- 0:15Speaker 2: Get a fee.
- 0:16Speaker 1: There is part time. Howdy Joe, fuck off?
- 0:20Speaker 2: How are you? How are you? It feels like it's
- 0:22Speaker 2: been a while. Yeah, it has been a little while.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Hasn't it. It has. The last one was in a
- 0:26Speaker 1: conference room in Fiji. It's true. Yeah, that's right, that's right.
- 0:32Speaker 2: You do realize Kezy it's not raining in here.
- 0:34Speaker 3: I think Kezy is a little bit vulneyes. You know,
- 0:37Speaker 3: generally if you see a man we're in a hoodie
- 0:39Speaker 3: in the middle of the day, was outside and you haven't. Yeah, yeah,
- 0:44Speaker 3: it's normally hangover material. How we how we feel?
- 0:47Speaker 1: In the CAZy. I had a couple of big nights,
- 0:50Speaker 1: had a five day weekend because well does it hang on?
- 0:53Speaker 1: Is it no four day weekend? Fay? Yeah? Did you?
- 0:55Speaker 1: Because I had it wedding on the Friday in christ Church.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Oh so then Satday, Sunday, Monday days Tuesday, and I
- 1:01Speaker 1: had a big Friday night, big Saturday night, small Sunday.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so I had a two and a half.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'll.
- 1:10Speaker 4: Be sweet, you know me, you're just pile on through
- 1:13Speaker 4: Man the Postman. I guess we can get into this
- 1:17Speaker 4: when you when we do the show. But I'm keen
- 1:19Speaker 4: to know how you're seeing went your jewel doing that.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I don't know about that. Yes, yeah, I saved that
- 1:26Speaker 1: content for last week. Good stuff. Yes, you know, do
- 1:30Speaker 1: you shoot because there's a lot of stuff in.
- 1:32Speaker 3: The show across the week though, kidsy because it was
- 1:36Speaker 3: busy today. Yeah you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, save it
- 1:40Speaker 3: for tomorrow because all we do it today and we
- 1:42Speaker 3: move some other stuff round. I am kin to her
- 1:44Speaker 3: a bit good. Yeah, that's saying to look forward to
- 1:47Speaker 3: you guys. Are you hoping for a disaster?
- 1:50Speaker 1: Not at all.
- 1:51Speaker 3: No, And I don't think it could be a disaster.
- 1:53Speaker 3: You're a very experienced public speaker. Even my wife is
- 1:55Speaker 3: a shambles.
- 1:56Speaker 1: What do you mean she's.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Seeing together a double double?
- 2:02Speaker 1: Yes, oh my god, that's why nervous. But the interesting
- 2:08Speaker 1: thing was I worked this out like we've never worked
- 2:11Speaker 1: on something together, because our styles very much clashed in
- 2:14Speaker 1: terms of the build up to him seeing, because I
- 2:17Speaker 1: very much leave everything to the last night or last day.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Write a few jokes, I'll be sweet. She's like, no,
- 2:22Speaker 1: I want it committed to my memory. But she often
- 2:24Speaker 1: do that. She's three or four weddings, like with her
- 2:30Speaker 1: brother and with her Yeah, she's like the bubbly one
- 2:34Speaker 1: of her friends, so she always gets asked. Yeah.
- 2:36Speaker 4: It's like and my family if there's any sort of
- 2:40Speaker 4: family event going.
- 2:41Speaker 2: On, which there isn't anymore sweet.
- 2:46Speaker 4: It was always me that had to talk because I
- 2:48Speaker 4: was the actor and so and my brothers were like, no,
- 2:51Speaker 4: I'm not fucking doing it, and so it was always
- 2:54Speaker 4: left to me.
