- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Has anybody uh you you did one pretty good purchase.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Has anybody else?
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: I mean, you got patio furniture.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: That's uh And it wasn't even super expensive.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: It just I wasn't quite ready to buy it yet.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: But I think Zach's right.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: We have so many people coming to visit us that it I mean it's a this is how it works.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: I just want to point this out.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: Exactly the way you're saying it is how it works.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Prime days now, I've realized in the beginning.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: It was set up deal, deal, deal.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Now it's don't really need to buy it right now, but boy, that looks like a pretty decent price.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: Maybe I should, and then you end up coming up with the your reasoning behind it.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: This is how they sucker you in.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: Bezos, you are a butthole.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Uh, but that all being said, I I was just curious to see, did anybody really do it?
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Because I haven't heard years ago, you would hear, oh my god, I got this on Prime Day.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: I got this awesome hair dryer.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: I I don't hear it anymore.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: No.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: Well, here's one.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: I'm a book whore, so I got a few books that's been on my TBR.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: And then, oh, I have PTSD from Prime Week from working at Amazon for three years.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: Pray for everyone working in the bath warehouse.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: Oh, for sure.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: I can understand that.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: Um, I want to see if this is weird, crossing the line.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna put you and Tiffany in this situation.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: Oh, great.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: And you tell me what you think her response would be, or I'm sorry, what your response would be in this situation.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: So we're out the other day in a public place.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: You and let's say you and Tiffany are out in a public place.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: Lots of people, open air situation, and there is some gentleman who is wearing the best smelling cologne.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Like the best smelling cologne.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: So I turn to my love and I said, I'm gonna, I'm gonna go ask him what he's wearing.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Is that weird if I ask him what he's wearing?
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: And he's like, Yeah, that's weird.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: Is that weird?
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: Is it crossing the line?
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: Because and I'm not, and I'm not gonna- I guarantee you she okay, so I'm not gonna go smell his neck.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: She looked like the uh guy at Wegman's couple years ago.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I forgot about that.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: Apparently, I again this is a thing for me.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: Mr.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Produce.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: Oh my God, I forgot about that guy.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: He wore the uh what was it called?
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: It was the Johnny Deb Cologne.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: So what did you do?
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Did you go up and ask him?
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Oh no, answer my question first.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: We asked the audience.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: They all came to the rescue.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: What did I do with the Wegmans guy?
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I stalked him, and then I and then I put it on TikTok, and then he told me what he wore.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: That's yeah.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Yes, and he's married, by the way.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: By the way, what is what did you cologne?
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: I want to say this really quick.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: So that scenario was years ago.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: And and yes, you can find it on our TikTok.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: So he's totally married.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: And even afterwards, when I found out, and I don't know why, but once I found out he was married, I was like, oh, I need to be careful about this.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: So well, yes, but you were it your your approach was never other than I'd like to know what the smell is.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: It was very funny the way it unfolded because you you do, it does bring you to a place of going, Am I crossing a line by asking this question?
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: Is this person wearing this smell because they want to be approached or they want to smell a certain way?
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: Well, remember the guy from Wegmans?
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: Do you remember what he said?
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: I I believe it was he just liked smelling good.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: No.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: No.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: He said, It's this smell is like catnip for my wife.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: And and and I'm like, oh, that makes sense.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: So I said, that makes it even better.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: So I can tell you this.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Uh Tiffany is very much a person that loves smells.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: She is very much into it.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: She has a line.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: I don't feel finished in the morning unless I have a perfume or a smell.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: That's that's her thing.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: She loves it when guys have smells.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: But you don't really have a smell.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: I don't.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: I I'm not a cologne guy.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Even cologne she bought me, I don't wear it.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: We have another very good friend of ours we've known for years, Rick Rambaldo.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: Rick is uh smell guy.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: He's a smell guy.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: Uh now he's when I say an older gentleman, I'm not saying he's old.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: He's just uh, you know, he's what does he think?
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Like 64, 60, something like that.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: Probably.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: And uh always works as well.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: He has literally said, that's the tanning.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: He has literally said, My mom, if you remember this story, my mom used to say, if you can't smell me before I get in the room, I'm not doing something right.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: And that is for, and not bad smell.
- 4:33SPEAKER_01: Okay, I was that was his I've smelled some people before I got in the room.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, it wasn't that smell.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: We're talking the cologne smell.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: And now some people like it, some people don't.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: I understand that.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Some people are just like, whoa.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: Okay, so now we're at a we're at a place.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: I Tiffany smells a guy just by him walking by.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Is she is she crossing the line by going up to this guy and going- not because I know she's a smell person.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: So if if if you did not know this about the person, I feel it's a little bit more, I mean, kind of weird, you know.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's just, I don't know that it's always crossing the line.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Like for me, no, it's not because she knows, I know she she wants to know what the smell is.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: And I and the next action could be, I'm not saying it was or is the next action could be the guy, if I went up to him and said, What smell are you wearing?
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: for him to go, oh, and then shove his wrist in my face or something.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: Or like, or you know how guys will lift up their shirt like they lift up the collar, like that's not gonna happen.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: I think if you approach the guy on my neck, if you approach a person, party in the park.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: This is a great example.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: The one person that'll have cologne on, the rest of you'll have BO on.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: But the one person that shows up with the cologne.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: And if if you were to walk up and be like, uh you don't go, whoa, what's that smell?
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: You go, I have to ask you really quick, what is the smell you're wearing?
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: It's a it's very pleasant.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's a great way to say it.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: That's not crossing a line, okay?
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: And no guy is gonna sit there and be like lifting up a shirt, being like, I mean, at that point, at that point you gotta walk away.
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: I didn't say lifting up a shirt.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: You know how guys will like kind of pinch up their collar like a I guess that's just I okay.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: So if I smell a smell that I really like, you're saying it's okay for me to go over and say I feel that's a little bit more controlled than throwing the story up on TikTok.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: Okay, wait a second.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Hold on.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: I got a couple texts on this.
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: This one says, My wife did just that, but she asked the wife, what is your man's oh?
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: That's a good way to do it, too.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: It's a great way to do it.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's a good way.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: Then uh this one, my son is a smell guy, and by this I mean he has to have brand cologne.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: Send help, my bank account is not okay.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, they get so expensive.
- 6:49SPEAKER_01: My favorite perfume is over$200, and I wear it very limitedly because, well, your girl's broke.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
