- 0:00Speaker 1: Yeah, this is no Mark Simon show on sevent tenor Hey, well,
- 0:10Speaker 1: it's like summer out there. It's like got summer day
- 0:12Speaker 1: to day seventy you should hit about seventy three degrees
- 0:16Speaker 1: in the city and be sunny today, So go enjoy it.
- 0:19Speaker 1: You deserve it after what we went through weatherwise. It's
- 0:22Speaker 1: great now it'll cool off later in the week, but
- 0:25Speaker 1: you're only a little less than two weeks from spring. Hey,
- 0:29Speaker 1: we got a lot to get to. We'll get to
- 0:31Speaker 1: the latest on the war Iran, We'll get to Harvey Weinstein,
- 0:34Speaker 1: We'll get to Mayor Mom Donnie having a little anti
- 0:38Speaker 1: Semitic dinner party last night at Gracie Mansion that we
- 0:42Speaker 1: paid for. We'll get to Colin and O'Brien, interesting talking
- 0:46Speaker 1: about the total, complete, absolute death of late night television.
- 0:51Speaker 1: And we'll get to Well, we've got a lot of
- 0:53Speaker 1: stuff to get to today. So this will be the
- 0:55Speaker 1: most intense day of the war. Pete Hegseth promise today
- 1:01Speaker 1: will be the most intense days so far in the woods.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Day eleven. Those big bombers we told you about those big,
- 1:08Speaker 1: huge B one bombers, and now the B fifty two bombers.
- 1:12Speaker 1: This is the B fifty two Strato fortresses. They're capable
- 1:16Speaker 1: of up to seventy thousand pounds of explosives. They will
- 1:20Speaker 1: be hitting Iran today. These bombers are capable launching nuclear warheads,
- 1:26Speaker 1: cruise missiles, they can other heavy bombs. They can go
- 1:30Speaker 1: fifteen hundred miles and come back. There are amazing planes.
- 1:33Speaker 1: They're also capable of carrying those thirty thousand pound massive
- 1:38Speaker 1: ordnance penetrators. Those they call them the mop bunker buster
- 1:42Speaker 1: bombs that can destroy deep underground facilities. This is like
- 1:48Speaker 1: the most serious day of the war. Well, actually the
- 1:52Speaker 1: day they took out all the leaders. The first day
- 1:53Speaker 1: was pretty serious. But this will be the most intense
- 1:57Speaker 1: bombing Iran has ever seen. Their offensive capability is down
- 2:01Speaker 1: ninety five percent. They really can't launch much of anything. Now.
- 2:05Speaker 1: They'll just take out every last missile facility, every missile stockpile.
- 2:10Speaker 1: They'll take out every possible factory, any place that missiles
- 2:13Speaker 1: can be produced. And it looks like this could be
- 2:16Speaker 1: over soon. Now. The president under attack, well I mean
- 2:20Speaker 1: here he is saying it'll be over soon.
- 2:22Speaker 2: On Iran.
- 2:22Speaker 3: You called it an excursion, You said it would be
- 2:25Speaker 3: over soon?
- 2:25Speaker 4: Are you thinking this week it will be overdays?
- 2:29Speaker 5: I think, okay, very soon. Look, everything they have is gone,
- 2:34Speaker 5: including their leadership. In fact, there are two levels of leadership,
- 2:38Speaker 5: and even actually, as it turns out, more than that,
- 2:41Speaker 5: but two levels of leadership are gone.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Now. Most Americans are very happy about taking out the Iatola.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Most Americans are very happy about liberating Iran. Most Americans
- 2:51Speaker 1: think this is going very well, and they're very happy
- 2:53Speaker 1: with it. Now. If you watch the news or read
- 2:56Speaker 1: the news, you'll get the whole opposite impression. The way
- 3:00Speaker 1: they do this is a lot of these cheap, flimsy,
- 3:03Speaker 1: fake public polls. You look in the metrics, you'll see
- 3:05Speaker 1: how slanted they are. And then you get all of
- 3:09Speaker 1: the newscasters and they'll say, the president does not have
- 3:12Speaker 1: a clear message here, he's been contradictory, he's contradicting himself.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Then if you go all a real swamp establishment Thomas Friedman,
- 3:20Speaker 1: Gerald Baker, all these columnists for the if only the
- 3:23Speaker 1: president wasn't sending mixed signals, mixed messages, He's made contradictory
- 3:28Speaker 1: statements on the how long this war could last, He's contradicted. Well, yeah,
- 3:32Speaker 1: it's all deliberate. They don't want to tell you that, Yes,
- 3:35Speaker 1: he has been totally contradicting himself in every statement. Same
- 3:39Speaker 1: thing with Hexas, same thing with Rubio. They're all contradicting.
- 3:42Speaker 1: You can't get a clear signal on what that's deliberate.
- 3:46Speaker 1: That's deliberate, that's to totally keep the enemy in the dark.
- 3:49Speaker 1: That's for the enemy. The Iranians have absolutely no idea
- 3:54Speaker 1: what he's thinking or what's ahead. But we have it.
