- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling, Drama, Darling, drama Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Well, hello and welcome in, Darlings. We are going to
- 0:23Speaker 2: be recapping the hit new season, season twelve of vander
- 0:27Speaker 2: Pump Rules, the reboot. Joining me is Emily Teresa's good morning, Emily,
- 0:34Speaker 2: good morning, good day to all.
- 0:36Speaker 3: I want to apologize to anybody that's watching. Oh hi Fraser, Yeah,
- 0:42Speaker 3: if you're watching, I'm wearing a lot of pattern There's
- 0:45Speaker 3: a lot of patterns in my picture.
- 0:46Speaker 4: I'm wearing a lot.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Of wow l.
- 0:50Speaker 4: On behind. It's a lot and I apologize.
- 0:53Speaker 2: It's called maximalism and we embrace it here.
- 0:57Speaker 4: Chaotic patterns, just like vander Pump Rules.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Well, listen, if you get dizzy, just look over here
- 1:04Speaker 2: at me and my cheetah wallpaper, your horizon. Yeah, my
- 1:10Speaker 2: neon pink sign that says drama Darling, my sparkling brooch,
- 1:15Speaker 2: you know what I mean? Like gorgeous, a gorgeous piece.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Thank you so much. I really appreciate that. Thank you
- 1:22Speaker 2: so much. Well, I'm delighted to be talking about this
- 1:27Speaker 2: new season. I don't know how Emily feels. We will
- 1:29Speaker 2: find that out shortly, but I would love to welcome
- 1:33Speaker 2: us all in welcome in, Thank you. Wow. Season twelve
- 1:40Speaker 2: vander Pump Rules, We're here. We've been anticipating it, we've
- 1:44Speaker 2: been waiting for it. A lot of people saw it
- 1:47Speaker 2: at bra Bocon you included. Yes, I did, and I
- 1:52Speaker 2: just saw it this week. Waited as the last chance
- 1:57Speaker 2: I got so that I could really take it all
- 1:59Speaker 2: in and be fresh for when we talked about it
- 2:02Speaker 2: and let's talk about broad strokes. I loved it. Is
- 2:07Speaker 2: the old cast invaluable, yes, because we have history with them,
- 2:11Speaker 2: but it's time to usher in a new and I
- 2:13Speaker 2: am very impressed. I like the casting. I like the production.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I I like that Lisa's playing her role. Emily don't
- 2:24Speaker 2: don't don't fight me on that one. You're likely what
- 2:29Speaker 2: oh that Lisa's playing her role. I know you get
- 2:32Speaker 2: annoyed with her popping in.
- 2:34Speaker 3: No, I don't get her annoyed. I don't get annoyed
- 2:36Speaker 3: with her on on vander Pump as much as I
- 2:39Speaker 3: got really annoyed with her on Villa.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Villa, Villa Blanca on vander Pump Villa. Thank you So okay, good,
- 2:50Speaker 2: Well that's great. I love Lisa. I'm I'm excited about
- 2:55Speaker 2: the cast. I think that they're doing exactly what they
- 2:58Speaker 2: did the first time, which is like bringing them in.
- 3:02Speaker 2: These are all young adults who are trying to make
- 3:05Speaker 2: it in the industry of Hollywood. We've got models, we
- 3:08Speaker 2: have actors, We've got you know, singers, the whole bunch,
- 3:13Speaker 2: and no one is pretending like they're not on this
- 3:16Speaker 2: show as a means, like for anything other than for exposure.
- 3:22Speaker 2: You know, they're working, it's sir, for exposure and hopes
- 3:25Speaker 2: to be on a television show. And I like that
- 3:27Speaker 2: that is forward facing and it's not hidden because at
- 3:31Speaker 2: this point in our reality TV lives, we can't there
- 3:34Speaker 2: cannot be a charade about that. We need to be
- 3:37Speaker 2: like you know when Chris is like, yeah, I'm working
- 3:40Speaker 2: here for networking, That's why I'm here.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Ah yeah, No, I mean I like that they aren't
- 3:45Speaker 3: treating us like we're stupid, because it would be very
- 3:48Speaker 3: hard to.
- 3:49Speaker 4: Not break the fourth wall a little bit.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Some of these like.
- 3:52Speaker 4: They've been Remy or what's her name, Demi has been
- 3:54Speaker 4: there for eight.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Years, so like she's like, clearly she's living in breathe
- 4:00Speaker 3: this stuff. Two people were hired a month or so
- 4:04Speaker 3: after sc Scanna all like it's just like they were
- 4:07Speaker 3: hired in the thick of it.
- 4:09Speaker 2: So twenty twenty three, so long ago. You've been here
- 4:13Speaker 2: for so long in three, you know. That's that's the
- 4:18Speaker 2: funniest thing to me. It's like, you've been here. So
- 4:21Speaker 2: that's why I'm going to give you a chance, because
- 4:23Speaker 2: you live and breathe, and you've you're ancient and like
- 4:26Speaker 2: I think, in sir years, it's like dog years, you
- 4:30Speaker 2: know what I mean.
- 4:30Speaker 3: But I think in any restaurant too, Yes, I've been
- 4:33Speaker 3: there a long time, that's true.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Any restaurant, yes, yes.
- 4:37Speaker 3: And if you're managing a restaurant, you're like, this person's
- 4:40Speaker 3: going to show up for their job.
- 4:41Speaker 4: That's huge.
- 4:43Speaker 2: The manager is going to show up, yes, And I wonder,
- 4:46Speaker 2: like it makes me wonder if Remy Sorry, DEMI.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Why did I do that?
- 4:51Speaker 2: I don't know, but now I'm screwed. Thank you. But
- 4:55Speaker 2: Remy Mallik shows up.
- 4:58Speaker 4: But honestly, Marcus looks like him a little bit. To me,
- 5:01Speaker 4: he does.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, he totally does. I was wondering who
- 5:05Speaker 2: he looked like he does. That's what it is. See,
- 5:08Speaker 2: that's why you're saying Remy okay, probably Yeah, Well I Robot, I, sir,
- 5:17Speaker 2: Marcus is the eye, sir? Yes, well anyway, yes, Remy.
- 5:23Speaker 2: I wonder if she God, damn it is it? Is
- 5:26Speaker 2: it Remy? It's no, it's Remy because I have Remy
- 5:30Speaker 2: written down. I have Remy written down.
- 5:34Speaker 4: Should we redo this?
- 5:35Speaker 2: No? I am not redoing this. I don't have time. Okay,
- 5:39Speaker 2: but it's Demi. D e m y.
- 5:43Speaker 4: D E m y.
- 5:47Speaker 2: That's crazy because I have Remy on my notes too. Wow,
- 5:53Speaker 2: that is so weird.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Well, maybe we should contact Bravo and just say, please
- 6:00Speaker 3: change this woman's name, because.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Yeah, we all want to call her Remy. Yes, you're right,
- 6:05Speaker 2: it's Demi sell them. Yeah, okay, well that's weird. That's
- 6:11Speaker 2: just strange. Okay, so now she's always gonna be called
- 6:14Speaker 2: Remy to us, but to others Demi. All right, So
- 6:19Speaker 2: I wonder if Demi was like always in the background
- 6:24Speaker 2: hoping for her big chance on the other vander Pump rules,
- 6:28Speaker 2: you know, really, you know, sticking it out till the end,
- 6:30Speaker 2: and then you know, she finally got on the reboot.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Good for her. When I Robot said, oh, you know,
- 6:37Speaker 2: it's like the shining Yeah, and it's like she was
- 6:40Speaker 2: always there. I was like, that's so shady, but really
- 6:44Speaker 2: a good reference. And I was proud of somebody for
- 6:46Speaker 2: having like a nice Jack Nicholson the shining reference. I
- 6:50Speaker 2: appreciated that.
