- 0:08Speaker 3: Hey, so what's the day Tuesday? All right, Now, everybody's
- 0:12Speaker 3: kind of leaving. I'm actually taking the rest of the
- 0:14Speaker 3: week off. But everybody's kind of fleeing, leaving radio TV.
- 0:18Speaker 3: You know, you watch Fox whatever, you while, you notice
- 0:21Speaker 3: all the hosts are gone. They're on the C list guests,
- 0:26Speaker 3: same thing, MSNBC. Everybody's leaving, you know, late night TV reruns.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Everybody takes off the rest of the week. The President
- 0:35Speaker 3: will leave later today and head to mar Alago. I
- 0:41Speaker 3: think you can turn that off now, we don't need
- 0:42Speaker 3: a whole soundtrack. The President will go to mar A
- 0:46Speaker 3: Lago later today. They actually have the tree's delivered to
- 0:50Speaker 3: the White House. There's a tree ceremony, and I think
- 0:54Speaker 3: he does that pardoning the turkey in fact, last year's turkey. Yeah,
- 1:00Speaker 3: the should check see if that's auto pen on that.
- 1:04Speaker 3: So that's today, and then late in the day actually
- 1:07Speaker 3: about I think five six o'clock, the President will leave
- 1:10Speaker 3: head tomorrow. Lago arrived there around nine pm tonight and
- 1:13Speaker 3: he'll be there until Sunday night. So he's taking the
- 1:16Speaker 3: rest of the week off. Hey, we we'll get to
- 1:19Speaker 3: call me and Letitia James what this means as far
- 1:22Speaker 3: as their case. We'll get to the MAMDANNI meeting. We're
- 1:26Speaker 3: getting more and more detail on exactly what happened there.
- 1:29Speaker 3: We'll get to everybody loves Raymond. We'll get to Times
- 1:32Speaker 3: Square in New Year's Eve, We'll get to the MAMDANNI
- 1:36Speaker 3: transition team and more. Now, today's Tuesday. Tomorrow's the big
- 1:41Speaker 3: travel day. Most people will travel tomorrow. It's going to
- 1:47Speaker 3: be the busiest Thanksgiving travel season ever. It's expected that
- 1:52Speaker 3: eighty two million people will be traveling. A's by training
- 1:57Speaker 3: car playing eighty two million people traveling this Thanksgiving. Now
- 2:01Speaker 3: the good news. Air traffic controllers are all back to work.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Everything's back full schedule. Everything's back up to speed with
- 2:11Speaker 3: air traffic control. But tomorrow's the biggest travel day of airlines.
- 2:15Speaker 3: They call it their super Bowl. Here's the airline spokesman.
- 2:18Speaker 3: It's going to be a busy week for us, the airlines,
- 2:21Speaker 3: the travel sector in general, airports, TSA, FAA, especially for us,
- 2:26Speaker 3: this week is our super Bowl, all right. I think
- 2:28Speaker 3: our super Bowl is a little more exciting than yours.
- 2:30Speaker 3: But okay, now, hey, Sean Duffy the Transportation secretary. I
- 2:38Speaker 3: don't know what got them on this kick, but you
- 2:40Speaker 3: know they've been having a lot of trouble on airplanes
- 2:42Speaker 3: with the rowdy passengers, fights breaking out, people half naked,
- 2:47Speaker 3: people with bare feet, putting them up on the seat
- 2:49Speaker 3: and like bare feet right next to somebody else's head.
- 2:52Speaker 3: And it's been absolutely disgusting years and years ago. You know,
- 2:56Speaker 3: you're back and watch mad Men when Don Draper has
- 2:59Speaker 3: to fly somewhere either everybody on the plane has a
- 3:01Speaker 3: suit and tie. The stewardesses are all beautiful, well dressed,
- 3:05Speaker 3: and they're serving lobster and champagne. And the cart comes
- 3:10Speaker 3: down the island. They're carving this this juicy steak. This
- 3:14Speaker 3: was airline travel back then, back in the fifties and sixties.
- 3:18Speaker 3: It was Pan America, and it was the most elegant
- 3:20Speaker 3: way to travel. Everybody was dressed beautifully, it was first
- 3:24Speaker 3: class all the Now what happened, well, truth is, airline
- 3:30Speaker 3: travel was expensive back then. You know, you paid today's
- 3:33Speaker 3: in today's dollars. You were pay thousands of dollars for
- 3:36Speaker 3: the airplane ticket. So and then things got cheap. You know,
- 3:41Speaker 3: remember it was the first one was people's Express where
- 3:44Speaker 3: I think that was the first one in the seventies
- 3:46Speaker 3: where you could fly for like sixty eight bucks. All
- 3:48Speaker 3: of a sudden, it's very cheap. And then there were
- 3:50Speaker 3: more cheap airlines, and then the real airlines had to
- 3:54Speaker 3: start competing, so they had to bring down the ticket prices.
- 3:56Speaker 3: So now it's cost nothing to fly. You gotta fly
- 4:00Speaker 3: to Florida and back, it's two hundred dollars a round trip,
- 4:03Speaker 3: whereas back in the Don Draper days it was four thousand,
- 4:06Speaker 3: five thousand. So back then you had all the wealthy,
- 4:09Speaker 3: you know, well dressed to people on planes, and the
- 4:12Speaker 3: people with the cheap tickets were all on greyhound buses.
