Jacksonville State’s kicker Garrison Rippa just earned Conference USA’s Preseason Special Teams Player of the Year honors — and he’s not just getting noticed, he’s dominating. Last season, he was a first-team All-Conference pick, delivering clutch game-winners including a buzzer-beating field goal against Sam Houston and a 45-yarder to clinch bowl eligibility.
