  Speaker 4: You know, it's always good to get back in and

  Speaker 4: I mean we've been you know, we've been in the building,

  Speaker 4: you know, doing workouts and stuff on on the field

  Speaker 4: with the coaches here and there, but to you know,

  Speaker 4: to have the team out there going against you know, offense, defense, competing.

  Speaker 4: It's always gets you back into that football mode in mindset.

  Speaker 3: It feels like January was like last week. The time

  Speaker 3: just flies in. Have you had a chance to sort

  Speaker 3: of refresh time out, did you get to go away

  Speaker 3: on vacation anywhere, or have you really been just sort

  Speaker 3: of focused on the head of the season or a

  Speaker 4: Both, a little bit of both, you know, spending time

  Speaker 4: the day, you're always trying to improve year after year,

  Speaker 4: So it's about just making sure you are refreshed and

  Speaker 4: also staying on top of things.

  Speaker 3: ahead of time the number of teams that you're gonna fix.

  Speaker 3: You know you're going to fix the AFC North. But

  Speaker 3: just how much are you guys locked in whenever our

  Speaker 3: self is released and how much do you examine it

  Speaker 3: and watch your faults just generally on them.

  Speaker 4: I feel like thus players don't really pay that much
• 4:50
  Speaker 4: attention unless it's like one of those games like we

  Speaker 4: have this year where we're going to Ireland, you know,

  Speaker 4: because that's you know, that's kind of that's a once

  Speaker 4: in a lifetime opportunity because like a lot of people

  Speaker 4: aren't afforded that opportunity to go there and that and

  Speaker 4: to let alone play football over there. So you know,

  Speaker 4: we definitely, you know, have those few games I would

  Speaker 4: say that are circled, but a lot of us sometimes

  Speaker 4: you know, at the end of the day, we know

  Speaker 4: that we're gonna have teams and you know, not to

  Speaker 4: go out there and compete and get some regardless, and

  Speaker 4: there's only so many teams you're going to play.

  Speaker 2: But I would definitely.

  Speaker 4: Say those like you know, those prime time games and
• 5:27
  Speaker 4: those games that are overseas definitely catch our attention to most.

  Speaker 3: Yeah, like what's first off, I guess the thing for

  Speaker 3: people listening aren't where you have the challengs to come
• 5:36
  Speaker 3: over here. You were in Baleface doubling Cork and you
• 5:38
  Speaker 3: went to the Balfos Troosian facility, the Cork Gobmers facility
• 5:42
  Speaker 3: for flag football comps last year. I know what the time,
• 5:45
  Speaker 3: you would have had a fair idea of this is cool,
• 5:47
  Speaker 3: it would be awesome to play here. Now it's happening,
• 5:50
  Speaker 3: and first off, you sort of mentioned that there are
• 5:53
  Speaker 3: How cool is it for you?
• 5:54
  Speaker 2: How excited you afford it?
• 5:55
  Speaker 3: Especially when you have the chance to see what it's
• 5:57
  Speaker 3: like over here, because I know when you get over
• 5:58
  Speaker 3: here it's going to be full game. But then secondly
• 6:01
  Speaker 3: as well, call then week four of the season. It
• 6:03
  Speaker 3: seems like the right sort of time to get over
• 6:05
  Speaker 3: It's the first international game on the slid for any team,
• 6:08
  Speaker 3: and also it's early, but more so as well, it's
• 6:11
  Speaker 3: not historic first time. It's never going to be done
• 6:14
  Speaker 3: for the first time again. It's pretty cool.

  Speaker 2: Oh yeah, most definitely.
• 6:18
  Speaker 4: And that's what makes it, I feel like even more
• 6:21
  Speaker 4: special for me personally having the opportunity to go last
• 6:24
  Speaker 4: year when that opportunity was brought up, like like I said,

  Speaker 4: I jumped on it because you know, there's not many
• 6:31
  Speaker 4: times that I would have thought of going to Ireland
• 6:33
  Speaker 4: or have an opportunity to you know, spread the game
• 6:36
  Speaker 4: that I love in another country. So and then getting
• 6:41
  Speaker 4: getting over there was very cool as well because that
• 6:44
  Speaker 4: was my first time. I mean, I've done it like
• 6:46
  Speaker 4: a cruised kind of thing before, but I feel like
• 6:49
  Speaker 4: that was my first time you know, out the country
• 6:51
  Speaker 4: overseas like and being able to you know, see the
• 6:55
  Speaker 4: cities and stuff.
• 6:56
  Speaker 2: Get a feel for the people and everything.
• 6:58
  Speaker 4: And that took me about prize because everybody was so
• 7:01
  Speaker 4: just welcoming, the food was great, and so now being
• 7:05
  Speaker 4: able to go over there a second time, it's like,
• 7:07
  Speaker 4: you know, it's exciting because now I can you know,

  Speaker 4: I already get some stuff that I already saw checked off,
• 7:14
  Speaker 4: and you know, obviously we go over.