- 4:15Speaker 3: But now the airlines got cheaper than the greyhound buses.
- 4:18Speaker 3: So everybody's a slob on the airlines. But Duffy, Transportation
- 4:21Speaker 3: Secretary Sean Duffy wants to go back to that golden
- 4:25Speaker 3: age of air travel where people dress up in a
- 4:28Speaker 3: suit and tie, and he thinks if you're dressed up,
- 4:31Speaker 3: that would change your behavior. He's probably right, you know,
- 4:33Speaker 3: if you're dressed up, you behave a little differently. You know,
- 4:35Speaker 3: you gotta go to a wedding or funeral, and people
- 4:38Speaker 3: that never get dressed up or suddenly in a suit
- 4:40Speaker 3: and tie, and it stiffens him up. They behave a
- 4:42Speaker 3: little better.
- 4:42Speaker 4: But here's Duffy maybe dressing with some respect, you know,
- 4:46Speaker 4: whether it's a pair of jeans and a decent shirt.
- 4:50Speaker 4: I would encourage people to maybe dress a little better,
- 4:52Speaker 4: which encourage us, encourages us to maybe behave all a
- 4:55Speaker 4: little better.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Now, he's absolutely right. Of course, he's insane. He's crazy.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Nobody's going to do this. Nobody, nobody's going to do this.
- 5:03Speaker 3: You're not gonna get anybody to do Hey, you go
- 5:05Speaker 3: to a funeral. Now people are in sweatsuits. If people
- 5:08Speaker 3: just don't dress up anymore.
- 5:09Speaker 4: Tomorrow will be the busiest day. There'll be fifty two
- 5:12Speaker 4: thousand flights tomorrow as Americans board aircraft fly across the country.
- 5:17Speaker 4: Maybe they're gonna go to sporting events, they're going on vacation,
- 5:20Speaker 4: or hopefully they're going to spend time with their families.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Now you go to the hottest restaurant in Manhattan, the
- 5:26Speaker 3: most expensive, hottest, everybody's dressed like a slob. Now, there
- 5:30Speaker 3: are certain restaurants that required a jacket and tie, you know,
- 5:33Speaker 3: the twenty one Club, the Four seasons, let's cirque you
- 5:36Speaker 3: had to wear a jacket and tie. You'll notice they're
- 5:40Speaker 3: all clothed and out of business. So it doesn't work
- 5:43Speaker 3: in today's world. You're not I mean, I like to
- 5:44Speaker 3: get dressed up, but you're not going to convince everybody
- 5:47Speaker 3: to put on a suit and tie to get on
- 5:49Speaker 3: the plane. Now. I hate to say it, but nowadays
- 5:54Speaker 3: people somewhere they got one suit and one tie and
- 5:57Speaker 3: it's only for a funeral if they got to go
- 5:59Speaker 3: to court. For a lot of people, especially these badly
- 6:03Speaker 3: behaved people, the only time they're going to wear a
- 6:04Speaker 3: suit is when they're the defendant on trial. And speaking
- 6:08Speaker 3: of trials, the Comy case and the Letitia James case
- 6:12Speaker 3: both thrown out by a left wing judge. They will
- 6:18Speaker 3: bring back the cases. They will be appealed. You know,
- 6:21Speaker 3: Komy was out there doing his victory dance. He should
- 6:24Speaker 3: probably stop that because it is going to get appealed. Definitely.
- 6:29Speaker 5: Sure, we'll be taking all available legal action, including an
- 6:34Speaker 5: immediate appeal, to hold Letitia James and James Comy accountable
- 6:38Speaker 5: for their unlawful conduct.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Now they will be on trial. This here's the thing.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Remember when it first happened, call mey put out that video.
- 6:45Speaker 3: You know, Comy is this weirdo, pompous, sanctimonious guy, and
- 6:48Speaker 3: he put out this video. I am innocent, Let's go
- 6:52Speaker 3: to trial. I want to try this to show you
- 6:54Speaker 3: how innison I am. Let's go to trial. Well, they
- 6:57Speaker 3: got no court and he didn't argue the case at all.
- 6:59Speaker 3: All they did was try to find some technical difficulty
- 7:02Speaker 3: with the prosecutor to get the case dismissed on a technicality,
- 7:06Speaker 3: and that's how the judge threw it out. So there
- 7:08Speaker 3: was no ruling of any kind on Komy's guilt or
- 7:11Speaker 3: Letitia James's guilt. Nothing. This was strictly the technical stuff
- 7:16Speaker 3: about the prosecutor that you have to be confirmed by
- 7:21Speaker 3: the Senate. This prosecutor was appointed as an interim prosecutor,
- 7:26Speaker 3: interim temporary prosecutor. So they argued that it was she
- 7:30Speaker 3: had used up her allotted one hundred and twenty day
- 7:33Speaker 3: interim appointment and then she was beyond one hundred and
- 7:36Speaker 3: twenty day dead. It's just silly nonsense, but that's how
- 7:40Speaker 3: got turned out. Now they can simply get another prosecutor,
- 7:43Speaker 3: which would be easy to do. They could do that.
- 7:46Speaker 3: They could have somebody else to do the case. The
- 7:48Speaker 3: only problem with Komy there is a statute of limitations,
- 7:54Speaker 3: and I think we just went past it, so they'd
- 7:58Speaker 3: have to. But it was in the middle of this trial.
