- 1:29Speaker 5: on WRTR Real Talk Radio. We missed you blacks, but
- 1:33Speaker 5: here we be with glee. Just not me. I'm Marcus Smoot.
- 1:39Speaker 6: Oh, wow.
- 1:40Speaker 7: You're a poet.
- 1:41Speaker 5: I didn't know it.
- 1:42Speaker 3: You didn't. Wait, wait, wait.
- 1:45Speaker 5: Not the clit.
- 1:48Speaker 7: A lyric. A bravado. Yep. Coming through. Tired of shit.
- 1:53Speaker 7: Very long week. And the weekend was not it.
- 1:59Speaker 8: Oh.
- 1:59Speaker 7: Like at all. But, you know, shit happens.
- 2:02Speaker 3: And who are you, sir? I am L train trying
- 2:05Speaker 3: to bring a little steam today. So hopefully, you know,
- 2:08Speaker 3: we see what you did there. I love that. So
- 2:11Speaker 3: hopefully I can keep up.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:13Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Can I keep up with y'all? But I love that
- 2:19Speaker 3: we harmonized on accident.
- 2:20Speaker 5: I almost lost my breath.
- 2:21Speaker 7: I know.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 2:24Speaker 7: Let me find out I got some background things.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Listen.
- 2:28Speaker 5: Let's pivot in the mood at that point. Here we are.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I had a show in the afternoon.
- 2:40Speaker 9: Yes.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:41Speaker 1: It was a community day for... this community in Fredericksburg
- 2:47Speaker 1: over our way.
- 2:50Speaker 7: I'm just going to leave it at that.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Well, let me ask you a question.
- 2:57Speaker 7: Yes.
- 2:58Speaker 3: In general, what is the go-go scene like in Fredericksburg? Oh, yeah.
- 3:03Speaker 5: I haven't heard much go-go out of Fredericksburg.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Honestly, I think it's not that hype.
- 3:12Speaker 7: To me, it doesn't start.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Until you get to, like, Woodbridge area and then on
- 3:19Speaker 1: into Alexandria. Of course, you do have people who are
- 3:24Speaker 1: from this area who just happen to move there, but
- 3:27Speaker 1: I don't see a whole bunch of bands going all
- 3:30Speaker 1: the way out to Fredericksburg unless it's, like, a special event. Like,
- 3:34Speaker 1: nobody's going to play out Fredericksburg every week.
- 3:38Speaker 7: It's not that. It's, like, some special occasion type stuff.
- 3:42Speaker 8: Okay.
- 3:44Speaker 7: It was interesting, to say the least.
- 3:46Speaker 4: Well.
- 3:47Speaker 7: And I'll leave it at that.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Okay.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Well, moving on. How was your weekend? It's been wild.
- 3:52Speaker 3: It has been a wonderful roller coaster. So, I'm just
- 3:56Speaker 3: enjoying the hills and the dips. Hills, dips, work. Hills, dips, splits,
- 4:03Speaker 3: all that good stuff. So, yeah. I hear you.
- 4:07Speaker 5: I've had a decent week. Yeah, I got a new car. Like, dude,
- 4:12Speaker 5: where's my car?
- 4:13Speaker 8: It's back.
- 4:13Speaker 7: Yes, sir.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I did. I got one.
- 4:16Speaker 5: And happy about it. It brings me a little bit
- 4:20Speaker 5: more peace of mind, but also still not sleeping well
- 4:23Speaker 5: because now I feel like I need to Sit out front,
- 4:26Speaker 5: West Virginia style, with my rifle. Defending my property because
- 4:29Speaker 5: y'all won't stay off it.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Get off my lawn.
- 4:32Speaker 5: Literally that. Because right now, y'all not made me well.
- 4:39Speaker 7: Did you get the air tag like I told you to?
- 4:41Speaker 3: I did.
- 4:42Speaker 5: Not only that, but this bitch comes with an app.
- 4:45Speaker 5: It's on my phone. It tells me where that... I
- 4:48Speaker 5: can look right now and see where that nigga is.
- 4:50Speaker 3: And you... To the cameras, right?
- 4:52Speaker 5: Yes. And I have cameras. Security cameras.
- 4:55Speaker 7: Because guess what? The next motherfucking time, hopefully it's not, but...
- 5:02Speaker 7: For real. Let somebody try it.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Mm-hmm. I'm just.
- 5:05Speaker 1: To go right to that motherfucker.
- 5:07Speaker 3: For real.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Mm-mm.
- 5:09Speaker 7: Right to it.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Well, my mood is also shitty.
- 5:12Speaker 7: Have you found a good.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Go ahead.
- 5:14Speaker 7: Good hiding spot for it?
- 5:16Speaker 10: Where? Where?
- 5:19Speaker 5: I thought you said you found a good hiding spot
- 5:21Speaker 5: for it. I was like, okay. Where is that? Anyways. No,
- 5:28Speaker 5: also mood shitty because we got flagged. for our last episode.
- 5:35Speaker 5: I told you about it, Larry.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 5:39Speaker 5: Hate speech. It was YouTube. The only one that.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Was that... I'm dead ass. Hold on.
- 5:53Speaker 5: I'm cutting it. I'm thinking it may be one of
- 5:56Speaker 5: the videos that I interjected in between. Because we've said
- 5:59Speaker 5: way worse.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Stuff on this podcast.
- 6:02Speaker 5: So, I'm thinking it may be one of the videos
- 6:05Speaker 5: that I have inserted in between. And I'm thinking, I'm
- 6:08Speaker 5: narrowing it down when I talk the lyric about it
- 6:10Speaker 5: this morning.
- 6:11Speaker 3: So, I think I know which one it is.
- 6:14Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 6:15Speaker 1: That is why your mother's messing with her brother.
- 6:22Speaker 11: Oh, God.
- 6:23Speaker 5: That is awful.
- 6:24Speaker 10: Okay.
- 6:25Speaker 3: And you miss her, but she's your sister.
- 6:29Speaker 5: God, I just feel dirty right.
- 6:36Speaker 10: Now.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Oh, my God. Join the cypher.
- 6:38Speaker 5: No, I'm not joining. I'm leaving, actually. My Uber just
- 6:44Speaker 5: pulled up.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Goodbye. What do you mean? Uncle Daddy.
- 6:48Speaker 11: Oh, no.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Not Cousin Four Eyes. Okay, moving on. There ain't nothing
- 7:02Speaker 3: wrong with being able to smell colors.
- 7:04Speaker 5: Listen, and while we don't want to be like them,
- 7:07Speaker 5: who do we want to be like when we grow up?
- 7:09Speaker 5: Miss Lyric, why don't you start?
- 7:11Speaker 7: Nope, not going first.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Cool.
- 7:12Speaker 12: Elle, me?
- 7:13Speaker 3: Yeah, you go first.
- 7:14Speaker 5: Cool. When I grow up, I want to be like
- 7:17Speaker 5: the Thompson sisters. who are apparently taking the library to
- 7:22Speaker 5: the people. According to Because of Them We Can, C's
- 7:26Speaker 5: the day mobile library was birthed when these three sisters
- 7:29Speaker 5: transformed a retired school bus into a mobile learning space
- 7:34Speaker 5: for children and families in Oklahoma City. So the bus
- 7:37Speaker 5: is filled with books, computers, STEM activities, and resources for
- 7:42Speaker 5: students who may not always have easy access. to a
- 7:45Speaker 5: traditional library. I think this is a dope idea because
- 7:51Speaker 5: at the end of the day, what are they trying
- 7:53Speaker 5: to ban right now?
- 7:54Speaker 1: Books.
- 7:55Speaker 9: Yep.
- 7:56Speaker 5: I mean, you know, if anything, I think this is
- 8:00Speaker 5: an amazing idea and that's why I want to be
- 8:02Speaker 5: like these three sisters.
- 8:04Speaker 7: Okay. I guess if I can go next.
- 8:08Speaker 5: Why don't you?
- 8:10Speaker 1: I want to be like Aquanza Jones, who is the
- 8:14Speaker 1: first black woman to.
- 8:17Speaker 7: Own a Major League Baseball franchise.
- 8:21Speaker 5: I knew that's right. Because a white man can make
- 8:27Speaker 5: some dollars off.
- 8:29Speaker 1: So this black woman made history as the principal owner
- 8:34Speaker 1: of the San Diego Padres. Becoming the first black woman
- 8:39Speaker 1: to hold a majority ownership stake in a major league
- 8:43Speaker 1: baseball franchise. She is an investor, entrepreneur, philanthropist, former NCAA
- 8:51Speaker 1: Division I athlete, attorney, professor, and recording artist.
- 8:58Speaker 5: That means she wear a.
- 8:59Speaker 3: Lot of hats. She's what's busy. Also, she's earned.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Her undergraduate degree from Princeton, a law degree from Cardoza
- 9:10Speaker 1: School of Law, and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Alongside her husband and business partner, Jose.
- 9:20Speaker 7: Feliciano, she now jointly leads the.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Padres ownership group Breaking Barriers at the highest level of
- 9:27Speaker 1: professional sports.
- 9:30Speaker 5: Can't get much better.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Oh, God.
- 9:32Speaker 5: Black women, again, exhibiting excellence. Ladies, my to you, my
- 9:38Speaker 5: hat tips. You are amazing.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Ta-da.
- 9:42Speaker 7: She got thousands of jobs. Word.
- 9:44Speaker 3: Fuck me. Oh, wow. So, mine is a little different.
- 9:53Speaker 3: When I grew up, I wanted to be like Carl
- 9:55Speaker 3: Anthony Payne. And the reason being, y'all know I love
- 10:00Speaker 3: people who are quietly successful and seem to be under
- 10:05Speaker 3: the radar at times. But when you really look at
- 10:08Speaker 3: their career, you understand just how iconic it is. And
- 10:12Speaker 3: different generations know him. Some people know him as Cockroach.
- 10:16Speaker 3: You know, and then other people know him from Martin.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Other people know him from even Young Dylan. Oh, my God. Yeah. Yeah.
- 10:25Speaker 3: So he's been in movies and everything, but just quietly
- 10:28Speaker 3: doing his thing. He and his wife have been married
- 10:30Speaker 3: for over 30 years. So that's just beautiful love right there.
- 10:34Speaker 3: And I have to say, at the age of 57,
- 10:37Speaker 3: if you've seen him lately. Is he 57? If you
- 10:40Speaker 3: see him lately, you'll be like, damn.
- 10:42Speaker 5: He still look like old.
- 10:43Speaker 13: He still looks like home.
- 10:46Speaker 3: He moisturizes and uses all the butters. All the butters.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Fine as wine. And just quiet about it. He's one
- 10:53Speaker 3: of those who comes out and he'll do an award
- 10:56Speaker 3: show here or there and you see him and you're like,
- 10:58Speaker 3: that's right. Damn. Which is funny versus some of the
- 11:03Speaker 3: other 90s icons who at the time were like the
- 11:06Speaker 3: sex symbols and now kind of aren't as much. I
- 11:10Speaker 3: think that with him it's just like he's just consistently
- 11:12Speaker 3: been just That dude. Like, he's always been that dude,
- 11:16Speaker 3: and we never even knew it, so I think that's cool.
- 11:18Speaker 5: Wow, how can you praise.
- 11:19Speaker 7: Did he still do the, um.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Uh, what's that circus, John? The black circus? Is he still, uh,
- 11:27Speaker 1: owner of that?
- 11:29Speaker 3: I'm not sure.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Because you know he was doing that for a little bit.
- 11:35Speaker 1: What's the damn name of the damn circus?
- 11:38Speaker 3: The black one?
- 11:41Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 11:42Speaker 15: The, uh.
- 11:44Speaker 3: I know what you're talking about.
- 11:45Speaker 7: And it had the little person.
- 11:47Speaker 3: It had soul in it, didn't it?
- 11:49Speaker 7: I think it came when it came to D.C. The
- 11:50Speaker 7: Soul Circus or something like that? I don't know.
- 11:54Speaker 5: According to Google, Carl Anthony Payne, I made a special
- 11:58Speaker 5: appearance in connection with the Universe Soul.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Circus during tour stops.
- 12:02Speaker 16: Yes.
- 12:02Speaker 3: There you go. Yep, that is what you were talking about.
- 12:05Speaker 8: Okay.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Well, isn't that great? And he's a short king, too.
- 12:13Speaker 5: Represent but you know I love how Elle was able
- 12:16Speaker 5: to show such praise but then like shoot all the
- 12:20Speaker 5: daggers cause everybody I know a few artists that felt
- 12:25Speaker 5: that whole some of y'all is out here struggling and.
- 12:29Speaker 3: I didn't go that far and I didn't say these
- 12:31Speaker 3: names I'm just saying.
- 12:33Speaker 5: Let's say names I think that there's some that you
- 12:39Speaker 5: know They were known as being like the pretty boys
- 12:41Speaker 5: or the sex symbol.
- 12:43Speaker 3: And over time, we're like, oh, okay. But when you
- 12:45Speaker 3: see him come out of retirement. Falling off stage. It's
- 12:47Speaker 3: like he comes out of hibernation now. Oh, my God. See? Nope.
- 12:52Speaker 10: Nope.
- 12:52Speaker 7: Well.
- 12:53Speaker 3: You're not dragging me to the abyss. Not this early.
- 12:55Speaker 5: Well, I mean.
- 12:55Speaker 3: Not this early.
- 12:56Speaker 5: If it were Lyric, it's up next. And I don't
- 12:58Speaker 5: ever know how these letters.
- 12:59Speaker 3: Are going to go.
- 13:00Speaker 7: But.
- 13:01Speaker 3: See, that's why you can't drag me down that far.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Just saying.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Because if I already starred in the gutter. Well, we'll
- 13:06Speaker 3: be right back.
- 13:09Speaker 17: In Uncle Tom's Cabin, Uncle Tom is not the sellout.
- 13:12Speaker 17: The sellout is Sambo. That's his name in the book.
- 13:15Speaker 17: And Sambo is one of the men who beat Uncle
- 13:17Speaker 17: Tom to death. Most people know Uncle Tom as the insult,
- 13:20Speaker 17: as the black person who helps white people hurt other
- 13:23Speaker 17: black people. But if you actually read the book, that's
- 13:26Speaker 17: not Tom.
- 13:27Speaker 3: At all.
- 13:28Speaker 17: So Harriet Beecher Stowe publishes Uncle Tom's Cabin in 1852.
- 13:31Speaker 17: And it sells around 300,000 copies in the U.S.
- 13:33Speaker 7: That first year.
- 13:37Speaker 17: Now, Tom is not some old man shuffling around trying
- 13:39Speaker 17: to make white folks happy.
- 13:41Speaker 3: He's strong.
- 13:41Speaker 7: He has a wife.
- 13:42Speaker 17: He has young children. Now, the man who owns him
- 13:44Speaker 17: gets into debt and basically sells him away from his family.
- 13:47Speaker 17: And eventually, Tom is sold off to Simon Legree in Louisiana.
- 13:51Speaker 17: And Legree is awful, man. He tries to turn Tom
- 13:55Speaker 17: into one of the men who keeps everybody else in line.
- 13:58Speaker 17: And at one point, a sick enslaved woman cannot pick
- 14:01Speaker 17: her quota. And Legree tells Tom to whip her. And
- 14:04Speaker 17: Tom says no. He basically tells Legree, you can work
- 14:08Speaker 17: me to death if you want to, but I'm not
- 14:10Speaker 17: going to beat her for you. So Legree beats him. Later,
- 14:14Speaker 17: two women, Cassie and Emmeline, escape. Tom knows where they
- 14:17Speaker 17: went and Legree knows that Tom knows. And he tells
- 14:20Speaker 17: Tom to give him up and Tom refuses. He knows
- 14:23Speaker 17: Legree can kill him for it, but he still says nothing.
- 14:26Speaker 17: So Legree has him beaten until he's dying. And the
- 14:29Speaker 17: two enslaved men that Legree uses to do that were
- 14:32Speaker 17: Sambo and Quimbo. So Tom refuses to whip another enslaved person.
- 14:37Speaker 17: He refuses to give up the two women that escaped.
- 14:39Speaker 17: Sambo and Quimbo are the ones that are carrying out
- 14:41Speaker 17: Legree's orders. And somehow Tom becomes the insult. So almost
- 14:46Speaker 17: immediately after the book is published, white theater companies start
- 14:50Speaker 17: turning it into stage shows. They do the whole bit,
- 14:53Speaker 17: blackface songs, comedy, dancing. You know the drill. And this
- 14:57Speaker 17: is where Tom starts changing. He gets older, more submissive,
- 15:01Speaker 17: more grateful. More like the version now that people think
- 15:04Speaker 17: of when they hear Uncle Tom. Some productions even cut
- 15:07Speaker 17: his death. Which is crazy because that's the part that
- 15:10Speaker 17: tells you exactly who this man is. By the late 1800s,
- 15:13Speaker 17: there were hundreds of these Tom shows. They were all
- 15:16Speaker 17: touring the country and this kept going well into the
- 15:18Speaker 17: 20th century. So for a lot of Americans, their version
- 15:21Speaker 17: of Tom didn't come from the book. This is why
- 15:24Speaker 17: it's important to read. Because their version came from a
- 15:26Speaker 17: white man in blackface. Now by the time Richard Wright
- 15:29Speaker 17: and James Baldwin are writing about Uncle Tom, They're not
- 15:32Speaker 17: dealing with the same version of Tom that readers met
- 15:35Speaker 17: in 1852. They're dealing with decades of blackface theater piled
- 15:39Speaker 17: on top of him. Richard Wright names his 1938 story
- 15:42Speaker 17: collection Uncle Tom's Children. And James Baldwin goes after Stowe's
- 15:47Speaker 17: novel in 1949's Everybody's Protest novel and says that Tom
- 15:51Speaker 17: had been robbed of his humanity and divested of his sex.
- 15:55Speaker 17: And Baldwin still had plenty to criticize in Stowe's book.
- 15:58Speaker 17: Her black characters are full of stereotypes. Tom's resistance is
- 16:02Speaker 17: written through Christian forgiveness. He dies forgiving Legree. And George Harris,
- 16:07Speaker 17: probably the most openly militant Black character in the book,
- 16:11Speaker 17: eventually ends up in Liberia. But the submissive old servant
- 16:14Speaker 17: that people had come to associate with the name was
- 16:17Speaker 17: already a stage creation. And by the 1960s, Uncle Tom
- 16:21Speaker 17: had become shorthand for a Black person serving white power
- 16:24Speaker 17: against Black people. And that meaning fits Sambo a whole
- 16:28Speaker 17: lot better than it fits Tom, doesn't it? Quick caveat,
- 16:32Speaker 17: if you didn't know that Uncle Tom is based off
- 16:33Speaker 17: of the true story of Josiah Henson, look him up.
- 16:36Speaker 17: He is incredible. I've done a video on him, so
- 16:39Speaker 17: look him up. So I say all that to say,
- 16:42Speaker 17: Uncle Tom became the insult for a Black person who
- 16:45Speaker 17: helps white people hurt other Black people. But that is Sambo.
- 16:51Speaker 17: Tom refuses to become Legree's enforcer. Sambo is the enforcer.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Words matter.
- 16:57Speaker 7: Let's get this right, y'all.
- 17:00Speaker 4: Maybe not what you should do, but definitely she would.
- 17:05Speaker 4: If it were Lyric.
- 17:06Speaker 7: What's up, you guys?
- 17:08Speaker 1: It's your girl, Miss Lyric, and I'm back with my segment,
- 17:10Speaker 1: If It Were Lyric, where I give my two cents
- 17:13Speaker 1: on your relationships, situationships, friendships, and everything in between.
- 17:17Speaker 7: If you want.
- 17:18Speaker 1: To have your story or advice answered on our podcast.
- 17:23Speaker 7: Please continue to send them to me on my Gmail.
