- 0:34All right. Welcome back.
- 0:35Welcome back. Thank you for those that have
- 0:38been listening and you know before we always start, we
- 0:41always pray. So Lord, thank you for allowing
- 0:46us to be here. May you guide us and lead us
- 0:49into the absolute truth and what we will speak about, may it sink
- 0:57into the heart and always Father, guide us and lead us
- 1:03always into the absolute truth. Amen.
- 1:06Amen. You know, you're when I pray
- 1:08like I yeah, I never, I never get tired of saying like, like
- 1:13guide us and lead us into the absolute truth.
- 1:15Like the absolute truth. You know what I mean?
- 1:19What is that absolute truth? It's like, it's like that truth
- 1:23that in which like. Is it not enough to say the
- 1:25truth? You know, it's just, this is a
- 1:27thing, you know, like when you read scripture, you read about
- 1:30the enemy. You know he he comes with truth
- 1:33too. Of course he does you.
- 1:35Know what I mean? So like when Jesus was being
- 1:37tempted, he, he said, you know, if you are the Son of God, turn
- 1:42these stones into bread. And then Christ responds with,
- 1:45it is written that, you know, man does not live on bread
- 1:48alone, but by the word of God. And then the enemy comes again
- 1:53and he says, oh, okay, So he brings him to a high top and
- 1:57he's like, it is also written that if you were to jump down,
- 2:01he will send angels to protect you.
- 2:03So he uses the truth, the truth he does.
- 2:05So that's why I always pray to God and say God lead us to the.
- 2:10Absolute truth. Yeah, there's a truth that will
- 2:12override a truth. Yes, correct.
- 2:14Exactly. And there's old stories in the
- 2:17Old Testament. Oh yeah, yeah, there's.
- 2:19Plenty. There's so many, but we'll talk
- 2:21about that one day. Yeah.
- 2:25It's really deep, Really, really deep.
- 2:28Yeah, it is important because we do.
- 2:32We live in a modern time and we have, you know, this thing
- 2:36called, you know, AI. Yeah.
- 2:40And we need to be weary. We need to focus.
- 2:44We need to discern. Yeah.
- 2:47We live in weird times. No, we do.
- 2:49We do Very weird times, yeah. I would say also that very
- 2:55advantageous because you know, technology can serve us now we
- 2:59we can, it can help us with a lot of things.
- 3:02Yeah, man, I because we have to do some paperwork and you know,
- 3:07we use AI to like help us. Yeah, I mean make it more.
- 3:10I'm not against AI. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:14But I believe that AI is moving at a rapid rate that that ethics
- 3:20is not, it's not, it's not following it.
- 3:23Yeah, it's being left behind. So right.
- 3:25That's when it's going to become tricky.
- 3:27Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, it 100%.
- 3:29It'll definitely be very tricky. So yeah, we do need to ask that
- 3:33to always lead us to the absolute truth.
- 3:35There is a greater truth, there is a truth that overrides
- 3:37another one, and absolutely there's truth is out there.
- 3:40Like for example the Buddhist do to others unto others as you
- 3:44want them to do. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:47They use that mantra all the time.
- 3:48I know man, there's a lot of patterns.
- 3:50Yeah, in the Koran it says, actually if you read the Koran,
- 3:53says a lot of interesting things.
- 3:55Yeah, Yeah. You can take them in a grain of
- 3:57salt, but it does say that. I mean, I've read it.
- 4:00I'm currently reading it again. Yeah.
- 4:03I recommend it if you do read something like this.
- 4:05Beam very much grounded, right? Grounded, yeah.
- 4:09On the truth of Christ. But yeah, there's some things
- 4:11that it says there. But also keep in mind, you know,
- 4:13the Quran has taken stuff from scripture.
- 4:15Yes, absolutely. So, yeah, maybe that's why it
- 4:18has a lot of that. I'm like, oh, interesting.
- 4:20Yeah. But yeah, there's an importance
- 4:24to know the truth and to discern it.
- 4:26And the reason for that is, I believe the topic that you're
- 4:29going to talk about. Oh yeah, yeah.
- 4:32Yeah, to to know to to the why you should know the absolute
- 4:36truth. Yes, because of I believe what
- 4:38you're in a. No, absolutely.
- 4:39Man, you you what you brought to the table.
- 4:41Absolutely. You know why?
- 4:44Why did you? Why did you, why did you come to
- 4:48God, man? Like why?
- 4:49Why? I'll be honest, I was born, I
- 4:55wasn't born a Christian. That, that that thing is kind of
- 4:58actually backwards because I was meditating.
- 4:59Yeah. You're born into the culture in
- 5:01which your parents are involved in meeting.
- 5:03They're Christians, right? But you, you have yet to become
- 5:06a Christian, even yourself. I agree so.
- 5:08If I'm going to be really honest, like I wasn't born a
- 5:12Christian to say right? Like tech by technicality.
- 5:15No, you're right. One is not born in Christian,
- 5:18but you're you're born normal. Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly,
- 5:21exactly, 100%. But you said what made me come
- 5:27to God or yeah, like. What made you what made you want
- 5:29to want to come to God? Purpose could have been a
- 5:32purpose could have been like, I'm done with this or you know,
- 5:37these factors that pretty much everybody says well.