- 8:00Speaker 3: So normally you could argue to get a grace period,
- 8:03Speaker 3: a six to eight month grace period on that statute
- 8:06Speaker 3: of limitations. The judge can deny it. In fact, in
- 8:08Speaker 3: the ruling, this was a Bill Clinton, left wing Comy
- 8:12Speaker 3: lovin swamp judge who in the decision puts something in
- 8:17Speaker 3: there about I don't feel this is this case would
- 8:20Speaker 3: have a grace period apply to it for statute of limitations.
- 8:25Speaker 3: So this judge was doing everything to protect Camy. Comy
- 8:31Speaker 3: was again doing his victory dance all over TV yesterday.
- 8:34Speaker 6: I'm grateful that the court ended the case against me,
- 8:37Speaker 6: which was a prosecution based on malevolence and incompetence and
- 8:42Speaker 6: a reflection of what the Department of Justice has become
- 8:45Speaker 6: under Donald Trump, which is heartbreaking.
- 8:47Speaker 3: Oh god, it's heartbreaking. Oh my god. There are a
- 8:51Speaker 3: couple of cases you could argue that maybe it's a
- 8:56Speaker 3: weapon is SA. You could maybe argue a couple of
- 8:58Speaker 3: these cases, well, call me there were a thousand cases
- 9:01Speaker 3: that were no doubt. Weapon is a total weaponization. This
- 9:05Speaker 3: guy made up the whole Russia hoax, total weaponization. Look,
- 9:08Speaker 3: I call me went after everybody and anybody. Uh So,
- 9:13Speaker 3: it's I mean, that's the irony of this whole thing
- 9:16Speaker 3: that he's being accused of doing. He's accusing Trump of
- 9:21Speaker 3: doing what he's the most guilty of in the history
- 9:23Speaker 3: of the FBI, worse than j Edgar Hoover.
- 9:25Speaker 6: This case mattered to me personally, obviously, but it matters
- 9:29Speaker 6: most because a message has to be sent that the
- 9:32Speaker 6: President of the United States cannot use the Department of
- 9:36Speaker 6: Justice to target his political enemies.
- 9:38Speaker 3: No, that's call me's job. Let him do that.
- 9:41Speaker 6: I don't care what your politics are. You have to
- 9:44Speaker 6: see that as fundamentally Unamerican and a threat to the
- 9:47Speaker 6: rule of law that keeps all of us free.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Yeah. I've met called me a few times. He actually
- 9:52Speaker 3: talks like this, believe it or not. When you meet
- 9:54Speaker 3: him just socially, he's like the sanctimonious Hello, he's very
- 10:00Speaker 3: she's a very serious, pompous voice. So the case will
- 10:04Speaker 3: come back. Now in the case of Letitia James, there's
- 10:06Speaker 3: no statute of limitations problem that case will proceed. She's
- 10:10Speaker 3: absolutely If you look at the paperwork, it looks like
- 10:12Speaker 3: she's absolutely guilty of mortgage frauds. So her they got
- 10:17Speaker 3: I don't see how they don't end up convicting her.
- 10:20Speaker 3: She's going to have a real problem. But call me.
- 10:23Speaker 3: They got to go over all these technicalities. Hey, if
- 10:26Speaker 3: you watch fake news NBCCBSABC, MSNBC, if you watch the
- 10:30Speaker 3: fake news networks, they'll give you this stuff about the
- 10:32Speaker 3: prosecutor who has no experience as a prosecutor. She was
- 10:36Speaker 3: appointed prosecutor without any experience as a prosecutor. She has
- 10:40Speaker 3: no prosecutorial experience. They keep making a big point out
- 10:44Speaker 3: of this, but because it's fake news, they never point
- 10:47Speaker 3: out that that's not unusual. Many many US attorneys that
- 10:50Speaker 3: are appointed have no experience as a prosecutor. It's pretty
- 10:53Speaker 3: I mean, many of them do, but many of them don't.
- 10:57Speaker 3: You know what good example is Chris Christy. He was
- 11:00Speaker 3: never a prosecutor. He was appointed US attorney with no
- 11:03Speaker 3: experience as a prosecutor. In fact, he'd just been a
- 11:06Speaker 3: regular corporate lawyer. He'd never even been in a courtroom before.
- 11:10Speaker 3: When he was made US attorney. And if you watch
- 11:12Speaker 3: him on that Sunday morning show, you know he's always
- 11:15Speaker 3: giving you that. You know, as a prosecutor. As a
- 11:17Speaker 3: former prosecutor, I can tell you well, he became a
- 11:20Speaker 3: prosecutor just because he was a big donor, bundler for
- 11:23Speaker 3: George W. Bush And the reward was US attorney in
- 11:27Speaker 3: New Jersey. Never been a prosecutor. It's not unusual. Happens
- 11:29Speaker 3: all the time. So we'll see where that case goes.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Nothing will happen till after Thanksgiving. This everybody's going away. Hey,
- 11:37Speaker 3: the Trump Mam Donnie meeting. All right, here's so we're
- 11:42Speaker 3: learning more and more about this meeting. It was broken
- 11:44Speaker 3: by he doesn't want his name mentioned. It's a big, big, big, big,
- 11:49Speaker 3: big New York business name, huge business name who had
- 11:53Speaker 3: a very good relationship with Mam Donnie. Big business guy.
