- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: I am here, not in my regular studio, but where I do my work day to day because I have a very important episode for you.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: And I want to talk about something that I see people do at this time of year every single year and how it absolutely kills the momentum.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: It kills everything around them and it really holds them back, especially gearing up into the new year.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: But whether you're watching this right now, it's the end of October as I'm recording this.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: But if you're watching this early in the new year, the same thing can be applied for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: It's just that people especially do this at this time of year.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: So at this time of year, right, when there's the last like two, three months of the year, people do this very dangerous, sneaky thing.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: And they start saying things like, I'm gonna wait until 2027.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: You know, after the holidays, in January, in the new year.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: And this absolutely kills your momentum because if you think about it, you've been building so much incredible momentum all year.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: We're now, you know, end of October, early November, even December.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: And there is so much that can happen for you in 30 days, in 60 days.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: But what happens is when you completely write off the year, as so many people do, you end up dropping off all of that momentum that you had.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: And then when January rolls around, you feel like you're starting fresh, but that starting fresh also feels overwhelming.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: I have so many of my clients who come to me in January and been like, well, I just took a month off, two months off, I killed all my momentum.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: Now I have to start from zero.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: And so while it can feel fresh for maybe a week or two, it also feels like, oh my gosh, I have to start this from scratch.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: And when we think about the physics of this, right?
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: An object at rest stays at rest, an object in motion stays in motion, which means it is so much easier to keep compounding your momentum when the ball is rolling than to let the ball fully slow down and come to a halt and then need to start it up again, right?
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: It requires so much push, so much force to get something rolling that if you were to just not drop the ball and not drop the momentum for the end of the year, you would slingshot yourself into 2027, have so much momentum, be compounding so much that the 2027 would be extraordinary.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: Now, a lot of people get confused when I talk about this because they think, well, are you saying I need to push and grind over the holidays that I don't, you know, I can't take time to rest or slow down?
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: And that's not what I'm saying at all.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: I am someone who very much enjoys the holidays.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: Like November 1st.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: I'm like a early November, November 1st, put up the Christmas tree type of person.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: I had my birthday in December.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: I love Christmas, I love the holidays, I love everything festive about it.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: I love the Christmas markets, I love hot chocolate.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Like I love it all.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: I'm not interested in, you know, not enjoying the holidays or not resting.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: But there is a very different energetic orientation between I'm writing it off, and you basically like you step out of the receiving zone.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: So there's something I talk about in my world called the receiving zone.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: And so when you write off the year, right, energetically, you close yourself off because you're saying, well, this year is done.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: So then money, opportunities, income, it's like, okay, why would we flow to her?
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: She's closed off her doors.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: She's closed the doors of 2026.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: She said that it's over.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: She said there's nothing else.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: She said the story was done, but the story was not done.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: Do you know that your life could literally change in a week, in a day?
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: Like literally in a day.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: So if you close off, right, and you exit the receiving zone energetically, you siphon off the flow, right?
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: You get this kink in your host.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: How is water supposed to flow through if you have exited that receiving zone and you have closed the doors?
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna happen.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: One of the greatest superpowers you can have is staying open.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Like staying open.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: And I mean, people do this even month to month, right?
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: Right now it's October 28th, as I record this, and a lot of people will be like, oh, the month is over.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, we thought three days.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Do you know what we can do in three days?
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Like, the sky isn't even the limit.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to think about no matter when you're watching this, where you kind of closed off, but especially like, do not do this or like do this before 2027.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Like, make sure that you are open.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Make sure you're not writing off the year, you're not closing it off.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Like you are going right until 11:59 p.m.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: on December 31st, wide open, available to it all, available to the magic, the miracles, yes, the rest and the holiday stuff, but also the opportunities and the income and everything else.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: Because what you do now sets you up for 2027.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: And this is what a lot of people either forget, don't understand, or choose to be oblivious to.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: It's a similar thing to like winter bot our summer bodies are made in the winter.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: If you came to summer and tried to get a summer Barbie starting in May, it would take you to the end of the summer to get the summer body.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: But no, summer bodies are built in winter, i.e., what you do in the winter starts to sprout in the spring and summer.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: I.e., what you do now sets up your Q1 of 2027, and I would argue your 2027 as a whole.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: So why do so many people shut down, right?