- 3:58Speaker 1: We have done amazing work. And look at this. Even
- 4:01Speaker 1: Morning Joe on MSNB, whatever the hell it's called Morning Joe,
- 4:07Speaker 1: the poor guy was forced to go on the air
- 4:10Speaker 1: today and give credit to Donald Trump and describe the
- 4:14Speaker 1: war in Iran as quote, extremely successful, extremely successful, the
- 4:21Speaker 1: most successful war fighting in the history of the world.
- 4:25Speaker 1: What we've done in the first eight or nineties is
- 4:28Speaker 1: absolutely breathtaking the successful. However, then Joe goes on to
- 4:32Speaker 1: a whole time that's thirty seconds. Then he does thirty minutes. Now,
- 4:37Speaker 1: but it's a political problem. Politically, it's gonna think it politically,
- 4:40Speaker 1: it's gonna politically. He'll be fine. Wait, wait about a
- 4:43Speaker 1: month or two, and this is all complete.
- 4:46Speaker 6: We're achieving major strides toward completing our military objective, and
- 4:52Speaker 6: some people could say.
- 4:53Speaker 1: They're pretty well complete.
- 4:55Speaker 6: We've wiped every single force in Iran out very completely.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Are you thinking this week it will be over in
- 5:03Speaker 1: touch days?
- 5:05Speaker 2: Okay?
- 5:05Speaker 1: And with respect? Yeah, deliberately vague, just to confuse the enemy. Now,
- 5:11Speaker 1: you got to attack him. Though it's Donald Trump, you
- 5:13Speaker 1: have to go after him. You must attack him. If
- 5:16Speaker 1: you're Joe Scarborough, if you're Rachel Maddow, if you're even
- 5:20Speaker 1: the Network News, you got to go after him. And
- 5:23Speaker 1: so what can you do, Well, you try that mixed
- 5:26Speaker 1: messaging stuff, but then I don't think that's having any effect.
- 5:29Speaker 1: So then you go after him because at some point
- 5:31Speaker 1: it looks like the report is that we blew up
- 5:34Speaker 1: a school with one hundred and fifty young girls in it.
- 5:37Speaker 1: We blew up a school. Now this is not confirmed
- 5:40Speaker 1: by anybody legitimate. These reports are coming from Iranian sources,
- 5:45Speaker 1: Iranian video, so nobody's ever actually confirmed this story. But
- 5:50Speaker 1: where they're claiming the school is it would be right
- 5:53Speaker 1: in the middle of a Republican Guard IRG military facility,
- 5:58Speaker 1: so that would be a legit. I'm a target for bombing.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Who knew that they put a school in there for girls.
- 6:03Speaker 1: But if this is true, it's a terrible thing. But
- 6:08Speaker 1: why would the Iranians put that school right in the
- 6:10Speaker 1: middle of a huge Republican Guard military facility? That would
- 6:14Speaker 1: only lead to something like this. But it's going well.
- 6:17Speaker 1: The war is going very, very very well. Again, today
- 6:24Speaker 1: will be the most intense day. Wait till the end
- 6:25Speaker 1: of today and we'll see Mayor Mom Donnie getting a
- 6:30Speaker 1: lot of flack, a lot of flack, and rightfully so,
- 6:32Speaker 1: nobody deserves it more. Listen to all you Democrats in
- 6:36Speaker 1: New York, what the hell did you do? You voted
- 6:40Speaker 1: in this crazy lunatic anti Semite, this crazy communist. I mean,
- 6:45Speaker 1: he seems like a nice guy. I mean, if you
- 6:47Speaker 1: I've been in a room with him, he's a nice guy,
- 6:49Speaker 1: got a nice smile, seems to have a kind of
- 6:52Speaker 1: a bit of a salesman. But underneath all that is
- 6:56Speaker 1: a vicious anti Semite. There's this Colombia guy of whose
- 7:03Speaker 1: name I forget, but remember they arrested him at Columbia.
- 7:08Speaker 1: I think he was here illegally, it's something he hit
- 7:09Speaker 1: a visa. But he was the most anti Semitic guy,
- 7:14Speaker 1: leading the most anti Semitic demonstrations at the anti Semitic
- 7:18Speaker 1: Columbia University. And his basic premise is that October seventh
- 7:22Speaker 1: was justified. As terrible as it was, it had to
- 7:25Speaker 1: be done, it was necessary. He's backing Hamas on October
- 7:30Speaker 1: seventh was a holocaust. It was a holocaust. Can you
- 7:35Speaker 1: imagine defending such a thing, not only defending it, he
- 7:38Speaker 1: said it was necessary, had to be done. So they
- 7:42Speaker 1: immediately try to deport this guy, and good get a
- 7:45Speaker 1: guy like that out of the country. And the reason
- 7:47Speaker 1: they used was, and it's a good reason, is that
- 7:50Speaker 1: he lied on his visa application. If you're here to
- 7:53Speaker 1: cause that kind of trouble or do that kind of
- 7:55Speaker 1: ugly stuff, and if you're really going after Israel that's
- 7:58Speaker 1: interfering with our foreign policy, you can be deported. If
- 8:01Speaker 1: you didn't make that clear on your visa that that's
- 8:03Speaker 1: what you're coming to do, you'll lie on your visa
- 8:06Speaker 1: and you can be deported. So they tried to get
- 8:08Speaker 1: him out of the country. It even held him in
- 8:10Speaker 1: custody for about three months, and you, of course, you
- 8:13Speaker 1: got a million left wing judges jumping in there ruling
- 8:16Speaker 1: that he had to be released so he was released
- 8:18Speaker 1: after a year. But again, believe I'm saying this, Mom
- 8:23Speaker 1: Donnie invites him to Gracy Mansion last night, hosted dinner
- 8:27Speaker 1: for him and his family. It is the most disgusting thing,
- 8:31Speaker 1: this hamas Holocaust supporter sitting there eating in Gracy Mansion.