- 11:58Speaker 3: He broke at the meeting. He admits it was Mam
- 12:03Speaker 3: Donnie who wanted the meeting. A top Mom Donnie inner
- 12:07Speaker 3: circle person approached him to see if he could set
- 12:10Speaker 3: up the meeting. He talked with the President, he talked
- 12:12Speaker 3: with the White House. They were open to the meeting
- 12:16Speaker 3: and they agreed to it. Now one of the conditions
- 12:21Speaker 3: was that Mam Donnie, they asked that he not come
- 12:23Speaker 3: in there and if there were a press conference afterwards
- 12:26Speaker 3: starts spewing his left wing nonsense. He agreed not to
- 12:29Speaker 3: do that, to keep it, keep it in check, and
- 12:33Speaker 3: they agreed to the meeting. So, uh, it took place. Now,
- 12:37Speaker 3: apparently the why would Mamdani reach out and pull strings
- 12:41Speaker 3: trying to get a meeting with the president. Why was
- 12:43Speaker 3: it so important to him, Well, apparently after he got elected.
- 12:47Speaker 3: One of the things that happens is you meet with
- 12:49Speaker 3: the current mayor, the current city hall people, the current governor,
- 12:54Speaker 3: the current government. You meet with them and they show
- 12:56Speaker 3: you the books. Basically, they show you everything, show you
- 13:00Speaker 3: all the inside stuff, the files, the secrets. So he's
- 13:04Speaker 3: looking through the financials of it and he realizes New
- 13:07Speaker 3: York has a huge budget problem and then if he
- 13:11Speaker 3: wants to do any of these programs, pay for even
- 13:13Speaker 3: a few of them, he's going to have a problem.
- 13:16Speaker 3: And he also under law, now you have to balance
- 13:18Speaker 3: the city budget. You can't go into debt. So he
- 13:23Speaker 3: was briefed on the budget and he saw that a
- 13:26Speaker 3: major part of it is seven point five billion in
- 13:30Speaker 3: federal aid. There's no way you can get that budget
- 13:33Speaker 3: to work without that seven point five billion in federal
- 13:38Speaker 3: aid to the city. So he saw it was crucial.
- 13:41Speaker 3: The whole budget is going to face a seventeen billion
- 13:44Speaker 3: dollar budget deficit in the next fiscal year. You have
- 13:48Speaker 3: to balance that according to the law. So he absolutely
- 13:53Speaker 3: has to have that federal money. If Trump cuts off
- 13:55Speaker 3: the federal money, he is dead. Not only do all
- 13:58Speaker 3: his programs disappear. Anything he wants to do is going
- 14:01Speaker 3: without the federal money. But he's got a major budget crisis.
- 14:05Speaker 3: He could have a shortfall of as much as eight
- 14:09Speaker 3: billion dollars. So that's why he's got to make sure
- 14:12Speaker 3: that federal money doesn't stop. It's the only thing that
- 14:15Speaker 3: keeps his administration alive. So that's why he wanted the meeting.
- 14:19Speaker 3: That's why he wants to get along with Trump. Trump
- 14:23Speaker 3: wants the meeting because he wants me. You know, like
- 14:26Speaker 3: any crazy person you're dealing with, Kim Jong un or
- 14:30Speaker 3: Putin or whoever, you want to meet with them, try
- 14:32Speaker 3: to work something out with them. Trump is playing nice
- 14:35Speaker 3: for now, but he can go, you know, rough at
- 14:38Speaker 3: any time. So they want to work out something with
- 14:42Speaker 3: to keep deporting the illegals, the criminal illegals and all that.
- 14:46Speaker 3: He wants the police. Trump wants the police force to
- 14:49Speaker 3: be top notch here in New York, total law enforcement.
- 14:53Speaker 3: So if mont Donnie, you know, doesn't do the right
- 14:56Speaker 3: thing on either of those, Trump can stop the turn
- 14:59Speaker 3: off the money flow, and Mom Donnie will be in
- 15:03Speaker 3: huge financial trouble. So he agreed to a lot of things.
- 15:07Speaker 3: He agreed not to antagonize Trump. Next year they're going
- 15:10Speaker 3: to have this big, big budget problem. So that's the
- 15:13Speaker 3: reason it all took place. They got off to a
- 15:16Speaker 3: good start. Now Trump can go nasty at any point
- 15:19Speaker 3: if he wants. Mom Donnie really doesn't have any leverage
- 15:24Speaker 3: on this, As Trump said Tola Zelenski, you don't have
- 15:28Speaker 3: the cards right now. So Mam Donnie will probably behave
- 15:31Speaker 3: most important thing is of the crime situation. He will
- 15:34Speaker 3: leave the police department alone. We hope that's the one
- 15:37Speaker 3: thing he agreed with Trump on leave the police department alone,
- 15:41Speaker 3: let him clean up the crime. Anyway, we'll get back
- 15:44Speaker 3: to that. We'll get to the Ukraine. It looks like
- 15:46Speaker 3: there's going to be a peace deal. As crazy as
- 15:48Speaker 3: that peace plan was, as pro Russia as that police
- 15:52Speaker 3: plan was. Looks like they're working something out. You may
- 15:54Speaker 3: have an agreement within a week. Meetings are taking place
- 15:58Speaker 3: as we speak. We'll get to hey. New Year's Eve,
- 16:03Speaker 3: they unveiled the new ball. You know, every fifteen twenty
- 16:07Speaker 3: years they do a new ball. You know, the ball
- 16:09Speaker 3: drops on New Year's Eve. It used to be light bulbs,
- 16:11Speaker 3: and it became LEDs and then when all digital. The
- 16:15Speaker 3: new ball. This one is huge. It's twelve feet in diameter.
