- 0:06Speaker 1: Let's dive into DeFi today and the all coins that
- 0:08Speaker 1: could be exploding along with it. We'll break it down
- 0:11Speaker 1: for you. We get a special trader in the house, mena,
- 0:13Speaker 1: it's Paul Bara. Welcome back in a tech path. Let's
- 0:15Speaker 1: roll into it. I do want to thank our sponsor, Tangem.
- 0:17Speaker 1: This is a place where you guys can start your
- 0:20Speaker 1: DeFi journey. Did you know that you can get a
- 0:22Speaker 1: ton of tokens into your own private wallets over on
- 0:26Speaker 1: tangum and start your self custoder journey. It's very easy
- 0:29Speaker 1: to set up. That's the cool thing about tangem. It's
- 0:31Speaker 1: probably the simplest wallet out there. So if you're brand
- 0:34Speaker 1: new to crypto, don't get intimidated with self custody. You
- 0:37Speaker 1: can actually do it just by jumping on to the
- 0:39Speaker 1: tangent website. I think they even say something that you
- 0:42Speaker 1: can set it up in like three minutes. I'm going
- 0:45Speaker 1: to say yes, you can, so check it out. Use
- 0:47Speaker 1: our link down below to get started. All right, I
- 0:50Speaker 1: want to bring in Tim Warren coming in from investing Bros.
- 0:53Speaker 1: You guys will know the channel, the myth, the legend.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Investing Bros. You guys visit no seriously invest investing in
- 1:02Speaker 1: the roads, does a good job on their channel, and
- 1:04Speaker 1: they're kicking it over there. Make sure and jump in
- 1:07Speaker 1: say hi to him and t shroom. We'll talk about
- 1:09Speaker 1: a battle. Man. We got a battle that is going
- 1:12Speaker 1: head to head, and that is Trump versus Powell. Man.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Trump is just not letting up on this guy. He's
- 1:19Speaker 1: now he is the dumbest and most destructive person in America.
- 1:23Speaker 1: And we are losing billions according to Trump, all based
- 1:27Speaker 1: on these interest rate non modifications, which everybody's kind of
- 1:31Speaker 1: pointing to. Do you think we're going to get a
- 1:33Speaker 1: rate change this year at all? A dour trend rate?
- 1:36Speaker 1: What are the thoughts?
- 1:38Speaker 2: I think signs are still pointing towards September, and I
- 1:41Speaker 2: know we're going to get into a lot of doom
- 1:43Speaker 2: and gloom with how Jerome Powell kind of handled the interview,
- 1:46Speaker 2: because there are definitely some things in it that we're
- 1:49Speaker 2: not good rights. But I think something that was done
- 1:52Speaker 2: on the front end if you looked at the initial
- 1:54Speaker 2: reports that they gave and even his opening statement he
- 1:57Speaker 2: talks about how the economy is diminishing but is still elevated.
- 2:03Speaker 2: They also in the previous meeting had concerned. They wrote
- 2:06Speaker 2: in the report concern for stagflation, So for all the
- 2:10Speaker 2: people listening, stagflation is when both in the unemployment levels
- 2:13Speaker 2: and inflation rise at the same time. They removed that
- 2:16Speaker 2: concern from this month's statement, which is actually a sign.
- 2:22Speaker 2: That's a very good sign, which the only logical thing
- 2:25Speaker 2: could be. Well, they don't think inflation's as bad necessarily
- 2:28Speaker 2: as it once was. There's still some indecision and uncertainty
- 2:31Speaker 2: about what exactly tariffs will look like. I think this
- 2:35Speaker 2: will be a big one. I think is the next one,
- 2:37Speaker 2: because he made a light projection that's going to be
- 2:41Speaker 2: very important for what he answers questions in July. He
- 2:44Speaker 2: said how even though inflation hasn't increased the early stint
- 2:49Speaker 2: of the tariffs, were starting to see some increases in pricing.
- 2:54Speaker 2: And since he's so data driven, if he's right, then
- 2:57Speaker 2: we should see inflation rise over the next month, which
- 3:00Speaker 2: case CPI will rise inflation numbers rise, But if we
- 3:03Speaker 2: get into July and those numbers haven't risen, and as
- 3:06Speaker 2: his own word said, we're starting to see the repercussions
- 3:09Speaker 2: of tariffs. If the tariffs of coming in and inflation's
- 3:12Speaker 2: not going up. Yeah, he's going to have a foot
- 3:15Speaker 2: in his mouth unless he starts looking at cutting rates
- 3:17Speaker 2: next month.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Yeah. The argument has been is that the supply chain,
- 3:22Speaker 1: whether it's the retailers themselves or the manufacturers, are going
- 3:25Speaker 1: to absorb this.
