It is amazing. 45 00:03:05,700 --> 00:03:10,800 So big, big week for CM Punk fans. 46 00:03:10,800 --> 00:03:16,700 There's a photo, Triple H posted on Monday Night of He Did The Fingerpoint 47 00:03:16,700 --> 00:03:21,700 with CM Punk's own title because Triple H wasn't at Sunday Night, Saturday Night's main event 48 00:03:21,700 --> 00:03:27,100 on this past weekend. They did this photo and I looked at it and I just thought to myself 49 00:03:27,100 --> 00:03:30,700 like it obviously it's commonplace now we're like, okay, this is, you know, 50 00:03:30,700 --> 00:03:36,300 we think nothing of it but for a brief moment as I stare at the photo, Dr. Trab is like, 51 00:03:36,300 --> 00:03:42,800 I want to put myself into like 10 years ago and if I thought I would see this photo 10 years later 52 00:03:42,800 --> 00:03:48,100 and it would be like, oh, it's got to be Photoshopped because back then we didn't know AI as we know it. 53 00:03:48,100 --> 00:03:52,200 Not I now, but I mean obviously today you'd be like, oh, this is AI, this is fake. 54 00:03:52,200 --> 00:03:57,500 But it's real, it's a real photo, Triple H running WWE fingerpoint to CM Punk 55 00:03:57,500 --> 00:04:00,000 who has the World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder. 56 00:04:00,000 --> 00:04:02,600 These were two guys that did not get along with one another. 57 00:04:02,600 --> 00:04:07,600 The last time Punk was in WWE as a World Champion, someone else were in the company by the name of Vince McMahon. 58 00:04:07,600 --> 00:04:13,600 It's just wild. Like when you take a step back and you get out of this world of professional wrestling 59 00:04:13,600 --> 00:04:18,600 and everything we talked about for that 10 year gap of Punk not being professional wrestling as a whole, 60 00:04:18,600 --> 00:04:24,100 especially WWE, Dr. Trab. It's wild that that moment has actually happened again 61 00:04:24,100 --> 00:04:27,500 because it appeared it's time where I didn't think it was ever going to happen again. 62 00:04:27,500 --> 00:04:33,000 And certainly Triple H running WWE pointing to CM Punk who has the World Champion, I did not foresee that ever happening. 63 00:04:33,000 --> 00:04:42,000 >> Go back to the pipe bomb promo and CM Punk calling out, it basically would have been styled. 64 00:04:42,000 --> 00:04:45,000 But literally I think your refrigerator says dumbass son-in-law. 65 00:04:45,000 --> 00:04:49,500 And all the heat that him and Triple H had. 66 00:04:49,500 --> 00:04:56,000 I mean you go back to some of those that feud with him and Kevin Nash and then my proxy Triple H because of the National Injury. 67 00:04:56,000 --> 00:05:02,000 We felt like a lot of that promo was borderline shoot. Like they did not like each other. 68 00:05:02,000 --> 00:05:09,500 I mean Triple H just said that in interviews like he didn't get CM Punk and why the fans were so in the CM Punk. 69 00:05:09,500 --> 00:05:13,000 Shawn Michaels even said that back then the heating didn't get it either. 70 00:05:13,000 --> 00:05:20,500 And you look at it now 15 years later and they both said they figured each other out. 71 00:05:20,500 --> 00:05:25,000 They understand and they're actually way more alike than they ever thought they were. 72 00:05:25,000 --> 00:05:32,500 And now you stand there with a guy who was perceived by many to be a cancer in the AEW locker room. 73 00:05:32,500 --> 00:05:37,500 And he's one of like trying to think of the right terminology. 74 00:05:37,500 --> 00:05:41,000 He's one of those guys that everybody comes to for advice. 75 00:05:41,000 --> 00:05:49,000 Like we haven't heard anybody say anything bad out of character about CM Andrew McIntyre still says he sucks. 76 00:05:49,000 --> 00:05:59,000 But you know, but out of character like everybody's like no he comes to PC. He helps out the young people like all these young kids are raving about like they can pick his brain. 77 00:05:59,000 --> 00:06:03,500 They can and maybe this is what punk wanted AEW to do for him. 78 00:06:03,500 --> 00:06:12,500 Not the company, but like he wanted those young guys to seek him out to look for him as a locker room leader and he didn't get that. 79 00:06:12,500 --> 00:06:22,000 And now like I honestly Jeff, I mean maybe since his title is run with the during that 434 day title run. 80 00:06:22,000 --> 00:06:28,500 This is the happiest I've seen CM CM Punk look in 15 17 years. 81 00:06:28,500 --> 00:06:33,000 Like he genuinely looks happy all the time. 82 00:06:33,000 --> 00:06:37,500 And you're just like I never thought I'd see a happy CM Punk. 83 00:06:37,500 --> 00:06:45,500 I thought we were going to get grumpy the basically the version of us that we talk about like the angry old men who send their lawn chairs and yell at clouds. 84 00:06:45,500 --> 00:06:48,500 I thought that was the CM Punk we were going to get for the rest of our lives. 85 00:06:48,500 --> 00:06:57,500 Yeah, he recently did an interview where he said like this is the best these ever felt like he's done in his entire career, which is like wild to think. 86 00:06:57,500 --> 00:07:04,500 I think he's at peace with things and it's even during his time in AEW. 87 00:07:04,500 --> 00:07:09,500 I felt like that was the vibe until things are getting haywire with the EVPs. 88 00:07:09,500 --> 00:07:17,500 There were some sort of you know obviously issues that he had with the front office there in AEW, but he just feels like a completely 180 punk. 89 00:07:17,500 --> 00:07:32,500 Then we were accustomed to you know pre return to the AWWE in the last several years and a lot of people would chalk that up to you know Mary and AJ Lee you know marriage makes changes people makes people better people. 90 00:07:32,500 --> 00:07:36,500 That type of stuff and here he is and completely different person. 91 00:07:36,500 --> 00:07:44,500 He just feels at peace. He didn't need a world championship. He didn't need a world championship in AEW. He didn't need a world championship in WWE, but here he is doing it. 92 00:07:44,500 --> 00:07:51,500 I don't know. I agree with you. I mean it just comes off on the screen that he is relaxed. 93 00:07:51,500 --> 00:07:56,500 He likes what's going on when he's not relaxed and doesn't like what's going on. 94 00:07:56,500 --> 00:08:06,500 He is very evident on the television screen even during his last couple months with AEW when you return the company that eventually departed after the all in Fiasco. 95 00:08:06,500 --> 00:08:17,500 I'm in agreement with you. Yeah he just I think the easy way to say it is I hate to keep going back to this is he just looks to be at peace with everything that he's accomplished. 96 00:08:17,500 --> 00:08:26,500 And this run in WWE I think maybe he's grateful for a second chance because they didn't need to bring him back after AEW dropped him. 97 00:08:26,500 --> 00:08:34,500 And then the what would the record been for CM Punk the legacy like he could have ended up in TNA. 98 00:08:34,500 --> 00:08:49,500 I doubt he would have ran Indies so it's he's kind of like putting a bow on his career doctor. This is it's odd because people take care of themselves a lot better than they did 20 30 years ago and it just feels like at 47 years old. 99 00:08:49,500 --> 00:09:00,500 And the amount of times that I felt like he's in this you can make a strong case right now that punk is it is like either in his prime or in his prime where the twilight is closer than ever before. 