Transcript
- 0:06Speaker 1: Thank you very much. We had a very good meeting.
- 0:09Speaker 2: We're talking about a lot of different things.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Consumer prices have actually dropped this very little inflation.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Everybody predicted a lot of inflation, very little inflation. Energy
- 0:21Speaker 2: costs are down, interest rates are probably down. They scatter,
- 0:25Speaker 2: but they're probably down. Prescription drug prices are even to down.
- 0:33Speaker 2: We're doing very well. It's been amazing. We had a
- 0:35Speaker 2: big day yesterday. It will always be transition difficulty, but
- 0:43Speaker 2: in history, it was the biggest day in history the markets.
- 0:46Speaker 2: So we're very, very happy with the way the country
- 0:49Speaker 2: is running. We're trying to get the world to treat
- 0:54Speaker 2: us fairly. Is this something that should have been done
- 0:56Speaker 2: twenty five years ago and it wasn't. Should have been
- 0:59Speaker 2: done forty years ago when it wasn't but no president
- 1:04Speaker 2: was willing to take it on. But yet it's not sustainable.
- 1:06Speaker 2: It wasn't sustainable and as you know, without a lot
- 1:12Speaker 2: of money being added. This is a lot of money
- 1:14Speaker 2: that we could add. The country is making approximately two
- 1:19Speaker 2: billion dollars a day, and when you think of it,
- 1:23Speaker 2: that's we've never done that before, never come close to it.
- 1:28Speaker 2: And the number is probably three and a half billion
- 1:32Speaker 2: dollars a day, and that.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Makes us a very strong country.
- 1:38Speaker 2: But we have Scott here and Howard and some of
- 1:42Speaker 2: the people that are working on deals, and the biggest
- 1:46Speaker 2: problem they have is that I have enough time in
- 1:47Speaker 2: the day. Everybody wants to come and make a deal,
- 1:50Speaker 2: and we're working with a lot of different countries and
- 1:53Speaker 2: it's all gonna work out very well. I think it's
- 1:55Speaker 2: gonna work out really very well. But we're in good shape.
- 1:58Speaker 2: There's no ineflat, very little inflation, and I went four
- 2:03Speaker 2: years without inflation, and I tarift. I took in hundreds
- 2:06Speaker 2: of billions of dollars from China and others taxes in China,
- 2:11Speaker 2: but we took in hundreds of billions of dollars a
- 2:14Speaker 2: year from China, and we had no inflation essentially.
- 2:19Speaker 1: So we think we're in very good shape. We think
- 2:22Speaker 1: we're doing very well. Again. There'll be a transition cost and.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Transition problems, but in the end it's gonna be it's
- 2:31Speaker 2: gonna be a beautiful thing.
- 2:32Speaker 1: We're doing again what we should.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Have done many years ago. We let it get out
- 2:39Speaker 2: of control, and we allowed some countries to get very
- 2:43Speaker 2: big and very rich at our expense and not.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Gonna can't let that happen. It's not a sustainable formula.
- 2:52Speaker 2: So I wanted to thank everybody at the table, and
- 2:55Speaker 2: maybe I'll go around and ask some of you a
- 2:59Speaker 2: little short couple of answers. Speaches got back from Panama
- 3:03Speaker 2: and he's been all over the place, and you want
- 3:05Speaker 2: to give us a little report on that and whatever
- 3:07Speaker 2: else you might have to say. Everyone at this table
- 3:10Speaker 2: is doing an incredible job, by the way, I have
- 3:12Speaker 2: to say incredible. And the relationships are it's like their friends.
- 3:18Speaker 2: There's really the relationships are very strong, really good, really strong.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And these meetings are very good.
- 3:24Speaker 2: And I think you know having I don't believe there's
- 3:27Speaker 2: any other president that allowed the press to come into
- 3:30Speaker 2: a meeting such as These are very sacred meetings. These
- 3:34Speaker 2: are very private meetings. But we have nothing to hide,
- 3:38Speaker 2: and I think it's good. I think it's a good.
- 3:41Speaker 2: We want to be a word you'd like to use,
- 3:44Speaker 2: Jeff is transparent. So we want to be transparent and
- 3:48Speaker 2: we'll do that by starting with Pete.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Go ahead, Pete, mister President.
- 3:51Speaker 3: We just got back from Panama last night. We were
- 3:55Speaker 3: at the Panama Canal with their selfcom commanderships Fateen's troops
- 4:00Speaker 3: and signed a couple of historic deals, one which is
- 4:03Speaker 3: with the Panama Canal Authority a framework for US vessels
- 4:08Speaker 3: first and free through the Panama Canal, and then also
- 4:11Speaker 3: a memorandum of understanding with their Security Minister for the
- 4:16Speaker 3: presence of US troops Fort Sherman's, an old US base there,
- 4:21Speaker 3: as well as their naval station and air station, jointly
- 4:24Speaker 3: with Panama to secure the Panama Canal from Chinese influence.
- 4:27Speaker 3: That's something you said, we're taking back the canal. China's
- 4:30Speaker 3: had too much influence. Obama and others let them creep in.
- 4:35Speaker 3: We along with Panama are pushing amount, sir, and so
- 4:38Speaker 3: we had a very successful trip their President, President Malino,
- 4:41Speaker 3: since his regards very complementary of the US.
- 4:45Speaker 1: He's a great ally.
- 4:46Speaker 3: And I think they want the communist Chinese out, and
- 4:50Speaker 3: with our troops they're partnering with their forces, we've got
- 4:53Speaker 3: a chance to push them all the way out, Sir.
- 4:55Speaker 2: We've moved a lot of troops to Panama and filled
- 5:00Speaker 2: up some areas that we used to have and we
- 5:02Speaker 2: didn't have any longer, but we have them now and
- 5:05Speaker 2: I think it's in very good control.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Yes, sir, okay, thank you very good. So we've have
- 5:14Speaker 1: so many countries talk to it is.
- 5:18Speaker 4: It's incredible, I think Scott and I I'm not sure
- 5:21Speaker 4: we could ever have enough time in the day to
- 5:23Speaker 4: talk to all these countries, because they want to talk,
- 5:25Speaker 4: and they want to talk now, and they have come
- 5:28Speaker 4: with offers that they never ever, ever would have come
- 5:31Speaker 4: with but for.
- 5:34Speaker 1: The moves that the President has made demanding.
- 5:37Speaker 4: That people treat the United States with respect, We're getting
- 5:40Speaker 4: the respect we deserve now and I think you're going
- 5:42Speaker 4: to see stark deals one after the other.
- 5:45Speaker 1: And then I'm very.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Excited that within a week and a half we're going
- 5:49Speaker 4: to start with the gold Cart and the Trump Card
- 5:51Speaker 4: is coming out and we're very excited about that and
- 5:54Speaker 4: that's coming soon.
- 5:56Speaker 1: So very excited. Thank you very much. Good job.
- 6:00Speaker 5: Well.
- 6:01Speaker 6: In a couple of fronts, we have been addressing the
- 6:03Speaker 6: issue of anti Semitism on campuses. There's been some grant
- 6:08Speaker 6: funding and contract funding that we've reviewed and some have
- 6:12Speaker 6: canceled and some we've put on hold waiting for that
- 6:16Speaker 6: while we do an investigation on the other side of
- 6:19Speaker 6: what my responsibilities are and having education go back to
- 6:24Speaker 6: the States we're meeting and talking with governors.
- 6:26Speaker 1: I was with this.
- 6:28Speaker 6: Week all fifty commissioners of education around the country, and
- 6:34Speaker 6: because we also want to provide them with tools and
- 6:36Speaker 6: best practices as education does move back to the states,
- 6:39Speaker 6: making great progress, great response from the states, and very possible.
- 6:44Speaker 1: And what about colleges. You're holding back four hundred million
- 6:48Speaker 1: from Columbia, eight million from Harvard. Can you imagine the
- 6:51Speaker 1: money we pay Harvard?
- 6:53Speaker 2: They have a sixty million dollar fund that we're giving
- 6:55Speaker 2: them eight billion dollars and we're trying to figure that out.
- 6:58Speaker 2: And then they hire de Blasio, the worst mayor of
- 7:01Speaker 2: the history of New York. And they hired the woman
- 7:04Speaker 2: from Chicago who was a disaster, the total disaster, and
- 7:08Speaker 2: they pay a massive salaries and they're supposed to be
- 7:11Speaker 2: teaching you government.
- 7:13Speaker 1: That's not Harvard. That's not Harvard the way it used
- 7:15Speaker 1: to be. So do you have anything to say about.
- 7:18Speaker 2: The dollars you're holding back from quite a few universities
- 7:24Speaker 2: we're not behaving.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Yeah, and the other.
- 7:26Speaker 6: The Princeton, Cornell, others that are coming in and actually
- 7:30Speaker 6: getting calls now from the presidents of the universities who
- 7:33Speaker 6: really do want to come in and sit down and
- 7:36Speaker 6: have discussions, and so we're investigating them. But we're in
- 7:40Speaker 6: the meantime, we're holding we're holding back the grant and
- 7:42Speaker 6: the fund money.
- 7:44Speaker 7: Thank you, great, thank you, very thankful for the House
- 7:48Speaker 7: voting for the President's budget resolution with along with the
- 7:52Speaker 7: Senate bill. Made a ton of progress this week and
- 7:55Speaker 7: working with members to ensure that a desire for flexibility
- 8:00Speaker 7: in the Senate was not misconstrued as a desire not
- 8:03Speaker 7: to slow and do spending reforms. And so we're very
- 8:06Speaker 7: thankful for that. And now we can get after writing
- 8:09Speaker 7: that bill, getting the president as big a package of
- 8:13Speaker 7: his agenda to his desk.
- 8:14Speaker 1: So very good week.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Good he's got the House vote, and now we're well
- 8:19Speaker 2: on our way to getting as we call it, the big,
- 8:23Speaker 2: the great, big, beautiful bill.
- 8:24Speaker 1: It's beauty. There's never been a bill like this one.
- 8:27Speaker 2: We're trying to get it all into one beautiful bill.
- 8:30Speaker 2: It's tax cuts, regulation cuts, and many other things. Uh,
- 8:34Speaker 2: the border, a lot of money for the border, and
- 8:38Speaker 2: what are you're doing a fantastic job. So but we
- 8:42Speaker 2: just got a report that we as you know, you
- 8:45Speaker 2: know before us, were you surprised we got the vote, got.
- 8:47Speaker 1: The vote, and we're happy to get the vote. So
- 8:52Speaker 1: I think we're gonna be a very good shape. Okay, please,
- 8:56Speaker 1: mister President.
- 8:57Speaker 8: Last year, the Chinese for seventeen hundred orders for new ships,
- 9:02Speaker 8: American shipyards received five. Under your leadership, like so many
- 9:07Speaker 8: other industries, we are going to revitalize and make shipbuilding
- 9:10Speaker 8: a maritime great again with these blue collar jobs. These
- 9:15Speaker 8: are the cranes, the ports opportunity zones and drive that
- 9:19Speaker 8: investment back in and we have under that executive order
- 9:24Speaker 8: and also one to streamline for in military sales for
- 9:27Speaker 8: people that want to buy our equipment, and of course
- 9:29Speaker 8: acquisition reform, all just this week under your leadership as president.