- 6:51Speaker 4: It was perfect. Also that got a big laugh at
- 6:54Speaker 4: Bravo cod.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Oh it did.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:57Speaker 3: I think, like I will say, overall, like ice I
- 7:00Speaker 3: see online people are kind of poking like holes in
- 7:04Speaker 3: the new vander Pump. But like when I watched it
- 7:06Speaker 3: at Bravo com obviously it was a biased audience, but
- 7:09Speaker 3: people were into it.
- 7:11Speaker 2: People left there and they were like stoked. And I
- 7:14Speaker 2: don't know if it was just the you know, the vibe.
- 7:18Speaker 2: You know, you're at Bravo Con there's this new show
- 7:21Speaker 2: and we're all experience it together. I think that was
- 7:23Speaker 2: probably part of it. But I still actually think it
- 7:27Speaker 2: holds up to what people were saying that it's really
- 7:29Speaker 2: good because I think that, you know, one of the
- 7:32Speaker 2: things that I really loved about it was like the
- 7:35Speaker 2: original version, they really leaned into them working, you know,
- 7:39Speaker 2: at least for the first at a restaurant, at a restaurant,
- 7:42Speaker 2: you know, at a bar, they really we got to
- 7:45Speaker 2: see them, you know, there weren't microphones up in their face,
- 7:48Speaker 2: it didn't seem like they had mike packs on even
- 7:51Speaker 2: so I appreciated that. However, whatever they did with the audio,
- 7:55Speaker 2: it made it seem a little grittier, a little more
- 8:00Speaker 2: like voyeuristic. And that's what I liked about it.
- 8:03Speaker 4: Can I ask you, yes, I need please? Okay?
- 8:08Speaker 3: I My sound quality was not good? And was it
- 8:12Speaker 3: me or was it the episode? The sound sounded muffled.
- 8:16Speaker 3: It was audio all the whole way through, even when
- 8:20Speaker 3: they were micd Yeah, I don't like that part.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I liked it because I think that, like, okay, well
- 8:27Speaker 2: that's interesting. It didn't bother me because it made me
- 8:31Speaker 2: pay more attention to what they were doing. It felt
- 8:34Speaker 2: like we were actually there with them and they weren't
- 8:38Speaker 2: paying attention to us. Whereas you know, you end up
- 8:42Speaker 2: where vander Pump Rules ended up with, you know, Lavalier,
- 8:47Speaker 2: MIC's eight cameras. You know, the lighting is perfect. It's
- 8:51Speaker 2: become such a gorgeous looking show as all of the
- 8:55Speaker 2: reality shows right now in Bravo. Look, but I think
- 8:58Speaker 2: they stripped that away on purpose, and I appreciate them
- 9:02Speaker 2: doing that.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Visually, yeah, I agree. Visually, I agree, it was just
- 9:08Speaker 4: audio wise.
- 9:10Speaker 3: I was like I think I'm gonna have to turn
- 9:11Speaker 3: subtitles on like that, So maybe that's just what.
- 9:15Speaker 2: I have to do. Well, yeah, you're gonna have to do.
- 9:17Speaker 4: That to get a more raw show.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what we're doing. We're making a draw, you know,
- 9:24Speaker 2: you scrub it down to the brass tags like Nikolaine
- 9:28Speaker 2: does when he creates one of his master he's lighting fixtures.
- 9:34Speaker 3: I haven't been discerned a minute, is it all? I mean,
- 9:38Speaker 3: I know they shot most of this at night. Is
- 9:40Speaker 3: it darker in there in terms of the color palette,
- 9:43Speaker 3: because this just feels all together darker.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it looked, and I think that again, I think
- 9:49Speaker 2: that was purposeful. They don't have bright lights shining on
- 9:53Speaker 2: them right now when they're working, That's what I'm saying, Like,
- 9:56Speaker 2: they don't have that big production aspect around them. It's following.
- 9:59Speaker 2: They have a couple cameras, but they've got their like
- 10:02Speaker 2: boom mics, and they probably but they're following them kind
- 10:06Speaker 2: of with one sort of steady cam thing.
- 10:08Speaker 4: So it looks like darker dark jewel tone.
- 10:12Speaker 3: So instead of like bright like like it used to
- 10:14Speaker 3: be soft pinks and purples, it looks like greens and
- 10:18Speaker 3: dark purples.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Oh you're you're talking about the actual redecoration. Yeah, okay,
- 10:21Speaker 2: I'm talking about.
- 10:22Speaker 4: The whole vibe and the whole thing.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Also, Like, I haven't been there in a while, so
- 10:26Speaker 2: I don't know, but I did notice those green little
- 10:29Speaker 2: stool chairs that you know, only people with really good
- 10:33Speaker 2: knees could sit in, like young people at the at
- 10:37Speaker 2: the meeting Lisa's meeting their staff.
- 10:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you sit there, Yeah.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Squat down. It's like a squatty potty, I mean like that.
- 10:48Speaker 2: And I remember we've been there together, like a long
- 10:50Speaker 2: time ago, and yeah, all the chairs are like that.
- 10:52Speaker 2: They're basically on the ground, you know, in the bar
- 10:56Speaker 2: area bars.
- 10:56Speaker 4: And I gotta say, like it looks like a joke,
- 11:00Speaker 4: but they're very comfortable.
- 11:01Speaker 2: They actually are.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Now I haven't been back in a while, and my
- 11:06Speaker 2: knees have changed, so we'll have to you know, jury's
- 11:10Speaker 2: out on that can this.
- 11:12Speaker 4: And hang out in those chairs.
- 11:13Speaker 3: I'll tell you that can Ken and that little puppy
- 11:16Speaker 3: they keep on walking.
- 11:17Speaker 4: They walk right by the bar.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Now, the puppies love those shares. Those are actually Lisa's
- 11:23Speaker 2: old puppy shares. She's like, we can't use these anymore.
- 11:26Speaker 2: We've already lost seven dogs, so let's bring them in.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Those are the dead puppies chair. I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 11:34Speaker 2: That's horrible. So we start, you know, learning who these
- 11:41Speaker 2: people are, and guess the first person up is is Venus.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I think Venus is going to be a star. I
- 11:46Speaker 2: think the there are some standouts for me, and I
- 11:50Speaker 2: think the twins are our standouts for me. Natalie's a
- 11:54Speaker 2: standout for me, and I think Venus is as well. Now.
- 11:59Speaker 2: I like that it has a great vibe. He loves
- 12:03Speaker 2: working there. I think that when Venus described working there
- 12:07Speaker 2: as it being like high school, that says it all.
- 12:11Speaker 2: It sums it up perfectly. Everyone's just like goofing around.
- 12:16Speaker 2: They they're not really working that hard, and they're hooking
- 12:20Speaker 2: up with everybody and just having a great time.
