- 0:04Podcast number four hundred and eight. This is the sixth part of the marriage
- 0:14testimony of those who speak to them, Joseph Ordonez and his wife, Jasmith.
- 0:20Our testimony specifically focuses on telling the other marriages that, as they go
- 0:27through the rupture product of infidelities on my part. One day, Christ came
- 0:34into our marriage and made it completely new. In fact, Jasmith, starting
- 0:41this podcast, makes a brief description of what she feels in unfaithfulness, of
- 0:47what biblically infidelity is. And there maybe men and women can identify that terrible
- 0:59pain the good news. God can heal all that bitterness and can make all
- 1:07things new. It is the penultimate of podcasts that talk about our marriage testimony
- 1:15and serves us as before in our fourth virtual workshop for marriages. Remember that
- 1:23very well. From the 19th of August to the 23rd we will be working
- 1:30in a workshop that teaches lessons. He' ll teach you how to have
- 1:37a proper marriage. It will teach you to lay the foundations precisely to avoid
- 1:42those painful episodes of infidelity. But we' ll also talk about how to
- 1:49heal her and we' ll also talk about economics and sexuality and the extended
- 1:57family and what to do when I have a stepchild, I' ve married
- 2:04a second time, how I do to rule my stepdaughter, my stepdaughter.
- 2:06What should be done about the new models of marriages where her children, my
- 2:10children, our children cohabit. Anyway, I' ve been working tirelessly adding
- 2:21new lessons to these workshops that have helped hundreds of marriages around the world.
- 2:28On 19th August, from seven o' clock in the evening time of Colombia,
- 2:34we will start the different lessons and then, in the third hour,
- 2:39we will enter our counseling rooms and there I will be providing answers to the
- 2:46different problems of the families attending. Go right now to José Ordoñez Cristiano com

- 2:57are limited. But besides, there I will find all the topics that we
- 3:01are going to deal with. Well, for now, take it easy,
- 3:07because this is the sixth part of Joseph and Yasmith Ordoñez' s marriage testimony
- 3:14Welcome. Infidelity breaks, breaks hearts, breaks life, breaks marriage, breaks
- 3:23the relationship, breaks dreams, breaks the future, breaks absolutely everything. Infidelity
- 3:30is very painful. I' d say traumatic, because it' s lost
- 3:38to identity. There are many unanswered questions. Because I thought I knew him,
- 3:45I thought he was that person I thought he was and then we walked
- 3:53supremely overwhelmed. Because infidelity breaks absolutely everything. And it is that when we
- 4:02see why people are unfaithful, why people do have a nice home or because
- 4:06if they have been married for so many years, or it may not be
- 4:13the perfect home, but they are still there and they are always in search
- 4:16of pleasure, of having all the satisfied desires and they are always that search
- 4:24no matter what. It' s a huge problem these days. We see
- 4:30him everywhere, in many homes, in many marriages, in the Church,
- 4:32in the same church, with people who know the word of God, but
- 4:38they don' t care. And this is because in the heart are evil
- 4:43thoughts. It says the word of God. It is in the heart that
- 4:46evil thoughts nest. It is in the heart that all evil desires are wrong.
- 4:53But those who believe they have the right to fulfill that evil desire are
- 5:00those who cross the line. They' re the ones who don' t
- 5:02care, they don' t care about everything that comes forward. He simply
- 5:05abrogated the right to do so, the right to fulfill my need, my
- 5:11desire no matter what, and that breaks. It wasn' t easy for
- 5:18me to forgive him. I couldn' t because I didn' t believe
- 5:21in him. It was supremely difficult. He tried over and over again to
- 5:27approach me in a thousand ways, tried to get me to forgive him,
- 5:31but I couldn' t do it. I couldn' t do it because
- 5:35I had lost something very big called trust. Maybe you can forgive, but
- 5:40it' s very hard to trust again. Forgiveness is one of the hardest
- 5:44things to do. That is why God loves people who have a willing heart,
- 5:50because those who forgive have a willing heart. And it' s an
- 5:56act of nobility, but it' s also a supernatural act, because people
- 6:00don' t want to do it. Nobody wants to forgive our feelings and
- 6:03emotions They yell at us not to do it, not to do it.
- 6:08But forgiveness is a decision. Just the fact that I want to do it.