- 9:33Speaker 2: So we're going to be rebuilding our ship building business.
- 9:37Speaker 2: We may order would have to go to Congress for this,
- 9:40Speaker 2: but we may buy some ships from other countries that
- 9:45Speaker 2: we're close to and that do great jobs with ships.
- 9:47Speaker 1: But we're going.
- 9:48Speaker 2: To start the process of rebuilding. We don't really essentially
- 9:52Speaker 2: build ships anymore, which is ridiculous. It's going to be
- 9:56Speaker 2: a very big business for us and then not too
- 9:58Speaker 2: just in future. But in the meantime, I'm.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Uh, we uh.
- 10:03Speaker 2: We have countries that do very well at building ships,
- 10:07Speaker 2: and we'll be dealing with those countries, and we may
- 10:09Speaker 2: be ordering uh, top of the line ships from those countries. Uh,
- 10:14Speaker 2: and within a fairly short period of time, we'll be
- 10:16Speaker 2: building our own ships. So we'll probably have to go
- 10:20Speaker 2: to Congress for that, but uh, we'll have no, we're
- 10:24Speaker 2: not gonna have a problem.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Susie, thank you very much for the job you've done.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Go ahead, please.
- 10:28Speaker 9: I just wanted to make sure you know that this cabinet,
- 10:31Speaker 9: I think pretty uniquely.
- 10:32Speaker 10: Collaborates and cooperates and works together to accomplish all.
- 10:37Speaker 1: That you've you've asked them to do.
- 10:39Speaker 10: And uh, I think they they deserve.
- 10:40Speaker 1: A lot of credit for that. You're doing a great job.
- 10:44Speaker 1: The chief chief of staff doing a great job. Le
- 10:49Speaker 1: go ahead.
- 10:49Speaker 11: As president, the Biden EPA was strangulating the economy. The
- 10:54Speaker 11: Trump EPA understands it's not a binary choice. We could
- 10:57Speaker 11: protect the environment and grow the economy. Working with DOJE
- 11:01Speaker 11: and Elon Musk, we've now canceled twenty two billion dollars
- 11:05Speaker 11: worth of grants and we have launched what is the
- 11:08Speaker 11: largest deregulatory action the history of the country, just in
- 11:11Speaker 11: one agency. That's how much of a mess the body
- 11:13Speaker 11: and EPA left us. It is going to end up
- 11:16Speaker 11: reducing the cost of living. It's going to create jobs.
- 11:19Speaker 11: It's going to make it easier to purchase a card,
- 11:20Speaker 11: it will be easier to heat your home.
- 11:23Speaker 1: We're proud of this effort.
- 11:25Speaker 11: The effort that we have is fulfilling the mandate that
- 11:30Speaker 11: you earn from the American public, clean airline and water
- 11:33Speaker 11: for all Americans, unleashing energy dominance, permitting reform, advancing cooperative federalism,
- 11:39Speaker 11: making America the AI capital of the world, and bringing
- 11:41Speaker 11: back American auto jobs. When you called me that day
- 11:45Speaker 11: asking for me to take this position, I was honored,
- 11:48Speaker 11: and you were very specific and clear in what you
- 11:50Speaker 11: wanted us to accomplish. We understand our mission and at
- 11:55Speaker 11: the Trump EPA, we're going to make it proud.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Great job. You're doing a great job.
- 12:00Speaker 2: And you have a lot of applications for approvals for
- 12:03Speaker 2: power plants which are going to really power the regular plants,
- 12:08Speaker 2: and they're going to be right next to each other.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Because we can't rely on our grid. It's old, and
- 12:13Speaker 1: it's tired, and it's.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Very very subject to being attacked, whether by rain or
- 12:20Speaker 2: by bombs.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Or by anything else. And we're letting people build their
- 12:24Speaker 1: own power plants. And these are a.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Lot of them being built with the AI and beyond
- 12:30Speaker 2: the AI chips, and they were letting them build their
- 12:34Speaker 2: own power and never been done before. And we're going
- 12:37Speaker 2: to get it done quickly and approved quickly. As part
- 12:39Speaker 2: of a plant, they'll have a sort of be their
- 12:42Speaker 2: own power company. And it's very exciting. They couldn't believe
- 12:46Speaker 2: it when I told them that. I said, we're going
- 12:47Speaker 2: to get to the approvals very fast. As part of
- 12:49Speaker 2: your regular plant, you're going to build electric producing plants.
- 12:53Speaker 2: And it's very exciting and they're able to do it
- 12:57Speaker 2: very quickly and very well.
- 12:59Speaker 1: And you made it possible. Thank you.
- 13:01Speaker 2: You have a lot of applications for some of the
- 13:03Speaker 2: biggest plans that have ever been built in the world.
- 13:08Speaker 1: He's a serious he's a serious plan, Sarah.
- 13:11Speaker 2: That.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Rude for business. We're Secretary Bergham secretary right, we are
- 13:20Speaker 1: going to make produm.
- 13:22Speaker 12: Sean first off as president is it's Brooks birthday today,
- 13:25Speaker 12: so so happy birthday to brook. I want to thank
- 13:30Speaker 12: you as well for the ship building EO. Again, to
- 13:33Speaker 12: build ships, we also need mariners to sail those ships.
- 13:36Speaker 12: I was just up at King's Point for the Merchant
- 13:38Speaker 12: Marine Academy a couple a couple of days ago, and
- 13:42Speaker 12: we have some of the greatest young men and women
- 13:44Speaker 12: who are learning how to be mechanical engineers to rebuild
- 13:48Speaker 12: and fix uh the engines on those ships, but also
- 13:51Speaker 12: how to sail ships. I would tell you that over
- 13:54Speaker 12: the past decades this academy has become it needs some loves.
- 13:59Speaker 13: It's been a little bit appetated.
- 14:01Speaker 12: We have to invest in sailors, and I appreciate you
- 14:04Speaker 12: taking the initiative. To be a global power, we have
- 14:06Speaker 12: to build ships and have sailors to sail those ships.
- 14:09Speaker 12: These are the very people that help Pete should we
- 14:11Speaker 12: come into points of crisis to support the military. So
- 14:13Speaker 12: thank you for that. Number Two, the last administration announced
- 14:18Speaker 12: three two hundred projects, big beautiful roads and bridges.
- 14:22Speaker 13: Most of them are good, but they announced them.
- 14:25Speaker 12: They didn't sign a grant agreement two hundred, so the
- 14:28Speaker 12: money doesn't go out the door to build the infrastructure
- 14:31Speaker 12: in the country. And it's fun to do an announcement,
- 14:34Speaker 12: it's actually the harder work to put together these grant agreements.
- 14:37Speaker 12: So we're doing the work right now at DOT to
- 14:40Speaker 12: get these grant agreements done and build the projects.
- 14:42Speaker 13: Most of them are good.
- 14:44Speaker 12: And they also put in all of this green and
- 14:46Speaker 12: social justice requirements on roads and bridges. We're pulling all
- 14:50Speaker 12: that out and putting the money toward the infrastructure, not
- 14:53Speaker 12: the social movement from the last administration.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Good steal right as supposed to green paper mache.
- 15:04Speaker 5: Good.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Thanks, great job.
- 15:07Speaker 10: So first, we are I would say, more than friends.
- 15:11Speaker 10: We've all become family. And I think that what you
- 15:15Speaker 10: have assembled in your vision is a turning point and
- 15:18Speaker 10: an inflection point in American history, and so just being
- 15:21Speaker 10: a part of that is the greatest honor. So thank
- 15:24Speaker 10: you for that. And again just the relationships here and
- 15:27Speaker 10: the honor and respect we have for each other is
- 15:30Speaker 10: a reflection of you and your leadership. So I just
- 15:32Speaker 10: want to say that first. The second thing I want
- 15:34Speaker 10: to say is that on behalf of the farmers and ranchers.
- 15:37Speaker 10: Food security is national security. We have to be able
- 15:41Speaker 10: to feed ourselves. And your idea of using tariffs along
- 15:45Speaker 10: with deregulation and tax cuts, but your idea of using
- 15:48Speaker 10: tariffs to ensure that we are putting forward and putting
- 15:51Speaker 10: America first, no one understands that better than our farmers
- 15:54Speaker 10: and our ranchers. But having said that, emerging from four
- 15:58Speaker 10: years of Biden with a thirty percent increase in inputs
- 16:01Speaker 10: for our farmers and ranchers within almost fifty billion dollar
- 16:05Speaker 10: trade deficit. When we left the first time it was zero,
- 16:08Speaker 10: meaning that they are hurting. So the period of uncertainty
- 16:13Speaker 10: we're in, they know that your vision will move us
- 16:17Speaker 10: into an age of prosperity for all Americans, but for
- 16:21Speaker 10: my people, for the farmers and ranchers, unlike any they
- 16:24Speaker 10: have seen before. And I think they are really really
- 16:27Speaker 10: excited and so grateful for your leadership. But also you
- 16:31Speaker 10: have never failed to say that you have the backs
- 16:34Speaker 10: of our farmers and our ranchers. It was the first
- 16:36Speaker 10: phone call that I had after I was voted with
- 16:39Speaker 10: the Senate, and that message just resonates with an almost
- 16:43Speaker 10: an eighty five percent support of you in the last election,
- 16:45Speaker 10: they're with you. Interestingly, the biggest budget driver at the
- 16:49Speaker 10: United States Department of Agriculture is not farming and ranching
- 16:53Speaker 10: or agriculture, it's food stamps. And so as we emerge
- 16:57Speaker 10: and embark, Secretary Kennedy and I on on your vision
- 17:01Speaker 10: of making America healthy again. A massive part of that
- 17:04Speaker 10: is realigning and reworking our food stamp program so that
- 17:09Speaker 10: it better serves those who need it. And yeah, to
- 17:12Speaker 10: the point of getting the transgender DEI Green New deal
- 17:17Speaker 10: out of the USDA and realigning it is really important.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Thank you, sir.
- 17:22Speaker 14: Is it.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Ninety nine point nine sir? We're going to get that
- 17:26Speaker 1: last point.
- 17:30Speaker 2: We've got a much different military. I will tell you,
- 17:32Speaker 2: thanks very much. Good you have and eggs are down, yes.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Big wholesale prices, retail will come.
- 17:39Speaker 10: Easter is the super Bowl for eggs, so you know
- 17:41Speaker 10: there may be a little fluctuation, but no, we feel
- 17:43Speaker 10: really good about it.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you. Good.
- 17:47Speaker 14: I echo what Howard said on the trade you that
- 17:51Speaker 14: we've got over seventy five countries that want to come in.
- 17:53Speaker 14: So it'll be Treasury Commerce Jamison at us t R
- 17:57Speaker 14: and we're putting a process in place. And as you said,
- 18:01Speaker 14: you're going to be part of the negotiations too, because
- 18:05Speaker 14: I've had these countries call me up as the secretary
- 18:07Speaker 14: best and we're happy you're going to be negotiatings. Well.