  Speaker 2: There gonna be football mode, but you know, I kind
• 7:18
  Speaker 2: of got a.

  Speaker 4: Feel for the city, the people, everything, and just going
• 7:22
  Speaker 4: over there again, I think the players on our team
• 7:25
  Speaker 4: would definitely be able to feel that the love quick
• 7:27
  Speaker 4: because I mean just from doing the camps and everything
• 7:30
  Speaker 4: and hearing how the kids were, like, you know, some
• 7:32
  Speaker 4: of the kids were like, oh, I played with you
• 7:35
  Speaker 4: on Madden and saying this up and I'm like, you know,
• 7:37
  Speaker 4: you have to put things in perspective, like I'm, you know,
• 7:40
  Speaker 4: seven eight hours away and they're talking about how they
• 7:44
  Speaker 4: play with me on the video game, like they know
• 7:46
  Speaker 4: who I actually am, And so just putting that in perspective,
• 7:49
  Speaker 4: that's something, you know, Lord Willing, twenty thirty years down
• 7:53
  Speaker 4: the line, you.
• 7:53
  Speaker 2: Would be able to forever have that story and that moment.
• 7:58
  Speaker 3: I know a lot of people over here are excited,

  Speaker 3: and have people talked about a much. I know you
• 8:02
  Speaker 3: guys are just backing the facility, but has it been
• 8:05
  Speaker 3: something that everyone's sort of talking about in the locker

  Speaker 3: room as well, just sort of looking to have to.

  Speaker 4: Be oh yeah, you know, it's excitement around it.

  Speaker 2: It's also you know, a lot of uncertainty.

  Speaker 4: Around like you know, whenever we're gonna lead, where we're
• 8:17
  Speaker 4: gonna stay, you.

  Speaker 2: Know, just you know, just simple things like that.

  Speaker 4: But like I said, it's all excitement because, like I said,

  Speaker 4: last year, that was my first time going at the country.

  Speaker 4: So I'm sure for a lot of guys it may

  Speaker 4: be their first time as well, or and now I

  Speaker 4: know for a lot of guys to probably be their

  Speaker 4: first time for sure going to Ireland, you know. And

  Speaker 4: so for all of us, you know, we definitely talk

  Speaker 4: about it and we're very excited, and.

  Speaker 2: So you know it's gonna be.

  Speaker 4: It's gonna be awesome to go over there, and it'll

  Speaker 4: be even better to leave there with the win awesome.

  Speaker 3: Like I mean, I know all that will be finalized.

  Speaker 3: It's all TVC at the minute. But week four in

  Speaker 3: so I guess from a player's downdpoint, that's pretty cool.

  Speaker 3: Sometimes you don't get the chance to have a byewake

  Speaker 3: oft to these games, so you guys are gonna have

  Speaker 3: the chance to relax. You mentioned meeting the kids over here,

  Speaker 3: playing flag football, coaching up kids. I know that, you know,

  Speaker 3: it's I do want to bring it up because you've
• 9:11
  Speaker 3: obviously done stuff in the off season, and you've got
• 9:14
  Speaker 3: to camps over the summer as well. How important or
• 9:17
  Speaker 3: how much do you enjoy giving back to not just
• 9:19
  Speaker 3: people abroad, but you know, just the local community as
• 9:22
  Speaker 3: well where you're from in Tennessee.
• 9:24
  Speaker 4: Oh yeah, you know, I love getting back just because
• 9:26
  Speaker 4: I mean I remember being younger and like just for
• 9:31
  Speaker 4: personally me back in Memphis where where I'm from. Even
• 9:34
  Speaker 4: though guys that were like on the college team, the
• 9:39
  Speaker 4: Memphis College football team, like they weren't like looking back,
• 9:43
  Speaker 4: none of them guys really had any I guess besides
• 9:47
  Speaker 4: The'angelo Williams, but I mean he's obviously the main one.
• 9:50
  Speaker 4: But like I used to look up this like some
• 9:52
  Speaker 4: receivers like Duke Calhoun, a guy from Melphis. But like
• 9:57
  Speaker 4: I remember those moments when I was younger looking up
• 9:59
  Speaker 4: to those guys, and so I remember that now. So
• 10:03
  Speaker 4: whenever I'm have an opportunity or in a position to
• 10:07
  Speaker 4: where I can, you know, talk to specifically like the youth,
• 10:11
  Speaker 4: kids and everything is where I feel like it really
• 10:14
  Speaker 4: hits home for me because for one, obviously I'm not
• 10:18
  Speaker 4: the biggest person.

