- 0:09Speaker 2: to the readA Panety Show. Coming up tonight.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Opposition leader Peter Dutton declares war on leftist activist journalists
- 0:16Speaker 3: after another hit piece is published in the Nine Papers.
- 0:20Speaker 2: The Great Professor Ian Plymer will join me.
- 0:23Speaker 3: To discuss Chris Bowen's latest green scheme, and straight from Texas,
- 0:28Speaker 3: Alex Stein with the latest US news. Kin zis scofil
- 0:32Speaker 3: with the celebrity news that you want to hear, including
- 0:35Speaker 3: Jerry Seinfeld pining for a return to dominant masculinity, and
- 0:41Speaker 3: as always, Left is losing it tonight featuring this alleged
- 0:46Speaker 3: comedian here' Israel.
- 0:52Speaker 2: I had to get that off my chest.
- 0:54Speaker 4: The rage just builds up and I just have to
- 0:56Speaker 4: learn it now every couple of hours.
- 0:58Speaker 3: But first, let's go to this investigation from the ABC
- 1:01Speaker 3: and yes we give them credit when they deserve it.
- 1:04Speaker 3: They report that hundreds of thousands of Australian households are
- 1:08Speaker 3: being charged electricity prices based on their single biggest point
- 1:12Speaker 3: of usage across an entire month, fueling claims power firms
- 1:17Speaker 3: are using sneaky tactics to gouge customers. The ABC found
- 1:22Speaker 3: so called cost reflective tariffs such as time of use
- 1:26Speaker 3: and flexible rates are using a customer's single highest point
- 1:30Speaker 3: of demand for power could be as little as thirty
- 1:33Speaker 3: minutes to calculate how much they pay for a whole month.
- 1:38Speaker 3: So someone could be away from home traveling for four weeks,
- 1:43Speaker 3: but they come back on the thirty first and do
- 1:45Speaker 3: their laundry, run the dishwasher, do a bunch of things
- 1:48Speaker 3: that uses power, and that single high usage period will
- 1:53Speaker 3: be extended for the whole month. Doesn't sound too fair.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Let's bring in Sky News contributor pro McSween pro all
- 2:00Speaker 3: these smart meters we've all paid a fortune for. We're
- 2:04Speaker 3: supposed to make things easier and more accurate, not be
- 2:08Speaker 3: a means to our rip off consumers.
- 2:11Speaker 5: Well, they're smart ass computer computers, I think.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Actually.
- 2:16Speaker 5: I mean, when you think about it, you almost need
- 2:18Speaker 5: to have a PhD to work out the convoluted bills
- 2:22Speaker 5: that you get. It's really hard to understand. And now
- 2:26Speaker 5: we see that they're really trying to rip us off
- 2:29Speaker 5: with these new so called smart demand payments and fees.
- 2:35Speaker 5: You know, it just feels as a consumer that everybody
- 2:39Speaker 5: is out to get you, to trick you, to manipulate,
- 2:43Speaker 5: con you, to get more money out of you, and
- 2:46Speaker 5: it's just it's no wonder people are so depressed and
- 2:50Speaker 5: so furious. There's so much anger in the community.
- 2:53Speaker 3: And I think it's because we're struggling to pay a way,
- 2:58Speaker 3: you know, to just survive. And when you know that
- 3:01Speaker 3: entities like this government, also insurance companies, health insurance companies,
- 3:07Speaker 3: they're all conning you in some way to get more
- 3:11Speaker 3: and it's just getting tiresome and really deflating.
- 3:15Speaker 5: I've got to say.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Absolutely now to the left's latest attempt to sme Opposition
- 3:22Speaker 3: leader Peter Dutton, and it is a curious tactic. They
- 3:27Speaker 3: keep trying to portray him as someone who was soft
- 3:30Speaker 3: on crime, soft on borders. The Sydney Morning Herald published
- 3:34Speaker 3: what they hope would be a hit piece. It certainly
- 3:37Speaker 3: was a hit piece. I don't know how much damage
- 3:39Speaker 3: he did, though. They accused Dutton of releasing two men
- 3:42Speaker 3: convicted of accessory to murder at one hundred and two
- 3:45Speaker 3: convicted sex offenders during his time as Minister in charge
- 3:50Speaker 3: of Immigration and Home Affairs. Dutton wasn't having it through
- 3:54Speaker 3: He posted this odd ex is that I canceled more
- 3:57Speaker 3: than six three hundred v more than any minister since Federation.
- 4:03Speaker 3: The cancelation power was exercised within the limits of the constitution.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Important point that one mister Albanesi watered down the law
- 4:11Speaker 3: under Direction ninety nine. And that's why you are seeing
- 4:15Speaker 3: the complete failure by this government and the happless Andrew Giles.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Only you and Lauren Tingle. I think that you there
- 4:24Speaker 3: is David Crow, You and Laura Tingle would run this
- 4:28Speaker 3: pathetic line spoon fed by the government.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Ouch. This is you don't often see.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Australian politicians hitting back like this, let alone opposition leader.
- 4:40Speaker 3: But proof this tactic Labor have of trying to blame
- 4:46Speaker 3: Dutton for their immigration detention woes.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Do you think it's an effective.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Strategy because I would have thought most people, whether they
- 4:54Speaker 3: like Peter Dutton or loathe him, would consider to be
- 4:57Speaker 3: pretty tough on crime, tough on borders.
- 5:00Speaker 2: In the eyes of some people, too tough.
- 5:03Speaker 5: Well, red this is because they're terrified of him. You know,
- 5:07Speaker 5: they're attacking the man because he's a very strong leader
- 5:12Speaker 5: and he's got their measure and so they're running scared.
- 5:15Speaker 5: You can imagine there's sphincters going nineteen to the dozen
- 5:18Speaker 5: when they enter the Parliament. You know, this is a
- 5:22Speaker 5: man who isn't going to let the lies, the obfiscation,
- 5:26Speaker 5: the cunning of people who really just want our politicians
- 5:32Speaker 5: to perform, and he's not going to let them get
- 5:34Speaker 5: away with it. And you know, sadly Alban Easy knows
- 5:38Speaker 5: that he and Giles have totally stuffed the Immigration Act up,
- 5:45Speaker 5: and you know they're going to try and do everything
- 5:48Speaker 5: in the book that they can to take the pressure
- 5:51Speaker 5: off themselves. It's so childish, as you know, when you're little,
- 5:54Speaker 5: kids used to blame oh he started, Oh she started it.
- 5:59Speaker 5: You know, so childish. And the people can see through
- 6:04Speaker 5: all this. We know who's to blame for all of this.
- 6:07Speaker 5: It started when Labor were elected. We knew they were
- 6:10Speaker 5: weak on immigration. Our borders will be porous and it's
- 6:15Speaker 5: all coming true.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Fears of an American style weaponized justice system are growing
- 6:24Speaker 3: right here in Australia. It's not just a US phenomenon.
- 6:28Speaker 2: The Act.