- 18:10Speaker 14: President Trump's going to be involved too. The bring your
- 18:16Speaker 14: best deal on the budget. On the budget, it's moving
- 18:22Speaker 14: quickly in the House and the Senate thanks to your leadership.
- 18:26Speaker 14: We're also going to have debt ceiling in there, so
- 18:29Speaker 14: we're going to get an increase in the debt ceiling
- 18:33Speaker 14: and that will be the done industed for.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Part of the bill that we just got to vote
- 18:39Speaker 1: on today's.
- 18:39Speaker 14: Part of the bill. It'll be done industed for two years.
- 18:42Speaker 14: We won't have to worry about that. And then I
- 18:46Speaker 14: gave a speech yesterday to fourteen hundred small in community
- 18:50Speaker 14: bankers and they were so happy to hear from your administration.
- 18:54Speaker 14: And I told them Wall Street's done great for the
- 18:57Speaker 14: past four years, ten years, twenty years, can continue doing great,
- 19:01Speaker 14: but it's Main Street's turn now, and it's those small
- 19:05Speaker 14: bankers through deregulation, through emphasis on main street, your main
- 19:10Speaker 14: Street agenda bringing back jobs that is going to power
- 19:14Speaker 14: the smaller communities. And then finally, the bond auction went
- 19:19Speaker 14: very well yesterday. We had a lot of foreigners show
- 19:23Speaker 14: up as the support, showing that the US is still
- 19:27Speaker 14: the best place to invest. The inflation report, as you said,
- 19:31Speaker 14: was quite good, and energy prices are down more than
- 19:34Speaker 14: twenty percent since January twentieth.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Amazing. It's great, good, good numbers, great number. Thank you President.
- 19:43Speaker 15: We've had some great wins in the last few days
- 19:47Speaker 15: that you were overwhelmingly elected by the biggest majority. The
- 19:53Speaker 15: US Americans want you to be president because of your agenda,
- 19:57Speaker 15: and the courts are ruling that you have the authority
- 20:00Speaker 15: to determine how the money of this country will be spent.
- 20:03Speaker 15: That's what the American citizens wanted and that's what they're getting.
- 20:07Speaker 15: An example of that Friday was the Department of Education
- 20:10Speaker 15: that you can determine how the money will be spent,
- 20:12Speaker 15: no more DEI and that impacts every agency across the board.
- 20:18Speaker 15: On the civil side again NLRB, we had a big
- 20:22Speaker 15: win in the Supreme Court there OPM a big win there,
- 20:26Speaker 15: but also sixteen thousand workers there. But also on the
- 20:29Speaker 15: criminal side, the Alien Enemies Act, we are winning there.
- 20:33Speaker 15: And your directive to me was to keep America safe,
- 20:37Speaker 15: and that's what we're doing. Whether it's the Alien Enemies,
- 20:40Speaker 15: all of these gangs and they are enemies of our country.
- 20:43Speaker 15: They are terrorists, they're organized crime. They have come here,
- 20:46Speaker 15: they are extremely organized, they are spread throughout our country
- 20:49Speaker 15: and they are creating terror and no more under your directive,
- 20:53Speaker 15: and that has stopped. Yesterday in South Florida, we charged
- 20:56Speaker 15: the eleven defendants with half a billion dollars pure cocaine
- 21:01Speaker 15: coming into our country to kill our kids.
- 21:05Speaker 1: They were caught. They will be.
- 21:06Speaker 15: Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. These gang
- 21:09Speaker 15: members are going back to where they came or they're
- 21:12Speaker 15: going to an El Salvador prison at your directive. And
- 21:17Speaker 15: you know you also gave us a directive to prosecute
- 21:19Speaker 15: the people who are going after Tesla to the fullest
- 21:21Speaker 15: extent of the laws. Some of the greatest police work
- 21:23Speaker 15: I've seen. We've made four arrests, there will be no
- 21:26Speaker 15: negotiations at your directive. They're all looking at twenty years
- 21:30Speaker 15: in prison. And within the next twenty four hours you're
- 21:33Speaker 15: going to be seeing another huge arrest on a Tesla
- 21:37Speaker 15: Dealership president and that that person will be looking at
- 21:40Speaker 15: at least twenty years in prison with no negotiations.
- 21:44Speaker 2: That's great, That will stop it cold heard of it.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Thanks doing a great job too, Thank you very much.
- 21:53Speaker 5: Hellry please, mister President, Accountability matters. That's what we're recognizing
- 21:58Speaker 5: with our partners at the Department of Labor.
- 22:01Speaker 10: For government efficiency.
- 22:02Speaker 5: Just a few weeks ago, we realize there's about four
- 22:05Speaker 5: point four billion dollars in COVID funds that we're not
- 22:09Speaker 5: used that the state coffers were just holding on to.
- 22:12Speaker 5: Out of that, we've returned one point four billion back
- 22:14Speaker 5: to the state treasury, so essentially to the American people,
- 22:17Speaker 5: and we'll go back and claw the rest of.
- 22:20Speaker 10: Those billions of dollars back.
- 22:22Speaker 5: And on the heels of that last night, late last night,
- 22:24Speaker 5: we're understanding unemployment insurance fraud. That trust needs to be
- 22:29Speaker 5: whole for the American people when we need it, we
- 22:32Speaker 5: need it for who deserves it. That's not what we're
- 22:35Speaker 5: seeing in the numbers that we saw last night, again
- 22:37Speaker 5: exposed by our partners at DOZE at the Department of Labor.
- 22:41Speaker 5: Since twenty twenty, over four hundred million dollars of payments
- 22:44Speaker 5: have gone out already. And when you hear these numbers,
- 22:48Speaker 5: apparently in the United States we have over almost twenty
- 22:52Speaker 5: five thousand people who are over one hundred and fifteen
- 22:55Speaker 5: years old who are collecting fifty nine million dollars that
- 23:00Speaker 5: we have sent out to people. Talk about fraudulent behavior.
- 23:04Speaker 5: Mister President of twenty eight thousand people between one and
- 23:08Speaker 5: five years old have collected fraudulent payments at the tune
- 23:12Speaker 5: of two hundred and fifty four million dollars has gone out.
- 23:16Speaker 5: And lastly, ten thousand people who have not been born
- 23:19Speaker 5: yet fifteen years into the future sixty nine million.
- 23:24Speaker 10: Dollars and they haven't even been born yet.
- 23:26Speaker 5: And in one case they will be born one hundred
- 23:28Speaker 5: and twenty nine years from now. The United States government
- 23:31Speaker 5: sent them forty one thousand dollars and they're not born yet.
- 23:34Speaker 5: So under the Department of Labor, those are the things
- 23:37Speaker 5: that we're uncovering. I couldn't be more honored to tell
- 23:39Speaker 5: the American people that we're bringing back their dollars and
- 23:42Speaker 5: we're saving them and returning them to the United States Treasury. Also,
- 23:47Speaker 5: jobs numbers last Friday, two hundred and twenty eight thousand new.
- 23:50Speaker 10: Jobs were reported. That is good for the American people.
- 23:54Speaker 5: That is my primary job is to grow that workforce
- 23:56Speaker 5: under your leadership. So we've kicked off the America Out
- 24:00Speaker 5: Work Tour and we'll be visiting all fifty states and
- 24:03Speaker 5: I'll be working with my colleagues here to do just that.
- 24:06Speaker 5: So thank you, mister President. We're going to grow this economy.
- 24:09Speaker 5: We're going to keep our focus on the American worker.
- 24:11Speaker 2: So you're finding tremendous growth, though those numbers are really bad.
- 24:15Speaker 2: With you, I heard it over one hundred and fifteen
- 24:17Speaker 2: years old, and I think you had mentioned the oldest
- 24:21Speaker 2: person in our country is one hundred and fourteen years
- 24:24Speaker 2: that's pretty good.
- 24:25Speaker 5: A woman living in Pennsylvania. But apparently there's twenty four
- 24:28Speaker 5: thousand more of them that are one hundred and fifteen
- 24:31Speaker 5: or older.
- 24:31Speaker 2: That well, I hope you hear then, So we have
- 24:33Speaker 2: twenty four thousand older than the oldest person.
- 24:36Speaker 14: Definitely good.
- 24:40Speaker 1: And what are we doing about that? How do we
- 24:42Speaker 1: get that money back?
- 24:43Speaker 5: Yeah, so we're working with our igs to do that
- 24:45Speaker 5: further investigation. The House and Senate, we had a five
- 24:50Speaker 5: your statute of limitations. We've got an extension on that
- 24:53Speaker 5: another five years. And so the goal, in my opinion,
- 24:56Speaker 5: we should never have a statute of limitations to return
- 24:58Speaker 5: the American dollars back to the treasure when there's fraud.
- 25:01Speaker 5: But at this point, we will continue to work hard
- 25:03Speaker 5: and double down and return that those dollars to the treasure.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Thank you yet, thank miste.
- 25:09Speaker 16: Oh, mister President, thank you for your leadership at the border.
- 25:13Speaker 16: For the second month in a row, you have broken
- 25:16Speaker 16: the record in the history of the nation for the
- 25:19Speaker 16: lowest number of encounters at the border, which is absolutely remarkable.
- 25:24Speaker 10: You have said that America's.
- 25:26Speaker 16: Laws matter and that they'll be enforced, and we're heard
- 25:28Speaker 16: at work now to get people to go back home
- 25:31Speaker 16: that are here illegally. So the Alien Registration Act has
- 25:34Speaker 16: been in place long enough now that those individuals that
- 25:37Speaker 16: are here illegally, if they haven't registered, then they can
- 25:41Speaker 16: be charged criminally and they can face fines up to
- 25:43Speaker 16: one thousand dollars a day and face deportation if they
- 25:47Speaker 16: don't go home, and they'll never get the chance to
- 25:50Speaker 16: come back to America. So we're encouraging people to use
- 25:52Speaker 16: a CBP home app to register, and we're working on
- 25:57Speaker 16: the resources and funding to buy them a plane ticket
- 26:00Speaker 16: to send them home. It went to El Salvador, Columbia
- 26:03Speaker 16: and Mexico, and those countries and others are thinking about
- 26:06Speaker 16: setting up programs to support these individuals when they get
- 26:09Speaker 16: back to their country, so when they get there, they'll
- 26:12Speaker 16: have housing and food assistants and so making sure that
- 26:16Speaker 16: these folks have the opportunity to go home so that
- 26:18Speaker 16: they can get the chance to come back to America
- 26:20Speaker 16: is important.
- 26:20Speaker 2: And it's a very big self deport operation that we're starting.
- 26:26Speaker 15: Thousands of people have already self deported.
- 26:29Speaker 16: We're just going to when you had twenty one million
- 26:32Speaker 16: people that need to go home because they're here breaking
- 26:35Speaker 16: our laws, then we need to facilitate that. And I've
- 26:37Speaker 16: been working with the governors a lot lately on several
- 26:40Speaker 16: different issues. One of them has been on FEMA for
- 26:43Speaker 16: recommendations on how to do exactly what you've directed us
- 26:47Speaker 16: to do. And then also I sent a letter in
- 26:50Speaker 16: communicated with them that they need to be setting up
- 26:53Speaker 16: a skiff.
