SPEAKER_00: Today I am going to show you how to meditate and how to prepare for 2027, how to use meditation to make 2027 your absolute best year yet, by far.

SPEAKER_00: Now after Moses was done, Joshua was the one who was supposed to complete the assignment Moses started.

SPEAKER_00: Like Moses brought them out of Egypt, but he didn't take them into the promised land.

SPEAKER_00: Joshua was supposed to do what his boss, Moses, did not do.

SPEAKER_00: Like imagine God called you and said, okay, you know, this guy divided a Red Sea.

SPEAKER_00: There are people who have been in bondage for 430 years.

SPEAKER_00: He set them free, all that stuff, and he wasn't able to finish, but you're the man for the job.

SPEAKER_00: How many of you know that's a really tall order?

SPEAKER_00: And God's strategy, God told him, Hey, you know, be bold, be courageous.

SPEAKER_00: You're the one who's gonna give these people their cost them to inherit their inheritance and all of those things, like really wild.

SPEAKER_00: Then he stopped and gave him a strategy.

SPEAKER_00: He then said, So, this book of the law, because you know, you have to remember the scripture in context.

SPEAKER_00: He said, So, Moses, uh Joshua, you have a Herculean task.

SPEAKER_00: So, the word of God being in your mouth is not a cute thing to do as a Christian, it's a thing required for victory.

SPEAKER_00: He was talking to Joshua about being able to take three million people into the inheritance, which meant fighting wars, which meant building buildings, which meant establishing government and all that.

SPEAKER_00: And what the idea God came up was this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you will meditate in it day and night, not twice a day, day and night, that you may observe to do all that is written therein, then you will make your way prosperous and then you have some good success.

SPEAKER_00: Now, will it help you go deeper in God?

SPEAKER_00: It's not some abstract thing we do to get scripture, you know, like spiritual brownie points and all of that.

SPEAKER_00: No, it is a strategy given to you for victory, it is a strategy given to you for success.

SPEAKER_00: It is part of the wisdom of God to make you the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath, for the blessing of God to rest on every area of your life.

SPEAKER_00: So anything, any thought that makes you think, oh, meditation, I just do this just to be nice and holy.

SPEAKER_00: It is designed to make you prosperous, it is designed to have you help you get not just success, but good success.

SPEAKER_00: The success that affects every area of your life is a success that does not require you to sat to sacrifice your relationship with God.

SPEAKER_00: So now, if God's strategy for Joshua is like you're gonna take all this territory and all of this stuff, if it was meditation, guess what a huge part of his strategy for us for winning next year?

SPEAKER_00: So if I want to be someone who gets God level results in 2027, guess what I'm going to do?

SPEAKER_00: This is not some ritual, Christian ritual.

SPEAKER_00: No, this is something I do for life and for victory and for prosperity and for success.

SPEAKER_00: Now, we have read the scripture, um, Psalm 90, verse 12, that says, Lord, teach us to number our days so we may gain a heart of wisdom.

SPEAKER_00: If we do not know how to number our days, if we do not know how to think about time, then we cannot be wise.

SPEAKER_00: Now, in the process of thinking about time, here's a conclusion I've come to.

SPEAKER_00: Most people, many people are completely distracted for the last three months of the year.

SPEAKER_00: They spend all of October planning Halloween, they spend all of November planning Thanksgiving, and they spend all of December planning Christmas.

SPEAKER_00: So when they then get to the new year, they're like, Yay, happy new year.

SPEAKER_00: This is my best year yet.

SPEAKER_00: Then now they're mad because it seems like nothing is working.

SPEAKER_00: Nothing is working because there is a law that will never go away as long as the earth remains.

SPEAKER_00: You find it in Genesis chapter 8, verse 22.

SPEAKER_00: And it says, this is what the law says.

SPEAKER_00: The law says that seed time and harvest will not cease.

SPEAKER_00: So if you are looking for a result, aka a harvest, you need to find the seed required for it.