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: Why do so many people kind of fizzle out or close the doors or kind of abandon the year?
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: It's normally because that there was disappointment.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: So if the year didn't go the way you thought it was gonna go, if you feel like the launch didn't go as you wanted it to go, the business maybe didn't make as much money as you wanted it to, maybe you're, you know, end of the year, there's a lot of reflections.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're looking around your life and you're like, well, I'm in a very similar spot to where I was a year ago.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: That feels kind of awful.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: That feels a bit disappointing.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: That feels a little confronting for the ego.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: I don't like that feeling.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: So let me just write off 2026 and focus on 2027.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: So if I focus on 2027, then I don't have to address what's gone on in 2026.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: So it's a very kind of like sneaky coping mechanism of your nervous system that it's using to try to mitigate any disappointment, any loss, any, you know, betrayal, anything that basically went on this year.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: However, what you're gonna find is that while it might delay it for these next couple months, and you might get a little bit distracted, or there's more social events over the holidays, and maybe you look to alcohol, you've heard drinking more to kind of numb it out, all of these things, you will end up coming to January and having this overwhelming feeling of, well, what if this year is exactly like last year?
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: I had this happens to all of my clients.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: There's this famous thing that happens on January 1st, because when stripe resets, right?
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: When you think about like your year end, you come to January 1st and everyone's stripe is at zero.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: I mean, unless you have recurring income, which I highly recommend and we slingshot of 2027.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: So maybe the first, you know, whether it's January 1st or the first week of the month, you have income coming in, but everyone starts from zero.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: And so then there's that feeling in your test of like, oh my God, I am at zero.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: But if you've been compounding, right, if you don't carry that disappointment of 2026, because whatever's gone wrong, or even if 2026 is your biggest year ever, let's compound it.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: Winning creates more winning.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: But like focusing first on the disappointment.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: If you carry that disappointment in to 2027, the beginning of the month, all you're going to do is feel heavy.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: You're going to feel pressure, you're going to feel overwhelmed, you're going to feel fear, you're going to feel like, oh my God, I need to make sure that this isn't happen again.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: Or you're going to feel like, can I even do it?
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: Because last year was like X, Y, Z.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: And like I said, if you are having your biggest year ever, which is amazing, let's compound it for more.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: I also want you to notice that place where you're doing so well that then you almost want to stop yourself from doing even better because you hit this upper limit of what you're allowing yourself to receive.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: So both things take you out of the receiving zone, right?
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: Whether you're disappointed, you close off, you throw away the key, you shut the doors, you write up 2026, or you reach the limit of what you received so far.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: And so you close yourself off because you are already making more money or having more joy or having the relationship, whatever it is that you want, the health, the fitness, the physique, that you close yourself off.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: All right, had to plug in a camera, but we're back.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: So as I was saying, you're gonna create so much more momentum into 2027.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: So I want you to think about it.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: I'll give you an example around health and fitness.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: And this was something that I used to do with my clients back when I was helping them with healthy eating and everything like that.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: If you throw the baby out with the bath water over the holidays, i.e., you stop eating healthy completely, you stop prioritizing protein in the morning, you go overboard with sweets and treats and drinks and everything like that, what's gonna happen at the beginning of January?
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: You'll be five, 10, 15 pounds heavier.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: You will feel like, oh my gosh, I have to do all of this now to lose that weight or get it off.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: However, if you had kept some of those healthy habits, if you had made sure you ate a really good breakfast of protein of over 30 grams, and you kept protein before you went to a dinner party, you ate a chicken breast, and you were conscious of your alcohol instead of just drinking for the sake of drinking, you had one or two drinks and you had water in between, and you know, you moved your body and you went on walks and you did all of this stuff.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: How much better do you think you would feel in January?
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, right, you create this volatility.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: And this is how a lot of people live, right?
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: It's like I do really well, and then it all goes down, and then I do it, and then it goes down, and then I do it and it goes down.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Do you know how exhausting that is?
