- 0:02Speaker 1: Everybody, welcome to Tea Time with Amy and Bab who knows.
- 0:10Speaker 2: As a part two around for the whole video. On
- 0:12Speaker 2: the last one, you'll understand why we're still laughing.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Go look at the other video where we're wearing the
- 0:17Speaker 1: same things, and then exactly, it is interesting. It is
- 0:25Speaker 1: very interesting. I hope I have enough battery to get
- 0:29Speaker 1: through this.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Me too. We'll We're just gonna do what we can do. Okay.
- 0:35Speaker 4: If I disappear, you'll know it's over. So so I'll
- 0:40Speaker 4: just preface this. Thanks for hanging out with us. Tea
- 0:42Speaker 4: Time with amyen Bab. Yes, and we'll see you next time.
- 0:47Speaker 4: But keep listening in case, just.
- 0:49Speaker 3: In case, just in case.
- 0:51Speaker 2: If I don't see you again, have a magnificent week.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Anyway, it was it interesting.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Over the weekend, one of my gals says to me,
- 1:04Speaker 2: she says, you know, I've heard something from this reading
- 1:07Speaker 2: or whatever, and they talked about when you're laying in
- 1:10Speaker 2: bed in the morning, before you even get out of bed,
- 1:12Speaker 2: just smile, Just lay there and smile.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Without even saying anything, and then recognize how.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Your body changes, right, just not even thinking something, not
- 1:19Speaker 2: even hav any expectations about what the day should look like,
- 1:23Speaker 2: or or any of that stuff, but just to lather
- 1:25Speaker 2: and smile and then see if you notice the difference.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I don't think I've heard typically I don't lay in
- 1:30Speaker 2: my bed and smile. I mean not when I'm getting
- 1:32Speaker 2: up in the morning. Is not because I'm like, it's
- 1:34Speaker 2: really already time to get up. These dogs, you know,
- 1:38Speaker 2: So it's likely think to go through my head and
- 1:40Speaker 2: you know, but on the other side that I can
- 1:43Speaker 2: blame the dogs, But I actually, I really do appreciate
- 1:45Speaker 2: being out to see the sun coming up over the hill,
- 1:47Speaker 2: and I like all that stuff.
- 1:49Speaker 3: I enjoyed it. So I also like my sleep.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you shift when you lay there for a
- 1:57Speaker 1: moment before getting up, you shift your energy. And I
- 2:02Speaker 1: remember back in the day when I had so much
- 2:08Speaker 1: anger and shame and guilt all wrapped up in my
- 2:11Speaker 1: package that when the alarm went off, it was dread.
- 2:15Speaker 1: It was I just I don't want to get out
- 2:17Speaker 1: of bed. I don't want to face this day. I
- 2:19Speaker 1: don't want to face these people. What if they find
- 2:21Speaker 1: out the X whatever about me? What if they know
- 2:26Speaker 1: these things? What? Like it was just the moment the
- 2:29Speaker 1: alarm went off and I had to shift that. The
- 2:34Speaker 1: way I shifted that part was to practice being in
- 2:39Speaker 1: the present moment. So it was walking, my talking or
- 2:43Speaker 1: thinking my way through everything I was doing. Okay, alarm
- 2:48Speaker 1: went off, not excited, but shutting off the alarm. I'm
- 2:51Speaker 1: moving the blanket, I'm sitting up, I'm putting my feet
- 2:54Speaker 1: on the floor, and I'm walking to the bathroom.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Right.
- 2:56Speaker 1: So I would just talk myself or think myself through
- 2:59Speaker 1: the entire process taking a shower, brushing my teeth, putting
- 3:03Speaker 1: my makeup on, doing my hair, like, all the way
- 3:06Speaker 1: to work, like all the things until I got to work,
- 3:09Speaker 1: and then I was in my job. Then I was
- 3:12Speaker 1: busy doing and thinking of something else. But it's in
- 3:15Speaker 1: those it's in those moments that are so automatic that
- 3:19Speaker 1: the subconscious mind is taken over. And you take a shower,
- 3:23Speaker 1: think about all the thoughts you have during a shower,
- 3:26Speaker 1: like they just wheel all the way around. Right. Well,
- 3:28Speaker 1: my thoughts were not good from the moment I woke
- 3:31Speaker 1: up until I got to work, in and getting my
- 3:34Speaker 1: mind busy with something else. So that's how I got
- 3:37Speaker 1: to be present. And then once I got good at that,
- 3:42Speaker 1: then I started doing the whole You know, projecting or
- 3:46Speaker 1: manifesting or thinking a future, a visualization or thinking the
- 3:52Speaker 1: how I would like to see my life type of
- 3:57Speaker 1: thing and start practicing that because I wasn't. I wasn't
- 3:59Speaker 1: a few your thinker. I was like, this is what's
- 4:02Speaker 1: right here, this is what.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Has my attention. I can't see past this.
