• 4:45
SPEAKER_02: Desi says she half asleep.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_02: Desi say good morning, y'all lying in bed listening, half asleep.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's one of those days.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_02: But we got to talk about this mess.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_02: So, where do we start?
• 5:06
SPEAKER_02: Let's start with Ashley Janae.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_02: Y'all know the story.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_02: Ashley Janae, a well-known influencer, uh, start dating this guy named Joe McCann.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_02: Uh roughly a year later.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_02: Uh, he flies her to Africa, Tanzania, and he proposes to Ashley.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_02: Next thing we know, they have an argument and are split, allegedly split into different rooms.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_02: Ashley is found unresponsive, taken to the hospital where she later passes away, and the whole world is looking at Joe McCann.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_02: She was found allegedly hanging herself in the dark.
• 6:22
  SPEAKER_02: In the dark.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_02: Well, ever since that happened, the family said at first they heard from Joe, but once she was announced unalive, Joe went ghost.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_02: Didn't help get her get her body back to the states.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_02: Didn't help tell the family what happened, what could have happened, just went ghost.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_02: Nobody has heard from Joe McCann ever since the incident, besides, they say the police detained him.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_02: We don't know quite what they mean by detained.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_02: There were rumors that it was an arrest, those came out to be lies.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_02: And now, with the whole world looking at him, we get more evidence that don't look good.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_02: Now they finding out that the family is saying, we are finding out that the family is saying she was returned to the States without her engagement ring.
• 7:57
  SPEAKER_00: Let that sink in.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_02: She has been returned to the States, meaning Ashley.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_02: Now my question is, did she go to the hospital with an engagement ring on?
• 8:34
  SPEAKER_02: Do we know that?
• 8:46
SPEAKER_02: Did she when she was found unresponsive?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_02: Did she make it to the actual hospital with her engagement ring?
• 8:53
SPEAKER_02: I wonder, is there anywhere where we know that?
• 8:56
SPEAKER_02: Did the doctor, did the, did the doctors, did the hospital say she had an engagement ring on?
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: When did this engagement ring where is the proof that when did we know the last time she had the engagement ring on, guys?
• 9:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is this engagement ring is is is we don't know when this engagement ring was removed, but who you got two options.
• 9:34
  SPEAKER_02: Three options.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_02: We got three options, y'all, that could be possible.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_02: First option that's possible is she took off the engagement ring before whatever happened to her.
• 9:49
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think so.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_02: Second option is somebody at the hospital or somebody at the villa stole her engagement ring.
• 10:00
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think so.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_02: The third option is the option I'm leaning towards.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_02: And it's just me speculating, but I definitely feel like Joe took that ring back.
• 10:18
  SPEAKER_02: Joe paid for it.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: I'm sure it was an expensive ring.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: And I believe he took that off her hand before she even went to the hospital.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: I believe when she was found, she didn't have that ring on.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I I who else, I mean, unless somebody just stole it, who else would have motivation to take her engagement ring?
• 11:02
  SPEAKER_00: You tell me.
• 11:08
  SPEAKER_00: Who else?
• 11:12
  SPEAKER_02: Who else had motivation?
• 11:15
SPEAKER_02: Um to think somebody just stole it off of her, I don't think so.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_02: And it just points more fingers.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_02: This has more fingers pointing at Joe.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_02: Because to me, he's the only one who would have motivation to get that ring, and it make it would make sense with all the other stuff that's being alleged, that he would say, you know what, I want my ring back.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_02: Um I'm thinking, Lazy Baby, if it if it's if it's evidence, I would think the family, I'm sure the f they would, I'm sure they would tell the family, hey, we we collected her ring for evidence.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_02: I'm pretty sure they would tell the family that.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_02: And the family is the one that's saying her ring wasn't returned, and they don't know why.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_02: So I don't know about, you know, if it's for evidence, I would definitely think they would let the family know.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_02: And the family is acting like they have no clue where the ring is and why it wasn't returned with her.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_02: And also, uh, we'll get into an article a little bit in a little bit that will break all this stuff down.