- 26:54Speaker 17: Some of our governors.
- 26:54Speaker 16: Don't have secure facilities to have national security issues. I
- 26:58Speaker 16: think one of the jobs Homeland Security has is to
- 27:01Speaker 16: give communication down to states, to local cities and communities,
- 27:06Speaker 16: and so recommending they get a skif they have secure
- 27:09Speaker 16: comms with them at all times or nearby, so that
- 27:12Speaker 16: they can have national security conversations, and then to have
- 27:15Speaker 16: somebody in their office designated that is their communications person.
- 27:19Speaker 16: A lot of them have emergency management officers, but they
- 27:22Speaker 16: don't necessarily have somebody designated when it comes to a
- 27:25Speaker 16: national security issue that we may need to communicate with
- 27:28Speaker 16: them on and I think American people need to know
- 27:31Speaker 16: that real ID will be required to travel on May seventh,
- 27:34Speaker 16: So those governors have been notified to communicate that at home.
- 27:38Speaker 16: We don't want anybody to get delayed and not be
- 27:41Speaker 16: able to travel when they get to an airport. And
- 27:44Speaker 16: this will also help us bring integrity back to all
- 27:47Speaker 16: of our IDs and how they're used, how they're used
- 27:50Speaker 16: for issuing driver's licenses, and governors know how I feel
- 27:53Speaker 16: about making sure their driver's licensing system has integrity because
- 27:57Speaker 16: a lot of people use their driver's license to vote,
- 28:01Speaker 16: and the backbone of our country and the foundation is
- 28:04Speaker 16: election integrity. So we're giving all those directions to our
- 28:08Speaker 16: governors and communicating that so they can lead on it
- 28:10Speaker 16: as well.
- 28:11Speaker 2: And we're gonna work with people so that if they
- 28:13Speaker 2: go out in a nice way and go back to
- 28:16Speaker 2: their country, we're gonna work with them right from the
- 28:18Speaker 2: beginning on trying to get them back in legally. Is
- 28:21Speaker 2: that right chance, So it gives you a real incentive,
- 28:24Speaker 2: otherwise they never come back. They'll never be allowed once
- 28:27Speaker 2: a certain period of time goes by which is probably
- 28:30Speaker 2: gonna be sixty days. We're also gonna work with farmers
- 28:33Speaker 2: that if they have strong recommendations.
- 28:35Speaker 1: For their farms.
- 28:37Speaker 2: For certain people, we're gonna let them stay in for
- 28:40Speaker 2: a while and work with the farmers and then come
- 28:43Speaker 2: back and go through a process, a legal process. But
- 28:46Speaker 2: we have to take care of our farmers and hotels
- 28:48Speaker 2: and you know, various various places where they use where
- 28:52Speaker 2: they need the people, and we're gonna be working with
- 28:55Speaker 2: you very carefully on that. So farmer will come in
- 28:57Speaker 2: with a letter concerning certain people saying they're great, they're
- 29:01Speaker 2: working hard. We're gonna slow it down a little bit
- 29:05Speaker 2: for them, and then we're gonna ultimately bring them back.
- 29:08Speaker 2: They'll go out, they're gonna come back as legal workers. Okay, yes, sir,
- 29:13Speaker 2: thank you, which I think will be a I think
- 29:15Speaker 2: it's very important too.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Okay, thank you very much. Great job, Jamus, what you
- 29:20Speaker 1: tested by for the last Yeah, you took a couple
- 29:22Speaker 1: of the year or every night at three o'clock in
- 29:24Speaker 1: the morning, you did. Thank you very much.
- 29:29Speaker 18: It's just what I like to do for fun, sir.
- 29:32Speaker 18: You've been keeping us very busy. Last week you started
- 29:35Speaker 18: a re ordering of international trade, something that hasn't happened
- 29:38Speaker 18: for eighty years, something that should have happened decades ago.
- 29:41Speaker 18: And you know that, you've known that for a long time.
- 29:44Speaker 13: That's why you have us all working on this.
- 29:46Speaker 18: You came into an emergency situation where President Biden left
- 29:50Speaker 18: us with a one point two trillion dollar trade episode.
- 29:53Speaker 18: It's the largest of any country in human history, the largest.
- 29:57Speaker 13: So you declared an emergency.
- 29:58Speaker 1: You took out.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Actual the larger in history, right in history. There's never
- 30:03Speaker 2: been anything like what he left us. He left us
- 30:06Speaker 2: a mess. His whole administration was a mess. So go ahead.
- 30:10Speaker 18: So you declared an emergency. You imposed a trade action.
- 30:14Speaker 18: So now you have a terif on the world. It
- 30:16Speaker 18: promotes US manufacturing, it protects US workers, and you've also
- 30:19Speaker 18: given room for negotiation during this time so we can
- 30:22Speaker 18: open export markets for our farmers and other producers and
- 30:26Speaker 18: American workers. And this is why the unions vote for you,
- 30:28Speaker 18: This is why the workers vote for you, This is
- 30:30Speaker 18: why the families want you to be the president, because
- 30:32Speaker 18: you're standing up for American workers in American communities. We've
- 30:35Speaker 18: had countries come in over the past couple of weeks
- 30:38Speaker 18: that represent more than half of global domestic GDP, more
- 30:42Speaker 18: than half. That's who's coming in to talk to you
- 30:45Speaker 18: and to your your advisors about how to have reciprocal trade,
- 30:49Speaker 18: how to have fair trade would have happened about you.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Thank you very much, great job, he lowly lot.
- 30:57Speaker 19: Well, thanks to your fantastic leadership, this amazing cabinet and
- 31:01Speaker 19: the very talented DOSE team. I'm excited to announce that
- 31:05Speaker 19: we anticipate savings in FY twenty six from reduction of
- 31:08Speaker 19: waste and fraud by one hundred and fifty billion dollars.
- 31:12Speaker 19: And I mean, and some of it is just absurd,
- 31:15Speaker 19: like people getting unemployment insurance who haven't been born yet.
- 31:18Speaker 1: I mean, I think anyone can.
- 31:19Speaker 19: Appreciate whether, I mean, come on, that's just crazy.
- 31:25Speaker 1: So you know some of these things.
- 31:27Speaker 19: If people ask me, well, how are you going to
- 31:30Speaker 19: find wasting forward in the government, I'm like, well, actually
- 31:33Speaker 19: just go in any direction, That's how you find it.
- 31:36Speaker 19: It's just it's very common. It's as a military we say.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Target rich environment.
- 31:44Speaker 20: So so I think we're doing a lot of good
- 31:47Speaker 20: in an excellent collaboration with cabinet to achieve these savings,
- 31:52Speaker 20: and it will actually result in better services for the
- 31:54Speaker 20: American people, and then we're going to be spending their
- 31:58Speaker 20: tax dollars in a way that is sent full and
- 32:01Speaker 20: fair and good.
- 32:02Speaker 2: And your people are fantastic infect Hopefully they'll stay around
- 32:06Speaker 2: for the long haul.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I would you'd like to keep as many as weekend.
- 32:08Speaker 2: They're great, smart, sharp, right finding things that nobody would
- 32:13Speaker 2: have thought of, very computer savvy.
- 32:17Speaker 19: Work hard to get that the Trump golf cart operational,
- 32:23Speaker 19: hopefully in the next week or so.
- 32:24Speaker 1: That would be very exciting, really exciting.
- 32:28Speaker 2: It's a pathway to citizenship into the United States. It's
- 32:34Speaker 2: a big deal.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Thank you very much. Great job you, Dan, Thank you, sir.
- 32:38Speaker 9: Thanks to your leadership and setting the mandate of transparency
- 32:41Speaker 9: and accountability across the US government. I'm bringing that transparency
- 32:46Speaker 9: and accountability to the intelligence community first and foremost, to
- 32:49Speaker 9: make sure that you and your cabinet have that real time, relevant,
- 32:54Speaker 9: a political objective intelligence to best inform whether it's negotiations.
- 32:59Speaker 1: For peace, negotiations.
- 33:00Speaker 9: Around tariffs, the great work that you are leading around
- 33:04Speaker 9: the cabinet today. Secondly, working with Department of Homeland Security
- 33:09Speaker 9: and the FBI to increase our information sharing to achieve
- 33:13Speaker 9: your goal of countering the narcotic trafficking and our ability
- 33:19Speaker 9: to go after Cartel is now designated as foreign terrorists.
- 33:22Speaker 1: I met with.
- 33:23Speaker 9: The National Shriff's Association this week, being able to work
- 33:27Speaker 9: to make sure that the information that they are getting
- 33:29Speaker 9: on the ground, that local law enforcement is getting on
- 33:32Speaker 9: the ground, is being fed back up through to our
- 33:34Speaker 9: National counter Terrorism Center, and that we have all of
- 33:37Speaker 9: the federal agencies, state and local law enforcement all on
- 33:41Speaker 9: the same page as we are working to make our
- 33:43Speaker 9: country safe again. And lastly, Sir, as you know, declassification
- 33:48Speaker 9: and rooting out weaponization, politicization of the intelligence community is
- 33:53Speaker 9: a huge priority, you know more than anyone else, the
- 33:56Speaker 9: very dangerous and negative consequences of that. I've got a
- 34:00Speaker 9: long list of things that we're investigating. We have the
- 34:03Speaker 9: best of the best going after this election, integrity being
- 34:07Speaker 9: one of them. We have evidence of how these electronic
- 34:12Speaker 9: voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very
- 34:16Speaker 9: long time and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results
- 34:20Speaker 9: of the votes being cast, which further drives forward your
- 34:24Speaker 9: mandate to bring about paper ballots across the country so
- 34:27Speaker 9: that voters can have faith in the integrity of our elections.
- 34:31Speaker 9: And lastly, we've been scanning. I've had over one hundred
- 34:34Speaker 9: people working around the clock to scan the paper around
- 34:39Speaker 9: our FK Senator Robert F. Kennedy's assassination as well as
- 34:43Speaker 9: Martin Luther King Junior's assassination. These have been sitting in
- 34:47Speaker 9: boxes and storage for decades. They have never been scanned
- 34:50Speaker 9: or seen before. We'll have those ready to release here
- 34:52Speaker 9: within the next few days.
- 34:55Speaker 1: That's great, Bobby, How do you feel about that. That's
- 34:59Speaker 1: very gratified.
- 35:00Speaker 2: That's any close to home when you think I'm thinking
- 35:04Speaker 2: about bobby wedding When that statement's made.
- 35:06Speaker 13: I'm very grateful to this president.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Good dependent you'll let Bobby see some of this because
- 35:15Speaker 2: you know it's very personal stuff.
- 35:18Speaker 1: But it's time. I've asked him.
- 35:20Speaker 9: I've asked him and his responses put it out.
- 35:25Speaker 17: The world needs to know the truth.