- 2:55Speaker 1: The people are that clear, yes I'm not doing it.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Well, my particularly my eldest bro, he's like he fucking
- 3:02Speaker 4: hates speaking in public. Yeah, he's like, it ain't happening.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Even at his own wedding. He was like, yeah, yeah,
- 3:09Speaker 4: let's just make this quick, shall we.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I think it's like, because Maniah on BRICKI he's got
- 3:13Speaker 1: this thing. Don't fucking ask me to mc A winning
- 3:15Speaker 1: just because I'm on the radio. I'm not fucking doing it.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I just want to get pursed. Whereas I'm like, it's
- 3:19Speaker 1: a nice one hundred percent and I did. But it's
- 3:22Speaker 1: a nice thing that you can do for them. That
- 3:24Speaker 1: takes ten percent of my brain power as a lot
- 3:27Speaker 1: of people fucking hate it up the you know what
- 3:29Speaker 1: I mean, Whereas I don't actually give a ship.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Oh yeah, so you just got to keep the good
- 3:33Speaker 3: vibes goal I would rather not.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I've done enough of them totally. I think I've done
- 3:39Speaker 1: four or five weddings now. Yeah, And to be on
- 3:42Speaker 1: the I did one. The very first one I did,
- 3:44Speaker 1: I was I'm never fucking doing that again, right.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Yeah, I sort of hit a similar yeah, just because
- 3:48Speaker 3: it was bad, but because I felt it was bad.
- 3:50Speaker 3: They were happy, but I know.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I felt I didn't realize it was. Sometimes when you're
- 3:55Speaker 1: the MC, a slight bit of winning coordinator gets thrown
- 3:58Speaker 1: onto you. And then that first wedding one, A lot
- 4:00Speaker 1: of it did. And I was making calls on how
- 4:02Speaker 1: a wedding should run, and I sure experience absctly and yeah,
- 4:06Speaker 1: fucked a couple of things up.
- 4:07Speaker 4: I remember I did him see one wedding down the
- 4:10Speaker 4: Deep South far and I told one joke that you know,
- 4:16Speaker 4: I have to be honest.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Before I said it, I was like, well, should I
- 4:19Speaker 2: do that joke? You know? It was one of those
- 4:21Speaker 2: dodgy ones.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Yeah, but I went, yeah, let's just go for it
- 4:24Speaker 1: based or sexual.
- 4:25Speaker 2: It was very sexually.
- 4:29Speaker 4: In hindsight, highly inappropriate for a wedding year. Yeah, and
- 4:32Speaker 4: then I just went out by, I'll do it. And
- 4:34Speaker 4: then there was this old lady who was about three
- 4:37Speaker 4: meters from me, and I remember her just clutching, clutching
- 4:41Speaker 4: her chest and going, oh my goodness.
- 4:43Speaker 1: She grabbed both of her breasts.
- 4:45Speaker 4: No, she just clutched. She put her hand on her
- 4:48Speaker 4: She did have an ample bosom. I remember that you do,
- 4:51Speaker 4: and she was like, oh, oh my goodness.
- 4:53Speaker 2: But I imagined the job. I can't remember, but you're.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Seeing the jugs on this one down here video.
- 5:00Speaker 4: It was really I don't know what I was thinking
- 5:03Speaker 4: in terms of saying that we're probably pursed again, but
- 5:06Speaker 4: I can imagine your wife starting with my husband.
- 5:09Speaker 2: And no Chris, Christopher and I you've.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Heard her talk.
- 5:16Speaker 4: But I was thinking, should be very fun my husband
- 5:18Speaker 4: and my husband and I, oh, do do Christopher?
- 5:21Speaker 2: And then you and the background going back.
- 5:23Speaker 1: By the whole Arky Big Show week days from four
- 5:29Speaker 1: on Radio Hurarchy. Remember the Wracky Big Show podcast. No,
- 5:35Speaker 1: I won't say I will save that for the save
- 5:37Speaker 1: it save it up, but it went very, very, very
- 5:39Speaker 1: very well.
- 5:40Speaker 3: I've got a question that probably should stay on the radio.
- 5:42Speaker 3: How do we feel about the fee G files? Are
- 5:44Speaker 3: they getting released?