• 12:54
  SPEAKER_02: It's definitely something ain't adding up.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_02: Now that's just another piece to the puzzle of this puzzle that's already missing a million pieces.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_02: We don't have, we probably, we don't even have half of this puzzle.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_02: We don't have half of this puzzle.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_02: There's so many pieces missing out this puzzle, we don't, puzzle, we don't know what the hell is going on, actually.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_02: We are just dealing with the little tidbits we're getting and really going off of people, the local people, that are telling us what the locals are saying.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_02: But I'm not surprised that her engagement ring is missing.
• 13:40
  SPEAKER_02: I'm definitely not surprised.
• 13:49
  SPEAKER_02: Something ain't right.
• 13:54
  SPEAKER_02: Something ain't right.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_02: Something just ain't right at all.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_02: And and I told you that with all the more time that goes past, the more I feel like if there's a cover up going on, they're having too much too much time and opportunity to continue the cover up.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_02: It's like they over there, just they're able to just cover up and do whatever they want to do over there.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_02: It's really a tough situation for the parents to be in when you're trying to get justice.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_02: You trying to get justice, but you can't even find out.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_02: You you you you have no one, you don't know who you can trust.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_02: Can you trust the the the Tanzanian police?
• 15:02
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_02: Can you trust can you trust the villa, the hotel people?
• 15:12
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think so.
• 15:19
  SPEAKER_00: Who can you trust?
• 15:30
SPEAKER_02: This is one of those ones where man, I don't even know what I would tell the family to do at this point.
• 15:38
  SPEAKER_02: Is so messed up.
• 16:04
  SPEAKER_00: I feel for those parents, y'all.
• 16:09
  SPEAKER_00: I really do.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the hospital could have gave it to him.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_02: But my thinking is my thinking is if he was enraged and he unalived her, if we believe that he unalived her, I would definitely think that he not only under lobbed her, but he would have taken that ring off, in my opinion.
• 16:53
  SPEAKER_02: What y'all think?
• 16:54
SPEAKER_02: You know, let's say, let's say it was a heated battle and he and he uh it was a heated battle and he underlaged her enraged.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_02: I definitely think that he would also take the time to take that ring off.
• 17:17
  SPEAKER_02: What y'all think?
• 17:20
SPEAKER_02: Unless, and I don't think he forgot, I don't think he would forget that ring.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_02: Whatever he was pissed about, you definitely gonna remember that you proposed and got that ring on her.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_02: That that is why I think, and I could be wrong.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_02: Like I said, this is one of those cases where we we we going off of evidence that we don't even know what's true.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_02: But to me, if I'm if I'm under the belief that he underlived her in a fit of rage, or even if he planned it, I just feel like there's no way he's not taking that ring off before she even gets to the hospital.
• 17:56
  SPEAKER_02: But I don't know.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_02: Like I said, I have no way of knowing for sure.
• 18:01
SPEAKER_02: I just feel like if he did it, if he underlived her, he for sure was paying attention to where that ring was.
• 18:08
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_02: Y'all tell me your thoughts on that one.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was thinking that too.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_02: Now that is an option, lazy baby.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_02: I was thinking the same thing that she could have thrown it because we don't know.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_02: We don't know when, we don't know if she got mad and took it off.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_02: That that was my point of saying, that was the point I was making when I was saying we don't really know the last time she actually had the ring on.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_02: We don't know if when they had their argument, she might have just took it off.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_02: She may have just took off the ring.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_02: You know, we don't know that either, but it just really doesn't look good for him that the ring is gone.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_02: Um, it's just more evidence that looks like and points more in his direction than not in his direction.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_02: But like I said, Lazy Baby, that is that's my point of when I said we don't know when I want to know when the last time that we could confirm that she even had it on.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_02: Because there is a chance that she took it off because she was pissed and and and called off the proposal or the engagement, and she could have taken it off and threw at him, or she could have taken it off and put it on the desk.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_02: She could have taken it off and and and did a lot of different things.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_02: So that that that we really just don't know.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_02: And I don't know if that and there's probably no way for us to find out if she, you know, when was the last time she had that ring on, like that we can can confirm.