100 00:09:00,500 --> 00:09:12,500 It's it's phenomenal watch. Yeah it's something you said earlier like he didn't he didn't need this world title like he didn't need the world title like it's the impungsile legend and all the fame and all that stuff. 101 00:09:12,500 --> 00:09:29,500 I think on some level though he needed the validation by being the world champion and not just in the sense of accomplishment but just hey everything I'm doing right now the company appreciates which that makes me appreciate them more. 102 00:09:29,500 --> 00:09:41,500 And we've talked about the show sometimes the world title they put on guys for to help them get over to maybe help the title get like Becky Lynch as the women's intercon out champion. 103 00:09:41,500 --> 00:09:52,500 That's about establishing that title. This in a lot of ways is like hey right now with the way our company is set up on raw you are our most valuable performer. 104 00:09:52,500 --> 00:10:16,500 We have a bunch of young guys that we need to establish as main eventers you can help with that we have a lot of baby faces that we need to figure out what we're going to do with you can help with that your our most marketable character like all the things that he has basically kind of driven himself to since he returned it's a sense of validation and all that hard work so I really am super sorry for the guy. 105 00:10:16,500 --> 00:10:39,500 And you're right like there are times in your life you realize like I may not be in my physical prime but I'm at that moment where my physical matches my intellectual and that's really when a good prime error comes into place because you realize hey maybe I don't have to work as hard because I can work smarter and extend things out. 106 00:10:39,500 --> 00:11:07,500 There's one thing you and I talked about Daniel Bryan like maybe he might have to change his style in the ring the last longer he never really didn't he went out on his own terms punks adapted his tweaked his style he's not as high flying he's not doing as much crazy stuff as he did maybe his younger days he works really smart matches he knows how to get the crowd involved and I think that has really paid off right now with this new generation of wrestlers where it's like you don't have to go 150 miles an hour. 107 00:11:07,500 --> 00:11:28,500 You can slow down here you can piece this here I can work with a John Cena I can work with the with a Braun Breaker I can work with a J. U. so like he's that multi tool piece you can put in there and work with everybody and you're going to get quality Matt typically I will this might go north side of me to very you typically get really good quality matches. 108 00:11:28,500 --> 00:11:42,500 I would also add that I think the injuries he suffered in the last four to five years when you return to the business may have humbled him a little bit he had that really fluky foot injury after winning the championship I think the first go around. 109 00:11:42,500 --> 00:11:59,500 The second injury and I may be off on my timeline tier was when he had the fight back at brawl out and tourist triceps I think that was the second injury then he returns to WWE in like two three months later he tears his triceps in the Royal Rumble. 110 00:11:59,500 --> 00:12:27,500 I mean three devastating injuries that completely derailed his comeback run and how he's been healthy for the longest time knock on wood thankfully then anything that he's done since he's come back and maybe just like those three instances like humble them a little bit and was like your body's telling you you probably don't have much time left in this so enjoy what you're doing and deliver when you're doing it and he is certainly doing that right now so 111 00:12:27,500 --> 00:12:37,500 see a punk is the new world every way champion he did it on Saturday to make a vent out to trade by defeating Jay Lusso you've kind of alluded to your thoughts on this match. 112 00:12:37,500 --> 00:12:55,500 I wasn't the biggest fan of this match as well because it was like a TV match it felt like a 15 minute TV match was that like your take away on this one as well is my reading that not to mention in that it was a little sloppy at times especially 113 00:12:55,500 --> 00:13:07,500 when you guys were the finish when you had Jay doing the GTS and then punk hitting what maybe the worst spear I have ever seen in my life and commentary having his sell it like it was gold. 114 00:13:07,500 --> 00:13:24,500 Yeah it just it felt like and I don't know if the show ran long early and they had to cut this match this short but usually you you want a budget for your world title matches better but yeah it just felt like an average main event on raw or Smackdown. 115 00:13:24,500 --> 00:13:42,500 Like it didn't feel special and even even when he won you're like alright that's great it just it didn't have that umph behind it that typically you want when somebody's crowned your new world champion and like I said the match itself was kind of sloppy for for most of it. 116 00:13:42,500 --> 00:13:49,500 Yeah it was it was a strange end to the show because I also felt at that point the entire show was really good. 117 00:13:49,500 --> 00:14:09,500 I don't know if they were strapped on like a two hour time limit because I they definitely went over two hours and it was on peacock so this wasn't like running an NBC where it would be like 10 minutes of wrestling three minute block of commercials come back another eight minutes of wrestling maybe the match ends block of commercials. 118 00:14:09,500 --> 00:14:37,500 And a two hour time frame where it's like 40 minutes of commercials an hour and 20 minutes of actual in ring stuff or the show itself this was like two hours straight and they had breaks of like three minutes with very little ads which was odd on peacock in that entire time it just it felt rushed and at that point I enjoyed like the entire show for for what it was was Dr. Tray so let's let's peel back the show here a little bit first. 119 00:14:37,500 --> 00:14:58,500 Dom retains the intercon with chamfer over Rusev and Penta I sat here on the show last week I said I felt like that this was going to be like an entertaining cheating clinic from Dom Mysterio and that's exactly what it was I mean he is doing Eddie Guerrero better than Eddie Guerrero did when it came came to line cheating ceiling and he is winning over the crowd and it's very entertaining watch. 120 00:14:58,500 --> 00:15:27,500 Now look that that's almost sacrilege I don't know if anybody's if anybody's better than Eddie because a lot of the stuff we see is based on stuff Eddie did so that don't get me wrong that's the foundation yeah however I think that he is taking what Eddie created and adding a very unique and creative spin on it yeah he's he's making it his own and that's what I like I mean I I've never seen the bell I've never seen the bell trick done like that before. 121 00:15:27,500 --> 00:15:51,500 You know I'm like oh okay that's clever like it's he's he's putting his own spin on it I just I don't know if anybody's ever going to top any when it comes that stuff but yeah like I I was a little surprised that they didn't decide to maybe move the belt off of him but look the more Dom on TV the better the better it is and by the way Jeff I know we're going to jump into I'm going to jump and look at my night. 122 00:15:51,500 --> 00:15:59,500 Did you not laugh your ass off or at least pop when he looked at Ray and said he keep my father's name. 123 00:15:59,500 --> 00:16:00,500 Yes yes. 124 00:16:00,500 --> 00:16:02,500 I wouldn't nuts for that. 125 00:16:02,500 --> 00:16:20,500 Yes Dom is extremely entertaining and I saw I read a post on X from Russell Pierce this week to our tray from an interview with Cody Rhodes where Cody Rhodes said that the internal reaction backstage to Dom Mysterio is that he's going to be the face of the company. 