27:37Speaker 2: Fields for the Chets. They had to go back to
- 27:41Speaker 2: Justin's Fields based on injuries. They brought him in as
- 27:45Speaker 2: a project, just like the Steelers did last year. A
- 27:49Speaker 2: lot of times, you get a lot of chances. The
- 27:55Speaker 2: higher you get drafted, you go in that first round,
- 28:00Speaker 2: you're going to get minimum three. Typically you're definitely going
- 28:05Speaker 2: to go back to a team that wanted to draft
- 28:08Speaker 2: you that year. So say you're the Dolphins, you want
- 28:14Speaker 2: to draft Justin Fields, but the Bears take him. So
- 28:20Speaker 2: in his four or five years, he finds himself as
- 28:23Speaker 2: a free agent. A team sometimes, especially if they still
- 28:26Speaker 2: have the same GM, will go and bring that guy, thinking, okay,
- 28:30Speaker 2: he just needs to be here justin fields in his
- 28:35Speaker 2: three stops in his early years, has proven to barely
- 28:41Speaker 2: be capable. Really, now, let's be in it. This is
- 28:44Speaker 2: not I keep I said before, I've been hoping that
- 28:49Speaker 2: somebody leting me the backup quarterback and he eventually becomes
- 28:52Speaker 2: like a Geno Smith. There's a little window of his
- 28:56Speaker 2: career where even when he got to be the backup,
- 28:59Speaker 2: he got behind a guy that played every Sunday. But
- 29:02Speaker 2: he got like two years to kind of just completely
- 29:05Speaker 2: settle down and his spirit in his mind and learn
- 29:10Speaker 2: the game between his ears. But people keep ushering him
- 29:15Speaker 2: back on the field. He only had sixty excuse me,
- 29:19Speaker 2: fifty four yards passing. I said passing. That's passing, not rushing,
- 29:31Speaker 2: which is starting running back. Only getting fifty four yards
- 29:34Speaker 2: probably means that a team struggled that day. If all
- 29:39Speaker 2: the if you're starting running back only can get fifty
- 29:41Speaker 2: four yards, y'all, you didn't have a good run game
- 29:44Speaker 2: really that day. But he had fifty four yards in
- 29:47Speaker 2: an incomplete football game, not in a half, not in
- 29:54Speaker 2: a quarter, in a game. So what is that thirteen
- 30:00Speaker 2: and a half yards a quarter? I could do that.
- 30:05Speaker 2: That's like really one good pass a quarter when you
- 30:08Speaker 2: think about it, people catch twelve yards of catch. I
- 30:12Speaker 2: mean they threw it up. They threw it eleven times,
- 30:16Speaker 2: so they didn't even throw it three times a quarter.
- 30:21Speaker 8: If he wouldn't had an interception, his quarterback rating would
- 30:23Speaker 8: have been outstanding though.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Right, six of eleven fifty four yards. I don't care
- 30:28Speaker 2: about no quarterback ratings. That's for you, you people who
- 30:32Speaker 2: get enamored with statistics pass. I still don't know the
- 30:36Speaker 2: formula for quarter Yeah, what does that mean?
- 30:40Speaker 7: Those are the things that are supposed to make you
- 30:42Speaker 7: sound smart when you're in debates about sports, when you
- 30:45Speaker 7: can throw out that kind of useless information.
- 30:48Speaker 2: His QB rating was and they lost, first of all,
- 30:51Speaker 2: you know, no the just one.
- 30:53Speaker 7: Now I'm saying, when people are debating wins and losses,
- 30:56Speaker 7: they always throw out a son and the Jets won yesterday.
- 31:00Speaker 7: But you have to understand QB rating?
- 31:03Speaker 2: What does that mean? Eleven attempts? Throwing is cool if
- 31:08Speaker 2: we're running the triple option, and that's a lot. Yeah,
- 31:12Speaker 2: I'm running a triple option or something like that. Then okay,
- 31:17Speaker 2: but in the NFL game typically you get eleven. But
- 31:20Speaker 2: that is just we're not going to let you throw
- 31:23Speaker 2: the ball. We don't trust you to throw the ball.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Now on the flip side. Also, DJ Duke wanted to
- 31:28Speaker 2: talk about his hero, should Door Sanders. He's one of
- 31:32Speaker 2: those Colorado Buffalo. Never been to the state of Colorado,
- 31:36Speaker 2: but he seeing it at the Holiday in Express. Remember
- 31:39Speaker 2: everybody stated a holiday in Express last night. DJ Duke
- 31:42Speaker 2: wants to know why Dylan Gabriel now Dylan Gabriel seven
- 31:45Speaker 2: to thirty two, one hundred and fifty seven, six sacks.
- 31:49Speaker 2: He did throw for two touchdowns. Now here's what you
- 31:54Speaker 2: use to understand this situation. Should do standers just like
- 32:00Speaker 2: everybody keeps pounding and has something weekly to bring up
- 32:03Speaker 2: about this young man. He definitely for his culture. People
- 32:11Speaker 2: are like rallying for him to do everything because of
- 32:15Speaker 2: his notable dad who him and his dad are two
- 32:21Speaker 2: different athletes. Prime was the definition of what shut down
- 32:26Speaker 2: corner is. Chadur just has a family name. He just
- 32:33Speaker 2: has a famine. If if Shane was Chadur Johnson, hey,
- 32:37Speaker 2: you would just think that he was a solid quarterback.
- 32:41Speaker 2: You would see that he's just a solid quarterback. You
- 32:45Speaker 2: would see that he took his Division one talent. Can
- 32:48Speaker 2: you imagine Cam Newton if he had not went to
- 32:51Speaker 2: Auburn and just went down to the swack, how he
- 32:56Speaker 2: would have dominated? Major college couldn't stop him. So what
- 33:02Speaker 2: do you think? He's bigger than everybody on a Jackson
- 33:05Speaker 2: State defense? Jeffsen Campden, he did that when he went
- 33:09Speaker 2: to Juco. Have you ever seen camp Jackson State don't
- 33:13Speaker 2: have no d n at sixty five to sixty. They
- 33:16Speaker 2: have anybody that's sixty five.
- 33:17Speaker 7: That's what I'm saying, speaking of sixty five to sixty
- 33:21Speaker 7: that runs a four to four. They don't have this
- 33:24Speaker 7: guy who was gonna tackle it. And being that big
- 33:27Speaker 7: Lasu was battling. They was begging, hey, man, you're gonna
- 33:29Speaker 7: get him. Man, you get him missed out. So what
- 33:32Speaker 7: he was gonna do against Fort Valley? And that's what
- 33:35Speaker 7: you do it because we forgot that Dion threw that
- 33:40Speaker 7: dusting that magical dust as he can. He has that
- 33:43Speaker 7: gift of gas for jack had I throw dust. He
- 33:50Speaker 7: can dazzle you. It ain't daddling, baby was daddling. Indeed,
- 33:54Speaker 7: the time has come for y'all to rocking aut that
- 33:58Speaker 7: it ain't magic, it's magnificent.
- 34:00Speaker 2: People don't give Diana no credit for his oral to ability.
- 34:06Speaker 2: He was up there with Muhammad Ali. He really was.
- 34:11Speaker 21: It was just a different sport. He does it in
- 34:14Speaker 21: the coaching float like a butterfly. Put you in that
- 34:19Speaker 21: web and he was on it like this, and y'all
- 34:23Speaker 21: were so.
- 34:25Speaker 2: Glazed over in the eyes that you didn't even recognize
- 34:28Speaker 2: he was borrowing. You know what I'm saying, Primes host borrow,
- 34:35Speaker 2: which you forgot. Was that people said he took about,
- 34:39Speaker 2: but you was with me it was not. He was
- 34:41Speaker 2: twenty division one player down a level and beat up,
- 34:50Speaker 2: but he dazzled you and made you forget. All these
- 34:54Speaker 2: guys out here are supposed to be at Ohio State
- 34:58Speaker 2: right now in Michigan and Says and Bama.
- 35:01Speaker 7: And when you asked the question, he'd roll out snoop
- 35:05Speaker 7: and then everybody like, oh okay, let it go, let
- 35:07Speaker 7: it go. And that's no knock on Prime.
- 35:10Speaker 2: He got in. I think Prime is great for this time, Yes,
- 35:14Speaker 2: because it's all about recruiting, and it is about being
- 35:18Speaker 2: able to talk these parents into letting their sons so
- 35:22Speaker 2: He is a perfect guy for what it is. That's
- 35:25Speaker 2: why a lot of people really want him because you
- 35:28Speaker 2: know now that you can hire nine hundred coaches, he
- 35:32Speaker 2: can do what he's doing at Colorado. You can go
- 35:35Speaker 2: get former NFL head coaches and make him the coordinator.
- 35:39Speaker 2: And here comes your daddy. All he has to do
- 35:42Speaker 2: is due to talking. That's why I said he'd be
- 35:44Speaker 2: in there with the fake earphones. He ain't talking nobody.
- 35:47Speaker 2: I watched the whole game. Your thing is up. When
- 35:54Speaker 2: recruit he plugged in and they ain't wireless. And when
- 36:00Speaker 2: it comes to recruit him, your daddy's idol walks through
- 36:04Speaker 2: the door saying, yo, boy got it, and go with him, son,
- 36:08Speaker 2: that's prime. And then he started telling you about the
- 36:10Speaker 2: man that time he caught that ball and then he
- 36:13Speaker 2: did and boy, I remember one time he flew from
- 36:16Speaker 2: the stadium over to the from the baseball field and
- 36:18Speaker 2: then rat. And that's what his magic is is that
- 36:23Speaker 2: he's beloved. He proved, he put up and never had
- 36:28Speaker 2: to shut up. But his son was able to benefit
- 36:31Speaker 2: for him, which is always great. So cause you know,
- 36:34Speaker 2: I'm I don't understand people be telling I met Nepo
- 36:37Speaker 2: babies that's how the world. You're supposed to go do
- 36:39Speaker 2: something that other people in your lineage can beat off. Hu,
- 36:44Speaker 2: He's supposed to go create something you can pass down.
- 36:49Speaker 2: Why would I go do this? Why would I knock
- 36:51Speaker 2: in the doors in the industry and then don't try
- 36:53Speaker 2: to usher my kids in, especially if they got the talent.
- 36:57Speaker 2: She do does have the talent. But so I can
- 37:00Speaker 2: wrap this in the bowl for DJ Duke Cleveland, it
- 37:04Speaker 2: just like a lot of teams that kind of looked
- 37:06Speaker 2: over sha door because of Chaduur's whole angle and people
- 37:11Speaker 2: like DJ Duke loving him so much. Teams are afraid
- 37:14Speaker 2: because now I have an entity that you're gonna blame
- 37:18Speaker 2: me for whatever he doesn't do, not gonna blame him.