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Versus if you keep in a maintenance phase, kind of like we'll go back to the healthy eating, all right, you might be a pound or two, but overall you're gonna feel better.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: You won't be as puffy, you won't be bloated, you'll feel great.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: So there isn't this giant fluctuation.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: Same thing goes with business and money.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: If you were to keep compounding your business, you wouldn't have this volatility.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to shift in kind of like your mindset about this.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: And you'll notice this, and I know I'm giving a lot of health examples because I you'll see in the analogies how crystal clear it is.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: When you step into the identity of the person who compounds, you are no longer thinking of it as temporary.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: You are not thinking about it in a 30-day window, a 60-day window, a even like any kind of finite window.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: You are thinking about it as this is the identity of the person, of the woman who does X.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And when you're in that identity, you will compound because why would you drop off something that is congruent with your identity?
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: So let's relate it back to another held example.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: The similar thing is like people who want to cut sugar for seven days versus people who decide that they don't eat refined sugar, right?
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: The person who is approaching, well, I'm gonna cut sugar for seven days or two weeks or 20 days or one month, whatever it is, right?
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: It's like they're trying to give themselves this finite timeline.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: So what happens at the end of the seven or two weeks or 21 days?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: You have this rebound effect.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: And likely you're gonna overdo it on the sugar.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: Versus if you embody the identity of, well, I'm no longer someone who eats refined sugar, then there isn't this rebound effect, right?
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: It's a completely different mindset.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: That's why you always hear that a mindset of a diet versus a mindset of a lifestyle are completely different, right?
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: Those who focus I'm on a diet or I'm doing this thing, it's very temporary.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh, I'm losing weight for a wedding or I'm losing weight for summer or I'm doing it for this thing, versus I am someone who consistently eats healthy, moves my body, and does these things.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: How different would your life look if you stepped into the identity?
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: This is why identity work is so powerful.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Because when you see yourself as the person who or as the woman who, then your behavior starts being incongruent with that.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: So we covered the first reason that people normally kind of fall off or close off, really get out of that receding zone.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: But the other reason is by who they surround themselves with.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Because at the last couple months of the year, right, there are more social events, or there's more people, or even just the people you've been surrounding yourself with so far in 2026.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: Like I want you to really have an honest conversation about who you've been surrounding yourself with, the places you've been putting yourself in, like the rooms you've been putting yourself in, the common dialogue from people around you, what they're normalizing, and knowing that going into the holidays, this usually gets compounded.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: That's why I wanted to put this episode out before American Thanksgiving.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: I live in Canada, so that's why I say American Thanksgiving before like Christmas and the holidays, because you might be seeing people you don't normally see, right?
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: You see friends, family, family starts behaving a certain way, and all of a sudden you slip into old identities, or maybe you slip into old habits that you never, you maybe even working towards not having all year, but all of a sudden when you're around Aunt Sally or Uncle Bob or you go home or you're around this person, all of a sudden it all goes out the window, right?
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: Baby out with the bath water.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: Who you surround yourself with and the conversations you're having are so important.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: Because if you are around people who are in lack or limitation, right?
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: Oh, this year was like this, you know, scarcy, oh, the world is like this.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: It's like that image you see online with the strawberry and the moldy strawberry.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: And you'll see this, we've all bought strawberries or raspberries or blueberries, and the moldy one starts infecting the other one.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: So there's this image, and I'll put it somewhere on the screen here, of this strawberry, and it's infecting the other one.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: The same thing happens.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: If you are in close proximity to people who are not regularly expanding you, who are not holding you to the level that they know you are capable of or that you know you are capable of, you will end up losing momentum.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: And this is kind of like a confronting truth that not many people want to hear.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: But you are either slowing down or speeding up.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: Like you are either growing or you are decaying.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: That's not like personal to you, that's a law of nature, right?
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: Plants are either growing or dying.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: They're even in the middle, you might not see it day to day, but there is growth.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: I think about the tree behind me.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: Day to day, I may not see the growth, but it is growing right now.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: We have like it coming out the top here.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: So there's always growth or decay.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: You are never standing still.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: So are you growing or are you dying?
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Are you evolving?
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: Are you growing your wealth, your business, you think, or is it decaying?