126 00:16:20,500 --> 00:16:43,500 In due time and I've heard Cody say this and I've heard John Cena say this now I mean that's insane to think of I love Dom I think he's great I think he's entertaining he has come so far from when he came into the company during the pandemic but I don't look at him go this is the face of the company in a couple years I don't go like you know seen a Roman Cody Dom Mysterio. 127 00:16:43,500 --> 00:17:06,500 If I know I alluded to the any being is that but if any girl on Roddy Piper had a kid it'd be Dom Mysterio like I don't know if Dom's ever going to have the look that WWE likes on their main event face of the company time guy Dom might clean up great I don't know because it's been so long since we've seen clean cut Dom. 128 00:17:06,500 --> 00:17:35,500 But personality wise interview wise all the things you want in your focal point champion Dom can do the only thing Dom needs to work on is needs to get a little bit better and I don't want to say in shape because green his cardio is great but he needs to get a better look in his body and that's the only thing and we've seen with Cody I remember years ago you and I do the show I said Cody needs to wear long tights or knee pads because that whole like no knee pad in tights. 129 00:17:35,500 --> 00:17:50,500 Thing looked really weird and made him look really small and then he adjusted because he probably got the same feedback that's the only thing that is keeping and we saw with Eddie when Eddie had the moment was a WCW you looked at you're like that's not a main event. 130 00:17:50,500 --> 00:18:04,500 When Eddie put on a little bit of size clean the hair cut up and you're like that when he beat Brock Les like that guy's a main event like you knew it and that's where Dom's at now Dom is Eddie when he came to WWE in the rascals. 131 00:18:04,500 --> 00:18:19,500 Dom is early Latino heat he's just got to get a little bit better shape everything else is there for him to be like a focal point main event star in that piper Eddie kind of character. 132 00:18:19,500 --> 00:18:30,500 Yeah Dom is very entertaining I enjoy watching him and it's you know you basically what you're saying as well the big thing is that he doesn't look like a guy that could be the top guy in the company. 133 00:18:30,500 --> 00:18:48,500 I mean look at Roman Cody Cena Dom isn't there yet he could be like a really good top tier player that is extremely entertaining the fans get behind but to be the face of the company is is a little bit far fetched so I can't see it quite yet but it could still be there and the way that he's being booked. 134 00:18:48,500 --> 00:18:57,500 It's entertaining but if that's the plan at some point he needs to be booked much stronger than he is because it's the chicken should heal stuff is entertaining and fun. 135 00:18:57,500 --> 00:19:06,500 But if again if he's got to be the guy he can't rely on that all that much so dobb or James the intercontinental championship in a very fun match where you're going to say something to Dr. Try. 136 00:19:06,500 --> 00:19:17,500 Yeah I was say I mean Rick Flare did get 17 world titles be a chicken should he but he doesn't look like Dom I mean let's I mean I know honestly though like Rick Flare still look like a so you know tough son of a bitch. 137 00:19:17,500 --> 00:19:46,500 Yeah now even like even like remember when when punk came into WWE right he was doing the ECW stuff and then he first came over to the main Ross you're like yeah like this guy but he's just a little small he had to put on a little more muscles Seth we saw with Seth Rollins you're absolutely like that's that's the only thing keeping Dom from really breaking through his if he put on a little bit more muscle where you're like okay he looks like he could fight even though he's doing the chicken shit stuff we still buy it's the Brent hard stuff when Brett was in the heart. 138 00:19:46,500 --> 00:19:59,500 So I was like the crazy hair a little bit undersized but it took him getting in a little bit better wrestling shape and having the look for us to buy him as a main event. 139 00:19:59,500 --> 00:20:14,500 Brett didn't look mismatched by Undertaker right Dom right now looks mismatched by everybody because it's like the way that he carries his character and I get that that is what makes his character so enjoyable and entertaining but again if you're like this is a main event 140 00:20:14,500 --> 00:20:24,500 and then the other player main event level player at some point they have to give him a mean streak that like gets that side out of him while still dabbling in the current form of Dom that we see so 141 00:20:24,500 --> 00:20:34,500 he needs to go just father's eye out like Seth did. Jade cardgill walked out of Saturday Night's main event as the WWE Women's World Champion, 142 00:20:34,500 --> 00:20:53,500 Dr. Trayard Women's Champion I should say. Jade dominated in this match it wasn't even close I know that they were working on the Tiffany Stratton injury storyline with her knee from the beat down from Jade Cardgill two weeks prior or 10 days prior from the match and then they care that over on Smackdown this past Friday. 143 00:20:53,500 --> 00:21:11,500 This was to the point where it felt awkward and disrespectful like Tiffany Stratton's run this year should be recognized as pretty damn amazing and I don't think it is by most fans or is getting that attention back to back matches now that she's lost after having a winning streak. 144 00:21:11,500 --> 00:21:18,500 She held the title over 300 days and then she just gets absolutely manhandled by Jade cardgill on Saturday Night's main event. 145 00:21:18,500 --> 00:21:28,500 What was more shocking the Jade domination or Tiffany's like near historic title run quietly ending. 146 00:21:28,500 --> 00:21:46,500 I mean Tiffany Stratton got Brock Lesnar by Jade cardgill on that match I mean it was like damn we thought that girl was booked pretty strong I mean she had wins over Nia Jax like she had a pretty strong run and Jake and the funny thing was I don't know if he knows this. 147 00:21:46,500 --> 00:22:12,500 She didn't really work the leg all that much like a little bit to get the advantage but the last the closing sequence was everything was leading up to to jade it like it was all upper body moves I'm like all right like this is just them going no this is our strongest woman this is who we're going with we're going to build her up kind of like a monster and then just see who we can have her take her down. 148 00:22:12,500 --> 00:22:40,500 Like it was like I always kind of thought Tiffany's run much like most people's first world title runs do get kind of push to the background she had a much longer title run than I thought she would but just this year domination I mean Tiffany Stratton beat Charlotte Flair and got destroyed by jade cardgill that just shows you the levels on the booking of this like this is a woman that we position up to be very very strong. 149 00:22:40,500 --> 00:22:47,500 And then this other one just comes in and just bulldozes her that puts her on undefeated Oscar level. 150 00:22:47,500 --> 00:22:58,500 Shayna and NXT like just out of some recent you know mommy as a heel like that just puts Jade on that level of who can touch her going forward. 