  SPEAKER_02: Let's begin today's conversation.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_02: Today I'm chatting with Cassandra White, a woman who believes that your pain has purpose.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_02: She believes that God has given everyone a unique gift to be shared.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_02: Her mission is to help people realize that they don't have to stay stuck in that broken place in life.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_02: They can rise from anything with God.
• 1:28
  SPEAKER_02: Welcome, Cassandra.
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 1:32
SPEAKER_02: I'm so glad to be here.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_02: I'm so excited to have you on today.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_02: Now I would like to start with, I would like you to explain, um, or not to explain, but you know, tell us a little bit more about you and who you are.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so my name is Cassandra White, and I am an inspire coach.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_01: I love to inspire people.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_01: Um, mainly my focus is women, but I love to inspire everybody, honestly, men and women.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_01: Um, and basically I have made a masterclass.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_01: Um, it's called the Heal and Glow two-part series masterclass, um, that is basically aims to help women to heal and glow and walk in that purpose.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_01: And I have been through a lot of trauma and pain and different situations in my life.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_01: And so that is what brought me to this place of wanting to help other women because I overcame and I want to help other women overcome too.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_01: And I believe that uh your pain has purpose.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, that's not where you have to stay stuck at.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_01: You can grow from there, and that's where God actually molds you, is when you are in that pain place of your life.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_02: I yeah, I I think what I'm getting.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_02: So I've seen a quote on Facebook often that says something like you're not responsible for you know the trauma that you've lived, but you are responsible for getting yourself out.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_02: Right, yeah, that makes sense.
• 3:02
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that makes sense.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_02: And and I mean, I mean, we're gonna have this conversation.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_02: I mean, we all know that.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_02: I mean, okay, so I I consider myself, you know, fairly religious.
• 3:13
  SPEAKER_02: I believe in God.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_02: I'm Catholic, and our listeners have heard me say that, you know, over and over again.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_02: And and what I am learning in my, I guess in my later, I don't want to call myself old, but in my, you know, my older adult years, I'm not old, old, but I've I've raised all my kids, right?
• 3:32
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm I'm starting a chapter in my life where I can look back and go, where have I gone?
• 3:37
SPEAKER_02: Like what have I done?
• 3:38
SPEAKER_02: And when I do that, there are so many signs that I see that God has been there, God has led me to where I am.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_02: And you know, whether we want to admit it or not, or embrace it for that matter, right?
• 3:53
SPEAKER_02: It is we are all in a like we're all in the place that we're we are right now, we are meant to be here, just like we were meant to be everywhere we have been, right?
• 4:05
SPEAKER_02: With that, yeah, yes, ma'am.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_01: I totally agree with that.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, just to mention about what you said, you were talking about God.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_01: So um that is my source, um, is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_01: He's the one who inspired me to want to do this and to want to help other women.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, most definitely.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_01: Oh my goodness, he has a purpose in our lives.
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_01: You know, no matter what we go through, good or bad, it all serves a purpose and it's for our good.
• 4:32
  SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah.
• 4:33
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_02: So tell me, um, why do people get stuck in in that place in their life?
• 4:40
SPEAKER_02: So I'm I don't know that I would always call it a broken place because I don't believe that we are broken.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_02: I, you know, there are times where we feel broken absolutely, but I I kind of believe that it's more of a this is a time for us to sit, reflect, and learn at why we're here, how we got here.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_02: How like why would you how or how would you explain that, you know, how why people get stuck there?
• 5:05
SPEAKER_01: I feel that people get stuck there because they lose their self-confidence.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_01: And I'm talking for myself because that's how I felt.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I felt stuck, I felt complacent and in that place, and I didn't feel worthy of having more because I lost my self-confidence when I went through all these things, and it made me, it made me uh lose my identity and all of that.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_01: So um, speaking from my own life experience, that's what caused me to be stuck there for a while.
• 5:34
  SPEAKER_01: Um, because I lost my self-confidence.
• 5:36
  SPEAKER_01: I didn't believe in myself anymore.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, if you're not around people who are inspiring you, uplifting you, you will definitely get stuck.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_01: Um, and that's where I come in at because I want to help women to know that they don't have to stay there.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_01: Um, they can move from there, they can, they can rise from there.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_01: You know, that's not their destiny, that's not what defines them.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_01: That's just a part of their journey, where it's taking them to where they need to be.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_01: So that's the that's the main reason I feel like a lot of people get stuck because of loss of self-confidence and loss of identity.