- 17:27Speaker 1: At wherecorvado at gmail.com.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Thank you, guys.
- 17:32Speaker 5: I just flipped my bang.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Now, let's get into it.
- 17:39Speaker 3: You want me to read first?
- 17:41Speaker 7: You can.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Okay. It says.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Dear Lyric, Hey guys, I'm a long time listener, but
- 17:50Speaker 5: this is my first time actually attempting to interact with
- 17:53Speaker 5: you guys. I don't really know what to say here.
- 17:55Speaker 5: Then she said nice things. I, female 28, tried to
- 17:59Speaker 5: help out a friend, female 30, in a shitty situation.
- 18:04Speaker 5: And now they've been living in my house rent free
- 18:06Speaker 5: for almost half a year. This was a close friend
- 18:09Speaker 5: who has been living out of the country and had
- 18:12Speaker 5: issues maintaining their visa through no fault of their own.
- 18:16Speaker 5: They had been on the verge of becoming homeless when
- 18:18Speaker 5: I offered for them to stay with me before it
- 18:23Speaker 5: came to that. They have no money, no job, and
- 18:28Speaker 5: no vehicle. It's starting to put a strain on my
- 18:31Speaker 5: relationship with my husband because we have essentially been fully
- 18:35Speaker 5: paying for all of her food and living needs this
- 18:38Speaker 5: entire time. Every time I bring up different job opportunities
- 18:42Speaker 5: or ideas, She will break down crying or go completely nonverbal.
- 18:47Speaker 5: She hasn't been a bad house guest. She's consistently cleaning
- 18:51Speaker 5: my house, but I just can't keep supporting her forever
- 18:54Speaker 5: when me and my husband are trying to save money
- 18:56Speaker 5: to buy a house. So I guess my question is,
- 19:01Speaker 5: if it were you, how would you respond? What the
- 19:04Speaker 5: fuck do I even do here?
- 19:06Speaker 18: I don't.
- 19:07Speaker 5: I don't want to be a monster who lets her
- 19:09Speaker 5: friend become homeless because I genuinely feel like I'm losing
- 19:12Speaker 5: my mind about how to get her out of my
- 19:14Speaker 5: house without holding her hand through every process. And she said,
- 19:19Speaker 5: you can call me now. So, this comes from now.
- 19:22Speaker 7: Okay, now.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Well, let's start at... That is on you. First of all,
- 19:29Speaker 1: when you invite somebody into your.
- 19:30Speaker 7: House for what you say is a specific amount of time.
- 19:36Speaker 1: That should have came with terms and conditions, meaning a deadline,
- 19:40Speaker 1: meaning you need to do this, you need to do this,
- 19:44Speaker 1: you need to do this, I'm not going to do this, this, that,
- 19:46Speaker 1: and the third. You never said that.
- 19:50Speaker 7: To her.
- 19:50Speaker 1: You allowed her to stay in your house and you
- 19:53Speaker 1: didn't say, Hey, you need to get a job. This
- 19:57Speaker 1: is the condition of staying here. Like you just let
- 19:59Speaker 1: her stay there. And then you decided, Hey, you know,
- 20:03Speaker 1: we can't keep doing this, this, that, and the third.
- 20:05Speaker 7: So yeah, you need to give her a deadline.
- 20:08Speaker 1: You have until this date to get a job, or unfortunately,
- 20:13Speaker 1: we're going to have to make other arrangements.
- 20:17Speaker 5: You're going to have to make other arrangements.
- 20:19Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 20:20Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 20:21Speaker 7: Because guess what? Like, you've done your due diligence.
- 20:26Speaker 1: You, as a friend, reached out, let the person stay there,
- 20:29Speaker 1: and it seems to me like she's now taking advantage
- 20:31Speaker 1: of the situation.
- 20:32Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 20:33Speaker 1: She's not trying to get a job. She's not trying to...
- 20:37Speaker 1: you know, do other things to make her way out
- 20:41Speaker 1: of a bad situation.
- 20:43Speaker 7: You know?
- 20:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:45Speaker 1: And at some point, you got to take some initiative
- 20:51Speaker 1: for your own self because you're grown. And I know
- 20:54Speaker 1: that circumstances and life be life, but at the same time,
- 20:58Speaker 1: you got to learn how to pivot out of things
- 21:02Speaker 1: and move accordingly because you're grown as adults.
- 21:06Speaker 8: Hmm.
- 21:07Speaker 1: There are other resources that can help people in these situations.
- 21:13Speaker 1: If she's not taking the initiative, to me, it seems
- 21:17Speaker 1: like she's prolonging it because she doesn't want to or
- 21:21Speaker 1: something might be going on mentally with her and she's
- 21:25Speaker 1: using it as an excuse to.
- 21:28Speaker 5: Me a little bit.
- 21:29Speaker 1: But all in all, you need to have a conversation
- 21:32Speaker 1: with your friend because I think half of a year
- 21:35Speaker 1: is more than enough time for you to have gotten
- 21:39Speaker 1: your shit together and at least had a plan.
- 21:42Speaker 7: I agree.
- 21:43Speaker 5: People be going through stuff and you can be there
- 21:45Speaker 5: for them when they are going through them. But, I mean,
- 21:48Speaker 5: just keep in mind that, you know, sometimes your friends
- 21:51Speaker 5: need that little nudge. Be like, get up, nigga.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Like, get up.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Or a little kick out the motherfucking ass. Because at
- 21:57Speaker 1: this point, what are we, adopting a child?
- 22:00Speaker 7: We're not.
- 22:00Speaker 3: We're not. Okay.
- 22:02Speaker 7: Okay.
- 22:03Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 22:04Speaker 7: No, I can't do that. Six months is far.
- 22:09Speaker 3: I'm going to add in real quick. Also, when you
- 22:11Speaker 3: have that conversation, make sure you write everything down and
- 22:15Speaker 3: put it in writing and have it notarized. And the reason,
- 22:18Speaker 3: and I know it's going to sound petty and everything else,
- 22:21Speaker 3: but what happens is when you have these conversations, when
- 22:23Speaker 3: people start feeling like they're about to lose their shelter,
- 22:27Speaker 3: they start getting real crazy. And now this person has
- 22:29Speaker 3: like squatters rights because they've been in your house and
- 22:32Speaker 3: It's been understood. So make sure you have it written
- 22:34Speaker 3: that they've been there for six months rent-free. You're giving
- 22:37Speaker 3: them another three months to make their plans. But this
- 22:40Speaker 3: is how you package it. When you package it, you
- 22:42Speaker 3: tell them, look, I think that this will help when
- 22:44Speaker 3: you start looking for low-income housing and stuff. That way
- 22:47Speaker 3: they know that you already have a final date here
- 22:51Speaker 3: at this current place. This may put you up higher
- 22:54Speaker 3: on the list. This is in writing from the person
- 22:56Speaker 3: who owns the home, which is myself. And you put
- 22:59Speaker 3: it to them that way. They're like, oh. And it
- 23:01Speaker 3: seems like you're helping them get to the next step
- 23:04Speaker 3: when really you're helping them get the fuck out. Oh,
- 23:08Speaker 3: my God.
- 23:10Speaker 5: Oh, my God. That was like the most nicely rapped
- 23:13Speaker 5: get the fuck out I've ever heard.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Oh, that was wonderful. You eat my groceries for six months.
- 23:20Speaker 3: I'm not doing all that. Oh, my God. Six months? Oh,
- 23:22Speaker 3: my God. And then when I say go down to
- 23:24Speaker 3: McDonald's because they're hiring, you start crying?
- 23:26Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 23:27Speaker 3: I'm crying because you eat my food.
- 23:29Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 23:30Speaker 5: Yeah, if there's no effort shown on the person to
- 23:35Speaker 5: at least achieve work, like I really get it. Right now,
- 23:38Speaker 5: job markets are absolute shit. So I get that the
- 23:41Speaker 5: jobs ain't jobs in the way they used to job. However,
- 23:45Speaker 5: if there's no effort or... nothing there that does represent
- 23:50Speaker 5: a different barrier there and that's why again therapy is
- 23:53Speaker 5: important so that you can work through whatever that is
- 23:56Speaker 5: that you're going through and interpret those feelings to help
- 23:59Speaker 5: your life you know what i'm.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Saying good yep good okay next one.
- 24:07Speaker 1: All right so next one let's see this one wants
- 24:12Speaker 1: to be anonymous great all right I'm already afraid.
- 24:24Speaker 5: I'm sorry.
- 24:25Speaker 7: I didn't mean to sound shady.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Dear Larry, I'm in a relationship and I just found
- 24:33Speaker 1: out that I have been continuously cheated on the entire
- 24:38Speaker 1: time with multiple women. I'm talking about 12 different women
- 24:43Speaker 1: from random women to To people living in the same
- 24:48Speaker 1: building complex as me and people he has.
- 24:52Speaker 7: Met through friends.
- 24:54Speaker 5: So you don't have gay friends.
- 24:57Speaker 7: I am five months pregnant.
- 24:59Speaker 1: I have confronted him about it and he is incredibly emotional.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Lots of tears saying he loves me and he is
- 25:06Speaker 1: really sorry and he promises he won't do it again.
- 25:09Speaker 7: I don't know what to believe. He tells me all he.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Dreams of is having a normal relationship with me even
- 25:15Speaker 1: though he is the one that keeps screwing up. He
- 25:18Speaker 1: tells me I'm the one he wants and that he
- 25:20Speaker 1: doesn't care about the others. I'm finding it hard to
- 25:23Speaker 1: trust anything he says. I've done a lot in this relationship.
- 25:27Speaker 7: I'm the breadwinner. I support us both financially.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I cook and clean and be there for him. I
- 25:35Speaker 1: literally do everything for him. And I'm also, like I said,
- 25:38Speaker 1: five months pregnant. I can't help to feel that I'm
- 25:42Speaker 1: being used. What should I do?
- 25:44Speaker 7: Girl! I know you fucking lying to me.
- 25:48Speaker 3: You can't do shit about the truth.
- 25:49Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 25:51Speaker 3: Oh, no. What do you mean?
- 25:53Speaker 1: He been cheated on you for, like, your whole relationship
- 25:57Speaker 1: with 12 different joints.
- 25:59Speaker 7: Are you kidding me?
- 26:00Speaker 4: Girl, we love you.
- 26:01Speaker 7: And you take care of all the bills?
- 26:02Speaker 3: We love you.
- 26:03Speaker 7: And you're pregnant? And he does nothing?
- 26:08Speaker 5: Oh, no.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Girl, we love you, but no. What are you doing?
- 26:14Speaker 1: Girl, you don't kick that hobo sexual out the fuck.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Of your house. That's awful. That's awful.
- 26:20Speaker 5: That's an awful term. Why did y'all come up with
- 26:22Speaker 5: that term, by the way?
- 26:23Speaker 3: Who did this? It's time to get another written agreement.
- 26:28Speaker 5: He's a homosexual.
- 26:32Speaker 7: Hello?
- 26:34Speaker 1: He only wants you for your resources and what you
- 26:37Speaker 1: can do for him.
- 26:38Speaker 7: Financially.
- 26:40Speaker 1: And you got a roof. He got a free roof
- 26:42Speaker 1: over his head. He ain't got no responsibilities whatsoever.
- 26:46Speaker 7: He can do what the fuck he wants to do.
- 26:48Speaker 3: Which is fuck.
- 26:50Speaker 1: He's living life as a single man under your roof, girl.
- 26:54Speaker 7: Bye.
- 26:55Speaker 3: While you work. Just fucking while you work.
- 27:01Speaker 7: Pregnant with his seat.
- 27:05Speaker 1: How's he going to do his part as a man
- 27:08Speaker 1: and help take care of the... Girl, you already a
- 27:11Speaker 1: single mother and the baby's not here yet.
- 27:14Speaker 10: Oh.
- 27:15Speaker 19: Yikes.
- 27:18Speaker 16: I have to.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Be real today. It's Sunday.
- 27:21Speaker 1: I have to not lie on a Sunday.
- 27:25Speaker 5: That cut me. And I don't have children. That cut
- 27:30Speaker 5: me and I don't have children. Jesus. I got a swing.
- 27:34Speaker 3: I got a swing swipe. Yikes.
- 27:36Speaker 5: It's the truth.
- 27:39Speaker 7: That's awful. Where's the lie?
- 27:42Speaker 3: Cut your losses.
- 27:43Speaker 5: So since this is.
- 27:44Speaker 7: What's going on, let that.
- 27:48Speaker 1: man go and do things on your own because guess
- 27:52Speaker 1: what the the nicer side of it is you're already
- 27:55Speaker 1: used to doing everything by yourself anyway that's what you
- 27:59Speaker 1: said in your letter you support him which means you
- 28:02Speaker 1: can support yourself and your child as soon as you
- 28:05Speaker 1: eliminate him you do everything around the house already by
- 28:10Speaker 1: yourself he's just an extra problem Yeah.
- 28:14Speaker 7: Eliminate that problem and move on with your life because
- 28:17Speaker 7: guess what?
- 28:19Speaker 1: What's going to happen if he brings something home and
- 28:21Speaker 1: it affects your unborn child?
- 28:23Speaker 7: You're going to be ready to knife that man.
- 28:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Uh-uh.
- 28:28Speaker 7: Get that motherfucker out your house by any means necessary. Yeah.
- 28:32Speaker 7: The legal way.
- 28:34Speaker 1: And move on with your life. That is my advice
- 28:37Speaker 1: because what? I wish a motherfucker would.
- 28:40Speaker 7: Five months pregnant and you cheating and you ain't doing shit.
- 28:43Speaker 16: Mm-hmm.
- 28:44Speaker 7: Okay, y'all better than me. Anything to add?
- 28:48Speaker 5: Just come from a place of empathy also and be like,
- 28:51Speaker 5: you know what? It is hard out here and it's
- 28:53Speaker 5: scary to inherit. I mean, you're about to be in
- 28:57Speaker 5: charge of another human being and that's very heavy and
- 29:01Speaker 5: for you to already be alone as we pointed out
- 29:06Speaker 5: and we make it funny for you to laugh with
- 29:09Speaker 5: us at how silly it is but then we ultimately
- 29:12Speaker 5: want to bring you back to the fact You need
- 29:14Speaker 5: to move on. The reality is this. And start there.
- 29:20Speaker 5: And then speak again. I will recommend a therapist because
- 29:24Speaker 5: then that can help you.
- 29:25Speaker 3: Move through that shit.
- 29:29Speaker 5: But start there. This makes me feel this way because
- 29:33Speaker 5: I'm alone. This is why I feel alone. And then
- 29:36Speaker 5: take that with you to a therapist. Work through that
- 29:40Speaker 5: shit and do your best we love you and appreciate you.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Listening he gives narcissists too I mean I don't like
- 29:48Speaker 1: the fact that he told her he dreams of having
- 29:51Speaker 1: a normal relationship like what the fuck does that.
- 29:53Speaker 5: Even mean normal relationship what are you talking about he
- 29:56Speaker 5: didn't finish.
- 29:57Speaker 3: The sentence a normal relationship with Her finances. And her access.
- 30:02Speaker 3: And her resources. That's what he meant. Because he's full
- 30:06Speaker 3: of shit. I would say be strategic though. Be very
- 30:12Speaker 3: strategic at this time.
- 30:12Speaker 7: He don't want to be a fiance.
- 30:16Speaker 3: He want to be a finance.
- 30:18Speaker 17: Yes.
- 30:18Speaker 3: Like you about to have two whole dependents at the
- 30:23Speaker 3: house now. You know what I'm saying? Get rid of
- 30:26Speaker 3: one of them. And not the baby. Exactly. And I
- 30:31Speaker 3: am not talking about the baby.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Right.
- 30:34Speaker 3: I am not talking about the baby.
- 30:35Speaker 7: Some people are.
- 30:37Speaker 3: I mean, I'm not advising one way or the other.
- 30:40Speaker 3: I'm just saying, you're about to have two dependents. Get ready.
- 30:43Speaker 3: Because the fact that he's not working, yeah, he is
- 30:46Speaker 3: taking advantage of you. And that is never going to change.
- 30:48Speaker 3: Cut your losses. It is what it is. If Ciara
- 30:51Speaker 3: did it, you can too. Oh, ain't she?
- 30:55Speaker 7: She's pregnant again.
- 30:55Speaker 5: That's what I was about to say.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Baby number five. That's exactly what I was about to say.
- 30:59Speaker 5: They ain't doing nothing but fucking over there.
- 31:01Speaker 3: Jesus Christ.
- 31:03Speaker 5: All right. So how do we want to roll with
- 31:07Speaker 5: this transition? Do we want to, are we still trolling
- 31:11Speaker 5: the timeline? I had one, but are we going straight
- 31:14Speaker 5: to L-Train's Pauper Reef?
- 31:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:17Speaker 5: Which one are we doing?
- 31:18Speaker 3: We could. Either one. I'm fine.
- 31:22Speaker 5: You can decide and vote.
- 31:24Speaker 7: What?
- 31:25Speaker 3: Which one are we doing?
- 31:26Speaker 5: L-Train's Potpourri or Trolling the Timeline?
- 31:29Speaker 7: Let's go with L-Train.
- 31:32Speaker 5: Alright.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Let's get that potpourri brewing.
- 31:35Speaker 5: L-Train's Potpourri up next. Let him take out Los Angeles.
- 31:39Speaker 3: Let him take out San Diego.
- 31:41Speaker 9: This is a very small price to pay.
- 31:43Speaker 8: Are people really cheering as the president invited Iran to
- 31:46Speaker 8: attack U.S.
- 31:47Speaker 12: Soil?
- 31:47Speaker 8: Apparently, to Trump, 10 million American lives are a small
- 31:50Speaker 8: price to pay as long as they're in blue cities
- 31:52Speaker 8: like L.A.
- 31:52Speaker 7: And San Diego.
- 31:53Speaker 8: He's now facing huge backlash.
- 31:55Speaker 7: Many are comparing him to Lord Farquaad.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Some of you may die, but it's a sacrifice I
- 32:01Speaker 3: am willing to make.
- 32:03Speaker 8: It's not surprising Trump is willing to sacrifice ordinary Americans
- 32:06Speaker 8: for his own agenda. That's been his MO since the beginning.
- 32:08Speaker 8: But seeing so many people clapping for an attack on
- 32:12Speaker 8: fellow citizens shows how badly divided we are.
- 32:15Speaker 7: And that was by design.
- 32:16Speaker 8: Trump attacked blue states early and often in the beginning
- 32:18Speaker 8: of his second term to sow division. He withheld FEMA
- 32:21Speaker 8: disaster funds from blue states versus red states. In one case,
- 32:24Speaker 8: an aide had to show Trump that people voted for
- 32:25Speaker 8: him in California to convince him to approve wildfire aid.
- 32:28Speaker 8: He withheld federal funding from sanctuary states because they got
- 32:30Speaker 8: in the way of his mass ICE raids.
- 32:32Speaker 7: He sent in the National Guard, just to name a
- 32:34Speaker 7: few things.
- 32:35Speaker 8: It seemed to just be an attack on blue states,
- 32:37Speaker 8: but that was just the groundwork. The thing is, his
- 32:39Speaker 8: policies don't just hurt blue states. Everyone got hurt by tariffs.
- 32:43Speaker 8: Maha supporters are getting hurt with high rates of measles infections.
- 32:45Speaker 8: Data centers are destroying neighborhoods. National parks are being run down.
- 32:49Speaker 7: ICE is terrorizing communities.
- 32:50Speaker 8: This affects all of us, regardless of if you're red
- 32:52Speaker 8: or blue. In the less than two years he's been
- 32:54Speaker 8: in office, Trump has taken our health insurance, our food security,
- 32:57Speaker 8: our jobs, our education, our spending power, while he gets richer.
- 33:00Speaker 8: And the sad part is, the very people who are
- 33:02Speaker 8: cheering for him don't realize they're also on.