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_02: I don't, I don't think, I don't think, I just don't think I don't think we can find that out.
• 19:57
  SPEAKER_02: What y'all think?
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_02: Good morning, Enoch.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_02: Enoch is in the building.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_02: And now that Enoch is here, let me let me let me use this time to say put a one in the chat if you can hear me.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: One in the chat if you can hear me.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_02: I put the uh link to the buy me a coffee, or you can send in a super chat or a super sticker through YouTube.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_02: Hit the buy me a coffee if you want.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_02: Let's get let's get it five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars.
• 21:22
  SPEAKER_02: Let's get let's get cracking, y'all.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_02: But man, we don't know.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_02: We uh we absolutely don't know when the last time she had that ring.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: By the way, we're gonna get a Right now we try to figure out what happened at Ashley's Ring.
• 22:32
  SPEAKER_00: Yo.
• 22:36
  SPEAKER_00: Am I breaking up?
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_00: Am I breaking up?
• 23:09
  SPEAKER_00: Hold on one second.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_04: And it's the float show.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_04: Wait, no, wait, uh, wait, go, wait, uh, wait, go, wait, no, no, no, baby.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_04: Give me you these thoughts of views and opinions, making so backsides cover, no ditty.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_04: Shout out to the wake and makers and the coffee crew from YouTube to Spotify.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_04: I love all my subscribers.
• 24:31
SPEAKER_04: Can't forget about the trolls in the comments.
• 24:34
  SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_02: Can y'all hear me now?
• 24:37
SPEAKER_02: Put a one in the chat if you can hear me.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_02: Okay, you can hear me and see me.
• 24:46
  SPEAKER_02: Alright, good.
• 24:47
  SPEAKER_02: Alright, y'all.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_02: So this makes no sense, man.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_02: So let's get into the article.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_02: It's time to get into the article of uh this whole this whole um engagement ring missing.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so this is influencer Ashley Janae Ring, still unaccounted for body return to family.
• 25:25
  SPEAKER_02: This is from TMZ.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_02: Ashley's father, Harry Robertson, tells TMZ her remains were returned to the family in New Jersey on Friday, but none of her personal belongings, including the ring, have been turned over.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_02: Harry tells us the family has no idea if or when they'll get those items back and believes they're still being held by investigators as the case remains active.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_02: Harry tells TMZ the family has since conducted an independent autopsy.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_02: The results are still pending, and they're now planning a funeral service in New Jersey for her early next week.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_02: As we reported, authorities say Ashley was involved in a dispute with her fiance, Joe McCann, shortly before she was found.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_02: Hotel staff allegedly stepped in and separated the two into different rooms, an incident that remains a key focus of the investigation.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_02: They previously told us she was a beacon of light and showed no signs of wanting to harm herself.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_02: The family also says they've heard a little.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_02: First of all, the family doesn't know if they're being held for investigation.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_02: So they did they did speak on that.
• 27:30
SPEAKER_02: Um so they don't know if it's being held for investigation, but it's kind of crazy that how much little info they're getting.
• 27:39
SPEAKER_02: But also, uh they haven't.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_02: How could you have not shown the family what did you call it?
• 28:00
  SPEAKER_00: Umotage.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_02: What is that being held for evidence to?
• 28:15
SPEAKER_02: This is when a family loses a child, normally a hotel will let you see footage of what the hell happened.
• 28:26
  SPEAKER_02: I'm telling you.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_02: Don't make sense, but thank you, Black Roses, for the$5 holler.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_02: We are at, she says, Happy Taco Tuesday, fam.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_02: Let's keep the live alive.
• 28:41
  SPEAKER_02: We're now$225.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_02: $225 away from our weekly goals.
• 28:54
  SPEAKER_02: Shout out, Black Roses.
• 28:55
SPEAKER_02: Everybody show Black Roses some love in the comments.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Black Roses, for keeping for helping to keep this live alive.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_02: And then with all this going on, I know this is like a dead horse, and we've been beating this dead horse a lot.
