Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: You're listening to this Monky Spirit podcast where intuition meets
- 0:06Speaker 1: real life. Hello and welcome to this Monkey Spirit Podcast.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I am your host, Carrie Mugs. I'm a professional psychic
- 0:16Speaker 1: medium and a grief educator, and today we are going
- 0:20Speaker 1: to talk about anxiety or being anxious and how it
- 0:24Speaker 1: affects and are you really anxious or are you activated?
- 0:29Speaker 1: So there's kind of a lot, especially there's so much
- 0:32Speaker 1: going on right now around us. I mean, like the
- 0:34Speaker 1: outside world is crazy and inner stuff is going on.
- 0:39Speaker 1: I'm sure because outside can create what's going inside. But
- 0:43Speaker 1: I want to talk about being anxious or is it
- 0:49Speaker 1: anxiety or are you in fight or flight? Because here's
- 0:52Speaker 1: what happens. We think we're in a constant state of anxiety.
- 0:57Speaker 1: We don't know any better. We just think, oh my gosh,
- 1:00Speaker 1: I feel like something the ball's going to drop here.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Or if you're like me, you get up in the
- 1:05Speaker 1: morning sometimes you think, oh my gosh, it's like there's
- 1:07Speaker 1: a constant cloud or there's a constant now, not like depression,
- 1:11Speaker 1: but just something like you're always on edge. Something's going
- 1:15Speaker 1: to go wrong, something is somebody mad at me? Like
- 1:18Speaker 1: it's a constant loop and so that can be anxiety,
- 1:22Speaker 1: an anxiety loop, but also too it can be your
- 1:26Speaker 1: nervous your nervous system not being regulated. So what happens
- 1:31Speaker 1: is we have so much going on that we're constantly
- 1:35Speaker 1: in a flight, a fight or flight situation. Our body's
- 1:39Speaker 1: constantly in fight or flight. And back in the day,
- 1:42Speaker 1: fight or flight used to be we go into fight
- 1:44Speaker 1: or flight, something would happen and then we would be
- 1:47Speaker 1: able to regulate our nervous system shortly after. But what's
- 1:51Speaker 1: happening now is we go into fight or flight, we
- 1:54Speaker 1: don't feel safe, and because of everything that's going on,
- 1:58Speaker 1: we don't go back in to a regulated nervous system.
- 2:02Speaker 1: We just constantly stay in a fight or flight situation
- 2:05Speaker 1: because of everything that's going on around us, and social
- 2:08Speaker 1: media constantly putting that is putting that in our head
- 2:11Speaker 1: that we're so we're constantly thinking that we're not safe.
- 2:14Speaker 1: We always think we have to do do more, do better.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And usually sometimes that trauma can happen when you're little,
- 2:22Speaker 1: or sometime in your life grief when somebody passes, But
- 2:25Speaker 1: right now in our society, it's constant. Because there's constant
- 2:29Speaker 1: chaos going on around us. We have non stop, political religion,
- 2:36Speaker 1: all the stuff that's going on, and so we're constantly
- 2:39Speaker 1: in a flight or fight moment. And then what happens
- 2:43Speaker 1: is when you go into fight or flight, and usually
- 2:48Speaker 1: your system can regulate it, you go back down to safety,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you go back down into the green area, right, But
- 2:53Speaker 1: what's happening is we're not getting out of fight or
- 2:55Speaker 1: flight because we're constantly seeing all these scary things, constantly
- 2:59Speaker 1: seeing all this stuff. And then what happens is we
- 3:02Speaker 1: continue to be in fight or flight constantly, and it
- 3:06Speaker 1: disregulates our nervous system so badly that if we keep
- 3:09Speaker 1: adding on to it, then our body goes into freeze
- 3:12Speaker 1: and we just kind of numb and shut down because
- 3:15Speaker 1: we don't know what to do and we feel helpless.
- 3:18Speaker 1: And so there is a difference, like anxiety feels the same.