- 4:07Speaker 1: And now it's just it's fun in the morning to
- 4:11Speaker 1: just I'm like, oh, okay, this is what I get
- 4:15Speaker 1: to do today. I'll look at what I get to do,
- 4:18Speaker 1: so tonight I'll look at my calendar and see what
- 4:21Speaker 1: I have tomorrow, and then when I wake up tomorrow,
- 4:23Speaker 1: I'll be like, oh, okay, these are things I get
- 4:26Speaker 1: to do today. And it's a whole different energy. So
- 4:30Speaker 1: whether you lay there and smile, some people will will
- 4:32Speaker 1: just lay there and meditate. I know my mentor, she says,
- 4:36Speaker 1: she lays there and that's when she calls in her
- 4:39Speaker 1: angels for the day. Like everybody, people have different processes.
- 4:45Speaker 1: It's just what's going to set you up for projecting
- 4:51Speaker 1: or having the energy or the frequency, the vibrational frequency
- 4:56Speaker 1: of what you want for that day.
- 5:01Speaker 2: I like it, yeah, I do, because it's all that's
- 5:05Speaker 2: so important, and really it does bring you right present
- 5:08Speaker 2: and right now. If you're focused on smiling, you're not
- 5:11Speaker 2: focused on anything else. And I don't know if anybody else
- 5:13Speaker 2: has noticed it, but when we go into our head
- 5:15Speaker 2: and we're so lost in these thoughts and we are
- 5:19Speaker 2: still missing every single thing that's right out in front
- 5:21Speaker 2: of us, right now, everything that There's been times that
- 5:26Speaker 2: I Freeman said to me, welcome back, and so I
- 5:30Speaker 2: know what that means is because I've been gone, maybe
- 5:32Speaker 2: for several days, because I might be in a mental headspace.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I might be I mean, God, I could be thinking
- 5:38Speaker 2: about the past. It can be thinking about the future,
- 5:39Speaker 2: but I'm not right now in this moment. And then
- 5:42Speaker 2: in this moment is where everything's happening. That's where everything is.
- 5:46Speaker 3: And it's like otherwise we're in an old story.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Or we're trying to create a story that is not
- 5:51Speaker 2: even there yet, and you know or that we are,
- 5:53Speaker 2: we're actually manifesting at that moment when we're creating more,
- 5:56Speaker 2: we're in that space of fear and worry and all
- 5:58Speaker 2: that stuff. We're creating our future, creating her now, and
- 6:00Speaker 2: it's like that's not what we want to do. So
- 6:03Speaker 2: as soon as we notice that we're doing that stuff.
- 6:05Speaker 2: It's just to come right into right now. That's really
- 6:08Speaker 2: the that's where all of our power is. When they
- 6:10Speaker 2: say that, and I've heard that a million times, but
- 6:12Speaker 2: you don't. And everybody else is probably going to herve
- 6:15Speaker 2: us a million times too in their lives, and then
- 6:17Speaker 2: they're all of a sudden going to realize, I really
- 6:19Speaker 2: understand what that means, because I've been that person that's
- 6:22Speaker 2: been gone, or I've been the person. Let's just say
- 6:25Speaker 2: that I went to my daughter's house and I feel
- 6:27Speaker 2: like that rush of entery, like I need to hry
- 6:28Speaker 2: up and get on to the next place and do.
- 6:30Speaker 3: The next thing.
- 6:30Speaker 2: That means I'm not enjoying my daughter, I'm not enjoying
- 6:33Speaker 2: my grandchildren. I'm not enjoying anything in this moment because
- 6:36Speaker 2: my mind's already in somewhere else right Like all of
- 6:39Speaker 2: a sudden, it's gonna just launch me forward.
- 6:41Speaker 3: And that's not the way it works.