- 3:26Speaker 2: You know.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Granted, yes, a lot of these companies are you know,
- 3:29Speaker 1: highest profits ever over the last five years. So yeah,
- 3:32Speaker 1: they could probably take a little bit absorption. Some of
- 3:34Speaker 1: the retailers have already said they would, So I think
- 3:36Speaker 1: it's still up in the air. But the uncertainty level
- 3:40Speaker 1: is still ticking off very high. I want to play
- 3:42Speaker 1: a clip for you. This is Trump almost guaranteeing uncertainty.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 3:48Speaker 3: You think I'm going to answer that way?
- 3:50Speaker 2: Will you strike the Iranian nuclear component?
- 3:54Speaker 3: I mean, you don't know that I'm going to even
- 3:56Speaker 3: do it. I may do it, I may not do it.
- 3:58Speaker 3: I mean, nobody knows.
- 3:59Speaker 1: What I'm going to do.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Do you think it's too late to now?
- 4:02Speaker 3: Nothing? Too late? The only thing too late is Powell
- 4:04Speaker 3: Pals too late? Too late?
- 4:06Speaker 1: Powell, have you Runnis reached out to you, mister president?
- 4:09Speaker 1: What have you Runnie has reached out to you?
- 4:11Speaker 3: Yes?
- 4:12Speaker 2: And what did he say, I said, it's very late.
- 4:16Speaker 3: You know, Well, I don't know how much longer it's
- 4:19Speaker 3: going to go on.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Then what does unconditional surrender mean?
- 4:23Speaker 3: You know what I mean? Can you explain it?
- 4:25Speaker 4: Promo show words?
- 4:26Speaker 3: That means I've had it?
- 4:28Speaker 2: Okay, I've had it.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I give up.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Look, nothing's finished until it's finished. You know, war is
- 4:33Speaker 3: very complex. A lot of bad things can happen, a
- 4:35Speaker 3: lot of turns a mad. So I don't know, we'll
- 4:37Speaker 3: see the next week is going to be very big,
- 4:39Speaker 3: maybe less than a week, maybe less.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Have a good time.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I don't know that. Sometimes Trump feels like he's crazy
- 4:46Speaker 1: like a fox or just crazy. I don't know which
- 4:48Speaker 1: it is.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Well, I'll say this, I'm sure Donald Trump watches the
- 4:52Speaker 2: Paul Baron Show. Yeah, he's watching us right now. Yeah,
- 4:55Speaker 2: Donald Trump, uh getting that. I think you're tired, like
- 4:58Speaker 2: I think you watched that clip and it's very clear
- 5:02Speaker 2: he's tired of people's people. He perceives as being dune.
- 5:05Speaker 1: He's a little punch.
- 5:07Speaker 2: He's you can just tell. I mean to be granted,
- 5:10Speaker 2: if you're dealing potentially on the verge of war, you
- 5:12Speaker 2: think the economy needs stimulus from the FED and they
- 5:14Speaker 2: keep not doing their job. You're getting attacked by people
- 5:17Speaker 2: that helped support you in your campaign. I understand if
- 5:21Speaker 2: he might be a little light on sleep here, but
- 5:23Speaker 2: that's what I watched that clip, and it's just funny.
- 5:25Speaker 2: That's the first thing that pops off to me. I
- 5:26Speaker 2: was like, that's a man right there that needs a nap. Yeah.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Well, the thing he well, he was he was able
- 5:32Speaker 1: to come away from his nap long enough to be
- 5:34Speaker 1: able to tweet out on true social especially around the
- 5:37Speaker 1: stable Cooin Act. And of course this passed through the Senate.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Here's Tarrett talking about this, and she's hitting on this
- 5:43Speaker 1: is because there's a lot of people making calls now
- 5:46Speaker 1: in from the industry saying, hey, this could happen very quickly.
- 5:51Speaker 1: You look at this obviously rolling through Capitol Hill. Likelihood
- 5:56Speaker 1: is next up, we're going to see the market Structure bill.
- 5:58Speaker 1: This could start a little bit domino effect. And we've
- 6:01Speaker 1: already seen Circle is exploding, Robinhood is exploded, anybody that's
- 6:05Speaker 1: got a stable coin component coinbase. In terms of traditional stocks. Now,
- 6:09Speaker 1: I think now the trad fi investors are starting to
- 6:13Speaker 1: wake up and go, oh wait a minute, there is
- 6:15Speaker 1: this crypto thing that seems to be brewing right now,
- 6:19Speaker 1: So that is a good sign overall. One of the
- 6:22Speaker 1: things that it could point to is Ethereum. Here we
- 6:26Speaker 1: go eighth bullish catalysts. Remember they had the Ico twenty
- 6:29Speaker 1: seventeen defy summer, then we went in twenty twenty one
- 6:33Speaker 1: was NFTs this year. Stable coins? Do you think that
- 6:36Speaker 1: will be the case for exploding this cycle for Ethereum?
