Marvel's Godzilla #1 with Matt Frank
It's the debut episode of Kaiju ComicCast! How fitting for the first topic to be Godzilla's (proper) American comic debut in the pages of Marvel Comics. This episode also features a GIGANTIC guest host: comic book writer, artist, and kaiju historian Matt Frank!
Hear the origins of Godzilla gracing a Marvel comic, as well as full fledge discussion of the book. Godzilla's design, the questionable origins of Godzilla, the Marvel characters that appear, and so much more.
Matt also talks about being the voice of Ultraman Belial, a meeting with Herb Trimpe, and his current Pride month fundraiser…
