- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: On Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Two developments just happen in the same 24-hour window and separately each one is big.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_00]: But together,
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: together, they're the one-two punch that could finally end the era of stolen elections in America forever.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: The House just passed the Save America Act in a legislative, masterstroke, attaching it directly to a major appropriations bill so the Senate can no longer bear it in a procedural grave.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: And President Trump, with the CIA director, the FBI director, the DNI, and the Secretary
- 0:58[SPEAKER_00]: is set to take the national stage tomorrow night to deliver what he himself is calling, the biggest news this country has ever heard.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: Gang, what you're about to see here is not just a legislative win, what you're about to see is the strategic setup for something far more powerful than any bill.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: A national security emergency declaration that no court, no Democrat,
- 1:27[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor here to help you make sense of the madness with breaking news in analysis.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to get anywhere else.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: So you know what to do.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_00]: So the next 24 hours are going to be without question.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_00]: The most pivotal moment.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: for election integrity in our nation's history.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: So let's start with what the house just did, because this is smarter than it looks.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yesterday July 14th, Speaker Mike Johnson attached the Save America Act directly to a major state department in national security appropriations bill.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: There was always a 215 to 211 vote that cleared the house and now heads straight to the Senate with the Save Act and intrinsic part of the appropriations bill that only requires a simple majority thereby bypassing the Senate filibuster and a Mike Johnson's credit.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_00]: This is the third time that the house has passed the Save America Act, okay?
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: So Speaker Johnson has been delivering big time.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: on this.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: We got to give credit where credit's due.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: Now, ironically, Speaker Johnson used the same reconciliation 3.0 framework that the now late Senator Lindsey Graham was building before his passing.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: There have been two major reconciliation bills passed thus far.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: Again, reconciliation bills only need a simple majority of 51 votes.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: So we had the one big
- 2:59[SPEAKER_00]: CBP package through those were passed through reconciliation.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: And as it turns out, Lindsey Graham was actively working on a third reconciliation bill reconciliation 3.0, specifically designed to include the Save America Act.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: It would be a defensive appropriations bill akin to what the House just passed.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: And Senator John Thune has signalled that the Senate will go forward with that.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_00]: Republicans have the vote.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_00]: We've got 50 votes.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: We talked about this yesterday.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: The fiscal argument is artytes, under John Kennedy, Louisiana's correctly pointed out that proof of citizenship requirements directly reduced federal benefits costs flowing to ineligible non-citizens.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's precisely the kind of mandatory spending reform that clears what's called the bird rule,
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: everything that goes through this reconciliation process has to clear what's called the bird rule.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: It has to have some kind of economic significance to it.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: That procedural door is now open.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: The votes are there.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: And now this all sets the stage for what's to happen tomorrow night.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_00]: Thursday night.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: This is what could blow the door off its hinges entirely.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: There are now multiple reports that President Trump is going to be addressing some bombshell revelations about election fraud and our nation, particularly with regard to the 2020 elections.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: And in classic Trump fashion, he's promising that what we're going to be talking about on Thursday night doesn't get any bigger.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: According to reports from Reuters, the Hill and multiple White House sources, Trump will take the podium this Thursday night, 9 p.m. Eastern and present newly declassified intelligence of evidence that foreign nations have interfered in American elections.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: with specific attention of vulnerabilities and voting machines.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_00]: And he will reportedly be flanked by CIA director John Rackliff, acting DNI Bill Polty, DHS Secretary Markway Mullen, and FBI director Cash Patel.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: Now again, I do have to reiterate here.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: These are reports of what Trump will talk about Trump himself.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_00]: Has confirmed it will be about election security, and that's going to blow the bits, the narrative that our elections are completely pristine and fair and free, but he has not given any specific details as of yet.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: What many analysts are doing right now is they're simply piecing together what just happened
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: And what's before the Senate, the attachment of the Save America to that national security bill, and they're arguing that Trump is going to drive that home.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: They don't see those as separate events.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: They see the passage of from the house, going to the Senate, and then Trump's speech Thursday night as all one great act as it were.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: So what Trump will do at least?
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: is provide the intelligence was the CIA, D&I, DHS, FBI backing before the entire nation that completely justifies the attachment of the Save America Act to a national security bill.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: In other words, the Save Act is no longer about election security is now officially about national security officially.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: So what does that mean?
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: And what does that entitle Trump to do?