- 8:36Speaker 1: We're paying for the whole thing. It's absolutely ludicrous. If
- 8:42Speaker 1: you're Mom Donnie and you're that nuts, Okay, maybe maybe
- 8:45Speaker 1: you could put out a statement, maybe showing some sympathy
- 8:48Speaker 1: for the guy or something. But to invite this guy
- 8:50Speaker 1: into Gracie Mansion, which we own. It's our house. We
- 8:54Speaker 1: pay for the whole thing.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Uh.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And Mom Donnie, Uh, it's just absolutely disgusting that did it?
- 9:01Speaker 1: Here is that I'm done.
- 9:02Speaker 7: I'm the first Muslim mayor of our city. Anti Muslim
- 9:06Speaker 7: bigotry is nothing new to me, nor is it anything
- 9:08Speaker 7: new for the one million or so Muslim New Yorkers
- 9:11Speaker 7: who know this city as our home. While I found
- 9:14Speaker 7: this protest appalling, I will not waiver in my belief
- 9:17Speaker 7: that it should be allowed to happen. Ours is a
- 9:20Speaker 7: free society where the right to peaceful protest is sacred.
- 9:24Speaker 7: It does not belong only to those we agree with.
- 9:26Speaker 7: It belongs to everyone.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Yeah, Now, the real facts are there's almost as far
- 9:32Speaker 1: as anti Muslim bigotry in New York and anti Muslim incidents,
- 9:38Speaker 1: it's pretty much non existent. There's about two a year,
- 9:41Speaker 1: that's it. If you look for anti Semitic incidents, attacks,
- 9:46Speaker 1: that sort of thing, it's like eight thousand a year.
- 9:49Speaker 1: So that's where the problem is. Anti Muslim attacks or
- 9:52Speaker 1: those sort of things. Protests almost non existent in New York.
- 9:56Speaker 1: So I don't know what he's talking about. He doesn't
- 9:59Speaker 1: know what he's te talking about. Again, you Democrats, You New
- 10:02Speaker 1: York City Democrats. What the hell did you do to
- 10:05Speaker 1: us voting this guy in? Now? Why would he have
- 10:07Speaker 1: dinner with a guy like that? Well, he claims it's
- 10:09Speaker 1: a freedom of speech issue, although if anybody goes after him,
- 10:15Speaker 1: suddenly there's no freedom of speech. Look at our friend
- 10:18Speaker 1: Sid there, who got in trouble for I mean, maybe
- 10:22Speaker 1: you shouldn't use that language, but there was nothing really
- 10:24Speaker 1: wrong with it. It's not an anti Muslim thing, you
- 10:27Speaker 1: just I mean, he would have said that about anybody
- 10:30Speaker 1: who was that detestable. But Mamdani organized an incredible attack
- 10:36Speaker 1: back over that, So he's not a big supporter of
- 10:40Speaker 1: freedom of speech. Unless it's against the Jews, then he's
- 10:43Speaker 1: a big supporter of freedom of speech. So that attack
- 10:46Speaker 1: by those terrorists, and it turns out they were actual terrorists,
- 10:50Speaker 1: those two guys from Pennsylvania, they were actual, actual terrorists,
- 10:54Speaker 1: and they had a pretty pretty good bomb. It was
- 10:57Speaker 1: an IUD that could have done a lot of damage,
- 11:01Speaker 1: serious damage. Is now legally being considered a weapon of
- 11:04Speaker 1: mass destruction. The two guys were arrested by the New
- 11:10Speaker 1: York City Police. Luckily, they're going to be charged federally.
- 11:13Speaker 1: That's important because it was just New York City. It
- 11:16Speaker 1: would go to Alvin Bragg. He would give them a
- 11:18Speaker 1: desk appearance ticket, these two terrorists with a weapon of
- 11:21Speaker 1: mass destruction. Bragg would give them a desk appearance ticket. Luckily,
- 11:25Speaker 1: we got a great US attorney here, Jay Clayton. The
- 11:28Speaker 1: Feds will charge these guys. There's already a number of charges.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And again, the weapon was so deadly that if you
- 11:35Speaker 1: exploded that in a crowd, which they were trying to do,
- 11:38Speaker 1: it is actually legally a weapon of mass destruction. If
- 11:41Speaker 1: you get convicted on that charge, that's mandatory minimum thirty
- 11:47Speaker 1: years in prison. Mandatory minimum thirty years in prison, and
- 11:51Speaker 1: if the other charges that they're going to put on there,
- 11:53Speaker 1: it'll be forty fifty years in prison for these guys.
