Markham police are urgently seeking a suspect linked to two disturbing early morning incidents — one involving a naked individual following a victim near Hillcroft Drive, and another where the same suspect allegedly exposed himself before fleeing. Described as a 5’6” man with curly black hair and glasses, he’s reportedly heading west on Elson Street.