- 5:42Growing up, as I grew up, I grew up in a very conservative
- 5:45church, super conservative, very orthodox.
- 5:49Like if you ask me. And you know, they would preach
- 5:55about Christ is coming, and if you don't come, you go to hell.
- 5:59There's a lot of that preaching. Yeah, right.
- 6:02That type of preaching. At least there is some truth to
- 6:04it in a way. Yeah.
- 6:06So I grew up kind of just like fearing God because of that, not
- 6:10fearing as in reverence and respect and his awesome power
- 6:14and his all his awesomeness. Not that type of fears like like
- 6:19I did this, now I'm I'm going to hell.
- 6:21Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. I got scores of the guy I did
- 6:24this. I'm I'm cooked, I'm done, Huh.
- 6:27But growing up in high school, then in college, I thought, I
- 6:31thought for a second this is I need like any of this actually
- 6:35real. Yeah.
- 6:40So I, I, I really didn't in my, was it freshman, sophomore year,
- 6:47I did ask in a prayer, like if you give me the ability to play
- 6:51all the instruments, I'm yours. And he did.
- 6:59Right, right. There is a sense that you work
- 7:02hard and you do good and you you excel in it.
- 7:06Right. Yeah.
- 7:07But there were also an element that music just came natural to
- 7:10me, right? So that was a, an advantage to
- 7:13me. Yeah, to God.
- 7:14God help me be good at all the instruments.
- 7:17He made it happen. But then in college I started to
- 7:23veer off right? And then it was reminded to me
- 7:28that that what was given to me can be also taken away.
- 7:31Right. Interesting, but before?
- 7:34We even got to that before we got even got to that.
- 7:39The reason what Jesus. I can't believe I'm going to say
- 7:42this, but the reason why I. I my, my brain just went like,
- 7:51you're real. I haven't really spoken about it
- 7:53too deep, but it was it was an experience I had in my room.
- 7:59As you know, young guys do what they do when they're in their
- 8:01alone time, right? We can go deeper on that.
- 8:04But when I was going to do that, that's when everything just I
- 8:14just kind of freaked out. It was kind of weird, you know
- 8:17what I mean? Like such type of intervention
- 8:19like that when the windows are closed, doors are closed, a huge
- 8:23whirlwind inside the room, just like flips everything in Scott
- 8:28on my knees. And I was like, you, you are
- 8:30real. Wow.
- 8:34I had no desire to look for God. Understand what I'm saying?
- 8:37Now, this is from my experience. Everybody's going to be
- 8:40different, right? I don't know, desire.
- 8:43I wanted to just. I wanted me.
- 8:45Yeah. And when that happened, I was
- 8:49like, what? I just got on my knees and kind
- 8:53of just cried to God saying like, I'm done right?
- 8:57You are real. Yeah.
- 8:59Show me then this who you are in all of this, obviously.
- 9:05And it was then and there that I then wanted God, right?
- 9:09Right. I wanted God.
- 9:12Wow. There wasn't a situation that
- 9:13led me to God to say This is why I came to God because of this.
- 9:20No, He intervened. Yeah, yeah, I got you.
- 9:22But. Understand this, He intervened
- 9:26to me because it seemed like I needed evidence.
- 9:31Others don't need it, and they're blessed for that.
- 9:33Remember Christ said blessed are those who believe and do not
- 9:35see. Yeah.
- 9:37Right. Yeah, it does say that in
- 9:38Scripture, yeah. I wasn't one of those bunch,
- 9:41which is fine. Yeah, I need evidence.
- 9:43Right, right. And God knew the evidence or the
- 9:46type of evidence he gave was enough.
- 9:48Yeah. To know that no, I want you.
- 9:50Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely.
- 9:52After that I started looking for God, getting drawing near,
- 9:57closer to him, reading scripture, everything.
- 10:01And that's when God was like, remember what you prayed?
- 10:06Well that way you prayed for I gave it to you.
- 10:07I can also take it away from you and that's but he does it not
- 10:12prior to not having not caring about him right, just me giving
- 10:17him my back to him or whatever. Yeah, he now reveals this to me
- 10:20when I'm now. Yes.
- 10:22Looking for him? Interesting.
- 10:24So he reminds you again. Oscar, I can take this away.
- 10:27He did. Yeah, yeah, I remember you
- 10:30talking about. That he did.
- 10:31I don't want to go too deep on the day he did.
- 10:32Yes, he did, yeah. And I freaked out.
- 10:35Right, right, right. You know, everything you're
- 10:37saying perfectly aligns with what we're going to talk about.
- 10:40It it, yeah, it, it freaked me out.
- 10:42And then obviously anyways. But yeah.
- 10:44So you ask God. And it that wasn't just the only
- 10:47thing. I got replaced like 4 times, by
- 10:50the way. No, no, no, I spoke to his about
- 10:53with my cousin. My cousin.
- 10:55Yeah, I've told him I've been replaced like, right.
- 10:59Probably like 3-4 times, right? Right.
- 11:01Yeah, Yeah. Sucks.
- 11:03Wow. So, man, so that's exactly what
- 11:06we're going to talk about. All right?