- 37:26Speaker 2: Watch when you get on the field, it's gonna be,
- 37:29Speaker 2: oh he don't have an O line. Oh he doesn't
- 37:33Speaker 2: have a receiver. Oh, the offensive coordinator doesn't know how
- 37:37Speaker 2: to use him. It's going to be the same thing
- 37:40Speaker 2: that you've seen with a justin fields. It's gonna take five, six,
- 37:45Speaker 2: seven years, and I don't want this to happen. I
- 37:49Speaker 2: think the Cleveland Browns are handling this right. You don't
- 37:52Speaker 2: want to do a whole bunch of yo yowing. So
- 37:55Speaker 2: you give Dylan Gabriel his time so that when you
- 37:59Speaker 2: even when you go to tell him, we're gonna go
- 38:02Speaker 2: with your door, even he can't fight it. You ever
- 38:06Speaker 2: watch a baseball game and a guy sometime the manager
- 38:10Speaker 2: go out there and you see that fighting feisting this
- 38:12Speaker 2: about him, and he's like, man, I'm still good. I
- 38:15Speaker 2: got my jump and junk is working. You see your
- 38:17Speaker 2: guy get pulled. I gonna give me one more bat
- 38:20Speaker 2: he know about that third. I'm glad you came and
- 38:24Speaker 2: saved me for it ain't working today. Dave came over.
- 38:28Speaker 2: Get me out of here, they looking over to the
- 38:30Speaker 2: satellite coach. You don't want to come get me. It's
- 38:33Speaker 2: the same thing with Dylan. You want to give him
- 38:35Speaker 2: because why you're not going anywhere anyway, So you might
- 38:38Speaker 2: as well really get a full look of Dylan since
- 38:42Speaker 2: you drafted him before your door. And then if he
- 38:46Speaker 2: can't get some on the board because you're still dealing
- 38:50Speaker 2: with one of the worst teams. M then I might
- 38:54Speaker 2: get four or five games with your door. But what
- 38:57Speaker 2: I don't want is for all you should do a
- 39:01Speaker 2: fan to keep deciding that is everybody else except your door.
- 39:09Speaker 2: It's like talking to a Hawk fan about Trey Young.
- 39:14Speaker 2: It's the coach, it's the GM, it's the Hawks. It's
- 39:16Speaker 2: the position of the arena. It's the temperature inside the arena.
- 39:20Speaker 2: It's the hot dogs are too big, the coachs are
- 39:24Speaker 2: too large, it's everything. Maybe Trey Young does not have
- 39:31Speaker 2: the leadership that can bring you. He just might be
- 39:35Speaker 2: the more modern day Dominique Wilkins, a human highlight for him.
- 39:40Speaker 2: He is a cold blooded brother. He is an assassin.
- 39:45Speaker 2: He might just be KD where you have to hire
- 39:49Speaker 2: him with a person that's already in the leadership, because
- 39:55Speaker 2: maybe that's all he wants to do. Give you this
- 39:57Speaker 2: thirty and go home, just play ball. But he the
- 40:02Speaker 2: winter Soldier somebody else's control. We'll be back more to
- 40:05Speaker 2: Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 40:07Speaker 16: You do know what you do, but that I heard
- 40:09Speaker 16: it I was talking to was to pull up a
- 40:10Speaker 16: city foot.
- 40:11Speaker 2: You knew what you're trying to do. Because I'm hoping
- 40:14Speaker 2: into it. I know that you missing what you don't
- 40:16Speaker 2: get to it. If you need that, go and bring it.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Beape back, don't go away. Or of the Sports Josh
- 40:25Speaker 2: Show with Wayne Dandy is coming up next.
- 40:28Speaker 22: How serious is youth vaping irreversible lung damage serious? One
- 40:32Speaker 22: in ten kids vape serious, which warns a serious conversation
- 40:36Speaker 22: from a serious parental figure like yourself, not the seriously

- 42:46Speaker 2: he is a citizen of Canada. Is that right? Didn't
- 42:52Speaker 2: they change there? Now they're they're citizens of the United States? Now,
- 42:56Speaker 2: didn't they they gave up there? They were dual citizenship.
- 42:59Speaker 2: I think they're they've been they have been living in Toronto. Yeah, yeah,
- 43:05Speaker 2: before they moved, before they moved to l A. They
- 43:07Speaker 2: were when he first left England. They were in Canada. Okay, okay, Well,
- 43:12Speaker 2: because he was supposed to be I guess a supporter
- 43:15Speaker 2: of the Blue Jays, but they was he was seen
- 43:19Speaker 2: at the Dodgers game in a Dodger's hat, and Prince
- 43:23Speaker 2: Harry is doing what you're supposed to do. When you
- 43:26Speaker 2: ask for free tickets. You can't ask somebody. You can't
- 43:31Speaker 2: ask Taylor Swift for front row two tickets and then
- 43:36Speaker 2: show up in Meghan Trainer's shirt. Beyonce, you know, I
- 43:42Speaker 2: think they were invited or the tickets from a friend
- 43:45Speaker 2: or someone with the Dodgers, but tickets Dodger tickets, or
- 43:50Speaker 2: they got tickets through someone with the Dodgers. That the hat.
- 43:54Speaker 7: No, that's what I'm only me, Well, my team's you know,
- 43:58Speaker 7: I think, Harry, if they wouldn't let you sit in
- 44:01Speaker 7: those seats, you have to understand I'm giving you because
- 44:06Speaker 7: you're Prince Harry, and because I'm with the Dodgers, you're
- 44:09Speaker 7: not getting seats.
- 44:11Speaker 2: Well, no one will see you. You think they gave
- 44:13Speaker 2: him the hat that nne These are publicity seats because
- 44:15Speaker 2: he didn't come in with well, you're going to owner's suite.
- 44:18Speaker 2: These are publicity Basically, they have a register where you
- 44:22Speaker 2: sign in and they actually hand you something of a team,
- 44:26Speaker 2: a hat, a shirt, and so you don't have the
- 44:30Speaker 2: excuse if need be. Remember these tickets are based on
- 44:34Speaker 2: your photo op publicity seats. We already told Fox to
- 44:39Speaker 2: spend the camera over here because we gave you these
- 44:43Speaker 2: ten thousand dollars seats for free.
- 44:46Speaker 7: Taylor Swift, so of course you'll have your boyfriend's number
- 44:50Speaker 7: jersey on. You think she's ever bought a bait a
- 44:53Speaker 7: football jersey in her life?
- 44:55Speaker 12: No?
- 44:55Speaker 2: And most of the time is I tell people, if
- 44:59Speaker 2: this happened to you and you are a fan of
- 45:03Speaker 2: the other team, it's upon you to ask where can
- 45:09Speaker 2: you wear? If I'm a Dukie and you want to
- 45:13Speaker 2: go to the game and sit next to me and
- 45:17Speaker 2: you're a Carolina fan, you need to ask me. And
- 45:22Speaker 2: if I say, well, you can't wear that Carolina stuff,
- 45:26Speaker 2: then I'm not asking you to wear Duke either. You
- 45:29Speaker 2: just have to sit there neutral. Yeah, this we we're black.
- 45:34Speaker 2: I can't win Carolina. But Prince Harry was playing the
- 45:37Speaker 2: game in the right way in which you should. If
- 45:41Speaker 2: you ever plan on going back to get some front
- 45:43Speaker 2: row seats to see show Hey, because you're gonna want
- 45:50Speaker 2: to see show Hay next year, and you're gonna want
- 45:52Speaker 2: to call that same person who already know your name
- 45:57Speaker 2: pop up because I ain't heard from me in the
- 46:00Speaker 2: year hair, so I know when you popped up. It's
- 46:02Speaker 2: game seven, right, yeah? You want you want to come
- 46:04Speaker 2: up in there? Game seven? Bloody hell? Yes, yeah. Steven
- 46:08Speaker 2: Spielberg just offered me one hundred grand. Who Spielberg? He
- 46:13Speaker 2: hit me up this morning? Honey? You just want me
- 46:15Speaker 2: to give him to you for freel bird?
- 46:17Speaker 7: Did he play for the Stielberg? I'm not the name's
- 46:19Speaker 7: not registering. I'm sorry, I'm royalty. Go ahead, that's one
- 46:23Speaker 7: hundred grand for the seat register money. Money's universally language.
- 46:29Speaker 2: And what you're saying that I don't have to pay anything, No,
- 46:31Speaker 2: I'll give him to you free, okay, and now nothing's
- 46:35Speaker 2: free in life. I'm royal. Do you remember? I know that?
- 46:38Speaker 7: What is it really going to cost me? Do I
- 46:40Speaker 7: have to do something? You're gonna have to wear his
- 46:41Speaker 7: Dodger hat all long? Like just the hat, and I
- 46:46Speaker 7: got gotta be naked with just the hat. I can
- 46:47Speaker 7: wear regular clothes and just the hat, just the hat. Cool,
- 46:52Speaker 7: and I'd have been there too.
- 46:53Speaker 2: Cool. And there you go, So Prince, you don't have
- 46:56Speaker 2: to explain or apologize to people like tow it.
- 46:59Speaker 8: I think I thought also it was something because of
- 47:02Speaker 8: the Canadian, the British Columbia connection of with the royal
- 47:06Speaker 8: family also.
- 47:07Speaker 2: Was that was the reason? All I meant me, let
- 47:10Speaker 2: me say it's not, it's not, and let me and
- 47:12Speaker 2: let me, let me, let me say this, Let me
- 47:13Speaker 2: say this.
- 47:14Speaker 7: Do you think that a man who is royalty like
- 47:19Speaker 7: third in the line for the crown and gave all
- 47:22Speaker 7: that up, separated from his actual country and his father
- 47:27Speaker 7: who's the king of that country, care about maintaining relationships
- 47:31Speaker 7: between Canada? And do you think that even registered in
- 47:36Speaker 7: that man's head for one second to place his loyalty
- 47:40Speaker 7: to Canada above the crime of Canada.
- 47:46Speaker 2: Yesterday, the Falcons losing again over time in Berlin. I
- 47:53Speaker 2: mean in this, I mean thirty one to twenty five.
- 47:57Speaker 2: The young quarter, the young running back for the Coats
- 48:01Speaker 2: is still running. I think he went for almost two fifty. Yeah, yesterday,
- 48:07Speaker 2: the running back, Yeah he he he ran from Berlin
- 48:11Speaker 2: to Mannheim, Germany, and I'm hoping he he has to
- 48:17Speaker 2: be the front runner for the m v P. At
- 48:19Speaker 2: this point, he's already over a thousand yards, correct, Yeah,
- 48:23Speaker 2: he's had eleven hundred as of yesterday. So I'm hoping
- 48:27Speaker 2: fifteen touchdowns on the season at some point that we
- 48:30Speaker 2: start recognizing every offensive Player of the year, but not
- 48:35Speaker 2: so much MVP. A man interject something, And that's why
- 48:38Speaker 2: I brought up, why why not I have a team
- 48:42Speaker 2: that none of you was going for as far as
- 48:46Speaker 2: a contender in the AFC I have, We're we're what
- 48:52Speaker 2: are they like? Yeah? Right at the moment? Yeah, and
- 48:59Speaker 2: it's all about him being able to run the ball.