- 6:29Speaker 3: Chief Justice Lucy McCallum has come under fire for comments
- 6:34Speaker 3: she made where she bemoaned the principle of innocent until
- 6:38Speaker 3: proven guilty in rape trials. She said there's an intractable
- 6:43Speaker 3: problem in that our overriding task and function is to
- 6:47Speaker 3: ensure an accused person has a fair trial. The Australian
- 6:51Speaker 3: reports her comments have shocked many members of the bar.
- 6:55Speaker 3: One barrister said, it's not a problem. It's the principle
- 6:59Speaker 3: of the whole justice system. A fair trial is not
- 7:02Speaker 3: an intractable problem. It's an essential mechanism that's relied upon
- 7:07Speaker 3: to ensure justice is done. And another barrister said, is
- 7:12Speaker 3: she a judge or a law reforming politician.
- 7:17Speaker 2: It's not a bad question.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Through Activist judges are certainly a problem in this country.
- 7:23Speaker 3: It's not something that's discussed too often. But when they're appointed,
- 7:26Speaker 3: they're appointed for life. I don't think they have to
- 7:30Speaker 3: step down until they're in their seventies.
- 7:32Speaker 2: And it worries.
- 7:33Speaker 5: It's so worrying because where it's the separation of powers,
- 7:36Speaker 5: because all of these judges are now political appointments, and
- 7:40Speaker 5: you just wonder who's bidding she's doing. You know, even
- 7:44Speaker 5: if she's very clean and not doing anyone's bidding, you
- 7:48Speaker 5: have to wonder about her impartiality and the impact of
- 7:52Speaker 5: what she's saying in a court room when she was
- 7:55Speaker 5: quoted as saying something to a rape complaint when entitled
- 7:59Speaker 5: to think you might be lying until you prove you're not.
- 8:02Speaker 5: I mean, it's just astounding that this kind of commentary
- 8:06Speaker 5: is coming from the Chief Justice, and we all have
- 8:09Speaker 5: to be extremely concerned. I know, in America, you know,
- 8:13Speaker 5: the president stacks the courts over there and they have
- 8:18Speaker 5: you know, I guess everybody has to question then the results.
- 8:22Speaker 5: You know, they know what's going to happen, whether they're
- 8:24Speaker 5: left leaning or not. But in this case in Australia,
- 8:27Speaker 5: I think we are all alarmed by a commentary and
- 8:31Speaker 5: I'm glad that the legal fraternity is standing up and saying,
- 8:35Speaker 5: hang on a minute, this is not right.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Well, I can tell you here in Victoria have had
- 8:42Speaker 3: a labor government in power for so long. They have
- 8:47Speaker 3: got their people everywhere, and some of the attorney generals
- 8:52Speaker 3: have been very clever in appointing fairly young judges, so
- 8:56Speaker 3: they're sitting on the bench for thirty odd years, maybe
- 8:59Speaker 3: even longer. Now, let's talk about what's happening on university campuses.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Students at the University of Sydney have.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Been subjected to lectures like this have a listened to
- 9:10Speaker 3: what I'm about to play you. This lecturer is talking
- 9:13Speaker 3: about her Mass being wrongly accused of rape. According to her,
- 9:18Speaker 3: they didn't rape people, they didn't murder babies on October seven.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Have a listen this.
- 9:24Speaker 6: Article that was written by the New York Times. Scream
- 9:27Speaker 6: without words, screams without words, how her Mus weaponized sexual
- 9:31Speaker 6: violence on October seventh is one that time and again
- 9:34Speaker 6: was proven wrong that witnesses they supposedly had said they
- 9:38Speaker 6: never you know, that never.
- 9:40Speaker 7: Happened to them.
- 9:41Speaker 6: The sources were attracted all kinds of things to prove that,
- 9:44Speaker 6: you know, that this story was really you know, it
- 9:48Speaker 6: was not a real story, that a lot of what
- 9:50Speaker 6: was in this article.
- 9:50Speaker 7: Was not true.
- 9:51Speaker 2: You can see how the Western.
- 9:52Speaker 6: Media has suppressed coverage of the atrocities. They've used this
- 9:56Speaker 6: kind of fake news about her Mus beheading babies and
- 9:59Speaker 6: mass rates, all in order to shore up support for Israel,
- 10:03Speaker 6: and they have distorted events.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Thankfully, Prude, there is a quiet fight back happening on campus,
- 10:12Speaker 3: or at least from one academic. Listen to what happens
- 10:15Speaker 3: when a pro Palestinian activist interrupts a lecture here.
- 10:20Speaker 8: The University obviously has security here to stop us talking
- 10:24Speaker 8: about Palestine in your class, which is genuinely sort of
- 10:28Speaker 8: outside the usual activity out of this university. If you're
- 10:32Speaker 8: opposed to the genocide in Palestine, you know there's a
- 10:36Speaker 8: ralliant Thursday, one pm. You can come along to that one.
- 10:50Speaker 3: I just love that pro That is a fight back,
- 10:55Speaker 3: just peacefully and quietly, just I think blasting. It was
- 10:59Speaker 3: Beyonce there, but you know, pick whatever song you want
- 11:02Speaker 3: and just drown them out. I mean, the entitlement of
- 11:05Speaker 3: these absolutely loopy leftist activists. Not only have they got
- 11:11Speaker 3: these encampments, not only are they pressuring students, scaring some
- 11:16Speaker 3: of them away from lectures, but those who are showing
- 11:19Speaker 3: up to lectures are getting interruptions like that.
- 11:22Speaker 5: Well good on him, as you say, but it's they
- 11:25Speaker 5: don't even look like their university students, you know, their activists.
- 11:29Speaker 5: They look like activists who have just joined the party
- 11:33Speaker 5: and you know, decided that they're going to add.
- 11:35Speaker 2: To the disruption.
- 11:37Speaker 5: But you know, you look at those other students sitting
- 11:39Speaker 5: in that auditorium who just want to learn, and you
- 11:44Speaker 5: know you have these morons coming in and imposing their
- 11:49Speaker 5: views on these poor innocent students who you know, sadly
- 11:54Speaker 5: have probably been used to having this kind of grooming
- 11:58Speaker 5: since so a little ki. You know, we've had generations
- 12:01Speaker 5: now of kids who have been subjected to activist teachers,
- 12:05Speaker 5: and now it seems to be happening in universities. I mean, God,
- 12:09Speaker 5: take up a trade. Don't subject yourself to university anymore.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I think, yeah, there's a point to the degree. I
- 12:18Speaker 2: would just be rethinking it now.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Donald Trump was found guilty on all accounts in his
- 12:24Speaker 3: New York hush money trial last week. Law professor Jonathan
- 12:29Speaker 3: Turley was inside the courtroom for the trial, and he
- 12:34Speaker 3: gave this analysis to Fox.