- 12:23Speaker 3: And that's why they're only making fifty bucks a shift
- 12:25Speaker 3: because Lisa has to keep forty five people on the
- 12:29Speaker 3: floor because no one's actually working.
- 12:32Speaker 2: That was really tough to see. Yeah, and that's the
- 12:35Speaker 2: kind of stuff that I want to see. You know,
- 12:37Speaker 2: how much are you making a night? And is that
- 12:40Speaker 2: affected because you guys are shooting now? Probably?
- 12:44Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, because it's because this is a everybody
- 12:49Speaker 3: knows vander Pump rules in terms of these people are
- 12:51Speaker 3: working there because of vander Pump rules the show, right,
- 12:55Speaker 3: we are definitely attracting a show out person, like they
- 13:00Speaker 3: are showy. There's not an Ariana in the bunch. There's
- 13:04Speaker 3: not a Katie in the bunch. There's not anybody that's
- 13:06Speaker 3: like a chill baseline.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I would agree with possibly, And I guess we'll
- 13:12Speaker 2: find out the exception of Demi because she's been there
- 13:17Speaker 2: for eight years and she hasn't been on the show.
- 13:20Speaker 2: If she was more showy, she may have been on
- 13:23Speaker 2: the other show.
- 13:24Speaker 4: So that's true, and.
- 13:25Speaker 2: She's very consistent. Clearly she hasn't caused any issues in
- 13:29Speaker 2: order to get fired, So she might be one of
- 13:32Speaker 2: our foundational characters, like maybe like an Ariana. So yeah,
- 13:38Speaker 2: but everybody I agree.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Right now, it kind of feels like Venus is the
- 13:43Speaker 3: closest in terms of a person that is like calling
- 13:47Speaker 3: out the logic in the situation. But yeah, judging from
- 13:53Speaker 3: what's coming, I don't know if that's going to.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Be the US.
- 13:55Speaker 2: I don't know. Maybe for the first episode maybe, But
- 13:58Speaker 2: perhaps you're right because is like that's who we meet first,
- 14:02Speaker 2: and Venus is really the one that's kind of I
- 14:05Speaker 2: don't know, like friends with everybody and is explaining certain
- 14:09Speaker 2: situations and a little bit of a narrator, you know,
- 14:12Speaker 2: not a heavy hand narrator, but somewhat like that. So
- 14:14Speaker 2: that's a good point. Natalie is great. She is a
- 14:19Speaker 2: great personality. It's perfect for reality television. I mean, yeah,
- 14:23Speaker 2: I love and isn't it refreshing to see someone on
- 14:27Speaker 2: Bravo TV get into the studio who can actually sing?
- 14:30Speaker 3: I mean, are you forgetting Britney in Salt Lake City?
- 14:37Speaker 2: I will mean, well, you know, she hasn't been in
- 14:40Speaker 2: the studio. We haven't seen all studio, and please please
- 14:44Speaker 2: do forget, please do forget Brittany in Salt Lake City.
- 14:47Speaker 2: And my god, damn, that is intense.
- 14:53Speaker 3: You're a liar and I'm a malicious, despicable person.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Oh and they're just sticking up for Brittany.
- 15:01Speaker 3: I didn't get the vibe that she could sing. I
- 15:03Speaker 3: got the vibe that she like could kind of sing,
- 15:06Speaker 3: but they were really enhancing it. But I'm not, well right,
- 15:10Speaker 3: I'm not a good barometer of that.
- 15:12Speaker 2: She didn't Yeah, I okay, she did not sing at her.
- 15:18Speaker 2: They didn't show us her singing at her capacity. It
- 15:20Speaker 2: was almost like I thought we were gonna get there,
- 15:23Speaker 2: but we didn't. She was kind of whisper singing because
- 15:26Speaker 2: she didn't want to, you know, get into it, which
- 15:28Speaker 2: was fun to see because you could tell she can sing.
- 15:32Speaker 2: But then we never actually got there. And it's a
- 15:34Speaker 2: lot of so it's a lot of breath breath work
- 15:39Speaker 2: of scales, right. So look, I mean she's still better
- 15:43Speaker 2: than most any bra B celebrity that has ever stepped
- 15:46Speaker 2: up to a microphone, and for that, I appreciate those
- 15:51Speaker 2: those editors are, Like those producers were hilarious to like, Hey,
- 15:55Speaker 2: welcome to our back house. You know, like it's like
- 15:58Speaker 2: so la right, Like it's just some back house.
- 16:04Speaker 3: I was like, is this a legit like location? Like
- 16:08Speaker 3: not a not a location that I've ever heard of.
- 16:10Speaker 3: But I mean they did have proper equipment. I was
- 16:14Speaker 3: paying for this. I mean, is she paying for this
- 16:17Speaker 3: or is Bravo oh studio time?
- 16:20Speaker 2: Oh? I think she's she's prob oh to shoot there? Well, yeah,
- 16:24Speaker 2: they probably paid them to shoot there.
- 16:25Speaker 4: Yeah, so she got some free time out of it.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Who knows?
- 16:30Speaker 4: It looks wondering.
- 16:31Speaker 2: About the dound like she has worked with them many
- 16:34Speaker 2: times before. Clearly they had the tracks. Clearly she's been there,
- 16:38Speaker 2: and you know they really are on the same page.
- 16:41Speaker 2: You know, I don't like it when I don't get
- 16:42Speaker 2: it perfect eye roll. You know me. You know the
- 16:49Speaker 2: kind of people who, like you can already tell she's
- 16:52Speaker 2: perfect for reality television. It's like very narcissistic, like the
- 16:56Speaker 2: people who are always gonna say to you, you know how,
- 17:00Speaker 2: I am like, I have never said that, right, you
- 17:05Speaker 2: know me? You know this, you guys, if you know me,
- 17:09Speaker 2: you know that I hate when people are standing too
- 17:12Speaker 2: close to me at the bank.
- 17:14Speaker 4: You know, well, that's even generous.
- 17:16Speaker 3: You're saying if like most people that say that, skip
- 17:19Speaker 3: the If you.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Know me, and you know I hate it when someone's
- 17:24Speaker 2: breathing down my neck in the you know check out,
- 17:27Speaker 2: I'll scan your own self checkout. You know me? Who
- 17:31Speaker 2: are you? You're I'm your biggest star, I'm your biggest star.
- 17:40Speaker 2: I'm I'm a cabaret star. But like that, that to
- 17:44Speaker 2: me says it all in one fell swoop that moment.
- 17:48Speaker 2: You know, you know how I am like, I've never
- 17:52Speaker 2: said that to anyone like realistically, like honestly said that
- 17:58Speaker 2: to anyone, unless I was joking. You know how I am.
- 18:01Speaker 2: You know how I get?
- 18:03Speaker 3: You know how I get. Yeah, that's the other one. Yeah,
- 18:07Speaker 3: you know, I don't think I've said that unless it's
- 18:10Speaker 3: like a dire situation with like a very good friend
- 18:14Speaker 3: where I'm like being like, here is not how I operate.
- 18:19Speaker 4: Well, I know, I always lay my tracks down perfectly.
- 18:24Speaker 2: You know, I put my hi vis vest on and
- 18:27Speaker 2: you know, coordinate block parties, you know what I do.