- 16:21Speaker 3: It's much much, much bigger than the other balls, be
- 16:24Speaker 3: much more visible. It's all circles. The old one was triangles.
- 16:29Speaker 3: It's all circles, so it can do amazing effects. It's
- 16:32Speaker 3: it's on display in times square if you want to
- 16:34Speaker 3: go look at it. Anyway, We've got a lot to
- 16:36Speaker 3: get to. We'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three
- 16:40Speaker 3: two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred
- 16:44Speaker 3: three two one zero seven ten.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Set up preset on the iHeartRadio app to dou wor
- 16:49Speaker 1: to hear Mark live.

- 17:19Speaker 8: Stop why you want me to stop? I'm up to five.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Golden Let's talk about something else.
- 17:27Speaker 8: Okay. Now I call to wish you a happy Thanksgiving?
- 17:30Speaker 3: Well thanks? Now, how do you what is Thanksgiving like
- 17:33Speaker 3: in Nevada in the desert.
- 17:34Speaker 8: Well, I'm going to tell you. You know him a
- 17:36Speaker 8: very old day, Mark, So I don't know how many
- 17:39Speaker 8: Thanksgivings God has for me if he wants. I'll be
- 17:43Speaker 8: ninety six in February. Do you believe that we're.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Still working as a hooker in Las Vegas?
- 17:48Speaker 8: I know, well no, all my clients are dead and
- 17:51Speaker 8: buried and not but Mark, this is going to be
- 17:54Speaker 8: the first year with having prime roast, no term. Well,
- 18:00Speaker 8: I always like the sides anyway. I'm not a turkey fan.
- 18:03Speaker 8: I like the side stuffing sweet potato.
- 18:06Speaker 3: But all right, well that's good. Well, have a great Thanksgiving. Yeah, yeah,
- 18:10Speaker 3: I don't know. Do we still have that turkey every year?
- 18:13Speaker 3: I love turkey, but a lot of people don't. And
- 18:16Speaker 3: she's right, have whatever you want for Thanksgiving. You know,
- 18:19Speaker 3: every day for a week and a half, we've had
- 18:21Speaker 3: these Thanksgiving buffets here at iHeart. There's one right now
- 18:24Speaker 3: in front of the Elvis studio. This is the one
- 18:28Speaker 3: fifth full Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey Cranberry's are stuffing pumpkin. Fifth
- 18:33Speaker 3: one I've had in a week and a half. I've
- 18:35Speaker 3: gotta be honest, I can't have another Thanksgiving dinner. It's
- 18:38Speaker 3: enough for the rest of the year. Let's go to
- 18:41Speaker 3: Rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich how you doing.
- 18:44Speaker 9: Thanks walk pretty good? Happy Thanksgiving? I just call me.
- 18:47Speaker 9: He's not off the hook.
- 18:48Speaker 10: That's just going to refile once you get past the holidays, right, Oh.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, No, the case is that there was nothing
- 18:53Speaker 3: against the case. It was just simply technicality on how
- 18:57Speaker 3: the prosecutor got appointed. So it doesn't nothing to help.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Call me. He's going to argue.
- 19:01Speaker 10: You can't wait to see these people are handcuffs and
- 19:03Speaker 10: see their mug shots for Faltitian James call me to
- 19:06Speaker 10: be'd be so awesome to see these sanctimonials.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Do we losen? Yeah, these two lawfara idiots, but call
- 19:15Speaker 3: me will now argue statute of limitations. So you remember
- 19:18Speaker 3: that video he put out the first day of this
- 19:20Speaker 3: he said, I'm ready for a trial. Let's go to trial.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Now he's fighting every technicality not to go to trial.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how you doing,
- 19:30Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark, that's Mike.
- 19:32Speaker 11: I agree they should be prosecuted it, but it's no
- 19:36Speaker 11: less infuriating that they are able to stall these cases.
- 19:39Speaker 11: You know, nobody said anything when Coangelo went to New
- 19:43Speaker 11: York from the DJ to prosecute Trump. I mean, oh,
- 19:46Speaker 11: you know what a shock, you know, in the hush
- 19:48Speaker 11: money case.
- 19:49Speaker 12: And not the least of which any two bit, you know,
- 19:54Speaker 12: second third court judge can rule on every you know,
- 19:58Speaker 12: every order that the president may and nobody says anything.
- 20:01Speaker 12: And it's a delay tactic that works.
- 20:03Speaker 11: Because time runs out, the buck is running on the
- 20:07Speaker 11: on the administration, and so you know.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Really what this is. It's just they got very lucky
- 20:12Speaker 3: geography wise. If this case were in a normal place,
- 20:16Speaker 3: a normal court, a normal judge, Cami would have a
- 20:19Speaker 3: big problem. But when you do it in Washington, d C.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Or this district in Virginia where it's really part of Washington,
- 20:25Speaker 3: d C. Or if you do it in New York City,
- 20:27Speaker 3: get a left wing kook, Trump hating judge who will
- 20:30Speaker 3: always rule against anything Trump. That's the problem. So then
- 20:34Speaker 3: if they could get this move to a normal place.