- 12:36Speaker 9: News in defense of some of those jurors. They may
- 12:40Speaker 9: have not seen any alternative but conviction. I mean, keep
- 12:43Speaker 9: in mind, this judge allowed the government to repeatedly tell
- 12:47Speaker 9: them that it was a fact that an election violation
- 12:50Speaker 9: occurred and that Trump had ordered it. Judge Murshan stayed
- 12:55Speaker 9: absolutely silent during that statement, over and over again, even
- 12:58Speaker 9: though it violated his instruction. And to this day we
- 13:04Speaker 9: won't know what the jury really decided on the conspiracy.
- 13:08Speaker 9: I was in that courtroom listening to thirty four guilty verdicts,
- 13:13Speaker 9: but they didn't say what the jury thought had happened.
- 13:17Speaker 9: They were unanimous only that some crime, some secondary crime occurred.
- 13:22Speaker 9: Judge Mshan did not require them to reach unanimity on
- 13:26Speaker 9: what that crime was. So it's going to go on
- 13:29Speaker 9: appeal and the appellate court won't know any more than
- 13:32Speaker 9: we have in terms of knowledge as to was this
- 13:37Speaker 9: an election violation, another falsification of documents, a tax violation.
- 13:44Speaker 9: That's just simply not in the record.
- 13:49Speaker 3: This sham trial prew the polls taken after the conviction
- 13:54Speaker 3: of showing that Trump is still headed back to the
- 13:57Speaker 3: White House.
- 13:58Speaker 2: I mean, if it's via jail, it's.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Really not having an impact because those who have taken
- 14:03Speaker 3: notice of what's happening. No, there was no substance to this.
- 14:08Speaker 3: This were charges that were manufactured purely to get Trump.
- 14:14Speaker 5: Well, it's totally back to fire big time. And of course,
- 14:17Speaker 5: now how's barden ganna look that he's been going to
- 14:20Speaker 5: be beaten by a felon. You know, you have to think, Wow,
- 14:24Speaker 5: isn't that great? You know, not a good way to start.
- 14:27Speaker 5: But anyway, look, the whole thing is just a total jug.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Well, I think part of the whole strategy here was
- 14:35Speaker 3: to go to November election with Trump as a convicted
- 14:39Speaker 3: felon and to have that hanging over its his head.
- 14:44Speaker 3: But it's not having the impact they thought. In fact,
- 14:47Speaker 3: convicted felon was trending on social media with all the
- 14:51Speaker 3: Trump backers saying I'm voting for a convicted felon. Proudly, oh,
- 14:56Speaker 3: proum McSwain, thank you for your time. Tonight, nager Minister
- 15:00Speaker 3: Chris Bowen is tweeting like a petulant teenager.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Today he tweeted this.
- 15:06Speaker 3: It has been six hundred and seventy one day since
- 15:09Speaker 3: Peter Dutton first said the L ANDP would go down
- 15:12Speaker 3: the path of risky reactors. Six hundred and seventy one days.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Still no detail.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Now in itself wouldn't be so bad, except yesterday he
- 15:22Speaker 3: tweeted the same thing. Only well, six hundred and seventy days,
- 15:25Speaker 3: and he tweeted the same thing.
- 15:26Speaker 2: The day before. In the day before you get.
- 15:29Speaker 3: The idea, he has a counterp happening. I told you
- 15:33Speaker 3: it was adolescent joining me now as esteemed geologist Professor
- 15:37Speaker 3: Ian Plymer.
- 15:39Speaker 2: In between these tweets, Professor.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Chris Bowen has also announced that his government is funding
- 15:46Speaker 3: low interest loans to help Australians get solar panels and batteries.
- 15:52Speaker 3: This is more market manipulation. Someone is making money out
- 15:58Speaker 3: of this, surely in but I do worry about the
- 16:02Speaker 3: amount of market manipulation we are seeing in the renewable market.
- 16:09Speaker 10: Well, Chris Bowen is a Liberal Party asset. I just
- 16:12Speaker 10: maybe keep tweeting and tweeting and tweeting because that shows
- 16:17Speaker 10: what he's really about. In terms of loans. That's a
- 16:21Speaker 10: youphul mession for we have totally stuffed up. The average
- 16:25Speaker 10: consumer is bleeding, and we have to show that we
- 16:29Speaker 10: are concerned. Now, his party once was concerned about the
- 16:33Speaker 10: little man, was once concerned about the worker.
- 16:36Speaker 2: But not now, No, absolutely not now.
- 16:42Speaker 3: President Joe Biden has recently been praising Kenya's incredible renewable
- 16:49Speaker 3: energy supply.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Let's have a look.
- 16:52Speaker 11: Ninety percent of Kenya's electricity comes from clean energy. As
- 16:59Speaker 11: far as it apply, over one million homes are powered
- 17:04Speaker 11: by one energy a loan. That's where as applause too.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Well, gee, that sounds wonderful, but he left out a
- 17:14Speaker 3: few things there in didn't he doesn't Kenya have fairly
- 17:18Speaker 3: frequent blackouts and needing backup energy sources to add to
- 17:24Speaker 3: the greed.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Is that really something we want to emulate.
- 17:28Speaker 10: Well, I left out a lot of things. Most Tenyu's
- 17:32Speaker 10: electricity comes from geothermal and from hydro and when they're
- 17:37Speaker 10: running short of power they get it in from neighbors like
- 17:39Speaker 10: Uganda and Ethiopia. And Kenya is a very very poor
- 17:44Speaker 10: country and they now are getting a loan of sixty
- 17:49Speaker 10: five million and a grant of five million to go
- 17:52Speaker 10: towards net zero. Now you cannot do that with a
- 17:55Speaker 10: poor country. This is a country that lives off agric culture,
- 18:00Speaker 10: and agriculture needs fertilizers. You cannot make fertilizers with net zero.
- 18:06Speaker 10: They also have food insecurity, they have nutritional problems, They
- 18:11Speaker 10: have a massive amount of preventable disease. They are in
- 18:15Speaker 10: debt which is sixty eight percent of their GDP. They're overpopulated.
- 18:19Speaker 10: They have a high fertility rate, yet they have a
- 18:21Speaker 10: low longevity, and that longevity is about sixty four point
- 18:25Speaker 10: six compared with the global averages seventy one point seven.
- 18:29Speaker 10: And anyone in Australia can expect to live twenty years
- 18:31Speaker 10: longer than any keenion. So this is the end result
- 18:36Speaker 10: of green policies pushed by Western elites. They kill economies.
- 18:43Speaker 7: The only way that.
- 18:44Speaker 10: The sixty five million can be paid back is for
- 18:47Speaker 10: keen to get further in debt, and they are already
- 18:50Speaker 10: in big debt. They have to have money to purchase
- 18:55Speaker 10: electricity from the neighbors you gander an ethyapaier. They have
- 18:59Speaker 10: to have hard current. They don't have significant cold deposits.