- 11:57Speaker 1: And nobody deserves it more than these guys. Two brave
- 12:01Speaker 1: officers tackled them. Hey, and I'd say one good thing
- 12:04Speaker 1: from Mom Donnie. He did praise those officers.
- 12:07Speaker 7: And YPD Chief Aaron Edwards and Sergeant Luis Navarro ran
- 12:10Speaker 7: towards the danger so that others could run to safety.
- 12:14Speaker 7: They're here with us now, and I want to thank
- 12:16Speaker 7: them today publicly as I did yesterday privately, and to
- 12:20Speaker 7: thank the dozens of other officers who responded without hesitation.
- 12:24Speaker 7: That is courage, that is selflessness. And I'm deeply grateful
- 12:28Speaker 7: to both of them, to every member of the NYPD
- 12:31Speaker 7: who works every single day to keep New Yorker safe.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Well, good for Mom, Donnie. He then left and raced
- 12:37Speaker 1: to Gracie Mansion to have dinner with that big dinner party,
- 12:40Speaker 1: honoring his anti Semitic friend. But and now the police
- 12:44Speaker 1: commissioner explains they really were terrorists, I mean self you know,
- 12:51Speaker 1: self made terrorists. They love isis they followed isis when
- 12:54Speaker 1: they got to the police station. They wanted a piece
- 12:57Speaker 1: of paper to write out some Isis nonsense.
- 12:59Speaker 8: After waving his right. So you requested paper and wrote
- 13:01Speaker 8: a message declaring, in part, I pledge my allegiance to
- 13:05Speaker 8: the Islamic state. Die in your rage, you kufar, Now
- 13:10Speaker 8: die in your rage is a commonly known Isis slogan,
- 13:14Speaker 8: and kufar is an Arabic term that refers to non believers.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Yeah you kufar? Are you anyway? They'll get these guys.
- 13:24Speaker 1: They'll be convicted. Thank god, the Feds are here to
- 13:27Speaker 1: do it.
- 13:27Speaker 8: En route to the NYPD precinct, a lot made spontaneous
- 13:31Speaker 8: statements without being questioned by NYPD officers that were captured
- 13:35Speaker 8: on body worn camera footage. She said, this isn't a
- 13:39Speaker 8: religion that just stands when people talk about the blessed
- 13:42Speaker 8: name of the prophet. We take action, We take action.
- 13:46Speaker 1: All right, that's good that bodycam footage. It's supposed to
- 13:49Speaker 1: keep your mouth shut before you get your lawyer there.
- 13:51Speaker 1: But all of this going to the Feds. They will
- 13:54Speaker 1: get these guys. They will get them probably thirty forty
- 13:58Speaker 1: fifty years in prison, which is very good news. So
- 14:02Speaker 1: oil prices are coming down a little now, you know,
- 14:05Speaker 1: remember when the tariffs were announced and the stock market
- 14:09Speaker 1: dropped eighty billion points in one hour, and everybody was crawled.
- 14:12Speaker 1: The pannikins were yelling and screaming, and everybody was telling
- 14:15Speaker 1: them this is just temporary. It'll be fine in a week,
- 14:18Speaker 1: and they wouldn't listening. But not only was it fine
- 14:22Speaker 1: in a week or two, but the stock market then
- 14:24Speaker 1: went to hit all time highs and hit fifty thousand.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Same thing here with oil prices, they did spike up
- 14:30Speaker 1: over one hundred, then back down to ninety. This whole
- 14:33Speaker 1: oil spike, it's bad, you know, for prices, but it'll
- 14:37Speaker 1: last a week or two and then that's it. By
- 14:39Speaker 1: the way, there is plenty of oil. We've got lots
- 14:42Speaker 1: of oil. Our oil storage facilities are absolutely filled to
- 14:45Speaker 1: the brim. We still produce more oil per day than
- 14:49Speaker 1: we need. And don't tell Chuck Schumer this. Chuck Schumer
- 14:54Speaker 1: is so old and out of it and lost. He
- 14:57Speaker 1: doesn't know where the hell he is. He keeps getting
- 14:59Speaker 1: bigger glasses every month. That's not helping. He doesn't know
- 15:02Speaker 1: what the hell's going on. Yesterday makes a speech calling
- 15:06Speaker 1: on the President to open up the strategic Petroleum Reserve.
- 15:10Speaker 1: We keep the oil there just in case of absolute emergency,
- 15:13Speaker 1: calling on the president to release oil from the reserve
- 15:17Speaker 1: to help. Again, he has no clue. He's a clueless guy.
- 15:22Speaker 1: He doesn't know what's going on. Again. Our oil storage
- 15:25Speaker 1: is through the roof. We have more oil in storage
- 15:28Speaker 1: right now than we could ever need. There's absolutely no reason,
- 15:32Speaker 1: no reason at all to trap tap the strategic reserve.
- 15:35Speaker 1: But Schumer, now just a silly old He's like the
- 15:39Speaker 1: Godfather at the very end. Remember at the very end
- 15:42Speaker 1: in the garden, did you call the phone man? Pop?