- 11:07And then who are who? Who do you think you are before
- 11:10the eyes of God right now that's supposed to be?
- 11:11I'm just a servant man. A servant, right?
- 11:13I'm just a servant. Yeah.
- 11:15I'm here to do what he tells me to do.
- 11:17Yeah. I mean, honestly, I don't like
- 11:20talking about us all the time, But because of the examples,
- 11:23yeah. Like, I didn't want to do any of
- 11:25this. Like I No, No.
- 11:26But you're. Not but but not.
- 11:29But here we are. Here we are.
- 11:31I don't know how many episodes will be, but yeah, we but.
- 11:35I'm just I just follow I don't want to re replace again
- 11:38basically like I'm not going to disobey.
- 11:40I'm like I'm going to follow this threat and and here we are
- 11:45and I'm just a servant at the end of the day, I'm really just
- 11:47a servant, a warrior yes, because a servant, a warrior is
- 11:50a servant because they do listen to the generals.
- 11:52In the end, they do serve. So in the end that yes, but I
- 11:56can also say confidently because God has revealed this to me As
- 12:00for me in my life and how to help others in this body of
- 12:05Christ, Yeah, He has chosen me to be like a watchman kind of
- 12:09guy, right? So that's how you are in the
- 12:12eyes of God. You're like this tree, this
- 12:15piece of clay being molded by God, being grown because of God.
- 12:20You know, in order for someone to become a tree, they have had
- 12:24to receive the seed of truth in order to grow.
- 12:28Exactly. You know what I mean?
- 12:29But well, obviously that tree that produces no fruit, what
- 12:34does God do? What does he do?
- 12:37Inevitably, he just actually, if I'm not mistaken, in the book of
- 12:41Luke, the the the master says, wait, hold on, let's just yeah,
- 12:48put some compost. And.
- 12:51Let's give it a chance. If not, then we'll cut it all.
- 12:53We'll cut it off. So God is merciful.
- 12:56He's merciful, but it seems like when the tree doesn't produce
- 12:59any fruit with this, you do. Cuts it off.
- 13:02Cuts it off, throws into the fire.
- 13:04And just like how a tree gets cut down, another one can be
- 13:07planted easily. Yeah.
- 13:10So in that same way, we are also very replaceable.
- 13:15Yeah. So you know.
- 13:17King Saul. Exactly.
- 13:19We're very replaceable. God, you know, many are called,
- 13:22but few are chosen. And when you're chosen to do
- 13:25something, go do it and don't think you're some special guy or
- 13:30you're the only one, because God can replace.
- 13:34There is a sense of specialty to it.
- 13:38Because he chose you. Because there is a sense of
- 13:41like, OK, wow, this is awesome, right?
- 13:42This is interesting. Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 13:43To like be, for example, God choosing us to do this.
- 13:47It's an honor. OK, there is a sense of that.
- 13:50But if you let it get into your head and think that that you
- 13:53can't be replaced, I mean, yeah, come on.
- 13:58Not that that, not that that means you.
- 13:59Yeah. Like how you can't enter the
- 14:02Kingdom. No, no, no, definitely.
- 14:03Not you're not for the task I'm moving you.
- 14:06Exactly. Now I want you to look.
- 14:09For it's a little intense. First Kings, chapter 19.
- 14:14Tell me that one more. Time First Kings chapter 19.
- 14:18First King, chapter 19. Verse 4 to 18 and before we read
- 14:25like this is about Elijah, you know, an amazing prophet, a
- 14:29prophet that, you know, was challenged by or he challenged
- 14:34the prophets of Baal and God gave him the victory and he
- 14:39ended up slaughtering all the prophets of Baal.
- 14:42And then Jezebel came and was like, you know, I'm going to go
- 14:46kill him. And then Elijah got kind of
- 14:48discouraged and he fled, went into the wilderness.
- 14:54Angel brought him bread and and water.
- 14:57Eats. Eats, and then he comes.
- 14:59Because your your journey is. Long exactly.
- 15:01And that was the first time he didn't say anything.
- 15:03You let him go back to sleep. Then the second time the Angel
- 15:05came back and was like, you know, here's, you know, bread
- 15:09and water, you know, get up because you're the journey is
- 15:12too great for you. That's what he said to you.
- 15:15That's what the Angel said. The journey is too great.
- 15:18And implying that you're weak. Yes, yes.
- 15:22And then he goes and hides in The Cave and this is what?
- 15:24This is he, we, we. Yes.
- 15:27And this, this is where we see. After that second time, he says
- 15:31this journey is too great for you and then he goes.
- 15:32To a cave and then he goes walks 40 days, I'm pretty sure, and
- 15:35then goes into a cave. And then God is like, what are
- 15:40you doing here, Elijah? Oh, I've been too jealous for
- 15:43the Lord. And you know, it seems like you
- 15:45know, the people of Israel, they've killed all your
- 15:47prophets, and I'm the only one here.
- 15:49Go to sit. You know what I mean?
- 15:51Yeah. Yeah, exactly.