- 19:02Speaker 10: They don't have significant old oil deposits. They are dependent
- 19:06Speaker 10: upon energy which is cheap and reliable, and that is
- 19:11Speaker 10: not renewables. That is perhaps geothermal and perhaps hydra But
- 19:18Speaker 10: the problem in today's world is that with a copper
- 19:21Speaker 10: price so high, this means that in a poor country
- 19:24Speaker 10: people steal the copper wiring to be able to sell
- 19:28Speaker 10: it to get food. You cannot impose Western net zero
- 19:34Speaker 10: onto poor countries. And this is green murder, which is
- 19:38Speaker 10: at top which is a title of one of my books.
- 19:41Speaker 10: These policies kill people, and he should be better advised
- 19:46Speaker 10: that he shouldn't be interfering with the energy policies of
- 19:50Speaker 10: a strangling poor country and end up killing people and
- 19:55Speaker 10: increasing poverty. So this to me is the window into
- 19:59Speaker 10: green policy. They do not care about people. They do
- 20:03Speaker 10: not care about having low longevity, They do not care
- 20:06Speaker 10: about killing people. All they care about is being an
- 20:09Speaker 10: unelected elite with power over you and everyone else.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Well, this green scheme is nothing new. There's a vintage
- 20:22Speaker 3: clip that is doing the rounds again, Professor, featuring former
- 20:27Speaker 3: Vice President Al Gore. This is when he was only
- 20:31Speaker 3: thirty four years old. He was already in politics and
- 20:35Speaker 3: making green predictions about what was going to happen in
- 20:39Speaker 3: the near future. The CBS report from nineteen eighty two
- 20:42Speaker 3: predicted widespread disruption of agriculture and twenty five percent of
- 20:48Speaker 3: Florida ending up underwater due to the burning of coal
- 20:53Speaker 3: and oil, Professor, No matter how catastrophically wrong these dooms
- 20:59Speaker 3: sayers are, they keep getting a platform, keep setting the agenda,
- 21:05Speaker 3: keep making the policies. That's more than thirty years ago,
- 21:09Speaker 3: and there seems to be no accountability whatsoever for these
- 21:13Speaker 3: predictions that are never eventuated, never even come close to eventuating.
- 21:19Speaker 10: Well, this is perfect for Gore. He's become a climate
- 21:22Speaker 10: multi billionaire. He's made a fortune out of frightening people
- 21:26Speaker 10: witness and he also owns water side property. He lives
- 21:30Speaker 10: in one so if he was really serious, you're going
- 21:33Speaker 10: to live on the mountains. He's not, So he's the
- 21:36Speaker 10: leader of the green scam. He looked very young and
- 21:41Speaker 10: useful in that clip. He's now a little bit older
- 21:45Speaker 10: and a multi billionaire. He can have a face if
- 21:48Speaker 10: he can do anything. Because he has been scaring the
- 21:51Speaker 10: world for decades. People have bought the cool aid and
- 21:57Speaker 10: people are struggling. Perhaps you to Gore, So he's like
- 22:02Speaker 10: shaming in the other people predicting the end of the world.
- 22:05Speaker 10: And I suggest that when they come and knock on
- 22:07Speaker 10: your door and tell you you've got to live a
- 22:10Speaker 10: poor life and you've got to give up your life
- 22:13Speaker 10: to save the planet, I think you sew the dog
- 22:15Speaker 10: under them because for two thousand years people have been
- 22:19Speaker 10: predicting the end of the world and they never got
- 22:22Speaker 10: it right. So why should Gore be right? And history
- 22:25Speaker 10: has shown in the forty odd years since that clip,
- 22:28Speaker 10: history has shown that those people who cry wolf, who
- 22:32Speaker 10: try to scare us witness always get it wrong.
- 22:39Speaker 3: And he has been richly rewarded as as you mentioned,
- 22:43Speaker 3: even what an Oscar for the scare mongering. So it's
- 22:47Speaker 3: been very good deed in climate he was acting thank
- 22:52Speaker 3: you for your time. Still to come a bumper edition
- 22:56Speaker 3: of Lefty's Losing It and Alex Stein will bring us
- 23:00Speaker 3: the latest from.
- 23:01Speaker 2: The US.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Welcome back. Now it's time for Lefties losing it. And
- 23:15Speaker 3: you think there was enough weapon grade crazy on the
- 23:18Speaker 3: View from the miserable Wackadoodle hosts, But no, the ladies
- 23:22Speaker 3: of the View are keen to prove that misery loves.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Company, and they invite other.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Lefties to lose it on their program, including the first lady.
- 23:32Speaker 12: Can you imagine if we put any more Republicans on
- 23:36Speaker 12: the Supreme Court? No, if we will lose all of
- 23:40Speaker 12: our rights.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Not hysterical at all.
- 23:42Speaker 3: We will lose all our rights still will we are
- 23:45Speaker 3: what We're going to lose. Our free speech, freedom of religion,
- 23:48Speaker 3: freedom of assembly, all gone, because we know how much
- 23:51Speaker 3: Republicans hate freedom.
- 23:53Speaker 2: But brace yourself. The gas lighting and projection is about
- 23:57Speaker 2: to be turned up to atomic levels.
- 24:01Speaker 4: There have been people that have thought President Biden shouldn't
- 24:03Speaker 4: even debate President Trump just due to the fact that
- 24:06Speaker 4: he Donald trumple gaslight he overtoks there are no guardrails
- 24:11Speaker 4: so stalks.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I happen.
- 24:13Speaker 4: To believe it's really important more than ever to have
- 24:16Speaker 4: a debate with guardrails. What is the strategy that the
- 24:20Speaker 4: president has going into this?
- 24:22Speaker 2: Any tips you'd have.
- 24:23Speaker 4: For a debate that we could pull off where we
- 24:25Speaker 4: could actually hear our candidates.
- 24:27Speaker 12: You know, they built that in where they're going to
- 24:29Speaker 12: turn off those mics so that somebody can't ramble or
- 24:33Speaker 12: scream at somebody, you know, not that my husband would
- 24:35Speaker 12: be the one doing that, And so that's already been negotiated,
- 24:40Speaker 12: and you know, I think, but I think that American
- 24:43Speaker 12: people deserve a debate because you need to see your choices.
- 24:47Speaker 13: You need to.
- 24:47Speaker 12: See Trump, and you need to see the president and
- 24:51Speaker 12: you need to see the differences and my husband's and
- 24:54Speaker 12: you're going to see how smart he is and the
- 24:56Speaker 12: experience he has. And then you'll see somebody who, like
- 25:00Speaker 12: you're saying, I'm going to use Joey's words, can't put
- 25:03Speaker 12: a sentence together.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Yeah, it's the President Trump that can't put a sentence together.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Note this, blankeh.
- 25:18Speaker 11: Anyway, the best way to get something done if you
- 25:24Speaker 11: if you hold near and dear to you that you
- 25:27Speaker 11: like to be able to.
- 25:30Speaker 14: Anyway.
- 25:31Speaker 11: From from Charlotte assumed me from Charlotte one another and
- 25:39Speaker 11: joan shng gang SHV my passway Shangha fifty times one
- 25:47Speaker 11: hundred and fifty nine billion dollars.
- 25:50Speaker 7: Let the idea that.