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: There is actually no such thing as standing still.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: So I want you to really think about who you've been surrounding yourself with in 2026 and really being cautious about what you're going to normalize going into the holidays if you're going to be seeing people and being in different dynamics and family environments that maybe brought out past identities in the past, or maybe situations and dynamics that make you revert back to the person you wanna that you don't want to be or the habits that you don't want to have.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: This is what I am such a huge proponent.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: You'd be shocked about what you see as possible for you when you surround yourself with people who know what you're capable of.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: This is how you become unstoppable.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Because while everyone else, you know, at the end of the year is closing themselves off and reverting back to old identities, you are locked in.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: You are compounding.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: You are spending the next 60 days or 30 days or whatever amount of time is left in 2026 when you're watching this.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: But also, like I said, you can apply this in 2027.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: But you are spending the last part of this year so locked into the frequency, so open to receiving, knowing that you can compound more than you did all year in two months because time is an illusion and it's not real and absolutely anything can happen.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: And you decide to lock in that identity now, you're not waiting until 2027.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: The people who are unstoppable, the people who go really far, they're not waiting till 2027.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: They're not waiting for the first week of January to make some New Year's resolutions that are gonna fizzle out in a year or fizzle out in probably less than a year, then a month, in a week.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: They are doubling down now.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: So I want you to, we're gonna do an audit.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: I wrote this down.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Places you're gonna start compounding.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: We have health, right?
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: Health and fitness.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: So, what do you need to start compounding in your health and fitness now?
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: What changes do you know you that you need to make?
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: What changes to how you're eating or what you're maybe not eating?
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Maybe something you need to stop eating instead of something you need to start eating.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: Your fitness, your physique, moving your body.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: What do you want to compound now?
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Then we have relationships.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: What do you need to start doing your relationships?
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: What dynamics need to go?
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: What relationships do you need to start cultivating?
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: What rooms do you need to put yourself in now so that you're locked and loaded for 2027?
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: You know, people often laugh at this.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: Having a place, you know, whether that's the people you surround yourself with, like your friends, highly recommend that.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: But I also recommend something like a mastermind, something where you're held accountable all the time.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: But having a space where you are locked in and it's almost like an insurance policy.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: If you think about it, it's like you have insurance for your house.
- 17:47unknown: Right?
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: If there was a flood or something happened, you have insurance so that'd be covered.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Same thing in terms of like mentorship and masterminds.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: It's basically an insurance policy so you don't get off your path.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: That's what my clients say to me all the time.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: All my proximity clients, it's like they're locked in because they know that challenges are gonna happen.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: They know there'll be instances where they're tempted to go off track or go back into old identities or start reacting to the reality.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: And they know they cannot afford to let that happen.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: They know it's gonna cost them happiness and joy and money and income.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: And so I want you to think about what kind of like insurance policies do you need to put in place so that you literally cannot revert back?
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: So it is literally impossible for you to go backwards, or it is impossible for you not to compound.
- 18:34unknown: Right?
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: Especially you're committed to like showing up in that way.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: I think about it like my trainer.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: I have been with my trainer for over four years.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: I'm on a recurring subscription.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: She doesn't ask me every month or every, it's not like I have a three-month package or six-month package, and every three months I renew.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: It is like an auto-renew every single month on my credit card, indefinitely.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: I told her, like, you're training me for the rest of my life.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: She's amazing.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Because the identity, I think about it like, oh, I'm gonna hire a trainer for a month or for three months or for six months.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, this is who I am as an identity.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: Same thing goes for my business, my mentorship.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: So, where do you need to make these, especially with health and fitness?
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: Maybe you need to sign up for classes, maybe you need a membership to a gym, maybe you need a membership to a Ploty studio, maybe you need, you know, a walking pad to ensure that you're walking, whatever it is that you need, the what do you need to put in place?
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: Maybe you need a meal subscription.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Like I enjoy cooking, but there are plenty of people who don't enjoy cooking.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Imagine that would be something you enjoy.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: Okay, maybe you need uh there's so many different ones, right?
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: Of you can get healthy meals now delivered to your door.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: Like in 2026, you can get everything delivered and done for you.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: So do you need to do that?
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Do you need to have those on hand over the holidays?