- 49:02Speaker 2: Why why get two best runners in the league right now?
- 49:05Speaker 2: When you say that, excuse me?
- 49:10Speaker 8: I said, you got you had yesterday's game with him
- 49:13Speaker 8: and Jon that you top five running backs right now
- 49:16Speaker 8: in the league.
- 49:16Speaker 2: They well, we know we're talking about we're talking about
- 49:20Speaker 2: the Colts. So, yeah, the Colts are eight and two.
- 49:25Speaker 7: And he scored at least three touchdowns in five games
- 49:29Speaker 7: of the now eleven week season. We're going in the
- 49:32Speaker 7: week eleven so and so in half the season, he
- 49:36Speaker 7: scored at least three touchdowns in five games.
- 49:39Speaker 2: And and Greg said, people are just saying Offensive Player
- 49:42Speaker 2: of the Year, why not m VP? Is that that
- 49:45Speaker 2: just has to be a quarterback that and that's how
- 49:48Speaker 2: people like look at the look at the award now,
- 49:51Speaker 2: like who's the who's the quarterback on the on the
- 49:56Speaker 2: best team? Like I think for some reason Daniel Jones
- 49:59Speaker 2: will get more in VP votes then Jonathan Taylor. Not
- 50:05Speaker 2: that against Daniel Jones. But we go to break and
- 50:08Speaker 2: I'm still because all you guys been on here a
- 50:10Speaker 2: long time, I'm still not understanding why people, is it
- 50:16Speaker 2: the whole Is it just television? Yes, I was just
- 50:19Speaker 2: about to say, it's us. It's us the media, the
- 50:23Speaker 2: sports cover people who go coach Pride and shut door
- 50:27Speaker 2: out there lighting it up.
- 50:29Speaker 27: Your door should be having his number retired. Why isn't
- 50:33Speaker 27: he in the condition for the Heisman Trophy. Coach Pride
- 50:36Speaker 27: is Coach of the Decade and people.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Yeah, so Jonathan Taylor can lead the league in Russian
- 50:43Speaker 2: and can't be the m v P. The story is
- 50:46Speaker 2: the resurrection of Daniel Jones, for that would just make
- 50:49Speaker 2: him the comeback player. No no, no, no no, So
- 50:53Speaker 2: we got to mute his mic. But he's not the
- 50:59Speaker 2: main reason that they're winning. But he's the quarterback, right
- 51:04Speaker 2: you why we invented AI so we could change that
- 51:07Speaker 2: whole little narrative. Nobody sports right.
- 51:12Speaker 9: Doing videos shows try to send one some but it

- 52:24Speaker 1: Center Court on sports news gossip blah blah blah blah blah.
- 52:32Speaker 2: You gotta shake, okaying to We're gonna get this, Spotty
- 52:47Speaker 2: snot Welcome back to the spot Shock Shume, the sport
- 52:56Speaker 2: Shock Wayne again, deg Good morning to you then listening Eldland,
- 53:00Speaker 2: command you, Greg Big Kenny the bat Producer, DJ Duke
- 53:03Speaker 2: in the building today. We left talking about MVP and
- 53:08Speaker 2: even on the Heisman Trophy race. First of all, of
- 53:11Speaker 2: I ask you who's in contention for the Heisman. Most
- 53:15Speaker 2: likely you don't know the three or four names, but
- 53:20Speaker 2: you would just start throwing out some quarterbacks because basically
- 53:25Speaker 2: you have turned the Heisman Trophy and the NFL MVP
- 53:29Speaker 2: Award into quarterback awards, which for a former player is
- 53:35Speaker 2: kind of insulting to not be able to feel like
- 53:40Speaker 2: because none of these things say quarterback award. They say
- 53:47Speaker 2: most Valuable Player. BAT producer says that names like Drake
- 53:53Speaker 2: may or Matthew Stafford, but I haven't seen anyone and
- 54:00Speaker 2: dominate and be the main catalysts, especially in the winds
- 54:06Speaker 2: like Jonathan Taylor. And he's doing this with a quarterback
- 54:12Speaker 2: that really was not predicted to start, who's been cast
- 54:16Speaker 2: away from his original team where he was drafted top
- 54:20Speaker 2: two or three in the draft or something like that.
- 54:24Speaker 2: And he's in the Colts, and you know Richardson, Tony Richardson,
- 54:28Speaker 2: Antonio Richardson. Once again, it's injured. Opened the door he
- 54:32Speaker 2: was able to get on the field. So he still
- 54:36Speaker 2: hasn't I don't think really convinced people that he can
- 54:40Speaker 2: get the job done. But I know what makes it
- 54:42Speaker 2: easy for him, and that's having the leading rushing team
- 54:46Speaker 2: in the league and Jonathan Taylor behind him. So for
- 54:51Speaker 2: me just to be sitting here and you're telling me,
- 54:54Speaker 2: regardless of what this young man does, he's not a quarterback.
- 55:00Speaker 2: And I know when we started to show I mean
- 55:03Speaker 2: Duke over here, his whole thing was about quarterbacks. Quarterbacks, quarterbacks.
- 55:10Speaker 2: Well that's why most of y'all are losing. Most of
- 55:15Speaker 2: you are losing just because of that. You're so emphasized
- 55:18Speaker 2: on the quarterback that you're not fixing other parts of
- 55:23Speaker 2: the team. You really have decided that Patrick mahonmes is
- 55:29Speaker 2: doing everything himself. I see Patrick Mahan throwing the whole
- 55:34Speaker 2: bunch of five yard passes and guys with full one
- 55:38Speaker 2: speed are taking off. I see a whole bunch of
- 55:41Speaker 2: yack when I watched the Chiefs, No knock on my homes,
- 55:49Speaker 2: great decision maker, precise passing. But I see a whole
- 55:55Speaker 2: bunch of help that he gets. But y'all continue, Oh
- 56:00Speaker 2: it's Patrick Mahomes, Patrick Mahome, Patrick Mahome, Ptr Mahome, Pati Mahome,
- 56:04Speaker 2: Pat Monk. No, it's all those guys Worthy Kelsey, pastor Yard.
- 56:20Speaker 2: You want where to go with the ball quickly. And
- 56:24Speaker 2: that's why I said, it's so funny that yes, oh
- 56:27Speaker 2: I got to court, he was ain't getting open. Oh
- 56:30Speaker 2: see the old line. Why do y'all think the quarterback?
- 56:33Speaker 2: Is it television? Did they convince you all of this?
- 56:38Speaker 8: Well, you got a lot of quarterbacks in the booth,
- 56:39Speaker 8: like a Tony Romo for you have. You have a
- 56:42Speaker 8: lot of former quarterbacks in the booth as analysts, more
- 56:48Speaker 8: offensive players. Then you see old linemans or defensive players
- 56:53Speaker 8: like a willmore yourself as alignment. Uh, you don't see
- 56:56Speaker 8: those type of guys in the booth. So when you
- 56:58Speaker 8: have more offensive minded analysts with the game by game person,
- 57:03Speaker 8: they're a little bit more I think they're a little
- 57:04Speaker 8: bit more biased to the offense and the fans and
- 57:07Speaker 8: they sell the offensive part of the game a little
- 57:10Speaker 8: bit more because if you listen to Vilma, he's selling
- 57:13Speaker 8: defense when you if you're listen when like, you can
- 57:16Speaker 8: tell the difference. There's a couple other linemans out there.
- 57:18Speaker 8: Even when you listen to the young man from the Panthers,
- 57:24Speaker 8: the tight end Miami who won the Super Bowl last year, Eagles,
- 57:31Speaker 8: why the boys from Georgia on that defense?
- 57:37Speaker 2: Dogs? Excuse me? I said that the defense dominated the game.
- 57:41Speaker 2: The two Super Bowls that the Ravens have uh Ray
- 57:45Speaker 2: Lewis and the three the six Super Bowls that the
- 57:49Speaker 2: Steelers at steal Kirk me and Joe and the Giants.
- 57:55Speaker 2: The Giants two or three Super Bowls they had Lawrence Taylor, Harry.
- 57:59Speaker 2: How many actual offensive team the high power offenses, the
- 58:05Speaker 2: high we scored forty points a game offense, many of
- 58:08Speaker 2: them really win the Super Bowl with having like even
- 58:13Speaker 2: a bridge defense or below average defense. I can't even
- 58:20Speaker 2: think of a team like I don't. I don't think
- 58:21Speaker 2: a team that was ranked outside of the top ten
- 58:24Speaker 2: defensively even if they won a Super Bowl. Forty nine
- 58:28Speaker 2: teams with Montana and even Steve Young they had. Anybody
- 58:31Speaker 2: does anybody had a gream had great defenses. That's what
- 58:35Speaker 2: I'm saying. Their defense was not never was always. The
- 58:40Speaker 2: point is all those points the Buffalo Bills put up
- 58:43Speaker 2: in them in those seasons back in the the playoffs,
- 58:46Speaker 2: and all the points that Drew Brees and the Saints
- 58:52Speaker 2: put up won Super Bowl. And if I remember good
- 58:57Speaker 2: and I remember correct, the defense like an interception or something.
- 59:01Speaker 2: One interception, but they got an on side kick at
- 59:07Speaker 2: the beginning of the second half. For all that offense
- 59:09Speaker 2: Peyton Manning put up with the Coats. They had a
- 59:13Speaker 2: good defense the year that they won, but.
- 59:17Speaker 5: It was.
- 59:19Speaker 2: You but not offense to the Super Bowl. Yeah, but
- 59:24Speaker 2: they had for all the balls that Dan Marino chunked
- 59:28Speaker 2: around the field, the Clayton brothers, the Duper brothers, whatever,
- 59:33Speaker 2: Mark's brothers, Mark Clayton and Mark Duper. So when was
- 59:36Speaker 2: a high power only known for his offense. But they
- 59:41Speaker 2: had to kill the bees though the bees on what
- 59:43Speaker 2: the greatest, the greatest show on turf. But they started
- 59:47Speaker 2: a good defense. My point is Big Kenny is more
- 59:52Speaker 2: than a quarterback, well and every quarter because a good
- 59:56Speaker 2: quarterback has to have the comfort that he can go
- 59:59Speaker 2: out and sometimes make mistakes, great plays or sometimes created
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: by taking a chance. Now, this ball most likely will
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: be intercepted, but I'm gonna throw it anyway. Y'all do
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: know that happens? Right? And I want to ask you
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: sports y'ah.
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: You as someone who ran out on the field, we
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: all know that great defenses win championships. But I can't
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: go do an endorsement deal with the whole defensive line.