- 25:56Speaker 11: Los Angeles and uh and uh what am I doing here?
- 26:02Speaker 3: Yeses, doctor Jill, it's Trump who can't put a sentence together.
- 26:06Speaker 2: You said you were quoting Joy Beja with that comment.
- 26:09Speaker 3: Now, I don't care how desperate you are for material.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Why would anyone quote the thoroughly kooky and miserable Joy.
- 26:17Speaker 3: But I'm glad to report she did have a rare
- 26:20Speaker 3: moment of joy when she heard Trump was convicted.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Well, my reaction was I was at cast of buying,
- 26:28Speaker 1: you know, ten buckses of curing coffee, and my wife
- 26:33Speaker 1: started to buzz and I got so excited I started
- 26:36Speaker 1: leaking at it.
- 26:37Speaker 2: You gross.
- 26:39Speaker 3: That is a lefty losing it now to a comic
- 26:42Speaker 3: that is about as funny as an ingrown toenail.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Here is Nina Carufe Israel. I had to get that
- 26:53Speaker 2: off my chest.
- 26:55Speaker 6: The rage just builds up and I just have to
- 26:56Speaker 6: learn it now every couple of hours.
- 26:58Speaker 9: What did you say?
- 27:00Speaker 15: He's real?
- 27:03Speaker 3: Remember when stand up comics were funny, when they were
- 27:06Speaker 3: more interested in getting laughs rather than applause for some
- 27:10Speaker 3: daft political point. I guess a woman in a hijab
- 27:14Speaker 3: and stilettos is a little bit funny. Not exactly sure
- 27:17Speaker 3: how that he's consistent with modesty culture, not the modesty
- 27:22Speaker 3: culture that was forced on me and he ran anyway, Now, anyway,
- 27:25Speaker 3: I regret to inform you I have more of Nina's
- 27:29Speaker 3: champagne comedy. My biggest fear is that I find a
- 27:33Speaker 3: guy who fall in love and we get married, and
- 27:35Speaker 3: he finally sees me.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Without making jab right, and then the first time see
- 27:38Speaker 2: without it, he's like disappointed us. He's like, that's what
- 27:42Speaker 2: you've been covering.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Now that we've seen a number of lefty women humiliate themselves,
- 27:50Speaker 3: let's find a sane, rational, highly intelligent woman who umiliate
- 27:55Speaker 3: a lefty man. Here is Megan Kelly and a confused
- 27:59Speaker 3: Dan Abral.
- 28:01Speaker 16: There's wrongdoing here, right, There was definitely wrongdoing. Whether it
- 28:04Speaker 16: should have been a crime as a separate.
- 28:06Speaker 7: What's the wrongdoing? What's the wrongdoing?
- 28:08Speaker 10: All right?
- 28:09Speaker 16: Number one, it's paying one hundred and thirty thousand dollars
- 28:12Speaker 16: to a porn star to keep her quiet. That's to
- 28:15Speaker 16: try to protect your campaign. Can we at least agree
- 28:17Speaker 16: that's wrong, that's not illegal. No, No, I just said
- 28:20Speaker 16: moral versus lee wrong.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Are we talking moral?
- 28:23Speaker 16: I made it clear, I'm priest. I'm making it clear
- 28:26Speaker 16: for a minute. I'm talking about morality versus legality.
- 28:29Speaker 7: Right, there's no doubt that he engaged in right, I'll
- 28:33Speaker 7: tell here's my response to that.
- 28:34Speaker 13: And I said this on my show the other day.
- 28:37Speaker 13: I don't know what kind of weird marriage these two have,
- 28:39Speaker 13: same as I didn't know what kind of weird marriage
- 28:41Speaker 13: Billet and Hillary Clinton had, So I don't know what
- 28:43Speaker 13: their covenant is in terms of what he's allowed to
- 28:46Speaker 13: do on the outside of his mega.
- 28:48Speaker 7: I don't mind the same.
- 28:49Speaker 3: He doesn't mind the six That was about the most
- 28:52Speaker 3: sensible thing he said. What does Megan Kelly schools this clan.
- 28:57Speaker 2: By the end of it, you may even feel a
- 28:59Speaker 2: little bit sorry for you.
- 29:00Speaker 16: Are now crossing the line into legal products.
- 29:04Speaker 13: Right, aren't That's no, absolutely not right, incorrect at every level.
- 29:10Speaker 16: Again, no matter what it's for, right, even if it's
- 29:12Speaker 16: illegal conduct, you can just put it it's an legal expense.
- 29:15Speaker 7: Right, This wasn't This wasn't illegal.
- 29:18Speaker 13: There's nothing illegal about paying hush money for an NDA
- 29:22Speaker 13: it's done.
- 29:23Speaker 16: There's not when you're doing it to protect your campaign.
- 29:26Speaker 7: It is. That's the difference.
- 29:28Speaker 17: What law?
- 29:29Speaker 2: What law are you citing?
- 29:30Speaker 7: Dan Camp and finance laws you're not allowed to do.
- 29:33Speaker 7: You don't know what you're talking about.
- 29:34Speaker 2: What you're wrong.
- 29:35Speaker 7: Explain to me, tell me what I'm going to say.
- 29:38Speaker 7: You're spending thirty.
- 29:41Speaker 13: I get because you're saying that there are limits to
- 29:43Speaker 13: the campaign contribution somebody could make, and this is exceeded them,
- 29:46Speaker 13: and then they hit it. I understand that's his theory. However,
- 29:49Speaker 13: this has been wrong from the start. It does not
- 29:52Speaker 13: amount to a campaign contribution if it is the kind
- 29:56Speaker 13: of payment that could ever be made side of the standard.
- 30:02Speaker 16: The standard is substantiality. It's not substantial yesterday wrong.
- 30:06Speaker 13: Okay, I guess we're Supreme Court president on this.
- 30:10Speaker 3: She's citing Supreme Court precedent. His most compelling argument is,
- 30:15Speaker 3: let's agree to disagree.
- 30:17Speaker 2: If this was a genuine crime, they wouldn't have to.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Manufacture laws, revive misdemeanors past the statute of limitations or
- 30:25Speaker 3: to get Trump now. Just a couple of days after
- 30:29Speaker 3: his conviction on trumped up charges, President Donald Trump was
- 30:33Speaker 3: in New Jersey for UFC three h two. Let's have
- 30:36Speaker 3: a look at how he entered the arena forty one.
- 30:41Speaker 18: Then I should end UFC CEO Jada Way Donald Trump.
- 30:47Speaker 18: There's in the building and a bought a president. In
- 30:49Speaker 18: an extending ovation from the assembled masses, there are real two.
- 31:16Speaker 3: Can you imagine the reception of Joe Biden would have gone?
- 31:20Speaker 3: And I really should have given a trigger warning to
- 31:22Speaker 3: any lefties watching.
- 31:24Speaker 2: I'm sorry, but there's more.
- 31:26Speaker 18: Lewis also in the build Gerald, President Donald.