  Speaker 2: So I just like to inspire and just tell, just tell.

  Speaker 4: The youth that like not just in football, but like
• 10:27
  Speaker 4: but football it does give you, you know, great skills
• 10:30
  Speaker 4: in life.
• 10:30
  Speaker 2: But you know, just in life.
• 10:32
  Speaker 4: You know, you may be counted out, you may be doubted,
• 10:35
  Speaker 4: but it's all about you know, just believing in yourself
• 10:38
  Speaker 4: and believing and doing it for the people who always
• 10:41
  Speaker 4: believed in you. And so anytime I get to, you know,
• 10:46
  Speaker 4: give back to the community that has shown me so
• 10:49
  Speaker 4: much love.

  Speaker 2: I mean being able to go back now.
• 10:52
  Speaker 4: And you know, hear how people like something, people like
• 10:56
  Speaker 4: say about me, how highly respect I am.

  Speaker 2: It's kind of surreal. And so you know, it's all

  Speaker 2: about when.

  Speaker 4: You are blessed with those when when you are blessed
• 11:04
  Speaker 4: with deposition, it's all about, you know, trying to be

  Speaker 4: a blessing to others.

  Speaker 3: Absolutely, I can't imagine what that's like as well. And

  Speaker 3: just to sort of luck at the last few weeks

  Speaker 3: and months since we last spoke, the biggest I guess

  Speaker 3: for a lot of Staders fans in Ireland on in
• 11:18
  Speaker 3: Europe especially, the biggest offseason story outside of the outside

  Speaker 3: of the dubling game is out of upgrading the team.

  Speaker 3: You know, before we look at the draft, DK matcof

  Speaker 3: coming in. Have you had the challenge to chop to him?

  Speaker 3: How excited are you to play alongside him on that offense?

  Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, he he's been here in the building

  Speaker 4: working and everything. And he's from Mississippi, and so I'm

  Speaker 4: from Memphis, so we kind of you know, neighbors right there.

  Speaker 4: You know, just seeing how he came in, how he works,

  Speaker 4: how he was you know, talking to guys. Anytime he catches,

  Speaker 4: he finishes like ten fifteen yards. You know, having a

  Speaker 4: guy like that is not only good for the team,

  Speaker 4: but for you know, just the offense offense specifically, just

  Speaker 4: you know, opening opening the field up, great for our

  Speaker 4: great for our receiver room. To have a veteran guy

  Speaker 4: like that who done played a ton, who have paid

  Speaker 4: a lot of plays and everything, and so you know

  Speaker 4: having him on the team is good just from a
• 12:20
  Speaker 4: standpoint that he'll just make us more more explosive on offense.

  Speaker 3: How much do you stay tuned into like the NFL's dropped,

  Speaker 3: especially when you go after and get a running box

  Speaker 3: and stuff. Is that something that you guys look at

  Speaker 3: and then have a chance to see. Have you met

  Speaker 3: any of the guys that were drafted or is it

  Speaker 3: still very much for you? That's your first second dead back.

  Speaker 4: So yeah, I don't I wouldn't say I pay attention

  Speaker 4: like I watch it the whole time, but I definitely

  Speaker 4: pay attention to who we draft. You know, some guys

  Speaker 4: from my college I pay attention to, but you know,

  Speaker 4: definitely the guys that we draft. I mean, anytime we

  Speaker 4: have somebody, I usually go and look up their highlights

  Speaker 4: or something, because I mean they're on our team now,

  Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying. There are going to be

  Speaker 4: a part part of helping us accomplish our ultimate goal.

  Speaker 4: And so yeah, the rookies they got here, I want

  Speaker 4: to say a week or two. I think two weeks

  Speaker 4: instantly on the field working. And you know it's always

  Speaker 4: locker room with people you really probably majority of people

  Speaker 4: you do not know, and so just seeing how the

  Speaker 4: past couple of weeks they've opened up, you know, we've

  Speaker 4: been just and that's also on the people who like

  Speaker 4: the people who are already on the team. It's up

  Speaker 4: to us to you know, make them feel welcome, because