• 29:26
SPEAKER_02: Y'all family, y'all gotta get over there.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_02: They keep saying, while we keep here in articles, the family is considering traveling to Tanzania.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_02: Unless you don't, unless you just say, look, whatever happened to my daughter happened, and we're moving on, and we just gonna grieve her and honor her, unless you're saying that and being done with it, you you got you, you you you you absolutely have to go over to Tanzania, Africa, if you want any and want to have any hope, any chance or any hope for getting justice, you gotta go over there.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_02: You gotta go over there.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_02: This is the they they they they they doing whatever they want over there in Africa.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_02: Joe McCann is covering up everything, and you mean talking about we are considering going over there?
• 30:37
SPEAKER_02: And I know it's a lot, you know, a lot to it, but I'm just saying, as far as justice, I think we literally have no chance if the family isn't over there.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_02: I thought they raised, I thought they raised money to go over there.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_02: Somebody needs to just step up and get them some money to go over there.
• 31:02
SPEAKER_02: A celebrity, uh, a cup, but see y'all, see how none of these companies, yeah.
• 31:09
  SPEAKER_02: I thought they did a GoFundMe.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_02: Let's see if we can find out some information on the GoFundMe.
• 31:21
  SPEAKER_00: Ashley, let's try.
• 31:29
  SPEAKER_02: Let's see.
• 31:30
SPEAKER_02: Did anybody can anybody get some information on that GoFundMe?
• 31:33
SPEAKER_02: Did they not get enough money to go over to Africa?
• 31:38
  SPEAKER_02: Excuse me.
• 31:39
SPEAKER_02: Did they not get enough money to go to Africa?
• 31:44
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 31:50
SPEAKER_02: Uh, Astro Janae family uh did a GoFundMe.
• 31:54
SPEAKER_02: Is there a way you could tell me how much money that GoFundMe raised so far?
• 32:03
SPEAKER_02: Even if you had to send one or two people over there, even if it ain't the whole family, two people, one person, at least two people.
• 32:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh okay, no, I'm not seeing it.
• 32:28
  SPEAKER_02: Let me see.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_02: I'm trying to find the go fummy.
• 32:34
SPEAKER_02: Let's see if we can find if anybody in the comments can find the go fummy, let me know.
• 32:49
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, here it is.
• 32:50
  SPEAKER_00: I think I found it.
• 32:54
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 32:58
SPEAKER_02: The GoFundMe has raised sixty-three thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven dollars so far.
• 33:08
  SPEAKER_02: Isn't that shouldn't that be enough?
• 33:10
  SPEAKER_02: Well, let's see.
• 33:11
SPEAKER_02: Let's see how much it takes.
• 33:15
SPEAKER_02: What is how much does it cost?
• 33:17
SPEAKER_02: They're saying that Ashley Danae died in Tanzania, Africa.
• 33:21
SPEAKER_02: What is the typical cost to get her body back to the States?
• 33:25
SPEAKER_02: Let's see how much it costs to get her body back, y'all.
• 33:29
  SPEAKER_02: We're doing real-time investigating right now.
• 33:37
SPEAKER_02: Let's see what the cost is.
• 33:42
SPEAKER_02: International funeral shipping companies overseas, generally in the$8,000 to$20,000 range.
• 33:53
  SPEAKER_02: So they're saying about between$12,000 and$18,000.
• 33:59
SPEAKER_02: So we say$20,000, the gulf on me is$63,000.
• 34:03
SPEAKER_02: Isn't that enough for one or two people to go over to Africa and see what the hell's going on?
• 34:09
  SPEAKER_02: Talk to me, chat.
• 34:11
  SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm I don't understand.
• 34:23
  SPEAKER_02: So they got$63,000.
• 34:25
SPEAKER_02: $20,000 of it is what it is what it costs to get the body back.
• 34:30
SPEAKER_02: I don't understand why one or two of the family members aren't in Africa right now.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_02: Or at least one of them.
• 34:42
  SPEAKER_02: I don't understand that.
• 34:44
SPEAKER_02: Can y'all, now we see that the money is there.
• 34:47
SPEAKER_02: Can y'all give me some?
• 34:50
SPEAKER_02: All right, I got a question for the chat.