- 31:34Speaker 3: That's New Jersey, by the way, a strong Democrat state,
- 31:38Speaker 3: a state that has voted for the Democratic candidate in
- 31:41Speaker 3: every presidential election since nineteen ninety two. But yesterday they
- 31:46Speaker 3: were chanting f Joe Biden and we want Trump. And
- 32:06Speaker 3: the UFC fighters were also keen to acknowledge Trump. Here
- 32:09Speaker 3: is middleweight Sean Strickland right after his win.
- 32:13Speaker 15: President Trump, you're the man rowing to the damn traves.
- 32:16Speaker 8: Do what they're doing new.
- 32:19Speaker 15: I'll be donating you.
- 32:20Speaker 8: My man, Let get one.
- 32:22Speaker 3: And here is Kevin Holland running to Trump right after
- 32:26Speaker 3: his first round win.
- 32:28Speaker 18: Didn't stop the fight, did sting? Whether it's a pujo? Yeah,
- 32:35Speaker 18: submission leading you he's not broken.
- 32:38Speaker 7: Is he protesting?
- 32:39Speaker 10: But his own broke?
- 32:40Speaker 7: It's all broken. He's some solid of stuff.
- 32:43Speaker 2: I mean, it's limp.
- 32:44Speaker 15: It's limp by his side, even though he's pro Josey,
- 32:47Speaker 15: he's only picking the other nut.
- 32:53Speaker 3: And even the goat who Beeve new Gemmetov I can
- 32:57Speaker 3: never say his name. Arguably the greatest fighter of all time,
- 33:01Speaker 3: never lost a fight, the longest reigning UFC lightweight champion ever.
- 33:05Speaker 2: He was backing Trump. That was a surprise for a
- 33:08Speaker 2: lot of people.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Joining me now is the host of Prime Time with
- 33:11Speaker 3: Alex Stein on Blaze TV. The encouragible text on himself
- 33:15Speaker 3: Alex Stein, Alex, what do you make of what happened yesterday?
- 33:21Speaker 2: Did you think Trump would get a reception like.
- 33:24Speaker 3: That in New Jersey two days after being declared a
- 33:27Speaker 3: convicted felon?
- 33:29Speaker 14: Well, Donald Trump doesn't look like a prisoner. He looks
- 33:32Speaker 14: like the warden walking around there, just you know, totally
- 33:35Speaker 14: like a boss. You'll be in a pampin a blamp,
- 33:37Speaker 14: and I know what that's all about.
- 33:38Speaker 7: But you know, it's sad.
- 33:39Speaker 14: It's like, it's not surprising that people in New Jersey,
- 33:42Speaker 14: you know, love him because you know he just had
- 33:44Speaker 14: a rally. I think there are seventy thousand people, and
- 33:46Speaker 14: that might be a low estimation. But listen, the only
- 33:49Speaker 14: people that are going to vote for Joe Biden are
- 33:51Speaker 14: probably illegal immigrants and dead people. But could there's enough
- 33:54Speaker 14: dead people that they still might be able to figure
- 33:55Speaker 14: out a way for Joe Biden to win. But America
- 33:57Speaker 14: wants Donald Trump. America needs Donald Trump.
- 34:02Speaker 3: Well, the polls after this conviction, and there has already
- 34:06Speaker 3: been a few poles and I saw one from the
- 34:08Speaker 3: Swing states, they're still showing he is well in front
- 34:14Speaker 3: in some of the polls.
- 34:15Speaker 2: He's strengthened his position.
- 34:17Speaker 3: So is there just this distain for what happened in Manhattan?
- 34:22Speaker 2: Many Americans aware.
- 34:24Speaker 3: That these chargers really were created to get Trump there
- 34:29Speaker 3: there was no real basis to them.
- 34:33Speaker 14: Well, of course, Riada. I mean, New York has a
- 34:35Speaker 14: terrible bail reform or criminals that have done violent crimes
- 34:38Speaker 14: get out of jail within twenty four hours, So I mean,
- 34:41Speaker 14: I think it's You could probably argue that Donald Trump
- 34:44Speaker 14: is the first person to get convicted of a crime
- 34:46Speaker 14: in New York City in twenty twenty four And I
- 34:48Speaker 14: know that sounds like I'm joking, but seriously, they don't commit,
- 34:50Speaker 14: they don't convict any of these criminals, and they all
- 34:53Speaker 14: let him out on the street. But they want to
- 34:54Speaker 14: throw Donald Trump in jail. So and Donald Trump said
- 34:57Speaker 14: He's not afraid to go to jail. I wouldn't be
- 34:58Speaker 14: surprised if he goes in there as a secret service.
- 35:00Speaker 14: He gets out in a month, and he's going to
- 35:02Speaker 14: be a hero.
- 35:05Speaker 3: If they actually put him in jail or even home detention.
- 35:08Speaker 3: I think those record amounts of donations we saw, the
- 35:13Speaker 3: voter turnout is going to be nothing like they've seen
- 35:16Speaker 3: before because it's one thing to persecute and prosecute him,
- 35:21Speaker 3: but to actually, I don't know, even home detention, I
- 35:26Speaker 3: think would be aligned that if they cross, is going
- 35:29Speaker 3: to have all sorts of unintended consequences for them, well
- 35:34Speaker 3: unintended in their eyes. Now, after Donald Trump's conviction, Joe
- 35:38Speaker 3: Biden tweeted this.
- 35:39Speaker 2: He said, no one is above the law.
- 35:42Speaker 3: I guess unless you're a member of the Biden family,
- 35:46Speaker 3: or the Clinton family, or perhaps Barack Obama. There are
- 35:49Speaker 3: a few exceptions to that rule. Joe's some the crackaddled
- 35:53Speaker 3: whore enthusiast hunter Biden is going to trial this week
- 35:57Speaker 3: for felony gun chargers. That's an actual crime, Alex, not
- 36:01Speaker 3: one that they manufactured just to target him. Hunter is
- 36:05Speaker 3: pleading not guilty to all three counts relating to owning
- 36:09Speaker 3: a firearm while using drugs. How is this case been
- 36:14Speaker 3: reported in the US. Is there much coverage of.
- 36:17Speaker 7: US There's not much coverage at all.
- 36:20Speaker 14: And they would basically call it Russian disinformation, just like
- 36:22Speaker 14: the fifty two FBI agents that said the laptop was
- 36:26Speaker 14: Russian misinformation. But let's be real, I wouldn't be surprised
- 36:29Speaker 14: if they convict him, he gets a guilty pleay, and
- 36:30Speaker 14: then his dad immediately pardons him. So you know, we
- 36:33Speaker 14: have a two tier justice system. Hunter Biden is never
- 36:35Speaker 14: going to go to jail yet Donald Trump will. So
- 36:39Speaker 14: it's just an unfair, corrupt system. And I think people
- 36:41Speaker 14: are starting to wake up to it. You know, during
- 36:43Speaker 14: the pandemic, people were waking up to it, But now
- 36:44Speaker 14: they're really really really starting to understand, or at least
- 36:47Speaker 14: I hope they're starting to understand how crazy things are.