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: This is where things become absolutely explosive.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_00]: But first, let me ask you something.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: Have you noticed that no matter how hard you work, it feels like your money just doesn't go as far as it used to.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: We keep hearing politicians in Washington argue over spending but the truth is the national debt is quietly acting like a hidden tax on every single paycheck you earn.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: Every time the elites print more money to fund their agendas, the dollars in your wallet and your retirement account lose their power.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: For years, the establishment told us to trust the system, right?
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: Work hard, save your money, and everything will be fine.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: But what happens when the very people running the system are the ones inflating your wealth away?
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's how they keep you dependent, they control the currency, so they control your future.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: What if you didn't have to stay trapped in their system?
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: What if you were just one trade plan away from a more independent financial future?
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: That's the message inside the name Backpack Trader.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's not about Wall Street, it's not about staring at screens all day, it's about learning a simple plan that you can carry with you, a skill
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: the elites can't inflate away a plan that can help you build confidence and real choices from wherever you are.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now I know some of you are thinking, Steve, trading isn't that risky and I understand that totally.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: I was skeptical too.

- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a coincidence that Trump will reportedly have the full national security apparatus of the United States government standing behind him on live prime time television because the message is not just political, it is legal.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: When the CIA director, the FBI director, the DNI and the Secretary of Homeland Security stand beside a president and present declassified intelligence of a foreign attack on American election infrastructure, that's not a press conference.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: That is the formal, evidentiary foundation for a national security emergency declaration.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's what you have to get.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: More and more pundits.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_00]: are arguing that we're seeing the formal evidentiary foundation for a national security emergency declaration from Trump himself.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: And here's why that matters more than any bill or any court ruling.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: A national security emergency is virtually immune from both the courts and from Congress.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_00]: A national security emergency declaration is virtually immune from the courts and from Congress.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: The courts cannot strike down a national security declaration anymore than they can stop Trump from going to war with Iran.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: A traditional executive order can be challenged in court, but a national security emergency declaration is a completely different legal vehicle, the Supreme Court rule back in 1983.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: then a national security emergency can only be overturned by a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress, which of course is essentially impossible to achieve.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: Senate filibuster can't touch it.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_00]: The parliamentarian can't rule it out of order.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now keep in mind, Trump used this exact vehicle back in 2019 to build the border wall
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: If Thursday night delivers with the reporting suggests, he won't just be giving a speech.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_00]: He'll be pulling the trigger on the most powerful election integrity mechanism in American legal history.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: Now, that said, if Trump stopped shy of formally declaring a national security emergency, again, this is all when all said and done.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is still conjecture.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: We're just trying to connect the dots here.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: stop shy of formally declaring a national security emergency, then what he'll most likely do tomorrow night is provide the momentum that the save act needs to now pass the Senate with a simple majority and overcome any objections the parliamentarian might have to try to stop it.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: The parliamentarian can be ignored, as I understand, legally.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: The parliamentarian is not law.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: The soon can fire her if you wanted to, as I understand it.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_00]: But Trump would be giving otherwise weak need Republican rhinos senators the cover to override her objections in the event that she tries to overrule the inclusion of the save act in the latest appropriations bill.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: So here's how Thursday night ties it all together.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrat filibuster strategy on the save act has always wrestling on the single argument.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_00]: Election fraud is just a conspiracy theory.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't happen.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: This is a solution in search of a problem.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: Move on, right?
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: Every rhino whose betrayed us on this has used that same soft paddling as political cover.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: But if Thursday night suggests delivers what the reporting suggests, if Trump presents declassified intelligence of foreign interference in American elections with Georgia specifically in the crosshairs from what reports were saying, that argument evaporates overnight.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: The save act is no longer a theoretical safeguard.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: It becomes the obvious urgent national security response to a documented attack on American democracy.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: And any senator still standing in the way of reconciliation 3.0's election integrity provisions is no longer just voting against voter ID.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_00]: They're voting against the documented recommendation of the CIA, the FBI, and the President of the United States weeks before a midterm election.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: And I said it yesterday, if 80% of the country already supports election integrity measures, after Thursday night's speech, you can guarantee it's going to be 90%.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: The House has done its job, the Senate has the votes, the reconciliation vehicles built,
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: The declassified evidence is reportedly in hand, and Thursday night, the President of the United States takes the podium with the full national security apparatus behind it.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: The fight for free and fair elections has an end it, as far as President Trump is concerned, that fight has only just begun.