- 35:27Speaker 2: And his uncle that's been out and anything that hasn't
- 35:31Speaker 2: been at will they can go to your offices at sea.
- 35:34Speaker 9: Everything that we have within our possession, it's either online
- 35:38Speaker 9: or it's physically at the National Archives and Records Agency.
- 35:42Speaker 9: We also have hunters going out, mister President and looking
- 35:46Speaker 9: in the storage lockers at FBI and CIA and other
- 35:49Speaker 9: agencies specifically to find if there are if there is
- 35:53Speaker 9: anything else that has not been reported. We're actively going
- 35:56Speaker 9: out and trying to search out the truth.
- 35:59Speaker 2: Okay, we want to get it all out. Yes, thank
- 36:03Speaker 2: you very much.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Think you have those you say, mister President.
- 36:07Speaker 21: On behalf of America's manufacturers, I want to thank you
- 36:09Speaker 21: for standing up to the Chinese Communist Party and fighting
- 36:13Speaker 21: for our main streets, for our workers, and for those
- 36:17Speaker 21: that make things in America. I'm out on a Maid
- 36:19Speaker 21: in America manufacturing tour, and as I go across the country,
- 36:23Speaker 21: people are grateful to have a president who's not just
- 36:26Speaker 21: fighting on the tariffs fronts, but to get inflation down,
- 36:28Speaker 21: to create jobs. After Biden destroyed one hundred and ten
- 36:32Speaker 21: thousand manufacturing jobs, and just as last year, you've already
- 36:36Speaker 21: brought back thousands and thousands of manufacturing jobs. So the
- 36:39Speaker 21: American worker is grateful. Main Street is grateful for you.
- 36:43Speaker 21: And at the agency level, we're making sure that manufacturers
- 36:46Speaker 21: have access to the capital they need.
- 36:49Speaker 1: But we can't do that if we're not fighting frauds.
- 36:51Speaker 21: So we've modified our loan applications to have citizenship verification,
- 36:57Speaker 21: to make sure we have birthdays common since principles around
- 37:01Speaker 21: lending that the Biden administration had waived, they waved four
- 37:04Speaker 21: hundred and fifty million dollars of fees in one year.
- 37:07Speaker 21: We're restoring that for the American taxpayer, and the American
- 37:10Speaker 21: taxpayer as tax Day approaches April fifteenth, they need to
- 37:14Speaker 21: know that this cabinet, this administration, and thank you Elon
- 37:17Speaker 21: Musk and Doge for fighting for the American taxpayer to
- 37:20Speaker 21: make sure that their hard earned dollars are well spent,
- 37:24Speaker 21: that they have a return on investment for this country,
- 37:26Speaker 21: and that we're fighting for them just as you are
- 37:29Speaker 21: every single day.
- 37:30Speaker 1: So thank you, mister d Thank you.
- 37:32Speaker 13: Very much, mister President.
- 37:34Speaker 17: We're doing We are working at HHADS to advance ridge
- 37:37Speaker 17: and to make America healthy again. I'm working with Leez
- 37:43Speaker 17: Eldon on to reassess the fluoride rules based upon the
- 37:48Speaker 17: August release by the National Taxasity Program of News Science
- 37:53Speaker 17: that show us a direct inverse correlation between exposure of
- 37:57Speaker 17: floride and iq IS, particularly in children. Lee and I
- 38:03Speaker 17: were in Utah this week Utah to announce the Utah
- 38:06Speaker 17: became the first state in the country. The band's supplemental fluoride.
- 38:11Speaker 17: I'm working with BROOK and governors now in twenty four states.
- 38:18Speaker 17: We're advancing MAHA legislation to get soda pops off of
- 38:24Speaker 17: the food stamp program, off the SNAP program. We've launched
- 38:28Speaker 17: operations store speed to get the bad chemicals out of
- 38:33Speaker 17: MAYBE formula. We're working with governors across the country to
- 38:38Speaker 17: get good food into the school launch programs and to
- 38:41Speaker 17: get rid of food chemical dyes and other bad chemicals
- 38:45Speaker 17: that are in our food. We've shown now that this
- 38:49Speaker 17: directly affects academic performance, violence in the schools, and mental
- 38:54Speaker 17: health as well as physical health. We are working with
- 38:59Speaker 17: governors across the country to sell to sell or bell
- 39:04Speaker 17: to bill legislation to restrict the use of cell phones
- 39:07Speaker 17: and schools, which again dramatically impacts academic performance. Today we
- 39:14Speaker 17: announced dramatic reduction in animal testing at NIH and FDA.
- 39:20Speaker 17: We're going to switch over to AI, which we've now
- 39:23Speaker 17: found is much more precise and identifying the impacts of
- 39:28Speaker 17: toxics in various products. We're working with the Elone who
- 39:33Speaker 17: has done an incredible job to eliminate the redundancies and
- 39:38Speaker 17: to streamline operations at all the health agencies and to
- 39:43Speaker 17: re calibrate our trajectory to your agenda of making America
- 39:49Speaker 17: healthy again. And finally on the CDC has done an
- 39:55Speaker 17: amazing job at getting the measles outbreak under control. Well,
- 40:01Speaker 17: we have about six hundred and eighty cases now in
- 40:03Speaker 17: twenty two stays, compared to the same outbreak in Europe,
- 40:08Speaker 17: which it's one hundred and twenty seven thousand cases.
- 40:11Speaker 13: And thirty seven deaths.
- 40:13Speaker 17: Our numbers in this country have now blatz owed and
- 40:18Speaker 17: I want to thank CDC for that.
- 40:20Speaker 13: And we're trying to refocus the press.
- 40:23Speaker 17: We've had three meansles deaths in this country over twenty years,
- 40:28Speaker 17: and we're trying to refocus the press to get them
- 40:30Speaker 17: to pay attention to the chronic disease epidemic because you've
- 40:33Speaker 17: asked us to. We have now thirty eight percent of
- 40:38Speaker 17: American youth are pre diabetic. This was unknown thirty years ago.
- 40:43Speaker 17: Every child that becomes diabetic there should be a headline
- 40:46Speaker 17: about them. We have one hundred million adults who are
- 40:49Speaker 17: pre diabetic or diabetic, and we have, as you we
- 40:55Speaker 17: have now the autism rates have gone from now most
- 40:59Speaker 17: recent number we think are gonna be about one in
- 41:01Speaker 17: thirty one one and twice, So they're going up again
- 41:07Speaker 17: from one in ten thousand when I was a kid,
- 41:12Speaker 17: and we are going at your direction. We are gonna
- 41:15Speaker 17: know by September. We've launched a massive testing and research
- 41:22Speaker 17: effort that's gonna involve hundreds of scientists from around the world.
- 41:26Speaker 17: By September, we will know what has caused the autism
- 41:29Speaker 17: an epidemic and we'll be able to eliminate those exposures.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Think of that.
- 41:34Speaker 2: So there was one in ten thousand children at autism
- 41:40Speaker 2: and now it's one in thirty one, not thirty one
- 41:44Speaker 2: thousand and thirty one.
- 41:46Speaker 1: That is it.
- 41:47Speaker 2: That's a horrible statistic, isn't it. And there's got to
- 41:51Speaker 2: be something artificial out there that's doing this.
- 41:53Speaker 1: So you think you're gonna have a pretty good idea.
- 41:55Speaker 13: We will know by September.
- 41:57Speaker 2: There will be no bigger news conference and then so
- 42:00Speaker 2: that's it. If you can come up with that answer
- 42:03Speaker 2: where you stop taking something, you stop eating something, or
- 42:07Speaker 2: maybe it's a shot, but something's causing it can't be.
- 42:12Speaker 2: It can't be from ten thousand to can you imagine
- 42:15Speaker 2: that market? That's a big that's a big number. Thank
- 42:19Speaker 2: you very much. You're doing great.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Thank you, Bobby.
- 42:23Speaker 22: Please well, miss President, one of your primary administration goals
- 42:29Speaker 22: is to make sure that we unleash American energy, and
- 42:32Speaker 22: of course the strategy behind that is when we do that,
- 42:35Speaker 22: it helps make up more affordable for all Americans. Energy
- 42:38Speaker 22: isn't just industry, it is the foundation of every other industry,
- 42:42Speaker 22: whether it's food, manufacturing, clothing, transportation. And then also when
- 42:48Speaker 22: we've got the ability to generate and not just the
- 42:50Speaker 22: energy independent, but energy dominant, then we have the opportunity
- 42:53Speaker 22: to sell energy to our friends and allies versus them
- 42:56Speaker 22: buy it from our adversaries. And our adversaries we're funding
- 43:00Speaker 22: terrorism and conflicts against our allies by their oil and
- 43:06Speaker 22: gas sales that we're going through a Swiss chief set
- 43:09Speaker 22: of sanctions. So with your creation of the National Energy
- 43:13Speaker 22: Dominance Council, over the half the people at this table
- 43:16Speaker 22: serve on that everyone that's been engaged, whether it's interactions with.
- 43:20Speaker 13: Negotiations for other countries, with putting.
- 43:23Speaker 22: Sanctions in place that actually work, with cutting deregulation, working
- 43:28Speaker 22: on biofuels, building infrastructure for transportation. There's a whole range
- 43:33Speaker 22: of things that are being tackled. But the outcome of
- 43:36Speaker 22: all that is is that the Biden administration was restricting supply.
- 43:41Speaker 22: You're increasing supply. When you increase supply, then prices start
- 43:44Speaker 22: to come down. And we have a huge opportunity to
- 43:47Speaker 22: do this. Just an interior alone, there's five hundred million
- 43:51Speaker 22: acres of surface, seven hundred million acres of subsurface, and
- 43:54Speaker 22: two point five billion acres of offshore.
- 43:57Speaker 1: And the Biden administration was trying to restrict this so
- 43:59Speaker 1: that you.
- 44:00Speaker 22: Couldn't you know, you couldn't get to timber lease, you
- 44:02Speaker 22: couldn't cut a tree, you couldn't graze a cow, you
- 44:05Speaker 22: couldn't develop oil and gas minerals, and you couldn't develop
- 44:08Speaker 22: the critical minerals we need for our technology, for our
- 44:11Speaker 22: defense industries and to be able to help us win
- 44:15Speaker 22: the AI arms race against China. So we're opening up
- 44:19Speaker 22: this and with your executive orders in your work, we've
- 44:22Speaker 22: on Tuesday, historic Day, you ended the war on beautiful
- 44:26Speaker 22: clean coal, which has been going on since Obama took office.
- 44:30Speaker 22: China gets sixty percent of their electricity from coal. They're
- 44:35Speaker 22: opening up. They've opened up ninety four gigawatts of coal
- 44:39Speaker 22: in the last year as part of this AI arms race.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Ninety four gigawatts.
- 44:42Speaker 22: That's enough for ninety four denvers to be able to
- 44:46Speaker 22: one gigawatt for a metro area like that, it's unheard of.
- 44:49Speaker 22: So we have an opportunity under your leadership to come back.