• 34:52
SPEAKER_02: And you and Spotify listening and Apple listening, put it in the fan mail.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_02: Because I'm not trying to come down hard in the family, they're dealing with enough.
• 35:01
SPEAKER_02: I just am trying to wrap my brain around what would be the reason why nobody would be over in Africa at this point.
• 35:10
SPEAKER_02: Not one person, not one representative of the family.
• 35:14
SPEAKER_02: Like, can y'all tell me that?
• 35:15
SPEAKER_02: Put it in the chat.
• 35:16
  SPEAKER_02: What do y'all think?
• 35:17
SPEAKER_02: I just I'm like, maybe there's some reason that I'm missing of why they can't get over there or why they wouldn't go over there.
• 35:26
  SPEAKER_02: Or I don't see, I don't understand.
• 35:30
SPEAKER_02: Can somebody in the chat tell me if they have the money, we're looking at just go funny.
• 35:36
SPEAKER_02: Why wouldn't anybody be over in Africa where this shit happened at?
• 35:42
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's enough money to hire a private investigator and go over there.
• 35:47
  SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't get it.
• 36:06
SPEAKER_02: Lazy Baby says, depending on what they plan on using the money for, independent autopsy or investigation, legal fees, lawyer fees, etc.
• 36:17
SPEAKER_02: But it's very well possible it's enough.
• 36:19
  SPEAKER_02: And that's my thing.
• 36:21
SPEAKER_02: If you're using the money for all this investigative stuff, and you're not over there, I think it's a waste of money.
• 36:31
  SPEAKER_02: We all know.
• 36:37
SPEAKER_02: We all know when you're trying to get business handled, there's nothing like you pulling up to where this the situation is going on and talking to people in their face.
• 36:51
SPEAKER_02: We all know you can't sit back and online and do phone calls for everything.
• 36:58
SPEAKER_02: I don't think if you're using this money for all types of investigative stuff, but but don't include being over there, I think you're wasting your money.
• 37:09
SPEAKER_02: All that investigative stuff don't mean anything if it's corruption going on at the scene of the crime, and there's no way for you to point it out, pick it out.
• 37:23
SPEAKER_02: Nothing from all the way over here in America.
• 37:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I thought Cardi V donated money too.
• 37:33
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know, man.
• 37:34
  SPEAKER_02: I don't get it.
• 37:35
SPEAKER_02: Like I said, I'm not trying to come down hard on the on the on the parents.
• 37:43
SPEAKER_02: I'm not trying to come down hard on the parents, but I'm just I just can't wrap my brain around what would be the reason to not go over there.
• 37:58
SPEAKER_02: That's just as important as anything else.
• 38:09
SPEAKER_02: Their corruption is worse than ours.
• 38:19
SPEAKER_02: You gotta put pressure on them.
• 39:06
SPEAKER_02: Even being detained, they haven't said we don't even know what type of questions they ask him.
• 39:21
SPEAKER_02: I don't think nothing's happening to Joe McCann, to be honest.
• 39:25
SPEAKER_02: I don't think they're even asking him no questions.
• 39:28
SPEAKER_02: I think the fact that nobody's over there to represent the family, and and Joe and all his comrades are over there paying off people left and right, probably, allegedly.
• 41:03
SPEAKER_02: Curious on what her friends, co-workers, and other family members are thinking.
• 41:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like what what is the game plan?
• 41:15
SPEAKER_02: What is the game plan?
• 41:17
  SPEAKER_00: I I'm I'm baffled.
• 41:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's what Enoch is saying.
• 41:32
  SPEAKER_02: I that I that's that's my that's my concern.
• 41:36
SPEAKER_02: They don't earn much money over there.
• 41:41
SPEAKER_02: Joe got the kind of money, and his friends got the kind of money.
• 41:45
SPEAKER_02: They could bribe the whole fucking system over there.
• 41:50
SPEAKER_02: And you're not even over there to have anybody check from your side or your perspective.
• 42:40
  SPEAKER_02: Y'all tell me what y'all think.
• 42:41
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna go on to these horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible conditions for David.