- 15:52And then and then, you know, an earthquake comes and this and
- 15:56that, and then, and then Elijah comes out, you know, he like
- 15:59protects his face, goes out. And then the Lord is like, what
- 16:03are you doing here, Elijah? Oh, I've been so jealous for the
- 16:07Lord. And then, you know, the people
- 16:08of Israel have killed all your prophets and I'm the only one
- 16:10here. And then this is where God
- 16:13reminds him, OK, Go and do what you have to go do.
- 16:19And not only that, go anoint Alicia, he will take your spot.
- 16:24And also there are 7000 out there that still have not bowed
- 16:27down to bail. Reminding him you're not the
- 16:32only. You're not the only one and
- 16:34Alicia will take your spot, so don't worry.
- 16:40Do you have it in your on your laptop?
- 16:41Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So, so, so the, the people that
- 16:44are listening to this, they can, they can, they can see that I'm
- 16:46not making this up. OK, so do you want me to read it
- 16:48or no? Keep going.
- 16:49Keep. Going and I, I love this story
- 16:51and I love telling people about this because #1 we see how God
- 16:54interacts when you're on, you're on his mission.
- 16:57You think God is just always going to be like, like carrying
- 16:59you like a little baby. No, no, he's going to be like,
- 17:02come on, what are you doing? Let's go move.
- 17:05Yeah, I mean he gives you the task.
- 17:08Yes. Go do it.
- 17:09It's not like you give yourself the task.
- 17:11Exactly. And then you go do and then
- 17:13expect God to change your direction.
- 17:15Exactly. Because that versus completely
- 17:17taken out. Of it.
- 17:18Oh, completely taken out of context, yes.
- 17:20I agree. That's crazy.
- 17:22You want me to read it or? Yeah, go for it.
- 17:25Go for verse 4, right? Yeah, OK, but he himself went
- 17:28day's journey into the wilderness and came and sat down
- 17:30under a broom tree. Yes, he was upset, yeah.
- 17:32And he asked himself to die, yeah, and said, enough now,
- 17:37Lord, take my life, for I am no better than my father's.
- 17:41Then he lay down and fell asleep in a room chain.
- 17:43But behold, there was an Angel touching him.
- 17:46And he said to him, Rice, eat. And he looked and behold, there
- 17:49was his head, a a round loaf of bread baked on hot coal, and a
- 17:57pitcher of water. So he ate and drank and laid
- 18:00down again. But the Angel of the Lord, see,
- 18:02this is another. Yes, it was the Angel first.
- 18:05Yeah, now it's the Angel of the Lord.
- 18:07There's another being. Yes, this would be different,
- 18:10correct. Came back as Oh no, so it's the
- 18:14same guy same the same Angel. OK came back a second time and
- 18:17touched him and said arise eat because the journey is too long
- 18:20for you. So he arose and ate and drank,
- 18:24and he journey into and in strength of that food for 40
- 18:28days and 40 nights to Horeb the mountain of God.
- 18:32Then he came to The Cave and spent the night there.
- 18:35And behold, the word of the Lord came to me.
- 18:36He said, what are you doing here, Elijah?
- 18:41He said, I have been very zealous for the Lord and God,
- 18:44the God of armies, for the sons of Israel have abandoned your
- 18:48covenant, torn down your altars, and killed your prophets with
- 18:52the swords. And I am alone and left, and
- 18:53they have sought to take my life.
- 18:55So he said, Go out and stand to the mountain before the Lord.
- 18:59And behold, the Lord was passing by, and a great powerful wind
- 19:03tearing the mountains and breaking the rocks.
- 19:05Peace before the Lord. But the Lord was not in the
- 19:07wind. And after the wind there was an
- 19:09earthquake, but the Lord wasn't in the earthquake.
- 19:11And after the earthquake a fire. But the Lord was not in the
- 19:14fire. And after the fire, a sound of
- 19:15gentle blowing, a sound, a gentle blowing.
- 19:19When Elijah heard it, he wrapped his face in cloak and went out
- 19:23and stood in the entrance of The Cave.
- 19:24And he he behold, a voice came to him, said, What are you doing
- 19:27here, Elijah? Then he said, I have been very,
- 19:30he says, he says this a second time.
- 19:33For the zealous, for the Lord and the God of armies, for the
- 19:37sons of Israel have abandoned your covenant, turn down your
- 19:39altars, kill your prophets. So he says the same thing again,
- 19:42right? The Lord said to him, go return
- 19:44your way to the wilderness of Damascus.
- 19:47So he was on his way. He just changed erection.
- 19:49Yeah, he's supposed to go there. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:51And when you have arrived, you shall anoint Hazal king over
- 19:57Aram. You shall also anoint Jehu the
- 20:00son of Nim Nimshki, king of Israel, and you shall anoint
- 20:04Elisha the son of Shabbat Abel Mahalo.
- 20:08These names are they prophet in your place.
- 20:11And it shall, it shall come about one who escapes the sword
- 20:14of Hazel. Jehu shall put death to to the
- 20:19one who escapes, the sort of Jehu Elisha shall put to death.
- 20:23Yet I leave 7000 in Israel all the knees that have not bowed to
- 20:27bail, and every mouth that has not kissed him.
- 20:32Interesting. Yes, so you see right there now
- 20:37Elijah was not a wicked man. No, I believe he was.