- 18:30Speaker 2: You know me, you know this. Yeah, but like we
- 18:34Speaker 2: can joke like that, but when you're actually saying it,
- 18:37Speaker 2: it is little cause for concerns, you.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Know, because she's up at the top of what I
- 18:42Speaker 3: want to see, and that's right at the top of
- 18:45Speaker 3: what I want to see.
- 18:48Speaker 2: And so Natalie, she's great. She sings, you know, like
- 18:52Speaker 2: hopefully next time we can actually hear the full track
- 18:54Speaker 2: when we get out of the whisper scales and into
- 18:59Speaker 2: full throttle, you know, singing.
- 19:02Speaker 4: Well, we're going to.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Get there at Pride. I have a feeling there's going
- 19:05Speaker 3: to be a concert. There's some kind of concert of her.
- 19:07Speaker 3: I'm gonna put my money on it.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Her song called Passenger. Don't don't think that this didn't
- 19:14Speaker 2: get by any Bravo fans or like rather vander Pump
- 19:17Speaker 2: Rules fans, because I immediately thought of Stasi. I was like, oh,
- 19:21Speaker 2: is this an homage to Dark Passenger or is this
- 19:23Speaker 2: like yes, because she's kind of like it's not that
- 19:27Speaker 2: there's any you know, there's it's like, oh, this is
- 19:29Speaker 2: the new Jack, this is the new Stasi. It's not
- 19:31Speaker 2: like that. But no, you could one would think or
- 19:36Speaker 2: could say this is like the Stasi position. Clearly she's
- 19:42Speaker 2: got that kind of charisma and is favored by Lisa,
- 19:48Speaker 2: especially now that she's caused a stir when she a
- 19:53Speaker 2: stir at Sir when she went I love that she
- 19:58Speaker 2: like went there on her night off with her down
- 20:00Speaker 2: and her brother when they were in town. I mean
- 20:03Speaker 2: it makes sense to me, like this is where I work,
- 20:04Speaker 2: this is where I'm filming a show, Like let's go
- 20:06Speaker 2: check it out. You want to see this, right, But
- 20:09Speaker 2: her getting in a fight with her ex Paolo and
- 20:13Speaker 2: just lashing out at people and it being caught on
- 20:15Speaker 2: the security cameras is pretty good stuff.
- 20:19Speaker 3: I mean it's Lisa calling out that that is that
- 20:24Speaker 3: is getting space when you're not at work, don't come
- 20:26Speaker 3: to work when you're on schedule.
- 20:28Speaker 2: I love that. Why. I was like, dang, Lisa, that's brilliant.
- 20:32Speaker 2: You know. This is where like vander Pump, she everything
- 20:35Speaker 2: else is pretty scripted, you know. I mean it's pretty
- 20:37Speaker 2: much the same script. Like she has a working script
- 20:41Speaker 2: that she can insert into every single scene, whether she's
- 20:44Speaker 2: on vander Pump Rules or Villa anywhere she go. Anywhere
- 20:48Speaker 2: she goes Beverly Hills, well not Beverly Hills, but so
- 20:50Speaker 2: that's behind us. But any of these shows, she can
- 20:54Speaker 2: just come in and be like I counted on you.
- 20:56Speaker 2: I would let you go like that, you know, like
- 21:00Speaker 2: these are these that's all she has on the notes.
- 21:03Speaker 2: But when Natalie was like, well we never even got
- 21:06Speaker 2: a chance for closure, and like, you know, I just
- 21:08Speaker 2: wanted space for her to snap back with, that line
- 21:11Speaker 2: was brilliant, Like that's oh yeah, that's Lisa right there.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:16Speaker 3: And when on the on the whatever, Villa whatever, I
- 21:22Speaker 3: was so annoyed because Marciano's show, Yeah, Marciano's show, she's
- 21:27Speaker 3: she's also narrating it, which is scripted. And then when
- 21:31Speaker 3: she's in scenes, to your point, you can tell like
- 21:34Speaker 3: it's scripted. Yeah, so that's that was my issue there.
- 21:38Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I know other people had issues with her
- 21:40Speaker 3: being on vander Pump Rules still because it was like,
- 21:42Speaker 3: what is your purpose. We're never filming at the restaurant,
- 21:46Speaker 3: but now that we're back at the restaurant, we need her.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:49Speaker 4: I do think it's good.
- 21:51Speaker 2: I still never minded her being in it before, just
- 21:53Speaker 2: because I even though it's heavy and oh you didn't okay, no, okay, yeah,
- 21:58Speaker 2: now I understand it's just the villa that you had
- 22:01Speaker 2: a problem with. Yeah. Yeah, and that to me just
- 22:03Speaker 2: became so comical that I enjoyed it. But I would
- 22:06Speaker 2: not be surprised Emily if like she had a teleprompter
- 22:09Speaker 2: ed villa.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Oh, she absolutely would, because like inscripted.
- 22:16Speaker 2: And she's really busy, so like she doesn't have time
- 22:19Speaker 2: to like memorize lines and stuff.
- 22:22Speaker 3: Yeah, And they're like, well, you need to set this
- 22:24Speaker 3: whole scene up and then like fire this person.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Write a line. Yeah, She's like, just put it. Just
- 22:31Speaker 2: write it on a piece of paper and put it
- 22:33Speaker 2: on the back of that vase. I'll read it right
- 22:35Speaker 2: over the shoulder, put it in the flowers. I can
- 22:38Speaker 2: see it from you cue cards. Yes, that was great
- 22:46Speaker 2: when Lisa was like, I, Natalie, you'll you'll the fabric,
- 22:51Speaker 2: you'll the fiber, sir, and you know this place inside
- 22:55Speaker 2: out ever since I hired you two weeks ago, and
- 22:58Speaker 2: so you'll, I'm going to make an exception. I'm going
- 23:02Speaker 2: to keep you. Otherwise I would fire you straight away
- 23:09Speaker 2: off with your head. I would do.
- 23:13Speaker 3: And I'm giving you one hundred more chances because that's
- 23:17Speaker 3: also her move too. And Marcus is another one that
- 23:24Speaker 3: I'm like, dude, he's so right, he's not going anywhere, Like,
- 23:27Speaker 3: what are we doing?
- 23:28Speaker 2: I love that the way that Lisa lays it out
- 23:30Speaker 2: to in every show, well like Villa and this one specifically,
- 23:34Speaker 2: let's forget about the old vander Pump rules because like
- 23:37Speaker 2: that just got so out of hand. But like with
- 23:40Speaker 2: Natalie and with Marcus, and she's just like, I cannot
- 23:44Speaker 2: believe that you would cause a stir when we're trying
- 23:49Speaker 2: to make a reality show at a restaurant. How would
- 23:53Speaker 2: you on my time? I should fire you right now.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Oh I'll give you a raise, you know.
- 24:01Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, she just makes you will get fired from here.
- 24:03Speaker 3: But then that just means you're going to be able
- 24:05Speaker 3: to film in other locations for Vanner pump Rolls.
- 24:08Speaker 2: When Sting fired.
- 24:09Speaker 4: From sir, you moved to the next level of vander
- 24:12Speaker 4: pump Rolls.

- 31:15Speaker 3: When she said to Marcus, or she said to us
- 31:18Speaker 3: about Marcus, you can't drink on the job anymore, that
- 31:21Speaker 3: it's not twenty thirteen.