• 42:49
SPEAKER_02: As we figure out what what the hell is going on with Ashley and her and her family and this propulse, this engagement ring that has been apparently lost.
• 43:00
SPEAKER_02: But tell me, do y'all feel bad for David?
• 43:03
SPEAKER_02: They say David, reportedly not on suicide watch, but facing strict jail conditions after murder case charges.
• 43:17
SPEAKER_02: He is facing strict jail conditions.
• 43:21
SPEAKER_02: How many of y'all feel sorry for David right now?
• 43:26
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think many of y'all.
• 43:28
SPEAKER_02: This is from the Complex Magazine.
• 43:32
SPEAKER_02: David, charged with murder of Teen Celeste Rivas Hernandez, is reportedly not on suicide watch while behind bars.
• 43:42
SPEAKER_02: The 21 year old, however, is facing a decidedly strict set of rules.
• 43:49
SPEAKER_02: During his time in Los Angeles County jail, that's the word from TMZ, which cited law enforcement sources in a recent.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_02: Report on the case, part of publication.
• 44:03
SPEAKER_02: David is said to be living in segregate in a segregated cell, and he's only given shower privileges every other day.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_02: He also reportedly facing strict phone privilege terms with the publication sources saying he's only able to make calls in tandem with allotted shower days.
• 44:27
  SPEAKER_02: Poor David.
• 44:32
SPEAKER_02: The report goes on to claim that David is given three hours of recreational time per week with visitors not currently allowed.
• 44:41
SPEAKER_02: Additionally, one of TMZ's law enforcement sources was quoted as saying that the withered artist doesn't currently have money on his books.
• 44:51
SPEAKER_02: The facility itself, meanwhile, is described as dirty.
• 45:13
SPEAKER_00: As a matter of fact.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_02: Before we can get before we get out of here.
• 45:33
  SPEAKER_02: One second.
• 45:36
SPEAKER_02: I don't feel sorry for David, do you?
• 45:41
SPEAKER_02: They say David is living in hell in in prison.
• 45:46
  SPEAKER_02: Well something like hell.
• 45:57
SPEAKER_00: So what about the conditions?
• 45:59
SPEAKER_00: What are the strict conditions?
• 46:04
SPEAKER_00: What are the strict conditions?
• 46:20
SPEAKER_02: They say living under strict conditions, but it doesn't say.
• 46:39
  SPEAKER_00: This article is not.
• 46:42
SPEAKER_02: So I guess they're saying he has been placed in segregation following his transfer.
• 46:50
SPEAKER_02: So he's being segregated from the rest of every from everybody else.
• 46:58
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's not strict conditions.
• 47:01
  SPEAKER_02: That's just necessary conditions.
• 47:04
SPEAKER_02: I don't feel sorry for this guy.
• 47:07
SPEAKER_02: If that's what they're trying to do, get us to feel sorry for him.
• 47:13
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think it's working.
• 47:15
SPEAKER_02: Because they say David reportedly placed in segregation following transfer to LA County Men's Central Jail.
• 47:22
SPEAKER_02: 21-year-old senior David was transferred to the Los Angeles Men's Central Jail Monday, then has reportedly been placed in segregation.
• 47:33
SPEAKER_02: As was reported by TMZ, the LA County Sheriff's Office confirmed that due to the high-profile nature of David's case, he has been placed away from other inmates at the facility.
• 47:48
SPEAKER_02: David was arrested in the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Revis, whose decomposed body was found in the front trunk of an abandoned Tesla registered to David last.
• 48:03
SPEAKER_02: It was later reported that he was charged with murder seven months after the team's body was found in his car and could face the death penalty if found guilty.
• 48:15
SPEAKER_02: Prosecutors have also accused David, real name David Burke, of engaging in a sexual relationship with the team before she was murdered.
• 48:25
SPEAKER_02: At the press conference following his arrest, led by Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hockman, it was alleged that David engaged in continuous sexual and loos acts with this 14-year-old.
• 48:41
SPEAKER_02: The murder was described as brutal and horrific.
• 48:57
  SPEAKER_02: I don't give a damn.