- 15:44Speaker 1: I called him, I call that's Schumer. Now he's got
- 15:48Speaker 1: to go. I know he's going to try to finish
- 15:50Speaker 1: this term. He knows he can't get re elected, but
- 15:52Speaker 1: he should actually step down. Oh wait a minute. Then
- 15:55Speaker 1: Hokl gets to a point somebody, Oh god, what am
- 15:57Speaker 1: I saying? You wouldn't want Hokl picking a son for you? Uh,
- 16:01Speaker 1: but wait till November when you get Bruce blakeman, let
- 16:03Speaker 1: him pick a new senator. Hey, we'll take some calls
- 16:06Speaker 1: in a minute. Eight hundred three to two one zero
- 16:09Speaker 1: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three to two
- 16:12Speaker 1: one zero seven ten now back to the Mark Simone
- 16:16Speaker 1: Show on WOR Well, let's take some calls. We've got
- 16:22Speaker 1: a big audience all over the country listening. Right now.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Let's go to Jacob Denver, Colorado. Jacob, how you doing?
- 16:30Speaker 9: How can you hear me?
- 16:31Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 16:32Speaker 9: Okay, you're from Detroit.
- 16:35Speaker 1: It's Denver. They don't have a lot of air up there,
- 16:37Speaker 1: the airs.
- 16:38Speaker 9: Right then therese I was asking, because do you remember
- 16:41Speaker 9: a place called melfour Ford in Michigan.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Melfar Ford, Yeah.
- 16:47Speaker 9: It was an oak park anyway, So.
- 16:50Speaker 1: What do you do? You have something to do with
- 16:52Speaker 1: mel far Forward?
- 16:54Speaker 9: No, no, no, you just.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Thought this would be an important topic for a discussion.
- 16:58Speaker 9: No, to tell you what. Suthfield, Michigan. Yeah, your congressperson
- 17:03Speaker 9: is Tale, believe it or not, she goes all the
- 17:07Speaker 9: way up to Suthfield and Oakland County.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's a strange situation. There's all just a
- 17:14Speaker 1: couple places that went totally insane outside of Detroit, their
- 17:19Speaker 1: suburbs now there that are like taken over by isis practically,
- 17:23Speaker 1: I mean it's like the most radical nuts. And you
- 17:26Speaker 1: see it in Minnesota with all these radical nuts ups
- 17:30Speaker 1: taken over huge areas of but you remember when Obama
- 17:34Speaker 1: left the border wide open, and previous presidents and they
- 17:37Speaker 1: would kind of shuffle those illegals around, especially the worst
- 17:40Speaker 1: of them, to certain places, and just overload them with
- 17:43Speaker 1: that and just totally take over the population. Elect the
- 17:46Speaker 1: most wacko nut job people to Congress. Let's go to
- 17:50Speaker 1: Kathy North Carolina. Kathy, how you doing.
- 17:54Speaker 10: Sang Mark. I just have two things quick. I hope
- 17:56Speaker 10: I can get both of them. And first question is
- 17:59Speaker 10: about the Iranian in all girls school that we supposedly bombed.
- 18:03Speaker 10: I'm not saying we don't know, we don't know thought,
- 18:06Speaker 10: but I thought Duran doesn't have education for girls. I
- 18:09Speaker 10: thought that was the whole point. Was that or that
- 18:11Speaker 10: just Afghanistan? They didn't they didn't educate the girls.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I thought, No, I think they do. But again it's
- 18:17Speaker 1: not confirmed. It's just Iranian s report.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I get that.
- 18:20Speaker 10: And then the second thing is that with you know,
- 18:23Speaker 10: we we know so many people suffer from Trump derangement syndrome,
- 18:27Speaker 10: but I just want to make sure that we all
- 18:29Speaker 10: don't do the same thing with Mom Donnie. You know,
- 18:32Speaker 10: he wanted fair and square.
- 18:34Speaker 2: You know we didn't.
- 18:35Speaker 10: We don't agree with him.
- 18:37Speaker 1: There's anti Semite who thinks Hamas was doing the right
- 18:40Speaker 1: thing on October seventh. Would you invite that guy to dinner?
- 18:44Speaker 2: No?
- 18:44Speaker 10: And I didn't. I don't think that's great. And I
- 18:49Speaker 10: think he said he paid for it himself. But who cares. No,
- 18:52Speaker 10: not that part. I'm just talking about some city things
- 18:55Speaker 10: that he's doing with, you know, and just to try
- 18:58Speaker 10: to support him because he's in there and we need
- 19:00Speaker 10: to try to try to at least, you know, tolerate.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Him and not say that's the that's the that's the
- 19:07Speaker 1: Trump approach. But on the sometimes he I mean, listen,
- 19:10Speaker 1: he's not going to be a great mayor. He's got
- 19:11Speaker 1: absolutely no experience, doesn't know what the hell he's doing.
- 19:14Speaker 1: And that's bad enough. But if you got the worst
- 19:17Speaker 1: anti Semite, anti Israel Hamas supporter who thinks October seventh
- 19:22Speaker 1: was just fine, and you want to secretly talk to him,
- 19:25Speaker 1: that's one thing. But you invite him openly the dinner
- 19:27Speaker 1: at Gracie Mansion, that's really pushing things too far. Let's
- 19:31Speaker 1: go to Rich Myrtle Beach. Rich, how you doing, hey?
