  There is a term called safe. And it's important to find that

  safe community where you feel safe.

  And you mentioned Celebrate Recovery and counselors and all

  of this. If you have found that you're

  around people that are, you call friends, say, and you walk away

  and you might share something with them and you walk away and

  you feel violated, you feel icky, you feel like you're the
• 0:31
  one who did something wrong. They aren't safe.

  And so it's really important to find people who are safe.

  And I love that you mentioned Celebrate Recovery because a lot
• 0:40
  of times people in Celebrate Recovery are safe, right?
• 0:43
  And I had a counselor that was not safe.
• 0:46
  So, so that's why I bring it up. And I felt icky afterwards.