- 31:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it's twenty twenty.
- 31:25Speaker 3: The eye roll in her head was like you could
- 31:28Speaker 3: hear it even though we didn't see it.
- 31:31Speaker 4: It's like, okay, Lisa, I.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Guess I have to say this, Oh no, we have
- 31:39Speaker 2: to follow rules about sexual misconductor.
- 31:47Speaker 4: Yeah, she's she's annoyed. She's like, how are they going
- 31:51Speaker 4: to miss? How am I going to fake fire people
- 31:54Speaker 4: if I don't have them drinking on the job.
- 31:58Speaker 2: She was between a rock and a hard play with Nathalie,
- 32:01Speaker 2: and she has an agent her name the owner, like
- 32:04Speaker 2: one of the owners. You know that that scene was great.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Here's why. So Nathalie is I don't know if she's
- 32:14Speaker 2: I feel like she was just acting like I think
- 32:17Speaker 2: she was like, you give me a chance to show
- 32:19Speaker 2: you what I have, Lisa, I think I have it
- 32:22Speaker 2: all after all this time of seeing what is going on,
- 32:24Speaker 2: you know, I can act for you. And she was like, well,
- 32:28Speaker 2: let me see what you've got, And so she shows
- 32:31Speaker 2: up and she's like, they don't respect this place. Said,
- 32:38Speaker 2: I was a security footage looking for something. I fell
- 32:41Speaker 2: dropped and see sink and I could not find this
- 32:45Speaker 2: menus that. So I look on secutive footation. I see
- 32:49Speaker 2: this services its agrias everywhere is it's taking SIPs and
- 32:56Speaker 2: to Lisa's terrible like, oh my god, you're really bringing
- 33:02Speaker 2: it fucking fantastic, Natalie it ah is.
- 33:08Speaker 3: You know, Lisa complimented her under that scene.
- 33:14Speaker 2: Totally did she just like I didn't know you had it,
- 33:17Speaker 2: didn't you? Oh that was my favorite part. And then
- 33:24Speaker 2: Lisa cheating out, going well, I mean, what are we
- 33:29Speaker 2: going to do? We can't follow what do you want
- 33:31Speaker 2: me to you suspend them this restaurant operate.
- 33:38Speaker 3: I did appreciate Lisa acknowledging that that that her other
- 33:42Speaker 3: pump closed. I was if she's gonna even talk about that,
- 33:46Speaker 3: and like, you know what I mean, like I like
- 33:48Speaker 3: that she's kind of acknowledging the current economic state of
- 33:52Speaker 3: West Hollywood because it's.
- 33:55Speaker 4: Taken the beating right now.
- 33:57Speaker 3: And so I thought, like I actually for if everything
- 34:02Speaker 3: else was scripted, including that, I was like, at least
- 34:04Speaker 3: that's real, Like.
- 34:05Speaker 2: That is a real deal, and I do think it is,
- 34:08Speaker 2: and I agree, yeah, And that's why I honestly, I mean,
- 34:10Speaker 2: I think Natalie was acting, but I honestly don't know,
- 34:13Speaker 2: because she did bring up the thing where she was like,
- 34:16Speaker 2: Lisa struggles so hard and then these kids drinking shots. Yeah,
- 34:22Speaker 2: but that's like what your business is like, that's what's
- 34:24Speaker 2: making it great and putting it on the map. So
- 34:27Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, it doesn't matter. I like
- 34:29Speaker 2: it either way, fake or real. But when Lisa had
- 34:33Speaker 2: her staff meeting.
- 34:35Speaker 4: She whoa, I hit my mic.
- 34:39Speaker 2: She's still living. That staff meeting really got you heated. Yeah,
- 34:48Speaker 2: Lisa looks so cute. I love her tie and her vest, Like,
- 34:51Speaker 2: I just love the way she dressed. So Lisa vander
- 34:53Speaker 2: Pump and then well, yeah, we're gonna saying.
- 34:55Speaker 3: Well, I was gonna say, you think she hurt her
- 34:59Speaker 3: hip or something because she was moving a little slower
- 35:02Speaker 3: and she had a little she looks like she was
- 35:05Speaker 3: working through an injury or something.
- 35:07Speaker 4: I couldn't tell. There was a point when she walked
- 35:09Speaker 4: away that I was like, man, I don't know.
- 35:12Speaker 3: How like, I don't know what's going on with Lisa.
- 35:16Speaker 3: But then again, she's she's now in her forties, so
- 35:20Speaker 3: everything happens in your forties.
- 35:23Speaker 2: I don't know. I have seen her walk, you know,
- 35:28Speaker 2: outside of this scene, and she looked fine, Like I've
- 35:32Speaker 2: seen the footage of her walking, like at Bravocon and stuff
- 35:34Speaker 2: like that. She seemed fine this past Bravocon. Yeah, uh huh, oh, okay,
- 35:39Speaker 2: good at her she was just going at her restaurant. Yeah,
- 35:42Speaker 2: maybe she had like a hip surgery or something.
- 35:44Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what I thought, That's what I was wondering.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Yeah, well, yeah, she has to you in order to
- 35:50Speaker 2: sit in those little chairs. You know, fine, it's just
- 35:56Speaker 2: these chairs, because she was sitting in the chairs. Okay, yeah,
- 36:02Speaker 2: so the staff meeting, Yeah, she like Waltz is in
- 36:05Speaker 2: there to your point about acknowledging the restaurant industry and
- 36:10Speaker 2: like where it is and how difficult it's been, and
- 36:12Speaker 2: she was like, we are lucky to be surviving here
- 36:16Speaker 2: because that was so many restaurants full closed down the
- 36:20Speaker 2: street today. One was two of them. Well, I was
- 36:24Speaker 2: Pump and Schwartz and Sandy's, and you know, I'm like,
- 36:28Speaker 2: it's true. There's like I mean, she owned so many
- 36:31Speaker 2: that I'm like, this has affected her. No, I don't
- 36:33Speaker 2: know she had she had steak in Schworts and no,
- 36:38Speaker 2: I'm sorry, it wasn't Shorts and Sandy's. It was Tom Tom,
- 36:42Speaker 2: Pump closed. Then they put Pump in the back of
- 36:45Speaker 2: Tom Tom and then Pump closed, So that's too right there.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Then she did she have any steak in shorts and
- 36:53Speaker 2: Sandy's No, okay, thank you, but she's probably acknowledging them.
- 36:57Speaker 2: So that's three right there.
- 36:59Speaker 4: Well, I'm thinking of like Stash.
- 37:01Speaker 3: Which was one of my favorite places, and that's that's
- 37:04Speaker 3: gone about the time they were filming, and I was like, oh, man.
- 37:08Speaker 2: Is that is that like Courtney Kardashian's place? Uh No,
- 37:14Speaker 2: just kidding. That was like Dash Dash.
- 37:17Speaker 3: Dash is Dash like next?
- 37:20Speaker 2: Was it next to Stash Dash and Stash?
- 37:26Speaker 3: Yeah, But like all my favorite places that I used
- 37:28Speaker 3: to like to, like park at Pavilions illegally and walk
- 37:32Speaker 3: to are closing.
- 37:33Speaker 2: So we bombed whoa busted. No, I know exactly. I've
- 37:40Speaker 2: done it many times, and I hate doing it because
- 37:42Speaker 2: it stresses me out quite frankly.