- 6:42Speaker 2: And then we put all this anxiety and the stress
- 6:44Speaker 2: on ourselves to be at a certain place at a
- 6:46Speaker 2: certain time. But during the whole process, it was always
- 6:50Speaker 2: about being right now. It was always about enjoying right now. God,
- 6:54Speaker 2: all we're gonna get on the deathbed and be like, man,
- 6:56Speaker 2: I wish I would have enjoyed right now. It's crazy.
- 7:02Speaker 2: It's crazy, but that's how I've lived. That was me
- 7:05Speaker 2: my whole life. I was in you know, I remember
- 7:07Speaker 2: my mom is like taking us to school or doing something.
- 7:10Speaker 3: I just remember. The album doesn't fall far from the tree, right,
- 7:14Speaker 3: It really doesn't.
- 7:15Speaker 2: And I'm not saying I'm not putting a blame mine
- 7:17Speaker 2: because I would have been in the past, I would
- 7:18Speaker 2: have put a blame on it. But I see where
- 7:21Speaker 2: patterns came from, and it was just the teachers that
- 7:24Speaker 2: were around me at that time. That's all that it
- 7:26Speaker 2: was until I decided I wanted more, until I had
- 7:30Speaker 2: an asking for more. But instead I jumped on that
- 7:32Speaker 2: treadmill just along the way, saying way my mom was
- 7:34Speaker 2: doing it, that I did it the same exact way.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Until I recognize this isn't serving me. Until I recognize
- 7:41Speaker 2: until my daughter tells me about a story about you know,
- 7:43Speaker 2: you know, a child and stuff like that, and the
- 7:45Speaker 2: end of the story is like the mom's like.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Well, it's hurry up and go home, and she's like, Mom,
- 7:49Speaker 3: I don't want to hurry up and go do anything.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Can't we just go slow?
- 7:52Speaker 2: And she's that's a good idea. Let's just walk home.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Let's just take the time and walk home. So it's
- 7:57Speaker 2: like it's those moments to recognize that kind of God.
- 8:00Speaker 2: There's such subtle little things that show up for you,
- 8:02Speaker 2: and you know, it's I feel like I know it's
- 8:04Speaker 2: from spirit when that kind of stuff happens, because it's
- 8:06Speaker 2: so gentle and it and it and guess what, we
- 8:09Speaker 2: can still get it without having a freaking brick over
- 8:11Speaker 2: the head or the accident or the spouse dying or
- 8:14Speaker 2: the you name it.
- 8:16Speaker 3: You know, whatever trauma you want to pick. It doesn't
- 8:18Speaker 3: have to.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Be that way, but mostly it has to get That's
- 8:21Speaker 2: how it gets our attention, right.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Otherwise we just don't.
- 8:24Speaker 2: We're not paying attention until until you get to be
- 8:26Speaker 2: like us, like, oh, did you see the time?
- 8:29Speaker 3: Did you see that sign on the door? Did you
- 8:30Speaker 3: see that rabbit? Did you see that bird? Did you see?
- 8:32Speaker 3: Like it's everything is a message. Now, yeah, the door
- 8:35Speaker 3: fell off.
- 8:35Speaker 2: There's a message there, Like there's a message for everything
- 8:38Speaker 2: there is so and it's so it's for me, there
- 8:42Speaker 2: is So it's an awesome it's an awesome place to
- 8:44Speaker 2: be in. I'm probably more lighthearted. I feel lighter in body.
- 8:49Speaker 2: I feel like I can laugh more, a smile more.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I do still get serious, but my serious isn't as
- 8:55Speaker 2: serious as it used to be.
- 8:57Speaker 3: I can you know.
- 8:58Speaker 2: It's like all these things, and it's like, when I
- 9:00Speaker 2: stop and pay attention to my body, it feels so
- 9:04Speaker 2: much better. Does it feel like all the tight stuck areas?
- 9:06Speaker 2: I still feel some stuck areas I do, like in
- 9:08Speaker 2: my solar plexes. I'll be having conversations and I'll.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Feel like.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I gotta breathe because I feel like there's like a
- 9:15Speaker 2: lasso or some sort of belt around that area, like
- 9:18Speaker 2: and it's and nobody's doing it to me. It's what
- 9:21Speaker 2: I've been doing to myself. That's how I've been constricting myself,
- 9:25Speaker 2: holding back my power but trying to give out my power.
- 9:27Speaker 3: At the same time. It doesn't make a lot of sense,
- 9:32Speaker 3: but that's I have done that.