- 36:52Speaker 3: Well, there was some polling before this Manhattan trial that
- 36:55Speaker 3: showed trust in the justice system was at called lows,
- 37:01Speaker 3: and I'd love to see some polling on that question
- 37:03Speaker 3: now because it would have to be even lower.
- 37:07Speaker 2: What are you doing out, Oh no, you've got kitty cat.
- 37:10Speaker 2: That's a new cat. That's a calico tortoiseshell.
- 37:13Speaker 7: Yes, this is a.
- 37:15Speaker 14: Crazy Well did you know the Japanese Navy would always
- 37:18Speaker 14: have a calico cat on their battleships for good luck?
- 37:22Speaker 14: So yes, this cat's bring me good luck. And Donald
- 37:23Speaker 14: Trump's going to win the presidency in twenty twenty four.
- 37:27Speaker 3: I did not know that I also have a calico
- 37:29Speaker 3: cat called Crayon. So just information that nobody asked for. Now,
- 37:34Speaker 3: broadcasters including Megan Kelly and Mark Levine have They've been
- 37:40Speaker 3: among pundits who say that the Republicans have got to
- 37:45Speaker 3: play the Democrats at their own game. They cannot take
- 37:48Speaker 3: the high road, they cannot take this principal stand that
- 37:51Speaker 3: we're not going to sink to their level. If the
- 37:54Speaker 3: Democrats are going to use law fare, the Republicans should
- 37:59Speaker 3: do it as well and target the likes of Biden
- 38:02Speaker 3: and Clinton and Blincoln. What do you say to that,
- 38:06Speaker 3: Alex Should the Republicans use those same tactics, because right
- 38:11Speaker 3: now there's not much of a disincentive for the Democrats
- 38:15Speaker 3: to stop what they're doing.
- 38:16Speaker 2: It's working for them.
- 38:18Speaker 14: Well, Rita, you're one hundred percent correct that they you know,
- 38:21Speaker 14: it sounds retaliatory to be like that, but Donald Trump
- 38:25Speaker 14: said that he was going to throw Hillary Clinton in jail.
- 38:27Speaker 14: She deleted thirty three thousand emails, you know, you know,
- 38:30Speaker 14: demolished your servers while we're on those servers classified information.
- 38:33Speaker 14: And he didn't go after her. And I think that
- 38:35Speaker 14: was a fatal error because you know, he tries to
- 38:37Speaker 14: be a gentleman. He tries to play by the rules,
- 38:39Speaker 14: but the Left doesn't play by the rules. And when
- 38:41Speaker 14: the game's rigged, the only way to win is to,
- 38:44Speaker 14: I guess cheat back. And I'm not saying it's cheating
- 38:47Speaker 14: to throw a criminal in jail, but I guess you
- 38:49Speaker 14: have to play their games if you're going to want
- 38:51Speaker 14: to try to win the game.
- 38:54Speaker 3: I think it's exactly the same with cancel culture. They
- 38:57Speaker 3: only stop when it comes for them as well. Well,
- 39:00Speaker 3: So as long as it's just affecting their ideological opponents,
- 39:04Speaker 3: they're not going to stop. So I think Meghan Kelly
- 39:07Speaker 3: is absolutely on the money on this one. Alex Stein
- 39:10Speaker 3: Thank you so much for your time tonight.
- 39:13Speaker 14: Always a pleasure. Rida tell Creon I said hello.
- 39:17Speaker 2: Still to come.
- 39:18Speaker 3: Caitlin Clark under attack for white privilege.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Meanwhile, a woke Romeo and Juliet.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Production is slammed as being an insult to Shakespeare. You're
- 39:39Speaker 3: watching the Rita Penny Show. Will be joined by Kinsey
- 39:41Speaker 3: Schofield in a second. But first, don't I have an
- 39:45Speaker 3: exciting opportunity for you.
- 39:47Speaker 2: It's the opportunity to ask me anything. Yes, you better
- 39:51Speaker 2: believe it.
- 39:51Speaker 3: You can ask me those questions you have always wanted
- 39:55Speaker 3: to know. You'll also have the chance to ask any
- 39:57Speaker 3: of your Sky News hosts anything you like as part

- 40:23Speaker 2: Well worth it.
- 40:25Speaker 3: Joining me now is Royal and Entertainment Report at Kinsey Schofield. Kinsey,
- 40:31Speaker 3: Let's start with the WNBA words. You won't hear me
- 40:34Speaker 3: saying too often. But star Caitlin Clark, who's only twenty two,
- 40:40Speaker 3: is getting people interested in the WNBA in and a
- 40:44Speaker 3: massive way. Her performance is breaking viewership records, she's breaking
- 40:49Speaker 3: on cored records. But her success is inviting hostility from
- 40:54Speaker 3: other players.
- 40:55Speaker 2: All sorts of comments are made and.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Here on court a bitch and she cops what we
- 41:03Speaker 3: call in Ossie rules a hip and shoulder.
- 41:06Speaker 15: And Clark, I mean that's clear and all which was called.
- 41:13Speaker 15: The question is will they call it unnecessary Kennedy Carter.
- 41:20Speaker 3: But it's not just other players who are hating on Clark,
- 41:25Speaker 3: some in the media claiming her success is because of
- 41:29Speaker 3: her race and because she's straight.
- 41:34Speaker 4: There is a thing called pretty privilege.
- 41:36Speaker 2: There is a thing called white privilege. There is a thing.
- 41:39Speaker 4: Called tall privilege, and we have to acknowledge that.
- 41:43Speaker 13: And so the part of it is about race.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Kinsey, can you believe the hostility this girl is facing
- 41:51Speaker 3: for the crime of getting people interested in the WNBA.
- 41:55Speaker 3: You'd think the players in particular would be grateful.
- 42:00Speaker 17: Yeah, I mean, I think Kennedy Carter just proved that
- 42:02Speaker 17: she's as trashy as her mama spelled her name. And
- 42:04Speaker 17: to dramatically recreate Charles Barkley's rant y'all petty? He said,
- 42:09Speaker 17: you women out there, y'all petty man. He said, these
- 42:11Speaker 17: girls are hating on Haitlyn Clark. They should be thanking
- 42:15Speaker 17: her for getting them on private charters, all the money
- 42:19Speaker 17: and visibility she's bringing to the w NBA. What she's accomplished,
- 42:23Speaker 17: she said, give her her flowers.
- 42:25Speaker 2: And stop being petty.
- 42:27Speaker 17: And he even thanked her for bringing all of this
- 42:30Speaker 17: new money and shine to the WNBA, something that you
- 42:33Speaker 17: and I would never be talking about typically.
- 42:36Speaker 2: No, absolutely now.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Comedian Jerry Seinfeld had an interesting interview recently where he
- 42:44Speaker 3: called out the pro Palestinian protesters or trying to cancel
- 42:48Speaker 3: these comedy shows. And he also can say ask for
- 42:52Speaker 3: a return to traditional masculinity, especially in public figures.