151 00:22:58,500 --> 00:23:18,500 This was like 2006 I would have said I think Tiffany Stratton has failed a drug test based on the way that she was beaten down in the match that's what it felt like it was like if she suspended as she legitimately injured did something happen to she have heat like what are we doing here or we just simply trying to get Jade over and we haven't heard anything since that 152 00:23:18,500 --> 00:23:28,500 tonight's event that makes it think it's negative towards Tiffany maybe Tiffany needed to refresh that's because her title rain kind of got a little bit stagnant. 153 00:23:28,500 --> 00:23:35,500 It's just it's interesting doctor because if you look at the first 10 months of the year Tiffany Stratton has been a dominant player in the 154 00:23:35,500 --> 00:23:41,500 women's division in WWE and when you and I sat here a couple weeks ago we're like who do we think should be the women's wrestler of the year. 155 00:23:41,500 --> 00:24:10,500 It's like it's either Stephanie Valkor or Tony Storm like we're not even bringing Tiffany Stratton to the conversation so it was a very odd way to end the title rain I would like to see a little bit more back and forth but clearly right now here we are November 6th WWE is more focused on helping put Jade over in this new role which tells me that if they're building this right now this is the Jade that we should expect from now until WrestleMania I don't think you put a championship. 156 00:24:10,500 --> 00:24:29,500 On a person like this and dominate them this late in the game late in 2025 if they did not have some sort of WrestleMania plans starting to build towards in the background so Jade dominance and becomes the new WWE women's champion and then the opening match doctor trade Cody Rhodes retains against your 157 00:24:29,500 --> 00:24:39,500 McIntyre Cody Rhodes cheated in this match doctor trade this is quite the interesting year because you go back to WrestleMania Cody would cheat here is against your 158 00:24:39,500 --> 00:24:44,500 McIntyre Cody's cheating are we seeing some foreshadowing here with the American nightmare. 159 00:24:44,500 --> 00:24:58,500 I think once again kind of like the stuff they've been doing with Jay they're kind of hedging their bets and just kind of saying like hey if somebody else on this roster catches fires a baby face can we move Cody to heal and will the fans buy it. 160 00:24:58,500 --> 00:25:16,500 But once again you look at the size discrepancy between Drew and Cody hey sometimes guys have to do that to do to hang on and then it also gives credibility to all the stuff that Drew has said about Cody so I think it's them just kind of like I don't 161 00:25:16,500 --> 00:25:29,500 say it's foreshadowing but it is kind of planning an Easter egg that way if they if they do make the switch at some point fans will go oh yeah remember when Cody cheated against Drew a 162 00:25:29,500 --> 00:25:37,500 Saris main event that was an Easter egg it might be Easter egg it just might be a little bit of a dip in the toe in the water to make sure it's a swimmable. 163 00:25:37,500 --> 00:25:50,500 It's interesting I will say that because it's like what are we the story that we're telling you with Cody road is quite intriguing where he wouldn't cheated back at WrestleMania against Johnson and Harry is now cheating against Drew 164 00:25:50,500 --> 00:26:02,500 McIntyre there more to this I feel like it is and I can't wait to see Friday Smackdown when Drew McIntyre I would imagine response to the loss from Cody roads against Cody roads as Saturday to main event. 165 00:26:02,500 --> 00:26:21,500 Then the other big piece of news here Dr. Trey it'll begin this Monday on raw in Boston it was announced a Saturday and to main event that the way the final opponent for Johnson will be figured out announced taking place is in a 16 person tournament Johnson announced it himself 166 00:26:21,500 --> 00:26:36,500 during a really nice video package that they aired on Monday's Raw as well he said wrestlers from raw Smackdown NXT and some people who may not work here will be in this tournament the first two matches that we saw announced were 167 00:26:36,500 --> 00:26:53,500 Shamus taking on shinsuke Nakamura and was it rusev taking on Damien priest and that'll be on Monday's Raw they'll announce two more matches on Friday Smackdown your thoughts on the last time is now tournament concept. 168 00:26:53,500 --> 00:27:16,500 This is johns for all you people who listen to the show this is john scene of paying homage to Jeff peck because Jeff peck Jeff peck loves tournaments so john scene over the over the years over the 15 years of the show has listen to Jeff peck say how much he loves tournaments whether it's the king of the ring the continental classic. 169 00:27:16,500 --> 00:27:44,500 TNA random tournament whatever it is G1 Jeff loves to G1 climax king of the ring I was G1 climax I was a porno movie but it's it's somewhere yeah but this is like Jeff loves tournaments I it's it's another way to kind of help get people over like shinsuke and shamus I mean like I you me to go man I remember that shinsuke john scene of match and oh my god I remember shameless putting scene 170 00:27:44,500 --> 00:28:00,500 into the table to win his first world title you know all man rusev and seen a wrestle man he with the tanks like some of these want you go man that would like that's kind of cool that these guys are the guys who really haven't been on TV as much looking at shame as 171 00:28:00,500 --> 00:28:13,500 in shinsuke and then you get some of the young guys the Damien priest in there like this is going to kind of cool mix because it's got a little bit of nostalgia and a little bit of dream matches kind of going in together the fact that they alluded to some people 172 00:28:13,500 --> 00:28:32,500 who may not be in their on the show we're probably getting Matt cardona in this tournament that was my logical pick he's the king of the indies he has history see that I think Matt cardona will be in this tournament yeah it's interesting to see who will be in it Matt cardona is definitely a top name when they said people who don't 173 00:28:32,500 --> 00:28:42,500 go here anymore as like oh it's got to be Matt yeah and then I was like who else could be out there like Kurt angles not wrestling I think obviously a lot of people when they heard that too they thought that Adam Copeland 174 00:28:42,500 --> 00:28:57,500 would be available from a w i Tony con had some really nice things to say about john cnr recently I don't know if Adam Copeland coming back to w is one of those things that he will allow given the relationship w 175 00:28:57,500 --> 00:29:20,500 if for whatever reason if edge is back in WWE just for this tournament and a w and w broke it's sort of deal I will be my jaw you will hear my jaw hit the floor I don't know what else I will do I mean that would be the most probably insane thing we've ever covered in the history of the show would be something like that so I love it 176 00:29:20,500 --> 00:29:46,500 I love it I love that they're doing this I think it's a really nice way to they're making this a very big deal as it should be and it when they and when he announced the tournament it was like the first time I really like thought to myself like wow we have like listen seven weeks left of john cnr wrestling and he probably has maybe two to three matches left because he's going to be at Boston 177 00:29:46,500 --> 00:30:10,500 raw this Monday he'll be at the his final raw will beat msg in two weeks see a punk is challenged him I don't know if they'll do that on