• 6:10
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, I don't love, yeah, I said I love that.
• 6:12
  SPEAKER_02: I don't really love that people are self-confidence.
• 6:15
  SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
• 6:16
  SPEAKER_02: I'm definitely not.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_02: I know what you mean.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_02: But I love that that's kind of, I mean, that's kind of where it starts, right?
• 6:23
SPEAKER_02: Because when we lose our self-confidence, we also lose our belief in ourselves.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_02: We believe we lose the trust we have in ourselves.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_02: And if we can't trust ourselves, we won't trust anyone else.
• 6:34
  SPEAKER_01: That's right.
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_01: That's right.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_02: You know, we might look to someone else and say, you know, you know, help me get out of here, or what do I do now?
• 6:42
SPEAKER_02: But even with their suggestions, you're going to doubt that, right?
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, man.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_02: And so we need to like, I mean, we all know confidence is that muscle that we have to grow every single day or we lose it.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_02: My mom used to always say to me, use it or lose it.
• 6:57
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 6:57
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_02: And I used to say, Oh, that doesn't make any sense.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_02: But now, of course, you know, as I've raised my kids and I've, you know, gone through life, I get it, right?
• 7:05
SPEAKER_02: If you don't use it, it's every skill, right?
• 7:07
SPEAKER_02: Every skill we don't use, we tend to forget.
• 7:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 7:12
  SPEAKER_02: Totally right.
• 7:13
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_02: As we're approaching the end of 2025, can you believe how fast this year has gone?
• 7:18
SPEAKER_02: What comes up for you when you reflect on how God has moved your life uh over the past 12 months?
• 7:26
SPEAKER_01: So basically, now that I have gotten rid of all of the toxic things in my life, from relationships to wrong mindsets, environments, I can now be the woman God has created me to be and the woman I always knew deep down inside that I was.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_01: So, in summary, the message that I'm holding for this woman now is it's time to live out your dreams and enjoy all of the new that your future holds.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_01: Um, you have felt pain, you have felt what pain feels like long enough.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_01: Now it's time to see what joy feels like.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_01: So that is the message that I'm giving myself.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_02: Yes, that is, you know, that's great.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_02: And I, you know, I think that you know that's something that we should all sort of sit down, take some time, sit down and sort of send yourself a message, right?
• 8:20
SPEAKER_02: Like what do you want now?
• 8:21
SPEAKER_02: What do you what do you really feel like having in your world?
• 8:25
  SPEAKER_02: Right?
• 8:27
SPEAKER_02: That is real, that's a really good one.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_02: So what what what was one of your shoulds or expectations that you released over this last year?
• 8:37
SPEAKER_02: And how did it shift your sense of peace or purpose?
• 8:41
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so um, so basically what that would be is um one of my expectations that I released over the year.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_01: All right, so that would be um basically the expectation of looking to others for my happiness.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_01: Um, this shifted my peace because it caused me to look within for my joy and happiness.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_01: And I found that's where it's been all along.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_01: So by doing this, I found a peace that is my own and a peace that I didn't have to worry whether or not it would last because it belonged to me.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_01: And that is the greatest joy that I could have ever known.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_01: Um not having not wanting or having to look for others for my peace and happiness.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_01: I now have found my own's and now, you know, it's just awesome.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_01: It feels awesome because it's my own.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and that that really takes like work, right?
• 9:41
SPEAKER_02: It really sounds kind of almost ridiculous to find your own joy, but I think we get so caught up in what the world is doing and what everyone else is doing that we forget who we are and what sets us up, right?
• 9:59
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that's that's really good that you've taken that time to really, you know, really reflect and and what's the word I'm looking for?
• 10:08
SPEAKER_02: Sort of make yourself a plan with that.
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 10:13
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_02: Now often you talk about rising from pain.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_02: How do you personally recognize when God is asking you to let go of something?
