The Death of Herod Agrippa I
The Death of Herod Agrippa I
Herod Agrippa accepted worship as a god, basking in public praise and political favor but in that very hour, God struck him down (Acts 12:23). The same crowds who hailed him as a messiah turned savage once the handouts ended, exposing the emptiness of power built on flattery and false glory.
False messiahs rise on applause and fall under judgment. Public works, popularity, and praise cannot replace giving God the glory. The Herods of this world have no future only those who honor the true King do.