- 44:53Speaker 22: The Gulf of America had its first offshore lease sale,
- 44:57Speaker 22: which is scheduled for later this year, but that was
- 45:00Speaker 22: the industry loved that because we're now the Gulf of
- 45:02Speaker 22: America is now open for business again and there's as
- 45:06Speaker 22: much as seven billion barrels of oil accessible. Now they've
- 45:12Speaker 22: increased the upside of what they think that is. On
- 45:15Speaker 22: the coal front, the estimate is the financial value of
- 45:18Speaker 22: the coal in America is eight trillion dollars. That was
- 45:22Speaker 22: an asset on the balance sheet that we've now been
- 45:24Speaker 22: put back on again. And of course, in Alaska, with
- 45:26Speaker 22: your separate executive orders to unleash alask energy between Anwar,
- 45:31Speaker 22: the North Slope, the Strategic Patrol and Reserve Alaska, all
- 45:35Speaker 22: of those we've reversed Biden decision. Those are all open
- 45:38Speaker 22: for business again. And all of this is leading to
- 45:41Speaker 22: the investment coming to America. The smart money is coming
- 45:46Speaker 22: to the US. That's why we've got trillions of dollars
- 45:50Speaker 22: of investment that is showing up at the door because
- 45:52Speaker 22: they know if they're going to do manufacturing here, there's
- 45:54Speaker 22: going to be energy to power their plants.
- 45:57Speaker 1: And so again, thank you for your leadership, and thank
- 45:59Speaker 1: you for you're doing very good. Thank you Margo.
- 46:03Speaker 23: Well, mister President, one of the most important things I
- 46:06Speaker 23: believe you'll achieve in your presidency is re ordering the
- 46:10Speaker 23: world in a proper way. For thirty one years, more
- 46:13Speaker 23: than thirty one years now, multiple administrations have allowed the
- 46:15Speaker 23: Chinese to de industrialize this country, to take away jobs
- 46:19Speaker 23: and factories and the pillars of our national strength.
- 46:22Speaker 1: And what you're doing.
- 46:23Speaker 23: Now, I think is a great service to our country
- 46:24Speaker 23: but ultimately to the world, and I want to congratulate
- 46:27Speaker 23: you and your team that's working on that because it
- 46:28Speaker 23: has extraordinary geopolitical implications, as you see from all these
- 46:33Speaker 23: other countries that are now coming here and wanting to
- 46:35Speaker 23: join something that actually it's just crazy to allow these
- 46:37Speaker 23: I mean, basically, we lived in a world where country
- 46:39Speaker 23: company Chinese companies can do whatever they want in America,
- 46:43Speaker 23: but our companies cannot do anything over there unless they
- 46:45Speaker 23: allow it, and even then they steal our stuff and
- 46:47Speaker 23: reverse engineer it, so just reordering all that as dramatic
- 46:51Speaker 23: implications on peace and security of the world.
- 46:53Speaker 1: So we thank you.
- 46:54Speaker 23: An important meeting, thanks to you, is going to happen
- 46:56Speaker 23: on Saturday. For the first time in a long time,
- 46:58Speaker 23: there'll be direct talks between Ambassador wood Cough and a
- 47:01Speaker 23: top level leader in Iran.
- 47:02Speaker 13: We hope that will lead the peace.
- 47:04Speaker 23: You've been very clear what Iran is never going to
- 47:05Speaker 23: have as a nuclear weapon, and I think that's what
- 47:08Speaker 23: led to this meeting, and we'll wait for him to
- 47:09Speaker 23: come back from it, and we're.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Hopeful about that.
- 47:11Speaker 23: I would also say that we are receiving and I
- 47:13Speaker 23: think the Department of Homeland Security can confirm this historic
- 47:17Speaker 23: cooperation from countries all over the world. Number one in
- 47:20Speaker 23: taking back their citizens. Every country in the world has
- 47:22Speaker 23: to take back people that are illegally in another country,
- 47:25Speaker 23: and we have countries that refuse to do it or
- 47:26Speaker 23: we'll kind of ignore our calls. All of them are
- 47:28Speaker 23: doing it. The ones that are not are paying a price.
- 47:31Speaker 23: And we've also found cooperation in other countries that are
- 47:33Speaker 23: willing to take some of these people, some very dangerous criminals.
- 47:36Speaker 23: I know the President El Salvador will be here next week.
- 47:39Speaker 23: Has really been a good friend of the United States
- 47:41Speaker 23: in that regard. These are some of the worst people
- 47:43Speaker 23: you'll ever encounter. And Pam knows this and Christine knows
- 47:47Speaker 23: this from the work they're doing, you know. And one
- 47:51Speaker 23: last point I want to make mister President, and again
- 47:52Speaker 23: it's under your leadership, is actually under your executive order.
- 47:55Speaker 23: If you come to this country as a student, we
- 47:57Speaker 23: expect you to go to class and study and get
- 47:59Speaker 23: a degree. If you come here to like vandalize a library,
- 48:02Speaker 23: take over a campus and do all kinds of crazy things,
- 48:04Speaker 23: you know, we're gonna get rid of these people, and
- 48:06Speaker 23: we're gonna continue to do it. So when we identify
- 48:08Speaker 23: lunatics like these, we take away their student visa.
- 48:11Speaker 13: No one's entitled to a student visa.
- 48:13Speaker 23: The press cover student visas like there's some sort of
- 48:15Speaker 23: birthright now, a student visas like me inviting you into
- 48:18Speaker 23: my home.
- 48:19Speaker 13: If you come into my home and put all.
- 48:20Speaker 17: Kinds of crap on my couch, I'm gonna kick you
- 48:22Speaker 17: out of my house.
- 48:23Speaker 23: And and so you know, that's what we're doing with
- 48:26Speaker 23: our country, thanks to the President. And last but not
- 48:28Speaker 23: these very important development this week, but both Pam and
- 48:30Speaker 23: I were very excited.
- 48:31Speaker 13: The finest higher education.
- 48:33Speaker 23: Institution in the United States, University of Florida, is also
- 48:36Speaker 23: now the national champions and basketball. We hope you'll host
- 48:39Speaker 23: them here soon, mister President Gators they're coming.
- 48:45Speaker 1: Well, thank you very much. You're really doing a great job.
- 48:47Speaker 1: We appreciate it. Any question.
- 48:51Speaker 12: You give up a reaction to today's market broth and
- 48:54Speaker 12: also give us the sense of the next.
- 48:56Speaker 13: Steps with fire.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Well, I haven't shaded it because I've been here for
- 49:00Speaker 2: two and a half hours, so I'll be saying it.
- 49:03Speaker 2: I think Scott wanna aks Scott, you wanna have a
- 49:05Speaker 2: uh statement on that?
- 49:06Speaker 14: Okay, sure, Look uh the uh up to down one
- 49:10Speaker 14: is not a bad ratio or up up ten down
- 49:12Speaker 14: five uh.
- 49:14Speaker 13: And I think as we have.
- 49:17Speaker 14: Talked about, as we go through the queue and settle
- 49:21Speaker 14: with these countries who are gonna bring us their best offers,
- 49:24Speaker 14: you know we will end up uh in they quite
- 49:27Speaker 14: great certainty over the next ninety days on on tariffs.
- 49:31Speaker 14: But we had very good inflation numbers today, oil oils down,
- 49:35Speaker 14: we had a successful bond market, so I don't think
- 49:37Speaker 14: see anything unusual today.
- 49:39Speaker 2: And next steps for China's or well, we'll see what
- 49:43Speaker 2: happens with China.
- 49:44Speaker 1: Who would love to be able to work a deal. Uh.
- 49:50Speaker 2: They've really taken advantage of our country for a long
- 49:52Speaker 2: period of time. They've grouped us off beyond anybody, nobody.
- 49:57Speaker 2: How people stood for it. Sitting in my position is
- 50:01Speaker 2: not even believable. And we're talking about many presidents, not
- 50:05Speaker 2: just a couple. Uh, but they did. And Uh, all
- 50:09Speaker 2: we're doing is putting it back in shape. We're resetting
- 50:11Speaker 2: the table, and I'm sure that we'll be able to
- 50:16Speaker 2: get along very well. I have great respect for President
- 50:18Speaker 2: She's been in a true sense, he's been a friend
- 50:22Speaker 2: of mine for a long period of time, and I think,
- 50:24Speaker 2: uh that we'll end up working out something that's very
- 50:27Speaker 2: good for both countries.
- 50:30Speaker 1: I look forward to it, mister President. China retaliated today
- 50:33Speaker 1: by reducing the number of American films that.
- 50:35Speaker 10: Can be shown there.
- 50:36Speaker 16: What's your reaction to them now targeting cultural explorts from
- 50:40Speaker 16: the United States.
- 50:41Speaker 1: I think I've heard of worse thing. Yes, I so
- 50:51Speaker 1: fung China.
- 50:52Speaker 2: Uh.
- 50:52Speaker 15: The Ukrainians say they have evidence thoughts Chinese soldiers being
- 50:56Speaker 15: found twice.
- 50:56Speaker 1: And full of Russians in Ukraine.
- 50:59Speaker 2: How do you mess are and if so, what does
- 51:02Speaker 2: the US plan on doing to China into how about.
- 51:05Speaker 1: We'll look into it.
- 51:06Speaker 2: But I think beyond that, we're really looking to get
- 51:09Speaker 2: that war stopped. They're losing two thousand, five hundred and
- 51:12Speaker 2: even more than that, UH, young people a week. They're
- 51:16Speaker 2: Russian and they're Ukrainian and not American, but they're h
- 51:19Speaker 2: they're people, and we're seeing if we can get it stopped,
- 51:23Speaker 2: and I.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Think we're making progress.
- 51:24Speaker 2: I appreciate the ballerina who was uh released.
- 51:29Speaker 1: That was uh at the request of a very good
- 51:31Speaker 1: friend of all of ours.
- 51:32Speaker 2: Actually, UH, Dana White called me and he said it's uh.
- 51:38Speaker 2: It's the friend or the relationship of one of the
- 51:41Speaker 2: fighters for UFC or one of the fighters. And Dana
- 51:45Speaker 2: is an incredible guy. And we spoke to President Putin
- 51:48Speaker 2: about it and they made a deal. They released the
- 51:51Speaker 2: young ballerina and she is now out and that was good.
- 51:55Speaker 2: So we appreciate that. We hope that we're gonna be
- 51:57Speaker 2: able to make a deal relatively soon we Russia and
- 52:00Speaker 2: Ukraine to stop the fighting. It's so senseless, it's such
- 52:04Speaker 2: a horrible They would have never happened about what president,
- 52:07Speaker 2: But it did happen, and we were given that card,
- 52:11Speaker 2: and I think we're gonna get it. I think we're
- 52:13Speaker 2: gonna get it. Step we gotta get going. We've got
- 52:15Speaker 2: to get it. We have to move it faster. Likewise,
- 52:17Speaker 2: with the hostages, we're making progress. You know, there's fifty
- 52:23Speaker 2: nine hostages, but only twenty four of them are living.