- 33:04Speaker 3: The chopping block.
- 33:05Speaker 12: So if you didn't think the November election mattered, just
- 33:09Speaker 12: consider what just happened. The President of the United States,
- 33:11Speaker 12: the same one who sent in The National Guard into
- 33:14Speaker 12: Los Angeles sent 700 active duty Marines to the second
- 33:19Speaker 12: largest city in the United States of America, just invited
- 33:22Speaker 12: Iran to take out Los Angeles and San Diego, where,
- 33:27Speaker 12: by the way, over 130,000 active duty personnel are stationed,
- 33:35Speaker 12: our best and the brightest. This is not only madness,
- 33:38Speaker 12: this is dangerous, and it's deranged. And the question is self-evident.
- 33:42Speaker 12: Where the hell is Congress? Where the hell are you,
- 33:45Speaker 12: Speaker Johnson? Marco Rubio, the great J.D. Vance, where is
- 33:49Speaker 12: your outrage?
- 33:51Speaker 5: Find a backbone.
- 33:52Speaker 12: Do your damn job. In the absence of that, it's
- 33:56Speaker 12: time for all of us to do our job. And
- 33:58Speaker 12: we'll do that. We're going to stand up this November,
- 34:00Speaker 12: and we're going to put an end to the presidency
- 34:03Speaker 12: of Donald Trump as we know it. We will take
- 34:06Speaker 12: this country back.
- 34:08Speaker 4: WRTR Real Talk Radio.
- 34:10Speaker 1: All right, y'all.
- 34:11Speaker 3: So welcome to L-Train's Pope Marie, and I'm titling this
- 34:14Speaker 3: one today, That's Not So Raven. So I'm just going
- 34:18Speaker 3: to go in and start. I know a lot of
- 34:20Speaker 3: y'all have heard what's going on with Raven and her
- 34:23Speaker 3: wife and everything else. And how there was that interview.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Did y'all see the interview with Kiki? I did. And
- 34:30Speaker 3: it's almost like she tried to check Kiki a little bit,
- 34:31Speaker 3: but Kiki wasn't happy. Don't apologize if Kiki has given
- 34:37Speaker 3: her very much like, I wasn't. I'm not. This is
- 34:43Speaker 3: going to be a quick breakdown of why we don't
- 34:45Speaker 3: like your wife. And are giving you a heavy side eye.
- 34:47Speaker 3: So let's talk about it. First off, Raven has a career.
- 34:52Speaker 3: And Kiki highlighted what all black people thought in that
- 34:54Speaker 3: interview when everything was going down. The problem is Raven's
- 34:57Speaker 3: biggest supporters right now are her fans. And they should
- 35:01Speaker 3: be fourth circle. When you think about your support line,
- 35:04Speaker 3: your fans should be the fourth line of support. It's
- 35:07Speaker 3: first you. You yourself are number one. Then your spouse,
- 35:11Speaker 3: if you have one. And then your family and friends
- 35:14Speaker 3: and your spouse is supposed to be above your family
- 35:16Speaker 3: and friends because they at home all the time with you.
- 35:19Speaker 3: So they know all the vulnerabilities, everything going on right
- 35:22Speaker 3: there and their family and friends. been fans but right
- 35:25Speaker 3: now it feels like we are the ones who have
- 35:29Speaker 3: adored and respected Raven way more than even her spouse
- 35:33Speaker 3: has so her spouse is out here doing these interviews
- 35:38Speaker 3: and it's so quick to talk about how she's done
- 35:40Speaker 3: this and well you know I didn't need Raven for
- 35:43Speaker 3: her money because when I think when we got together
- 35:46Speaker 3: I had more more than Raven shut the fuck up
- 35:48Speaker 3: we didn't ask you for all that bullshit Like, that's disrespectful.
- 35:52Speaker 3: That's real disrespectful. And it's giving pick-me-tees. Because you're the
- 35:56Speaker 3: Khloe that couldn't. You know what I mean? You're the
- 35:59Speaker 3: Paris that everybody passed on. And that's the problem. Because
- 36:04Speaker 3: I'm saying, like, she actually... Everybody is swinging knives. I'm
- 36:09Speaker 3: just saying, she.
- 36:09Speaker 7: Not the Paris everybody passed on!
- 36:14Speaker 3: She wants to be that girl. Because she hangs in
- 36:17Speaker 3: those circles and everybody's looking at her like, girl, we
- 36:20Speaker 3: don't fuck with you. We don't know you. You're not
- 36:24Speaker 3: that important. You know what I mean? And it's clear
- 36:27Speaker 3: when she's Googled. Because if you Googled her, what you're
- 36:31Speaker 3: best known for is being married to Raven-Symoné. What your
- 36:35Speaker 3: second best known for is your podcast with Raven Simone. Girl,
- 36:40Speaker 3: you are the best. After that, you were an executive
- 36:43Speaker 3: assistant and did a couple of other things. Now, yeah,
- 36:46Speaker 3: do you come from money? Wonderful. Did you do anything
- 36:49Speaker 3: for it? No. Did you do anything to maintain it?
- 36:51Speaker 1: No.
- 36:52Speaker 3: So we don't care who you are. I think her
- 36:54Speaker 3: name is Miranda or Maureen. We'll get to that later.
- 36:57Speaker 3: It doesn't even matter. So this is the thing. Raven
- 37:00Speaker 3: has not had a bad decade yet. She's had The
- 37:04Speaker 3: Cosby Show, Hanging with Mr. Cooper, Dr. Doolittle, The View, Black-ish,
- 37:09Speaker 3: That's So Raven, which was at the time a headlining
- 37:11Speaker 3: Disney show, and Cheetah Girls, and so many other movies
- 37:15Speaker 3: and albums and things else. Remember, that's what little girls
- 37:17Speaker 3: are made of? That's what little girls are made of.
- 37:19Speaker 5: It doesn't make even sense.
- 37:21Speaker 3: At one point, Raven was worth more than an Olsen twin.
- 37:25Speaker 3: At one point at the height of her career.
- 37:28Speaker 16: Right.
- 37:28Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying? Like that's that's big. And
- 37:31Speaker 3: this is the problem. This is the problem for us.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Like we look at people like Samuel Jackson and his
- 37:37Speaker 3: wife and how how they prop each other up when
- 37:40Speaker 3: one of them could be the star. You think about
- 37:42Speaker 3: Paulette and Denzel and when Paulette is doing something. Denzel
- 37:47Speaker 3: is in the background. As big of a star as
- 37:49Speaker 3: he is, he is not there to answer questions about
- 37:52Speaker 3: his career because it's all about Paulette that night. And
- 37:54Speaker 3: that is sexy. That is support. That is what we're
- 37:57Speaker 3: looking for you to do with Raven. But you don't
- 38:00Speaker 3: want to do that. And that's why we side-eye you.
- 38:02Speaker 3: That's why we don't like you. Exactly. That's why we
- 38:06Speaker 3: don't like you. And understand, this isn't because you're white.
- 38:10Speaker 3: Because the way Tom Holland looks at Zendaya, I will say...
- 38:15Speaker 3: I look at that love right there and I'm like,
- 38:17Speaker 3: that's beautiful. That's beautiful. Yeah. I mean, whether you wanted
- 38:23Speaker 3: her to be with a black man or not or
- 38:24Speaker 3: him to be with a white girl or not, whatever,
- 38:26Speaker 3: however you look at it, Tom Holland and Zendaya are
- 38:29Speaker 3: in love and it is organic and it is supportive.
- 38:32Speaker 3: And when you have two people who are huge superstars
- 38:35Speaker 3: and are willing to take the backseat for their spouse
- 38:38Speaker 3: at the time that they need to, that shows love
- 38:41Speaker 3: and it shows support. And that's how we want our
- 38:43Speaker 3: people to be supported.
- 38:43Speaker 4: Nothing to do.
- 38:44Speaker 7: Well, I'll say this.
- 38:46Speaker 11: Hold on.
- 38:47Speaker 7: Because there's white and then there's get out white.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what she is.
- 38:53Speaker 7: And she's on the.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Get out white thing. She got Raven talking about her
- 39:01Speaker 1: character wasn't black.
- 39:04Speaker 3: Yeah, imagine them if they were green.
- 39:07Speaker 5: What the fuck are you talking about, lady? That did
- 39:10Speaker 5: not make sense to me.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Here's the clip.
- 39:12Speaker 11: Like you didn't know about Raven's legacy.
- 39:14Speaker 20: Yeah, because I didn't watch it growing up. And that
- 39:17Speaker 20: was the only thing. I hadn't watched it growing up,
- 39:19Speaker 20: but I watched it as an adult and as her
- 39:21Speaker 20: wife and whatever.
- 39:23Speaker 14: But that was where... Is that hard for you? Because
- 39:27Speaker 14: this is what I'll say. I'll go ahead and say
- 39:29Speaker 14: what people say. is white, black, rich, poor, raven, everybody
- 39:35Speaker 14: knows raven. So I think it's very hard for people
- 39:38Speaker 14: to be like, so you just never turned on the.
- 39:40Speaker 11: Disney channel in 2001?
- 39:41Speaker 16: You never turned on the Disney channel in 1999?
- 39:44Speaker 7: You know, you never seen.
- 39:50Speaker 14: Natin Raven-Symoné. You know, it's like, it's really, I'm sure
- 39:56Speaker 14: it's like a weird thing, right? Because, you know, maybe
- 39:58Speaker 14: it's like people say, oh, it's because, you know, you black.
- 40:01Speaker 14: But actually, no, because everybody know Raven-Symoné. And so to that,
- 40:08Speaker 14: what do you then say?
- 40:09Speaker 20: I'm not saying I didn't know her.
- 40:11Speaker 15: Never said she didn't know me.
- 40:12Speaker 20: This is where people are getting confused. watching a show
- 40:15Speaker 20: is different than knowing someone exists. I just wasn't running
- 40:18Speaker 20: home to sit down to tune into that. So Raven,
- 40:21Speaker 20: I knew who Raven was my sister. I'm 38 also.
- 40:24Speaker 20: So like a little bit outside of maybe the, the
- 40:27Speaker 20: targeted viewership, but my sister for who's five years younger
- 40:31Speaker 20: than me, she watched it. So it would be in
- 40:33Speaker 20: the background of my house. I just wasn't so honed
- 40:35Speaker 20: into it that I could say, Oh no, I'm a
- 40:39Speaker 20: diehard fan. Like I was, let's say for example, with,
- 40:41Speaker 20: I don't know, like Sex and the City.
- 40:42Speaker 11: That I was watching.
- 40:43Speaker 13: She was watching Sex and the City at the time
- 40:45Speaker 13: that she was supposed to be watching kids' shows.
- 40:47Speaker 5: That's the difference, too.
- 40:47Speaker 14: But I mean, that's so many of us. I was
- 40:50Speaker 14: watching older shows, too. Why was I watching real sex
- 40:52Speaker 14: on HBO? Because it was so good.
- 40:54Speaker 11: It was very informative. It was very informative.
- 40:58Speaker 14: But I'm happy that you could say that and at
- 41:00Speaker 14: least break that down because, again, everything gets so compressed.
- 41:03Speaker 15: So it's important to say because people assume... people were
- 41:07Speaker 15: assuming that's what you meant.
- 41:09Speaker 7: Right.
- 41:09Speaker 20: And I never meant that. And I think that's where something, again,
- 41:13Speaker 20: it becomes the game of telephone where one idea gets
- 41:15Speaker 20: taken and it's blown up. And then all of a
- 41:17Speaker 20: sudden it's like, you know, you don't like and you.
- 41:19Speaker 11: Disrespect your wife.
- 41:20Speaker 13: But I think it's also a thing of people.
- 41:23Speaker 5: It gets racial too.
- 41:24Speaker 13: It's always racial, especially in our relationship, which is really
- 41:27Speaker 13: sad because I thought that we weren't.
- 41:29Speaker 8: Anyway.
- 41:31Speaker 13: But my situation that I want to say is, I
- 41:34Speaker 13: have never dated someone who was a fan. So I
- 41:38Speaker 13: will never marry someone who's a fan. I've been in
- 41:40Speaker 13: relationships with people that knew me and didn't watch me before.
- 41:45Speaker 13: I just didn't tell you guys about it because to
- 41:48Speaker 13: me goes back to the beginning of this podcast, which
- 41:51Speaker 13: we talked about sex.
- 41:52Speaker 7: And getting turned on.
- 41:53Speaker 13: I'm not turned on by those who fangirl out about me.
- 41:57Speaker 14: I've never dated a fan either. You can't do it.
- 42:00Speaker 14: Like you said, they know my work. They might have
- 42:03Speaker 14: one that's like, I love so-and-so. But it was never
- 42:07Speaker 14: like I secretly went to their room and it was like,
- 42:10Speaker 14: J-14 magazine.
- 42:11Speaker 5: Yeah, that does not make sense because at the end
- 42:15Speaker 5: of the day, you— It was everything about Raven from
- 42:21Speaker 5: her having that little offbeat Beyonce thing because they didn't
- 42:24Speaker 5: want to get sued by to her depicting herself as
- 42:29Speaker 5: a black grandma to like even the show. Didn't they
- 42:32Speaker 5: have an episode where she was bad?
- 42:35Speaker 10: Like.
- 42:36Speaker 5: She had a vision that somebody.
- 42:38Speaker 3: Was saying, like, nigga or something. Yes.
- 42:41Speaker 11: Yes.
- 42:42Speaker 1: So, this is the episode that everybody's talking about and
- 42:45Speaker 1: why everybody is side-eyeing Raven. Because her character.
- 42:49Speaker 7: Was absolutely black.
- 42:51Speaker 3: Okay. Absolutely.
- 42:52Speaker 7: So, her friend, I think her name was Chelsea or something.
- 42:55Speaker 1: I was way too old to be watching that shit.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Her white friend and Raven were going into, like, a
- 43:03Speaker 1: store together.
- 43:05Speaker 7: To work, like a clothing store. They had both applied.
- 43:08Speaker 7: Raven had more experience than the white friend.
- 43:13Speaker 5: I do remember this episode.
- 43:15Speaker 3: I watched this.
- 43:16Speaker 7: I did.
- 43:17Speaker 5: I watched this.
- 43:19Speaker 7: Yes, and then the.
- 43:20Speaker 3: Supervisor who owned the store.
- 43:22Speaker 7: Was telling the white friend to watch the black customers.
- 43:26Speaker 1: And so Raven dressed up as like an old man
- 43:29Speaker 1: or something like that.
- 43:30Speaker 3: An old white man?
- 43:30Speaker 1: And went into the store, an old black man. And
- 43:33Speaker 1: was harassed. She, like, went undercover or something and was
- 43:37Speaker 1: harassed in the store. And that was the whole episode. So,
- 43:41Speaker 1: what do you mean her character wasn't black?
- 43:46Speaker 7: I'm so.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Like, girl!
- 43:49Speaker 3: Every time Raven gets an opportunity to not be black,
- 43:52Speaker 3: she finds a way to. She's either dark white... Look
- 43:56Speaker 3: at us as if we were green. We weren't black
- 43:59Speaker 3: or African. Come on, girl.
- 44:01Speaker 1: She didn't used to do that, though.
- 44:03Speaker 7: I think she's being influenced by that lady.
- 44:06Speaker 5: Okay. Just take a step aside with me. No, I'm
- 44:12Speaker 5: not defending her or anything. But what I'm saying is
- 44:15Speaker 5: imagine being raised in that environment where you're told who
- 44:20Speaker 5: you are and what to do versus Being on the
- 44:25Speaker 5: outside with the rest of us. To see the impact
- 44:28Speaker 5: that you make. And the space that you hold. Along
- 44:33Speaker 5: with that responsibility. Imagine having that weight. But not even
- 44:38Speaker 5: knowing that you have to carry it.
- 44:40Speaker 3: Or that you are carrying it.
- 44:42Speaker 5: I'm not defending her. But what I'm saying is that
- 44:45Speaker 5: we've seen this girl. Or this woman at this point.
- 44:49Speaker 5: We've seen her on multiple occasions. make a lot of
- 44:54Speaker 5: us go, ooh, that was a swing.
- 44:57Speaker 3: Like, what do you mean?
- 44:58Speaker 5: But this is repeated. So then this is more of
- 45:03Speaker 5: not even knowing who you are.
- 45:06Speaker 1: At some point, we got to stop using that as
- 45:09Speaker 1: an excuse.
- 45:10Speaker 7: Let's not act like she hasn't been around great black women.
- 45:13Speaker 3: Oh, true. She has. I'm somewhere in the middle.
- 45:18Speaker 1: Honestly, Felicia Rashad used to mentor her.
- 45:21Speaker 3: That's one of the greatest black actresses in Hollywood.
- 45:24Speaker 7: Underrated.
- 45:25Speaker 5: That's true. It was because she was an adult child.
- 45:43Speaker 3: Very early on.
- 45:43Speaker 5: They put that on her. They pushed her identity. And
- 45:47Speaker 5: what I'm saying, I'm not giving her an excuse because
- 45:51Speaker 5: she's very much so held accountable for her own actions
- 45:54Speaker 5: and how they impact the community. That's her responsibility to know.
- 45:58Speaker 5: But to not know that you need to know is
- 46:01Speaker 5: a problem in and of itself, is all I'm saying.
- 46:03Speaker 7: What's the difference between her and Kiki's?
- 46:06Speaker 3: Success. I would say success and I will say that
- 46:10Speaker 3: and the machine behind their success. And the only reason
- 46:13Speaker 3: I say that is because when and I appreciate your
- 46:17Speaker 3: empathy today, Marcus, because I don't necessarily have as much
- 46:20Speaker 3: all the time. But I will say, thinking about that,
- 46:25Speaker 3: looking at all the Disney kids who are white and
- 46:27Speaker 3: just completely lost it. Just like Lindsay Lohan, crash and burn.
- 46:31Speaker 3: Amanda Barnes, crash and burn. All these people who just,
- 46:34Speaker 3: when you look at their career, they were on top
- 46:37Speaker 3: and then they were nothing. I don't want to say nothing,
- 46:40Speaker 3: but they lost their mind. A lot of them have
- 46:43Speaker 3: done that. And this is going to sound... Contradictory to
- 46:46Speaker 3: what I'm saying, but if the only thing we gave
- 46:50Speaker 3: up from Raven is her... I'm glad that she's still
- 46:54Speaker 3: amongst us, able to work, able to be coherent. I
- 46:58Speaker 3: wish she would be able to get over this. That's
- 47:00Speaker 3: why I'm side-eyeing her versus convicting her. Because I feel
- 47:03Speaker 3: like it's nice to at least see a Disney kid still...
- 47:07Speaker 3: be okay. Like, we know she's not okay in the
- 47:10Speaker 3: sense of overall, sis. You got some identity issues. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 47:15Speaker 1: I said that as far as her responsibility to owning
- 47:20Speaker 1: her blackness.
- 47:21Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 47:21Speaker 7: What's the difference between Raven's story... uh and kiki's story
- 47:28Speaker 7: they both.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Started in hollywood young that's why i said i don't
- 47:32Speaker 1: i can't accept that as as anything because kiki very
- 47:36Speaker 1: much so i'm a proud black woman this that and
- 47:38Speaker 1: the third raven didn't start dip down this thing follow
- 47:42Speaker 1: it raven didn't start down this this until she got
- 47:46Speaker 1: with that lady.
- 47:47Speaker 3: So were her and the lady together during the view
- 47:50Speaker 3: because i know she was talking that craziness during the
- 47:51Speaker 3: view so That's what I'm thinking. The other side of
- 47:54Speaker 3: that to me is, I don't know if it.
- 47:56Speaker 7: She was dating, and she was dating predominantly white women.
- 48:00Speaker 3: Oh, no. True, true. She was. And I think a
- 48:06Speaker 3: lot of that sometimes is access. I can't say white women. Oh, no.