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: So I'm gonna pick this quarterback out. And he know
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: he ain't the reason y'all won the Super Bowl. He's
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: sitting there with them, Man, that should have been you.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: But he's gonna take the deal because that's the system
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: that they have set up. He's just living inside the state,
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: giving Chunky me commercials and all that. We'll be back
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: show rarity after this.
- 1:00:50Speaker 28: They don't study, doing work to get a head like him.
- 1:00:53Speaker 28: They don't cause and turning up in bed like him.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: Because they don't love it. They don't love it. They
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: don't love it. They don't love it.
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: Don't go away or of the Sports Josh Show with
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: Wayne Gandidis dombing out.
- 1:01:05Speaker 12: Next remember always be generous with the netmey just diyebal.
- 1:01:11Speaker 17: It Okay, Mom's wisdom has served you well, but now
- 1:01:16Speaker 17: it may be your turn to guide her.
- 1:01:18Speaker 18: Hey, I'm worried about Mom. She keeps forgetting her famous
- 1:01:21Speaker 18: sweet potato pie recipe.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: Some things come with it, says some down.

- 1:02:44Speaker 2: I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna go on the way
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: you vegan. Welcome back to this boy shock shower. I'm
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: this wor shock Wayne Gandy, Good morning to you out
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: there listening land Monday night football tonight, the Eagles at
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: the Packers could be a chili game here tonight as
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: the cold front blows in on us. Both of these
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: teams are treading in the right way. Philly just wins games,
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: but their fans are upset. I've never seen people get
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: upset because you just win games. I thought we always
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: talked about it. I thought the objection objective part of
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: sports was that it's decisive. It's win lose. It's math.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: It's not literature. It's not we both read a book
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: and then we write two different views of the book.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: Sports at the end, ninety nine point nine percent of
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: the time there's a winner and there's a loser. And
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: I thought that's all that mattered. But we seem to
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: want to color in how we want. I just was
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: trying and now I'm telling you as a player, then
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: he has a player. I was just trying to win
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: the game. Well, were trying to win the game, knowing
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: that some games we're gonna win it ugly. Some games,
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: something weird is going to happen that we win the game.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: But at some point we're just trying to win the game.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: And see, we are copycat society. My college did I support.
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: Got almost They lost one game, but they didn't the
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: game that they win. They don't win by enough against
- 1:04:38Speaker 7: the competition. So I see that and I want to
- 1:04:40Speaker 7: take that to the NFL. It ain't enough that you win.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: You gotta win a certain way, you gotta have style points,
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: you gotta look a certain well. But this is the
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: thing I'm trying to win, and the dude that I'm
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: blocking is trying to win. Why do you think that
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: I'm supposed to win better than him? Why is it
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: that y'all have this belief almost like everybody's not in
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: the pros. That's and again sports yack. Either everybody in
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: the NFL is in the NFL. There is Most of
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: it is that these people have the right people running
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: what they are trying to do, versus you don't really
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: have the personnel completely to do what you want to do.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: You kind of got it, but you don't. And we
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: got the right personnel. But y'all have this this thing
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: where how I'm supposed to predict how you're gonna win
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: on Sunday. Oh, because I was watching the show a
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: last night, The Stiller, you would imagine even if they lost,
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: they were going to score about twenty one twenty four
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: points based on how the Chargers defense, which is a
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: solid but it's not like it was last night. But
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: what happened? Aaron Rodgers had a terrible game, maybe the
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: worst game of his career last night. Not sure even
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: you know when I did must still report last night
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: after the game. I can't even pinpoint something that he
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: was doing wrong other than he just having a good
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: night tonight. Like it happened. It just happened. It happened.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: Some some people be off. Hes just off the night,
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: even the people who on all the time. He's not
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: even bad, he's off off, like he's just confused. He
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: didn't know what's going on. And what happened? They lose
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: twenty five to three. But y'all have factor that, then
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: what's gonna happen this week? He's gonna get better or
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: you know it would hope, Yeah, you would hope that
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: that would happen, right, you would. But have you ever
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: have you ever had your hopes dashed? Sure? Exactly, That's
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: what I'm saying. But I've actually been the person getting
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: my hopes that you're You're your hopes in the stands
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: is not bigger than my hopes on the field, exactly.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: I know it looks like it is because you're throwing
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: beer down and punching horses outside the stadiums. So you
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: think because I just put my clothes back home and
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: drove off, that you are more upset about involved in
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: the loss in that person me.
- 1:07:27Speaker 8: And that's what I'm trying to tell Kenny when he
- 1:07:30Speaker 8: when he says that he tells someone.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: That my cheering you, I didn't tell. I told you.
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:07:36Speaker 8: But you said all the Falcon fans are are dislike,
- 1:07:40Speaker 8: it's a mind male thing.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: Play hard that. That's what I'm saying.
- 1:07:45Speaker 8: You You you equaiting that, but I heard you earlier
- 1:07:48Speaker 8: in a conversation say, for brothers, we always gonna send
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: the older brother out. I'm saying we had an older
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: brother situation yesterday. He went out that we went out
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: there as a team and we got be but we
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: showed that we got some fight.
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: Now, this is what I'm saying. If let me respond,
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: let me respond, sir, this man, hold on, this man,
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: hold on. I'mnn let you talk to Kenny. This man
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: Jonathan Taylor carried the ball thirty two times for two
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: hundred and forty four yards. Two times. He had that
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: many seven point six per carry and three touchdown seven
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: point six per carry on an average. And no, because
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: he had thirty two carriers does not mean he's supposed
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: to have two hundred and forty four yards. I don't
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: know what dream and I wish we could do one
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: show where you were not giving answers through your emotions,
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: just one show before we go off air one day.
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: Just come in and say sports shot today, I'm gonna
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: do a show emotionless. I'm gonna actually just go by
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: what is in front of me, how I feel to
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: see it, Commandie, but how it actually is in front
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: of me. But you be called Thomas of the time motion, No,
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: and you dragged through. And this is what I'm saying,
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: dragged about, dragged on. I'm talking about physically dragged. I'm
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: talking about they just right now, right at you. This
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: This ain't no trick, but we just want no double.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: This wasn't no double. But your statement was that y'all
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: did what we put up a good fight? Now on
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: what side? May I? May I respond? Excuse me? May
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: I respond? When I talk about putting up a good fight?
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: There's a scene from the classic movie Life, would a
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: man say, all right? Not gold mouth? Man done? Took
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: enough of a beating they had to decide to pull
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: him off. We had to pull him off because the
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: boy was gonna keep getting knocked out. Y'all have him
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: on the ground and think I ain't gonna punch him
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: that hard. You allow teams to get back in the
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: game and then lose them, and then give yourself credit
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: for being compassionate in combat, and that don't win wars, sir.
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: That's all I'm saying. If you get drugged back in
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: my house, you got to get carried inside. Ain't nobody
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: ever ran inside? And then when you get inside, ain't
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: nobody on something? At least you at least you held him. No,
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: you better lay in the yard till we come get you.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: They don't exist in real life. And that's why they
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: lose because y'all satisfied with moral victories, y'all satisfied participation
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: yesterday and nobody and I'm about to get him fan
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: of the team, and you're a fan of the dude
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: that through the fifty four yard period the team to
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: get rid of him because you're not. Are you actually
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: believe the guy can play? We've had several debates on that.
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: He couldn't play when he was with my home team
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: where I'm born and raised. He can't play when he's
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: with my chosen team. Why would I back him? You'd
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: have lost every fight I didne throld you out there
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: in boy, Get you in the house. That's where you
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: need to be. Get back in the yard. He played
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: so bad that I wish he would have just moved
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: the receiver. Oh ouch, he'd have been better off. Let
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: your sister go save as Torel Prior. When Terrel Prior
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: loved Ohio State, I was hoping he moved to receiver.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: So now we're finished, send my niece to the yard.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: He would have had a more productive career. And this
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: is in honest, this has nothing to do with I
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: thought Tim Tebow should have moved to the tight end
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: or h back type. I thought he was a modern
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: day Dallas Clark, Remember Dallas Clark for the Coats. I
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: thought Tim Tebow could do that perfectly. He was already
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: used to the physical part of getting hit. He was
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: a gamer, a guy that was okay, and he was
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: fit for that, the good size to play that tight end.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: And I thought he should have moved. I thought that
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: dude Matt Jones that left Arkansas. Yeah, he did the
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: right move when he went to Jacksonville and he moved
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: the receiver. I thought that justin fields, I see it
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: all the time, called these high school games. I listened
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: to the coach. Oh, so he's going to force himself
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: to try to be a quarterback at college. Why not
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: move the receiver. His skill set is more to do that.
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: Quarterback play takes processing power. We don't all process information
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: the same. We don't. Some people can't pass a math
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: test in high school, but they'll beat you all day
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: at chess because they can see different than I can see.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: But I can make a perfect score on this algebra
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: geometry chest. But I don't see this board. I did
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: not say somethings here staring at the board, and why
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: it just seems so obsous once you made me Patrick
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: Mahons processes stuff different he does, and think about it,
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: justin fields, just seeing him exceeded at Ohio State because
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: he always had the better talent. It's just like Tua.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: He's just like Bryce Young and if he was a receiver,
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: they never had the process. And throwing the ball up
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: to Julio, Now this is the thing. Get the seven, Julio,
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: do that thing you do, baby, Just hang it up there. Baby,
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: you know what to do.
- 1:14:02Speaker 30: Now.
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: I'm just throwing up there, and you do make me
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: look because if you catch it, they gonna swear I
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: made the right decision.
- 1:14:09Speaker 7: And the d line blitz justin he'd dodge them all.
- 1:14:13Speaker 7: Imagine if all he had to do was beat his man.
- 1:14:16Speaker 7: Imagine all if he had to do was just one dude.
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: I'm telling you, if he was a receiver, he'd be
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: way better, way better receiver. Seven people and then get sacked.
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: Just imagine if he had to just shake one dude.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show. Right after
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: this puts your wrecked on wag Son, your life on

- 1:21:07Speaker 2: That would have been my second gat sixty two years old. Actually,
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: Mike malarkey was the tight end coach in Pittsburgh and
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: he was my offensive coordinator for the Falcons for year.

- 1:22:11Speaker 2: He passed it real quick, but he did actually have
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: the stick in his hand. Yes, he was in the
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: front in Time sixty two years old. Eve is forty seven.
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: Walton Goggins, who is just in everything. He's the new.
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: He's the new. Not Morgan Freeman, Samuel Jackson, Walter Gogins,
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: He's just. He shows up in anything, in all the
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: commercials too. And if you ain't seen him, if you
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: haven't seen Vice Principles, you have missed the show on HBO.
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: Please check that out. It's a little crew now.
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: So yeah, I was going to say some of this
- 1:22:50Speaker 7: stuff is hey, hey, hey, hey hey, Now there's language restrictions.