- 6:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that Ethereum obviously will benefit because a
- 6:44Speaker 2: lot of these stable coins have been built there. The
- 6:46Speaker 2: other one to track and remember is a lot of
- 6:49Speaker 2: these stable coins there need to have proof of reserves
- 6:51Speaker 2: and the greatest way to verify that will be the
- 6:54Speaker 2: coin that everyone gives me a hard time for being
- 6:55Speaker 2: a fan of. But it's shameink shame leak will be essential.
- 6:59Speaker 2: And guess what, Chamelin was built on Ethereum as well.
- 7:01Speaker 2: So Ethereum I think will benefit, you know very much.
- 7:04Speaker 2: We I think all of crypto will. I know there's
- 7:06Speaker 2: a world in which stable coins do very well and
- 7:08Speaker 2: all coins don't. But I see a lot of people
- 7:11Speaker 2: as they get more comfortable with holding value on the blockchain.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Maybe it starts off with just stable coins, but that's
- 7:18Speaker 2: one of the hardest things to get into. Just getting
- 7:20Speaker 2: your money out of the bank, getting your money out
- 7:22Speaker 2: of what you're used to and into the blockchain. You'll
- 7:26Speaker 2: learn a whole lot more and that can that's gonna
- 7:27Speaker 2: be very beneficial for Bitcoin, obviously very beneficial from Ethereum
- 7:30Speaker 2: from a fundamental standpoint, but then other allt coins as well.
- 7:33Speaker 2: The more people get involved there, the more they'll learn
- 7:36Speaker 2: about crypto as a whole, and their eyes will start
- 7:39Speaker 2: to wake up to the same reasons why people can
- 7:41Speaker 2: remember Michael Sailor Right now, all you can think of
- 7:43Speaker 2: with Michael Sailor is the color orange, and he's the
- 7:46Speaker 2: biggest bitcoin proponent or a Maxi on the planet. He
- 7:49Speaker 2: at one point hated blockchain technology as a whole. He
- 7:52Speaker 2: said the whole thing was a Ponzi scheme. How many
- 7:54Speaker 2: more Michael Sailors will we have here in the next
- 7:56Speaker 2: four or five years as the world moves further further
- 7:59Speaker 2: into cryptocurrency. They once hated it, but now they belove it.
- 8:03Speaker 2: I think that's what we're in the future for.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Well, so we're gonna have We're gonna talk about some
- 8:07Speaker 1: of them and then they're gonna be living in the
- 8:08Speaker 1: ETH ecosystem. What is your current prediction on ethereum when
- 8:12Speaker 1: you look at your chart on eth right now and
- 8:15Speaker 1: where it's trading. We had a little bit of breakout
- 8:17Speaker 1: here over the last couple of weeks, but then we
- 8:18Speaker 1: installed a little bit what's your current situation.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a couple coins out there that are absolutely
- 8:24Speaker 2: They dropped a little lower than I thought they were
- 8:25Speaker 2: gonna pull back on some of this you know, uncertainty
- 8:29Speaker 2: when it comes to Iran and Israel, but Ethereum holding
- 8:32Speaker 2: up extremely well. I think I said this on your
- 8:35Speaker 2: channel last week. As long as we don't drop back
- 8:38Speaker 2: below twenty four hundred, right, we're gonna be okay. And
- 8:41Speaker 2: the reason why I kind of put that line in
- 8:42Speaker 2: the sand is because that was the last major touch
- 8:44Speaker 2: here back on June fifth, and we had some you know, discouragement,
- 8:48Speaker 2: and then we popped back up and take a look here,
- 8:51Speaker 2: we are humming along, keeping that supply at that support level.
- 8:55Speaker 2: You can't say necessarily the same thing for the likes
- 8:57Speaker 2: of like on Do, which of course has been coming
- 8:59Speaker 2: back down here Cardano coming back down towards sixty cent
- 9:03Speaker 2: Suie of course, splashing back down with below three dollars,
- 9:06Speaker 2: Ethereum is holding up very well despite the fact that
- 9:10Speaker 2: even Bitcoin dominance, you know, after giving a little break
- 9:13Speaker 2: of thinking maybe bitcoin dominance' was gonna pull back down
- 9:15Speaker 2: towards sixty two, it got back up over sixty five.
- 9:18Speaker 2: And yet still Ethereum holds that strong support. And the
- 9:22Speaker 2: reason why this strong support's really important is because, like
- 9:24Speaker 2: you said, we talked about this a couple of weeks ago,
- 9:26Speaker 2: Theoreum had its little breakout back here early in May.
- 9:29Speaker 2: But this consolidation period is only a holding pattern before
- 9:33Speaker 2: the next big move. And again, the formation that's in
- 9:37Speaker 2: play right here would be called a bull pennant bull
- 9:40Speaker 2: penance if it ends up playing out correctly. As long
- 9:43Speaker 2: as we stay above twenty four hundred, the probability of
- 9:45Speaker 2: a breakout towards thirty eight hundred remains the most likely
- 9:49Speaker 2: outcome for a big breakout. A big breakout is for certain.