one of the rods that would be nice he's performing at survivor series and then saturday night's main event so four more dates and definitely one match probably maybe three total matches in all I can't 178 00:30:10,500 --> 00:30:40,220 see him wrestling on Mondays raw and Boston but I think he should I think he should wrestle at msg I think they're more inclined to probably set up the msg show at Boston which I think is a mistake let him wrestle the remaining dates so that made me sad to think about that but because you get nostalgic when people that were wrestling when I was like when high school are now leaving it's and I'm almost a 40 year old man now myself it's sad it's sad when you think of it that way but I love this concept Dr. 179 00:30:40,220 --> 00:31:09,220 I don't know who will win it we saw some rumbling that this was the direction they were going to be going online the direction online that a lot of people are under the belief is that gunthor is the one that comes out of this and wins the tournament who do you we don't know who's going to be a we only don't four of the 60 names so who do you want to win this tournament and who do you think will win this tournament who do I want to win well first of all Adam Copeland but we're not getting Adam Copeland. 180 00:31:09,220 --> 00:31:17,220 We're not getting Adam Copeland five matches in WWE under an AW contract so there you go that takes that the equation. 181 00:31:17,220 --> 00:31:37,220 I kind of do want Dom to win this whole thing and then I want Dom to be the one that I want Dom to be the one that be Sean Cena or in that situation you don't need seen it you don't need Dom to win the match he's already kind of over as a heal so you can let scene it go out with a win 182 00:31:37,220 --> 00:31:42,220 and then come back with another tournament the crowd new intercon and I'll champion. 183 00:31:42,220 --> 00:32:06,220 I don't think they're going that way I don't think I think I still lean into my initial pick which was gunthor because it does kind of set the stage of the next I don't say top baby face but the next big star like he's already had a you know he's already had a world title rain or kind of title rain he's had some big matches but you know being the last guy to face 184 00:32:06,220 --> 00:32:22,220 Cena is should be an honor way more of an honor than even Baron Corbin being the guy you know the last guy to wrestle Kurt Engel like this should be a launching point for somebody that the company's playing on building around for a long time. 185 00:32:22,220 --> 00:32:34,220 I will say I we haven't seen the full term if Braun breakers in that term it that would be surprising I I don't think he's there I think he's factored in this whole other scenario. 186 00:32:34,220 --> 00:32:40,220 I think Gunther will win but I really do want Dom to win the whole thing. 187 00:32:40,220 --> 00:32:55,220 I think Gunther wins the tournament names that are I would love to see when the tournament are obviously I'd love to edge in it Randy Orton again seen styles Cody Rose those likes that we've already seen. 188 00:32:55,220 --> 00:33:07,220 I would love to see Jacob five to win this tournament if he was in it if he's healthy enough and if he's clear because I think that would be a really nice passing the torch. 189 00:33:07,220 --> 00:33:20,220 I don't know if I want to see Gunther be the person to do it and we all think that's going to be Gunther because he was the one that also retired Goldberg and I don't think that should be the same storyline that we see so. 190 00:33:20,220 --> 00:33:37,220 I love Gunther he's fun to watch but I want to see somebody cares Mattick in the ring with scene of one last time and I think that's Jacob for two so those are our picks last time is now tournament begins this Monday looking forward to seeing how this wraps up and I know it's just feeling a little bit nostalgic and emotional doctor. 191 00:33:37,220 --> 00:33:40,220 I know that this is this is the end of the John Cena run. 192 00:33:40,220 --> 00:33:48,220 The scene of ever wrestle Eddie Guerrero do you remember a must have on Smackdown he had to have you know it's a championship. 193 00:33:48,220 --> 00:33:53,220 The parking lot the parking lot fight right the parking lot fight on a paper view. 194 00:33:53,220 --> 00:34:02,220 Yeah so like I mean that's why it's like man Cena Dom and the promos that go back and forth there would be really fun. 195 00:34:02,220 --> 00:34:19,220 I don't know like I think seen it with toast Gunther in the promos heading up to you know the last match and that's what you want I want somebody that see to can kind of go bar for bar with and Dom may not be on that level but Dom's pretty close like Dom's up there. 196 00:34:19,220 --> 00:34:25,220 Honestly there's also probably I really kind of do want the miss the win there's a like if he's in this herment I kind of do want. 197 00:34:25,220 --> 00:34:37,220 Miss in the mix I'd love to see miss is seen it one more time and miss come out dressed like Cena or miss come out dressed like rock like heading into the WrestleMania 27. 198 00:34:37,220 --> 00:34:39,220 I think it was 28. 199 00:34:39,220 --> 00:34:40,220 We said. 200 00:34:40,220 --> 00:34:44,220 This is 27 Atlanta 27. 201 00:34:44,220 --> 00:34:54,220 Yeah so you remember that the week the week before WrestleMania miss miss came out we heard the rocks music and miss came out as rock and I was like damn he does a pretty good rock so. 202 00:34:54,220 --> 00:35:04,220 I got it that's my sentimental pick because that's the one guy that see that a good rivalry with that we really haven't seen seen it interact with Cizocaine back. 203 00:35:04,220 --> 00:35:18,220 Feel free to chime in at SRTU podcast on X with who you'd like to see win the last tournament last last time is now tournament and be John Cena's final opponent on summer 13th at Saturday Night's Main event in Washington DC. 204 00:35:18,220 --> 00:35:28,220 Dr. Trey I'm starting to think a lot about award season coming up here here we are first show in November were you know four or five shows away from doing the award show wrapping up 2025. 205 00:35:28,220 --> 00:35:45,220 And one of the things that I've been thinking about here is women's wrestling as a whole and I'm really excited to look at the women's wrestler of the year category and like when you really think about it especially the way that creative has gone as of late in both major companies a W WWE even TNA. 206 00:35:45,220 --> 00:35:51,220 Does it feel like to you that women's wrestling has officially surpassed men's wrestling in the United States. 207 00:35:51,220 --> 00:35:54,220 Oooo. 208 00:35:54,220 --> 00:36:12,220 For me personally no like I still get more excited about some of the big men's matches than I do the women's matches and I would say maybe on the totality maybe on an individual match by match basis on a particular show I might be more excited for. 209 00:36:12,220 --> 00:36:27,220 One women's match over the rest of the card but totality of it all I still kind of lean more to the men's side than I do women's but this may be the I don't think you would have ever heard me go. 210 00:36:27,220 --> 00:36:40,220 Oooo like three years ago five years ago like it's it's a lot closer now I think there are a lot more women stars and professional wrestling than there's ever been before. 