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: But Walter got he was in now The Righteous, Jim Stones,
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: he Righteous, he was in Hateful eight. Yeah. Remember they
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: picked him up on the side of the road. So
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: he's been. I mean, and as the baby billy, why
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: do you do?
- 1:23:17Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: And comedian Lavell Crawford is fifty seven years old, Big
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: veil Sean Combs caught drinking alcohol. Work works, he works
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: her work. Its Veterans Day tomorrow. It's they're observing that today,
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: no work today, because I know, no work today is
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: Veterans Day. Well, we'll take a vote. How many people
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: think we should let some work happen every day, every
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: day working? Let's just give it up. No, no, no, no, no,
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: let's bet it on the horse. Hold on, let's be
- 1:23:54Speaker 2: on the now you take it up to much betted
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: on the horse, we're gonna. Let's just let's just go
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: on with the same. I mean, you got, you got
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: a hall of fame on there, you got the original
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: hip hop voice, Fanta, sugar and Apple, you've got what
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: do they call that in jail? Pruno? Prewe p are
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: you in Bruno?
- 1:24:18Speaker 7: Yes, that's the technical name for it, for jail alcohol,
- 1:24:22Speaker 7: for jail alcohol.
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: Whether you do they make this in the toilet? Yes,
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: but you store it in it's in a bag in
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: the toilet. What kind of Fanta? Orange? Take orange Fanta?
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: Why do you add why do you add the sugar
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: when the fans already has sugar. Sugar raw sugar breaks
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: down the apple peels quicker, and then it allows it
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: to go into your system faster. The more sugar you have,
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: the quicker it gets into the blood streams. So what's
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: the so if I just need a liquid base, so
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: the fans just add more acid and sugar, Yeah, and
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: some color to it. He's called Pruno. Pruno, Yes, I
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: thought there was another name. What's the other name? They go?
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: They say that Diddy was called drinking a little this
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: Pruno up in jail. I figured, you know, he was
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: trying to fit in celebrate his birthday. Birthday. Yeah, his
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: birthday was the reason had like you would dancing. You
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, I had to be. If you're
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: sitting around in jail and somebody passed you a bottle
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: and go, hey, man, gone get you a sip. Trust me,
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: take you a sip. That's what I don't.
- 1:25:31Speaker 7: Don't get into the hole. No, now you end up
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: shanking the shower. Just take the sip and live your life.
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: That's I thought. When I read that, I thought it
- 1:25:40Speaker 2: was going along to get Yeah, come on, man, these
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: folks passed it. Romans, well, I don't have to get
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: drunk on it. No, I mean because this is a
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: sign that we have some respect for you. So watch
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: out for that Pruno when you get arrested, and you
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: see what, just don't get arrested tweet. I've been trying
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: to tell people that I'm saying, then I'm quick. Got
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: somebody who'd have ran out on the field, but just
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: don't get arrested. Kenny was wrong, twin. He agreed with
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: me as far as what worked today on Jared my
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: twin his his his boyfriend twin. He said, let him
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: get his work. We don't work for the government, but
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: the government going back to work, aren't I I don't know.
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: See well ask him doing the break who would he
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: have gotten work on? We'll be back more to Sports
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: Shock Show right after this.
- 1:26:34Speaker 9: I think I'm throwing nine times out of ten.
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: I had him then I blew it.
- 1:26:37Speaker 28: But I need some liquor. I'm trying to more work
- 1:26:40Speaker 28: and do a feature. I said to where they are
- 1:26:43Speaker 28: showing me up.
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: Don't go Awayne board of the Sports Josh Show with
- 1:26:48Speaker 4: Wayne Dandy is coming up next.
- 1:26:50Speaker 29: Hurting the game, We tough it out, feel exhausted, We
- 1:26:55Speaker 29: push on feeling down. We pull ourselves up by the bootstraps.
- 1:27:00Speaker 29: But there are times when bootstraps aren't enough, when stress
- 1:27:04Speaker 29: gets to us and we need to talk to someone
- 1:27:06Speaker 29: about what we're really going through. So we're going to
- 1:27:09Speaker 29: reach out because sometimes mental health is not a one

- 1:27:25Speaker 15: So we ask kids, what do you want your parents
- 1:27:28Speaker 15: to hear?
- 1:27:29Speaker 16: I feel sometimes that I'm not listening to I would
- 1:27:32Speaker 16: just want you to listen to me more often and
- 1:27:34Speaker 16: evaluate situations with me and lead me towards success.
- 1:27:38Speaker 33: We're not adults, so just just be there and like, listen.
- 1:27:43Speaker 33: I just want someone to go to and I just
- 1:27:46Speaker 33: feel like I'll be fine. Like if someone just cares
- 1:27:48Speaker 33: me talk and talk and talk and talk and talk
- 1:27:51Speaker 33: and talk and.
- 1:27:51Speaker 5: Talk, you're doing a really good shot. And I don't
- 1:27:54Speaker 5: think so I don't know, and I know sometimes we
- 1:27:57Speaker 5: get into it. It's just hard on both of us,
- 1:28:02Speaker 5: but end up trying to understand me more, and I'll
- 1:28:05Speaker 5: try to do the same.
- 1:28:07Speaker 15: Listening is a form of love. Find resources to help

- 1:28:21Speaker 18: Choosing to buy a gun was not a decision I
- 1:28:23Speaker 18: took lightly, but with everything going on, I really wanted
- 1:28:27Speaker 18: to feel like I could protect myself. I hadn't thought
- 1:28:29Speaker 18: about the danger of an unlocked gun in my own home.
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: Him me aware your napkins, not that drawer unless anyone
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: needs a gun.
- 1:28:41Speaker 18: Now, I always lock my gun to keep everyone safe.

- 1:29:04Speaker 1: the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy's.
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: Pop brand new with just Hogging, I got options.
- 1:29:12Speaker 30: I can pass it.
- 1:29:13Speaker 9: It's like stocking just Josh, I'm spending this holiday logged
- 1:29:17Speaker 9: in my body, got rid of I'm taking his voice
- 1:29:20Speaker 9: and the I can put a ball in the end zone.
- 1:29:22Speaker 2: Put a bit into the friend zone. Walk back to
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: this one shock shot this one shock Wayne Gang. Ye
- 1:29:28Speaker 2: as we left, we gave our raider fan our man
- 1:29:32Speaker 2: Jared a chance to clock in. He says that he
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: would go with the pitt bull in the skirt. He's
- 1:29:39Speaker 2: referring to Eve, who really I like Eve. I thought
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: she had all it, all the aspects and of why
- 1:29:49Speaker 2: she became such a popular artist. Most stefinitely she had
- 1:29:53Speaker 2: all of it, the delivery, the voice, the style. Uh
- 1:29:57Speaker 2: to be as big as she was. But that's who
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: Jared said he would spend his vets day.
- 1:30:03Speaker 7: And then he said that the bad producer is his
- 1:30:06Speaker 7: twin like Arnold and Danny DeVito, and he says that
- 1:30:11Speaker 7: the band producer is Danny DeVito.
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: That's all right. That means that I am the more
- 1:30:15Speaker 2: intelligent one. We had a couple of issues over the
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: last week. A few rest Delante West unfortunately back in
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: the news. Uh, the former NBA player that has been
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: documented to where we have had to talk about him
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: in several cases from living out on the street but
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: not necessarily living out there because he can't afford anywhere
- 1:30:54Speaker 2: to live, as much as in different stories where he
- 1:30:59Speaker 2: may not want to take his prescriptions. Yeah, he can
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: lose contact, disassociates with reality, with his reality. So with
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: that case, we hope he gets some help. Our man
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: Tony Allen fromer defensive star for the Memphis Grizzlies, he
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: was busted on some drug charges. It seems like the
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: guy that he was riding with was willing to go
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: ahead on and stand up for the charges. I don't
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: know if they were partners or he was being real
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: And basically Tony was in the car to buy more
- 1:31:37Speaker 2: than he was in the car the sale. But well,
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: I can't say that bad producer. As I said, you
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: just go. Tony Allen is a drughead, but he's also
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: given us ideas that he'd be okay if he could
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: sell a brick or two. And because we didn't know,
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: and I'm not just as much as he could have
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: been in the car as a buyer, he could also
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: have been in the car from his reputation. Yeah, both,
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: I'm not I'm hoping. I'm hoping he was just riding
- 1:32:14Speaker 2: and buying. But I'm I can't sit here and hoping
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: that what the guy is saying is factually true and
- 1:32:22Speaker 2: not just him stepping up for his boy. God that
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: jumping on the squad for him and saying I was
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: doing it and I'll just and you take care of me,
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: or something that happens as well. So I'm just giving
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: you the story. The gentleman that was in the car
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: with him did try on the side of the road
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: to confess. Now, I don't know if that holds up
- 1:32:43Speaker 2: in a court of law. Law or he gets down
- 1:32:46Speaker 2: there and somebody throws a book on the table and
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: start talking about ten years and now all'll say, man, whoa, whoa?
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: You know about you know about an hour ago?
- 1:32:56Speaker 7: Now, no, I'm gonna keep I'm gonna keep your books
- 1:32:58Speaker 7: straight on the inside.
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: Now you know about an hour ago when I was
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: out there, man that it was all Tony I did.
- 1:33:04Speaker 2: They called that the recamp. At the recamp my story, sir,
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: because I was thinking eighteen months, yeah, ye, Tony said,
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: if I took the charge, yeah, I can do eighteen.
- 1:33:17Speaker 2: I can't do ten. So hopefully Tony Allen gets some
- 1:33:20Speaker 2: help as well, because it seemed like maybe he has
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: a little issue that has gotten away from him as well.
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: Jamal Anderson, former Dirty Bird, maybe he had he might
- 1:33:32Speaker 2: be the guy that originated the dance itself was arrested
- 1:33:36Speaker 2: on suspicion of domestic violence, and the big domino that
- 1:33:41Speaker 2: fell was Antonio Brown. Ab looks like you're gonna finally
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: get what you have been searching for, mister big Chest.
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: You've always wanted to be on the infamous side of
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: the story. It seems you were not just happy being
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: what people consider the best receiver of your generation. It
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: seems like you also wanted to have a little of
- 1:34:08Speaker 2: the crime you can of view.
- 1:34:11Speaker 7: And if that hasn't been your goal, then you surely
- 1:34:15Speaker 7: have fooled me. You have been actively pursuing a place
- 1:34:21Speaker 7: on the top ten most wanted by the FBI charts
- 1:34:26Speaker 7: since about three four years before you got out the
- 1:34:29Speaker 7: league you was.
- 1:34:30Speaker 2: You were wanting that award, and now your time has come, sir.
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: You was just planning. No, you win, You win the
- 1:34:40Speaker 2: award four discharging a gun in public got a man
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: neck and the International Extraditional Ward. I ain't even in
- 1:34:49Speaker 2: your country no more. I moved on, and the International
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: traditional y'all should move on too. I've moved on now.