- 9:52Speaker 2: When you consolidate like this, you're either gonna break out
- 9:55Speaker 2: majorly to the upside or majorly to the downside. In
- 9:58Speaker 2: this case, Ethereum could drop back down towards eighteen hundred.
- 10:01Speaker 2: But if you're going to ask me the question about probabilities,
- 10:04Speaker 2: which is the more probable breakout for ethereum. I'm still
- 10:07Speaker 2: going to keep my finger on that thirty eight hundred
- 10:09Speaker 2: mark instead of only eighteen hundred.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Well, and that's something that we're watching around the idea
- 10:15Speaker 1: of what we're going to see in DeFi, and that
- 10:17Speaker 1: could be the explosive summer that we've kind of been
- 10:20Speaker 1: looking to. Unichain is now partnered up with Morpho Labs.
- 10:24Speaker 1: This is going to be where you'd be able right now.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Morpho does the same thing with coinbase where you can
- 10:29Speaker 1: loan against your bitcoin. Now Morpho Live is going to
- 10:32Speaker 1: be able to allow you to do borrowing inside DeFi.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Now I'm not saying that you should do. That point
- 10:37Speaker 1: being is that uniewap might be the new Holy Grail.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And if you look at uniswap's chart right now, it
- 10:45Speaker 1: is looking pretty solid. What do you like around uniswap.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Yeah, when it comes to uniswap, I mean this was
- 10:52Speaker 2: one I think we talked about a long long time ago.
- 10:54Speaker 2: We talked about potential to the upside. This is one
- 10:57Speaker 2: that has great potential to the upside. Weeks ago we
- 11:00Speaker 2: were tracking the falling channel. It was in. We predicted
- 11:03Speaker 2: a bullish breakout. I think it took a little longer
- 11:05Speaker 2: than we thought. I mean this is months ago actually,
- 11:07Speaker 2: because it didn't break out until back in April. But
- 11:09Speaker 2: that's a nice steady I'll say this. If you're tracking
- 11:12Speaker 2: trends on the daily chart, you have a nice solid,
- 11:16Speaker 2: higher high and higher low thing going on. It is
- 11:19Speaker 2: gonna be something to definitely pay attention to for a
- 11:22Speaker 2: possible pullback depend on how you draw these, but ultimately,
- 11:26Speaker 2: this rising channel. I'm not gonna change the colors just
- 11:28Speaker 2: for the sake of time, but this rising channel, unless
- 11:31Speaker 2: we can get a confident break to the upside with
- 11:33Speaker 2: big volume coming in, this is one that I'd be
- 11:36Speaker 2: a little worried it could have a pullback here. I mean,
- 11:38Speaker 2: even when we're talking about those money flows and different things,
- 11:41Speaker 2: the good news is the money flow is just not
- 11:42Speaker 2: very aggressive right now. It's not really telling us strong
- 11:45Speaker 2: one way or the other. But you can see on
- 11:47Speaker 2: the daily chart it is starting to come back out.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Good sign right here though. This is a green dot
- 11:52Speaker 2: coming in here today on the daily chart. If that
- 11:55Speaker 2: can hold and close tonight, that could be a stopping
- 11:59Speaker 2: of the bleeding I'm assuming you we're gonna have some
- 12:01Speaker 2: green dots on twelve hours. We have a little bit
- 12:03Speaker 2: of a bullish bubble to the downside of the twelve
- 12:05Speaker 2: hour chart. So do we see a pop back up
- 12:07Speaker 2: here back towards resistance. Yeah, I think we can see
- 12:10Speaker 2: a pop back up to nine dollars. If these green
- 12:14Speaker 2: dots can hold on the twelve hour and daily chart,
- 12:16Speaker 2: we could see a pop back up. But until again,
- 12:19Speaker 2: let's let's call it somewhere here in the world of
- 12:21Speaker 2: nine to fifty. If we can't break back above nine
- 12:24Speaker 2: to fifty soon, this channel has an increased probability of
- 12:28Speaker 2: a downward move, and my target would probably be potentially
- 12:31Speaker 2: a pullback back as low as five to seventy, unless
- 12:33Speaker 2: the bulls can take back over contry.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, if you don't believe us in terms of
- 12:38Speaker 1: where this might be going, listen to what Matt Hogan
- 12:41Speaker 1: had to say about UNISWAP. Yeah.
- 12:44Speaker 3: I think I think.