• 10:24
SPEAKER_02: Whether it's some like a mindset, a goal, or a relationship, or even just a small, tiny habit.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so so I recognize that God is telling me to let go of something by God giving me a sense of uncomfortability.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_01: Like no matter what I try to do, I'm still left with this feeling of something just not sitting right in my spirit.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_01: So basically, um, like a burden of heaviness that weighs on me, and until I release it, it weighs heavy on me.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_01: So I know that this is God telling me it's time to let go of something.
• 10:56
  SPEAKER_01: That's how I know.
• 10:57
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_02: That's that's good because God doesn't always talk to us in words, right?
• 11:03
SPEAKER_02: Like sometimes there's just little signs or little pictures that are around us that we have to like, you know, we we have to be like open, open to see it, right?
• 11:12
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, ma'am.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_02: Yes, yeah, because sometimes it can be like a brick that hits you in the head and you're like, What?
• 11:18
  SPEAKER_02: What did I do?
• 11:20
  SPEAKER_02: Right?
• 11:21
  SPEAKER_02: That is true.
• 11:23
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's too funny.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_02: So you say you said earlier, and it was in your bio that I read that you believe our pain has purpose.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_02: I'd like you to share with us a moment when that truth became super clear for you and how it deepened your faith.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so um basically one day when I was at home, I just had this epiphany, I guess you could say, um, that came over me.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_01: And I thought to myself that I have, you know, a loving God who loves me so much that he sent his own son to die for my sins.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_01: Then why in the world would I just go through all of this pain and hurt and trauma and it'd be for nothing?
• 12:00
SPEAKER_01: You know, so then I um I posted a video on one of my YouTube channels and I titled it, Your Brokenness Doesn't Define You.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_01: Um, because when I had this moment of truth, that was a place of brokenness that I was in, and I refused to let that be who I saw myself as.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_01: Um, then that video was born that I posted.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_01: So basically, you know, I just was feeling to myself one day, like, oh my goodness, I just, I just feel so down on myself.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_01: But I'm like, you know, it has to be, this cannot be it.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_01: You know, this is not who I am, though.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_01: This is just what I'm going through, but it doesn't define me.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_01: So um that's that was my moment of knowing, okay, my pain has purpose.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_01: It's not just random, it's not just vain.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_01: Um, there's more to it because I have a loving God.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, there's more to this.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you know, that's so true.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_02: I used to say, so I had twins.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_02: My first, you know, my first pregnancy was twins.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_02: And I remember people saying to me, How do you keep yourself so organized?
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_02: And I used to always say, God will only give me what I can handle.
• 13:05
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_02: And you know, like there were days where I was like, you know, pulling my hair out because I didn't know how to handle the day.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_02: But I mean, truth be told, it was to me, it was all about planning.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_02: But I also really believed that God will only give me what I can handle, right?
• 13:25
SPEAKER_02: Because I had a second one and I was terrified.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, I said to the doctor, I will not come into the office unless you can guarantee this is not twins.
• 13:36
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 13:37
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_02: He was like, there is no guarantee I can give you.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, I can't, I cannot bring myself to your office because I can't go through it again.
• 13:46
  unknown: Right.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_02: But the reality is, you know, as I said, like I if I would have been given twins again, I would have managed because I knew I know now that I could have, right?
• 13:56
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_02: But at the time, I'm like, I don't know that I can.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_02: I already have two, right?
• 14:01
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_02: You know, I I do believe that, you know, God, God will only give us what we can handle.
• 14:07
  SPEAKER_02: He knows us.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_02: He knows it better than we know ourselves, right?
• 14:10
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, right.
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_02: He does.
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_02: So when you your itty bitty shitty committee gets loud, what helps you quiet the noise and reconnect with God's voice of truth?
• 14:23
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_01: So basically, um getting somewhere alone with just me and God.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: You know, whether I take a walk and talk to God or go in my prayer closet at home, as long as I'm alone, I'm able to quiet the noise of the lies and reconnect with the truth, which is Jesus Christ who's in me.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_01: So it's just getting in a quiet place with me.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_01: That that helps me to just get my thoughts back into a positive place and like okay.
• 14:50
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 14:51
  SPEAKER_02: Excuse me.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_02: You have you have a prayer closet?
• 14:55
SPEAKER_02: Is that what you called it?
• 14:57
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, ma'am, I do.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_02: I want to know more about that.
