- 0:01Hello. Welcome to the No God Coach
- 0:02Huddle for December 2nd, 2025. Your
- 0:06two-minute play of the day for applying
- 0:08God's word in your life. So, let's
- 0:09huddle up and hear today's play from
- 0:11Hebrews 13, which says, "And so Jesus
- 0:14also suffered outside the city gate to
- 0:17make the people holy through his own
- 0:19blood. Let us then go to him outside the
- 0:22camp bearing the disgrace he bore
- 0:25through Jesus." Therefore, let us
- 0:26continually offer to God a sacrifice of
- 0:29praise, the fruit of lips that openly
- 0:32profess his name. Men, almost the whole
- 0:36world celebrates Christmas, but most of
- 0:39the world ignores Christ. People love
- 0:42the lights, the music, the gifts, the
- 0:44nostalgia, but they want nothing to do
- 0:46with the Savior who suffered outside the
- 0:48camp so that sinful men like you and me
- 0:50could be made holy. Christmas is not
- 0:53sentimental. Christmas is sacrificial.
- 0:56It's a celebration of God who came to
- 0:59earth to die. A God who stepped into the
- 1:01world he made to bear the sin, shame,
- 1:04and rebellion of the people he loved.
- 1:07And Hebrews tells us something else
- 1:09uncomfortable. If we follow Jesus, we
- 1:12must go to him outside the camp. We must
- 1:14be willing to identify with him
- 1:16publicly, openly, joyfully, even when it
- 1:20costs us something. So here's the
- 1:22question. Are we identifying with Jesus
- 1:24this Christmas or just enjoying the
- 1:26season that celebrates him? Are we
- 1:28taking the opportunities God puts in
- 1:30front of us with co-workers, neighbors,
- 1:32family, and friends to talk about why
- 1:34Jesus came? Are we bearing the slight
- 1:37embarrassment, the awkward moment, the
- 1:40push back or misunderstanding for the
- 1:42sake of one who bore all our disgrace?
- 1:45Man, if we don't identify with Jesus now
- 1:48when the whole world is actually singing
- 1:50his name in malls and restaurants, when
- 1:52will we? If we don't lift up Christ at
- 1:55Christmas, the one season where the door
- 1:57is already cracked open, when will we?
- 2:00God has done everything for us. He came,
- 2:02he suffered, he bled, he died, he rose,
- 2:04he forgave, and he continues to sustain
- 2:07us daily. The least we can do is offer
- 2:10him what Hebrews calls the fruit of lips
- 2:13that openly profess his name. Men, run
- 2:16today's play. Say the name of Jesus to
- 2:19someone. Not the season, not the faith,
- 2:21not the church. Say Jesus. Tell someone
- 2:24why he came. Tell someone what he's done
- 2:26for you. Tell someone what Christmas is
- 2:29actually all about. Give God the
- 2:32greatest gift you can give him this
- 2:34Christmas. The gift of his son shared
- 2:36with someone who needs him. Men, let's
- 2:38go outside the camp bearing the disgrace
- 2:41he bore for the glory he deserves. Love
- 2:43you, man. Let's run today's play. Thanks
- 2:46for joining the huddle. God blessed you.
- 2:48Share it with another man who needs to
- 2:49know God so he can love and obey him