- 5:45Speaker 4: No?
- 5:46Speaker 1: I think what happened was we listened to thirty seconds
- 5:49Speaker 1: of it. Yeah, and the first thirty seconds is JA
- 5:51Speaker 1: just trying to I was just giggling the whole time. Yeah,
- 5:54Speaker 1: but at the end of speaking, then it was speaking,
- 5:56Speaker 1: and he was just like, no, we're not do it,
- 5:58Speaker 1: and p board, I don't care, and I'm also on board.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It was fun though.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I even got in touch with Pugs and said it's
- 6:05Speaker 2: not happening man y.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Yeah. So anyway, that comes out on Tuesday, and he
- 6:11Speaker 1: was filming it as well.
- 6:12Speaker 4: But the only the only downside of that is I
- 6:14Speaker 4: know that Pugs put a lot of work into that,
- 6:16Speaker 4: So I feel a bit guilty about that.
- 6:17Speaker 1: I don't think he did, did he All he did was.
- 6:21Speaker 4: Recorded, I know, but he did an edited version, so
- 6:25Speaker 4: he'd gone through it.
- 6:26Speaker 2: He didn't know.
- 6:28Speaker 1: I don't have to be sorry for anything. Yeah, But
- 6:30Speaker 1: and at the end of the day, I mean, fuck,
- 6:32Speaker 1: it's pretty confronting hearing yourself quite pursed, you know.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, and this is the thing without that,
- 6:39Speaker 3: because I was like, all right, I'm a bit of
- 6:41Speaker 3: a punisher, but I can sort.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Of live with that. That's fine.
- 6:45Speaker 3: But without Jason there being hammered, it's not funny. It
- 6:50Speaker 3: needs it needs that to be funny. Yeah, but I
- 6:53Speaker 3: didn't get to it got to the point where I
- 6:55Speaker 3: was like, I don't even know why I'm listening to
- 6:57Speaker 3: this because if Jason, if Jase says this is okay,
- 6:59Speaker 3: then I listen to it. Yes, correct, but like my
- 7:03Speaker 3: jose is going to say, no, way, So what has done?
- 7:06Speaker 1: And that answers the age old question of should we
- 7:08Speaker 1: do the podcast while drunk or while hangover? Probably, well hangover,
- 7:12Speaker 1: that's the way I because then you're just reminiscing and
- 7:14Speaker 1: it's not your big an absolute idiot just sobbing. Yeah. Yeah,
- 7:20Speaker 1: so sorry everyone, it's not coming out. Some ideas about it.
- 7:23Speaker 1: There's bloody good, fucking funny.
- 7:25Speaker 2: I released it as a vinyl.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good idea, everyone, But the winner's noisy
- 7:32Speaker 1: and Nan also that dude from wanaka Ryan. They heard it.
- 7:35Speaker 1: They heard Yeah, I probably don't remember it. They heard it,
- 7:38Speaker 1: and congratulations guys.
- 7:40Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, the only two three people in the world
- 7:42Speaker 4: are dead, Yes, and we're going to get nolesy and
- 7:46Speaker 4: old Nate dogg Nate dog get it around a golfing. Yeah, man,
- 7:50Speaker 4: take them out to.
- 7:51Speaker 2: The tax a keasy attackers.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, hell yeah keen.
- 7:57Speaker 3: But how Fiji was good? Mogi was bloody good. I
- 8:00Speaker 3: was saying, off, yea, but yeah, just a bit long.
- 8:04Speaker 3: I think if you didn't have obviously our trip and
- 8:07Speaker 3: then a family trip tacked on to the end of
- 8:09Speaker 3: it would have been about right. But back to back
- 8:11Speaker 3: ten days is a long time, yes, to not be working.
- 8:14Speaker 3: But yeah it was bloody good. And the other hotel
- 8:17Speaker 3: was good. Not as good, yes, not as good.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Fine or like good great, But if you hadn't gone
- 8:22Speaker 1: to that first one, you'd.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Be like especially the room. Yeah, the rooms, yeah, pretty good.