- 52:27Speaker 2: And that's the way it's been presented to me by
- 52:30Speaker 2: the mothers of some of the dead, mothers and fathers
- 52:34Speaker 2: of some of the dead hostages. And they want the
- 52:37Speaker 2: bodies of their of their baby, as they say, their baby,
- 52:42Speaker 2: their young boys. They want them back as much as
- 52:46Speaker 2: if they were alive.
- 52:47Speaker 1: It's amazing because when I met.
- 52:49Speaker 2: The hostages two weeks ago here, I couldn't believe what
- 52:52Speaker 2: they had to go through, by the way, But when
- 52:54Speaker 2: I met him, they said, yeah, there's fifty nine, but
- 52:58Speaker 2: twenty four are living, and they actually consider I guess
- 53:02Speaker 2: if you're a parent, you do consider it this way,
- 53:04Speaker 2: that the the remainder who were dead, the twenty four
- 53:09Speaker 2: of that alive, the remainder that are dead, they want
- 53:12Speaker 2: them back just as much as they would want them
- 53:14Speaker 2: back if they were alive.
- 53:16Speaker 1: It's really pretty amazing. It's pretty sad.
- 53:19Speaker 2: So, uh, we we're getting close to uh getting them back.
- 53:24Speaker 2: We have a a lot came back. A lot of
- 53:26Speaker 2: people are very grateful.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Uh.
- 53:28Speaker 2: Some came back in pretty bad shape. Some came back
- 53:33Speaker 2: they're okay. I think they're gonna be scarred mentally for
- 53:35Speaker 2: a long time because if you sit down and talk
- 53:39Speaker 2: to them as I have, Uh, what they went through
- 53:41Speaker 2: is incredible.
- 53:42Speaker 1: But we're making progress.
- 53:43Speaker 2: We're dealing with Israel, we're dealing with Amas, and it's uh,
- 53:48Speaker 2: it's a nasty group.
- 53:51Speaker 3: The So how close are you to the first country
- 53:55Speaker 3: coming to actually make a deal with the unicis of
- 53:57Speaker 3: the terrorists as a days.
- 53:58Speaker 2: Mons, Well, I think it's very close. But you know,
- 54:00Speaker 2: we have to have a deal that we like.
- 54:02Speaker 1: We don't want a deal that's going to be a
- 54:04Speaker 1: bad deal.
- 54:04Speaker 2: Or I could I could make every deal in one
- 54:06Speaker 2: day if I wanted to, I could do this in
- 54:09Speaker 2: all in one day.
- 54:10Speaker 1: I could just say here's what we'll do.
- 54:12Speaker 2: And I was saying to the people before, to Scott,
- 54:17Speaker 2: mostly to God and Howard and some of the other
- 54:21Speaker 2: people that work.
- 54:21Speaker 1: With us on the negotiations.
- 54:23Speaker 2: You know, we have a lot of law firms that
- 54:25Speaker 2: have paid me a lot of money in the form
- 54:27Speaker 2: of legal fees. We're going to probably use those firms
- 54:30Speaker 2: too if we can.
- 54:32Speaker 1: I think we can. I'll make a contribution to the country.
- 54:35Speaker 2: But the great firms are the best firms, the biggest,
- 54:38Speaker 2: and really the most prestigious, and we may be using
- 54:42Speaker 2: them to help you guys out, because.
- 54:44Speaker 1: You can need a lot of lawyers.
- 54:45Speaker 2: And I'm not sure Pam's going to be happy if
- 54:47Speaker 2: I say, can you send over about two hundred lawyers
- 54:51Speaker 2: work on trade. She's working on criminal stuff and I
- 54:54Speaker 2: think that's going to be her focus more than anything else.
- 54:56Speaker 1: So we'll find out we can do that.
- 54:58Speaker 2: But we have a lot of lawyers that you've been
- 54:59Speaker 2: reading about where they paid one hundred million dollars a
- 55:03Speaker 2: firm on average. Now we have the final four or
- 55:08Speaker 2: five or at one hundred and twenty five million dollars.
- 55:10Speaker 1: So I have a lot of legal fees.
- 55:12Speaker 2: I can give it to you people, and we might
- 55:14Speaker 2: as well use them. Hopefully I won't need that many
- 55:17Speaker 2: legal fees or that much. I may, who knows after
- 55:21Speaker 2: it ends, after we leave, maybe I'll need it. But
- 55:24Speaker 2: if I do, it's not going to be very pleasant.
- 55:27Speaker 2: So I think we're going to try to use these
- 55:30Speaker 2: these very prestigious verbs to help us out with the trade,
- 55:34Speaker 2: because you know, we have a lot of countries, but
- 55:36Speaker 2: we want to make deals that are proper for the
- 55:38Speaker 2: United States, not just we can make deals easily.
- 55:40Speaker 1: We want to make them proper.
- 55:41Speaker 22: As president, if you aren't able to reach the deals
- 55:44Speaker 22: that you want to see at the end of the
- 55:46Speaker 22: ninety days, will you put those higher tariffs in place, or.
- 55:49Speaker 1: Will you explained, well, that's what would happen.
- 55:50Speaker 2: I mean, if we can't make the deal that we
- 55:53Speaker 2: want to make or we have to make or that's
- 55:56Speaker 2: you know, good for both parties. It's got to be
- 55:58Speaker 2: good for both parties. You wouldn't then we'd go back
- 56:00Speaker 2: to where we.
- 56:01Speaker 16: Were, go back to the numbers that you wuld down
- 56:03Speaker 16: this last cl I think, so wouldn't extend the pause?
- 56:05Speaker 1: Yeh uh. We'll have to see what happens at that time.
- 56:08Speaker 5: It's just for you said yesterday you were considering some
- 56:11Speaker 5: exceptions for companies.
- 56:12Speaker 16: And you talk about what you're considering and and also
- 56:15Speaker 16: others or that if you substantially lower is the same.
- 56:19Speaker 10: Now we're really going to be used or is that
- 56:22Speaker 10: tossed out?
- 56:22Speaker 1: Uh?
- 56:23Speaker 2: I'm not considering now for any UH country or company,
- 56:28Speaker 2: but it's possible that I would, but I'm not.
- 56:31Speaker 1: I d I. We don't have that situation right now.
- 56:33Speaker 2: People understand where we are what we're going to do,
- 56:36Speaker 2: but it could happen. You know, it's called flexibility. You
- 56:39Speaker 2: have to have certain flexibility.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Is there really what are you're planning on use of
- 56:43Speaker 1: the money that you're jug resident do.
- 56:46Speaker 2: The cherist wall UH, paying down national debt, UH, reducing taxes,
- 56:53Speaker 2: creating good budgets, helping Christy with the UH border and
- 56:58Speaker 2: all of the other things we built. H I built
- 57:00Speaker 2: hundreds of miles of wall, as people now understand, five
- 57:04Speaker 2: hundred and seventy one miles of border wall and the
- 57:06Speaker 2: first administration.
- 57:08Speaker 1: But we're going to.
- 57:09Speaker 2: Beef it up and we're going to add more. And
- 57:13Speaker 2: you know, the numbers are incredible. Really, the numbers are
- 57:16Speaker 2: what's what's taking place. We had great numbers, but these
- 57:19Speaker 2: numbers are topping my last administration. And Christie and Tom
- 57:23Speaker 2: Homan have done an amazing job. But you know, it's
- 57:26Speaker 2: an expensive process. This weekend where they used to have
- 57:30Speaker 2: hundreds of thousands of people standing there pouring through the
- 57:32Speaker 2: border in Tijuana, Mexico.
- 57:35Speaker 1: This weekend they had nobody.
- 57:38Speaker 2: You had a man sweeping this massive piece of concrete,
- 57:43Speaker 2: which is you know the area where there's massive and
- 57:48Speaker 2: I've looked at that. During the Biden administration, you couldn't
- 57:52Speaker 2: see a piece of that concrete. There were so many
- 57:54Speaker 2: people on it. You couldn't if you if.
- 57:57Speaker 1: You had a helicopter shots, you couldn't see concrete.
- 57:59Speaker 2: Now, well, uh, this weekend, you had nobody there but
- 58:03Speaker 2: a man with a broom sweeping it and cleaning it up.
- 58:06Speaker 2: Pretty amazing. That's it's really an amazing job. But it
- 58:09Speaker 2: will be used for that. It'll be used for a
- 58:11Speaker 2: lot of things. It'll be used by the Department of
- 58:14Speaker 2: Justice for for doing a great job. Pam is doing
- 58:18Speaker 2: a fantastic job. So it's gonna be used for a
- 58:20Speaker 2: lot of different things.
- 58:24Speaker 1: Is that a base, it's a baseline.
- 58:26Speaker 10: Can can countries negotiate that.
- 58:29Speaker 1: To bring that depends on what they're adding.
- 58:30Speaker 2: You know, some countries have we have massive deficits with
- 58:34Speaker 2: or they have big surpluses with US, and others.
- 58:37Speaker 1: It's not that way, So it depends. That's why it's
- 58:40Speaker 1: really all, they're all different. Every country is different.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Some have, uh, certain advantages that others don't have, and
- 58:48Speaker 2: certain things. We have some China as a surplus of
- 58:52Speaker 2: a trillion dollars, I mean, the numbers are crazy, and
- 58:58Speaker 2: others have basically no surpluses. You know, we have some
- 59:02Speaker 2: that are pretty even. But they heard us in other
- 59:05Speaker 2: ways and we just want to get that taken care of.
- 59:07Speaker 2: So it's everyone is a little bit different, but.
- 59:12Speaker 9: As one block or individual nations for the trick of
- 59:16Speaker 9: the tarifs.
- 59:17Speaker 1: Uh, we're looking at it as one block.
- 59:20Speaker 2: Uh. They've been very tough, but they were very smart.
- 59:23Speaker 2: They were ready to announce retaliation, and then they heard
- 59:28Speaker 2: about what we did with respect to China and others,
- 59:31Speaker 2: but China, and they said, you know, we're gonna hold
- 59:34Speaker 2: back a little bit.
- 59:36Speaker 1: They decided to hold back. I thought they were very smart.
- 59:39Speaker 2: Look, the EU is very smart, but they really have
- 59:42Speaker 2: taken advantage of the United States.
- 59:44Speaker 1: Say they were formed for the purpose of taking advantage
- 59:48Speaker 1: of the United States.
- 59:49Speaker 2: And I don't blame them, and I don't blame China.
- 59:52Speaker 2: I don't blame anybody. I blame the people that were
- 59:54Speaker 2: sitting at that desk and that other beautiful Oval office
- 59:58Speaker 2: for allowing it to happen. Many present against that blame.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: They should have never allowed it to happen. And I'm
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: doing something that a lot of them wouldn't want to do.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: But I'm here. I do those things, and we're going
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: to make this country great again.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: We were, we were taking advantage of it by almost everybody.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: I sat back in the last administration. I would actually
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: read him.