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: There are so many things you can do if you choose to do it.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: So we have the health and fitness, we got the relationships.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: Now I want you to think about like business.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: And we'll also put like money into business.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: So A, I mean, end of year is also the perfect time for a tax write-off, right?
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: Because when you invest in 2026, you can leverage that as a write-off for your taxes.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: It's a perfect time to make investments in terms of the rooms you want to be in in 2027.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: But I also really want you to think about what would expand you when it comes to business and money.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: Like what are the where are the places you need to surround yourself with people who are maybe making in a month what you are making in a year?
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: This is something I've always done to my business.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: I'm always ensuring that I'm in rooms and spaces where people are ahead of me.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: I don't want to be the biggest fish in the room.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: I want to be around people who are always gonna be expanding me, who are thinking bigger than me, who can call me forward because I know, like the strawberry, that's what gets infiltrated.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: And it's not something I do like, oh, I do this for a week, or I do this for a short program, or I do it for 21 days or 30 days.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: It's like every week, every day, like I have long-term mentorship to ensure that it is what I'm regularly exposed to.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: And I'm also gonna add in the algorithm in social media because you can very much curate your feed.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: And I want you to be careful about what you're normalizing.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: And I'm not gonna go into a full normalizing video on this because I could talk about this for days that I'll probably have them going ahead in December as we go into the new year.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: But just even now thinking about curating that, like what you need to start compounding with your business and money now, where maybe you stop selling over the holidays, where maybe you can put things in place where you're still enjoying, like my view for like holidays in December.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: We have this December floodgate experience that we do every year in December for the Limitless Mastermind.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: I also have an offer called Floodgate, and it's always linked down below.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: It's$27.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: So that's like self-cased.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: You can purchase it anytime.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: And then inside the mastermind, we do this very live experience because I find that most people close themselves off to money at the end of the year.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: And so, my like I said, my vision for December is not.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: We're pushing, we're grinding, we're working long hours.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: It's like holiday magic, hot cocoa, and money keeps rolling in and flooding in.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: We're setting it up so that money can flood into your experience and you're not chasing or gripping or trying to prove your way there or hustle your way there.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: You're actually having the capacity to enjoy it.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: But what most people do, and this is like a red flag, another one, when they close off, right?
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: When they take themselves out of the receding zone for the last two months of the year, they're like, oh, it's 2027, 2026 is done.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: And we spoke about how that limits you.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: But it's because fundamentally in their brain, they have either one porge, right?
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: Porge number one, I think about Goldilocks and Three Bears.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: Porge number one is I need to push, grind, and hustle through the holidays to make a lot of money.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: Porge number two is I don't do that, but money is slower.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: I see people going into one of these two buckets.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: So they're pushing, grinding, they miss out on the holidays, they don't feel the magic.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: They might be making more money, or they might not.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Or there's a people who are like, I'm just gonna chill, rest, but they have this weird limitation in their brain where then that means they need to make less money.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: I'm about porridge number three, the porridge that is just ripe.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: That one's too hot, that one's too cold, this one is just right, which is holiday magic, increasing your capacity, money flows in, but you're enjoying the time.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: Is that not the porridge that you want?
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: So I want you to really think about this.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: Where which porridge you've chosen in the past, which one you were tempted to go into?
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: But because you watch this video or you listen to this on the podcast, you will now do differently.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: And where you need to create that in your nervous system, right?
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: Because your reality is just a printout of what your nervous system believes to be true.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: So if it believes that it has to choose between hustle, overwork, overdrive to make money or enjoying the holidays, but then that means we make less money, all our momentum slows down, and then we go to you know, beginning of January and we're like, uh-oh, that's what's gonna happen.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: It's gonna have one of these two things.
- 23:55SPEAKER_00: So I don't want to expand you into like cords number three.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: And then the last category I really want to focus on is spiritual.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: So whether that's, you know, a religion, or if you're religious, spiritual, I'm gonna kind of lump them into the two.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: I have noticed this trend among people where they are not making this spaciousness in the time.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna use the word God.
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: If you don't like the word God, introduce universe or spirit, whatever you want to do.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: But they don't make time for God.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: And so I really want you to think when it comes to compounding your spiritual health, right?
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Your, and I'm gonna really, it's tied to emotional health, spiritual health, emotional health, all of that.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: Where do you actually need to make more time with connection to the divine, whatever that means to you?