- 19:34Speaker 2: Pretty good? Walk? Our gas won up a dollar over
- 19:37Speaker 2: the last week and a half. Two weeks. But you
- 19:39Speaker 2: know what the whole thing is speculations like they already
- 19:41Speaker 2: have oil in this country. They already have the gas
- 19:43Speaker 2: in the ground. It's just all speculation. And then this
- 19:46Speaker 2: once the things calmed down, the speculation comes down, and
- 19:49Speaker 2: then again the prices will come down just as fast
- 19:52Speaker 2: as they want up. The other thing is I get
- 19:53Speaker 2: a big kick at a police commission a tish. Every
- 19:57Speaker 2: time she stands next to mom Dommy, these press common
- 20:00Speaker 2: she is probably displaying her Jewish star around her neck
- 20:04Speaker 2: on the outside of the clothes. I think I'm awesome.
- 20:07Speaker 1: I've noticed that. Good for her. Let's go to Maa
- 20:10Speaker 1: in Nevada. Mara, how you doing good?
- 20:13Speaker 9: Mark?
- 20:14Speaker 4: How you do? And it's chalvin?
- 20:19Speaker 1: It sounds you sound too nice when you do it.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Now it's got to be it's how are you It's
- 20:25Speaker 1: got to be gravelly.
- 20:26Speaker 4: No, that's Manhattan. Look how nice you said it? How
- 20:28Speaker 4: are you doing it?
- 20:29Speaker 9: Ah?
- 20:30Speaker 2: You do it?
- 20:31Speaker 4: The monk, it's the off topic. You recommended art shoot
- 20:35Speaker 4: the mac art.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Donald's the big arch. It's delicious.
- 20:39Speaker 4: I'm going to tell you I have. I'm not a
- 20:41Speaker 4: fast smooth fan. Ave been eating a maca McDonald in
- 20:44Speaker 4: fifty years. I got it. It's delicious. Of course, it's
- 20:49Speaker 4: two and af meals for me. It islicious, delicious.
- 20:55Speaker 1: It is great. I'm glad you agree. The Big Arch
- 20:57Speaker 1: is the latest thing from McDonald's. It's big. It's a
- 21:00Speaker 1: it's much much much better than a Big Mac and
- 21:03Speaker 1: much bigger. It says for a limited time, which means
- 21:05Speaker 1: they're waiting to see how it sells. So I loved it.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Go get it the Big Arch. Go to McDonald's and
- 21:11Speaker 1: get one, because if they don't get enough sales, they'll
- 21:13Speaker 1: probably drop it. When they say for a limited time,
- 21:15Speaker 1: they're just waiting to see if it does well or not.
- 21:17Speaker 1: And if you haven't been to McDonald's in a long time,
- 21:22Speaker 1: especially if you're out in the suburbs, they're nicer. It's
- 21:26Speaker 1: really good. You don't have to talk to anybody. You
- 21:28Speaker 1: just go to the board, you click and whatever you want.
- 21:31Speaker 1: You order it. You give you a table number, they
- 21:34Speaker 1: bring you it right to your table. You don't have
- 21:36Speaker 1: to wait and talk to anybody in there the whole time. Hey,
- 21:38Speaker 1: when we come back, Howie car will be with us next.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Let's see what he thinks about all of this. In
- 21:44Speaker 1: just a second on seven to ten wor Mister New
- 21:47Speaker 1: York Mark Simon seven to ten wo R Well. Howie
- 21:52Speaker 1: Carr is one of the very best talk show hosts
- 21:54Speaker 1: in the world. You can hear them on iHeart. Also
- 21:58Speaker 1: a best selling author. Love his books and his latest
- 22:02Speaker 1: book is Mass Corruption. You could get it at Amazon
- 22:06Speaker 1: and you can get everything at Howie carshow dot com.
- 22:08Speaker 1: His website, Howie carsshow dot com. Howie car How. You doing.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Very well? Better than the the Iyatola, the new Iatola.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Yeah, well it's the son of the old Diola. But
- 22:23Speaker 1: would you would you take that job? How long? How long?
- 22:25Speaker 1: Would how long you think your life insurance company would
- 22:28Speaker 1: let you keep the policy? Yeah?
- 22:30Speaker 3: There used to be an old joke about people who
- 22:32Speaker 3: were on what they call the hit parade an organized
- 22:35Speaker 3: scribe wouldn't want to be standing next to it. And
- 22:38Speaker 3: I think this guy falls into that category, you know,
- 22:42Speaker 3: don't be standing too close to the new Iotola. And
- 22:45Speaker 3: now now it turns out apparently his father, the ruthless,
- 22:50Speaker 3: bloodthirsty dictator, he had written him out of the will.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Oh I mean, and you know the thing I don't understand, Mark,
- 22:59Speaker 3: is I thought the old were through the show for
- 23:01Speaker 3: one reason in nineteen seventy nine, because they didn't want
- 23:04Speaker 3: a hereditary monarchy. Yeah, and now it seems like all
- 23:08Speaker 3: these years later, they they've gone back to a hereditary succession.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Right. Well, but that's this assembly of experts. Apparently, I
- 23:16Speaker 1: told himself did not want to have his son take over.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Right right, but you know who else was going to
- 23:22Speaker 3: take over? And I guess these these hardliners, I mean,
- 23:26Speaker 3: I don't understand that why they would bomb. You know,
- 23:30Speaker 3: they're you know, people who were at least neutral and
- 23:32Speaker 3: maybe like kind of secretly rooting for them, you know,
- 23:35Speaker 3: I mean, you know, not even Hitler. Hitler didn't send
- 23:39Speaker 3: skiing Nazis into Switzerland during World War Two? You know,
- 23:42Speaker 3: I mean, this is this is just this crazy, isn't it.
