• 0:37
Speaker 1: So let's talk about how you can make that happen.
• 0:41
Speaker 1: Welcome to the Mind your Time podcast.

• 1:09
Speaker 1: So grab a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage and let's dive in.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: I am so excited because spring is almost here.
• 1:18
Speaker 1: It's one of my favorite seasons and I don't know about you, but I am ready for more sunshine, fresh, warmer air and that feeling of renewal as we can shed all the winter outer clothing.
• 1:33
Speaker 1: There's just something about this time of the year made that it really makes you want to reset, declutter and create space for something better, and the subject of the majority of the emails that I've received over the past few weeks.
• 1:48
Speaker 1: They all have something to do with spring From spring decor ideas to new spring drinks, new spring food items on the menu, new spring styles, mini spring specials.
• 2:00
Speaker 1: I think you get the point.
• 2:01
Speaker 1: Everyone has spring fever.
• 2:05
Speaker 1: But let me ask you something when was the last time you spring cleaned your business?
• 2:15
Speaker 1: If you are currently feeling buried under digital clutter, you're drowning in emails or you're constantly searching for files instead of doing the work that actually grows your business, then you already know this isn't just inconvenient, it's draining you, you're frustrated, it's costing you time, energy and it's blocking your progress.
• 2:34
Speaker 1: And I get it because I've been there.
• 2:36
Speaker 1: I mean, I remember one time that a client really needed a document and I knew I had saved it, but the question was where was it?
• 2:44
Speaker 1: I had saved it, but the question was, where was it?
• 2:46
Speaker 1: I had no idea, so I spent 20 minutes searching, digging through folders, scrolling through emails, retracing my steps, and I found it in the wrong place.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: So as I was going through that process, I realized I wasn't doing the work that actually mattered, and that was a light bulb aha moment for me, because then I realized I needed a real system for the way I stored files, not just another quick fix.
• 3:17
Speaker 1: So that moment when you're scrambling to find a file that a client wants and they're waiting for it, or you open your inbox and you know it's overflowing with things that you don't have time to deal with, that endless loop of spending hours on things that really should only take you minutes, you're in a state of chaos where you're doing the work, but it's harder than it actually needs to be, and that's exactly why we're going to shake things up a little bit today.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: Now, before we get into how you can implement some more long-term solutions to fix this problem, I want to give you a small win, something you can do right now to shift your energy.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: I call it a 10 minute digital reset challenge, and it's going to help you clear just enough space so that you can breathe and see the forest through the trees.
• 4:12
Speaker 1: So if you accept this challenge, you're going to experience what's possible when you take control of your business.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: So here's what you're going to do.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: First thing is set a timer for just 10 minutes, because we're not going to turn this into an all day project.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: Yes, 10 minutes is all you need.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: Second, I want you to open up your phone and delete five apps that you haven't used in the past six months.
• 4:42
Speaker 1: If you don't use it, it's just taking up space, so get rid of it.
• 4:46
Speaker 1: The next thing I want you to do is open up your laptop and empty your downloads folder.
• 4:56
Speaker 1: Trash what you don't need Now.
• 4:59
Speaker 1: I know that this is going to give some of you anxiety.
• 5:03
Speaker 1: You might be one of those people who likes to hold on to everything, so what I want you to do is start deleting anything that is more than two years old, and if you've already used it or you forgot why you even saved it, it's time to let it go.
• 5:22
Speaker 1: Next, open your inbox.
• 5:26
Speaker 1: I want you to look at someone you're getting emails from that you never read, pick five people and unsubscribe from that email list.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: That's it 10 minutes, a few simple steps, but you'll get immediate relief and when you're done, I want to hear about it.
• 5:47
Speaker 1: I want to hear how you feel.
• 5:50
Speaker 1: Take a screenshot of your cleaned up home screen, or even your inbox, and post it in Instagram stories and tag me at the underscore Shannon Baker.
• 5:58
Speaker 1: Or, if you don't want to put your chaos on display, I can understand that Just DM me.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: Tell me how it felt to complete this challenge, because I guarantee you, once you experience how much lighter you feel after just 10 minutes of cleanup, you're going to want more of that feeling because you're going to like the way those endorphins feel.
• 6:18
Speaker 1: And that's just a small reset, but it's proof that small steps make a huge difference.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: But it's proof that small steps make a huge difference.