- 1:34:57Speaker 2: You kept posting the videos just won't come back. That's
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: not how attempted murder. What was that? I just stay
- 1:35:03Speaker 2: over here, but we didn't even know where you was.
- 1:35:05Speaker 2: You started posting video. You obviously wanted us to find you.
- 1:35:09Speaker 2: I'm just going to extradition. No, no, remember we said
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: that just sixt time you got arrested. We said, man,
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: you need to go on, leave the country, just go
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: on and chill and you would like And then you
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: threw the gum had a moving dude. You had one
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: for the road. Yeah, and then you had one for
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: the road. And now here we are. You win. It
- 1:35:30Speaker 2: seems that he got extra dited from side of your
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: uh was box people?
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:35:35Speaker 2: And they have sent him back. They sent him through
- 1:35:38Speaker 2: New Jersey and then they will ship him to Miami
- 1:35:41Speaker 2: where the charges were stemming from a gun incident after
- 1:35:46Speaker 2: a concert. Was his concert? I can't remember a concert
- 1:35:50Speaker 2: he came.
- 1:35:51Speaker 7: It was a boxing match, boxing boxing match, and he
- 1:35:54Speaker 7: said some people jumped him and tried to take his jewelry,
- 1:35:56Speaker 7: so he chased him out. And now listen, and that
- 1:35:58Speaker 7: part wasn't on video. We've just to him chasing them
- 1:36:02Speaker 7: and shooting at them was on video.
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: Part.
- 1:36:05Speaker 7: Now, let me say this a b if they bring
- 1:36:09Speaker 7: you from Birmingham back to Atlanta. You finna do some time.
- 1:36:16Speaker 7: But if they come, get your big chest and Dubai
- 1:36:21Speaker 7: pro Just stock your commissary. That's all I'm saying.
- 1:36:25Speaker 2: You just you about to do this be it. They don't.
- 1:36:29Speaker 7: They don't extradite people, they don't plan to send to
- 1:36:32Speaker 7: prison because it costs too much.
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: It's taxpayers on the hook for all of that. And
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: these are attempted murder charges. Well, yes, and there are.
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: There is at least what they showed us a video
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: of him discharging the gun. Now what happens before I
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: don't know, but hopefully maybe somebody was filming the incident
- 1:36:53Speaker 2: and he can prove. But if you could approve that,
- 1:36:56Speaker 2: I don't know why you good bye. Yeah, you'd never
- 1:37:00Speaker 2: in that kind of sense. But it seems that something
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: that you had been seeking from our vantage point because people,
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: when you know, people ask me and oh CT, I said, y'all,
- 1:37:12Speaker 2: y'all just found CT and slapping on all bad behavior
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: from a football player. But where was all this when
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: he was saying derogatory terms towards the raiders GM and
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: when he was beating up the moving man Remember the
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: incident where he punched or shoved or gone on something
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: at the moving man and all that kind of stuff.
- 1:37:38Speaker 2: Then he throws some furniture of a balton.
- 1:37:40Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. He threw the gummies. He
- 1:37:43Speaker 7: threw the Look it's he's been trying. He been didn't
- 1:37:47Speaker 7: he have a domestic violence issue that they.
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: Contribute to something? A few of those DM excuse me, now,
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: I was saying throwing the gummies. He stopped.
- 1:37:57Speaker 7: And I've always said, y'all stopped doing that to dru.
- 1:38:00Speaker 7: Y'all stop take the charge off drugs. People who get
- 1:38:04Speaker 7: high ain't not beating up on women just because they high. No,
- 1:38:07Speaker 7: I was talking about the gummies.
- 1:38:08Speaker 8: I wasn't talk about I said him throwing the gumms
- 1:38:11Speaker 8: a woman because I was saying about the gummies and Propa.
- 1:38:16Speaker 7: Sir, I get gummies in illegal milligram amounts and I'm
- 1:38:21Speaker 7: gonna go out chomping on women.
- 1:38:23Speaker 2: And you keep going I'm talking about him just throwing
- 1:38:25Speaker 2: them and like he was like he was on the gummy.
- 1:38:28Speaker 2: That's a B behavior. That's not high people behavior. That's
- 1:38:31Speaker 2: what I'm saying. People who get high don't do that.
- 1:38:34Speaker 2: A B does that win he high and and those
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: charges and everything, up until this point was something that
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: you felt like he could stand in for from an
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: authority and get some kind of leniency, some probation. You know,
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: he think it's funny it was a game. This is
- 1:38:54Speaker 2: actually attempted murder and they saw it after you, so
- 1:39:00Speaker 2: unlike the other stuff that was my word against your word.
- 1:39:03Speaker 2: We all we saw was a table hit the ground.
- 1:39:05Speaker 2: Somebody said you threw it out of a window, So
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: we have to negotiate that under the law. Somebody got
- 1:39:11Speaker 2: you actually own film reaching in your pants while you
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: chasing people blasting. That's that's very hard to defend your
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: own actions are very hard to defend yourself from. That
- 1:39:28Speaker 2: usually has a defense. Go ahead on and give it
- 1:39:30Speaker 2: to us, sir, the defense for this for what abe.
- 1:39:33Speaker 8: Yes, I'm just waiting to hopefully, like you said, somebody
- 1:39:36Speaker 8: got some video where he was getting accosted for his
- 1:39:40Speaker 8: jury and he had to, you know, protect themself.
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: I mean, hopefully he got a witness, someone to come
- 1:39:45Speaker 2: forward and.
- 1:39:46Speaker 7: And if someone who has ran on the field you
- 1:39:49Speaker 7: beat me up and take my jeury and run off,
- 1:39:53Speaker 7: that crime is over.
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: I chase you down and kill you. That is murder.
- 1:40:00Speaker 2: I first degree.
- 1:40:01Speaker 7: I had premeditated thought, because when you ran off, I
- 1:40:05Speaker 7: had time to de escalate situation and knock me out
- 1:40:10Speaker 7: and grab my chain and then I come through the judge.
- 1:40:13Speaker 2: Sir, tell that to the judge. I'm saying, I ain't
- 1:40:16Speaker 2: trying to I ain't trying to unicate on the side
- 1:40:19Speaker 2: of the road more than Sports Dug Show right after this, John.

- 1:42:36Speaker 2: way log an so you can see a sports jaint.
- 1:42:50Speaker 2: I'll say even Ny, welcome back to this boy Shock Show.
- 1:42:56Speaker 2: I'm the sport shock Wayne Againdee, the sports world has
- 1:43:00Speaker 2: lost two legends. And Lenny Wilkins at eighty eight, give
- 1:43:05Speaker 2: him him a round of applause. Yes, yes, eighty eight,
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: everybody in this room, the godfather of basketball, that's a maybe.
- 1:43:16Speaker 2: And Paul Tagleaboo, gentlemen that I had in my NFL career,
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: thank you Paul for calling my name out that day
- 1:43:24Speaker 2: back in ninety four. Appreciate you, Paul. If you're ever
- 1:43:29Speaker 2: here with the fifteenth pick of the nineteen ninety four
- 1:43:33Speaker 2: NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Rams select, that's Paul Tagleabou
- 1:43:39Speaker 2: call him my name out. So appreciate that, Paul and
- 1:43:42Speaker 2: what you did. And as I said, everybody, the five
- 1:43:45Speaker 2: guys are sitting here would sign up for both of
- 1:43:48Speaker 2: those ages right now. They would go ahead on the
- 1:43:51Speaker 2: sign DJ Duke too today. If I could promise him
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: to eighty four, he would go ahead on the side
- 1:43:56Speaker 2: and the sheet guarantee guarant t eight four. Yes, I'm
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: going with that. I go with that. I'm saying I
- 1:44:06Speaker 2: go with that, and just roll the dice for the
- 1:44:08Speaker 2: next twenty six years. Eighty four to Paul Taglabou, eighty eight.
- 1:44:15Speaker 2: Lenny Wilkins so good long life, especially for guys Lenny
- 1:44:20Speaker 2: played and coach and all that. Paulwards the commissioner, that's
- 1:44:24Speaker 2: definitely for long life. Stressful job lives too. Like when
- 1:44:31Speaker 2: you're talking about stressful, you've seen when people in our country,
- 1:44:35Speaker 2: when you're the president and the coach, you see how
- 1:44:37Speaker 2: these coaches age up. Yeah, and Ny you can trying
- 1:44:41Speaker 2: to last. He's the last player coach like they like
- 1:44:45Speaker 2: he was doing both at the same time. So that's
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: how hard that is. Yeah, you've seen it. Turn on
- 1:44:49Speaker 2: the Georgia game on this Saturday and see Kirby smart.
- 1:44:53Speaker 2: You'll see Kirby and feel like that's uncle Kirby. Kirby
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: young Greg the only one younger than Kirby about say forty,
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: about forty six years old. And he looked like he
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: straight taking it, glistering pills on the side line, like
- 1:45:12Speaker 2: he's just trying to keep his heart pumping. Today, coaches
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: the age up, you know, espe's in them loop. Especially
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: when they lose. Oh, they be on oxygen and everything.
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: That's why Laine even laying Kiffin, Lane Kiffin, you forget
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: Lane Kiffin still is more of a young man. So
- 1:45:29Speaker 2: sometimes his antics and then his look throws you. But
- 1:45:35Speaker 2: he's acting his age in a sense. Yeah, he's not
- 1:45:38Speaker 2: sixty years old. No, he just started real young. And
- 1:45:43Speaker 2: he's crating. He slow walks out. He slow walks by
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: the chierleaders. You know, come on, but I ain't judge you, right,
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: he's slow the chill. Let him get a lookin. It's lane.
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: It's lane. K okay, and he be getting in it
- 1:46:10Speaker 2: with the other teams and stuff like, he still got
- 1:46:12Speaker 2: some fight. I'm like, what are you gonna that ain't
- 1:46:15Speaker 2: it's just but you forget that's part of just fifty
- 1:46:18Speaker 2: years off.
- 1:46:19Speaker 8: He did say, what did somebody talking about he was
- 1:46:21Speaker 8: up for the job or whether the l s U
- 1:46:23Speaker 8: or somewhere.
- 1:46:24Speaker 2: He's of Florida? He said, yeah, who wants to go
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: coaching that swamp? So he is Lenny. Lenny and Paul,
- 1:46:32Speaker 2: thank you for all that you gave to sports, all
- 1:46:35Speaker 2: being the commissioner for seventeen years, and Lenny basically for
- 1:46:38Speaker 2: about fifty years of his life was basketball.
- 1:46:41Speaker 8: Oh hypothetical probably the most famous Hawks coach besides Mike
- 1:46:47Speaker 8: for tellam.
- 1:46:48Speaker 2: The hypothetical question for both.