• 15:00
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, sure.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_01: So basically, um, in scripture, you know, it tells us to go in our prayer closet and pray um in secret, and God will bless us um openly.
• 15:11
  SPEAKER_01: So I I made myself a prayer closet.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_01: Basically, it's my closet in my home, in my room, and I go in there and I shut my door and I get to talking to God.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_01: And it's just me and him.
• 15:21
  SPEAKER_01: I have my Bible.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_01: Sometimes I have, I might have my book and my pen.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I just go in there and shut my door.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_01: Um, that's my prayer closet.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, I've never I've never heard that term before.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I've heard you know, like that's my quiet space or that's my, you know, lots of people call it an altar.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_02: I don't really like that word, right?
• 15:40
SPEAKER_02: I believe that the altar belongs in the church.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_02: But at the same time, like it's like we all have to find our way, right?
• 15:49
  SPEAKER_02: To go within, right?
• 15:50
SPEAKER_02: And whether that is, you know, like you said, with a notebook and a pen or with your Bible, or even maybe just, you know, some quiet music, whatever that is, you have to do it where you feel that's it.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_02: Safe is the word, right?
• 16:07
SPEAKER_02: And and also a place where you know that you can, I don't, I don't want to say vulnerable because I don't think that's really the word I'm looking.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_02: I think it's more maybe you can help me with this.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_02: It's connect safety is connected, yeah.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_02: Yes, right, yeah, somewhere where you can actually feel that connection and feel that place to, you know, really let out your thoughts and allow new thoughts in, right?
• 16:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I really like that.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_01: I really like that, and yeah, and like you said, it's different for everyone because we're all different.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_01: So what works for me might be different for somebody else.
• 16:46
  SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_01: As long as it works for you, that's all that matters.
• 16:48
  SPEAKER_01: That's right.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_02: I, you know, it's funny because I set myself up in a basement in our basement.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I set up this room.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_02: I had, you know, I had a little bit of exercise space, but I had like this beautiful chair, and you know, I had some candles and I had an air diffuse, like I had all I had it set up for me.
• 17:05
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, I said to my kids, I at the time it was just my two boys at home, and I said, that's my space now.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_02: You guys are big, you have the rest of the basement.
• 17:14
  SPEAKER_02: That is my space.
• 17:15
  SPEAKER_02: I know that's right.
• 17:16
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, right.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_02: And they were like, Yeah, okay, mom.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_02: And then when COVID hit, right, they my younger son needed a place where he could go to be alone and sort of let out his frustrations.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_02: Because unfortunately, he had a lot of stuff going on in his head.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_02: He bought himself a like one of those punching bags and some hockey gear, and he went down and he destroyed my room.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_02: Oh, his own little, you know, revenge place.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_02: I don't know what you would call it.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_02: So I lost my space.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_02: I was like, what the heck?
• 17:49
SPEAKER_02: Oh, you know, so I'm I'm I'm still in the verge, you know, on the verge of creating that space again.
• 17:54
  SPEAKER_02: Because I have, I mean, I have a big house.
• 17:56
  SPEAKER_02: It's not that I don't have the space, I just I can't, it seems like I can't compare to that anymore.
• 18:01
SPEAKER_02: So I I feel, you know, but I like the whole prayer closet.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_02: Like that's I mean, I have lots of closets.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_02: Maybe I'll just go sit in the closet.
• 18:08
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_01: Hey, that works for you.
• 18:10
  SPEAKER_01: Hey, do it.
• 18:11
  SPEAKER_02: Right, exactly, exactly.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_02: So tell me, what does grounded confidence mean to you now?
• 18:16
SPEAKER_02: And how does it, how does your faith anchor that confidence?
• 18:20
SPEAKER_01: So, grounded confidence means to believe in yourself no matter what the circumstances are, and to not let your circumstances dictate who you are and what you can and cannot do.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_01: Because whatever you're going through, it is shaping you, not breaking you.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_01: And my faith in Jesus, my Lord and Savior, is my anchor to this confidence because he tells me in Jeremiah 29, 11 that his plans for me are good, and to and his plans is to give me an expected end.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_01: So it doesn't matter what my circumstances look like, I can lean on my faith in Jesus as my anchor and know that it is always good.