• 6:27
Speaker 1: So imagine what's possible when you apply this same strategy or technique to your entire business, because that is exactly what we do inside of the Mighty Society membership.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: The time that you spend trying to fix this alone, on your own, it's time that you could be using to grow your business, and the longer you wait to address this, the more you're going to stay stuck in that same frustrating cycle.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: Because this reset it's a great start, but it's not a real solution.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: Really, it's kind of like you wipe down your kitchen counter when you know you really need to deep clean your kitchen.
• 7:06
Speaker 1: It helps a little, but it doesn't solve the problem long term.
• 7:10
Speaker 1: So if you want to stop feeling like you're constantly putting out fires in your business and actually get things under control, you need more than just a little reset.
• 7:19
Speaker 1: You need a real system, a process, a way to make sure that, once you get things in order, the mess and chaos doesn't creep back in and overtake you again.
• 7:31
Speaker 1: And this is where I want you to ask yourself a couple of things.
• 7:33
Speaker 1: We're going to do a quick check.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: If you answer yes to even one of these questions, then the Mighty Society membership is just what you need to help you solve this problem.
• 7:44
  Speaker 1: So you ready?
• 7:45
Speaker 1: Okay, tell me, do you spend more than 10 minutes a day searching for files or emails?
• 7:53
  Speaker 1: Yes or no?
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Do you feel like your inbox is controlling your day instead of the other way around?
• 8:01
  Speaker 1: Yes or no?
• 8:02
Speaker 1: Do you keep telling yourself you're going to fix your back office later, but it never happens?
• 8:09
  Speaker 1: Yes or no?
• 8:11
Speaker 1: Do you feel like your business is running you instead of you running it?
• 8:16
  Speaker 1: Yes or no?
• 8:18
Speaker 1: So, if you nodded along and said yes to all four or just one of these questions.
• 8:26
Speaker 1: That's exactly why you need to be inside the Mighty Society membership.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: It is time for you to stop working harder just to survive and stay afloat, instead of struggling with the same problems next month.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: I want you to imagine waking up tomorrow knowing exactly where everything is.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: Your emails are under control, you're no longer wasting time looking for stuff.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: That's what happens when you have the right systems in place.
• 8:50
Speaker 1: Now, I totally get that.
• 8:53
Speaker 1: You have put this off for so long because you have absolutely no idea where to even get started.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: So if you are motivated and ready to make some changes after you've completed that 10 minute digital reset challenge, then you are going to love what is coming next.
• 9:10
Speaker 1: Inside of the Mighty Society membership is the spring cleaning challenge.
• 9:15
Speaker 1: It's actually an audio challenge pretty similar to the challenge that was in this episode, and because you're listening to this podcast, I think you're gonna like that.
• 9:25
Speaker 1: This is something you can listen to and accomplish a lot.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: So the daily prompts in that challenge provide you with a clear, step-by-step process to help you fix the mess in your back office once and for all.
• 9:38
Speaker 1: I mean I want you to think about finally feeling in control of your business instead of being buried under it.
• 9:44
Speaker 1: So, inside that challenge, it really.
• 9:48
Speaker 1: It goes beyond just, you know, wiping the surface, beyond decluttering.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: It's going to help you organize your logins, your passwords and client information, so you are never locked out of the tools that you need.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: You're going to create a streamlined inbox that actually works for you instead of running your day.
• 10:04
Speaker 1: You're going to create a streamlined inbox that actually works for you instead of running your day.
• 10:06
Speaker 1: You're going to fix areas where you're losing time by creating simple workflows that keep your business running smoothly, but without the chaos.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: And, most importantly, you're going to be able to create a system that works for you so it's built to last.
• 10:20
Speaker 1: So if you've been waiting for the right time to get organized, my friend, this is your sign that now is a time for you to take action, because the moment that you sign up, you're going to get instant access to that spring cleaning challenge so you can create a clear roadmap and know exactly where to start.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: There's no guesswork, no overwhelm, just a step-by-step path to getting your business in order.
• 10:47
Speaker 1: So, if you're ready, go to theshannonbakercom forward slash membership and get instant access to the challenge, along with a full suite of other resources inside of the Mighty Society.
• 11:01
Speaker 1: Now you may also be thinking Shannon, it sounds great, but I don't have time for this right now.
• 11:07
Speaker 1: Well, let's reframe how you think about this and how you look at it.