- 1:46:51Speaker 7: Paul taglebo is responsible for the valuation of the modern NFL,
- 1:46:57Speaker 7: they quadruple triple ten times the amount what the teams
- 1:47:02Speaker 7: were worth during his helm. Lenny Wilkins, a player and
- 1:47:07Speaker 7: coach in the Hall of Fame, as both I believe
- 1:47:11Speaker 7: multiple times is what I heard. What do you think
- 1:47:13Speaker 7: they would feel about today's landscape and the gambling.
- 1:47:18Speaker 2: I would think they both would be against it. I
- 1:47:23Speaker 2: think that especially the way that we have kind of
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: almost partnered with gambling. Kind of well, I'm saying they
- 1:47:36Speaker 2: sell it like it's a separate, separate entity when they're
- 1:47:41Speaker 2: it's in house. Yeah, yeah, it's not like two separate buildings.
- 1:47:46Speaker 2: Y'all actually in the same building. Kind of feel y'all.
- 1:47:48Speaker 2: It's the Draft Kings Arena. Yeah, you walk by Draft
- 1:47:51Speaker 2: Kings on the elevator headed up to and it's like,
- 1:47:54Speaker 2: hold on, y'all at least waiting on an elevator together
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: because as you're in the same building. So, you know,
- 1:48:02Speaker 2: I think that both of them, because you can see,
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: you see this people like the bad producer and not
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: a knock on him. He just likes to gamble, so
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: he thinks it's okay. But you can see you can
- 1:48:14Speaker 2: see why commissioners, leagues, players were you know, it was
- 1:48:20Speaker 2: a separate thing. It was a separate thing. We're we're
- 1:48:25Speaker 2: just letting the greed of gambling dictate, that's all. And
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: to me, it's starting to get questionable.
- 1:48:34Speaker 20: You know.
- 1:48:35Speaker 2: We we've talked about the pitches. It's so funny that
- 1:48:37Speaker 2: we had this conversation, uh, DJ, Duke Big, all of
- 1:48:42Speaker 2: us had this conversation about hitting a batter, just doing
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: in the first inning.
- 1:48:48Speaker 20: What is it?
- 1:48:48Speaker 2: What do they talk about? What's going to be the
- 1:48:50Speaker 2: speed of the first pitch? Yeah, first And you're sitting
- 1:48:58Speaker 2: there like, no, Well, somebody call you said, I'll give
- 1:49:00Speaker 2: you fifty thousand dollars to throw a strike on the
- 1:49:05Speaker 2: first pitch, or walk a ball a whole fifty thousand
- 1:49:11Speaker 2: dollars for one pitch, just to throw the ball up there.
- 1:49:13Speaker 2: You hit, I ain't gonna hit you hard. I'm saying,
- 1:49:17Speaker 2: I ain't trying to knock you out the game. But
- 1:49:19Speaker 2: you hit, it's easy to play off. And this is
- 1:49:21Speaker 2: the thing, this is what happens with in sports.
- 1:49:25Speaker 7: It's been eroded to the point where Uncle Charlie has
- 1:49:27Speaker 7: ass gambling only in baseball. When will the hammer fall
- 1:49:31Speaker 7: on the NFL? It already Buffalo lost to Miami plus
- 1:49:35Speaker 7: the Jets on a two game winning streak looks fishy
- 1:49:38Speaker 7: to me.
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: It's the hold on. It was on the NFL a
- 1:49:40Speaker 2: couple years ago. We talked about the guy from the Falcons,
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: the Ddroit Lions, the players it's been there and the
- 1:49:49Speaker 2: Detroit Link. They were make placing bets while they're at
- 1:49:53Speaker 2: the team facility. Yeah, that's like, you know, they don't
- 1:49:57Speaker 2: see it.
- 1:49:58Speaker 8: But it's like I said, right now, I'm proud of myself.
- 1:50:02Speaker 8: I'm backed off a little bit because it's too assessable.
- 1:50:04Speaker 8: Everybody could do it now. And you hear when you
- 1:50:06Speaker 8: hear women talking about, oh I got my parlay and
- 1:50:09Speaker 8: different things, and I'm like looking, and then you hear
- 1:50:12Speaker 8: other people that you.
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: Think they just gamble.
- 1:50:14Speaker 8: We gotta we know a god friend, you don't even
- 1:50:16Speaker 8: like sports, but he's he at the casino putting his
- 1:50:21Speaker 8: parlays in.
- 1:50:23Speaker 2: And I'm like, everybody like money, but that's what I'm
- 1:50:26Speaker 2: it's not.
- 1:50:28Speaker 7: That's why everybody like money, and everybody like an advantage
- 1:50:31Speaker 7: gambling offers.
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: You bank eight key sports gambling. Just because I don't watch,
- 1:50:37Speaker 2: I'm wanted them people.
- 1:50:37Speaker 8: I rather go bed with my put my three pig
- 1:50:41Speaker 8: three number in with the local number person. Then we
- 1:50:46Speaker 8: go to the store and put that in because you John, Yeah,
- 1:50:50Speaker 8: that's what I said. I rather deal with bumpy John,
- 1:50:53Speaker 8: That's what I'm saying and win more. You can win
- 1:50:56Speaker 8: well with them. Yeah, I'd rather put it in on
- 1:50:59Speaker 8: the local tip board. I make you, George a lot
- 1:51:01Speaker 8: of why you think.
- 1:51:05Speaker 2: Sports job the pocal machines lak you do see, I'm
- 1:51:07Speaker 2: trying to go to break right after this, I got
- 1:51:11Speaker 2: a thumper.
- 1:51:11Speaker 14: I've been trying to pop.
- 1:51:12Speaker 9: Now I'm on like shumper, not a all my bumper,
- 1:51:15Speaker 9: green room, Chacola, all my conference hotel role like Evan
- 1:51:19Speaker 9: are got angels in my bed was all white covered.
- 1:51:22Speaker 4: Don't go away board of the Sports Josh Show with
- 1:51:25Speaker 4: Wayne Dandys coming up next.
- 1:51:28Speaker 19: Nobody had to tell your grandparents not to drive all
- 1:51:31Speaker 19: using their typewriters. Why should it be any different for
- 1:51:35Speaker 19: us kids and our cell phones. Distracted driving was the
- 1:51:39Speaker 19: cause of more than three thousand deaths in twenty twenty two.
- 1:51:42Speaker 19: Come on, we're smarter than this. Let's put down the
- 1:51:45Speaker 19: phones and focus on the roads. Drive safe, everybody.
- 1:51:50Speaker 25: Don't drive distracted. A message brought to you by the
- 1:51:53Speaker 25: National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Project yellow Light, and the
- 1:51:56Speaker 25: AD Council.
- 1:52:00Speaker 2: Now back to the Sports Job, Wayne Gandy.
- 1:52:05Speaker 30: It's time for the school board when we put a
- 1:52:08Speaker 30: spin on life and sports and how they intermingle on
- 1:52:13Speaker 30: the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Candy.
- 1:52:27Speaker 2: Now, I'm gonna do this thing like it ain't done before.
- 1:52:30Speaker 2: Never leave a game trend that I had to give Paul.
- 1:52:33Speaker 2: I'm gonna kill you what you want with you. Welcome
- 1:52:35Speaker 2: back to the Sportshock Show. I'm the Sports Shock Wayne Candy,
- 1:52:37Speaker 2: Big Kenny, anything online. Let me know before we run
- 1:52:41Speaker 2: through these games, real quick. Just comments about what we've
- 1:52:46Speaker 2: been saying from the top of the hour. About the gambling,
- 1:52:49Speaker 2: We've had comments, let me find it real quick.
- 1:52:55Speaker 7: Sports Job. Oh about the AI. Uncle Charlie said that
- 1:52:58Speaker 7: AI hadn't already took my job. We outsourced to clock
- 1:53:01Speaker 7: in We bad producer mentioned the Eve Pitt Bull and
- 1:53:07Speaker 7: the skirt.
- 1:53:08Speaker 2: We talked about that, and Jared Lloyd wanted to know,
- 1:53:12Speaker 2: how do you explain perennial losing teams like the Browns, Jets,
- 1:53:16Speaker 2: Raiders and Cardinal. How do you explain those teams when.
- 1:53:20Speaker 7: Usually there's something missing? We got either bad defense, we
- 1:53:26Speaker 7: got lack of offense. But these teams, no matter what
- 1:53:29Speaker 7: they do, no matter the pieces they go get. He
- 1:53:31Speaker 7: also feels like teams are desperate for people to play.
- 1:53:34Speaker 7: That's why they go get the Justin Fields and the
- 1:53:38Speaker 7: Geno Smiths and those people can remain in the league.
- 1:53:41Speaker 2: Is because the league is desperate. Yeah, it's a lot
- 1:53:45Speaker 2: of desperate teams. The quarterback position is one of the
- 1:53:51Speaker 2: positions I always speak about that doesn't have a lot
- 1:53:54Speaker 2: of depth as much as people think. As thirty two teams,
- 1:53:59Speaker 2: you feel like there's about twelve to fourteen serviceable And
- 1:54:04Speaker 2: that's why the salaries get like they are, because you
- 1:54:08Speaker 2: know when some one guy does. When the Falcons when
- 1:54:11Speaker 2: they got Kirk Cousins, I'm like, well, Kirk Cousins is
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: not necessarily the answer to everything, but they're so desperate
- 1:54:21Speaker 2: that the guy that's behind Kirk Cousin I can't even
- 1:54:25Speaker 2: explain why he started. And a lot of these quarterbacks
- 1:54:30Speaker 2: that have been drafted high have failed. They didn't produce anything.
- 1:54:35Speaker 2: Some of them aren't. Twenty seven to twenty eight and
- 1:54:37Speaker 2: back home. Perennial teams to me have always been philosophies.
- 1:54:43Speaker 2: You look at the Ravens. The Ravens, even the Stillers,
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: the Stellers, they've always the forty nine ers. They've had
- 1:54:52Speaker 2: a philosophy of the team, not just the coach. But
- 1:54:59Speaker 2: one year the Jets want to be offensive and next
- 1:55:05Speaker 2: year they want to win defensive. The Bears they keep going.
- 1:55:09Speaker 2: When they were just when they had their loss, they
- 1:55:12Speaker 2: had their pattern that we are physical, defensive, run the
- 1:55:16Speaker 2: ball kind of team. They will stay more consistent, yes,
- 1:55:20Speaker 2: because that means they're going out to get the same
- 1:55:23Speaker 2: kind of player. Right It's like Andy Reid with the Chiefs.
- 1:55:27Speaker 2: Right now, it's plug and play. They keep trying to
- 1:55:30Speaker 2: find The forty nine Ers dominated the Cowboys. When they
- 1:55:33Speaker 2: were dominating, they found the same people to do the
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: same thing with. And a lot of teams be all
- 1:55:41Speaker 2: over the place. The Falcons they keep going. They don't
- 1:55:44Speaker 2: know whether they want to be offensive one year or defensive,
- 1:55:48Speaker 2: so they don't ever really kind of stick to the
- 1:55:51Speaker 2: same pattern of how they're going to achieve the goal.