- 12:45Speaker 4: That's absolutely right. I actually think we're on the cusp
- 12:47Speaker 4: of a DeFi renaissance, both from a utility perspective and
- 12:51Speaker 4: from an investment perspective. And so you have all these
- 12:54Speaker 4: poor tokenomic designs embedded into these defive protocols I expect
- 12:59Speaker 4: as right changes, you're going to see that switch. You're
- 13:02Speaker 4: going to see much more direct monetization, and then investors
- 13:06Speaker 4: going to realize that these assets are substantially undervalued versus
- 13:10Speaker 4: the economic value that they're delivering to their customers. You
- 13:14Speaker 4: look at something like you know, UNISWAP doing seventy eighty
- 13:17Speaker 4: billion dollars of trading volume. That's an enormously valuable business
- 13:21Speaker 4: with very low overhead. I think once we get this
- 13:24Speaker 4: economics rate, I think there'll be a repricing of DeFi interesting.
- 13:29Speaker 1: So repricing on DeFi could be a big deal. If
- 13:32Speaker 1: you look at the charts right now and on DeFi LAMA,
- 13:36Speaker 1: you can kind of see a little bit in terms
- 13:37Speaker 1: of fees and UNISWAP, I mean this is now above
- 13:41Speaker 1: pump dot fun I mean it's not far behind. It's
- 13:45Speaker 1: about half the rate of where a circle is setting.
- 13:47Speaker 1: And if you look at a potential of a lowering rate,
- 13:52Speaker 1: let's just assume that the Fed drops the interest rate,
- 13:55Speaker 1: which we think is going to happen, then you're going
- 13:58Speaker 1: to see some money start to move out of money
- 14:00Speaker 1: markets and out of USDC and they're to try to
- 14:02Speaker 1: go to deploy, and that's where you could see a
- 14:05Speaker 1: lot happening, and obviously the DeFi ecosystem, which is where
- 14:09Speaker 1: we could see some yields playing out. So I'm on
- 14:11Speaker 1: that camp for sure. Speaking of that DeFi, Coinbase announced,
- 14:17Speaker 1: you know they're going to be doing you know, the
- 14:18Speaker 1: capability of now just exploding the DeFi ecosystem. You'll be
- 14:22Speaker 1: able to trade almost everything on coinbase. Many people are
- 14:25Speaker 1: speculating that Arrow could be one. I think it's still
- 14:28Speaker 1: going to be uniswap that would be the one that integrates.
- 14:32Speaker 1: When you look at aerodrome right now, would this be
- 14:35Speaker 1: a token you would go into at its current position.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Yeah. We actually went in as a community with the
- 14:42Speaker 2: Investing Bros. Group back here when we broke out of
- 14:45Speaker 2: this channel back in June. Now, I did not know
- 14:48Speaker 2: we're going to come up this fast, this far, this fast,
- 14:51Speaker 2: and we are starting to run into some resistance levels
- 14:54Speaker 2: you can see here on the daily and twelve hour charts.
- 14:56Speaker 2: We're running into those resistance clouds without I liquidity that
- 15:00Speaker 2: you just mentioned, without the added you know, rate cuts
- 15:03Speaker 2: coming in, I'm not going to put a lot of
- 15:06Speaker 2: you know, weight into us breaking this red cloud which
- 15:09Speaker 2: does happen during explosive moves. So for example, if you
- 15:12Speaker 2: come back over here to the fall of twenty nine four,
- 15:14Speaker 2: we kind of stretched these clouds after the Trumpet announcement
- 15:19Speaker 2: was made. That was during high levels of liquidity coming
- 15:22Speaker 2: in high levels of optimism. You don't break through these
- 15:25Speaker 2: red clouds without that added boost, added juncture. But here's
- 15:29Speaker 2: I'll say Aerodrome has been carrying crypto gains over the
- 15:33Speaker 2: last couple of weeks on their back. I mean, what
- 15:36Speaker 2: other coin out there is making people as much money
- 15:39Speaker 2: since back here in early June more so than Aerodrome.