- 6:13God gives us the opportunity to want to do so, to power and
- 6:16to achieve it. The biggest work in restoration has to do it. The
- 6:24person who failed, the one who made the affront is the one who has
- 6:29to work the most. And I thank God that that happened, because it
- 6:32' s not just that I did everything here. Not God' s grace
- 6:38and mercy reached us, but it gave us the opportunity for a new hope,
- 6:44that that hope is in him, that hope is in Christ, the
- 6:46hope of a true transformation, of genuine repentance. And those who fail must
- 6:54genuinely repent. If there is no genuine repentance, he will not make a
- 7:00cycle that will continue and his life and family will pass so many years and
- 7:04continue in the same year. A thousand nine hundred and ninety- seven.
- 7:11José Ordonez goes that way for the five or six world records. He'
- 7:16s got a joke show that makes him laugh. However, when lights and
- 7:24cameras go out, you have to go face your reality. When the fans
- 7:31are gone, when the autographs are gone, you close the door to your
- 7:36house, your room, wherever you are and there you are waiting for the
- 7:42reality of what you are doing. My reality was this I hated what my
- 7:47father did to me. I saw my sisters depressed for many years because they
- 7:55were abandoned by a man when they were eight years old, Thirteen years old,
- 8:00you know what that means The hero of their lives went away to never
- 8:05come back. I saw my mom cry for what my dad was doing.
- 8:11I witnessed how my mother had to work a whole night stuck to a knitting
- 8:13machine to go out and answer for the children a man had left. I
- 8:20saw how a family is destroyed, how foolish in life and how stupid in
- 8:26life it is for you to be the victim of the bad behavior of adults,
- 8:31so that you become the victim of your own children. Same thing my
- 8:37dad did when I was 16. I did it to my daughter when I
- 8:39was seven years old and to my one- and- a- half-
- 8:46year- old son. You can say what was the worst version of the
- 8:50ordoñez. My grandfather, who had five different wives, my father, who
- 8:54had five different wives and with those five he had a son in each marriage,
- 8:58which was the worst version. It wasn' t them the worst version
- 9:05was me, because my grandfather didn' t have the power I had.
- 9:07My grandfather was not famous, my father did not have the money that I
- 9:11had, and I was there ninety- seven years, entrusted in money,
- 9:16in fame. You think someone came up to me to tell me, hey,
- 9:22you' re living badly. Not everyone applauded me. I thought what
- 9:26I had was what covets all people, because the person without Christ will run
- 9:31after the money, behind the success behind the fortune, I have bad news
- 9:35for you. If you believe if this is your line of thought, I
- 9:41have bad news for you when you set up the company you work so hard
- 9:46for, you will realize that it will not give you happiness, when you
- 9:52sleep with the strange woman that you so long for and desire, you will
- 9:56realize the death that this implies. When you run after the man who doesn
- 10:01' t belong to you and play the future of your son, of your
- 10:05sons, of your daughters, of your marriage, you' re going to
- 10:09realize here you' re only going to find death, because that' s
- 10:13what God' s word says. Death awaits the unbelievers. That' s
- 10:18the bad news. The good ones are the following. If you were to
- 10:24return your way, if you believed that God could restore any marriage. You
- 10:31' d be in the right line of faith. You would honor him who
- 10:35went up to the stake of Calvary and gave his life for you, for
- 10:39me and for our children, for our marriage. He said consummate. It
- 10:43' s you know what consummate means. It' s your sin It doesn
- 10:48' t take me by surprise. I know what you' ve done.
- 10:50I know what nests inside your mind and heart. I know the course you
- 10:54copied from your dad and grandfather. I know what nests every time you look
- 11:00at a woman with a desire to covet them. I know what has nested
- 11:05in your heart when you look at a man to desire him. I know
- 11:07what you' ve done so far, maybe your wife, your husband doesn
- 11:11' t know the product is the children who come from that kind of relationship.
- 11:20I know the good news if you just regret it, if you confess
- 11:26my name, if you receive me in your heart, if you give me
- 11:31a chance, I will rescue your marriage and the best news. Your marriage
- 11:37will never be the same again. I have excellent news for you on the
- 11:43day Jesus is the center of your marriage. Your marriage will be better than
- 11:48before. Better than always. In the following podcast we will be concluding this,
- 12:00that you have a small sample of our marriage experience. Finally, don
- 12:05' t forget. Fourth workshop for marriages from the 19th to the 23rd of
- 12:13August we will broadcast it through Zoom, so anywhere on the planet where you
- 12:16are you can participate in our virtual workshop. Remember that you can find all
- 12:24the information in José Ordoñez Cristiano. Eat for now I wish you a nice