- 23:45Speaker 3: I Mean it's it's like they're proving the point that
- 23:47Speaker 3: they're they're they're lunatics and they can't be trusted with
- 23:51Speaker 3: these these munitions. You know, it's they're they're proving they're
- 23:55Speaker 3: proving Trump and you know who's point, aren't.
- 23:58Speaker 1: They maye they just hate this I told his kid,
- 24:01Speaker 1: and they want to get rid of him, So they
- 24:02Speaker 1: figure the quickst way to get rid of him. Is
- 24:04Speaker 1: make him a new leader, and I'll be going on
- 24:06Speaker 1: a few days.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Well, I heard yesterday that you know that there were
- 24:09Speaker 3: reports that maybe he had lost a leg in the
- 24:13Speaker 3: in the attack that killed his parents and his wife
- 24:16Speaker 3: and everybody else. And you know, so then so then
- 24:20Speaker 3: of course the joke s flooded in on my show.
- 24:22Speaker 3: You know, but he didn't have a leg to stand on.
- 24:25Speaker 3: And you know, he's he's busier than a than a
- 24:28Speaker 3: one hour, than a one legged man in an ass
- 24:30Speaker 3: kicking contest, et cetera, et cetera, all the old jokes.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Yeah, now this I told his son. In that bombing
- 24:36Speaker 1: of those leaders, he lost his wife, his son, his mother,
- 24:39Speaker 1: So I would imagine he's not too America friendly. This
- 24:42Speaker 1: is a new I told his son.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Yeah, But what's he going to do? I mean, the
- 24:46Speaker 3: the missile launchers are down ninety two, you know, and
- 24:49Speaker 3: every every day they go down another I mean they,
- 24:52Speaker 3: I mean, they'll still keep going after him, because you
- 24:54Speaker 3: know what, all it takes is one missile to kill
- 24:56Speaker 3: a bunch of people, but any in any of these countries,
- 24:59Speaker 3: but you know, they there it's becoming negligible. Now, I mean,
- 25:03Speaker 3: what are they going to do mean, but I Mark Tubby,
- 25:06Speaker 3: how does it? How does it end? I mean, if
- 25:08Speaker 3: they if they just want to keep if they say
- 25:10Speaker 3: they're not going to surrender, do you do you just
- 25:12Speaker 3: keep bombing them and bombing them and bombing them.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Yeah, let's try that for another week. See what happens.
- 25:17Speaker 3: I know, just I mean, I know it's this is
- 25:19Speaker 3: this is still very early days, you know. I mean,
- 25:23Speaker 3: we want to cease fire. We want to see this
- 25:25Speaker 3: is like it's if there were if this were Pearl Harbor.
- 25:28Speaker 3: You know those last Saturday. It's not even Christmas nineteen
- 25:31Speaker 3: forty one, yet they're already saying, let's stop the war.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Let's stop the war.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Yeah, they call it the Endless War. It's now day eleven,
- 25:39Speaker 1: Endless War. So hey, Howie Carr, you wrote the best
- 25:42Speaker 1: books ever written about the Kennedys. You are the best
- 25:45Speaker 1: Kennedy expert. You know, this new JFK Junior mini series
- 25:51Speaker 1: is like the hottest thing now streaming. Everybody's talking about
- 25:54Speaker 1: this and the families all upset. They're exploiting the Kendidy.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Don't you think that it's the first time the Kennedy
- 26:00Speaker 1: He's ever got any positive publicity in the last few years. Yeah,
- 26:06Speaker 1: it really is.
- 26:06Speaker 3: I mean sometimes the stories are sad, you know, a
- 26:09Speaker 3: drug overdose or a drowning or something like that. But yeah,
- 26:12Speaker 3: there's never there's never anything popular. Yeah, that's positive. I
- 26:16Speaker 3: mean look the the son, the son, the the the
- 26:20Speaker 3: heir apparent lost to asynate primary in Massachusetts to Ed Markey,
- 26:27Speaker 3: and I mean your yeah, you know, I don't know
- 26:29Speaker 3: how familiar national audience is with Ed Markey, but I
- 26:33Speaker 3: mean he's he's really on the Biden spectrum. Yeah, I mean,
- 26:37Speaker 3: especially when it comes to walking, he's he's doddering around.
- 26:40Speaker 3: And a Kennedy named Joe Kennedy the second couldn't beat
- 26:46Speaker 3: him in mass got quashed there. And and then this
- 26:50Speaker 3: this kid that's running for a Madler See I mean
- 26:53Speaker 3: that guy is he's certifiable.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Isn't he.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Kennedy? Oh no, he could win. I mean it's a
- 27:00Speaker 1: democratic district. Could if you get the nomination, you win.