- 15:42Speaker 2: I'm sure you can find a coin number five, four
- 15:45Speaker 2: hundred and seventy fifth that's had a bigger rally. But
- 15:47Speaker 2: you get my take here. If we're looking at the
- 15:49Speaker 2: top one hundred projects, Aerodrome is standing alone right now,
- 15:52Speaker 2: and I think that's a sign of something to come.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Even if I think that we should have some form
- 15:57Speaker 2: of a pullback here, and we probably should look at,
- 16:00Speaker 2: you know, at the very least making moves back down
- 16:02Speaker 2: towards the four hour smart trail, probably realistically even looking
- 16:06Speaker 2: towards this twelve hour back towards sixty eight cents. The
- 16:09Speaker 2: reality is this is a sign of confidence in I
- 16:13Speaker 2: wouldn't be going against it. I'm not a big fan
- 16:15Speaker 2: of people necessarily going into it right here and right now,
- 16:18Speaker 2: as it's had a large pump, it's up very high,
- 16:20Speaker 2: it's hitting resistance. But at the same time, as we're
- 16:23Speaker 2: looking at the next couple of weeks and months, when
- 16:27Speaker 2: you're deciding what to put your extra capital into, there's
- 16:30Speaker 2: a split of thoughts. Some people like to take the
- 16:32Speaker 2: coins that have done nothing and they say, well, once
- 16:35Speaker 2: this coin does pop off, od the greatest return. But
- 16:37Speaker 2: there's also a lot of credit to be said choosing
- 16:39Speaker 2: winners like Aerodrome that are succeeding in the boring moments.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Imagine when liquidity actually starts flowing, just how high a
- 16:46Speaker 2: coin like Arrow could fly.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I think DeFi are going to be some of
- 16:49Speaker 1: the key projects out Everybody always ask, you know what
- 16:53Speaker 1: categories and if you just look at what's going on
- 16:55Speaker 1: in the DeFi and understand that the likelihood with stable
- 16:58Speaker 1: coins with all the regulatory lineup. When you think about
- 17:02Speaker 1: just some of the things that are happening right now
- 17:04Speaker 1: that are very beneficial for DeFi, very good going forward.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Speaking of that, let's talk about Arbitram. Here's Matt Hogan
- 17:12Speaker 1: talking about while everybody's focused on Pale Robinhood is trying
- 17:16Speaker 1: to evaluate right now of using Salona ar Arbitram. We
- 17:18Speaker 1: think it's gonna be Arbitram as the backbone of their
- 17:21Speaker 1: new service that's going to give token is stocks. This
- 17:24Speaker 1: is coming to the US at some point. So if
- 17:27Speaker 1: they do go that direction, that would be a boom
- 17:30Speaker 1: obviously for Arbitram, absolutely, and it would change maybe the
- 17:34Speaker 1: destination of Arbitram as a layer two. When you look
- 17:38Speaker 1: at Arbitram right now, would it be an entry point
- 17:41Speaker 1: for you?
- 17:43Speaker 2: Well, I'll say this, I think you're gonna want to
- 17:44Speaker 2: wait for that news to break. I think you're gonna
- 17:46Speaker 2: want to wait to see that's for certain. Again, I
- 17:48Speaker 2: kind of just got out of his whole statement. Some
- 17:50Speaker 2: people like to buy coins when they're low. Other people
- 17:52Speaker 2: like to buy winners as they have pullbacks. Arrow is
- 17:55Speaker 2: a great example of a winner that needs a pullback
- 17:58Speaker 2: before you get in. Arbitram would be a good example
- 18:00Speaker 2: if you're gonna invest in a coin that's not done
- 18:03Speaker 2: a lot and therefore has greater upside potential. But take
- 18:06Speaker 2: a look at this chart here, let me go the
- 18:08Speaker 2: daily chart, just kind of fix it. This is just
- 18:11Speaker 2: not good. There's not a lot of projects that have
- 18:14Speaker 2: this type of negative momentum building from a support and
- 18:18Speaker 2: resistant standpoint. I mean, even if Aero popped all the
- 18:21Speaker 2: way back up to sixty eight cents, you're still sitting
- 18:24Speaker 2: here watching this saying, man, that's such a negative lower
- 18:27Speaker 2: high and lower low here on the grand scheme of things,
- 18:31Speaker 2: you know, go even lower here. You're kind of starting
- 18:34Speaker 2: to deal with this falling level resistance right here in
- 18:36Speaker 2: a falling wedge. So if that news, if that news
- 18:39Speaker 2: comes and hits, it could be very positive news. I mean,
- 18:41Speaker 2: we could see this send the price of Aerodrome all
- 18:43Speaker 2: the way back up here. Excuse me, let me grab
- 18:45Speaker 2: this time. A lot of yellow on my chart right here, arbatrum,
- 18:48Speaker 2: excuse me, you're right, I read the other one, arbitrump.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Excuse me. It can send price backup to a dollar
- 18:53Speaker 2: thirty on the breakout, and that'd be a great news.
- 18:56Speaker 2: But if it doesn't get the robin Hood contract, if
- 18:59Speaker 2: it does end up becoming the coin for Hood, this
- 19:04Speaker 2: this chart's a very scary looking chart for a longer
- 19:07Speaker 2: term investor trading wise, Hey, go for trades. It is
- 19:11Speaker 2: clearly still a volatile chart. It's not dead, it's not zero.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Look for volume to come in, look for breakouts of
- 19:16Speaker 2: support and resistance. But as far as long term holds,
- 19:19Speaker 2: I mean, I said this a long time ago. Layer
- 19:22Speaker 2: twos exploded so much during twenty twenty one, there were
- 19:26Speaker 2: such a pivotal part of that bullmarket. I think people
- 19:30Speaker 2: are gonna be a little surprised Layer twos are not
- 19:32Speaker 2: the main story this time. They're not gonna be the
- 19:34Speaker 2: coins that are thirty x forty xing and making you
- 19:37Speaker 2: a lot of money, and so Arbitrump's gonna need to
- 19:40Speaker 2: They're gonna need to do something and stand alone. They
- 19:42Speaker 2: can't just be a good scaling solution for Ethereum. They
- 19:45Speaker 2: need to stand out in a contract with Hood, one
- 19:48Speaker 2: of the faster growing, higher exchanges. That would be absolutely monster.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Mental it'd be huge, Yeah, it'd be huge.