- 3:22Speaker 1: That the thing is is sometimes you can have anxiety,
- 3:24Speaker 1: but you should be able to regulate it, Whereas when
- 3:28Speaker 1: we're in this loop or when we're in this when
- 3:30Speaker 1: our nervous system is not regulated, then we constantly stay
- 3:35Speaker 1: in this state, which is not good for our bodies.
- 3:38Speaker 1: It's not good for it's not good for our systems,
- 3:42Speaker 1: it's not good for our we don't feel safe, we're
- 3:46Speaker 1: constantly on edge. And this can also this is kind
- 3:51Speaker 1: of scientific. It also causes lots of It produces more cortisol,
- 3:55Speaker 1: which which a cortisol is constantly being released in your body,
- 3:59Speaker 1: which is constantly and then that also will stimulate other
- 4:03Speaker 1: things like weight gain and anxiety. And it's just a big,
- 4:08Speaker 1: huge and when a big huge cycle, and when you're
- 4:11Speaker 1: in this system or in this it's hard to get
- 4:14Speaker 1: out and it's hard to listen to your intuition because
- 4:16Speaker 1: you're constantly in fight or flight or you're constantly in
- 4:22Speaker 1: this mode. And so it's kind of crazy. Because that's
- 4:26Speaker 1: I'm going to teach a lot about that in my class,
- 4:28Speaker 1: my intuition, my compass class this weekend, because and I'm
- 4:31Speaker 1: gonna teach you how to regulate your nervous system, how
- 4:34Speaker 1: to get back into your body, get back into knowing
- 4:37Speaker 1: what's your intuition and what's just fear and anxiety. And
- 4:41Speaker 1: so we have got to do that. You have. So
- 4:44Speaker 1: I just want this episode of the Spunky Spury is
- 4:47Speaker 1: to let you know you're not crazy, you're not broken,
- 4:52Speaker 1: you're not too emotional, you're not just anxious sometimes you
- 4:57Speaker 1: can just be activated. You could be solely activated, and
- 5:02Speaker 1: so many people come and get readings and they'll be like,
- 5:05Speaker 1: what's wrong with me? Or I can't calm my mind,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I'm looking at my notes. If you're watching the video
- 5:11Speaker 1: and sometimes it feels like anxiety and your nervous system
- 5:16Speaker 1: is basically in survival mode. If you're constantly feeling like this,
- 5:19Speaker 1: if you feel pretty relaxed, I know a couple of
- 5:21Speaker 1: people that are just like, yeah, nothing gets to me.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I'm good, good for you, good for you. I want
- 5:27Speaker 1: the secret to that, because there's a lot of people
- 5:28Speaker 1: out there that are not all like that, and right
- 5:31Speaker 1: now they're in this constant loop. Right now, especially it's
- 5:34Speaker 1: because it's so crazy. Just know, though, if you're not
- 5:38Speaker 1: one of those people that are constantly in a chill mode,
- 5:41Speaker 1: you're not weak, you're not doing life wrong, and your
- 5:46Speaker 1: body's just kind of learning how to protect you your body.
- 5:49Speaker 1: That's how your body protects itself. Is it just? My
- 5:52Speaker 1: husband does this thing when we go for a drive.
- 5:57Speaker 1: He will look ahead of him and he will imagine
- 6:00Speaker 1: every case scenario that can go wrong and how he's
- 6:03Speaker 1: going to fix it. And that's what we kind of
- 6:05Speaker 1: do I do the same thing. It's some things in
- 6:07Speaker 1: my life. I'll be like, Okay, if this goes wrong,
- 6:09Speaker 1: I can do this. If this goes wrong, I can
- 6:10Speaker 1: do this, or if this happens, I can do this.
- 6:13Speaker 1: We go through every case scenario that if something bad happens,
- 6:18Speaker 1: we can fix it or how we can how we
- 6:21Speaker 1: can change it or fix it. And that's kind of
- 6:24Speaker 1: what this is. And then our mind does that loop
- 6:26Speaker 1: and we can't get out of that loop. It's just
- 6:28Speaker 1: and then we get intrusive thoughts and we get all
- 6:30Speaker 1: of this stuff. And especially with empathic people or sensitive people.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I'm not saying if you're a chill person, you're not
- 6:38Speaker 1: a pathic You've just learned how to regulate your nervous system.