- 48:12Speaker 3: They hate that. You are going to get us shut down.
- 48:16Speaker 3: I'm going to say it's access.
- 48:19Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 48:19Speaker 3: Okay. Sorry.
- 48:23Speaker 5: I'm angry this week. I'm empathy too, but anyway.
- 48:29Speaker 3: Not about me. Oh, sorry. The potpourri is still brewing.
- 48:32Speaker 3: My bad. No, no. So it's good. All right, cool.
- 48:36Speaker 3: But back to her, I just feel like at this point,
- 48:40Speaker 3: when we look at the fact that she was a
- 48:42Speaker 3: doula and an executive assistant and a social media manager
- 48:45Speaker 3: prior to this, we don't know who you are, Miranda.
- 48:49Speaker 3: And It would be nice if we saw you giving
- 48:53Speaker 3: that support to someone like your wife, who you are with,
- 49:00Speaker 3: as opposed to feeling like every single time y'all do
- 49:02Speaker 3: an interview, you're the hater in the relationship, and you
- 49:04Speaker 3: really just want to be the one out front. And
- 49:07Speaker 3: you still have not provided anything substantial to us as
- 49:10Speaker 3: to why we would even want you out front, because
- 49:11Speaker 3: we don't like you. We don't enjoy you, we don't
- 49:14Speaker 3: like your commentary, and we don't want you around. And
- 49:17Speaker 3: we don't like the fact that you do not support
- 49:18Speaker 3: this black icon who actually... a career that if anybody
- 49:22Speaker 3: looked at her career, anybody from the movies, the people
- 49:25Speaker 3: that she's worked with and everything, as a black woman
- 49:28Speaker 3: to do all of that, and she's done all of
- 49:29Speaker 3: that before 40. Like, that is iconic, which is why we,
- 49:34Speaker 3: to you, Miss Miranda, we do not like you. we
- 49:38Speaker 3: will not like you until you get your shit together
- 49:40Speaker 3: or leave. Because at this point we feel like you're
- 49:43Speaker 3: not contributing to anything of the wellbeing of Raven and
- 49:46Speaker 3: to Raven, to Raven Simone, the celebrity, the star that
- 49:51Speaker 3: we've always enjoyed. We will, we will continue to, and
- 49:54Speaker 3: we will continue to celebrate what you have done, even
- 49:57Speaker 3: though you won't as a black woman and to Raven Simone.
- 50:00Speaker 17: Yay.
- 50:01Speaker 3: We're going to continue to side either fuck out of
- 50:03Speaker 3: you until you come out of this coma.
- 50:05Speaker 21: Oh, I don't think I don't think her I don't
- 50:11Speaker 21: think her hair is long enough to drag or tear
- 50:14Speaker 21: off like this okay so Patches hopefully everything works out
- 50:18Speaker 21: for you yeah Patches we're open for you girl we are.
- 50:23Speaker 3: We are rooting for you because you are royalty raven
- 50:26Speaker 3: we are.
- 50:28Speaker 5: Like you just don't know but maybe take if you know.
- 50:32Speaker 3: Just blink twice oh God.
- 50:36Speaker 7: Hello.
- 50:37Speaker 3: Trolling the timeline. I'm next.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Be careful around them teacups. And those silver spoons.
- 50:43Speaker 7: Just saying.
- 50:44Speaker 3: That's why they have a no flash policy.
- 50:47Speaker 7: Hello.
- 50:49Speaker 19: I've been working the nine to five for more than
- 50:51Speaker 19: half the time I've been alive. Paying somebody's Uncle Sam
- 50:56Speaker 19: because he's no uncle of mine.
- 50:59Speaker 11: For 20 years, I say that's a long damn time.
- 51:05Speaker 19: Putting my dreams on hold to build yours just to
- 51:08Speaker 19: get my foot in a barely open door, bringing my
- 51:12Speaker 19: creative ideas to the table, helping you keep your department stable,
- 51:15Speaker 19: coming early, staying late to only.
- 51:17Speaker 11: Get a 15-minute lunch break.
- 51:22Speaker 19: I got cramps, back pain, and heavy bleeding, but you
- 51:27Speaker 19: want me to smile and attend this stupid-ass staff meeting, bruh.
- 51:35Speaker 11: This could have been an email.
- 51:42Speaker 19: I'm unfazed by your little 50 cent raise. See, I
- 51:46Speaker 19: got big bills that got to get big paid. Want
- 51:49Speaker 19: me to do the maximum or minimum wage. And when
- 51:52Speaker 19: I'm ready to go, you need two weeks for me
- 51:56Speaker 19: to let you know. But after three years, it only
- 51:58Speaker 19: took two seconds to let me go. Two years later,
- 52:04Speaker 19: you want me back. Like, are you dumb?
- 52:06Speaker 11: Said you might win some, but you.
- 52:10Speaker 4: So.
- 52:15Speaker 19: I say I was a pretty good friend to you.
- 52:20Speaker 19: Keeping in contact the way friends are supposed to. We
- 52:24Speaker 19: go way back. Knew you since we were kids. Grew
- 52:27Speaker 19: so close, we start to call each other twin.
- 52:30Speaker 11: Remembered your birthday. I mean, we are the same sign.
- 52:33Speaker 11: But clearly, we.
- 52:34Speaker 19: Wasn't on the same type of time. See, I was
- 52:36Speaker 19: next to you at the lowest CLO. Shed light on
- 52:40Speaker 19: your darkness just to help you grow. Gave you clean
- 52:43Speaker 19: clothes and a place to lay your head. When you
- 52:46Speaker 19: slept on your dreams, I helped you stay woke instead.
- 52:50Speaker 19: Listen to your secrets and never did I judge when
- 52:53Speaker 19: I told you things had changed between us. You didn't budge.
- 52:57Speaker 19: Throwing subs, you didn't think that I was gonna catch.
- 52:59Speaker 19: You really wore your true colors, but your shoes didn't match.
- 53:08Speaker 19: Y'all gotta chill. Never been one to brag about what
- 53:16Speaker 19: I've done, cause that's wack. Just make sure you clean
- 53:19Speaker 19: the knife after you take it out my back. Cause
- 53:22Speaker 19: I know where I stood when it's all said and done.
- 53:24Speaker 19: Said you might win some, but you just lost one.
- 53:28Speaker 8: Three.
- 53:28Speaker 19: There's a lot of people that lost me, so.
- 53:40Speaker 11: Damn, you took a lot out of me.
- 53:44Speaker 19: I showed you I loved you and you still doubted me.
- 53:49Speaker 19: Gaslighting and projecting your insecurities at this big age, you
- 53:53Speaker 19: still ain't reached maturity? You asked for my whole heart
- 54:00Speaker 19: as if I was a donor. You must think that
- 54:02Speaker 19: I'm a Simpsons kind of like Homer. Why would I
- 54:05Speaker 19: give you something you can't handle when every other day you.
- 54:10Speaker 11: Flip flop like a sandal?
- 54:13Speaker 19: Everything is great and then you got my mind thinking
- 54:15Speaker 19: how to get away with murder because this feels like
- 54:18Speaker 19: a scandal. always tripping and you love the vacation. Pockets
- 54:24Speaker 19: say you rich but got poor communication.
- 54:26Speaker 16: No.
- 54:38Speaker 19: You were always tripping and you love the vacation. Pockets
- 54:41Speaker 19: say you rich but got poor communication. You was on
- 54:45Speaker 19: that bull and you played like 23, baby. You gonna
- 54:48Speaker 19: always lose when you play against me. See, my cutoff
- 54:51Speaker 19: game is crazy. See, my cutoff game is crazy. One
- 54:58Speaker 19: thing that's not considered is I do it to the
- 55:00Speaker 19: people that be handing me the scissors. I spun the
- 55:03Speaker 19: block for you and I don't give second chances. And
- 55:06Speaker 19: you knew that about.
- 55:07Speaker 11: Me yet you still took me for granted.
- 55:12Speaker 3: But I'm no longer yours.
- 55:13Speaker 19: I'm on to the next one. Said you might win some,
- 55:16Speaker 19: but you.
- 55:18Speaker 11: Just lost one.
- 55:19Speaker 10: Home.
- 55:19Speaker 3: Time to troll.
- 55:20Speaker 5: All right, Blacks, we're back. It's time to troll this timeline.
- 55:24Speaker 9: Okay.
- 55:25Speaker 5: Got one this week because I've purposefully been distracting myself
- 55:31Speaker 5: because y'all are fuck awful out here. Oh, wow. Nothing
- 55:34Speaker 5: makes sense out here. But let's talk about y'all's president
- 55:38Speaker 5: offering bribes. And telling people to cheat. What do you mean?
- 55:44Speaker 5: On national TV, according to USA Today, headline, Trump floats $ 5, 000
- 55:50Speaker 5: checks if the Republicans win.
- 55:53Speaker 3: Ain't that a bribe? What do you mean?
- 55:55Speaker 7: It definitely is a bribe.
- 55:57Speaker 5: So, we're going over to the article and it says,
- 56:02Speaker 5: from Washington, D.C., President Donald Trump made the extraordinary pledge
- 56:06Speaker 5: to give every American adult $ 5, 000 to If Republicans retain
- 56:11Speaker 5: control of the House and Senate in the midterm elections,
- 56:14Speaker 5: sparking immediate backlash from Democrats and anybody else with ears.
- 56:24Speaker 5: Who likened the offer to a bribe? Like, what do
- 56:27Speaker 5: you mean? And people are out here... cheering um here's
- 56:31Speaker 5: the video from tick tock where he urges he makes
- 56:36Speaker 5: them take this pledge of a trumpets or something and
- 56:42Speaker 5: they're gonna vote.
- 56:43Speaker 3: Yes did you did you did you see.
- 56:45Speaker 9: It and here is my promise if the republicans win
- 56:49Speaker 9: the house of representatives and the united states senate both
- 56:53Speaker 9: of them because of our economic tremendous economic success I
- 56:59Speaker 9: will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the
- 57:03Speaker 9: United States.
- 57:03Speaker 3: Of America for $ 5, 000.
- 57:05Speaker 9: It will be called the Trump dividend.
- 57:12Speaker 3: Very much like.
- 57:15Speaker 5: A successful company will.
- 57:16Speaker 9: Do a cash distribution.
- 57:18Speaker 3: To its shareholders.
- 57:20Speaker 5: What are we talking about? Like, what are we talking about?
- 57:24Speaker 5: You can't bribe people and go $ 5, 000 to every American citizen.
- 57:30Speaker 5: Not to mention the fact, where's that $ 2, 000 that you
- 57:33Speaker 5: promised everybody? And, like, nobody's seen any return on investment, sir.
- 57:39Speaker 5: And here we are at the midterms. Middle of your term.
- 57:43Speaker 5: Meaning you had two full years of terror. You've had it.
- 57:50Speaker 5: And you choose this now opportunity to what? You're doing nothing.
- 57:55Speaker 5: I don't like it here.
- 57:59Speaker 3: I don't like the ones who believe it. Like there's
- 58:03Speaker 3: people who are out like they're cheering like seals. Like, oh,
- 58:06Speaker 3: that's great. You ain't got a dividend check, a doge check,
- 58:10Speaker 3: tariff check. Ain't got anything yet. Like he got bad
- 58:15Speaker 3: credit with y'all. He got bad credit. Stop offering him credit.
- 58:20Speaker 3: Is that why he got all these bankruptcies? Giving him
- 58:22Speaker 3: all this voting credit. Oh, well, he's going to do
- 58:25Speaker 3: it when he gets back. No. No. Okay.
- 58:29Speaker 7: Well.
- 58:31Speaker 3: Well, okay.
- 58:32Speaker 5: That's all I got for mine this week. That's the
- 58:35Speaker 5: only thing that I really even remotely paid attention to.
- 58:39Speaker 5: I've been watching the backlash that people have been talking
- 58:43Speaker 5: about and Everybody's questioning whether or not it's under the
- 58:49Speaker 5: freedom of speech amendment or if it's a bribe. So
- 58:53Speaker 5: people are acting like we in the upside down and
- 58:56Speaker 5: I'm kind of over it. Anywho, who's up?
- 58:59Speaker 3: I got a light and funny one. Okay. Okay, so
- 59:05Speaker 3: have you seen everything going on with Remy Ma now?
- 59:08Speaker 3: I have not. Yeah, so... her papoose.
- 59:11Speaker 7: Oh, my God.
- 59:12Speaker 3: Our trading shots. You know, I feel like Remy had
- 59:17Speaker 3: this together in the beginning, but it's kind of unraveling
- 59:21Speaker 3: a little bit for me. I know. And I'm rooting
- 59:24Speaker 3: for Remy, but oof, oof. Yeah. Like now she's, her
- 59:28Speaker 3: and Clarissa are going back and forth, which makes no
- 59:32Speaker 3: sense because like she should, they just shouldn't even be
- 59:36Speaker 3: back and forth with each other. And now Papoose put out,
- 59:41Speaker 3: did you see the Jezebel video?
- 59:43Speaker 7: I saw a little bit of it.
- 59:46Speaker 3: Okay.
- 59:46Speaker 7: I'll tell you right now why Remy Ma is going
- 59:49Speaker 7: back and forth. Did you catch those receipts?
- 59:52Speaker 3: Okay.
- 59:52Speaker 1: Why was that lady all in her motherfucking inbox.
- 59:56Speaker 7: Years before she got with her husband?
- 59:59Speaker 3: Which one?
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: Because they're still technically married. Clarissa, the boxer.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: No, no, allegedly the receipts were posted.
- 1:00:08Speaker 10: Yikes. Ouch.
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: Oh, I believe it.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: And, um.
- 1:00:11Speaker 7: You're complimenting her. You're doing all this, that, and the third.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: You're trying to find out who her stylist is. I mean,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: Carissa was all up Remy Ma's ass.
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: Did you see those tats?
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: I didn't see those.
- 1:00:24Speaker 16: See?
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: Okay, cool, cool, cool.
- 1:00:26Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: I gotta see those.
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: You were all up her ass, right?
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: But it didn't... Now, you calling her all types of
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: ugly bitches.
- 1:00:37Speaker 7: You just mad because that's my man. My man, my man,
- 1:00:41Speaker 7: my man, girl. They're still technically married.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: And the only reason why they're still married is because
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Papoose won't sign their motherfucking papers.
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: Exactly, exactly.
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: So while you're.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: Mad at the wife, you need to be mad at
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: your nigga. Because why the fuck you won't sign the
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: divorce papers? That's why Remy won't shut up. I'd be mad, too,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: if a nigga was holding me hostage.
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: I will never shut up.
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: So why do you think he's doing it, then? Because
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: it sounds like he, because after Jezebel.
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: He thinks he's entitled to her coin. That's why.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: Okay, well, let's talk about that, then, though. Let's talk. Well,
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: I'm just saying.
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: Yes, let's.
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: It and i'm not talking about a man from a
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: manager standpoint however did it's been said that he was
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: her ghostwriter and if that's the case and he was
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: her ghostwriter writing that then he should get publishing or
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: there should i don't i don't know if it was
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: one of those like pillow time agreements that occurred and
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: now he's like you remember when when i wrote what's
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: the name and when i wrote that other way i
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: don't know guess.
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: What None of that shit's going to hold up.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: At all. Absolutely not. Right, right.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: As a girl with a music business degree, I can
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: tell you to fuck.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, I'm sure.
- 1:01:59Speaker 7: You can fuck all you want, bitch.
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: Your honor.
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: Your honor.
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: Not on paper and not in an agreement.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Anywhere that can be found on the face of God.
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: Your honor, we was doing it doggy style, your honor, though.
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: We was doing it doggy style with my leg right
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: behind my leg.
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: No.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: No.
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: That ain't got nothing to do with nothing. That just
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: comes with being married.
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: On the business side, he's fucked.
- 1:02:23Speaker 11: He's fucked.
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: I don't have any proof.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: You just said, that's your word against hers. And she's
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: come out and said that he's a liar on multiple occasions.
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: Not only that, that Gil.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: Has also said that she writes her own rhymes as well.
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: That he does not?
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: That Remy writes her own rhymes. Like, she don't have.
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: Okay, good, good.
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: Because he has a background in battle rap as well. True.
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: It's going to get crunchy.
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: Maybe we just need more music from Remy then.
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: How about we focus on what y'all famous for?
- 1:03:03Speaker 16: He coming out with a new song.
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: September 26th or 25th. Okay.
- 1:03:07Speaker 7: Why did I get married?
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: Oh, God.
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: I saw the trailer for it. Okay.
- 1:03:12Speaker 10: Oh, God.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: Is that putting money in that? Oh, wait a minute.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: This is putting money in his pocket. And this is
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: going to be after Jezebel.
- 1:03:19Speaker 10: Who? Who?
- 1:03:19Speaker 9: Okay.
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: Okay.
- 1:03:20Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: Okay. So, speaking of music, I'm just going to tie
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: two of these together. i don't know what's wrong with
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: y'all y'all know the group pretty ricky ricky ricky.
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: Yes i think i've heard well it depends on what

- 1:04:03Speaker 5: Oh wow Why is it always one of us that
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: want to assert themselves?
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: There's an Arizona woman who alleged that he messaged her
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: on Instagram to arrange a meeting before sexually assaulting her,
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: according to a lawsuit obtained by none other than TMZ.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: I hate it.
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: A woman named... A woman named Alexis Dieng.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: Filed a complaint against the rapper in August claiming he
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: contacted her in October of 2025 to ask for restaurant recommendations.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: She asserts that he gained her trust before arranging to
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: meet in person and then allegedly Smith suggested an initial
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: meeting location but later changed it to a residence in
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Maricopa County.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: Where she said she arrived alone.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Around 10.30pm the following day And she claimed that Smith
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: initiated physical contact and then engaged in sexual intercourse with
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: her without her consent.
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: That is, okay.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: She also alleged that Smith placed his hands around her neck,
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: choking her.
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: And restricting her ability to breathe.
- 1:05:20Speaker 11: Wow.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: She also claims that he recorded all or part of
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: the incident without her consent.
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:05:30Speaker 21: Okay.
- 1:05:31Speaker 7: Well. That's. And the next.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: Person that's being accused is none other than Noriega.
- 1:05:39Speaker 10: No.
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: Not Norie.
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: We gasped.
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: Norie.
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: And that was so genuine.
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: I gasped at the same time.
- 1:05:54Speaker 11: What?
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: Now, this is wild. Guess who he being sued by?
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: No.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: Uh-oh.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: Nas is facing a lawsuit from Carmen Bryan.
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: Whoa, no, no. You said Nas?
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: No.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: Nori is being accused from Carmen Bryan, who is Nas's
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: baby mother.
- 1:06:14Speaker 7: Get into it.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: She accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her at a
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: crowded Manhattan nightclub in 1999.
- 1:06:22Speaker 7: Uh-huh.
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: Black Hollywood is starting to feel like an apartment complex,
- 1:06:26Speaker 5: ain't it?
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: The projects.
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: I mean... It's awful.
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: We need to move out of this neighborhood.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: He followed her outside and she cried and repeatedly asked,
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: don't you know who I am? And according to the lawsuit,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: he recognized her as Nas's partner and allegedly apologized.
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: Carm, I didn't know it was you.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: He claimed that he apologized weeks later and she said
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: she remained silent for more than 25 years, partly because
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: of sexism. sexual objectification and misogyny that she experienced within
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: the hip hop culture at the.
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: Time okay well.
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: Damn that's a lot that's heavy.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: Speaking of another music type situation I thought you were
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: about to.
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: Say a third person okay No, it's not sexually, but T-Pain.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: Is suing Akon's Convict Entertainment for nearly $ 500, 000 in allegedly
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: unpaid royalties.
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: Oh! Whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: Why is there so much mud up in the music industry?
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: What is happening?
- 1:07:43Speaker 7: I have no idea.