- 27:03Speaker 3: I mean it's it's oh, I know, but I mean
- 27:05Speaker 3: he can't get the Can he get the nomination?
- 27:06Speaker 1: As crazy as he is? I don't know. Hey, look
- 27:10Speaker 1: look we got elected mayor. Look who's our governor?
- 27:12Speaker 3: I know, you know, you know what he Now that
- 27:15Speaker 3: I think about it, he kind of looks like one
- 27:16Speaker 3: of those bomb throwers at Gracie means, doesn't he Have
- 27:20Speaker 3: you ever seen him in the bomb thrower in the same.
- 27:24Speaker 1: He is completely nuts? So what is it with this
- 27:26Speaker 1: Kennedy family? You know, every family has a black sheep,
- 27:28Speaker 1: Every family has a tragedy somewhere or a This family
- 27:33Speaker 1: has tragedies everywhere, nuts everywhere in the family. Even JFK. Junior,
- 27:38Speaker 1: the one that we really love, the one good life
- 27:40Speaker 1: ends in tragedy. What is it with the Kennedy's and
- 27:42Speaker 1: all the tragedy.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I don't well, I think part of it is just
- 27:46Speaker 3: the you know, they take chances. I mean like the
- 27:50Speaker 3: you know, the oldest son, Joe Kennedy, I mean he
- 27:53Speaker 3: finished up his time in World War Two, had flown
- 27:56Speaker 3: all these missions and he just decided to go back
- 27:59Speaker 3: out for another one and and got blown up. I mean,
- 28:01Speaker 3: they they all do. His kick the woman who was
- 28:06Speaker 3: killed in the plane plane crash. Look at how many
- 28:08Speaker 3: of them have died in plane crashes, including uh, you know,
- 28:11Speaker 3: some of Epple. Epple's CA call Kennedy's parents and her brother.
- 28:17Speaker 3: I think they all died in plane crashes. I mean,
- 28:20Speaker 3: it's just crazy. I tell you another thing too, I mean,
- 28:22Speaker 3: this is just my aunt. My aunt used to say
- 28:25Speaker 3: that Irish people who sold booze to other Irish people
- 28:29Speaker 3: always ended up, you know, getting the curse. And uh
- 28:34Speaker 3: you know, I hadn't thought of that for years and years,
- 28:36Speaker 3: But maybe Aunt Kay was onto something. I don't know,
- 28:39Speaker 3: I mean, because that's I mean Joe Kennedy, uh well,
- 28:43Speaker 3: and his father, Patrick Kennedy, they were both they were
- 28:45Speaker 3: both big booze sellers to their own people.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Yeah, there's that story about Joe Kennedy a million years ago.
- 28:52Speaker 1: He was on that ship in first class and there
- 28:54Speaker 1: was an Orthodox rabbi with his people there, and Kennedy
- 28:58Speaker 1: was so vicious, so rude to him, and that the
- 29:01Speaker 1: rabbi put a curse on him. Remember really, Yeah, it's
- 29:05Speaker 1: an old it's it was always said that that was
- 29:07Speaker 1: where it all started, the tragedy.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Well, yeah, you know, have you ever read that book,
- 29:12Speaker 3: Misters about Frank Sinatra.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Oh, it's one of the best books ever written.
- 29:16Speaker 3: George Jacobs, it is George j That is such a
- 29:19Speaker 3: great book. But I always remember what he said, you know,
- 29:22Speaker 3: he said, I was working for Frank Sinatra. I met
- 29:25Speaker 3: all the mobsters, the Jewish mobsters, the Italian mobstership, but
- 29:29Speaker 3: the worst mobster I ever met, worst organized crime guy,
- 29:32Speaker 3: Joe Kennedy. He went to Harvard.
- 29:37Speaker 1: And we can't say it on the air, but the jokes.
- 29:39Speaker 3: I can't repeat. We can't repeat the jokes on the
- 29:41Speaker 3: air that Joe Kennedy used to tell.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Yeah, Joe Kennedy in Sinatra's dinner parties would say the
- 29:47Speaker 1: most ugly, racist, anti Semitic things you could. We can't
- 29:50Speaker 1: even repeat it on the here. It's so vulgar. Yeah,
- 29:52Speaker 1: but it's a great book.
- 29:55Speaker 3: And yet, and yet down here in Palm Beach, you know,
- 29:57Speaker 3: they wouldn't let him in any of the wash speak
- 30:00Speaker 3: clubs because obviously it was a gangster. So he had
- 30:04Speaker 3: to play golf at the Jewish country club. I always
- 30:07Speaker 3: was I always wondered about that, the pomp. That's where
- 30:09Speaker 3: he had a stroke at the Palm Beach country Club,
- 30:11Speaker 3: play playing golf.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Oh yeah, And the last few years of his life
- 30:15Speaker 1: he was basically bedridden. Right, it was awful. Yeah.
- 30:18Speaker 3: No. All he could say was no, no.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Well, if you want more of this, get how he
- 30:25Speaker 1: cars he's got these great books Kennedy Babylon and Volume two.