- 9:35Speaker 2: I've recognized it in myself, and so I stop, and
- 9:38Speaker 2: I because of right now, right being in the now.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Because I stop and I recognize it, I pay attention
- 9:44Speaker 2: to how things are feeling in my body. I'm paying
- 9:46Speaker 2: attention to when you're giving me advice, or you're telling
- 9:48Speaker 2: me something, or you're telling me a story. I'm seeing
- 9:50Speaker 2: how does it how does this vehicle feel when when
- 9:53Speaker 2: I'm receiving this information.
- 9:56Speaker 3: My favorite is the goosebumps. I mean it just is
- 9:58Speaker 3: because it's so it's so so.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Obvious, it's so even show someone else like, look, I
- 10:04Speaker 2: just got the goosebumps, Like it's so perfect, really in
- 10:06Speaker 2: so many ways. But it's gotten to be even more
- 10:09Speaker 2: extensive than that because the more that you tune into
- 10:12Speaker 2: that stuff. Now when goosebumps start coming up, it could
- 10:15Speaker 2: be you could have a full conversation and be almost
- 10:17Speaker 2: in that same state the whole time while you're receiving
- 10:20Speaker 2: this information or you're giving information. So it's like it's
- 10:23Speaker 2: such a different place. But we wouldn't know that if
- 10:26Speaker 2: we didn't connect to right now. And then right now
- 10:29Speaker 2: it's connecting into the body.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I was getting frustrated, experiencing frustration quite a bit recently,
- 10:42Speaker 1: and I recognize it. So that was a step up
- 10:45Speaker 1: from being angry all the time right years ago. Now
- 10:49Speaker 1: just frustration. So I get frustrated, and then it has
- 10:54Speaker 1: to do with for the most part of feeling like
- 10:59Speaker 1: I should, right, should be further along with my life
- 11:04Speaker 1: and my finances and all the things than what I am.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And I took the moment and I'm like, wait a minute.
- 11:13Speaker 1: And I looked in the mirror and I said, listen,
- 11:16Speaker 1: I am so proud of you for where you are
- 11:19Speaker 1: because of where you've been. Remember the days, remember how
- 11:23Speaker 1: you used to be, and look where you're at now,
- 11:26Speaker 1: and look how amazing that is. Right. So I'd give
- 11:28Speaker 1: myself a pep talk. And I did that over a
- 11:31Speaker 1: course of a few days. In the morning before I
- 11:34Speaker 1: would leave my bedroom and I would look in the
- 11:38Speaker 1: mirror and tell myself these things and just be like,
- 11:42Speaker 1: you're doing great, and I'm so proud of you, and
- 11:47Speaker 1: it just shifts everything, and then I would go about
- 11:50Speaker 1: my day. So we need those reminders, even if it's
- 11:56Speaker 1: just a little bit better than what you were, have
- 12:00Speaker 1: to acknowledge that and give yourself kudos.
- 12:03Speaker 3: One hundred percent. I have one hundred percent agree with you.
- 12:06Speaker 2: On the daily, not just every once in a while,
- 12:08Speaker 2: like on the daily, because and it's not from an
- 12:11Speaker 2: egoic place at all. It's from a loving nurturing. You're
- 12:14Speaker 2: dirturing that inner child of yourself, because that inner child
- 12:17Speaker 2: of yourself may not have gotten that response from somebody
- 12:19Speaker 2: else in the past, right, right, So it's.
- 12:22Speaker 3: Like you're growing from that.
- 12:24Speaker 1: You know.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I heard something the other day that I listened to
- 12:27Speaker 2: this person that channels Saint Germaine, and she's talking about
- 12:30Speaker 2: how we we've all grown up even going through traumas.
- 12:35Speaker 3: You know that we've grown up through.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Our traumas and stuff and still thinking someone's gonna come
- 12:39Speaker 2: save you. Still waiting for mister Wright or missus right
- 12:43Speaker 2: or the Knight in Shining Arm or whatever it is,
- 12:47Speaker 2: your president or whatever to come and save you, that's
- 12:49Speaker 2: going to save everything for you. And it's like she said,
- 12:52Speaker 2: Saint Germaine said that nobody's gonna save you. You've got
- 12:56Speaker 2: to save yourself. And that kind of goes along with
- 12:58Speaker 2: what you just said in the second ago.
- 13:00Speaker 1: They say that I'm business too, the business. They're like,
- 13:05Speaker 1: nobody's gonna save you. No, it's just you want financial freedom,
- 13:09Speaker 1: you need to work for it and do.