SPEAKER_00: So the seed, then you get the harvest.

SPEAKER_00: So if you play away October, November, December, guess what happens in January, February, March?

SPEAKER_00: A big fat zero, zero, nothing, nothing is happening.

SPEAKER_00: No big results, no big transformation.

SPEAKER_00: You may say, Well, I worked really hard in January.

SPEAKER_00: Yes, that's the seed you sowed.

SPEAKER_00: So when you get to March and April and May, you will see the harvest of the seed you sowed.

SPEAKER_00: But January, February, and March is simply a report card for what we did in October, November, December.

SPEAKER_00: Now, does that mean I'm all bent out of shape?

SPEAKER_00: I don't, you know, enjoy the holidays and all that stuff.

SPEAKER_00: So I am going to enjoy it, but I'm not going to spend the entire month, right?

SPEAKER_00: And so I'm going to be strategic.

SPEAKER_00: I'm going to use those days as great days to sow seeds so that come January, February, March, I'm getting results that just don't make sense.

SPEAKER_00: Results that make me look like a sign and a wonder, make me look like the family I come from, the family of God.

SPEAKER_00: So I start my year in October.

SPEAKER_00: So October 1st, I'm like, happy new year.

SPEAKER_00: I do this for all my clients.

SPEAKER_00: And the other thing is, I would have practiced 2027.

SPEAKER_00: So when I get to January 1st, I'm a boss at 2027.

SPEAKER_00: So we're going to look at these first five verses.

SPEAKER_00: We're going to kind of do a live meditation, live mini meditation, if you want, on these things.

SPEAKER_00: It is an active process.

SPEAKER_00: So there are forms of meditation where you're told to empty your mind.

SPEAKER_00: We fill our minds with the word of God.

SPEAKER_00: So it is things like saying, is thinking about it, visualizing it, all of those things.

SPEAKER_00: So what do we do when we meditate?

SPEAKER_00: We pray, we ask God to give us understanding of the scriptures.

SPEAKER_00: We can say it out of our mouths.

SPEAKER_00: We can visualize it.

SPEAKER_00: And when we're done with all of this, we get ready to act on it, right?

SPEAKER_00: Because he says in Joshua 1:8, this book of the law shall not depart in your mouth, but you shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do, right?

SPEAKER_00: To do all that is written there, and then you'll make your way prosperous, and then you get good success.

SPEAKER_00: So we don't leave any of the parts out, okay?

SPEAKER_00: So we, you know, like each of the scriptures we're gonna look at, if you wanted to, you could meditate on it for a whole hour, right?

SPEAKER_00: But we're gonna do a marathon of sorts and we're just gonna go through it, okay.

SPEAKER_00: So now let me let me let me tell you something else that's really important before we start looking at these five verses, right?

SPEAKER_00: It's in John, you find it in John 10:10.

SPEAKER_00: The thief, the thief comes only to steal, to kill, and to destroy.

SPEAKER_00: So, what is his plan for your life for 2027?

SPEAKER_00: To bring death, to bring stealing, so losses and destruction.

SPEAKER_00: Okay, we don't want that, but that's his plan, and he's going to try to do what he can do to make that happen.

SPEAKER_00: On the other hand, God has a plan for your 2027.

SPEAKER_00: How do we know what that plan is?

SPEAKER_00: Same place, same John chapter 10, verse 10.

SPEAKER_00: It says, but so Satan has come to the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but I have come that you may have life and you may have it more abundantly.

SPEAKER_00: So no stealing, no killing, no destruction.

SPEAKER_00: That is not part of God's plan.

SPEAKER_00: Why is it important for you to understand this so you can side with God?

SPEAKER_00: Because here's the deal: there are two opportunities.

SPEAKER_00: It's like when you read the Bible, God is like, I place before you today blessing and cursing, and I and I invite you to choose blessing.