- 1:00:19Speaker 13: I don't have to read him.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: I know him so well. I would read some of
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: these documents that were signed deals, and I said, who
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: would do a deal like this? Who would do? You've
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: seen an elone. I'd look at deals where it's so
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: one sided.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: Even we have a deal with Japan, and we get
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: along great with Japan, and we had the Prime Minister here.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: It was fantastic. As you know.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: Abbi was great, Shinzo was great. He was a good
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: friend of mine. Unfortunately no longer with us. But we
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: defend them, but they don't have to defend us. I said,
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: that doesn't sound too good. But we have a deal,
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: the defense deal. We pay hundreds of billions of dollars
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: to defend that. But if for any re those we
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: pay all the money they don't pay anything, but if
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: we're ever attacked, they don't have to do a thing
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: to protect us.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: They said, well, that sounds like a wonderful deal.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: So I just that's just one out of thousands, And
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: I just wonder who did this, And it's people that
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: either hate our country or didn't care an expression that
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: you use.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: I think it's really a lot of them didn't care.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: They just it's just hard to believe how bad they are.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Now that's a little bit of a defensive deal, but
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: I'm talking about trade deal.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: It's the same thing. They're so bad you would.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: Say, help come And even when I renegotiate, like i'd
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: go to a country, they'd give me everything I asked for.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: I said, why didn't somebody ask for it? Like originally
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: they give me everything.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: I think when when they were negotiating, they didn't care,
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: or they didn't ask, or they were shy, or.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: They were very stupid, or they hate our country. Yeah,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: go ahead.
- 1:02:08Speaker 22: You you were.
- 1:02:08Speaker 13: Speaking about Japan.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: Can you clar apply what.
- 1:02:11Speaker 13: Your vision is for usc L.
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: You referenced it yesterday, Yeah, question about what you actually wanted.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: Sure, Look, US steel is gonna do very well now
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: because of tariff's and I don't know why they even
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: need to deal. But the only thing is US Steel.
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: If you go back the eighty or ninety years, that
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: was a behemoth in this That was our biggest, most y.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: We were If we were around, we would have been
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: very proud of it. Today we have different types of
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: companies that are big.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: G Google. It's not the same as US.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: Steel, and I love I loved gig Google, and I
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: got to like the people that run it, very capable people.
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: They didn't like me so much in the first administration,
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: but they liked me a lot now. I don't know
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: what happened m but I like 'em. But you know,
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: I think they would be the first to admit when
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: I envisioned You look at some of those steel factories
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: from ninety years ago. We were it was a different
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: kind of a country, but they were miles long. Today
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: you see just empty hulks. Those hulks are going to
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: be filled up person because of what I'm doing with tariffs.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: It was a different kind of thing. But if I
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: didn't do that.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: In the first term, my first term, if I didn't
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: put tariffs on, we would have because China and others
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: were dumping steel, billions of dollars of steel. Our steel
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: companies were all closing every fact we wouldn't have one
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: steel plant open.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: And now we have a steel in that's doing very well.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: But soon it's going to be thriving, really thriving, and
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: those factories are going to be filled up. But more importantly,
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: they're going to build brand new ones, new core and
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: so many other companies call me Newcourt being a big
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: steel company. They're building massive new steel plants and it's great.
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: And likewise, car companies, we have many, many car companies
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: that three of them.
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: I'm not looking gonna hurt Mexico and I like Bacon.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: And by the way, I think the new president is
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: a terrific person, a fantastic woman.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: We've had many conversations.
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: She's a very elegant, Uh, just a fantastic person, and
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: she's she's.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: Been very nice, very very nice. But uh, I'm not
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: looking to hurt them.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: But we have three car plants that were under construction
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: in Mexico. They stopped constructing, and now they're gonna build
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: in the United States because of tariffs. See, we should
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: have never let this happen because whoever it was that
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: was president at the time. We lost ninety thousand plants
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: and factories since NAFTA. Ninety thousand. It's not believable. How
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: about that, Laura. You know you're in that sort of
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: a world of factories and plants, construction jobs. Right, we're
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: gonna bring them all back, But think of it from
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: that period of time, which isn't so long ago we lost.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: I said the other day, if you had a map
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: on a big wall like this, and if you had
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: pins ninety thousand, I don't know if you'd have enough.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: I don't think you'd have enough room in the map
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: to put the pins ninety thousand factories that we've lost
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: since NAFTA. And it's not even about six million jobs. Really,
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: I think probably a lot more than that. But they
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: say six million jobs. We're going to bring many of
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: that back.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: Money.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: I think we're going to bring more than more than
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: all of it back. We're going to bring we're going
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: to be better and stronger than ever before. But if
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: a president when they were leaving said look, you can leave,
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: but if you're going to build a factory someplace else,
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: and you think you're going to come and sell your
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: steel or your car or any product that you make,
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: your pharmaceuticals.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: Which we're going to do. We're going to get them
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: all back.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: But if you think you're going to just all they
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: had to do is say this, and they wouldn't have left.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: You know, I said it the other day.
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: I said it with respect to I made a speech
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: a year ago, and I told them if I went,
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: we're gonna charge a big, big tariff at the border.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: And people were thinking about building in Mexico a car plant,
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: and they said, we're gonna have a big tariff. So
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: if you wanna build a car, you're gonna have to
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: pay twenty five percent more than the cost of that car.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: You're gonna have to pay twenty five percent tariff at
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: the border. They would have never left. They could have
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: kept everybody if a president said, if you leave this country,
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: you leave Michigan, you live Detroit, you leave any any
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: of the anybody any of our states.
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: Because to me, the role the same.
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: I love them all, I love them all, well, I
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: probably want them all, but they say I want most
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: of them.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: I probably I think I want them all. But that's okay.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: But all you had to say to you with the
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: president is if you leave and you think you're gonna
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: now fire all those workers, leave all that you know,
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: everything behind, and you're gonna build in another country and
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: sell it any and know you're not going to You're
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: gonna pay fifty.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: Percent or one hundred. They would have never left.
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: And all you had to say, Marco is rut. All
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: you have to say, very simply is you don't have
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: to write it down. All you have to do is
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: say it verbally. If you leave, you're gonna pay one
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: hundred percent tariff. If we don't leave, they would have
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: never left. But they left ninety thousand plants. I mean,
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: I start to believe that many it's you can't envision it.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: So just getting back to your you know, because I'm
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: the great.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Weaver of all times. To weave you have to be
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: a genius to go on tangents.
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: Anybody can do that. But we'll get back to your original.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: US Steel. US Steel is is a big name in
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: this country. You know, It's bay Ruth is a big name.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: We have a lot of big names, but not too many.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: US Steel is one of the great names in the
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: history of our country.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: And normally I wouldn't mind so much.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: I wouldn't be thrilled whether it but to buy for
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: a foreign country, and we love Japan, but for a
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: foreign country to buy that cherished USCO brand, that's hard
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: for me to do it me somebody else, somebody else
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: may want it. The company Nippon that's involved with it
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: is a big, powerful company, do a good job.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: But why can't they just build a plant themselves?
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: I mean, why do they have to, you know, take
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: us So, as you know, I rejected the deal. Now
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: they've come back in a different form. They're coming back
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: as an investor, and you know, I feel better about that,
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: I guess, but you know, I know them very well.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: I know they're thinking, that's the investor will invest in
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: somebody else maybe is sitting in this chair, and they
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: will no longer have an investment to have the whole thing.
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: And that's the way it works. Very smart, they're very
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: very smart people. We're dealing with very smart people throughout
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: the world, great geniuses.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: Actually, Look what they've done to our country.
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: And again I don't blame China, I don't blame anybody.
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: If I could have done it, if I were in
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: that position, I'd have great respect.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: I have great respect for the people.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: They ripped off the United States, and all we had
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: to do is have a president that knew what the
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: hell was going on, and none of those countries would
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: have left those companies. None of them would have left. So, uh,
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: that's a little lesson in basic business. And it's really
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: basic business. It's not complicated business. It's a very basic business.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: And we'd have every one of those car plants going
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: just the way they were thirty years ago.
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: None of them would have left, but now they're coming back.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: Harman has confirmed that four hundred million dollars went to
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: fake people from umployment bents.
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: I think it's terrible. I just heard it from Laurie
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: and I appreciate it. And you heard it from Elon's people, right,
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: that's right. Uh, Elon's done a fantastic job. Look he's
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: sitting here, and I don't care. I don't need Elon
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: for anything other than.
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: I happened to like them.
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: But I'm telling this guy, this guy did a fantastic job.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: I don't need his car.
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: I actually bought one because and they said, oh, did
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: you get a bargain? No, I said, give me the
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: top price. I paid a lot of money for that car.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: But honestly, he makes He makes a great car.
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: You know what I do with it.
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: I let the people in the office drive around in it,
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: Bargo and Natalie and they're all Chamberlain. They're all driving
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: on the most beautiful car. They It's gorgeous. But I
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: did that as a sign up, just a show of support.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: Numerous people have done that, just a show of support,
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: cause you know, he's done a fantastic job, but he
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: hasn't been treated properly. Hasn't been treated properly.
- 1:10:44Speaker 16: Yeah, your communications with China as president, she reached out at.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: All since Well, I don't want to say who's reached out.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: I just say that I think I think it's gonna
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: work out hopefully.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Well, they're very big. It's hard to get over it
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: if you're me. What they've done to our country.
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: They've destroyed our economic base to a large extent. The
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: good news is we're very vibrant and we're going to
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: get it back fast.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: We already have.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: Look, we're making two billion dollars a day now and
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: during Biden, we were losing three billion dollars a day.
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: Biden was a disaster. He was the worst president in
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: the history.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: Of our country.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: And you know, to me, worse than that, because the
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: money you can make if you have the right guy
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: in this position. Worse than that was what we have
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: to what they did on the border by allowing the
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: jails of the world, not South America, all over the
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: world to be opened up, so that we take everybody
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: from Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, the bad ones. They
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: opened up their jails and they dumped them in.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: The United States. And now there's beautiful young woman who
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: seems to be boy.
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: She loves what she does. So I think she loves
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: what she does because she's on the patriots. She hates
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: to see it, and Tom and all the people. But
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: for us to spend you know, hundreds of billions of
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: dollars to this is just I don't know either. Again,
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: they either hated the country, who would do this, Who
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: would want millions of people to pour through an open border.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: We have no idea who the hell they are, and
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: just walk right through and half of them, whether you
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: like it or not, you could look at them and
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: you could say they are not going to help us.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: These are some rough people.
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: But they'd empty out their jails and then empty out
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: their mental institutions. Insane asylums and they let them into
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: the United States of America. And inflation we can fix,
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: and all of the other things we can fix.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: We'll get it going.
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: But this is something, it's such a horrible thing, and
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: it's really hard. You know, we have to do deportations. Now,
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: we're doing self deportation. We're coming up with all sorts
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: of ideas, and they must have known it's not gonna
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: work out well. And you know, we want people to
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: come into our country, by the way, we need them
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: badly for the jobs, but we want them to come
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: in legally.
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: They have to come in legally. They have to show
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: that they can love our country.
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: Thank you very much, everybody, Thank you very much, thank.
- 1:13:31Speaker 24: You, thank you, thank you very much.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: Nobody's ever press insteti expla o