211 00:36:40,220 --> 00:36:56,220 The women are really encouraged to be themselves now more so than ever before and have given been given more creative freedom over their characters but I still say there's more depth in the men's division than there is the women's division which probably gives it the edge to me. 212 00:36:56,220 --> 00:37:19,220 See I think the women's division is so competitive right now and I like a lot of the creative stuff especially in WWE you look at the Bailey Liler Valqueria Oscar Kyrie saying stuff what's rean EO doing right now Jade Cardgill's character Charlotte and Alexa Bliss's tag team champions the women's division and NXT is extremely entertaining fun. 213 00:37:19,220 --> 00:37:46,220 It feels like women's wrestling to me has surpassed men's wrestling in 2025 and and just overalls in the industry because it feels like their creative is so much more structured there's better character depth than the things that you see on the men's roster right now especially in WWE Dr. Trey and maybe the men's stuff is kind of influx because of injuries that have taken place in wrestlers that are in and out like a Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. 214 00:37:46,220 --> 00:38:13,220 But it just feels like the women's wrestling is so much more cleaner creatively and you see it in AW as well I love the women's tag team title term that's taking place then it is when it comes to then it is compared to the men's side like the men's creative is very much chaos in both organizations and it makes you wonder does like w creative look and go we've got so many parts to play it's so entertaining so much fun 215 00:38:13,220 --> 00:38:28,220 and the men's side isn't as deep as it should be or we believe it is so I feel like women's wrestling is surpassed men's wrestling here at least for me as if you were watching home like I'm more excited for the women's stuff than I am the men's stuff right now. 216 00:38:28,220 --> 00:38:42,220 I do think there is a level of you can run a storyline with the women that you've done with the men before but in that sense the women's division is fresh it hasn't been done. 217 00:38:42,220 --> 00:39:07,220 I do think like in w use case I mean losing Jacob Fattu losing Seth Ross like the injury bug has bit the men's division I mean just think like what we're at right now on raw is not what the plan was three weeks ago they had a whole different creative plan out for this and because of says injury they've had to shift the entire paradigm of w w. 218 00:39:07,220 --> 00:39:16,220 W gets hamstring a lot of times because they're like all right well our best heel isn't available to us so we got to kind of move stuff around. 219 00:39:16,220 --> 00:39:35,220 I do think right now it is a lot of like just the fact that the women have really stepped their games up their characters are more fresh and dynamic because a lot of men's characters we've seen similar guys before so it is kind of a fresh coat of paint for a subset of wrestling that hasn't been featured 220 00:39:35,220 --> 00:40:04,220 the talent is just stronger than it's ever been before but when it comes down to like some of these grudge matches and big type feels and big fights I still lean towards a good like you know a Drew McIntyre Jacob Fattu match over anything on the women's side and in Elizabeth I just like I like more of the physical nature of men's wrestling than most of us wrestling like you get the Tony storms the rear replay some of the big hitters 221 00:40:04,220 --> 00:40:10,220 those matches are fun but they're still quite a few matches you want you go yeah this one shouldn't be on TV. 222 00:40:10,220 --> 00:40:18,220 And the last thing here want to bring you for Dr. Trez I'm thinking about award season is and this goes for WWE and a w as well. 223 00:40:18,220 --> 00:40:27,220 We got to think about tag team wrestler you know tag team of the year I simply ask you what the hell happened to tag team wrestling in 2025. 224 00:40:27,220 --> 00:40:56,220 Oh my god I swear this is what like this might end up being the thing that replaces we can't talk about the heinus the scene at heel turn or the punk return to wrestling those things we can't talk about is every year come January one you and I get so excited about tag team wrestling we're like man it's going to take off this year it's going to be fantastic and then we get to about March and April we're like yes sucks like they just kind of forgot about the division like right now they're on this thing like we like Hodgepodge tag teams are really cool. 225 00:40:56,220 --> 00:41:15,220 We like making tag teams reunite that don't want to reunite or you get a tag team back and then they get somebody gets injured and they're off TV is just like it's a stop and start thing is is really like the crazy thing for me is like TNA's tag team division is better than anything else. 226 00:41:15,220 --> 00:41:27,220 Tag team watching WWE and AW's I mean between the hardies the Nemis the rascals you know and you throw any any kind of combination you got the colognes were showing up in TNA for a little while. 227 00:41:27,220 --> 00:41:41,220 I can't get the system order stuff all these group order five or order four or five seven whatever combination plays like order five. 228 00:41:41,220 --> 00:41:59,220 I think so I can't remember is it's one of those like it's it's a number but I'm bad with numbers but like that that tag team division is really really good like they have phenomenal matches it's just that it's not translating to AW which if Craig if I'm wrong TNA. 229 00:41:59,220 --> 00:42:28,220 No yeah TNA is really good sorry AW like Craig me from wrong but that was one thing that when AW launch like we're going to focus a lot on tag team wrestling and for the first year and a half they really did and their tag team division still has the name value there is just like why are these guys at the top why are we featuring like yeah we got the bucks we got FTR we for dear God Jeff we can have edge in Christian anytime we want you right now you have Jurassic Express. 230 00:42:28,220 --> 00:42:52,220 You have you know the acclaim you have all these tag teams you have the callous family can form a tag team out of like three different groups and any at any moment and it's like of the horse into kid they have all the names but the division just feels like it's well we could do a tag match or we can do a trios match and that's where the money is not the all star matches. 231 00:42:52,220 --> 00:43:21,220 Yeah so it's like an even w w w has some really great tag teams also and it's like hey judgment day one the belts we will see the tag team to about to defend it for 90 days now so just forget that division it's just it feels like and maybe even the why it sticks on smack down kind of ruin the tag team vision because it basically destroyed everybody when they came back and it's like all right we just I don't know if people know how to write tag team division. 232 00:43:21,220 --> 00:43:30,220 If they don't go back and watch old mid-south wrestling when they had the midnight express the rocker express the fantastic. 233 00:43:30,220 --> 00:43:45,220 Early WCW with the varsity club and the roadwriters and the Steiner's like it's not hard to write it instead of writing it for a one on one you're just ready for two on two these two guys hate these two guys it's not difficult but they just I don't know. 234 00:43:45,220 --> 00:44:05,220 Yeah for like the first eight months of the year that the Smackdown tag team vision was like the hidden jab and all professional wrestling I love the stuff that they were doing it was a completely it was a travesty that they did not somehow make the card for WrestleMania this past year then they had that TLC match on television that stole the show and is one of the best w tv matches we've seen all year. 235 00:44:05,220 --> 00:44:22,220 It was it was like in a really good spot and I think we had this problem last year to like when we thought about tag team the year was we went with fraxi and they were by far the best tag team the year but I think there was anybody close and then when I look at what's going on with AW as well it's like where's the tag team division. 