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: I have always seen growth compound when I've been more connected to God, when I've been spending more time with God, when I've been either, you know, connecting on a walk, I like to read Bible verses, like I like aspects of the Bible, I don't identify as a certain religion, but I do enjoy the Bible.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: I think there's a lot of wisdom there.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Are you actually making time for that?
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: Because what I had noticed is that people who do not make time to for the connection with a higher power, whatever it is you believe in, you really end up in this rat race.
- 25:19SPEAKER_00: You end up in this reaction mode and you end up feeling well, really dysregulated, but maybe also angry, frustrated at the world.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: You don't feel connected to what you're doing.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: You don't feel as much joy or aliveness because you're not connected to something higher than you, not higher like it's on a pedestal, but just something outside of you, right?
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: Something beyond what you can see and smell and taste and touch right now.
- 25:45SPEAKER_00: I think about it like very much you're connecting to the quantum, you're connecting to the unseen.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: That's really what it is.
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: It's it's your connection to the field that's unseen, it's that unified field.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: So, where do you actually need to strengthen that connection and add in more time and more space for that?
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: And what would it look like to really compound that going into 2027 and the rest of the year?
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: You know, is that spaciousness over your morning coffee, your morning matcha?
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: Is that on a walk?
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: You know, I have clients and friends who really like worship music for them.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: For them, that's what really does it.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: What is it for you that allows you to remain connected to that?
- 26:23SPEAKER_00: Because truth be told, I have yet to meet someone who's doing really well health-wise, financial-wise, you know, relationship-wise, who also doesn't have a strong connection spiritually, in whatever way that looks like.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: It could be a certain religion or it could just be the universe, gods, or spirit, doesn't matter, but they're it they have some sort of connection, some sort of connection to a higher power that they are actively maintaining.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: And it is a relationship.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: It is similar to the relationship category because it is a relationship with God, but is just the I mean, I was gonna say you can't see it, but I don't know, I can see God in trees and places and people.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: So that's also up to interpretation.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: But you understand what I mean.
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: Like, where is your connection with that?
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: How deeply are you feeling that in your body on a day-to-day?
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: How deeply are you letting that be your compass?
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: How connected do you feel?
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to think about this episode and actually do an audit.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: Like sit down and audit these different categories.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: Notice where maybe you were tempted to get out of the receiving zone for the end of the year, where you were gonna write it off and you were just gonna be like, 2027, January, I'll wait till next year.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: And where do you actually need to make decisions now?
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: That's really why I wanted to get this episode out for you, and we're like recording it in my office because I didn't want to wait to go to the studio and it's gonna be a few weeks, and then by the time it was out, it'd probably be like end of November.
- 27:47SPEAKER_00: No.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: I want you to hear it now.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: I want you to lock into this, and I want you to really decide that you are gonna compound the rest of 2026, that you are not gonna close the doors, that you are not gonna throw in the towel in the last moment.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: I feel like what this frequency is, like what really November and December is, it's like this bait, and I'm not a sports person, but it's like the baseball analogy of it's like bottom of the ninth.
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: Bases are loaded.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna swing?
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: Like, are you gonna go to bat and you are gonna swing and knock it out of the park, or are you gonna walk away?
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: And it's like, whatever word you want to use, God, universe, or spirit.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: All the bases were loaded.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: It was like they wanted to pour into you in the last two months of the year, but you walked away because you wrote it off and you closed yourself off and you left the receiving zone because maybe you were disappointed or betrayed or the year didn't go the way you wanted or wet the way you wanted, and you got uncomfortable receiving more because you hit your capacity of what you would allow yourself to receive without feeling guilt or you had to earn it, and then you walked away.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: Like the bases are loaded.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: It is the bottom of the night.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Bases are loaded.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna do for the rest of 2026?
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna back down or are you gonna compound?
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: And are you gonna build momentum or are you gonna close yourself off and exit the receiving zone and then have to start the beginning of 2027 from lack limitation zero and not sling time into it?
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: That's a decision you have right now.
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: I love you.
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: I will see you in the next episode.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: We have some amazing guests coming.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: And like I said, compound into 2027.
