Pardon the heavy breathing and scattered chit-chat this week but I am excited to be uploading this conversation I had with my Pop while we were on vacation, hiking the Chisos mountains in Big Bend National Park. The initial idea was to go over our brew days in 2024, which we sort of did... but then, as I usually do to conversations, we were all over the place. ALSO - making a guest appearance is my abundance of nose hair and some boogers in my left nostril. Apologies to all.