236 00:44:22,220 --> 00:44:48,220 FTR is a title shot against bandito or brodito like I like Brody King and mandino but I don't know if I love them as a tag team right now I think there's a little bit more focus on tag teams in AW as of late because the young bucks are in a prominent position in a storyline so there's going to be some focus there but I felt like AW's completely dropped the ball with the tag team division throughout the year WWE is drop the tag team division the ball and the tag team division throughout the year. 237 00:44:48,220 --> 00:45:01,220 The raw tag team division is like non-existent because AJ Styles and dragon Lee wrestled together in one match and that one match just to be just so happen to be the match where they won the tag team titles as well. 238 00:45:01,220 --> 00:45:14,220 I think that was a great match against judgment day but like you said Dr. Trey JD McDonough and Finn Balor barely defend the titles and there's two and a half hours of in-ring action on raw each week and they can't find time for the tag team division. 239 00:45:14,220 --> 00:45:32,220 Smackdown tag team division is completely gone cold since the wide six was involved I like the wide six I like the gimmick I like what it stands for but the way that they are booked is not entertaining and fun at times just like the dominance so it's odd I work out of a tough time here in a couple weeks. 240 00:45:32,220 --> 00:45:38,220 I feel like when it comes time to go okay who's the tag team right tag team of the year for 2025. 241 00:45:38,220 --> 00:45:48,220 Is it the hardies by default I wish I could say that but I don't watch a lot of TNA this so the only stuff that I've seen with the hardies is what's on NXT and all honesty. 242 00:45:48,220 --> 00:46:10,220 But I think they're two or three time TNA tag champs this year plus an NXT title right I mean like I don't it's it's it's kind of it's almost like the fraxy and thing by default it's like well there the only ones that have been standing the entire year and been featured and they've been featured in two different promotions like in my head I'm like. 243 00:46:10,220 --> 00:46:28,220 I'm fucking 2025 I might have to pick CM Punk and the hardies as performers of the year in the time warp loop that we're in right now I don't know like it's but like when you look at WWE it's really hard to pick anybody from WWE because you can find flaws with everybody. 244 00:46:28,220 --> 00:46:47,220 AEW has never had anybody a decent run this year so it's kind of like in my in my brain is kind of going I'm almost defaulting to the hardies or Hank and tank it's it's I'm I'm hegey my best until you're right now those are my top two right now for the year. 245 00:46:47,220 --> 00:46:49,220 It's the hardies and Hank and tank. 246 00:46:49,220 --> 00:46:56,220 It's just the way that you said Hank and tank I mean Hank and tank is is they were a very they are a very fun. 247 00:46:56,220 --> 00:47:12,220 I mean the NXT tag team division is existing dark state had a really good match against the hardies at Halloween havoc Hank and tank have had a really good run as a tag team in NXT but you know we're talk about just like the men's tag team division Dr. 248 00:47:12,220 --> 00:47:20,220 Could you make a case for the women's tag team division in WWE because I think the Alexa Bliss Charlotte flare stuff has been entertaining. 249 00:47:20,220 --> 00:47:24,220 I'm trying to remember so who they would they beat. 250 00:47:24,220 --> 00:47:27,220 I forgot who they beat for the belts. 251 00:47:27,220 --> 00:47:30,220 I got to think about it was rock hell and rock sand. 252 00:47:30,220 --> 00:47:50,220 Okay so I mean if you're going off women's tag teams it's Alexa and Charlotte recal and rock sand and then I mean you maybe you can make a case for the the kabuki warriors here late in the year like I don't really know because our tag team I got you're right tag team of the year could be any. 253 00:47:50,220 --> 00:48:11,220 Could we throw the trios in there now because that's totally a tag team like I don't know how we handle this division now because there's so many variants in it I don't want to go to women's and men's and trios and make three categories like we're having an on air production many about an award that's coming up in four weeks like what are parameters now. 254 00:48:11,220 --> 00:48:21,220 I always think it's the standard normal tag team I mean trios wrestling in the United States really wasn't introduced until like what 2022 in AW. 255 00:48:21,220 --> 00:48:24,220 I mean for me on a national level. 256 00:48:24,220 --> 00:48:32,220 Yeah well for me it goes back to the 80s with the freebirds and the Von Erick's and stuff like that like that's the six man tag team thing was a big thing back in the 80s for a little while. 257 00:48:32,220 --> 00:48:46,220 But yeah like right now it's if you're on traditional tag teams AW hasn't really had I mean you can't really go with Julie hard and sky blue they really haven't done much and Julie was hurt most or sky was hurt most the year. 258 00:48:46,220 --> 00:49:01,220 And I don't know if you can crown somebody based on winning this tournament although you do love tournaments and made default pick Mercedes Monet and Athena if they win this tournament and Mercedes gets another belt to have. 259 00:49:01,220 --> 00:49:19,220 Yeah it's just for me it's like it is kind of like just throwing darts at a dartboard and I can make a case for probably five teams to be tag team of the year which then is not a good thing it's the old NFL saying like if you have three quarterbacks you don't have one quarterback. 260 00:49:19,220 --> 00:49:33,220 You know that's kind of where I'm attacking the resident has like yeah there's a bunch of teams that are kind of like above average but nobody's really stood out and taking could you make a case for Braun Breaker and Bronson Reed. 261 00:49:33,220 --> 00:49:48,220 I would love to but they don't even know the championship which I actually it's funny you bring them up because I'm raw when I watch the main event where punk and Jusso are taking on the vision and you think Logan Paul is coming to make the save for the game. 262 00:49:48,220 --> 00:50:08,220 I think I'm going to make the save for punk but he lays out punk to side with the vision or like roll over and get his belly pet by the vision which was an odd ending in a way like I thought that was like a week like ending I actually kind of like the twist that they did there in the beginning of the show but I digress. 263 00:50:08,220 --> 00:50:15,220 I thought to myself as both the Braun Breins are coming down the ring I was like how have they not had a tag team top of run in 2025. 264 00:50:15,220 --> 00:50:18,220 I think as the judgment day wouldn't defend the belts. 265 00:50:18,220 --> 00:50:23,220 Adam Pearce will put everybody else in a match but the tag teams. 266 00:50:23,220 --> 00:50:30,220 Oh yeah like it makes me long for the days of Teddy long where everybody's an attack match and I go one on one with the undertaker. 