- 1:55:55Speaker 2: And it's not as easy to plug as you can.
- 1:55:59Speaker 2: By the time you get the guy. I always tell
- 1:56:01Speaker 2: people Ricky Waters was Roger Craig. They were the same
- 1:56:06Speaker 2: people t O was Jerry Rice. They had this same
- 1:56:10Speaker 2: philosophy on how they was gonna get it done Denver.
- 1:56:14Speaker 2: When they was running their thing, they would find that
- 1:56:16Speaker 2: it didn't matter. That's why it was like three different
- 1:56:19Speaker 2: guys at a thousand yards rushing rushing because they were
- 1:56:23Speaker 2: running that same run defense, I mean, that same run offense,
- 1:56:27Speaker 2: and it doesn't matter who was back there. So I
- 1:56:29Speaker 2: think perennial losing teams a lot of times is a
- 1:56:32Speaker 2: lack of the team kind of the deciding this is
- 1:56:38Speaker 2: how we are. That's the that's the leadership thing, isn't it. Yes,
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: it's a philosophy thing.
- 1:56:44Speaker 7: Okay, because I'm saying I can't again, all of these
- 1:56:46Speaker 7: players are professionals. They coming out there trying to win,
- 1:56:50Speaker 7: and I'm trying to win the way you tell me
- 1:56:52Speaker 7: to win though, because it's a job, and.
- 1:56:54Speaker 2: The Cowboys tried to win in a showtime kind of fashion.
- 1:56:58Speaker 2: So they go or are trying to win off of
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: bigger names. Now, once Jerry took over the Reins, when
- 1:57:07Speaker 2: Jimmy and those guys were in command, it was they
- 1:57:10Speaker 2: had a philosophy right there how they were going to
- 1:57:13Speaker 2: get it done. But over the last twenty five years,
- 1:57:16Speaker 2: Jerry has had this kind of marketing. I don't need
- 1:57:20Speaker 2: you just to win. I need you to be marketable
- 1:57:24Speaker 2: as well. So and I wouldn't I wouldn't put the
- 1:57:29Speaker 2: Raiders in there to say I think that emotional response.
- 1:57:35Speaker 2: I mean he said the Raiders, the Raiders, you know,
- 1:57:42Speaker 2: I think they can pull themselves together. I think he's
- 1:57:46Speaker 2: just mad at Geno. He wants to know can Tom
- 1:57:48Speaker 2: clone himself and replace Gino? And what is Uncle Charlie
- 1:57:52Speaker 2: talking about? I want he said, stop cut the bad producers, Mike,
- 1:57:56Speaker 2: so he can get home today. No betting is illegal,
- 1:58:03Speaker 2: and you out there still letting them know that the numbers.
- 1:58:06Speaker 2: Dude out on the corner like ice, ain't roll it
- 1:58:09Speaker 2: through the neighborhood. I don't be in little man. Ab
- 1:58:15Speaker 2: you snitching on yourself, Philly. Tonight, Green Bay should be
- 1:58:23Speaker 2: a good game. Six to two versus five two and one.
- 1:58:26Speaker 2: As we talked about, the Falcons got bulldozed by Jonathan Taylor,
- 1:58:30Speaker 2: the Jets won, The Texans came back from nineteen points
- 1:58:37Speaker 2: in that fourth quarter to win. The Bills overlooked the Dolphins.
- 1:58:41Speaker 2: That's why they lost. Pros do it too. You just
- 1:58:45Speaker 2: look at the schedule and think all I gotta do
- 1:58:47Speaker 2: is show up and forget the other team gets a
- 1:58:49Speaker 2: check as well. The Patriots still playing and will you
- 1:58:53Speaker 2: keep thinking when they're they gonna come back down? Will
- 1:58:55Speaker 2: right now they're not. That was a big win going
- 1:58:58Speaker 2: to Tampa and Pilly picking off of that victory. The
- 1:59:02Speaker 2: Giants almost won in that game against the Bears twenty
- 1:59:07Speaker 2: four to twenty. Caleb Williams decided that he can run
- 1:59:12Speaker 2: the ball, made some good runs there, especially for that touchdown.
- 1:59:17Speaker 2: Lamar Jackson is back, so that gives the Ravens a chance.
- 1:59:21Speaker 2: The Saints stunned the Carolina Panthers. They had some dude
- 1:59:27Speaker 2: named Show at quarterback. I had no idea who that was.
- 1:59:30Speaker 2: It's a rookie, had no idea who that was. Makes sense.
- 1:59:37Speaker 2: Detroit blew the doors off of Washington forty four to
- 1:59:41Speaker 2: twenty two. That team is built for Jadeon Daniels. Marcus
- 1:59:44Speaker 2: Mariota is always just a fill in the rams, putting
- 1:59:48Speaker 2: that work in on the forty Niners. Matt Stafford maybe
- 1:59:52Speaker 2: the best year he's had, and that's saying something. The Seahawks.
- 1:59:58Speaker 2: Sam Darnold in that team. Just when you think I'm
- 2:00:01Speaker 2: about to give up on Sam Donald. He's still in
- 2:00:04Speaker 2: a little of that groove that he was in in Minnesota.
- 2:00:06Speaker 2: So he seems to be and rightfully so, as we said,
- 2:00:10Speaker 2: it just seemed to be taking And that's why even
- 2:00:13Speaker 2: back to the Duke, I'm okay with your door saying
- 2:00:17Speaker 2: there's not playing this year, because you see a lot
- 2:00:21Speaker 2: of these guys they were thrust onto the field, but
- 2:00:27Speaker 2: it's still taking them to their fourth year to figure
- 2:00:29Speaker 2: out how to play football. And some of that is
- 2:00:31Speaker 2: you just pushed them out there. But the guy that
- 2:00:34Speaker 2: y'all call legend that's in Kansas City, he didn't play
- 2:00:39Speaker 2: us first year. How So how soon y'all forget that
- 2:00:44Speaker 2: Anon Rodgers has four MVPs he didn't play the first
- 2:00:47Speaker 2: three years? Hello, So maybe you want to take whoever
- 2:00:52Speaker 2: it is that you have and take a season where
- 2:00:55Speaker 2: you're willing to lose and let what you think can
- 2:00:57Speaker 2: lead you just sit on the side line. How good
- 2:01:01Speaker 2: it would be for the chaudeur to kind of let
- 2:01:04Speaker 2: some of this fame and all that stuff kind of
- 2:01:07Speaker 2: fade to the background. So when I give him the keys,
- 2:01:11Speaker 2: he's in a better mind space because maybe your expectations
- 2:01:16Speaker 2: from him right now are too high and you're gonna
- 2:01:21Speaker 2: he's gonna be playing solid, but you're gonna be thinking
- 2:01:23Speaker 2: he should be playing like a god. And you only
- 2:01:27Speaker 2: you know, you feel like he's only gonna get this
- 2:01:29Speaker 2: one chance. So what's wrong with him sitting over there
- 2:01:35Speaker 2: for a year. M hmm, especially if your organization like
- 2:01:40Speaker 2: the Browns, who feel like I don't have the other
- 2:01:42Speaker 2: pieces anyway, you got to think more in considerations where
- 2:01:48Speaker 2: that boy they played, they paid all that money too
- 2:01:52Speaker 2: that they went and got from what's yeah, yeah, yeah yeah,
- 2:01:57Speaker 2: and we are fine us. The truth is he will
- 2:02:03Speaker 2: throw your to the ocean.
- 2:02:06Speaker 1: It's time to wrap things up on the Sports Jut
- 2:02:09Speaker 1: Show with Wayney.
- 2:02:48Speaker 2: When here the Sound of the Ocean gives a sport
- 2:02:50Speaker 2: shout testa minute to Vin. We'd like to thank you

- 2:02:55Speaker 2: in any hour that you tune in. We hope you
- 2:02:58Speaker 2: enjoyed the show. Bickinnie come Anjie. Greg Batt producer, thank
- 2:03:02Speaker 2: you for your contributions to today's show. If you missed
- 2:03:04Speaker 2: any of today's show, you can go to Amazon podcast,
- 2:03:09Speaker 2: Apple Podcast, Audible, Deezer, iHeartRadio, or Spotify and catch the
- 2:03:16Speaker 2: replay of the show Going in the Ocean today, because
- 2:03:21Speaker 2: I know when it's done in reverse, the man would
- 2:03:27Speaker 2: have taken the big blow you to counseled him on
- 2:03:32Speaker 2: all the social media's you were the ass, CBS, Fox
- 2:03:37Speaker 2: or any job he had to release him. And that's
- 2:03:41Speaker 2: in the case of former NFL lineman Matt Khalil, his
- 2:03:46Speaker 2: ex wife Hayley decided to go and tell everybody about
- 2:03:51Speaker 2: his manhood. And I kept thinking, but if Matt had
- 2:03:55Speaker 2: gone and told about your womanhood, everybody would have thought bad, negative, disgusting,
- 2:04:07Speaker 2: whatever words you want to put in there about him.
- 2:04:11Speaker 2: But you felt like after you have left this gentlemen,
- 2:04:14Speaker 2: and remember you married him, you married him, you married him,
- 2:04:21Speaker 2: you thought you could, but why go do that to
- 2:04:24Speaker 2: that man? And not that you was doing it in
- 2:04:27Speaker 2: a bad way. But isn't that his business? Right he
- 2:04:32Speaker 2: goes on the mic and tell people how your womanhood
- 2:04:37Speaker 2: smell like dead, then we got issue. But you can
- 2:04:43Speaker 2: go on and decide and see how the look. Everybody
- 2:04:47Speaker 2: gets sweamish when it's one way, but don't get swimist
- 2:04:51Speaker 2: when it's other ways. But we won't de pendulum to
- 2:04:56Speaker 2: swing both ways, fairness, equity, but no, nobody really wants
- 2:05:01Speaker 2: that to happen. And I just thought that this young
- 2:05:03Speaker 2: lady is old enough and was married to this man,
- 2:05:07Speaker 2: that that's not our business. That's nothing for you to
- 2:05:12Speaker 2: share with anybody. So for that, Hailey Khalid boxed up
- 2:05:18Speaker 2: plank Kenn Sports John said, a p h balance a
- 2:05:24Speaker 2: little off. Now see how now it's a joke. If I,
- 2:05:30Speaker 2: if I, if I take that bow off of that box.
- 2:05:33Speaker 2: Everybody got a joke to throw in, but then they
- 2:05:37Speaker 2: have nothing to say on the other side. Our society
- 2:05:41Speaker 2: just exactly the fact that we have out that'll share
- 2:05:49Speaker 2: that and people will from the Sports Shock Show. We
- 2:05:54Speaker 2: hope you have a happy Veterans Day. Until all our
- 2:05:57Speaker 2: veterans out there, we salute you and thank you for
- 2:06:01Speaker 2: your service. Peace.