- 20:40He was a tree filled with fruit. He was a a man of God 100% but
- 20:45man, well, he. Felt devastated that someone
- 20:47that was coming after kill him. Yes, after God gave him the
- 20:50victory and everything, and God was like, all right, well.
- 20:53That blows my mind honestly. You see fire come from the sky.
- 20:58Slaughtered. And then for then, you're just
- 21:00scared of a woman. Yeah, who's asking for your
- 21:02head? A woman, yeah, is asking for
- 21:05your head. You just saw power.
- 21:06Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. What is wrong with?
- 21:08You I know, I know. And then he, he runs away.
- 21:11And then God is like, what are you doing here, Elijah?
- 21:15And you know what? God had every right to question
- 21:17him. Like, what are you doing here?
- 21:19Like basically like she's not, I had your back.
- 21:22What are you doing here? And I fed you.
- 21:24What are you doing here? And then not only that, he's
- 21:27like, you know what? Fine.
- 21:28Alicia will take your spot. Go anoint him.
- 21:31He will, he will. He will take your spot.
- 21:33So it's not that Elijah was a wicked man.
- 21:35No, no, he was a man of God. It's just that when God has a
- 21:39mission, it's going to get done. Either you're for it or you move
- 21:43out of the way and God would just replace you.
- 21:45And it seems like he still gave them the opportunity.
- 21:48Yes, but the replacement has already been.
- 21:51Has already been placed because we're about to read something in
- 21:54Isaiah, but not right now, not right now we're we're going to
- 21:57but it describes who God is and let this verse in in this
- 22:04chapter in Isaiah. Let us sink into the heart of of
- 22:08those that hear this. But before we read Isaiah right,
- 22:12we're going to go to another interesting story.
- 22:16Everybody knows Moses, even the people in the world know Moses.
- 22:20So we're going to go to Numbers chapter 14, verse 26 to 35 in in
- 22:28this God is so upset with the people of Israel.
- 22:32He just like you said, they witnessed his power.
- 22:34They saw. That's another crazy.
- 22:36Part they saw like the sea open, they saw fire from the sky.
- 22:41They saw all these things and yet God, God, oh, he said to
- 22:45them, I promise I will give you this land that flows the milk
- 22:48and honey. I promise I'll give it to you.
- 22:51Just trust me. And they witness his power.
- 22:55Just with that alone you should be like worried like you know
- 22:58Anyways, besides that. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 23:00No, just. This is how God reacted because
- 23:03let me remind also the people who listen to this God hates
- 23:07doubt. He hates it.
- 23:09It's like it's it's like a like a like a splinter thing.
- 23:12He hates it. He it's almost like he just
- 23:14hates hates doubt like to like it looks like he despises it,
- 23:20especially when he shows you his power.
- 23:23It's like if you like, for example, like your your
- 23:25testimony a world when in all this God showing you who like a
- 23:30taste of who he is. And it was a taste.
- 23:33It wasn't like a yeah, it was a, it wasn't like a whirlwind.
- 23:36Like what? Job witnesses.
- 23:38Yeah, yeah, yeah. Inside A room.
- 23:39Bro Yeah, yeah, exactly it. Just went up to my nostrils.
- 23:41I'm like, yeah, yeah. What you know the presence of
- 23:44God coming in and and then showing you like you ready Oscar
- 23:48and then for you to be like, Nah, I doubt in God's eyes.
- 23:54It's probably like really, but here in Numbers, you're going to
- 23:58see how God reacts to the people of Israel and remind you to
- 24:04remind the people that that read this or are hearing this, God
- 24:07replaces once again. OK, yes, right, I will.
- 24:15I will say this after, hopefully I don't forget.
- 24:17Yeah, the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron again.
- 24:19You want me to read it? Verse 26, right?
- 24:20Yeah, verse 20. Six.
- 24:21OK, yeah. 235, yeah. How long shall I put up at this
- 24:25evil, evil congregation who are grumbling against me?
- 24:28I have heard the complaints of the sons of Israel, which are
- 24:31they voicing against me. Say to them as I live, declares
- 24:35the Lord. Just as you have spoken in my
- 24:38hearing, so I will do to you. You, your dead bodies will fall
- 24:42in this wilderness, all your numbered men, according to your
- 24:46complete number. For 20 years old and upward you
- 24:50have grumbled against me. By no means will you come into
- 24:55the land where I swore to settle you, except for Caleb and the
- 24:58sons of Jeffune and Joshua, the sons of Noon.
- 25:05Your children, however, whom you said would become plunder.
- 25:10I will bring them in, and they will know the land in which
- 25:13you've rejected. But As for you, your dead bodies
- 25:16will fall into this wilderness, and also your sons will be
- 25:19shepherd in the wilderness for 40 days, and they will suffer
- 25:23for your unfaithfulness until your bodies perish in the
- 25:26wilderness in accordance with the number of days that you
- 25:30spied out the land. 40 days for every you shall suffer the
- 25:34punishment for your guilt. A year that is 40 years, and you
- 25:39will know my opposition. I, the Lord, have spoken.
- 25:43I certainly will do this to all this evil congregation who are
- 25:50gathered together against me. They shall be worn out in this
- 25:53wilderness, and there they shall die.