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: Greed. Greed.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: But according to the lawsuit filed in Fulton County Superior Court,
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: T-Pain alleges that Convict entertainment received more than $ 1. 3 million
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: in royalties from a distributor in March for his music
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: sales during the second half of 2025. Under his agreement,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: T-Pain says he is entitled to 75% of the label's
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: net royalties from his record sales. T-Pain claims Convict only
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: paid him $ 489, 047 in June.
- 1:08:22Speaker 7: But still owes him another $ 489.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: He alleges that the label told him to seek the
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: remaining money from his affiliate Boo Vision, but his representatives
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: were unsuccessful.
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: This is T-Pain's second lawsuit.
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: Against convict over a big royal feast.
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: His first was filed in 2018.
- 1:08:45Speaker 10: Convict.
- 1:08:45Speaker 7: Which was settled in 2025.
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: With the label agreeing to pay him $ 114, 000 without.
- 1:08:48Speaker 7: Admitting a liability.
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: Pay that man.
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: Give him his coins.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: Agreeing to pay him $ 114, 000 without admitting a liability.
- 1:08:56Speaker 16: Pay that man!
- 1:08:58Speaker 3: Give him his coins.
- 1:09:00Speaker 10: Yes.
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: Speaking of sexual assault and Fulton County and music, I know, right?
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: Did you see the interview with Chingy and Jason Lee?
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: First of all, Chingy is a beautiful, beautiful man and
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: it is so secure in who he is that it's,
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: it's just relaxing and calming when you watch his interview,
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: because with somebody like Jason Lee, you really got to
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: be on, on point, you know, because he can come
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: in at a 10 and you, and you will get
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: devoured if you're not prepared. And he, he was just
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: like a quiet storm the whole time. Real chill. Like
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: he talked to, and he talked about Sydney star a
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: little bit. Well, it was, it was brought up the
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: whole Sydney star situation. And I have to say, that
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: I don't know whether it's the vegan lifestyle that he's
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: living or the chants he does in the morning, but
- 1:09:53Speaker 3: he sounds very healed from everything that occurred with that
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: whole Sydney Star debacle because Sydney totally did him wrong.
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: And it's interesting because people said that when Sydney Star
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: got arrested recently for... What was it? Charges of sodomy,
- 1:10:12Speaker 3: sexual battery of a child and aggravated child molestation. That
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: same city star of that child who was 13 years
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: old in that lobby of the hotel in Fulton County.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: It was interesting because he was just like, yeah, people
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: were sending me messages saying, yeah, karma came around. He
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: said he got a whole bunch of messages and he
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: was like, I just don't feel no way about that individual.
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: He just kept calling the city star that individual and
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: just left it alone. He was like, I'm good.
- 1:10:38Speaker 7: Wow.
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: Yeah, so it was really interesting. He sounded really healed.
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: And on a side note, I would love for him
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: and Maya to get together because the way he, like,
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: they did like a smash or pass thing, but they
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: got to Maya, and you know Maya's a vegan as well. Really?
- 1:10:58Speaker 3: I don't know what he screwed up or did in
- 1:11:00Speaker 3: the past with Maya. She hasn't circled that block yet,
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: but baby, that right there. That would be one of
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: those undercover couples right there that would just be beautiful.
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: I don't know if I can get into that whole
- 1:11:13Speaker 5: vegan lifestyle.
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: That's cute.
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: But what's going on with Kingy and his son, though?
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: You ain't taking care of your baby.
- 1:11:23Speaker 9: Oh, no.
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: After you just tried to lift him up. Oh, every
- 1:11:28Speaker 5: time you try. See, every time you try to say
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: something nice about a nigga, then they go and right, right.
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: Just instantly will disappoint you.
- 1:11:36Speaker 3: Here we sit. Here we sit.
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: That said interview and said, I don't know why he
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: brought me up. He was never in my motherfucking life.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: You're mentioning my movie.
- 1:11:49Speaker 3: Oh, right, right, right.
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: All of my success. And you were not there to
- 1:11:53Speaker 7: cultivate it.
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: Oh, yikes.
- 1:11:56Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:11:57Speaker 5: Not slap what the Disney want.
- 1:11:59Speaker 3: Tinkerbell. Tinkerbell.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: Maya's very nosy. Maya's from the city. Maya sees that.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: I'm sure she don't want that nigga next.
- 1:12:11Speaker 3: You ain't a real man.
- 1:12:14Speaker 7: You ain't a real man.
- 1:12:26Speaker 5: Get me out of here.
- 1:12:27Speaker 11: Lean on me.
- 1:12:28Speaker 5: Oh, get me out of here.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: A young man posted a video of him alongside of
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: his mom.
- 1:12:39Speaker 7: And he said, everything I am, I owe this to you.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: To this woman who has always been there. Grateful for
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: you always. And then the mother commented, I don't know
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: why that man got on that.
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: Huge platform to big up this child's success that he
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: had no hand in. That was very weird.
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: Hello! See you.
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: To these niggas.
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: CL, you're going to have to be a lot more
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: feminist to be on this podcast because niggas will disappoint
- 1:13:07Speaker 5: you every time. I was really trying to give him
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: a few drops. Only because I felt like he had
- 1:13:16Speaker 5: been done dirty once before. We don't do that here.
- 1:13:24Speaker 5: Get them niggas out of.
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: Here. No, I'm just playing.
- 1:13:30Speaker 5: I'm just playing. Black man, we love you, but you
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: got to do so much better than this.
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: Okay, well, since I.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Ruined that, I will end with a good one.
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: Oh, we trying new shit this season. Go on.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: Okay so let's talk about ben shelton who is a
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: tennis player who made history as the first black african
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: american man black to reach the first u.s final since
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: the 1972 damn that was the year my husband was
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: born 1972.
- 1:14:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:14:08Speaker 7: So that's a plus.
- 1:14:12Speaker 3: You know what?
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: I feel like we could have just been like him
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: when we grew up. Because the rest of this was trash. Niggas,
- 1:14:22Speaker 5: y'all got to do better.
- 1:14:24Speaker 3: What the fuck? What is happening?
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: Oh, we got one hand. We got one hand. This
- 1:14:31Speaker 5: person doing the absolute best. And then we got you
- 1:14:34Speaker 5: talking about, yeah, I ain't got nothing against that individual.
- 1:14:38Speaker 5: I ain't professional. Meanwhile, your kids don't know your name.
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: Okay, sure.
- 1:14:46Speaker 7: Listen, it's been a rough week for everybody. It seems like.
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: It does.
- 1:14:53Speaker 5: We all out here struggling. That's what happens when y'all
- 1:14:55Speaker 5: vote in our.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: Oh, and I guess Lil Durk got found not guilty
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: for all of his charges.
- 1:14:59Speaker 3: The rapper.
- 1:15:00Speaker 5: So that's another plus.
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: Who did? Lil Durk.
- 1:15:05Speaker 7: You know, he was in jail for a minute now.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: Fighting like conspiracy charges and all that type shit.
- 1:15:12Speaker 7: He got found not guilty.
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: Did we talk about... It was.
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: Like a murder for hire type of situation.
- 1:15:19Speaker 16: Oh.
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: Speaking of murder, did we talk about Tupac's murderer going
- 1:15:24Speaker 5: to jail?
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: Murder?
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: Really?
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: I'm so over it.
- 1:15:30Speaker 7: I'm so over it.
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: Here we are, all these years later.
- 1:15:36Speaker 7: I have a lot to say.
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: I feel like that's one of the reasons why, allegedly,
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Sean Puffy Combs is still locked up as well. Because
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: you know they're trying to tie him into that shit.
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: Which I think he was involved.
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: If you watch the entire trial, which I tried to
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: watch the majority of it because it was very interesting.
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: And plus, my husband was, like, playing it 24 fucking 7,
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: so I had no choice in the car.
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: Did you know that that motherfucker sent a check to somebody.
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: Around that time?
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: Oh, no.
- 1:16:12Speaker 3: Yeah. Yes.
- 1:16:13Speaker 11: Oh, yeah.
- 1:16:14Speaker 10: Hmm.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: So while people are thinking, and my husband has a
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: degree in criminal justice, by the way, so he was
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: telling me the breakdown of how shit go.
- 1:16:24Speaker 7: He said that's one of.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: The reasons why they're keeping him in jail, too, because
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: they're trying to get him for all the fucking bullshit
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: that he's gotten away with over the years so that
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: he might not be getting out, allegedly. And they might
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: be reopening that Biggie murder as well.
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: That's the one they need to look into.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: You know that there has been talks.
- 1:16:49Speaker 7: That he had his hand in that shit too.
- 1:16:53Speaker 5: Why can these people just not be around us? Because
- 1:16:54Speaker 5: Christopher White.
- 1:16:55Speaker 7: Was trying to leave Bad Boy.
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: Just like Tupac was trying to leave, what do you
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: call it?
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: Death Row.
- 1:17:02Speaker 7: Yep.
- 1:17:04Speaker 3: So many dangers.
- 1:17:05Speaker 7: Interesting, isn't it?
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: So many dangers. Yeah. When you think about that, that's
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: when that balcony scene in the Five Heartbeats becomes more realistic.
- 1:17:13Speaker 3: You're like, yeah. Oh, he did that? Yeah.
- 1:17:16Speaker 16: He's done that?
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: Guess who he did that to who lives out here?
- 1:17:20Speaker 3: Who?
- 1:17:22Speaker 7: He's a rapper.
- 1:17:23Speaker 3: Genuine? No, he's a singer.
- 1:17:26Speaker 7: Genuine is a singer.
- 1:17:27Speaker 3: Wale?
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: There you go. Did you hear about that?
- 1:17:33Speaker 3: No.
- 1:17:33Speaker 7: And I know this to be true.
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: No.
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: Hold on.
- 1:17:38Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:17:39Speaker 5: What's wrong? No, I'm thinking something's coming up. I remember
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: something about this, but keep talking.
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: Keep talking. We talked about this while it was going on. Okay, okay.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: That motherfucker hung Wale over a motherfucking balcony.
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: Yes!
- 1:17:55Speaker 5: Okay, I remember it now.
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: Why?
- 1:17:58Speaker 3: But for what?
- 1:17:59Speaker 11: I don't know. Who cares?
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: You got hung over a motherfucking balcony, and you're still
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: walking around.
- 1:18:07Speaker 7: Listen, let me tell you something. Once you let me up,
- 1:18:09Speaker 7: it's up.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: It's up.
- 1:18:11Speaker 3: Yeah. What you mean?
- 1:18:13Speaker 7: Yeah. You dangling me over the edge?
- 1:18:17Speaker 3: Yeah, this is my life.
- 1:18:20Speaker 7: No, no. It's up, and it's up, and it's stuck
- 1:18:24Speaker 7: on some Cardi B shit. I promise you that. As
- 1:18:27Speaker 7: soon as you let.
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: Me up and I leave, You can't continue to walk
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: around when you hang me out like that.
- 1:18:43Speaker 7: He's not the only one.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: You know, he got sued for doing that to, I
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: want to say, an A & R in New York
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: a couple years.
- 1:18:50Speaker 7: Prior to doing that. Like, this is his M.O.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: And one of Cassie's friends, he also got accused of
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: doing the same thing. So you just a balcony nigga, huh?
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: You just like to hang people over the balcony?
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: That's your thing.
- 1:19:06Speaker 7: You want to do that on some mob type shit?
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: I blame movies and TV because they show y'all fuck
- 1:19:11Speaker 5: niggas to act just like that. Then y'all acting just
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: like that.
- 1:19:15Speaker 3: Damn.
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: Ugh.
- 1:19:16Speaker 5: Disgusting. Anyways, are we done trolling? Because this is depressing.
- 1:19:21Speaker 3: I'm good.
- 1:19:21Speaker 7: I'm done.
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: I'm not depressed.
- 1:19:23Speaker 7: Okay, well.
- 1:19:25Speaker 5: Unseasoned behavior. It ain't getting no better.
- 1:19:28Speaker 3: Up next. I will be right back.
- 1:19:34Speaker 16: Who's the press? Not me.
- 1:19:37Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:19:38Speaker 7: This shit is funny as shit.
- 1:19:44Speaker 3: Like, people are crazy. Insane. It's so much drugs. Oh,
- 1:19:49Speaker 3: my God. Get off. Put the drugs away.
- 1:19:52Speaker 7: Christ. It's the pink cocaine for me.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: Girl.
- 1:19:57Speaker 3: The rich.
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: They just drugging up they money and just killing us all.
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: Just fuck it up.
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: Dangling niggas over there. I'm in a movie. Watch me
- 1:20:08Speaker 5: dangle somebody's life. You fuck nigga. You weird bitch.
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: I'm surprised Wale let that occur that way. You know,
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: like apparently didn't let it go.
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: Let me tell you something. He might know a lot
- 1:20:22Speaker 7: of street people. Wally ain't that.
- 1:20:25Speaker 5: But not only that, but who even expects that?
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: Well, no, don't get me wrong. Nobody expects that behavior.
- 1:20:32Speaker 3: After you wet your pants and shit yourself, I totally understand.
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: You got to do all of that, clean yourself up
- 1:20:37Speaker 3: and everything. But I just feel like, like I said,
- 1:20:39Speaker 3: if you hang me up, I'm not an assassin, but
- 1:20:43Speaker 3: I can honestly say at that point, I would probably
- 1:20:46Speaker 3: go into the mindset of being like, I have to
- 1:20:48Speaker 3: make sure you die. Because you'll do this again.
- 1:20:51Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:20:51Speaker 3: I fear my life now. Like, I need to execute you.
- 1:20:57Speaker 16: Right.
- 1:20:58Speaker 3: I don't know. And being in that kind of... Well,
- 1:21:01Speaker 3: I guess he wasn't in that life.
- 1:21:03Speaker 11: No, no, no.
- 1:21:05Speaker 5: He's actually a very... I actually liked the brother when
- 1:21:08Speaker 5: I met him. I met him in passing, but he
- 1:21:10Speaker 5: didn't seem like one of them... rap niggas like you
- 1:21:13Speaker 5: know like he didn't he was real cool.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: Circuit as me doing my own okay yeah before i
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: did go go when i was okay on the same
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: cards as me and my group like we would go
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: to these same places.
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: That would have he's just a cool brother like he
- 1:21:31Speaker 5: just chill got it so imagine being somebody chill imagine
- 1:21:35Speaker 5: being at a rooftop party You sitting here trying to
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: network and rub elbows with the rich and powerful. And
- 1:21:42Speaker 5: then this nigga up here coked up or whatever, allegedly.
- 1:21:47Speaker 5: And this nigga, while out and going to movie mode,
- 1:21:51Speaker 5: dangle your ass over a balcony.
- 1:21:52Speaker 3: Who expects that? Who can expect that?
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: Absolutely.
- 1:21:56Speaker 3: It should have been expected, though, because I wouldn't know.
- 1:21:59Speaker 5: If it were me.
- 1:22:00Speaker 3: I wouldn't go nowhere near.
- 1:22:02Speaker 5: If it were me, I can totally relate to how
- 1:22:06Speaker 5: I would feel about that. You played with my life. No, fuck, nigga.
- 1:22:12Speaker 3: Get out of here. All right.
- 1:22:13Speaker 5: Unseasoned behavior up next.
- 1:22:15Speaker 6: Thank you, Trump, for stopping food inspections and now sandwiches.
- 1:22:19Speaker 6: FSIS recalls 3,000 pounds of lunch meat because of the
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: stereo contamination.
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: We're getting sicker.
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: Food safety recalls are a constant fit.
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: It's the normal now. We produce less of what we
- 1:22:28Speaker 3: actually eat locally.
- 1:22:29Speaker 6: And yet politicians on both sides of the aisle continue
- 1:22:32Speaker 6: to write farm bills that benefit only a handful of
- 1:22:35Speaker 6: corporate monopolies.
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: High grocery prices is not an accident either.
- 1:22:38Speaker 6: They created by decades a federal policy that deliberately built
- 1:22:42Speaker 6: and rewarded a hyper-consolidated industrial food industry.
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: Ask yourself, Who wins and who pays?
- 1:22:48Speaker 6: When the government subsidizes the system, where a few massive
- 1:22:51Speaker 6: corporate processors and distributors control the market, there ain't no competition.
- 1:22:55Speaker 3: This should piss everybody off.
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: Everyday consumers having to pay higher prices for food that
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: have lower quality.
- 1:23:01Speaker 3: Education is elevation in man.
- 1:23:03Speaker 6: The Senate Agricultural Committee is going to consider a new
- 1:23:06Speaker 6: farm bill this week. This Wednesday specifically. And I'll be
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: paying attention. Will they choose the people or keep choosing
- 1:23:12Speaker 6: the same corporations? Find out on the next episode of
- 1:23:16Speaker 6: This Administration.
- 1:23:17Speaker 18: We are now able to deliver affordable child care to
- 1:23:20Speaker 18: thousands upon thousands of additional families who need it most.
- 1:23:24Speaker 18: And I have to be honest, when I say affordable,
- 1:23:26Speaker 18: I might be misspeaking because what I mean to say
- 1:23:28Speaker 18: is 100% free. And I know that there are cynics
- 1:23:30Speaker 18: out there who reject our efforts to deem universal child
- 1:23:34Speaker 18: care a public good. Those who might label this kind
- 1:23:37Speaker 18: of an initiative as idealistic or radical or naive. And
- 1:23:40Speaker 18: yet we also know that that same cynicism was once
- 1:23:43Speaker 18: applied to public schools. It was once applied to public parks,
- 1:23:47Speaker 18: to subways, to libraries, to sewers, to trash collection, even
- 1:23:51Speaker 18: to street lamps. Bringing New York City closer to a
- 1:23:53Speaker 18: future where every New Yorker can access universal child care
- 1:23:57Speaker 18: is about more than just lifting a financial burden from
- 1:24:00Speaker 18: New Yorkers' shoulders.
- 1:24:01Speaker 5: It's about building a city where the people know.
- 1:24:04Speaker 18: They can demand more from their government, and one where
- 1:24:07Speaker 18: their government delivers more in kind.
- 1:24:12Speaker 4: Marcus has your glimpse into a world without seasoning.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: All right, this week, It's a little different.
- 1:24:20Speaker 5: I want to do a kind of watch-this-with-me moment where
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: we're watching a white child check the fuck out of
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: her mama for being racist and supporting Trump. Now, I
- 1:24:29Speaker 5: know that we're audio, and you're only going to hear this,
- 1:24:33Speaker 5: but I want you to hear the power behind this
- 1:24:38Speaker 5: young lady's words. Shout-outs to Black underscore Tap for this
- 1:24:43Speaker 5: video submission.
- 1:24:44Speaker 15: Yes, you made a wrong decision, and if you apologize
- 1:24:48Speaker 15: to me for taking away my rights and the rights
- 1:24:50Speaker 15: of everybody who can relate to me on these videos,
- 1:24:53Speaker 15: then we would be fine. I told you in that text,
- 1:24:55Speaker 15: when you apologize for what you've done to this whole country,
- 1:24:59Speaker 15: what you've had a hand in doing, you had a
- 1:25:01Speaker 15: hand in this. You and your people did this to
- 1:25:05Speaker 15: my country, to all of our countries.
- 1:25:08Speaker 11: That is the problem.
- 1:25:10Speaker 7: You think it's your country, and there's my way or
- 1:25:12Speaker 7: the highway.
- 1:25:13Speaker 16: Yeah, murder is wrong. Racism is wrong.
- 1:25:15Speaker 15: You know, he was sued over seven times for not
- 1:25:17Speaker 15: serving black people. What do you have to say? What
- 1:25:20Speaker 15: do you have to say to that? Okay, then why'd
- 1:25:22Speaker 15: you vote for him?
- 1:25:23Speaker 16: Why'd you vote for him?