- 6:42Speaker 1: And so this is kind of how it works. So
- 6:45Speaker 1: fight is when you feel irritation, you feel anger, you
- 6:49Speaker 1: feel snappy, you feel like you've lost control. Flight is
- 6:54Speaker 1: when you're overthinking, you have anxiety, you stay busy, you
- 6:58Speaker 1: can't slow down, you just want to take off, you
- 7:00Speaker 1: just want to shut so something. Sometimes I'm good at flight.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Sometimes I'm not good at the fight one. But I
- 7:05Speaker 1: if something goes wrong or I think something's happened. I
- 7:08Speaker 1: just want to disappear. I want to get out of there.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I have been known to if I walk into a
- 7:13Speaker 1: room with conversation, I will turn back around and go
- 7:14Speaker 1: back out. I totally do the flight thing. So but
- 7:19Speaker 1: even though you can still run a business, because I thought,
- 7:23Speaker 1: you can still be like a high functioning they call
- 7:25Speaker 1: them a high functioning alcoholic. You can be a high functioning.
- 7:30Speaker 1: You can still be high functioning and still being these
- 7:32Speaker 1: fight or flight molds. You can still take care of
- 7:34Speaker 1: every run run a business. You can still do all
- 7:38Speaker 1: those things and being in fighter flight constantly. It just
- 7:44Speaker 1: it's a lot more. It takes a lot more of
- 7:46Speaker 1: your energy, and it's just it's a little bit harder.
- 7:50Speaker 1: So why intuitive people, which is everyone, because everybody has intuition,
- 7:57Speaker 1: can feel this more. If you're intuitive or empathic, or
- 8:02Speaker 1: you're aware of energy, your nervous system is more. It
- 8:06Speaker 1: can be more sensitive. You feel more, you pick up more,
- 8:09Speaker 1: and you process more. So when your systems get overwhelmed,
- 8:12Speaker 1: it doesn't just shut off. It goes into protection mode.
- 8:16Speaker 1: So if you get overwhelmed, you can go into freeze,
- 8:19Speaker 1: which will numb you and stop you. But you can
- 8:21Speaker 1: also go into protection mode, which is the loop, the loop,
- 8:24Speaker 1: and then you can feel the anxiety, the restlessness, the
- 8:27Speaker 1: emotional swings, the exhaustion that would be me. But it's
- 8:31Speaker 1: not a flaw. It's just your sensitivity and you're trying
- 8:34Speaker 1: to you're trying to learn how to regulate your nervous system.
- 8:37Speaker 1: So when I was younger, my nervous system was always
- 8:40Speaker 1: in fighter flight too, because my father was an alcoholic,
- 8:43Speaker 1: and I constantly had to read the room make sure
- 8:47Speaker 1: everything was okay. It's my dad, okay, is my brother okay?
- 8:50Speaker 1: Is my mom okay? And it turned me kind of
- 8:52Speaker 1: into a people pleaser, not so much anymore because I'm
- 8:54Speaker 1: learning how to regulate my nervous system. But I constantly
- 8:58Speaker 1: grew up in that fight or flight, like constantly since
- 9:01Speaker 1: I was little, so I kind of didn't know any
- 9:03Speaker 1: different throughout my whole life, and so I kind of
- 9:05Speaker 1: grew up thinking if there was no chaos, then I
- 9:08Speaker 1: had to create it because that's the only thing I
- 9:11Speaker 1: knew how to live in. Too, live in is the
- 9:12Speaker 1: unsafe or the chaotic, because that's where I felt safe.