• 11:11
Speaker 1: You're already spending hours every week dealing with this mess.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: The time you spend searching for files, cleaning up last minute problems, putting out fires and managing things manually, it's already costing you time, and time is costing you money.
• 11:29
Speaker 1: So imagine what would happen if you redirected that time, energy and resources into actually fixing the problem.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: Or if you're thinking yeah, well, that sounds good, but I can figure this out later.
• 11:45
Speaker 1: Well, my friend, I know you've told yourself that before, so stop lying to yourself.
• 11:49
  Speaker 1: Be honest.
• 11:50
Speaker 1: Has it ever actually happened?
• 11:52
Speaker 1: No, the reality is, if you don't prioritize this right now, you're going to keep putting it off and nothing is going to change.
• 12:01
Speaker 1: Well, actually, it will change.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: It's just going to get worse.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: Now if you're thinking well, I don't know if it's worth me making this investment.
• 12:12
Speaker 1: Well, think about this.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: How much is your time worth If you're spending even 30 minutes a day in a disorganized frenzy?
• 12:22
  Speaker 1: That's over 180 hours per year, no-transcript.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: And if you're still wondering if this will make a difference, I want you to hear from someone who has experienced this firsthand.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: I know it's easy to think it sounds great, but will it really work for me?
• 12:46
Speaker 1: Well, imani thought that too before she joined the Mighty Society membership.
• 12:52
Speaker 1: So here's what she had to say about her experience inside.
• 12:56
Speaker 2: I am Imani Guy, ceo of May New Marketing, and I wanted to come on here and shout out Shannon Baker of TSB Management Solutions.
• 13:03
Speaker 2: I had the amazing opportunity to be a part of her NYT Society membership and this program has really been instrumental in my growth as an entrepreneur.
• 13:14
Speaker 2: I always told Shannon when I first became an entrepreneur, I googled how do you start a business and it told me LLC, ein website, but it didn't speak about the importance of having an efficient back office operations and automating your system so that you don't have to focus on them as much.
• 13:31
Speaker 2: This membership allowed me to do just that.
• 13:35
Speaker 2: Not only did it give me the platforms, but the information.
• 13:38
Speaker 2: It also allowed me to talk to Shannon to see how can I build a foundation now for the success I see in the future, and that's one of the biggest things I learned the success of your business starts with the foundation you lay it on.
• 13:50
Speaker 2: So I highly recommend this membership program to entrepreneurs, no matter the level you're on.
• 13:56
Speaker 1: Now, imani's experience isn't unique, but it does show you what happens when you finally stop piecing things together or flying by the seat of your pants and you start building a real foundation for your business with systems.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: The only difference between where you are now and where she is is she made an intentional decision to fix it, and that decision is right in front of you too.
• 14:22
Speaker 1: So you have a choice to make.
• 14:24
Speaker 1: But let's take a moment to bring this all together.
• 14:28
Speaker 1: Right now, you're stuck in a cycle of disorganization, losing time, feeling overwhelmed and constantly putting out fires in your business.
• 14:36
Speaker 1: Right, but you got a taste of how much a simple 10 minute reset, how much a difference that can make.
• 14:44
Speaker 1: But let's be real, that is just a quick fix.
• 14:49
Speaker 1: What you really need is a system that keeps your business running smoothly without you constantly having to clean up messes, and that's exactly what you can create inside of the Mighty Society membership, especially if you start with the Spring Cleaning your Business Challenge, because, again, it's not just about cleaning the surface or decluttering.
• 15:11
Speaker 1: It's about building a back office that supports your growth, helps you take control of your time and finally gives you the space you need to focus on what truly matters in your personal life and in your business.
• 15:22
Speaker 1: Now, if you want a full breakdown of exactly what's inside of the Mighty Society and how it can help you, go back and listen to the previous episode.

Speaker 1: So again, this is your sign Stop waiting, take control of your time.
• 16:14

• 16:14

Speaker 1: This isn't about organizing just for the sake of organizing.
• 16:37
Speaker 1: It's about creating a space for growth.
• 16:40
Speaker 1: It's about stepping into the role of CEO in your business, because your business needs you to step into that role.
• 16:47
Speaker 1: So that decision is in front of you.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: So are you going to take control or are you going to continue to let this organization control you?
• 16:55
Speaker 1: I already know the answer, so I can't wait to see you inside of the membership.