• 19:01
  SPEAKER_02: Ooh, mm-hmm.
• 19:02
  SPEAKER_02: That's good.
• 19:04
  SPEAKER_02: That is really good.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_02: As you're looking ahead to 2026, and I still can't believe we're going there.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_02: Um what intention or message are you holding for the woman who's ready to rise and begin again with God?
• 19:18
SPEAKER_01: Basically, the message that I got for myself is that hey, you have felt what pain feels like long enough.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_01: Now it's time to see what joy feels like.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_01: It is your time to rise and shine.
• 19:31
  SPEAKER_02: I love that, right?
• 19:33
SPEAKER_02: Because that, well, there is so much truth to that, you know, short sentence.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_02: You have been in pain long enough, right?
• 19:41
SPEAKER_02: It is now your time.
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_02: I absolutely love that.
• 19:44
  SPEAKER_02: Um, oh, your masterclass.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_02: I wanted to know now.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_02: You kind of explained your masterclass at the beginning, but I want to know more.
• 19:54
SPEAKER_02: Um, like how what does your masterclass really entail?
• 19:57
SPEAKER_02: Like what you know, what what am I gonna learn from your masterclass when I join it?
• 20:03
SPEAKER_01: So basically, you're going to learn how to heal and how to um regain your self-confidence.
• 20:10
  SPEAKER_01: It's a two-part series masterclass.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_01: It's two recorded Zoom presentations, pre-recorded Zoom presentations, and it's two parts to it.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_01: And you're gonna learn how to heal and how to walk in your power, walk in your purpose.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, I have worksheets in there, a lot of free things in there that will help you and you know, along your way of rebuilding your self-confidence.
• 20:33
  SPEAKER_01: It is awesome.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_01: It has a lot, so many different resources in there.
• 20:36
  SPEAKER_01: And like I said, it's a two-part series masterclass.
• 20:41
  SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
• 20:42
  SPEAKER_01: Love it.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_02: Now I want to ask you so that our listeners are clear on this, is it going to be like um a lot of God and being present with God?
• 20:53
SPEAKER_02: Like someone who's like, I'm just wondering if it's someone who you know is interested in doing the healing, but not necessarily, you know, not that I don't want them to like not follow God, but yes, ma'am.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_02: Like, do you talk about connecting with God a lot in this masterclass?
• 21:11
SPEAKER_01: No, but it is in there, but this masterclass is for anyone.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_01: Um, it's for anyone, it's for all walks of life.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_01: Um, but it I do mention God in there, but the entire presentation, no, is not solely about God.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_01: Um, but He is in there.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_01: Um, like I said, but this is basically um it's very open to anyone who is looking to be wonderful.
• 21:35
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, thank you for that.
• 21:37
  SPEAKER_02: You're welcome.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I feel like that's you know, I mean, we all like you said, I mean, we've we've all been in pain to some degree.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_02: Some of us have gone through some major trauma, some of us not so much, but we all have pain, whether it's you know, because of we're changing chapters in our life or something has happened, right?
• 21:56
SPEAKER_02: Yes is pain, and we don't we don't have to live in it.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_02: God doesn't want us to be in pain, he wants us to be happy, right?
• 22:05
SPEAKER_02: He wants us to find joy, yes, yes, yeah.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_02: So thank you so much for that.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_02: Is there anything else you would like to tell our listeners today?
• 22:15
SPEAKER_01: Um, I just want to say that, you know, I was once in that same place where I felt like you know there was no hope, but just remember that there is always hope.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, every day that you wake up and you have breath in your body, there is always hope.
• 22:29
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_02: Every day is a new day.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for joining me today, Cassandra.
• 22:34
  SPEAKER_02: This has been awesome.
• 22:34
  SPEAKER_02: Thanks for having me.
• 22:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 22:36
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
• 22:37
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, it was.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_02: Thank you for tuning in to Confidence in Bloom.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_02: I hope today's conversation reminded you that you're not alone on this journey and that your confidence grows every time you tell that itty bitty shitty committee to hush.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_02: If you're ready to take this even deeper, I'd love to invite you to the Bloom Room, a nurturing community where women come together to release self-doubt, reconnect with themselves, and bloom into the truest version of who they're meant to be.