- 1:25:24Speaker 15: If you know that it's wrong that he was sued
- 1:25:26Speaker 15: over like five times or seven times for not serving
- 1:25:29Speaker 15: black people, if you know about the rape allegations, if
- 1:25:31Speaker 15: you know about the Epstein files and you've seen them
- 1:25:32Speaker 15: and I've sent you all the videos, why did you
- 1:25:34Speaker 15: still vote for him? Because you don't know. Because you
- 1:25:39Speaker 15: are so racist and hateful inside. And when you had
- 1:25:42Speaker 15: the opportunity to, it came out. It's not.
- 1:25:46Speaker 16: Yes?
- 1:25:46Speaker 15: Then give me an answer.
- 1:25:47Speaker 16: Why'd you vote for him?
- 1:25:47Speaker 7: It's not worth arguing with you.
- 1:25:49Speaker 16: Yeah, because you can't give me an answer. I'm not
- 1:25:52Speaker 16: arguing with you.
- 1:25:53Speaker 11: There you go, guys.
- 1:25:54Speaker 16: You don't even realize what you've done. You don't realize.
- 1:25:57Speaker 16: You aren't out there.
- 1:25:57Speaker 15: You stay in your little bubble. You don't realize how
- 1:26:01Speaker 15: the poor people are suffering. You don't realize how I suffered.
- 1:26:03Speaker 15: How the people around me in Florida are suffering. How
- 1:26:05Speaker 15: terrified those families are. But if it was you, you
- 1:26:09Speaker 15: would care. You preach about empathy and having love for
- 1:26:13Speaker 15: others and kindness for others and you don't carry it out.
- 1:26:16Speaker 15: You're a hypocrite like the rest of you Christians who
- 1:26:18Speaker 15: voted for Donald Trump.
- 1:26:19Speaker 9: Yes.
- 1:26:21Speaker 15: And you can't have an argument because you know you're wrong.
- 1:26:24Speaker 15: Just say you're wrong.
- 1:26:25Speaker 16: It's fine. I told you I was wrong about things.
- 1:26:28Speaker 16: Just say you're wrong. It's not that hard.
- 1:26:32Speaker 3: For your daughter.
- 1:26:34Speaker 15: If it's not for everybody else, then do it for
- 1:26:36Speaker 15: your child.
- 1:26:42Speaker 3: The silence is glaring. This is the control this man
- 1:26:47Speaker 3: has over them. Not even for her own child.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: Who are you?
- 1:26:54Speaker 16: Who are you? Where is my mother?
- 1:26:57Speaker 15: Where is the mother who wanted to go on mission
- 1:26:59Speaker 15: trips to Mexico and help the poor?
- 1:27:01Speaker 16: Where are you? Get out. Get out of my mother.
- 1:27:06Speaker 3: Rebuke her.
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: It's like you've died.
- 1:27:10Speaker 16: It's like you've all died and come back possessed.
- 1:27:14Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:27:16Speaker 3: Wow. Jesus.
- 1:27:19Speaker 16: You're right there. You can't even answer me.
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: It's heavy.
- 1:27:25Speaker 15: How you of all people could support that man is
- 1:27:27Speaker 15: beyond me. We both know what I'm talking about.
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: My God.
- 1:27:35Speaker 11: It's no use anymore.
- 1:27:36Speaker 16: That's why I can't speak to you.
- 1:27:38Speaker 15: Because all the proof in the world will never be
- 1:27:41Speaker 15: enough for you.
- 1:27:44Speaker 16: Maybe you were.
- 1:27:45Speaker 15: Always this way and now you just, maybe they were right.
- 1:27:48Speaker 15: You were always this way and now you just have
- 1:27:50Speaker 15: the freedom to say it. But this ends with me.
- 1:27:54Speaker 15: This ends with your son. This legacy of racism in
- 1:27:58Speaker 15: his family is done.
- 1:27:59Speaker 5: Come on. Speak.
- 1:28:01Speaker 16: I will not change my last name.
- 1:28:02Speaker 15: The Haggardys will be known as people who stuck up
- 1:28:05Speaker 15: for what's right. This name that you've made for my
- 1:28:08Speaker 15: family will die out.
- 1:28:10Speaker 16: It's done. We're done with this. It ends with us.
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:28:13Speaker 3: My God. Proud of you, young lady.
- 1:28:16Speaker 16: Show yourself.
- 1:28:17Speaker 10: Come on.
- 1:28:18Speaker 15: Face me and tell me why you did it.
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: Jesus.
- 1:28:23Speaker 15: Get your ass over here and tell me why you.
- 1:28:25Speaker 16: Voted against my rights.
- 1:28:27Speaker 3: My God. Jesus.
- 1:28:31Speaker 11: You're a coward.
- 1:28:33Speaker 15: And you didn't think about anything but yourself. And the
- 1:28:36Speaker 15: money you thought would be in your pockets.
- 1:28:38Speaker 3: I think that.
- 1:28:39Speaker 5: at this point when we hear these words and this
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: emotion behind it, it highlights so much. Your children, your
- 1:28:48Speaker 5: actual children, can see the error in the way that
- 1:28:52Speaker 5: you move. And the way that the rest of us
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: keep yelling at you to check But you don't. You stand,
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: you double down on it. You do the absolute most.
- 1:29:03Speaker 5: There's no self-reflection for those that feel like they are
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: the standard. And it's so weird to be around that
- 1:29:15Speaker 5: type energy because it's not natural. Fuck me wrong with y'all.
- 1:29:24Speaker 5: Why are y'all out here doing things? Your children, your friends,
- 1:29:28Speaker 5: your family. Y'all gotta hide in these little racist groups.
- 1:29:31Speaker 5: Go to hell and march on Washington. Anytime that niggas
- 1:29:34Speaker 5: march on Washington, we ain't never had to wear face coverings.
- 1:29:38Speaker 3: Why are y'all hiding.
- 1:29:40Speaker 5: If y'all so prideful?
- 1:29:42Speaker 7: Right.
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: Fuck wrong with y'all. Y'all are weird.
- 1:29:45Speaker 7: Because they don't want to lose their job.
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: Sounds like a true. Oh, no. We're going to get banned.
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: They can be racist in public as long as they're covered.
- 1:30:03Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: Because guess what?
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: Most of these people are in health care and work
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: at your local hospitals.
- 1:30:09Speaker 7: And in your emergency rooms and are your doctors and
- 1:30:12Speaker 7: your nurses. Most of them are in your courtrooms.
- 1:30:15Speaker 5: And they be right there at your office potlucks.
- 1:30:17Speaker 7: Most of them are police officers and firefighters.
- 1:30:18Speaker 5: And your office potlucks.
- 1:30:20Speaker 7: Most of them cooking your food.
- 1:30:21Speaker 4: Hello.
- 1:30:22Speaker 3: Teachers, bankers.
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: And cousin fuckers.
- 1:30:27Speaker 3: Dildo makers. Oh my God.
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: That pot.
- 1:30:31Speaker 3: That's it. That's all. Bye fellas.
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: Up next.
- 1:30:38Speaker 10: Man, I love my daddy so much. I'm also super
- 1:30:41Speaker 10: glad that motherfucker was not in my life in the
- 1:30:43Speaker 10: beginning of my life. The last thing that I would
- 1:30:46Speaker 10: have wanted to learn is being policed by another male.
- 1:30:52Speaker 10: so that I can in turn grow up policing other
- 1:30:56Speaker 10: men and their behavior and what they do and trying
- 1:30:58Speaker 10: to correct them or judge them or put them into
- 1:31:01Speaker 10: some fucking bubble or something. And I love my mama
- 1:31:04Speaker 10: so much for not over-directing, trying to get me to
- 1:31:09Speaker 10: fit the stage play with whatever character she had picked
- 1:31:12Speaker 10: out for me already. That's what most parents do, especially
- 1:31:17Speaker 10: most dads inside of households. So as I got older,
- 1:31:22Speaker 10: I figured out how to walk the way I want
- 1:31:24Speaker 10: to fucking walk.
- 1:31:26Speaker 3: And I figured out how.
- 1:31:28Speaker 10: To talk and express myself like using my hands the
- 1:31:31Speaker 10: way that I do.
- 1:31:32Speaker 3: The way that I want to motherfucking do so.
- 1:31:35Speaker 10: And I sit on my hip like my body naturally
- 1:31:38Speaker 10: rests when I'm standing still. And I've learned how to, again,
- 1:31:43Speaker 10: walk the way that I would like to. Which, doing research,
- 1:31:50Speaker 10: I do what's pro for my posture. And sometimes that's
- 1:31:54Speaker 10: me kind of insinuating that dip in my back and
- 1:31:56Speaker 10: my ass poking out a little bit. Now, being able
- 1:31:59Speaker 10: to watch a meal while you're growing up is totally different.
- 1:32:02Speaker 10: I love crossing my legs because my great granddaddy did.
- 1:32:06Speaker 10: And I love bathing in fucking cologne because that's what
- 1:32:09Speaker 10: my uncles did. But I'm just so glad I didn't
- 1:32:12Speaker 10: grow up around somebody saying, like, girls do that.
- 1:32:14Speaker 3: Or don't do that. A man ain't supposed to do that.
- 1:32:16Speaker 3: And don't do that. A man ain't supposed to do that. Bro,
- 1:32:20Speaker 3: calm the fuck down.
- 1:32:21Speaker 10: Calm down, nigga.
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: Calm the fuck down.
- 1:32:25Speaker 10: And it's so crazy because a lot of the men
- 1:32:28Speaker 10: in America who are, like, so fucking macho would not
- 1:32:32Speaker 10: last a month in fucking Africa with a, like, solid
- 1:32:39Speaker 10: fucking man over there that's considered, like, masculine who is
- 1:32:43Speaker 10: super fucking fluid in himself. Because them motherfuckers cook, they clean,
- 1:32:50Speaker 10: Probably fucking a bitch better than you because they be
- 1:32:53Speaker 10: gyrating and fucking dancing and using their motherfucking hips. I
- 1:32:57Speaker 10: know I got a little off the subject, but y'all know.
- 1:32:59Speaker 3: What I mean.
- 1:33:00Speaker 10: It's the last thing that I would want to be
- 1:33:03Speaker 10: at this current age in my life is walking around
- 1:33:06Speaker 10: policing other men, watching other men, and comparing myself to
- 1:33:09Speaker 10: other men.
- 1:33:12Speaker 3: But it said I.
- 1:33:13Speaker 10: Was given a room to grow up and to be
- 1:33:15Speaker 10: an individual. And what I do is what I do.
- 1:33:17Speaker 10: And I like doing what I do. And what I
- 1:33:20Speaker 10: do works for me. And I'm cool with that. I
- 1:33:24Speaker 10: don't give a fuck what you do. And don't waste
- 1:33:26Speaker 10: your time giving a fuck about what I do. Because
- 1:33:28Speaker 10: I ain't going to waste time giving a fuck about
- 1:33:31Speaker 10: what you think about what the fuck it is that
- 1:33:33Speaker 10: I'm motherfucking doing.
- 1:33:34Speaker 16: Why do you have roaches?
- 1:33:38Speaker 4: The Wi-Fi files.
- 1:33:40Speaker 3: Why do my children hate me?
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: WRTR Real Talk Radio.
- 1:33:45Speaker 7: Why do my vagina burn?
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: The truth is out there.
- 1:33:49Speaker 5: Explaining the unexplained, we're answering why to the questions you
- 1:33:53Speaker 5: want to know by taking your skeets over at WRTR Radio.
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: And we take your email at wrtrradio at gmail.com. This
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: is the Wild Files. Remember, the truth is out there.
- 1:34:04Speaker 5: I got one off the email. And it comes from
- 1:34:09Speaker 5: somebody that wants to be anonymous. Why does my 22
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: female man, 23 male, continue to engage in sexual activities
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: that cause me pain? We have been together for some
- 1:34:26Speaker 5: time and certain activities cause me extreme pain. However, despite this,
- 1:34:32Speaker 5: he still seems to desire doing... Why is Al looking
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: at me like that? I'm like, what the hell? We
- 1:34:40Speaker 5: have been together for some time and certain activities cause
- 1:34:43Speaker 5: me extreme pain. However, despite this, he seems to desire
- 1:34:47Speaker 5: doing this certain activity. He does at times sometimes show
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: concern during, but At other times he doesn't. I find
- 1:34:56Speaker 5: it hard to understand. Why and how. He can find
- 1:35:00Speaker 5: something so painful. For a woman pleasurable. And again this
- 1:35:04Speaker 5: comes from anonymous.
- 1:35:07Speaker 16: Um.
- 1:35:08Speaker 3: I will say.
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: The world is sex crazed girl.
- 1:35:12Speaker 14: Like and.
- 1:35:13Speaker 5: If you listen to this show. You hear us make
- 1:35:15Speaker 5: fun of. People being weird about sex all the time.
- 1:35:20Speaker 10: And.
- 1:35:21Speaker 5: This seems unhealthy.
- 1:35:23Speaker 7: Like.
- 1:35:23Speaker 5: If it's something that you don't enjoy, then that makes
- 1:35:27Speaker 5: it unhealthy. Not the act itself, but it's unhealthy for you.
- 1:35:31Speaker 5: It's not what you like. It's not your kink. And
- 1:35:34Speaker 5: that's okay for you not to like something that somebody
- 1:35:37Speaker 5: else does. So maybe that's not your guy. Maybe that's
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: someone that you maybe need to move away from or,
- 1:35:47Speaker 5: you know, make some changes in your life to kind
- 1:35:50Speaker 5: of get them out. And I wish you luck with
- 1:35:52Speaker 5: that because that is hard. You know, you're in your
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: young 20s. Everybody promotes that you're supposed to be with
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: who you're supposed to be with by now. Take a breath.
- 1:36:03Speaker 5: Realize the situation for what it is.
- 1:36:05Speaker 3: Move forward.
- 1:36:06Speaker 5: Hopefully. It will definitely work out. But this does not
- 1:36:10Speaker 5: seem like someone... Who is even considerate of you. Think
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: about it. Sex is supposed to bring you pleasure. It's
- 1:36:18Speaker 5: supposed to add to your life. Not complicate it.
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: Yikes.
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: So just think. And again.
- 1:36:26Speaker 3: I hope that you move forward.
- 1:36:28Speaker 5: And prosper. And all that. XOXO.
- 1:36:31Speaker 7: Marcus.
- 1:36:33Speaker 5: Who's next?
- 1:36:36Speaker 7: My wife comes from me. As usual.
- 1:36:39Speaker 15: Work.
- 1:36:40Speaker 7: Maybe it's me, but why do y'all like the weirdest
- 1:36:45Speaker 7: fucking videos on TikTok?
- 1:36:48Speaker 3: Who, me?
- 1:36:50Speaker 7: No, just in general.
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: Like, we were talking earlier, and I'm like, my shit
- 1:36:55Speaker 1: is going literally a little viral. I posted, like, an
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: eight-second clip of this other person's car.
- 1:37:01Speaker 7: Like, I'm sitting in the car, and my husband's like,
- 1:37:04Speaker 7: look at that joint. And it's a truck.
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: With thriller on the side of it, and a portrait
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: of Michael Jackson and some zombies, and I thought it
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: was cool, so I.
- 1:37:14Speaker 7: Just recorded it.
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: I posted this last night, not thinking anything of it.
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: That motherfucker got almost 11,000 fucking views. Are y'all kidding me?
- 1:37:23Speaker 3: Where we at?
- 1:37:23Speaker 7: 2,100 comments?
- 1:37:29Speaker 5: Okay, so now it makes sense because I was looking
- 1:37:31Speaker 5: at our listener stats and I noticed the spike today.
- 1:37:36Speaker 3: I get it.
- 1:37:36Speaker 5: Okay, I got you.
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: Hey, hey, y'all.
- 1:37:39Speaker 7: What's going on?
- 1:37:40Speaker 3: Why are y'all like this?
- 1:37:43Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:37:45Speaker 5: It's so weird with viral videos and how they work.
- 1:37:48Speaker 5: I was telling the both of you earlier, but I'll
- 1:37:50Speaker 5: tell our audience that I had this one video where
- 1:37:54Speaker 5: I stitched this one white guy going, name something that
- 1:38:01Speaker 5: white people cook better than black people. And I stitched
- 1:38:05Speaker 5: it and I said, crystal meth and it went viral
- 1:38:13Speaker 5: and i was like all of a sudden i'm sitting
- 1:38:15Speaker 5: there talking to my roommate at the time and my
- 1:38:17Speaker 5: phone just started popping and blowing up and i'm like
- 1:38:19Speaker 5: what the fuck is happening who's dead like who's who's
- 1:38:24Speaker 5: dead oh yeah oh that.
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: Was like this is my most viewed out of all
- 1:38:31Speaker 1: the fucking content that i've ever made y'all want to
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: see me recording a fucking car and passing on the
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: fucking highway.
- 1:38:38Speaker 3: It don't make sense y'all got it it don't y'all.
- 1:38:41Speaker 1: Got it that's fucking weird man Why?
- 1:38:46Speaker 7: Because the truth is out there.
- 1:38:49Speaker 4: I guess. WRTR Real Talk Radio.
- 1:38:52Speaker 3: Say what?
- 1:38:53Speaker 21: News to make you nauseous on WRTR Real Talk Radio.
- 1:39:01Speaker 4: Let's go.
- 1:39:03Speaker 5: These are some of the stories you might not read
- 1:39:05Speaker 5: about in the New York Times, the Washington Post, or
- 1:39:07Speaker 5: the Wall Street Journal. It's news to make you nauseous.
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: Let's see. I'm going to start off this week.
- 1:39:13Speaker 5: Say what, Earthling?
- 1:39:15Speaker 4: Say what?
- 1:39:16Speaker 5: I want to talk about these adult babies and how
- 1:39:20Speaker 5: it relates when we're in a time where it could
- 1:39:23Speaker 5: not be more obvious that we need to protect children.
- 1:39:26Speaker 5: Lyric and I talked a bit about this last season,
- 1:39:30Speaker 5: but I was unaware that this was more than a
- 1:39:33Speaker 5: few isolated incidents. Apparently, it's even a fetish. According to Google,
- 1:39:38Speaker 5: adult babies are grown people who find comfort, safety, or
- 1:39:43Speaker 5: stress relief by acting like infants, including sleeping in custom
- 1:39:47Speaker 5: cribs and wearing diapers. Understanding the adult baby lifestyle, it's
- 1:39:54Speaker 5: called paraphilific infantilism, a psychological term for role-playing as an infant.
- 1:40:02Speaker 5: For some, it's a sexual fetish, but for others, it's
- 1:40:06Speaker 5: a non-sexual coping mechanism for trauma, anxiety, or stress. So
- 1:40:13Speaker 5: I get it. Everybody has their thing. Their kink. what
- 1:40:16Speaker 5: they like and hate, and being a whole ass gay
- 1:40:19Speaker 5: man who can't seem to keep straight people from trying
- 1:40:22Speaker 5: to police my and millions of other gay people's bedrooms,
- 1:40:26Speaker 5: I get where people mind their business. I'd like to
- 1:40:30Speaker 5: ask the both of you if this makes either of
- 1:40:33Speaker 5: you uncomfortable about the depiction of children as the object
- 1:40:38Speaker 5: of this fetish, even though it's two or more consenting adults.
- 1:40:42Speaker 7: Is that a serious question? Yeah, I'm asking.
- 1:40:44Speaker 3: I'm very uncomfortable with it. I'm very uncomfortable. That's sick.
- 1:40:48Speaker 11: Okay.
- 1:40:49Speaker 3: Let's go find help.
- 1:40:53Speaker 1: For real, you gotta have some deep-rooted fucking issues to
- 1:40:56Speaker 1: even consider doing some shit like that.
- 1:40:59Speaker 7: Something is wrong up here.
- 1:41:00Speaker 3: I don't care what nobody says.
- 1:41:02Speaker 7: No, bruh.