- 19:54Speaker 2: But they gotta close it first.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, for sure. Well, I mean we've seen this
- 19:58Speaker 1: around a lot of these different and narratives, But the
- 20:01Speaker 1: point is is now we are finally at the opportunity
- 20:05Speaker 1: where a lot of these companies can start to actuate
- 20:07Speaker 1: on much of the idea of where blockchain is going
- 20:10Speaker 1: to be, especially around token is stocks. Hey listen, Tim,
- 20:14Speaker 1: what is going on on avalanche? We're watching stable coins
- 20:18Speaker 1: right now on the avatch ecosystem. It is bleeding like crazy,
- 20:23Speaker 1: and it's actually if you go back low wise, I mean,
- 20:26Speaker 1: it's maybe potentially going down under a billion. But the
- 20:30Speaker 1: last time we really saw this was back in twenty
- 20:32Speaker 1: twenty one, a low like this, the lull, yes, during
- 20:35Speaker 1: the bear market, but then you had the rise and
- 20:37Speaker 1: then now all of a sudden, stable coins starting exit avalanche.
- 20:41Speaker 1: What is going on with Avalanche in terms of a chart.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Yeah, it is a sad story. I still like AVAX
- 20:47Speaker 2: long term, but the chart just, you know, I've said
- 20:49Speaker 2: this on your show before. It's a chart that you
- 20:52Speaker 2: know months ago, didn't preach a lot of bullishness with
- 20:57Speaker 2: lower highs dating back to the March twenty twenty four dates,
- 21:02Speaker 2: but it was one of those things fundamentally just there's
- 21:04Speaker 2: so much happening for it here recently, Like you said,
- 21:06Speaker 2: the chart has been bleeding. I mean, this is just
- 21:09Speaker 2: not a good looking chart right now. I'm not ready
- 21:11Speaker 2: to dump my Avax just yet, but after a bullish
- 21:14Speaker 2: breakout of a falling Wench pattern. We didn't just come
- 21:17Speaker 2: down and touch support. We're now continued to lose. We're
- 21:20Speaker 2: actually the lowest we've been since all the way back
- 21:22Speaker 2: here in April of this year. Not a lot of
- 21:24Speaker 2: all coins are like that. Most all coins are still
- 21:27Speaker 2: above lows we had earlier in the month. Now you're
- 21:30Speaker 2: gonna start getting extremely overextended here. This is gonna be
- 21:33Speaker 2: one of the few charts that as you look at
- 21:35Speaker 2: longer time frames like the daily, we're starting to test
- 21:37Speaker 2: that thirty on the RSI. We're back majorly overexposed. I
- 21:40Speaker 2: think if you were to go to like the four
- 21:42Speaker 2: hour chart, it looks like the four hour chart is
- 21:44Speaker 2: probably gearing up for some form of a nice bounce back.
- 21:47Speaker 2: I think this was one that's gonna be interesting to
- 21:49Speaker 2: trade with. You just very simple moves back up towards
- 21:53Speaker 2: twenty dollars to trade the volatility of But in a nutshell,
- 21:57Speaker 2: you come back out to the longer time frames if
- 21:58Speaker 2: you're talking about longer terms, because I could talk trading
- 22:01Speaker 2: all day every day and get a lot of nuances here.
- 22:04Speaker 2: It's the long term investors that are questioning should I
- 22:07Speaker 2: keep holding my AVAX and I would say, listen, if
- 22:10Speaker 2: you want to jump ship, you know that's up to you.
- 22:13Speaker 2: But for me to get confident once again, we got
- 22:15Speaker 2: to get back about this daily smart show. We gotta
- 22:17Speaker 2: start cooking again once again. We got to break these
- 22:20Speaker 2: lower high and lower low trend we've been in on
- 22:22Speaker 2: the daily chart. Let's get back up here above twenty
- 22:24Speaker 2: three dollars and then I think you're gonna start getting
- 22:27Speaker 2: some more confidence about AVAX. But for now, it's a
- 22:30Speaker 2: hard chart to watch if you're a long term holder
- 22:32Speaker 2: of the coin it is.
- 22:34Speaker 1: It is one of those things, like I said, when
- 22:37Speaker 1: you start see stable coins bleeding out of the ecosystem,
- 22:40Speaker 1: that concerns me as as a whole. One other thing
- 22:43Speaker 1: I want to get to is with the strategy around Ethereum.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Joseph Lubin obvious. So we've talked about sharplink gaming here before.
- 22:51Speaker 1: S BET is the ticker and it's been one that
- 22:55Speaker 1: has been a skyrocketing and then of course it is
- 22:57Speaker 1: retraced down against the show words which have been pretty consistent.
