Former Connecticut State Senator Dennis Bradley is facing charges over alleged absentee ballot violations in Bridgeport. Investigators say Bradley opened a voter’s completed absentee ballot and instructed her to change her vote in favor of his brother, Mark Bradley, during the August Democratic primary. Bradley denies wrongdoing. He’s due in court October 21st. What can legally happen with this case?