- 25:58Wow. Yeah.
- 26:01Someone will be like yo, this is a is a petty God.
- 26:06So not they won't enter, but the generation, next generation they
- 26:10will enter. They were replaced.
- 26:13They were replaced, but you said you were going to say something.
- 26:17I don't know if you remember. They were, they were replaced
- 26:23because of their unfaithfulness. That does not mean that God is
- 26:31sending them to a fire. They witnessed God's power,
- 26:34right? Right.
- 26:35They saw it, right? They believe they would probably
- 26:37unbelieve. Yeah.
- 26:38Meaning their faithfulness was unfaithfulness.
- 26:40Not that they were non believers.
- 26:42No, they saw their power. They saw, Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:44Oh, I get what you're saying. So you're saying like there's
- 26:46this level of faith in which God expects you?
- 26:50That has to like, This is why like one of these entrepreneurs
- 26:52called Alex and Mosey, that's why he's like, forget all this
- 26:55because he then realized after everything that it is faith.
- 26:59Yeah. He's all like So what now?
- 27:01So if I have 40% faith I'm I'm not in.
- 27:03Right, right, right. So he started to.
- 27:06That kind of freaked him. Out.
- 27:07Yeah, yeah, yeah. Which he's not.
- 27:09He's not wrong. But it's like a a story that a
- 27:13cousin of mine told me. He was saying, well, he he told
- 27:16me about how they they were dividing the bread and the fish.
- 27:18Yeah, but that was happening as they were going.
- 27:21That means that Faith had to keep going.
- 27:24Interesting. I think I've told you this
- 27:26testimony in Honduras. We were in a in a city, Yeah,
- 27:29Yeah, but the ousters of the city.
- 27:30And we only ordered enough Chinese rice for the people.
- 27:36And then we then realized we had one more left and and they we
- 27:39all looked at each other like, yeah, we don't this is not going
- 27:42to be enough. And to get Chinese where we
- 27:46were, it was far right. I'm trying to explain.
- 27:48To you. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 27:49I don't want to use a thread right as the rice was running
- 27:53out, the rice was multiplying. Yo, that's crazy.
- 27:57Me and Sam witnessed that. Really.
- 27:59Dude, it was multiplying. My mum started tearing.
- 28:01Like what's going on? It's right.
- 28:04We just kept feeding. More kids were coming.
- 28:07That thing was just, it just kept going, really.
- 28:09It just kept multiplying. Wow, out of nothingness.
- 28:12We've never seen that. Before yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 28:14absolutely. But if you keep paying attention
- 28:16to that, you could even doubt a second.
- 28:19So I said in my I literally, I said alright, let's keep going
- 28:22or else we're going to doubt. Oh, so it's almost like, who's
- 28:26the one that when Jesus was walking on water, who was?
- 28:29I only said that because of me, right?
- 28:31Because I know myself. Yeah.
- 28:32Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
- 28:33I was like. Let's keep going.
- 28:34Otherwise, we're gonna keep reminiscing and then we're gonna
- 28:36doubt it. So faith is a continuous thing.
- 28:38It's not just at the moment. Yeah, so I see.
- 28:40Because they were unfaithful, God will deal with them
- 28:44accordingly. Accordingly, Yeah.
- 28:46Yeah, because of that. And because of that, yeah, you
- 28:48won't make it to the land. Yeah, right.
- 28:49That. Doesn't mean they're going to go
- 28:51to hell. No, absolutely.
- 28:52He's definitely going to deal with them.
- 28:53Yes, and obviously God is not. This is why they think God is
- 28:58petty. No, he's just saying you're not
- 28:59entering. Yeah, you're not entering.
- 29:01It's like, it's like Moses. He didn't even let him.
- 29:04No. Moses even asked.
- 29:07Yes. So stop bringing this matter to
- 29:08me. You're done.
- 29:09Yeah. And.
- 29:10Then he reminds him. Is Moses in hell?
- 29:12No, definitely not. He did the greatest one.
- 29:14Exactly. They were unfaithful.
- 29:16He did the worst one. Yeah.
- 29:17He broke faith between them and God.
- 29:19That's even worse. That's even worse, correct?
- 29:22And that's a really good topic to talk about, by the way.
- 29:25Yeah. So what I'm saying is like,
- 29:27because replaceable doesn't mean yeah, we don't enter into the
- 29:30Kingdom or or to heaven. No, it's just move out of the
- 29:33way. Move out of the way because God
- 29:35has a mission. Yes, exactly.
- 29:37I I 100% agree, 100 percent, 100%.
- 29:42So we're going to move on, OK? People are like, oh, you know,
- 29:45God, you know, that's the Old Testament God and you know, the
- 29:49New Testament God is different. That's 100% false.
- 29:53And literally it's in the New Testament.
- 29:55You can also see, and we're about to read it right now in
- 29:58Acts chapter one, verse 15 to 26.
- 30:04We're about to read this right now, right?
- 30:07And it talks about Judas. OK.
- 30:11And you got I'm telling you that story tells it all.
- 30:15God is still the same from yesterday, today and tomorrow.
- 30:17Do you have it on your on your screen?