- 23:02Speaker 1: But these guys are like one of the top holding
- 23:04Speaker 1: I think, let me go over here to yeah, strategic
- 23:07Speaker 1: Eth Reserve. They just made the list number two right
- 23:09Speaker 1: now behind the Ethereum Foundation. So if this is truly
- 23:14Speaker 1: a strategy style play, you know, when you think about
- 23:18Speaker 1: micro strategy and what they're doing with bitcoin is sharpening
- 23:21Speaker 1: gaming and Joseph Lubin the new potential holders of eth.
- 23:25Speaker 1: When you look at as Bet and it's depression under
- 23:30Speaker 1: the stress of these short sellers, would this be an
- 23:33Speaker 1: entry based on what you know now around ethereum holdings
- 23:38Speaker 1: very close?
- 23:38Speaker 2: I would say, you know, we talked about this on
- 23:40Speaker 2: your show for the last couple of weeks. As Bet.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Of course, the big news when it listed over here
- 23:46Speaker 2: back earlier in May created this massive gap, and I
- 23:50Speaker 2: was on the channel with you and we were trying
- 23:51Speaker 2: to talking about when we were up here, like is
- 23:53Speaker 2: this the buy right now? And I kind of said,
- 23:55Speaker 2: you know what, clearly the fundamentals are exciting and this
- 23:58Speaker 2: is a project that could keep going sky high. I mean,
- 24:01Speaker 2: look at the micro strategies, look at the ceps of
- 24:06Speaker 2: the world that have connected a bitcoin. But I did
- 24:09Speaker 2: warn people, hey, let's just watch to see how it reacts.
- 24:12Speaker 2: We get a strong bounce back down where we opened
- 24:15Speaker 2: up levels later in may or do we start to
- 24:17Speaker 2: make a move back down here towards six eighty five,
- 24:19Speaker 2: and even though we haven't made it all the way
- 24:21Speaker 2: back down there, that is kind of the level that
- 24:23Speaker 2: we've kind of now created. Great news. Great news, though,
- 24:27Speaker 2: is the same reason it scares you when there's a
- 24:29Speaker 2: gap down below. We now have a massive gap to
- 24:31Speaker 2: the upside. So I would almost say anywhere in here
- 24:34Speaker 2: if you're gonna look for a longer term play here
- 24:36Speaker 2: because you believe in ethereum long term, and then therefore
- 24:38Speaker 2: you believe in a potential leverage play on that. Wow,
- 24:42Speaker 2: this box, that's a very let me change this to
- 24:45Speaker 2: yellow so it's a little softer on the eyes as
- 24:46Speaker 2: an intense blue box. This zone here between nine and
- 24:50Speaker 2: seven dollars is I think a great place to be
- 24:54Speaker 2: acquiring cheap levels of s bet right here before the
- 24:58Speaker 2: next big explosion. This is again a major sign of
- 25:01Speaker 2: things to come. It happened during the Ethereum explosion. Ethereum
- 25:05Speaker 2: has been kind of trading sideways. People have been selling
- 25:07Speaker 2: off because it's not as exciting right now. But at
- 25:09Speaker 2: the logic stands, and this is tied to ethereum. If
- 25:13Speaker 2: I'm right about eth making a big, big move to
- 25:16Speaker 2: the upside. It's logical, would only say s bet Wood
- 25:19Speaker 2: as well. And you're sitting in a nice acquisition zone
- 25:22Speaker 2: right now, if you're brave enough to jump into the waters.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Yeah, well you look at what's happening with Circle skyrocketing
- 25:29Speaker 1: up thirty three percent on the day. You've got Hood
- 25:32Speaker 1: also climbing continuously. Then if you even take a look
- 25:36Speaker 1: at Coinbase also had another big boom. Most of that's
- 25:38Speaker 1: been through stable coins you know that have exactly triggered that.
- 25:42Speaker 1: But the point I'm getting at is this is going
- 25:44Speaker 1: to open up. I think mainstream you know, mainstream investors
- 25:47Speaker 1: are going to start to look at and go, well,
- 25:48Speaker 1: what about this ETH thing? I've been watching the ETF
- 25:52Speaker 1: inflows have been good. Is there a micro strategy of eth?
- 25:56Speaker 1: At some point somebody's going to put those dots together
- 25:59Speaker 1: and yeah, you will see some interesting things happening. All right, Tim,
- 26:03Speaker 1: We're definitely gonna be getting you guys back on. I
- 26:05Speaker 1: know you're coming on soon. We're gonna be doing maybe
- 26:08Speaker 1: a trading panel. That will be fun coming up. So
- 26:11Speaker 1: always fun to have you on the show. Thank you
- 26:13Speaker 1: so much for coming in today.
- 26:14Speaker 2: We appreciate it absolutely. Thanks for having me again, Paul.
- 26:17Speaker 1: You bet all right. So you guys get in the
- 26:19Speaker 1: Diamond Circle. It's our own private group and you can