- 20:36Speaker 3: That's why Trump had a easy time in the documents cases.
- 20:40Speaker 3: It went to Florida, we had a normal, neutral, legitimate
- 20:43Speaker 3: judge instead of these left wing kooks. Let's go to
- 20:46Speaker 3: Paul in white Stone. Paul, how you doing?
- 20:49Speaker 9: Hey, Mark, how you doing?
- 20:50Speaker 13: You know my Bommy's bringing in.
- 20:53Speaker 9: There's a guy on his transition team focusing on community
- 20:56Speaker 9: safety named Alex Vitally. Alex is a book college professor
- 21:01Speaker 9: who wants to abolish the police and legalize prostitution. He
- 21:06Speaker 9: doesn't allow any comments on his Facebook posts. I tried
- 21:10Speaker 9: to comment on it. I tried to call his office
- 21:12Speaker 9: at Brooklyn College.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Why why are you calling him?
- 21:17Speaker 9: Because I want to debate him.
- 21:18Speaker 3: I want to I want to challenge Why should you
- 21:21Speaker 3: debate him? Why should he debate you? This guy's a
- 21:22Speaker 3: left wing kook professor, that's what he believes. You're not
- 21:25Speaker 3: going to change his mind.
- 21:27Speaker 14: You never know.
- 21:28Speaker 9: You got to get the job.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Don't leave them, leave them alone. He's a left wing cock.
- 21:34Speaker 2: I'm not going to leave them alone.
- 21:35Speaker 9: In fact, I'm going to expose his hypocrisy because I
- 21:37Speaker 9: asked Brooklyn college security. Has he has he indicated abolishing
- 21:41Speaker 9: campus security. They said, no, we've never.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Had any time, right, but we know what he is.
- 21:46Speaker 3: He's a left wing kook, professor. He's never been out
- 21:48Speaker 3: in the real world, probably never had a real job, he's.
- 21:50Speaker 9: Aid, all right, so we should just ignore him instead of.
- 21:55Speaker 3: There's nothing to expose. We know what he is as
- 21:57Speaker 3: soon as you said, professor Brooklyn, as soon as he said, profess,
- 22:00Speaker 3: you know he's a left wing cook.
- 22:02Speaker 9: Yeah. But you can't. You can't just say, oh, all
- 22:04Speaker 9: of those people are crazy. Now I have given examples
- 22:08Speaker 9: of whyde that crazy?
- 22:09Speaker 3: You know they're crazy. Of course they're crazy. We know
- 22:11Speaker 3: they're crazy. All right, you're not going to do anything
- 22:14Speaker 3: about it. Just devote your energy to something more useful
- 22:19Speaker 3: than a crazy kook of a college professor. They're all nuts.
- 22:23Speaker 3: If you want to do something, actually get these colleges
- 22:25Speaker 3: to start hiring normal people instead of just left wing
- 22:28Speaker 3: radical kooks to be the professor's Hey, when we come back,
- 22:31Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly, We'll be with us next on seven to
- 22:35Speaker 3: ten wor.
- 22:36Speaker 11: Mark Simone on.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Hey, Bill O'Reilly, the number one TV anchor for decades,
- 22:44Speaker 3: the number one best selling non fiction author on Earth.
- 22:47Speaker 3: You should get his latest book. It's already a huge
- 22:49Speaker 3: best seller, Confronting Evil. Fascinating book, Confronting Evil. You can
- 22:54Speaker 3: get it on Amazon or wherever. Make sure you watch
- 22:57Speaker 3: this YouTube channel. You can get the TV show, the column.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Everything's at Bill O'Reilly dot com. Bill O'Reilly dot com.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly.
- 23:05Speaker 14: How you doing getting ready for Thanksgiving? I hear the
- 23:08Speaker 14: rumor you're gonna be on one of the floats, amone?
- 23:10Speaker 14: Is that true?
- 23:11Speaker 3: No, it's gonna be windy and cold and freezing.
- 23:16Speaker 14: Have you ever been to one of those parades?
- 23:19Speaker 3: Well, I've been in a few parades, not to Thanksgiving
- 23:21Speaker 3: Day one, but other parades. No, it's kind of strange
- 23:24Speaker 3: marching down the road.
- 23:25Speaker 14: I had to work it a few times when I
- 23:27Speaker 14: was at Channel two. I just don't know why people
- 23:33Speaker 14: like to see people on floats waving. Do you have
- 23:36Speaker 14: any idea why they like to see that?
- 23:38Speaker 3: No, I don't know why anybody would stand there for
- 23:40Speaker 3: twelve hours when you go watch the TV.
- 23:42Speaker 14: But why do they Millions of people turn on TV's
- 23:47Speaker 14: is to watch people on floats waving everyone like animal
- 23:51Speaker 14: house and they will destroy each other. That'd be all right,
- 23:54Speaker 14: but I'm not getting it. They are they're waving, so.
- 23:58Speaker 2: What you know?
- 23:59Speaker 3: It's also very generational. This Donald Duck comes by and
- 24:03Speaker 3: every kid goes, who the hell is that? You know?