- 9:15Speaker 1: It always had to be chaotic. I couldn't if I
- 9:18Speaker 1: was in calm, or if there was calm, I felt lazy.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I felt like I wasn't doing enough. So it's just
- 9:23Speaker 1: crazy how you have to rewire your brain to know
- 9:26Speaker 1: that you're not You're not doing anything wrong, you just
- 9:29Speaker 1: don't understand the regulation. So if Spirit were honest, because
- 9:37Speaker 1: this is the segment, If Spirit were honest, no sugarcoating
- 9:41Speaker 1: this one, right, Spirit wouldn't say fix yourself, well kind of,
- 9:45Speaker 1: but also too in a nice general way, you would say,
- 9:49Speaker 1: learn how to feel safe in your body, so you
- 9:51Speaker 1: can fix this, but you need to learn how to
- 9:55Speaker 1: feel safe where you're at, feel safe in your body,
- 9:59Speaker 1: feel safe in the moment. And so that's another thing
- 10:03Speaker 1: too that I want to teach you. A lot of
- 10:05Speaker 1: people are like, I hate meditation. I can't do it.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Meditation isn't something that you do to have these aha experiences,
- 10:12Speaker 1: Like I meditate almost every day, and I honestly could
- 10:15Speaker 1: maybe count on one hand the super awesome spiritual experiences
- 10:20Speaker 1: I had during meditation. Meditation teaches you how to listen
- 10:25Speaker 1: to your body, so when you are in chaos or
- 10:29Speaker 1: when you are in the middle of something super anxious
- 10:32Speaker 1: or anxiety, you can take you can step back go
- 10:36Speaker 1: into a meditative state like that, so it doesn't. So
- 10:41Speaker 1: you can feel like you can take the deep breasts
- 10:43Speaker 1: and ground and meditate and go back into who you
- 10:46Speaker 1: are and not let the chaos surround you stress you out.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Spirit would say, just learn how to be safe in
- 10:56Speaker 1: your body, which takes a lot. Can't do it overnight.
- 10:59Speaker 1: It's not something. It takes a lot, you guys. It
- 11:01Speaker 1: takes a lot of affirmations, It takes a lot of rethinking,
- 11:04Speaker 1: It takes a lot of sometimes even supplements if you're
- 11:08Speaker 1: not sleeping well at night. It takes a lot of
- 11:11Speaker 1: a lot of work to regulate your nervous system. If
- 11:13Speaker 1: you've been if you've been in fighter flight, situation throughout
- 11:17Speaker 1: your life, and anything can trigger trigger trauma, trauma, anything
- 11:21Speaker 1: can trigger Grief can trigger it, trauma can trigger it.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Lots of things can trigger it. So don't feel like
- 11:29Speaker 1: you're broken or that you're not normal. Because I used
- 11:31Speaker 1: to people would be like, well, I'm pretty chill, I'm
- 11:34Speaker 1: laid back. I wasn't, and so I had to learn
- 11:38Speaker 1: how to I had to learn how to listen. I
- 11:41Speaker 1: had to learn how to be safe and feel safe.
- 11:46Speaker 1: So I'm going to give you some tips on how
- 11:48Speaker 1: to reset a little bit so you can kind of
- 11:54Speaker 1: get back into if you do kind of feel yourself
- 11:57Speaker 1: looping or you feel like you're in fighter flight where
- 12:00Speaker 1: you feel unsafe, I'm gonna give you some things to do,
- 12:02Speaker 1: some exercises to do. Honestly, it's kind of a big
- 12:06Speaker 1: It's a bigger deal than just some simple exercises. That's
- 12:10Speaker 1: why yoga. So that's why yoga's so big, because because
- 12:15Speaker 1: your emotions get stuck in your body, right, and your
- 12:18Speaker 1: emotions and these traumas and they get stuck in your body,
- 12:20Speaker 1: and that's why when you're in fight or flight, you
- 12:22Speaker 1: don't process them and you keep moving. So movement helps
- 12:26Speaker 1: you process that. Movement helps you so you're not stuck.