• 49:01
SPEAKER_02: Enoch says, segregation, you only get two hours out a day.
• 49:11
SPEAKER_02: All right, lazy, be safe.
• 49:13
  SPEAKER_02: Have a good meeting.
• 49:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, uh, matter of fact, I'm glad Tasha brought this up.
• 49:25
SPEAKER_02: He better hope he don't get out of segregation.
• 49:29
SPEAKER_02: That's the safest place for him.
• 49:30
SPEAKER_02: I am hearing that the the the the Latino or Mexican, the Latino, I don't know, I guess Latino or Spanish community or whatever community is representing for Celeste.
• 49:46
SPEAKER_02: I think they said Spanish community or Latino community, whatever community, they say that it they they want David dead.
• 49:56
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know if y'all heard that.
• 49:58
SPEAKER_02: Well, of course, we know Celeste Rivas is, I guess, Latin, Latino, or Spanish.
• 50:05
SPEAKER_02: And the the first of all, she's a minor.
• 50:12
SPEAKER_02: Second of all, they're alleging that he dismembered her and all that, but they do know they had a sexual relationship.
• 50:20
SPEAKER_02: Those Latin or Spanish people want him out of there.
• 50:28
SPEAKER_02: I heard that it is very, very, very dangerous.
• 50:33
SPEAKER_02: It's a very dangerous situation for David being locked up in a prison, in an LA, California prison.
• 50:48
SPEAKER_02: And those Latin Latin, the Latin community want him dead.
• 50:52
SPEAKER_02: There are people that are saying he might not even make it out of prison.
• 50:56
SPEAKER_02: He might not even make it out of uh so many people from that community want him dead because of what he did to that young girl, allegedly.
• 51:06
SPEAKER_02: And of course, the relationship, it just uh we all know people, one thing, one dangerous thing to go in prison for is for some pedophile type stuff, predator underage.
• 51:20
SPEAKER_02: That's already something that prisoners are ready to unalive you for that anyway.
• 51:26
SPEAKER_02: But when you did it and didn't the way he did it, and and and and unalived her, allegedly, and man, like go back to what Tasha just said.
• 51:40
SPEAKER_02: Segregation is the safest place for him right now.
• 51:44
SPEAKER_02: There are plenty, I've seen plenty of uh statements from from from the Latin community about they want David's head inside that prison.
• 51:59
  SPEAKER_02: They want his head.
• 52:04
  SPEAKER_02: Yep, and child offender.
• 52:09
SPEAKER_02: And Enoch said it's one hour a day.
• 52:12
SPEAKER_02: She said, sorry, it's one hour a day.
• 52:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, David, y'all, he might not make it out of prison, man, with with these type of charges, child predator type child, uh, child offender, and you unalived her, allegedly, and dismembered her.
• 52:43
SPEAKER_02: Man, it's some prisoners, like like Enoch just said, it's some it's some prisoners in there that ain't got nothing to lose that are that are ready to take your freaking head off.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_02: So segregation is the best place for them right now, but I'm telling y'all.
• 53:10
SPEAKER_02: I I I meant to talk about this yesterday because that's all I was seeing over the weekend was people posting that from that community, like, man, they want they want him on a lie.
• 53:24
SPEAKER_00: And people would be surprised if he makes it.
• 54:08
  SPEAKER_00: What a case.
• 54:09
SPEAKER_02: What a life, what a world we live in.
• 54:15
SPEAKER_02: What would make a guy what would make a guy do this?
• 54:19
SPEAKER_02: This is a demonic diabolical case.
• 54:28
SPEAKER_02: It's not bad enough that you are having relations with a minor.
• 54:39
  SPEAKER_02: That's not bad enough.
• 54:41
  SPEAKER_02: You unaliver allegedly.
• 54:46
SPEAKER_02: Dismember her body and cut her up like she's nothing.
• 54:53
SPEAKER_02: And just leave her in a Tesla while you perform.
• 54:56
SPEAKER_02: This is I don't even know if I've even quite grasped how horrific this is yet, y'all.
• 55:02
SPEAKER_02: It's it's it's more horrific than we even give it credit for.
• 55:15