- 37:44Speaker 4: You gotta you gotta park on the roof.
- 37:46Speaker 3: You gotta pull out your best Natalie acting chops and
- 37:50Speaker 3: go through the store and act like you're gonna buy
- 37:52Speaker 3: a flower, like really think about it, and then hope
- 37:57Speaker 3: Natalie's the Natalie is not watching security footage of leaving
- 38:00Speaker 3: without buying something.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Lisa, I see this girl with flower patterns all over her.
- 38:06Speaker 2: She's walking with flowers, looking at the flowers. She doesn't
- 38:10Speaker 2: know what she wants since she hits it out. She
- 38:13Speaker 2: lest she did not buy anything. She park on the roof.
- 38:17Speaker 2: She don't buy anything. She come in to sir, She
- 38:22Speaker 2: sit down a little stool. She says, my knees, my hips,
- 38:25Speaker 2: and she leaves. She don't want to drink. I don't
- 38:28Speaker 2: even know what kind of accent that is anymore. But
- 38:32Speaker 2: now when she's like doing her amazing like speech her
- 38:36Speaker 2: like what's that movie with Mel Gibson where he's like
- 38:41Speaker 2: he's like forever young No, No, when he does.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Spe horse Ransom the Patriot, Brave Heart, Brave Heart, Okay, okay,
- 38:52Speaker 3: Gettle wepon one.
- 38:53Speaker 2: Lead the weapon, three, leave the weapon. Four.
- 38:59Speaker 4: I can keep going.
- 39:02Speaker 2: Wow, I didn't know we had a metal head a
- 39:04Speaker 2: man in the frame. I what what is that one?
- 39:07Speaker 4: There's a real there's a random one, and like, anyway,
- 39:10Speaker 4: go ahead.
- 39:11Speaker 2: I'm very impressed with your Gibson knowledge. I wish I
- 39:14Speaker 2: didn't have that. How are you with Debbie Gibson knowledge?
- 39:18Speaker 2: That's really good?
- 39:19Speaker 4: Do you?
- 39:20Speaker 3: I do know from that she does a good cameo.
- 39:24Speaker 3: I do know that she does a good like. I
- 39:27Speaker 3: don't know if she still does, but I know she'll
- 39:28Speaker 3: like play, sit down at the piano and play a
- 39:30Speaker 3: song and say.
- 39:31Speaker 2: Oh my god, that's amazing. I loved it.
- 39:33Speaker 4: I don't know if she still does.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Yeah, she does. She is. She looks great, she's sounds great.
- 39:40Speaker 2: You know, I would be surprised. I'd love to see
- 39:42Speaker 2: her in the studio with Natalie. Get to that back
- 39:44Speaker 2: house in West Hollywood, lay do on some tracks, Debbie,
- 39:47Speaker 2: see what Natal Natalie can be. It'd be like a
- 39:49Speaker 2: remix of like only in my dreams, and then Natalie
- 39:53Speaker 2: will be.
- 39:53Speaker 4: Like, honestly, yeah, I agree.
- 40:02Speaker 2: Out of the booth.
- 40:04Speaker 3: All those I would like to see a revamp I
- 40:07Speaker 3: would like to see Tiffany and Debbie Gibson work with
- 40:10Speaker 3: Bravo celebrities.
- 40:12Speaker 2: Oh the way that the voice no, the way that
- 40:15Speaker 2: the American idol or the voice works with these new
- 40:19Speaker 2: up and coming singers.
- 40:21Speaker 4: Yeah, make it like a four episode series. I would
- 40:24Speaker 4: love it.
- 40:24Speaker 2: I would I think that we are onto something. I'm happy.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I feel like, okay, good about it, you.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Know, finally she's happy, darlings.
- 40:36Speaker 2: Well happy. This whole time anyway really went down a
- 40:41Speaker 2: Gibson a wormhole there only to pop out at This
- 40:46Speaker 2: was Lisa's brave heart speech to kick off this season,
- 40:49Speaker 2: this new season. She put fists in the air, she
- 40:54Speaker 2: tightened up the knot in her tie, and she was like,
- 40:56Speaker 2: not on my cuff. Will we ever succumb to pall
- 41:02Speaker 2: service again and just rip them a new one? She
- 41:06Speaker 2: even swore I think, and then was like, Marcus, I
- 41:10Speaker 2: don't want to look at you all fucking face again.
- 41:15Speaker 2: She's like, okay, I'll take my back back and then
- 41:18Speaker 2: he leaves and then like that was a that was
- 41:22Speaker 2: kind of a weird cut, like the interview on the
- 41:26Speaker 2: street that where they pulled back with the I liked it, okay,
- 41:31Speaker 2: I liked it, but they hadn't done that once before,
- 41:34Speaker 2: so it was a little like, oh, oh, okay, this
- 41:37Speaker 2: is what we're doing. Okay, okay, so well.
- 41:40Speaker 4: I mean, it's the pilot. Everything's on the table.
- 41:43Speaker 2: All right, everything's on the face of the table, and
- 41:45Speaker 2: the little stool put him up.
- 41:48Speaker 3: The more I'm thinking about it, the more I'm like, hey, everybody,
- 41:51Speaker 3: it's sir.
- 41:52Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, it's sir.
- 41:54Speaker 3: You'd better watch your ass because if you don't bring
- 41:58Speaker 3: the drama and the correct sir, we're gonna get Marciano
- 42:01Speaker 3: in this cast.
- 42:02Speaker 4: And I really don't want that.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Oh my god, I can't believe you said that.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Well, it's it's probably gonna happen.
- 42:10Speaker 2: You are so right, and I am here for it.
- 42:15Speaker 2: By the way, I don't know. We didn't talk about
- 42:18Speaker 2: this yet, and I don't I don't know if it's
- 42:20Speaker 2: happened on what you've seen, like with Secret Lives of
- 42:23Speaker 2: Mormon wives. But Zach and and other people can't get
- 42:28Speaker 2: Marciano's name right, like everyone's struggling, and he Zach literally said, yeah,
- 42:33Speaker 2: that that that fat Italian guy. He called the guy,
- 42:37Speaker 2: he called him a or he called him a chubby
- 42:40Speaker 2: a chubby Italian guy and then he called him Marcello.
- 42:46Speaker 4: What now I want him on?
- 42:48Speaker 3: Now?
- 42:48Speaker 4: I want him on bander pump Zach shove it in
- 42:51Speaker 4: Zach's face.
- 42:53Speaker 2: How what that's awful.
- 42:55Speaker 4: I don't like that.
- 42:56Speaker 2: It's just like, it's just wrong.
- 42:58Speaker 4: These dudes look the Zach same in Salt Lake.
- 43:02Speaker 3: I'm just kind of like, oh, you're gonna go to
- 43:05Speaker 3: ethnicity and wait, okay, got it's Zach. You all look
- 43:10Speaker 3: like blonde, like I can't tell one of you apart guys.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's not cool, Zach. And by the way,
- 43:17Speaker 2: I'm a chubby Italian Okay, so step off, all right?
- 43:24Speaker 2: Yeah okay, So the street interview was interesting and it
- 43:30Speaker 2: actually made me believe that they weren't expecting that, actually,
- 43:33Speaker 2: because he's like, yeah, I wasn't expecting that.