- 12:29Speaker 1: That's why yoga was so good, or yoga is such
- 12:31Speaker 1: a good thing. I can't stand yoga. Yogas do slow
- 12:34Speaker 1: for me. But what I did is I found a
- 12:37Speaker 1: class that has yoga movements with a sword, and so
- 12:42Speaker 1: now I do yoga with the sword and I feel
- 12:44Speaker 1: pretty badass and I feel pretty strong, and I think
- 12:47Speaker 1: it's pretty cool. So and that helps me still have
- 12:50Speaker 1: the same movement and I feel like I'm like this
- 12:53Speaker 1: warrior person and it helps me like yoga, and I'm
- 12:56Speaker 1: still doing the same moves. I also got a vibration
- 12:59Speaker 1: plate to kind of help move that energy to kind
- 13:02Speaker 1: of help and I kind of thought they were stupid
- 13:04Speaker 1: at first, but I love mine. It helps me calm.
- 13:07Speaker 1: It calms me, it regulate. It totally helps me feel
- 13:11Speaker 1: regulated and in a more calm situation. Movement is so
- 13:15Speaker 1: important to regulate your nervous system. And then I added
- 13:19Speaker 1: some I used to walk for an hour every day,
- 13:22Speaker 1: but now I do. I do walk, but I do
- 13:25Speaker 1: the Japanese walk. I do Japanese walking where you walk
- 13:28Speaker 1: really fast for three minutes and then walk slow for
- 13:30Speaker 1: three minutes, then walk really fast for three minutes. And
- 13:34Speaker 1: it helps because it keeps my brain thinking while I'm
- 13:38Speaker 1: doing the walking. And it's that bilateral thing also too,
- 13:42Speaker 1: bilateral music on Spotify or Calm Calm. You can put
- 13:46Speaker 1: those airphones on and it does the biolateral thing that
- 13:51Speaker 1: is attempt is what do you call practicing EDMR that
- 13:55Speaker 1: they do for in counseling. It helps regulate your nervousystem,
- 14:00Speaker 1: helps process trauma. So I've been doing that. So this
- 14:03Speaker 1: is something I've been working on every day. It's like
- 14:07Speaker 1: the gym, it's like my intuition. You have to work
- 14:09Speaker 1: on it every day to get it to work. I
- 14:11Speaker 1: know it seems like a lot, but oh my gosh,
- 14:13Speaker 1: it's so much better than living in a state of
- 14:16Speaker 1: chaos twenty four to seven, not kidding you. And so
- 14:20Speaker 1: I've been adding these little things to my life to
- 14:23Speaker 1: help regulate that. So now I want to try something
- 14:28Speaker 1: just right now. I want you to. If you're driving,
- 14:30Speaker 1: just listen, but if you can, close your eyes, take
- 14:36Speaker 1: a deep breath in and slowly out. Now, bring your
- 14:41Speaker 1: awareness to your body and ask yourself, do I feel
- 14:46Speaker 1: safe right now? And don't answer from your mind. Let
- 14:50Speaker 1: your body respond in a gentle way. Relax your shoulders,
- 14:55Speaker 1: unclench your jaw, soften your stomach, Take another deep breath in,
- 15:01Speaker 1: and remind your body I am safe in this moment.
- 15:06Speaker 1: This is how you begin fight or flight, not by forcing,
- 15:10Speaker 1: by just allowing to feel safe. You can put your
- 15:14Speaker 1: hand on your heart. That's why you see a lot
- 15:15Speaker 1: of people they put their hand on their heart, and
- 15:17Speaker 1: they put their hand on their belly because they're regulating
- 15:20Speaker 1: their breaths. And a lot of times people do box breathing,
- 15:25Speaker 1: which is in hell two three four x hel two
- 15:30Speaker 1: three four, they'll like hold up for a four count,
- 15:33Speaker 1: so one two three four one two three four a
- 15:37Speaker 1: lot of times two you can do a deep breath
- 15:39Speaker 1: in and count to four and then a deep breath
- 15:42Speaker 1: out and count six and have the deep breath out
- 15:44Speaker 1: the exhal be longer than the inhale, and that will
- 15:48Speaker 1: bring you back to back to your your core, back
- 15:52Speaker 1: into a safety and always just tell yourself to I'm safe,
- 16:01Speaker 1: I'm safe. Put your hand on your heart and say
- 16:03Speaker 1: I'm safe in this moment, I'm safe right now. That
- 16:06Speaker 1: was a big one for me. I constantly thought that
- 16:08Speaker 1: maybe somebody I was always on edge, something was gonna
- 16:11Speaker 1: go wrong, something was gonna It was just the craziest
- 16:14Speaker 1: like I'm always gonna cry just because it was just
- 16:17Speaker 1: not a way to be in life right like it's not.