- 42:57Speaker 19: Have a listen in that era again, it was JFK,
- 43:02Speaker 19: it was Muhammad Ali, it was Sean Connery, Howard Gosell.
- 43:07Speaker 19: You can go all the way down there. That's a
- 43:08Speaker 19: real man. I'm going to I want to be like
- 43:11Speaker 19: that someday. Well, no, I never really grew up. It's
- 43:15Speaker 19: that's a I mean, you don't want to as a
- 43:18Speaker 19: comedian because it's a childish pursuit, but I miss a
- 43:26Speaker 19: dominant masculinity. Yeah, I get the toxic but still I
- 43:33Speaker 19: like a real man.
- 43:35Speaker 2: He likes to say real men, the return of real men.
- 43:38Speaker 2: I think he would have a lot of support, and
- 43:40Speaker 2: not just amongst men.
- 43:43Speaker 17: I agree with you, and it's nice to see someone
- 43:46Speaker 17: that had that's achieved as much as he has be
- 43:49Speaker 17: so level headed about it all. You know, there's an
- 43:54Speaker 17: element of courage there because a lot of people are
- 43:56Speaker 17: so fearful of being canceled today a special I mean,
- 44:00Speaker 17: especially about this topic, to be a strong masculine man.
- 44:04Speaker 17: I mean typically that people are scolded for that. So
- 44:08Speaker 17: the fact that he's brief enough to say it's okay,
- 44:11Speaker 17: and look at some of these heroes of the past,
- 44:14Speaker 17: you know, there were wonderful people. I think that that
- 44:17Speaker 17: takes a lot of courage.
- 44:21Speaker 3: Now, the bitter breakup of Hollywood heavyweights Brad Pitt and
- 44:25Speaker 3: Angela Jolie, it's taking another ugly turn. The kids seemed
- 44:29Speaker 3: to be in open rebellion against their father. Fifteen year
- 44:33Speaker 3: old Vivian is the latest child to drop Pitt from
- 44:37Speaker 3: her jolly pit last name in a playbill for her
- 44:41Speaker 3: new musical. Eldest daughter, Zahara told classmates at in college
- 44:46Speaker 3: that she too was just Jolie. There was no pit
- 44:49Speaker 3: in her name. And Shiloh has gone one step further.
- 44:54Speaker 3: On her eighteenth birthday, she filed paperwork to drop Pitt
- 44:58Speaker 3: from her name. Legally, that's telling kin Z to do
- 45:03Speaker 3: that as soon as you turn eighteen and legally able
- 45:06Speaker 3: to do so.
- 45:08Speaker 17: Yeah, and we don't hear a lot from Brad's camp.
- 45:11Speaker 17: He seems to be tight lipped and keeps his circle small.
- 45:15Speaker 2: A lot more.
- 45:16Speaker 17: Leaks from Angelina's squad, but we do hear that Brad
- 45:21Speaker 17: is heartbroken over this. Shiloh going as far as having
- 45:26Speaker 17: it legally changed is apparently really hurtful to Brad Pitt. Obviously,
- 45:31Speaker 17: there's still a lot of animosity when it comes to
- 45:34Speaker 17: this family separation. Angelina alleges that there was physical and
- 45:38Speaker 17: mental abuse and abuse of alcohol throughout the process. But
- 45:43Speaker 17: you know, you can't help but think about I mean,
- 45:46Speaker 17: just it looks dysfunctional. Unfortunately, it makes them all look
- 45:50Speaker 17: like is there ever any peace here? Because they're constantly
- 45:56Speaker 17: in the headlines for the most negative topics.
- 46:02Speaker 2: Yeah. Absolutely, it has ended very badly.
- 46:05Speaker 3: Indeed, now Spider Man star Spider Man star Tom Holland
- 46:10Speaker 3: is starring in what The New York Post is calling
- 46:14Speaker 3: a woeful production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet on the
- 46:18Speaker 3: West End.
- 46:19Speaker 2: Here is the review. I love this part.
- 46:22Speaker 3: They said, the stripped down Shakespeare's show is a dreary
- 46:26Speaker 3: and pretentious slog that's about as passionate as an economics lecture.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Another considered opinion was no.
- 46:35Speaker 3: Attention is paid to either the text or the author's
- 46:38Speaker 3: original intentions, merely flashy look at me staging and also
- 46:43Speaker 3: like this one two and a half hours of my
- 46:46Speaker 3: life that I will never get back. But it did
- 46:49Speaker 3: give me time to mentally redecorate my home. But because
- 46:55Speaker 3: of Tom Holland's star power, the place three month run
- 46:59Speaker 3: is voice completely sold out, So it's sold out before
- 47:04Speaker 3: anybody even saw it, So I guess the reviews don't matter.
- 47:09Speaker 17: I mean, and if you are able to get a ticket,
- 47:12Speaker 17: they're at least four hundred dollars a pop. My favorite
- 47:17Speaker 17: line from that review was, if you want to go
- 47:20Speaker 17: gack at a celebrity, be my guest, but ambient is cheaper.
- 47:24Speaker 17: I think Tom Holland is a big enough star he's
- 47:27Speaker 17: got so many people that just absolutely adore him. That
- 47:31Speaker 17: sitting in that theater, even for two and a half hours,
- 47:35Speaker 17: being so close to him, I think they're going to
- 47:38Speaker 17: appreciate it. But hopefully he pursues something much different in
- 47:43Speaker 17: the future.
- 47:46Speaker 2: Well, I think he's going to do another play. That
- 47:48Speaker 2: could be a rumor.
- 47:50Speaker 3: Before you go, I've got to ask you about John
- 47:53Speaker 3: Lennon's son, Sean on o'lennon. He's finished reading Prince Harry's
- 47:59Speaker 3: memoirs Spare and he tweeted a review.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Of his own.
- 48:03Speaker 3: It wasn't long, it was just spare me, that was
- 48:07Speaker 3: his response.
- 48:10Speaker 2: I quite like that. Sean is a really interesting character.
- 48:15Speaker 3: He's becoming quite a commentator.
- 48:19Speaker 2: On all sorts of issues on social media.
- 48:23Speaker 19: Well.
- 48:24Speaker 17: Yeah, and when there was some pushback, he came back
- 48:28Speaker 17: at people like he was going back and forth fighting
- 48:30Speaker 17: for his opinion, and he said he did have empathy
- 48:33Speaker 17: over Harry's loss because he lost a parent touty young age.
- 48:37Speaker 17: But he said that's why he was so disappointed with
- 48:39Speaker 17: his outlook. He was hoping he'd be smart, smarter, and
- 48:42Speaker 17: he called Harry an idiot and a buffoon. So he
- 48:46Speaker 17: just earned a Twitter follower in.
- 48:47Speaker 3: Me, Kid cisco Field, thank you for your time this evening,
- 48:54Speaker 3: and that's it from May up.
- 48:57Speaker 2: Next is news not. I'll see you at eleven tomorrow.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Good night,