- 43:36Speaker 4: That's why I liked it.
- 43:37Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, yeah, that is why I liked it. When
- 43:39Speaker 2: Venus was walking out into the sir alley, you could
- 43:42Speaker 2: hear him say I almost shit my pants and I
- 43:45Speaker 2: was like, oh this, they were not expecting that, and
- 43:48Speaker 2: I loved it.
- 43:49Speaker 4: Yes, I agree.
- 43:51Speaker 3: I'm on my heels more than I thought I would
- 43:53Speaker 3: be with the new Vanderpum. I mean we've been Look,
- 43:57Speaker 3: we've all been working there for how many twelve years more?
- 44:01Speaker 4: How long have we been working vander pomp.
- 44:04Speaker 3: So for us the audience to have some surprises, it's
- 44:07Speaker 3: pretty good.
- 44:08Speaker 2: As surprised.
- 44:11Speaker 3: That said, we all are like, Lisa's not gonna even
- 44:14Speaker 3: if they get fired.
- 44:15Speaker 2: It's fine. Oh it's fine. Oh totally, it's great. I
- 44:17Speaker 2: just love it. I love how Lisa sticked to the
- 44:20Speaker 2: what Oh my god, it's just such a I just
- 44:24Speaker 2: love it so much. All Right, Well, we've got a
- 44:26Speaker 2: couple other characters to talk about. We have Kim and
- 44:31Speaker 2: we have Marcus, who are dating okay, and they're on
- 44:36Speaker 2: and off again and they've been together for like two years.
- 44:39Speaker 2: They've been working there. Everything happened in twenty twenty three,
- 44:42Speaker 2: Like everyone got hired. A lot of people came out
- 44:44Speaker 2: from New York. And I like that because I think
- 44:49Speaker 2: that like, you don't have these people who have been
- 44:52Speaker 2: settled into LA for that long, And that is extremely
- 44:57Speaker 2: important because the longer you're here, the weirder you get
- 45:02Speaker 2: and the less authentic you are if you are immersed
- 45:07Speaker 2: in the in that industry of like of what they are.
- 45:11Speaker 3: I do wonder if we're going to have this cast,
- 45:14Speaker 3: Like I wonder if Bravo's like, we're gonna be rotating
- 45:18Speaker 3: cast a lot more. We can't have another ten year
- 45:21Speaker 3: stretch of the same people because like it, it doesn't
- 45:25Speaker 3: we want to We want people to get used to
- 45:27Speaker 3: new people all the time.
- 45:29Speaker 2: And I know they have some Do you think they're
- 45:31Speaker 2: going to do that every season?
- 45:33Speaker 3: Not every season, but I would think that they're gonna
- 45:36Speaker 3: be weird, Like I think they're going to keep it
- 45:38Speaker 3: moving though, I really do, because I don't think they
- 45:41Speaker 3: want to be stuck in a situation like they were
- 45:43Speaker 3: with the other vander Pump cast.
- 45:45Speaker 2: Well, I don't think they were stuck in a situation
- 45:47Speaker 2: with the Vanderbumb cast. I thought they wrote it out
- 45:50Speaker 2: the way that they should have and we were pray,
- 45:52Speaker 2: oh okay.
- 45:53Speaker 3: I think Bravo thinks like once that they like, I
- 45:56Speaker 3: think Bravo is like, let's give this five years and
- 45:59Speaker 3: really be turning it over because oh, I see what
- 46:02Speaker 3: you're saying, you know what I mean, Like, they don't
- 46:04Speaker 3: hold on to this the cast like they used to anyway,
- 46:07Speaker 3: and vander Pump kind of like was the one holdover
- 46:10Speaker 3: that was a lot of the same cast.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Over and over and over again.
- 46:14Speaker 4: I don't think we're gonna get that with this we'll.
- 46:16Speaker 2: See it because they're so young that it makes it,
- 46:21Speaker 2: you know, there's more to squeeze out of that lemon
- 46:25Speaker 2: if you will, because they're so young, and their lives
- 46:28Speaker 2: move faster and their experiences move faster, their mistakes happen quicker,
- 46:33Speaker 2: whereas with Housewives it's a totally different story. You know,
- 46:36Speaker 2: everyone's established, they're older, they're you know, it doesn't happen
- 46:42Speaker 2: at the breakneck speed as it does when you're younger,
- 46:46Speaker 2: which is why when vander Pump was in its heyday,
- 46:49Speaker 2: you know, people would be like, what is happening with
- 46:50Speaker 2: vander Pump right now? And they're not even filming, Like
- 46:53Speaker 2: so much shit would go down off season and everyone's
- 46:55Speaker 2: just like what, So, I mean it's possible. I mean,
- 46:59Speaker 2: I guess we'll see because I think that, like, to
- 47:02Speaker 2: your point, reality is just not the same as it
- 47:04Speaker 2: used to be and it's just never going to be
- 47:06Speaker 2: like that. But with this cast, they're going to see
- 47:10Speaker 2: what sticks and who doesn't stick. They're going to you know,
- 47:13Speaker 2: keep bringing them in and they're going to keep hiring
- 47:15Speaker 2: over it, sir, and they're just going to keep that,
- 47:17Speaker 2: you know, have like an incubator of talent, you know,
- 47:21Speaker 2: waiting around.
- 47:22Speaker 3: I do wonder if they should have changed the name
- 47:26Speaker 3: from vander Pump Rules. And it's like it's right there
- 47:29Speaker 3: because the restaurant is sir, hear me out, what if
- 47:32Speaker 3: they the new one is Survivor.
- 47:37Speaker 2: I thought you were serious.
- 47:41Speaker 3: But I have heard a lot of people saying they
- 47:44Speaker 3: should have just changed the name.
- 47:45Speaker 4: And I don't know that. I don't know.
- 47:48Speaker 3: I'm of two minds because you know, I mentioned like
- 47:52Speaker 3: Lisa is in her forties now, and so I don't
- 47:55Speaker 3: know how long she's going to do this. So in
- 47:57Speaker 3: order to have the show live on beyond Lisa vander Pump,
- 48:02Speaker 3: I do wonder if they this would have been a
- 48:04Speaker 3: good opportunity for them to like she might want.
- 48:07Speaker 2: To retire, and well, it's like she's never going to retire.
- 48:11Speaker 2: There's no reason to take her name off of it.
- 48:13Speaker 2: She can still be have her name on it when
- 48:16Speaker 2: she if she's not going to be filming, it's still
- 48:20Speaker 2: vander Pump. She's still executive. It can still be that
- 48:22Speaker 2: it's a name that's recognizable. You don't want to reinvent
- 48:27Speaker 2: the wheel right now.
- 48:28Speaker 3: I don't think I think it would have been a
- 48:30Speaker 3: good time to have it changed to VP rules or
- 48:35Speaker 3: something like that, just like like the way we like
- 48:38Speaker 3: get away from Kentucky Fried Chicken and it's KFC. Like
- 48:42Speaker 3: I do think it would have been we all know
- 48:44Speaker 3: it's like a yeah, and they would all know.
- 48:47Speaker 4: Like still have.
- 48:48Speaker 3: I thought this might have been a good chance to pivot,
- 48:51Speaker 3: to rebrand, but then rebrand, just pivot, just like let's
- 48:55Speaker 3: use initials now and get away from that.