- 16:21Speaker 1: And the only place I ever really felt safe was
- 16:23Speaker 1: in nature. But then you add bigfoot to that, you're
- 16:27Speaker 1: not sure if you're so just And another thing they
- 16:30Speaker 1: like to do is if you kind of start to
- 16:33Speaker 1: feel chaos, is you need to look around in the
- 16:36Speaker 1: room and ground yourself feet on the floor and look
- 16:39Speaker 1: at different objects in the room and say, okay, there's that,
- 16:41Speaker 1: there's a door handle, there's this. Because it helps ground
- 16:44Speaker 1: you and you help feel safe. So if spirit would
- 16:50Speaker 1: give you advice, this is what I think spirit would say.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Slow down. You don't have to do everything in an
- 16:56Speaker 1: emergency form. You don't have to hurry and get the
- 16:58Speaker 1: dishes done. You don't have to hurt, hurry and do this.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Time is time. It'll get done anyways. I don't. My
- 17:04Speaker 1: daughter was always like, oh my gosh, I got a
- 17:06Speaker 1: hurry and do the dishes. Why they're dishes. You don't
- 17:09Speaker 1: have to you do everything in emergency response. You do everything.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I got hurry and get this done. I got hurry
- 17:14Speaker 1: and get that done. And it's just not so Calm,
- 17:16Speaker 1: calm and be slow. You don't need to be in
- 17:19Speaker 1: survival mode anymore. Your body just hasn't caught up yet.
- 17:23Speaker 1: You're not broken, You're just activated. So try and be
- 17:28Speaker 1: try and get out of the activated motion. If this
- 17:32Speaker 1: resonated with you this week, ask yourself. Start noticing this.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Am I anxious or am I activated? And instead of
- 17:41Speaker 1: trying to fix it, try and soothe your body. Try
- 17:44Speaker 1: and feel where the emotions coming from. Your body. Try
- 17:47Speaker 1: and breathe through it. Try. And I used to think
- 17:49Speaker 1: the breathing exercises were so stupid until I started doing them.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Because here's the thing. I learned how to tap into
- 17:57Speaker 1: my sixth sense when I was little because I was
- 18:00Speaker 1: in fighter flight, right, I had to use it. I
- 18:03Speaker 1: had to constantly read the room, I had to constantly
- 18:06Speaker 1: to read people. I had to make sure I was
- 18:08Speaker 1: always safe. So I learned how to use my intuition
- 18:12Speaker 1: in fight or flight. It's kind of like learning a
- 18:15Speaker 1: second language when you're little. It's easier when you're little.
- 18:18Speaker 1: When you become an adult, it's harder to tap into
- 18:21Speaker 1: your gifts when you're constantly in fight or flight or
- 18:24Speaker 1: constantly in activation, so when you're an adult, just like
- 18:28Speaker 1: it's a little bit harder to learn a second language
- 18:30Speaker 1: when you're adult. So as an adult, if you're trying
- 18:37Speaker 1: to tap into your intuition and try to tap into
- 18:39Speaker 1: your gifts, you really need to regulate your nervous system.