- 8:27Speaker 3: My daughter walked in there and she was like, God,
- 8:29Speaker 3: this room is small. I was like, excuse. I was like,
- 8:33Speaker 3: obviously not the one we stayed at, but one, but
- 8:35Speaker 3: I had her She had her own bunk room in
- 8:38Speaker 3: the m plus our room. And I was like, what
- 8:41Speaker 3: do you mean it's this is not small. And then
- 8:42Speaker 3: I realized, actually, I don't think she's ever stayed in
- 8:45Speaker 3: a hotel. We always get Airbnb, right, So it's houses
- 8:48Speaker 3: that she's used to. So she's like, this place is tiny, man,
- 8:51Speaker 3: this is how does she pay for this? She was right,
- 8:55Speaker 3: but yeah it was bloody good. It was sat yeah,
- 8:58Speaker 3: beautiful every day. The boat trip was out the gate
- 9:01Speaker 3: toast stuff. Yea, it was bloody good.
- 9:03Speaker 1: So did you give her you and your wife give
- 9:05Speaker 1: her your main room because she's used to the big room. Yeah,
- 9:07Speaker 1: she gets the big room. That's just a rule. And
- 9:09Speaker 1: then you guys are in the boat room. She gets
- 9:11Speaker 1: whatever she wants. Yeah, gets whatever she wants.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Yeah, and you get the top bunk and your wife
- 9:16Speaker 2: gets exactly right.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Yeah, at least changes her mind at some point, and
- 9:20Speaker 3: then we have to swap over, you know, but her
- 9:22Speaker 3: happiness comes first.
- 9:25Speaker 4: I was telling because we went to Devenport and stayed
- 9:27Speaker 4: there the old Esplanade.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Oh fucking hell, what is it a hotel?
- 9:31Speaker 4: Yeah, it's one of the oldest hotels in the country.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Former brothel one hundred and three.
- 9:38Speaker 4: Jesus one hundred was not far off that, and I
- 9:41Speaker 4: was saying, the keasy it showed all of its one
- 9:44Speaker 4: hundred and three years and it was so funny because
- 9:49Speaker 4: we posted this pictures of it to our daughter's overseas,
- 9:53Speaker 4: and one of my daughter's money went yack. You'd have
- 9:57Speaker 4: to fucking pay me to stay there.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Where's this sense of adventure? Child?
- 10:01Speaker 1: A century of people doing god knows what in there?
- 10:04Speaker 4: And I thought of you, Mogi, because at three thirty
- 10:07Speaker 4: in the morning, you're beating off.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Right outside, right outside our window.
- 10:13Speaker 1: A bird bib bab a fire alight bibe bit.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Really really loud.
- 10:20Speaker 4: A fucking rubbish truck at three thirty in the morning.
- 10:23Speaker 4: That was there for twenty minutes. It didn't move in
- 10:28Speaker 4: reverse for twenty minutes. It just sat there and I
- 10:31Speaker 4: was like, both of us woke up and I was like,
- 10:32Speaker 4: what the fuck is that noise?
- 10:34Speaker 1: Did you get your naked?
- 10:35Speaker 2: And then they started dumping shit in there?
- 10:38Speaker 4: Yeah, all the bins and stuff three thirty in the morning,
- 10:41Speaker 4: and it was sort of that Sunday morning.
- 10:43Speaker 3: That's on assuming that's a township.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, it's like fucking now, get on with it, man.
- 10:52Speaker 2: So then we made love Harry Geezy. We made it
- 10:55Speaker 2: love Men.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Like three thirty after being awoken by the bin men.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Nothing gets men thinking about it. Hey, this is a
- 11:05Speaker 1: big show on the radio. Littal seven weekdays Radio Hodaki.
- 11:09Speaker 1: It's good stuff to day stage days stays Days, Days Days,
- 11:14Speaker 1: stays day