267 00:50:30,220 --> 00:50:40,220 Yes those were those were the good old days so yeah yeah I don't know I don't know what's happened to tag team wrestling we're about seven weeks away from that show taking place 268 00:50:40,220 --> 00:50:54,220 it'll actually air on Christmas day this year or 2025 awards of the last show of 2025 a Dutch ran anything you want to say there about this past Monday nights raw we did skip over that the Logan Paul CM punk vision stuff. 269 00:50:54,220 --> 00:51:03,220 Well the funny thing about that in in you know triple H posted a thing on X like the entire landscape of raw was going to change. 270 00:51:03,220 --> 00:51:24,220 And I don't know if the ending of the show changed the landscape no no but at the beginning of the show when they were kind of flirting with Logan Paul being the baby face I was like you know they brought this up like a year ago when Logan Paul and Gunther were kind of teasing a fight and you're like well who's going to be the baby face. 271 00:51:24,220 --> 00:51:42,220 I'm wondering because I mean Logan Paul has history with Seth Rollins and I made the crazy prediction at one point where like maybe they make punk a heal and just because when Rollins goes back he's going to be a baby face because abs is makes the hard growth on her. 272 00:51:42,220 --> 00:52:05,220 Could we see Seth and punk teaming up against the vision when Seth returns like that mean Elf roes over like that mean it's yeah there's been there's been talk that behind the scenes they've actually become friends again really I didn't know that yes like or need not maybe not friends but at least work friends does that make sense like you know Seth Rollins is a professional. 273 00:52:05,220 --> 00:52:28,220 Yes and punk by all accounts has been very professional since the game back so there is I've heard that come from a couple people in a couple of people who work fair that they actually you'll see them talking and hanging out backstage kind of you know talking about the show as a whole not not like hey so you know we're going to go to double date with you listen our wives after show but. 274 00:52:28,220 --> 00:52:58,120 Daily did thank Rebecca and Colby online yes yes so I mean that there is that possibility that they actually become friends so but in my brain it almost went to new blood million airs club almost like okay until next week for Dr. Franklin just like the young guard this new young guard of WWE where you have a Bronson Rita Braun Breaker to Logan Paul and they're taking on you know an uso a punk and a 275 00:52:58,120 --> 00:53:14,020 lot of the same as Seth like it does kind of and kind of parking back to the shield versus evolution where you have these three young guys and these three standards like is that kind of where we're trending where you're going to have these three young guys these three of stars these a 276 00:53:14,020 --> 00:53:30,020 lot of things like that right there on paper I can kind of get behind in a set so if but it also makes you wonder like if you're bringing Logan Paul into the vision. 277 00:53:30,020 --> 00:53:41,020 Where is he slot into the pecking work because it's being positioned at Braun Breaker's the top guy and bronzes kind of the psychic because Braun Breaker looked at Braun's and 278 00:53:41,020 --> 00:53:56,020 he said are you coming with me when they beat down Seth Rollins. It is Logan the top guy or is Braun Breaker the top guy and is that what we need to make Braun Breaker a baby face is Logan Paul being a shitty heal. 279 00:53:56,020 --> 00:54:09,020 Well first off Logan Paul I think is a great heal. Yes the ending of raw made him look like a bitch which is weird and that's not how this should be working. I think this was more in line with setting up for war games where he aligns with 280 00:54:09,020 --> 00:54:16,020 them I don't think that this is right now a long term thing because like you said Logan Paul came out he has his eyes set on the World 281 00:54:16,020 --> 00:54:28,020 of the way championship. He comes out of raw lays out CM Punk gives him the brass knuckles lets them pet his belly and you know essentially they are Braun Breaker has his eyes on the World 282 00:54:28,020 --> 00:54:38,020 of the way championship as well and brought to read really isn't said anything about that so like this Logan just derail and default to Braun Breaker I don't think that's how that would work in this 283 00:54:38,020 --> 00:54:48,020 entire thing so it was it was an odd ending to raw I almost wish that they didn't do the segment I would have liked to 284 00:54:48,020 --> 00:54:56,020 seen that first segment maybe close raw and you lead into the following week to see which way Logan Paul is going to go 285 00:54:56,020 --> 00:55:04,020 here is he you know how does he return from being laid out by the vision like let him sell the injury which is odd right 286 00:55:04,020 --> 00:55:11,020 we've seen that happen before to people we don't see the rest of the show they've been taking the hospital but in this case Logan Paul came back two hours 287 00:55:11,020 --> 00:55:19,020 later so it was an odd ending I like Logan as he heal the entanglement with the vision would be something to watch because like he said 288 00:55:19,020 --> 00:55:25,020 is he just going to roll over and allow Braun Breaker to go off the championship now because certainly Braun Breaker and Braun to read wouldn't allow that 289 00:55:25,020 --> 00:55:31,020 to happen and I like okay we're going to take a back seat to Logan Paul could do it or at least we don't think so I would almost rather to see like 290 00:55:31,020 --> 00:55:38,020 this was the the plan all along Dr. Tray the Logan Paul was part part of the vision rather than we'll play it out on Monday's raw 291 00:55:38,020 --> 00:55:48,020 yeah and also he's wondering because I mean that was you and I have had this discussion about survivor series because we're only what four weeks out from survivor series right now three weeks out about that 292 00:55:48,020 --> 00:55:55,020 and we have no matches really none of the war games so it's been announced on for men and or women 293 00:55:55,020 --> 00:56:04,020 and we hypothesize that because of cess injury maybe they're shifting to the riots and the MFTs you know in survive in war games 294 00:56:04,020 --> 00:56:14,020 if Logan's with the vision and we're going to assume that Brock gets pulled back into this and Brock and Logan if I'm not in one of the 295 00:56:14,020 --> 00:56:22,020 gamers had history a little bit but I mean you put those four together and another person against punk 296 00:56:22,020 --> 00:56:31,020 LA night Usso fought to Roman whatever conglomeration you and I don't mean the AEW one whatever conglomeration you have on that side 297 00:56:31,020 --> 00:56:39,020 that's an airshing war games because then where are favors owed if the Paul Hamins side wins 298 00:56:39,020 --> 00:56:51,020 who gets who gets the next shot and do we do punk and Logan at rumble and maybe you're saving Ron Breaker and punk for WrestleMania or vice versa 299 00:56:51,020 --> 00:57:00,020 so it's going to be an interesting dynamic if the vision now is back in the war games mix and how does that play out coming out of war games 300 00:57:00,020 --> 00:57:11,020 yeah it's a very interesting close to raw this past week but I don't think in the way Rose like I'm really liking what they're doing it's more like which ways it's going to go so 301 00:57:11,020 --> 00:57:18,020 there you go that will do it for this week's edition of SRT let's close