- 1:41:03Speaker 1: And you wearing diapers and shit and getting somebody to
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: fucking change your ass?
- 1:41:07Speaker 7: You have a problem.
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: Yeah. That's nasty.
- 1:41:11Speaker 10: Ugh.
- 1:41:13Speaker 5: It is definitely nauseating. And I'm just like, at this point,
- 1:41:16Speaker 5: I get... Because I've even heard talk of them trying
- 1:41:20Speaker 5: to rope them in with the rainbows. And we don't... No.
- 1:41:23Speaker 5: You're not coming over here.
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: You can't sit with us.
- 1:41:25Speaker 5: Seat's taken.
- 1:41:26Speaker 3: Like, no. You can't come. The Greyhound station is down
- 1:41:31Speaker 3: the street.
- 1:41:32Speaker 5: We hate it.
- 1:41:33Speaker 4: So, yeah.
- 1:41:35Speaker 3: That's it for me. Who's up next?
- 1:41:40Speaker 7: I'm going next.
- 1:41:41Speaker 1: I'm going next.
- 1:41:46Speaker 3: What you got?
- 1:41:46Speaker 7: Speaking of crystal meth.
- 1:41:49Speaker 3: Say what who?
- 1:41:50Speaker 7: Say what Texas.
- 1:41:52Speaker 4: Say what?
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: The DEA finds more than a ton of meth hidden
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: inside a shipment of cabbage.
- 1:42:06Speaker 5: I'm telling you.
- 1:42:10Speaker 1: For 2,000 pounds, one ton of methamphetamine was hidden inside
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: a commercial shipment of cabbage.
- 1:42:19Speaker 7: The seizure took place in Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.
- 1:42:24Speaker 1: And was executed by the DEA's McAllen office. Traffickers collared,
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: hollowed out, or layered cabbage heads and tightly wrapped packages
- 1:42:34Speaker 1: of crystal meth, concealing them beneath the outer green leaves.
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: Videos shared by authorities show agents peeling back the vegetables
- 1:42:44Speaker 1: to pull out the hidden narcotics. The bust was the
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: result of a coordinated Homeland Security Task Force investigation.
- 1:42:52Speaker 7: Are you fucking kidding me, bitch?
- 1:42:54Speaker 5: I mean, at this point, it's a lot more creative
- 1:42:57Speaker 5: than putting it up their ass, though.
- 1:42:58Speaker 3: So, I mean, there's progress. I'm just saying.
- 1:43:01Speaker 7: We can't have lettuce. We can't have cabbage. We can't
- 1:43:04Speaker 7: have shit, huh?
- 1:43:05Speaker 5: No, we can't.
- 1:43:06Speaker 7: Nope. They trying to kill.
- 1:43:07Speaker 1: Us, man.
- 1:43:08Speaker 5: Except they're too young.
- 1:43:11Speaker 7: You know what?
- 1:43:14Speaker 5: Oh, I hate it here. I do not like it here.
- 1:43:17Speaker 7: What the fuck going on? And you know what else?
- 1:43:20Speaker 7: Did you hear about them funding some cocaine at the
- 1:43:26Speaker 7: National Harbor?
- 1:43:28Speaker 5: No.
- 1:43:28Speaker 7: A couple weeks ago.
- 1:43:29Speaker 5: What do you mean?
- 1:43:30Speaker 1: There was a shipment of motherfucking cocaine that came in
- 1:43:34Speaker 1: at the motherfucking.
- 1:43:35Speaker 5: You sound happy about this. You sound very excited.
- 1:43:40Speaker 1: I am so fucking hilarious because I made so many
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: coke jokes last week.
- 1:43:49Speaker 7: When that shit came out because that's what's wrong with
- 1:43:53Speaker 7: you niggas around here.
- 1:43:55Speaker 3: Now y'all can't get y'all.
- 1:43:56Speaker 7: Fixed like y'all want. All these motherfuckers around where I
- 1:43:59Speaker 7: live at is fucking cocaine.
- 1:44:01Speaker 3: All they do is walk around with What is happening?
- 1:44:05Speaker 3: I'm jerking. That's what they do. That old girl from
- 1:44:11Speaker 3: Holiday's Heart.
- 1:44:12Speaker 5: Oh, no.
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: Y'all lost hope real bad.
- 1:44:14Speaker 7: Guess what you ain't getting?
- 1:44:15Speaker 6: I had.
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: They seized your coke and you can't have it.
- 1:44:22Speaker 5: But there's see that's how you can go viral though
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: so now you just videos tape the coke heads responding
- 1:44:29Speaker 5: and then you put the thriller music in the background
- 1:44:32Speaker 5: since you're known for that now see see that's a
- 1:44:34Speaker 5: business idea cause they.
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: All walk around here like zombies I almost had to
- 1:44:39Speaker 1: call the police on these motherfuckers but that's one of.
- 1:44:41Speaker 3: A okay so this one is two places but I
- 1:44:47Speaker 3: kind of consider them to be related uh so say
- 1:44:50Speaker 3: what um Florida and Jersey? Cousin fucker. Say what? And
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: I always say that Jersey is the Florida of the North.
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: So on September 6th, 2026, for all y'all who are
- 1:45:05Speaker 3: eating pork out there right now, just be careful. Primeline Distributors, Inc.,
- 1:45:09Speaker 3: a Fort Lauderdale, Florida firm, and Fararini USA, Inc., a Hoboken,
- 1:45:15Speaker 3: New Jersey firm, are calling approximately... 1,513 pounds of imported,
- 1:45:21Speaker 3: ready-to-eat pork products that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.
- 1:45:26Speaker 3: The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Services
- 1:45:30Speaker 3: announced today the imported... Oh, you might be safe. The imported, ready-to-eat,
- 1:45:35Speaker 3: dry-cured pork jowl products.
- 1:45:38Speaker 7: Oh, thank God. Thank God.
- 1:45:39Speaker 3: Thank God.
- 1:45:40Speaker 7: I just had a pulled pork sandwich yesterday.
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: Yeah, were produced at... Oh, yeah, it says in Italy. Okay.
- 1:45:47Speaker 3: In May of 2026, and imported into the U.S. on
- 1:45:51Speaker 3: various dates within July, the following products are subject to recall.
- 1:45:54Speaker 3: We'll let everybody look that up.
- 1:45:57Speaker 5: It's almost like we should have kept... the business with
- 1:46:00Speaker 5: the farmers that are on tiktok complaining right now it's
- 1:46:04Speaker 5: almost like the ones here it's almost like they should
- 1:46:07Speaker 5: have voted to keep their businesses and our livelihoods in
- 1:46:11Speaker 5: place i mean we all gotta die one day i
- 1:46:13Speaker 5: mean we gotta get up out of here like it's
- 1:46:15Speaker 5: gonna happen but uh just you know maybe look at
- 1:46:20Speaker 5: the decisions that we're making that may affect that outcome.
- 1:46:23Speaker 3: And it also seems like Congress probably shouldn't have passed
- 1:46:25Speaker 3: that law back in 2015 that said we don't have
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: to label our meat and say where it comes from
- 1:46:29Speaker 3: anymore when it's imported. I wonder what was behind all
- 1:46:33Speaker 3: that then.
- 1:46:34Speaker 5: Well, they gave us a big binder.
- 1:46:36Speaker 3: As we get Argentina scraps off the butcher floor.
- 1:46:40Speaker 7: Speaking of meat.
- 1:46:42Speaker 3: Allegedly.
- 1:46:42Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 1:46:43Speaker 5: Oh, no.
- 1:46:44Speaker 7: Did you hear that?
- 1:46:46Speaker 3: Get a condom. It was going.
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: On TikTok about people who like oxtail might be eating
- 1:46:51Speaker 1: kangaroo tail.
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: I've had it with her. I've had it.
- 1:46:57Speaker 1: They did a side-by-side of what oxtail.
- 1:47:01Speaker 7: And kangaroo tail looks like. And guess what? It's very
- 1:47:04Speaker 7: fucking similar.
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: It's disgusting. Okay, well. Anyway. I've had kangaroo before. Oh, no.
- 1:47:13Speaker 3: I will say that.
- 1:47:14Speaker 2: What?
- 1:47:14Speaker 6: Why?
- 1:47:15Speaker 3: Why did you do this? So there's a restaurant in
- 1:47:19Speaker 3: Arlington called Oz, and they actually serve it there. It's
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: not bad.
- 1:47:22Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:47:23Speaker 3: It's not bad.
- 1:47:24Speaker 5: Don't say it's like chicken.
- 1:47:25Speaker 7: In Arlington?
- 1:47:25Speaker 4: No.
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: It's in Arlington. What's the name's husband owned, or was
- 1:47:30Speaker 3: years ago when I went? The one from Real Housewives
- 1:47:32Speaker 3: of Potomac. Ashley? Ashley? i think uh her i think
- 1:47:37Speaker 3: it was i think it was actually because i saw
- 1:47:39Speaker 3: her there one one day like i went in because
- 1:47:41Speaker 3: i used to work around the corner from there and
- 1:47:43Speaker 3: i went in i had gone in there a couple
- 1:47:44Speaker 3: of times for food but uh like to just eat
- 1:47:46Speaker 3: or whatever but um one time i went in i
- 1:47:48Speaker 3: was like let me try the uh sliders it was
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: kangaroo sliders and it was fun kangaroo.
- 1:47:53Speaker 5: Sliders they make them into sliders.
- 1:47:55Speaker 3: Yeah it was it was actually really good it wasn't.
- 1:47:57Speaker 1: Bad I used to say as a joke, I want
- 1:48:01Speaker 1: to eat some new animals because I'm tired of eating.
- 1:48:03Speaker 3: The same old animals.
- 1:48:05Speaker 1: But I didn't think somebody was going to be like,
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: you know what?
- 1:48:09Speaker 5: Kangaroo sliders.
- 1:48:10Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 1:48:10Speaker 7: Kangaroo sounds like, let's start there.
- 1:48:14Speaker 3: No, but you know what?
- 1:48:15Speaker 5: When we think about it, though, we do the same
- 1:48:18Speaker 5: thing to cows.
- 1:48:19Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:48:20Speaker 5: And them niggas in Big... Oh, no.
- 1:48:23Speaker 3: Probably tough.
- 1:48:24Speaker 12: Yikes.
- 1:48:26Speaker 7: Giraffe meat?
- 1:48:27Speaker 3: I did eat horse. I had some horse when I
- 1:48:29Speaker 3: was in Iceland.
- 1:48:30Speaker 5: You had horse every day in America. That is what
- 1:48:33Speaker 5: they are feeding us now. That is what they are
- 1:48:35Speaker 5: feeding us. All y'all that eat beef, it's horse. I'm playing.
- 1:48:40Speaker 5: I'm playing in my opinion. I'm not playing, but in
- 1:48:43Speaker 5: my opinion.
- 1:48:45Speaker 3: Yeah. It's horse.
- 1:48:47Speaker 5: You're eating horse.
- 1:48:48Speaker 7: I've had emu before.
- 1:48:50Speaker 10: Yikes.
- 1:48:53Speaker 7: It was interesting. I had an emu burger. Fun workers
- 1:48:56Speaker 7: used to do it.
- 1:48:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I had the ostrich. And the ostrich was really good.
- 1:49:00Speaker 3: It's lean, though. It's really lean.
- 1:49:02Speaker 7: It was different.
- 1:49:02Speaker 5: Y'all live such exciting lives.
- 1:49:04Speaker 7: It didn't take me like I thought it was going to.
- 1:49:06Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: It was actually all right.
- 1:49:09Speaker 3: I ain't gonna lie.
- 1:49:11Speaker 5: Y'all have such exciting lives.
- 1:49:13Speaker 3: Oh, my God. There's a butcher right up the street.
- 1:49:15Speaker 7: Have you ever had an ostrich egg?
- 1:49:17Speaker 3: Yes. Yes, it's rich.
- 1:49:19Speaker 7: An ostrich deviled egg.
- 1:49:20Speaker 17: No.
- 1:49:21Speaker 3: I've had a piece of it.
- 1:49:23Speaker 15: Ooh.
- 1:49:26Speaker 7: Ooh. I ain't gonna lie.
- 1:49:27Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:49:28Speaker 7: That was the most decadent shit I've ever eaten in
- 1:49:30Speaker 7: my life.
- 1:49:31Speaker 3: I bet.
- 1:49:32Speaker 7: It was very rich.
- 1:49:33Speaker 3: Does Whole Foods still sell them? Because they used to
- 1:49:35Speaker 3: sell them back in the day. Like ostrich eggs and the...
- 1:49:38Speaker 3: They were expensive, but that's how I had one before.
- 1:49:41Speaker 7: Yep.
- 1:49:42Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:49:43Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: Well, there you have it.
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: You gotta expand your animal palate.
- 1:49:48Speaker 7: Well....
- 1:49:50Speaker 5: If you want these and more nauseating news stories, make
- 1:49:53Speaker 5: sure you follow us over on the socials at WRTR Radio.

- 1:50:28Speaker 3: up next. Real talk. My week. Self-reflection.
- 1:50:32Speaker 5: Tell me about that one co-worker, either current or past,
- 1:50:35Speaker 5: that absolutely got under your skin while they got why
- 1:50:40Speaker 5: they got on your nerves, and what you learned about
- 1:50:43Speaker 5: yourself from that interaction. Up next on Real Talk, we'll
- 1:50:46Speaker 5: be right back.
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: Keeping it 1-100, it's Real Talk on WRTR Real Talk Radio.
- 1:50:56Speaker 4: We keep it real.
- 1:50:58Speaker 11: We want to thank him.
- 1:51:00Speaker 1: The rest of the country thanks him, despite what sometimes
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: the media portrays.
- 1:51:06Speaker 6: He's doing a wonderful job.
- 1:51:08Speaker 18: You said the country thanks Donald Trump?
- 1:51:10Speaker 11: Most of them, yeah.
- 1:51:11Speaker 18: Well, he does have like 36% approval rating or something.
- 1:51:15Speaker 4: It's a low right now.
- 1:51:17Speaker 3: A lot of people aren't informed of what's going on.
- 1:51:19Speaker 5: You were saying everyone appreciates him, but it's 37% of people.
- 1:51:22Speaker 5: Obviously not everyone.
- 1:51:23Speaker 3: There's plenty of people that don't like him.
- 1:51:25Speaker 22: Donald Trump is respected among world leaders. People, you know,
- 1:51:31Speaker 22: they may not agree with him, but they respect him.
- 1:51:34Speaker 22: Joe Biden's a joke. He's in there fumbling and mumbling
- 1:51:37Speaker 22: and Everyone laughs at him. We're the laughing stock of America.
- 1:51:40Speaker 22: We need a strong leader, someone who won't put up
- 1:51:42Speaker 22: with their bull crap and won't give all our money
- 1:51:44Speaker 22: away to foreign lands.
- 1:51:47Speaker 18: In Louisiana, they just said last week that they're putting
- 1:51:49Speaker 18: the Ten Commandments on the wall in every classroom. Do
- 1:51:51Speaker 18: you support that?
- 1:51:52Speaker 12: Yes, I do.
- 1:51:53Speaker 5: If a gay pride flag can be on the wall,
- 1:51:54Speaker 5: why can't it be the Ten Commandments?
- 1:51:56Speaker 2: Do you think Trump is a strong leader? Trump is
- 1:51:58Speaker 2: the strongest leader in my lifetime, and I'm 67 years old.
- 1:52:02Speaker 5: Do you think he's the greatest president of your lifetime?
- 1:52:04Speaker 3: I think he's the greatest president of all time.
- 1:52:06Speaker 5: In America's war with Iran.
- 1:52:08Speaker 7: What are your thoughts on that and how it's going
- 1:52:10Speaker 7: and the impact on the economy? You know, I'm probably
- 1:52:13Speaker 7: the wrong person to ask about that.
- 1:52:16Speaker 11: Lately, I've tried to just turn off the news and
- 1:52:19Speaker 11: just go about my daily life.
- 1:52:20Speaker 5: All right, blacks, we back. And inside a real talk. Again,
- 1:52:26Speaker 5: I'll say self-reflection week. Tell me about that one coworker,
- 1:52:32Speaker 5: either current or past, that absolutely got under your skin,
- 1:52:36Speaker 5: why they got on your nerves, and what you learned
- 1:52:40Speaker 5: about yourself from that interaction. I'd love to hear y'all's comments,
- 1:52:45Speaker 5: so make sure you hit us up on Blue Sky,
- 1:52:48Speaker 5: hit us up on, you know, our socials and everything. And, yeah,
- 1:52:51Speaker 5: let's keep the conversation going because I asked it already.
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: But, Ms.
- 1:52:56Speaker 5: Lyric, you look very eager.
- 1:52:58Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:52:59Speaker 5: Why don't you start?
- 1:53:03Speaker 7: Don't mind if I do.
- 1:53:04Speaker 11: Sure.
- 1:53:05Speaker 1: Let me start by saying, fuck that job.
- 1:53:10Speaker 7: And two jobs that look like that job.
- 1:53:14Speaker 1: I want to speak on this one particular co-worker who
- 1:53:17Speaker 1: had a fucking hygiene issue. At first, I felt sorry
- 1:53:25Speaker 1: for this particular person. Because they had, like, a neurological, like,
- 1:53:32Speaker 1: something was wrong with them.
- 1:53:33Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:53:35Speaker 1: And she walked with a limp. And she was, like,
- 1:53:38Speaker 1: 300-something pounds.
- 1:53:40Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:53:40Speaker 7: Coming in there.
- 1:53:41Speaker 1: So I felt really bad. Until I found out that
- 1:53:44Speaker 1: she was, like, a two-faced bitch.
- 1:53:46Speaker 7: Oh. And she was a liar.
- 1:53:48Speaker 3: Fuck your limp. Okay, sure.
- 1:53:51Speaker 7: With a twinge of racist.
- 1:53:53Speaker 17: Oh.
- 1:53:53Speaker 3: Okay?
- 1:53:54Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:53:55Speaker 5: So, I'm going to leave her.
- 1:53:57Speaker 7: Name out of it.
- 1:53:58Speaker 1: Okay. But I'm going to tell you what I've learned
- 1:54:02Speaker 1: about this bitch. I've learned that everybody don't take baths.
- 1:54:05Speaker 1: I've learned that everybody's house you can't fucking eat at.
- 1:54:09Speaker 1: I've learned that I don't trust anybody's fucking potluck because
- 1:54:13Speaker 1: of this goddamn co-worker.
- 1:54:14Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 1:54:15Speaker 5: Not the Duke himself.
- 1:54:16Speaker 3: She was a.
- 1:54:16Speaker 1: Manager at a doctor's office that I used to work at.
- 1:54:22Speaker 7: And everybody hated when.
- 1:54:25Speaker 1: she came up to the front where the receptionist area
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: and the nurses were. Because she had this thing where
- 1:54:34Speaker 1: if she had to do something, she couldn't just stand
- 1:54:37Speaker 1: over you and do it. She had to sit in
- 1:54:39Speaker 1: your seat.
- 1:54:40Speaker 5: Right?
- 1:54:42Speaker 3: No. No. You're going to have to go on.
- 1:54:45Speaker 5: Oh, I know where this story is going.
- 1:54:46Speaker 3: Yikes.
- 1:54:48Speaker 9: No.
- 1:54:49Speaker 1: So everybody would get annoyed because once she sat in
- 1:54:53Speaker 1: your seat, She would fuck up your seat.
- 1:54:57Speaker 5: Yeah, I knew it was going there.
- 1:54:59Speaker 3: Yikes. We had one of them, too.
- 1:55:01Speaker 1: Because she had a problem holding her urine in her poop.
- 1:55:09Speaker 1: And instead of wearing undergarments, because you know you have
- 1:55:14Speaker 1: a condition that you sometimes use the bathroom on yourself, right?
- 1:55:20Speaker 7: She wore thongs, y'all.
