The vast majority of respondents in a survey think the spread of misinformation and disinformation poses a significant threat to public discourse and democratic processes. But 8 in 10 feel confident in spotting fake news. The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority has published a report on the results collated from the media literacy survey which was carried out as part of its ‘Media Literacy Matters’ Campaign.