- 30:19Yes. So at this point Peter stood up
- 30:22among the brothers and sisters, a group of about 120 people.
- 30:25They were together and said, brothers, the Scriptures had
- 30:28been fulfilled, which is Holy Spirit foretold by the mouth of
- 30:31David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who
- 30:36arrested Jesus, for he was counted amongst us, has received
- 30:39his share in the ministry. Now this man acquired a field
- 30:43with the price of wickedness and falling headlong, he burst open
- 30:48in the middle and his intestines gushed out.
- 30:51And it became known to all the residents of Jerusalem.
- 30:54As a result, that field was called Hakel dama in their own
- 30:59language. That is field of blood, for it
- 31:02is written in the book of Psalms.
- 31:05May His presence be made desolate, and may there be none
- 31:09living in it. May another and another take His
- 31:12office. Therefore it is necessary that
- 31:17of the men who have accompanied us into time of the Lord Jesus
- 31:20went in. The went in and out among us,
- 31:23beginning with the baptism of John, until the day He has taken
- 31:26up from us. One of these must become a
- 31:29witness with us of his resurrection.
- 31:31So they put forward two men, Joseph called Barsabas, who was
- 31:37also called Justus and Matthias. And they prayed and said to you,
- 31:44Lord, who know the hearts of the people, show which of these two
- 31:50you have chosen to occupy this ministry.
- 31:55An apostleship from which Judas turned aside to go to his own
- 32:01place. And they drew lots for them, and
- 32:04the lot fell to Mattheus, and he was added to the 11 apostles.
- 32:09Isn't that amazing? That actually gives me an answer
- 32:12to to what I actually dreamt last night, by the way.
- 32:14Really. Oh wow.
- 32:15You got to know the hearts. Yes, May God choose.
- 32:21Yeah, always. Yes, May God choose.
- 32:23But yeah, yeah, continue. Sorry.
- 32:25So even in the New Testament, God is still the same from
- 32:28yesterday, today and tomorrow. God will replace either if you
- 32:33are because you decided to go into wickedness, because Judas
- 32:36had every right, had every right to repent like, had every right
- 32:40to be like. How did he repent?
- 32:42Oh. He would have been there.
- 32:43He would have been. He was right there.
- 32:44Yeah, because you're going to tell me Peter also denied
- 32:47Christ. I mean, honestly, I don't know
- 32:48who. Yeah.
- 32:49Yeah, yeah, exactly. We're still focused on Judas.
- 32:51Judas, OK, he was a betrayal. OK, whatever.
- 32:53But he still had access to the forgiveness in which Christ
- 32:57provided, so he could have still been with the disciples.
- 33:00Of course. But he decided to turn his own
- 33:02way and was replaced. And dude, it's that's that's so
- 33:12interesting bro. Now I got it to the same from
- 33:14today. No, no.
- 33:15Yesterday, today and tomorrow. So the pattern here that I that
- 33:20I'm seeing either of you are a righteous person, but decide to
- 33:24you know, like not be in for God's mission.
- 33:29Or if you are a person that turns to wickedness and runs
- 33:31away. Either ways, God's mission is
- 33:34God's mission. His will is his will.
- 33:36It's going to get done no matter what.
- 33:38Either you move out of the way or you keep moving forward.
- 33:42And that bring us, that brings us to Isaiah chapter 55, verse
- 33:5210 to 11. Oh yeah, that's my favorite.
- 33:56One. Yes, that one.
- 33:58Chapter 55, yes. That one says it all in my
- 34:01opinion that says says it all who God is Isaiah chapter 55
- 34:08verse 10 to 11. Now we're not going to read this
- 34:11other story, Acts 5, Acts chapter 5 verse 17 to 42 because
- 34:17pretty long, but like you guys should go read it.
- 34:20One of the teachers of the law said something very important in
- 34:24in that part he says if what they are doing, if what the
- 34:27apostles are doing is from man, then it will die out.
- 34:31But it is if it is from God, no one will ever get in the way and
- 34:36it'll do what it does. So actually interestingly, it's
- 34:40insane that you're using this because when God intervene.
- 34:44This was aside from Philippians 4 which is one of my top
- 34:49favorite. Right, right, right.
- 34:51But before I even got to learn that, that was my favorite one,
- 34:53this was my guide. Oh, really?
- 34:56Yes, because I'm sometimes very logical person.
- 34:58I always have to be like, yeah, yeah, you know, like loading,
- 35:01rendering, right. I'm always like, and and that
- 35:04was an issue for me because I was like, no, if it's like this,
- 35:06it has to be like this, Yeah. And then I rented this one like
- 35:10I would say top 2 after Philippians before, like after
- 35:13Philippians, right? I'm going to read it from verse
- 35:168 actually, because it's from verse eight.
- 35:18OK, OK that. Hits go for.
- 35:19It go for it that it hits. So basically verse one through
- 35:227, he's he's like letting them know you.
- 35:25You don't know who I am, right? But then eight he goes like from
- 35:29my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor your ways are my
- 35:33ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher
- 35:36than the earth, so are my ways higher than yours.
- 35:40Wow, understand that so are my listen to that for as the
- 35:44heavens are higher than the earth, right.