- 24:05Speaker 2: They right?
- 24:06Speaker 14: How about the rockets? I don't know one human being
- 24:09Speaker 14: who's ever seen the rockets? Do you know anybody w's
- 24:12Speaker 14: ever seen the rockets?
- 24:13Speaker 3: Well, privately, I've seen a few, but not the show
- 24:16Speaker 3: as I left them. So, hey, the great historian. The
- 24:22Speaker 3: first Thanksgiving we pictured the beautifully dressed Pilgrims. They came
- 24:25Speaker 3: over in the Wonderful Mayflower. Tell us what really happened
- 24:29Speaker 3: back then?
- 24:30Speaker 14: Well, sixteen twenty two, they're Unna may Flower. Sixty six
- 24:35Speaker 14: days they show up. They think they're in Virginia, but
- 24:38Speaker 14: they're not. They're in Cape cot Oh and it's cold, windy.
- 24:46Speaker 14: But they want off the ship because sixty six days
- 24:50Speaker 14: and they couldn't go on top of the ship. They
- 24:52Speaker 14: had all stayed beneath the deck. And you can imagine
- 24:57Speaker 14: the just the odor alone down there. So they all
- 25:02Speaker 14: want to can't where they were. I just want to
- 25:04Speaker 14: get off the stupid mayflower. So they row in and
- 25:09Speaker 14: they show up Plymouth. If you go up to Massachusetts,
- 25:13Speaker 14: the town of Plymouth, there's no rock, all right, But
- 25:16Speaker 14: they show up and then they look at each other
- 25:19Speaker 14: and goes, well, what do we do now? Any drive
- 25:22Speaker 14: in restaurants or any door dash It's like, okay, we
- 25:27Speaker 14: have to find food or will die. Half of them die,
- 25:32Speaker 14: half of them whoa yeah, within a year. And I
- 25:36Speaker 14: read about this in Killing the Witches, how this harrowing
- 25:40Speaker 14: voyage and the reason that they had to make it.
- 25:43Speaker 14: And they weren't called pilgrims to one hundred years later
- 25:47Speaker 14: in the nineteenth century they labeled them pilgrims. They were
- 25:50Speaker 14: called separatists or Puritans, and they were very harsh religious people,
- 25:56Speaker 14: and everybody in Europe hated them. The Dutch hated them,
- 25:59Speaker 14: the English hated them because they were like fanatics. They're
- 26:04Speaker 14: like the people that come to your door, you know,
- 26:05Speaker 14: and they want to convert you. That's what they were.
- 26:10Speaker 14: And so they somehow survived somehow with the help of
- 26:13Speaker 14: the Native American the guy named Squanto showed them how
- 26:18Speaker 14: to get food out of the forest, so I have
- 26:20Speaker 14: of them survived. But they're all quibbling and yelling at
- 26:23Speaker 14: each other in church for five hours and all of that.
- 26:27Speaker 14: So it wasn't exactly club med there, if you know
- 26:30Speaker 14: what I'm saying.
- 26:31Speaker 3: So the first Thanksgiving dinner everybody was fighting too, not
- 26:34Speaker 3: just today.
- 26:35Speaker 14: Well now they had a dinner a courtesy of Squanto
- 26:40Speaker 14: in his a few tribe members, most of the tribe
- 26:44Speaker 14: with white gap by smallpox. And Squanto was an Indian
- 26:49Speaker 14: who was kidnapped by an English sailor and brought the Spain,
- 26:55Speaker 14: learned how to speak English and Spain, and then somehow
- 26:58Speaker 14: got back to Massachusetts. I don't know whether he flew
- 27:01Speaker 14: Jet blue. I don't know how he got back there.
- 27:05Speaker 14: But Squanto was a good guy and he helped him out.
- 27:08Speaker 14: So they had a three days celebration where they all
- 27:10Speaker 14: got you know, they weren't supposed to get drunk, but
- 27:13Speaker 14: believe me, they were getting drunk. And they had oysters,
- 27:17Speaker 14: mostly seafood, not turkey, not turkey or you know, mashed potatoes.
- 27:24Speaker 14: It's mostly seafood day ate. But they had a good
- 27:28Speaker 14: time and then From there, the Massachusetts Bay Colony was established.
- 27:34Speaker 3: So how come we have to have turkey and stuffing
- 27:36Speaker 3: and all that. Why can't we have seafood?
- 27:38Speaker 14: Well, a better question is why do we have the
- 27:41Speaker 14: President of the United States pardoning the turkey? Now I
- 27:44Speaker 14: heard a rumor that Senator Kelly's going to be on
- 27:48Speaker 14: that line, He's going to get partnered along with the
- 27:50Speaker 14: Kelly But I don't think that's true.
- 27:53Speaker 3: Hey, those Congress people with their silly stunt. Although it worked,
- 27:58Speaker 3: it was a pretty good stunt. But we go to
- 28:02Speaker 3: an era of trolling and stunts, and that's how we're
- 28:04Speaker 3: going to do our nation's politics.
- 28:06Speaker 14: I know. It's so ridiculous. And a man, Donnie Trump, mean,
- 28:10Speaker 14: he was a stunt too. I wrote a column on
- 28:13Speaker 14: Billowiley dot com about this, called a stunt Factor. Yeah.