- 1:55:22Speaker 3: No, uh-uh. Okay. Okay, in her defense, were they actually, like... Defense?
- 1:55:27Speaker 5: Why are we defending this?
- 1:55:28Speaker 3: In her defense, were they actually boxer briefs that started
- 1:55:31Speaker 3: as boxer briefs and just by the time she got
- 1:55:33Speaker 3: to work, they became thongs? That's a possibility.
- 1:55:35Speaker 7: No.
- 1:55:36Speaker 1: Oh.
- 1:55:36Speaker 7: She wore thongs. We've had conversations about it. She preferred thongs.
- 1:55:41Speaker 7: She liked how they felt on her body. Stop.
- 1:55:46Speaker 3: Gross.
- 1:55:46Speaker 7: So, if you know that you.
- 1:55:48Speaker 5: Have a problem.
- 1:55:49Speaker 3: With the leakage.
- 1:55:51Speaker 7: With leakage.
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: Why are we wearing thongs to the office?
- 1:55:56Speaker 3: What do you mean? Why the fuck are we wearing thongs?
- 1:55:58Speaker 5: Why are we wearing thongs to the office?
- 1:56:01Speaker 1: So one particular time, she sat in my motherfucking seat.
- 1:56:06Speaker 3: Oh, my God. Febreze, be your God.
- 1:56:12Speaker 7: No Febreze would help.
- 1:56:14Speaker 3: Throw the chair out.
- 1:56:15Speaker 1: You would literally have to take the antiseptic. surgeon wipes and, like,
- 1:56:19Speaker 1: procedure wipes.
- 1:56:21Speaker 5: Replace my chair.
- 1:56:22Speaker 1: And you would have to, like, scrub, scrub, scrub. I
- 1:56:25Speaker 1: didn't have time for that. I'm checking patients in and out.
- 1:56:28Speaker 5: Yikes.
- 1:56:29Speaker 7: So, I switched the chair with somebody who wasn't there. Oh.
- 1:56:38Speaker 1: And proceeded to sit my ass down and got through
- 1:56:40Speaker 1: my day because if you did not do that and
- 1:56:42Speaker 1: if you did not clean your chair properly.
- 1:56:47Speaker 1: Once you sat down, your backside would smell like her backside.
- 1:56:55Speaker 3: This is awful.
- 1:56:57Speaker 7: And I bullshit you not.
- 1:57:01Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 1:57:01Speaker 5: I know what you're talking about. Because we had one
- 1:57:03Speaker 5: of them at UPS, too. We had one of them.
- 1:57:06Speaker 5: Rest her soul. Because she went on to glory.
- 1:57:09Speaker 3: But, yeah.
- 1:57:11Speaker 5: Her chair was always boofing, too.
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: Like, sister's chair.
- 1:57:14Speaker 7: Mind you, we have leather chairs. You know, smells.
- 1:57:17Speaker 5: Oh, no, we had them cloth joints. No. They had
- 1:57:20Speaker 5: them cloth joints for us. Them little foam things, so
- 1:57:24Speaker 5: the smell would just, like, sit there.
- 1:57:27Speaker 10: Oh, no.
- 1:57:27Speaker 5: Yeah, it was awful.
- 1:57:28Speaker 1: Leather is even worse because it sits and soaks inside
- 1:57:32Speaker 1: that leather.
- 1:57:34Speaker 7: Oh. Oh, yeah. So, sometimes, even if you clean your chair,
- 1:57:38Speaker 7: you still smell little remnants. of that smell.
- 1:57:43Speaker 3: Tinkle tinge.
- 1:57:45Speaker 5: Tinkle tinge. Get that out of here. Yikes.
- 1:57:48Speaker 3: Pooh residue. Oh no. Give me a doggy bag.
- 1:57:54Speaker 7: Never fucking again.
- 1:57:56Speaker 1: It got to the point it got so bad that
- 1:58:00Speaker 1: instead of them talking to her we had to talk
- 1:58:04Speaker 1: to the doctor who owned the practice and he had
- 1:58:07Speaker 1: to order everybody a new motherfucking chair.
- 1:58:11Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:58:12Speaker 5: Imagine being that person in the office. Everybody got to
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: get a new chair because your ass stinks.
- 1:58:18Speaker 3: Like, oh, my God.
- 1:58:20Speaker 5: Y'all need therapy and wet wipes.
- 1:58:23Speaker 3: Jesus.
- 1:58:24Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:58:26Speaker 5: Elle, you want to go next or me?
- 1:58:28Speaker 3: You go.
- 1:58:29Speaker 11: I'm right here.
- 1:58:30Speaker 3: I'll hear what you got.
- 1:58:30Speaker 5: I got plenty, but I will focus it on.
- 1:58:38Speaker 3: One that's been on my mind. Oh, shit.
- 1:58:42Speaker 5: I had this job once upon a time.
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: I was working, right?
- 1:58:48Speaker 5: And because of this job, I was in a comfortable space.
- 1:58:52Speaker 5: And I'm over by myself where... I'm in a corner
- 1:58:57Speaker 5: where nobody comes. Nobody has to come over there in
- 1:59:01Speaker 5: that corner. Because it's right next to where boxes pick up.
- 1:59:07Speaker 5: It's my whole job. And y'all know that I work
- 1:59:10Speaker 5: in logistics. So, I'm working with a lot of cardboard.
- 1:59:12Speaker 5: There's a lot of hazards. So, I throw boxes all
- 1:59:16Speaker 5: the time and stuff like that. So, if you are...
- 1:59:20Speaker 5: There's hazards all around me.
- 1:59:23Speaker 19: So.
- 1:59:25Speaker 5: One thing about me as a straight passing gay man
- 1:59:30Speaker 5: is that I will see a lot of the things
- 1:59:34Speaker 5: that y'all straight niggas do. And it's weird. It's weird
- 1:59:40Speaker 5: and it's uncomfortable. So y'all will sit there like there's
- 1:59:46Speaker 5: this one squiggly eyed mofo at that job. And I
- 1:59:52Speaker 5: used to call him Cookie Monster in my head because,
- 1:59:54Speaker 5: you know, like Cookie Monster, like when he talked, his
- 1:59:59Speaker 5: eye be rolling around in his head and stuff. I
- 2:00:03Speaker 5: would think about him like that. And I'm getting into
- 2:00:06Speaker 5: what I'm learning about myself, but I'm getting there. So
- 2:00:10Speaker 5: I noticed that that was already kind of unnerving. You know,
- 2:00:15Speaker 5: like you don't expect that. And I was like, cool,
- 2:00:18Speaker 5: no problem.
- 2:00:19Speaker 11: I'm cool.
- 2:00:21Speaker 5: It became a problem when every time, of course, he
- 2:00:26Speaker 5: got to, like, go to, I'm near also a bathroom
- 2:00:30Speaker 5: that's on the opposite side, but every time. You ever
- 2:00:33Speaker 5: seen one of them mofos that always gotta sit there
- 2:00:37Speaker 5: and adjust they dick as they walk into the bathroom?
- 2:00:40Speaker 5: Have you ever encountered those types? L.
- 2:00:43Speaker 3: You've seen those, right? Yeah, it's like, child, stop.
- 2:00:45Speaker 5: Nigga, that is disgusting. Why are you doing this at work?
- 2:00:49Speaker 5: You can't just go to the bathroom and then proceed
- 2:00:52Speaker 5: to get your dick.
- 2:00:53Speaker 3: Like, why are you.
- 2:00:54Speaker 5: Whipping it out before you've even made it to the bathroom?
- 2:00:57Speaker 5: Calm down.
- 2:00:58Speaker 3: Calm down. Or zip it when they walk out.
- 2:01:01Speaker 5: Ew, it's even worse than with the little pee stain.
- 2:01:03Speaker 5: You ever see the pee stain?
- 2:01:06Speaker 3: Yes.
- 2:01:09Speaker 5: You nasty bitches. So this person would come over into
- 2:01:16Speaker 5: my area consistently. And I wasn't sure. They would do
- 2:01:20Speaker 5: this thing where they want to look at you in
- 2:01:22Speaker 5: your face. And it's deliberate.
- 2:01:24Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 2:01:25Speaker 5: Because there's nobody else that would use that corner. to
- 2:01:28Speaker 5: get to anywhere else in the office but he would
- 2:01:32Speaker 5: always use that corner to come over there adjust himself
- 2:01:35Speaker 5: and then look directly in my face and it was
- 2:01:39Speaker 5: it was weird and it was uncomfortable and while i
- 2:01:42Speaker 5: thought while i thought it was his what i learned
- 2:01:45Speaker 5: about myself is i was like oh well you know
- 2:01:47Speaker 5: what marcus you're being what lyric just put up a
- 2:01:55Speaker 5: picture monster no but it's serious because while i thought
- 2:02:01Speaker 5: i was like oh you know what i'm the issue
- 2:02:03Speaker 5: because i'm sitting here and i'm looking at this squiggly
- 2:02:05Speaker 5: eye mofo and i'm judging like i'm thinking about i'm
- 2:02:09Speaker 5: a horrible person because i'm judging when it's actually no
- 2:02:12Speaker 5: you're just kind of weird because you adjust yourself frequently
- 2:02:15Speaker 5: and then look at me and my face in a
- 2:02:17Speaker 5: social setting where we supposed to be at work and
- 2:02:19Speaker 5: professional It's you. It was you.
- 2:02:22Speaker 3: So, yeah. It's been you all the time. That is
- 2:02:27Speaker 3: what I learned.
- 2:02:28Speaker 5: In that situation. What'd you learn?
- 2:02:32Speaker 3: I've had so many and probably none that I could
- 2:02:36Speaker 3: really mention the way my job is. But what I know,
- 2:02:40Speaker 3: I've got one that I worked with an individual and
- 2:02:43Speaker 3: we were pretty much on the same level and in
- 2:02:47Speaker 3: the same department. But What I did naturally in my role... Oh, no. Oh, wow.
- 2:02:58Speaker 3: Lyric is over here showing us pictures.
- 2:03:01Speaker 5: Who is that even?
- 2:03:03Speaker 3: I don't know who that is. You don't know who
- 2:03:05Speaker 3: that is?
- 2:03:06Speaker 1: That's the guy on TikTok who be.
- 2:03:09Speaker 3: Doing his hair. Oh, yeah.
- 2:03:11Speaker 5: The one that be looking back and forth.
- 2:03:12Speaker 3: Yes, that one.
- 2:03:13Speaker 5: I'm sorry.
- 2:03:14Speaker 1: Go ahead.
- 2:03:16Speaker 15: Uh....
- 2:03:18Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. So, yeah, we were in the same department
- 2:03:20Speaker 3: or whatever, but he was one of those people that
- 2:03:23Speaker 3: anytime I would, and it seemed like it was only me,
- 2:03:27Speaker 3: anytime I would do a presentation, he had like 25
- 2:03:30Speaker 3: questions afterwards. It was always this thing of, what about this?
- 2:03:34Speaker 3: What about that? And well, why are we doing it
- 2:03:35Speaker 3: this way? Well, is there a regulation? Can you give
- 2:03:37Speaker 3: me the... calm down, you know, just like, hold up,
- 2:03:40Speaker 3: hold up. And some of these things I'm like, it
- 2:03:43Speaker 3: had nothing to do with anything. There was one. So
- 2:03:45Speaker 3: I started asking questions back. So there'll be times where
- 2:03:48Speaker 3: he would ask me something. I'm like, why is that enough?
- 2:03:51Speaker 3: Is that going to affect your job some way? He's like, well, no,
- 2:03:54Speaker 3: I was just curious. I was like, well, we can
- 2:03:57Speaker 3: talk about curiosity later. We don't have time for that
- 2:04:00Speaker 3: right now though. Um, we can schedule some time for,
- 2:04:02Speaker 3: for curious questions. Is there anything that's relevant to what
- 2:04:04Speaker 3: you have going on?
- 2:04:05Speaker 5: I love people like you in the office because you
- 2:04:08Speaker 5: keep shit real. And you keep it centered because it's, like,
- 2:04:12Speaker 5: far too often are we entertaining everything else but the
- 2:04:16Speaker 5: actual issue.
- 2:04:16Speaker 7: Right.
- 2:04:17Speaker 3: Like, we don't have time for hypotheticals and stuff that
- 2:04:20Speaker 3: have nothing to do.
- 2:04:20Speaker 7: Right.
- 2:04:21Speaker 3: Even if this happened... your job would have nothing to
- 2:04:24Speaker 3: do with that, that outcome. So why do you care? Like,
- 2:04:27Speaker 3: you know, like.
- 2:04:28Speaker 5: Everybody calm down, mind your business, do the job that
- 2:04:30Speaker 5: pays you.
- 2:04:31Speaker 3: This, this meeting was 30 minutes that we are going
- 2:04:32Speaker 3: into a minute 50 because of you at all your
- 2:04:35Speaker 3: damn questions. Shut up. Wow.
- 2:04:38Speaker 9: Ouch.
- 2:04:38Speaker 3: So, yeah, so, um, it was, it was one of
- 2:04:41Speaker 3: those things, but what I, I will say what I
- 2:04:42Speaker 3: learned about myself, um, is despite the fact of how
- 2:04:46Speaker 3: unlikable he was to me and how obviously, but how,
- 2:04:51Speaker 3: how it, obvious it was that he was such an asshole,
- 2:04:54Speaker 3: he was still considered in ways like that golden child
- 2:04:58Speaker 3: in ways with other people. And it made me realize
- 2:05:02Speaker 3: that being right doesn't make you liked. And in those situations,
- 2:05:08Speaker 3: and don't get me wrong, I don't mind being unliked
- 2:05:10Speaker 3: and right. But what it did allow me to understand
- 2:05:14Speaker 3: is how to put a person in their place, call
- 2:05:17Speaker 3: things out quickly and nip it in the bud and
- 2:05:20Speaker 3: move on and not take it personally. Love that.
- 2:05:23Speaker 5: I absolutely love that.
- 2:05:26Speaker 3: Love it. All right.
- 2:05:28Speaker 1: Well, I took shitty, but I put real personal. Because
- 2:05:32Speaker 1: why are you so shitty?
- 2:05:33Speaker 5: Man, why are you tugging dick? Why are you tugging
- 2:05:36Speaker 5: dick at niggas?
- 2:05:37Speaker 3: Those were invasions. What's happening? Those were invasions. Yeah, they were.
- 2:05:41Speaker 5: On my visuals and the rest of, and lyrics, wardrobe.
- 2:05:44Speaker 1: Nasals. whole scrubs oh no that's never never I never
- 2:05:50Speaker 1: sat in a motherfucking.
- 2:05:51Speaker 5: Chair she's never been blessed by booty.
- 2:05:54Speaker 1: Juice and I only warn I only warn people that.
- 2:05:58Speaker 7: I actually like if I fucked with you.
- 2:06:01Speaker 1: I was gonna warn you hey Nicole just sat in
- 2:06:03Speaker 1: your chair if I didn't fuck with you cause you
- 2:06:05Speaker 1: was on some dumb shit or you got on my
- 2:06:07Speaker 1: nerves I ain't saying nothing to you go ahead and
- 2:06:09Speaker 1: sit down have a seat bitch cause the moment you
- 2:06:11Speaker 1: get up you gonna be stinky than a motherfucker I know.
- 2:06:14Speaker 7: That's right Yeah, I was very petty.
- 2:06:17Speaker 5: Well, as you should have been.
- 2:06:19Speaker 3: Good job. Thank you.

- 2:06:53Speaker 7: No, I don't think so.
- 2:06:56Speaker 5: No parting message for the week? Great. L, you got
- 2:06:59Speaker 5: something to say?
- 2:07:00Speaker 3: Be genuine, be you, and be happy. I'm going to
- 2:07:03Speaker 3: say wash your ass.
- 2:07:04Speaker 5: It's getting terrible when people got to replace furniture because
- 2:07:10Speaker 5: you cannot wipe your backside. Yikes.
- 2:07:13Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 2:07:16Speaker 7: Yeah, stop driving like assholes, I guess.
- 2:07:18Speaker 3: Yikes.
- 2:07:19Speaker 7: If I had to say anything. I don't know what
- 2:07:22Speaker 7: it is.
- 2:07:23Speaker 1: People's road rage has been really, really substantially crazy.
- 2:07:31Speaker 7: These past few weeks. So, stop driving like assholes.
- 2:07:35Speaker 1: Yikes.
- 2:07:35Speaker 3: Okay, L, got one before we get out of here. Baltimore.
- 2:07:39Speaker 3: Have you noticed that people.
- 2:07:41Speaker 5: Okay, I got a problem with these pedestrians out here
- 2:07:44Speaker 5: that even though the crosswalk be like, don't come, bitch.
- 2:07:48Speaker 5: They be like, they'll still come. And then they got
- 2:07:52Speaker 5: to do like this casual style, this style walk all
- 2:07:55Speaker 5: slow and shit when they're clearly holding up traffic when
- 2:07:58Speaker 5: the green light hits.
- 2:07:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:08:00Speaker 5: If you run their ass over it's a crime but
- 2:08:02Speaker 5: and it's you know morally wrong sure but you know
- 2:08:05Speaker 5: you piss me off but i'm playing but it's a
- 2:08:11Speaker 5: problem it's really bad yeah uh that and the bikes
- 2:08:16Speaker 5: Why do we have so many bike lanes when nobody's
- 2:08:19Speaker 5: using the bike lanes?
- 2:08:20Speaker 3: Why did we use taxpayer money to do that? I'm
- 2:08:23Speaker 3: tired of these kids. I'm sorry, but these kids need
- 2:08:27Speaker 3: some kind of a license to be on these little
- 2:08:29Speaker 3: electric scooters, especially when they're going 35 miles an hour.
- 2:08:32Speaker 3: Did you see them girls? You can literally speed in
- 2:08:35Speaker 3: a 25 mile per hour zone and not even have
- 2:08:38Speaker 3: a driver's license. It's dangerous. And they're on the sidewalks.
- 2:08:40Speaker 3: They're just going around corners and not looking. And one
- 2:08:44Speaker 3: of them is going to get popped.
- 2:08:45Speaker 5: And did you see the ones on the first day
- 2:08:48Speaker 5: of school this year? The ones that crashed into the, uh,
- 2:08:51Speaker 5: it was like a storefront.
- 2:08:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:08:54Speaker 5: They were on one of those motorbikes.
- 2:08:55Speaker 3: It was two black girls.
- 2:08:56Speaker 5: And then shout outs to the one that got up
- 2:08:59Speaker 5: and like she adjusted her weave and like knocked the
- 2:09:01Speaker 5: glass out and everything. So she got up.
- 2:09:04Speaker 3: Wait, not the glass. So they went through the glass.
- 2:09:06Speaker 5: Like they went through the glass of this business. And see, okay,
- 2:09:10Speaker 5: now they got to get their place. She threw her
- 2:09:13Speaker 5: wig back.
- 2:09:14Speaker 3: She said, wow.
- 2:09:15Speaker 5: Now I was like, oh, that's impressive.
- 2:09:17Speaker 3: That's vandalism. That's vandalism right there. I'm pissed. Because you know,
- 2:09:24Speaker 3: either they're going to have to file an insurance claim
- 2:09:25Speaker 3: to get that replaced, that business is.
- 2:09:28Speaker 12: No.
- 2:09:29Speaker 5: I mean, she did her thing, though. Impressive young lady.
- 2:09:32Speaker 3: Dust yourself off and try again.
- 2:09:34Speaker 5: I mean, she worked it. Incredibly embarrassing.
- 2:09:38Speaker 7: I just got up and shook the glass out your ear, girl.
- 2:09:40Speaker 3: And she did. I guess she had to go to school.
- 2:09:43Speaker 5: I will show y'all both the video after we get
- 2:09:45Speaker 5: off of here. Well, I'll let y'all next week on
- 2:09:50Speaker 5: WRTR Real Talk Radio.