- 35:46We don't even know that height. Yeah.
- 35:49We can only we. Only know we're 60 miles off
- 35:52from the stratosphere of the earth.
- 35:54That's like 60 miles. Exactly.
- 35:56That's that's pretty much still achievable.
- 35:58Yeah. And then we have.
- 35:59This talk about the heavens. Now we can then, with space, the
- 36:02stars. All that, all that stuff.
- 36:04Yeah, that's, that is like uncomprehensible to us, right?
- 36:07We don't even have the technology.
- 36:09To your end, like reach. We we can only see, right?
- 36:14That's crazy, yeah. Yeah, so he says, as the heavens
- 36:17are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than yours,
- 36:20and my thoughts than your thoughts.
- 36:22So as the rain and the snow come down the heaven and do not
- 36:26return without watering the earth and making it produce and
- 36:31sprout, and providing seed for the sore and bread to the eater,
- 36:35so will my word be which goes out of my mouth and will not
- 36:39return to my to my word empty, without accomplishing what I
- 36:43desire and without succeeding in the purpose for which I sent it.
- 36:49For you will go out with joy and be LED in peace.
- 36:52Well, yeah. Amen, bro, Amen.
- 36:55So what? God says it's going to get done.
- 36:58When I read that, like in 2012, thirteen, I think 2012 or 13, I
- 37:05was already a person who didn't really care about many things.
- 37:07That just made me not care about like not nothing.
- 37:11No, it the Bible is true man. With what psalms I mean in
- 37:15Proverbs it says it says that God's word strengthens your
- 37:18bones. Yes.
- 37:19You tough? Yeah.
- 37:20Makes you tough. Yeah.
- 37:21So that that is something you should take into consideration
- 37:23because you think that God does what we want.
- 37:30No, the the we only start to want the desires that we want
- 37:36only end up being what he wants because he changes us,
- 37:41transforms us. He molds us, like you said.
- 37:42Yeah. Then we start to desire the
- 37:45things that he want us to do. Yes.
- 37:47Then that's when we we become obedient and susceptible to do
- 37:49His will. Amen 100%.
- 37:52Yeah, in a world in which we're told to have goals and dreams.
- 37:55Yes, in our modern time. Yeah.
- 37:59And before we end this too, I want to say one thing too.
- 38:02Men and women that you are, it's got, you know, for those that
- 38:08are going to get married, you are replaceable.
- 38:11And also the one that God places there, he is also replaceable.
- 38:16So just keep your eyes on God. That's true.
- 38:19And if they obey, they'll be right there.
- 38:21If not, don't worry, God will replace them.
- 38:26Yes, and I know that very well. All too well.
- 38:30Yes, God is good man all the time, and God is also a God of
- 38:35mercy and love. But don't be.
- 38:38Don't be too naive either. He's also a king on a mission,
- 38:42absolutely. So he will replace you if he has
- 38:44to. And.
- 38:45Again, that doesn't mean you lose your salvation or anything.
- 38:49Just this just means like, hey, listen, just you're not doing
- 38:53it. You're not doing your job.
- 38:54I, I have to, I have to put someone who's going to do it.
- 38:57Yes, correct. Amen.
- 38:59But if you fall into wickedness, oh, that's on you.
- 39:02That's on you wherever that is. All right, so.
- 39:06Before we end it too, our book will come out soon.
- 39:10Who knows when, but we'll keep announcing it.
- 39:12It's it's done though. Yeah, it's done.
- 39:14It's just we're just waiting on the editor steps, all of those
- 39:17steps. Clothing is going to be brought
- 39:19out soon, and that's right. Yeah, keep forgetting these
- 39:22things. And your organization is, it's
- 39:25doing it's thing. And if anybody wants to donate,
- 39:26shoot us an e-mail. We'll send you the link on how
- 39:29to Yeah, how to give us a dollar.
- 39:31Yes, give the organization 5 bucks.
- 39:33Yes, it's all good. Yeah.
- 39:34Yeah. And there's going to be a
- 39:37medical brigade very soon. Yeah.
- 39:39Yeah. So we're going to end it up.
- 39:41We're going to end it off with a prayer.
- 39:42So. All right.
- 39:43Thank you, Father, for this amazing opportunity to speak
- 39:46about something that's uncomfortable for many but
- 39:49comfortable for us because we know what, what, what that looks
- 39:54like. Or at least I can tell you that
- 39:55I've experienced that several times.
- 39:58But it's still wonderful even in the end to to feel being
- 40:02replaced and only only then to see and witness your mercy.
- 40:06It just goes to show that you're always there all the time and
- 40:13give us a wisdom and understanding all the time.
- 40:16Always depend on you and those who are listening to.
- 40:18May their hearts be touching that they can go share this with
- 40:20others as well as it's not just for us, but whoever.
- 40:23If that be for two or three people who listen, that's fine
- 40:28and we thank you for that. May you always have the glory
- 40:31and exaltation because you are the one and only true God, the
- 40:35creator of this universe, the one above all, the one who says
- 40:39I am, that I am, that is whom we are at service, and we thank you
- 40:43for that opportunity. Amen.
- 40:45Until the next time, guys.