- 13:10Speaker 3: It exactly exactly. If you want this, you've got to
- 13:14Speaker 3: do it.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Someone else isn't going to do the work for you.
- 13:16Speaker 2: It's just not the way that it works. And it's like,
- 13:18Speaker 2: but we've not. We've you know, Cinderella, You've got you know,
- 13:23Speaker 2: the Sleeping Beauty, You've got.
- 13:24Speaker 3: All these things that someone comes.
- 13:25Speaker 2: The ideal the training, I feel like, in a lot
- 13:28Speaker 2: of ways was that someone was gonna come save you.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Now we have people that come saved because we have
- 13:33Speaker 2: angels and we have all that kind of stuff, but
- 13:34Speaker 2: it's on a daily like if you're thinking that someone
- 13:37Speaker 2: because I have I I when I heard that, I
- 13:39Speaker 2: was like, huh, I could I could kind of fill
- 13:41Speaker 2: within my vessel that that kind of resonated with me.
- 13:44Speaker 2: It resonated with me as truth. But I could also
- 13:46Speaker 2: see how I've done the same thing myself. I have
- 13:49Speaker 2: felt that same way that you know, waiting for someone
- 13:51Speaker 2: to come rescue me, waiting for a check to show up,
- 13:54Speaker 2: like something's supposed to rescue me instead of me going
- 13:56Speaker 2: out and making that step.
- 13:58Speaker 3: So now I've gotten to the point where I'm listen
- 14:00Speaker 3: in the spirit. I'm like a spirit take the will.
- 14:02Speaker 2: But man, I hope you guys know what you're doing,
- 14:04Speaker 2: because the stuff you're guiding me to is a little
- 14:06Speaker 2: bit confusing to me right now. But I'm going to
- 14:08Speaker 2: go ahead and trust and have faith and keep moving
- 14:10Speaker 2: forward and do those things.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Yeah, well it's the same thing as praying to win
- 14:15Speaker 1: the lottery. Well, now it's one and how many millions
- 14:21Speaker 1: of people that you win the lottery? What if you
- 14:26Speaker 1: learned money management? What if you became best friends with money?
- 14:29Speaker 1: What if you start paying attention to where you're spending
- 14:33Speaker 1: your money? And right, it's learning how to have a
- 14:40Speaker 1: relationship with money in a healthy way. Because even that
- 14:44Speaker 1: if you're if you are feeling lack in money, that
- 14:50Speaker 1: is an unhealthy relationship with money. And then you look
- 14:53Speaker 1: at your other relations like actual physical relationships, and how
- 14:57Speaker 1: many of them are unhealthy, Like it's all mirroring each other.
- 15:01Speaker 1: And when you when you start to shift your relationship
- 15:06Speaker 1: with money and being better with it, then other things
- 15:12Speaker 1: shift and change in your life as well. So, yeah,
- 15:15Speaker 1: the lottery isn't even the thing that's going to save you,
- 15:19Speaker 1: because the studies have shown that people who have won
- 15:23Speaker 1: the lottery have oh see my my batteries ready to go,
- 15:29Speaker 1: that they're worse off after they've won the lottery than
- 15:33Speaker 1: before they get even deeper debt. So I don't know,
- 15:41Speaker 1: tell you, yeah, noways come to save you?
- 15:43Speaker 3: Money management, save yourself.
- 15:45Speaker 2: And if you have questions about money and relationships with
- 15:47Speaker 2: money talking, listen to Kyle Sees that great stuff, right,
- 15:51Speaker 2: that's right, I mean too, But Kyle Sees has a
- 15:53Speaker 2: lot of he has, he's been, that's part of his
- 15:56Speaker 2: He's got great messages that come along with all that stuff.
- 15:58Speaker 3: And that and the relationship with money. So it's it's great.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Yeah. So with that, thanks for listening, because my battery
- 16:07Speaker 1: is gonna be out in just a second.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Okay, design with Amy and Bev.
- 16:12Speaker 1: You heard it from it from us. So have courageous conversations,
- 16:17Speaker 1: be brave, talk to other people. Share our resources. We're

- 16:27Speaker 1: and all the things. So be sure to to share
- 16:33Speaker 1: not only us, but other podcasters that you listen to,
- 16:36Speaker 1: or books or whatever that might be.
- 16:38Speaker 3: So yes, with that, thanks for having me.
- 16:45Speaker 1: To go. I gotta find the stuff, but there we go.