- 18:43Speaker 1: That will help you one hundred percent. Because I've been
- 18:46Speaker 1: doing it, and my intuition my readings are I mean,
- 18:51Speaker 1: I can totally tell a difference. I don't have to
- 18:53Speaker 1: scribble on paper anymore when I do my readings, because
- 18:56Speaker 1: I can just sit and feel safe. I think the
- 18:59Speaker 1: reason why I used to scribble is because when information
- 19:02Speaker 1: wasn't coming through, I'd get nervous and I'd have to
- 19:04Speaker 1: scribble it. I'd have to scribble that energy. And now
- 19:07Speaker 1: if information is taken a minute to come through, I
- 19:10Speaker 1: can just sit in it. I can sit in it
- 19:13Speaker 1: and actually hear it and feel safe in it. So
- 19:17Speaker 1: if you want to practice or then start by trying
- 19:22Speaker 1: to feel safe and regulate your nervous system. I do
- 19:27Speaker 1: have some subliminals, and I have two meditations on intuition.
- 19:38Speaker 1: They're on my website. You can go get their I
- 19:40Speaker 1: am going to create more. I'm also creating an ebook
- 19:43Speaker 1: on grief and how to connect to your loved ones.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Those will be available soon too, and some other stuff
- 19:50Speaker 1: that I'm not going to tell you yet, but it's coming.
- 19:52Speaker 1: So be prepared because we are going into some crazy
- 19:57Speaker 1: times and I need you to know how to trust
- 20:04Speaker 1: your intuition and I need you to learn how to
- 20:07Speaker 1: trust yourself and guide yourself. So that's what we're going
- 20:12Speaker 1: to start doing. That's going to be my main focus
- 20:14Speaker 1: the next couple of months. Teaching you to learn to
- 20:21Speaker 1: trust yourself, trust your intuition because it's going to be
- 20:25Speaker 1: a little bit chaotic and you need to know and
- 20:29Speaker 1: trust yourself more than you do society, religion, government, all
- 20:40Speaker 1: the things, all the structural things. So that's what we're
- 20:45Speaker 1: going to start doing. And I'm not saying this to
- 20:48Speaker 1: scare you. I'm not saying this because I want you
- 20:53Speaker 1: to live in fear. I want you to know that
- 20:57Speaker 1: you are powerful and you you have everything you need
- 21:01Speaker 1: already inside you, and things can, things are going to
- 21:09Speaker 1: good will win. But we got to focus on learning
- 21:12Speaker 1: how to trust ourselves and trusting our own gifts and
- 21:17Speaker 1: our own intuition and not follow blindly to somebody else's.
- 21:22Speaker 1: And so that's what we're going to start doing. So
- 21:25Speaker 1: I love you guys so much, and I I'm going
- 21:29Speaker 1: to start having I'm starting to have group readings. I'm
- 21:33Speaker 1: going to do some group readings, more secluded, more intimate,
- 21:37Speaker 1: with like ten people, but I haven't I'm getting set up.
- 21:40Speaker 1: I do have some already scheduled because I had family
- 21:43Speaker 1: groups or people who already got their groups together that scheduled.
- 21:46Speaker 1: But I will be doing some that if you don't
- 21:48Speaker 1: have a group that you can just buy a ticket
- 21:51Speaker 1: to come to the group. Usually the groups will be
- 21:53Speaker 1: about ten people. They're going to be light galleries. They're
- 21:55Speaker 1: just going to be a little bit more intimate more
- 21:59Speaker 1: because then that you'll have more of a chance to
- 22:01Speaker 1: get a reading. And so I just think that that
- 22:04Speaker 1: would I feel better. I feel better integrity wise about
- 22:08Speaker 1: doing it that way. So watch for those. And I
- 22:13Speaker 1: think I'm going to have so many retreats coming up
- 22:15Speaker 1: in my I'm just going to have to figure out
- 22:17Speaker 1: they won't be like big retreats where we travel to
- 22:19Speaker 1: you or they're gonna be one day retreats that we
- 22:22Speaker 1: do this stuff and we tap into ourselves and we
- 22:25Speaker 1: listen to our bodies and we trust ourselves and we
- 22:28Speaker 1: become powerful. And that's what I'm going to start doing.
- 22:31Speaker 1: So watch for those two. I love you guys so much,
- 22:35Speaker 1: and I'm so grateful for you every day, and I
- 22:38Speaker 1: will see you guys next week.
