  Speaker 1: it is, let it go, Heavenly Father, Today we come

  Speaker 1: before you with an honest heart. Lord. There are things

  Speaker 1: that we've been carrying for far too long, things that

  Speaker 1: we can't change, things we can't fix, things we can't undo.

  Speaker 1: There are memories we keep replaying, words we can't forget,

  Speaker 1: wounds that still hurt, and situations that we continue to

  Speaker 1: revisit in our minds. Father, Today we cry out to you, Lord,

  Speaker 1: the disappointment, Help us to let go of the betrayal.

  Speaker 1: We've held on because we thought Holy God would somehow

  Speaker 1: change the past. But today we realize that we can't

  Speaker 1: hands are still holding tightly to what you are asking

  Speaker 1: who have hurt us, not because what they did was right,

  Speaker 1: but because we refuse to let what they did have

  Speaker 1: power over the rest of our lives. Help us to

  Speaker 1: forgive even when forgiveness feels difficult. Help us to understand

  Speaker 1: purpose for our lives. Where we've repented, God, help us

  Speaker 1: to stop punishing ourselves for what you've already forgiven. You said,

  Speaker 1: choose freedom, we choose peace, We choose forgiveness. We choose