SPEAKER_00: Because Satan has a plan, God has a plan, we have a will, and with our will, we choose somebody's plan.

SPEAKER_00: We either choose Satan's plan or we choose God's plan.

SPEAKER_00: And so I may say, who in their right mind would choose Satan's plan?

SPEAKER_00: Well, this is the thing.

SPEAKER_00: The Bible says in Proverbs 4 23, it says, Guard your heart with all diligence, for it determines the course of your life.

SPEAKER_00: Oh, I don't want Satan's plan, I want God's plan.

SPEAKER_00: No, that's not how you choose.

SPEAKER_00: You choose as a guard by whose thoughts you allow in.

SPEAKER_00: And so if I take Satan's thoughts of stealing, killing, and destruction, like, oh, what will happen in the year?

SPEAKER_00: This person's gonna die.

SPEAKER_00: Maybe I die young, maybe I get a disease, maybe something happens that goes wrong in my business.

SPEAKER_00: Those are all stealing, killing, destruction thoughts.

SPEAKER_00: Whose thoughts are those?

SPEAKER_00: Those are Satan's thoughts.

SPEAKER_00: And you, as a guard, you allow that into your mind.

SPEAKER_00: The Bible says then it determines the course of your life.

SPEAKER_00: So you choose by choosing what you choose to think about, choosing what you want your expectation to be, choosing what you brood on all day.

SPEAKER_00: If you brood on stealing, killing, destruction, the Bible says guard your heart with all diligence because it determines the course of your life.

SPEAKER_00: It means in 2027, you see stealing, killing, and destruction.

SPEAKER_00: You also have to understand how this works.

SPEAKER_00: But on the other hand, you start seeing things according to the word of God, your path shining brighter, God's help being made available to you, his strength being made available, your his wisdom, you're getting sign of wonder level results, him delivering you from every form of destruction and all of that stuff.

SPEAKER_00: Because as a guard, you have kept out the enemy's thoughts and you have allowed in God's thoughts.

SPEAKER_00: So you choose by choosing what you meditate on, what you think on, what you brood on, what you expect, what you visualize, what you imagine.

SPEAKER_00: That's how you choose, not by saying I choose.

SPEAKER_00: So God has a plan, Satan has a plan, you have a will, and with your will, you choose whose plan will show up in your life in 2027.

SPEAKER_00: So what we're doing is so important because now, with these five verses, we're going to look and say, okay, what is God's plan?

SPEAKER_00: So that we only allow thoughts that line up with his plan into our hearts, and the plans that don't, we keep them out because I ain't taking this beautiful mind of mine to brood on what Satan said.

SPEAKER_00: So, do you see why meditation is so important?

SPEAKER_00: And why, as a Christian, you can pray and pray, but refuse to discipline your mind, and your life doesn't match up with your prayers.

SPEAKER_00: Because guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.

SPEAKER_00: So we kind of get this picture of when God thinks about my year, what is he thinking?

SPEAKER_00: Oopsie, that's the opposite.

SPEAKER_00: All right, so let's look at some scriptures here.

SPEAKER_00: Because the word of God is rich, it's new, it's fresh.

SPEAKER_00: Father, I ask, Lord, for myself and for everyone here that you would reveal your word to us, you would reveal your plans for our lives.

SPEAKER_00: You you will expose every thought that doesn't line up with the word of God.

SPEAKER_00: You shine your light, that Lord, we will have such revelation, such revelation of where you want to take us to in 2027.

SPEAKER_00: And now we have raw material we can meditate on and meditate on day and night and force our lives to comply with your will.

SPEAKER_00: That Lord, 2027 will be a year where, I mean, like starting from now, will be a year where we are so mind-blown by the signs and wonders our lives become.

SPEAKER_00: It shines brighter and brighter until it doesn't stop until it reaches its full strength and glory in the perfect day.

SPEAKER_00: So we have the gift of righteousness, which then empowers us to live righteously.