- 48:58Speaker 4: And it's different than not. It can live on if
- 49:02Speaker 4: you know Lisa decide.
- 49:04Speaker 2: Argue, why are you trying to kill thee.
- 49:08Speaker 4: And like she might go out of space.
- 49:09Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 49:10Speaker 3: I don't know where Lisa will be in fifty years.
- 49:13Speaker 2: I'm just saying we're okay, well, I don't think we're
- 49:17Speaker 2: ready for that. I think that your idea is great,
- 49:21Speaker 2: but I argue that maybe in five years we can
- 49:25Speaker 2: revisit your idea, but not now. That's smite, Okay, Okay,
- 49:30Speaker 2: we darlings to disagree.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Darlings, if you were to rename this show, what would
- 49:36Speaker 3: you rename Vander pump Rolls for this new Wave if
- 49:40Speaker 3: or maybe you're like, no, this is exactly right.
- 49:42Speaker 4: They should keep the name.
- 49:44Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 49:44Speaker 4: I honestly don't know them.
- 49:46Speaker 2: We're just we're just spitballing, you know. We're just we're
- 49:49Speaker 2: just just stay dreaming. We're just, as Todd said, moving
- 49:54Speaker 2: and grooving. Remember that. Yes, okay, So Paolo who's fifty
- 50:02Speaker 2: four and we don't see, we don't see they put
- 50:06Speaker 2: an emoji over his face. Good way to get us interested,
- 50:10Speaker 2: because we have this older man who's dating all these
- 50:13Speaker 2: young women at this bar, Like, hello.
- 50:16Speaker 4: I know that was crazy. That is nuts and it
- 50:19Speaker 4: was crazy to get that. Sandobal cameo. I was not
- 50:22Speaker 4: expecting that.
- 50:23Speaker 2: Were you shut up?
- 50:26Speaker 4: What this right here? You walk by?
- 50:31Speaker 2: Emily took a screenshot of Hunt too.
- 50:33Speaker 3: I think everybody did screenshot the guy with the way mustache,
- 50:37Speaker 3: sand of.
- 50:38Speaker 4: All whe Bye.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Is that the owner of Stash?
- 50:42Speaker 4: It might be. He's like, can I get a job please?
- 50:45Speaker 2: He's like, I heard that Lisa's hiring for the new
- 50:48Speaker 2: season of vander Pump Rules. Emily Desis wants to rename it,
- 50:53Speaker 2: so why don't you call it vander Pump Stash or
- 50:57Speaker 2: Stash Rules or Pump staff. Sure stash my stash. That
- 51:05Speaker 2: guy they had to have gotten a release on him
- 51:07Speaker 2: because they they sat on him for a while. They
- 51:11Speaker 2: were basically sure to hold for a close up. And
- 51:14Speaker 2: it reminded like reminded me of those prairie dogs that
- 51:17Speaker 2: like come up and like look around.
- 51:19Speaker 4: You know, I know it's psychotic and it got to
- 51:24Speaker 4: laugh at Bravocan too.
- 51:27Speaker 3: This is I will say, watching this with at Bravo
- 51:31Speaker 3: Kan is just also like it was like going to
- 51:35Speaker 3: the movies to see a comedy on opening night.
- 51:37Speaker 2: It was like that, you know what.
- 51:39Speaker 4: I mean, the energy of it.
- 51:40Speaker 3: Yeah, and there's just something about opening night of a movie.
- 51:45Speaker 3: It's just the energy's fun. Go if you haven't gone
- 51:47Speaker 3: in a minute, go it's great.
- 51:51Speaker 2: Was was it quiet enough to actually hear it? Well?
- 51:56Speaker 3: Yeah, no, it what people were paying they were locked
- 51:59Speaker 3: in wo I mean, okay, it wasn't like a laugh riot,
- 52:02Speaker 3: but it was like, you know, we were all locked
- 52:05Speaker 3: in trying to figure this thing out.
- 52:06Speaker 4: You know, it's a huge, huge ballroom.
- 52:10Speaker 3: So the you know, the acoustics are a little weird,
- 52:12Speaker 3: but yeah, it was fun.
- 52:16Speaker 2: Audrey love that She's like wants to be this scream
- 52:20Speaker 2: queen and her dress coming off and like showing the
- 52:25Speaker 2: tatas was perfect. That was her calling card and she
- 52:29Speaker 2: will hopefully be cast on every horror in every horror film.
- 52:32Speaker 2: I was so excited for her. I'm like, you've made it, babe,
- 52:34Speaker 2: You've made it. Like you did it. That was your moment,
- 52:37Speaker 2: you took it, you nailed it, and you didn't expect it.
- 52:41Speaker 2: It was great. That was so fun. And this whole
- 52:46Speaker 2: thing with Kim and Marcus looks like it's going to
- 52:49Speaker 2: be fun and contentious. They're going to have a back
- 52:51Speaker 2: and forth. Some may argue that that's like the Schwartz
- 52:55Speaker 2: and Katie situation. I mean, if you want to compare,
- 53:00Speaker 2: I think it's more like.
- 53:02Speaker 3: I think like they are just Katie and Schwartz were
- 53:06Speaker 3: like boring compared to these two. Not in a bad way,
- 53:11Speaker 3: they were realistically annoying. And maybe that the audience will
- 53:14Speaker 3: be more you know what I mean, Like everybody knew
- 53:18Speaker 3: of Schwartz and Katie. I were like, please, mother, but yes,
- 53:21Speaker 3: but yes, now it's a little cuckoo. So I don't
- 53:25Speaker 3: know where.
- 53:25Speaker 2: We're going to land on them. Yeah, I mean, Kim's
- 53:28Speaker 2: basically like he's dead to me, Yeah, he's drinking on
- 53:30Speaker 2: the job. Good, he got caught. Good. You know, She's
- 53:34Speaker 2: definitely like I'm done with him.
- 53:36Speaker 4: I was just like, it's this is dumb, did you hear?
- 53:40Speaker 2: Yeah? I mean it's good, but it's dumb. She was
- 53:43Speaker 2: very believable in all of her issues with him, and
- 53:46Speaker 2: like the fight and he's got to get up at
- 53:48Speaker 2: five am in order to go do this other scene
- 53:51Speaker 2: with Shane Davis, and so he's like, I gotta go
- 53:55Speaker 2: to sleep, I have to go shoot in the morning.
- 53:57Speaker 2: And she's like pissed off at him about this friendship
- 54:00Speaker 2: thing with Natalie, And I mean, I loved it. And
- 54:02Speaker 2: I love that he was tracking her going to his
- 54:06Speaker 2: house down the canyon at like five in the morning.
- 54:09Speaker 2: That was amazing.
- 54:10Speaker 4: Yeah. I was like, hopefully she wasn't drinking, because that.
- 54:14Speaker 2: Is not where you want to be, Okay. Yeah. Chris
- 54:19Speaker 2: and Jason, these two cousins, these two half cousins, and
- 54:24Speaker 2: the fact that Jason has an identical twin. I love
- 54:27Speaker 2: this story. I love that they're besties. It's very much
- 54:31Speaker 2: giving Jack's and Sandoval and Schwartz even that they're all models,
- 54:37Speaker 2: you know, y, but like I love that they actually