- 28:17Speaker 14: I think you're right. I think this is the future
- 28:20Speaker 14: politics as you set up this contrived nonsense. But I
- 28:24Speaker 14: don't think this worked out well for the Democrats, the
- 28:27Speaker 14: six of these people. I don't think they gained any currency,
- 28:30Speaker 14: except for the far left cranks. Because even if you
- 28:34Speaker 14: don't like Trump and you're going you're undermining the military. Now,
- 28:39Speaker 14: is that what you're doing here. If they had a beef,
- 28:42Speaker 14: a legitimate beef of an order that might be beyond
- 28:47Speaker 14: the constitutional authority of the president, I'm willing to listen
- 28:51Speaker 14: to that. But they didn't have anything. They just want
- 28:54Speaker 14: to get on television and wail about how noble they
- 28:57Speaker 14: are with a bunch of garbage.
- 29:00Speaker 3: It was a bold solution for a problem that doesn't
- 29:02Speaker 3: exist and has So.
- 29:06Speaker 14: The problem is there in a sense that there are
- 29:07Speaker 14: all orders given in every campaign by every president that
- 29:11Speaker 14: are dubious. I imagine being in Theanola gay I wrote
- 29:15Speaker 14: this on the column, and you got to drop the
- 29:17Speaker 14: a bomb on civilians and kill one hundred thousand of them.
- 29:21Speaker 14: I mean, that's still being debated to this day, Harry
- 29:24Speaker 14: Truman's order. But you're in the plane. I don't think
- 29:27Speaker 14: I think this is your leg I'm not dropping a bomb. No,
- 29:30Speaker 14: he can't, he can't have that nothing.
- 29:32Speaker 2: Come on.
- 29:34Speaker 3: So hey, Ukraine. It seemed like a silly kind of
- 29:38Speaker 3: a peace plan, too much in favor of Russia. But
- 29:41Speaker 3: it looks like they've made some progress on it looks
- 29:43Speaker 3: like something could happen.
- 29:44Speaker 14: What do you think, Well, this is what usually happened
- 29:46Speaker 14: some Slimeball leaked out the original outline of the peace
- 29:53Speaker 14: deal to the Telegraph newspaper in London. But you know,
- 29:58Speaker 14: any negotiator, if you've ever done in negotiation in your life,
- 30:01Speaker 14: you always start with craziness. I want this, I want that,
- 30:06Speaker 14: and then you come back to the center. So the
- 30:08Speaker 14: President don't care about any of that. They just report
- 30:11Speaker 14: the league. I don't know exactly how this is going
- 30:15Speaker 14: to come out, but I do know that Russia is
- 30:19Speaker 14: much more powerful than Ukraine. And you know you're getting
- 30:23Speaker 14: all these dispatches from the White House saying, well, we
- 30:26Speaker 14: got this, we got that. I wouldn't count on Putin cooperating.
- 30:30Speaker 14: You know, if you read Confronting Evil and thank you
- 30:32Speaker 14: for mentioning it, a pop, this is a bad guy.
- 30:36Speaker 14: I mean beyond I mean, if you really want evil,
- 30:39Speaker 14: if you really want to understand it, you can read
- 30:40Speaker 14: my book. But you can also look at this Putin
- 30:43Speaker 14: and this guy he enjoys killing women and children. He
- 30:48Speaker 14: likes it, and he can. There's no restraint on him.
- 30:52Speaker 14: He's Hitler, he's Stolin. He does what he wants. He's
- 30:55Speaker 14: not like he has to confer with somebody. So I
- 31:00Speaker 14: don't get too optimistic about this thing. And Zelensky's got
- 31:03Speaker 14: no power at all, none, And so where is his
- 31:07Speaker 14: bargaining position? He didn't have one.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Yeah, if you want to read an amazing book, Bill O'Reilly's,
- 31:13Speaker 3: lay this book Confronting Evil. If you want to really
- 31:15Speaker 3: be stunned, read the Putin chapter. You won't believe this
- 31:18Speaker 3: guy eight. But also it's Christmas coming up. People need
- 31:22Speaker 3: to get gifts. What do you have a good deal
- 31:24Speaker 3: on your books for gifts?
- 31:25Speaker 12: Oh?
- 31:25Speaker 14: You know, we had a lot of good stuff. Because
- 31:26Speaker 14: I feel bad for working men and women, particularly in
- 31:30Speaker 14: the New York area. We're being gouged every time we
- 31:32Speaker 14: turn around. Fifteen dollars tun of sandwiches now and come on,
- 31:38Speaker 14: you know. So what I did on Bill O'Reilly dot
- 31:41Speaker 14: com Christmas store was we have a bundle of all
- 31:46Speaker 14: of my books, all fifteen thirteen, Killing two Confronting for
- 31:50Speaker 14: a very good price. And these books are in demand.
- 31:53Speaker 14: Even if you don't like me, the books are good.
- 31:56Speaker 14: And see you buy the bundle keep something for yourself
- 31:59Speaker 14: if you want, but you can give them away. You
- 32:01Speaker 14: save a ton of money on gifts, and I'll sign them.
- 32:06Speaker 14: I can. I signed five thousand books Tom and over
- 32:08Speaker 14: the weekend. Wow, five thousand books.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Yeah, people, you don't think, but a book is a
- 32:14Speaker 3: great Christmas gift for somebody perfect.
- 32:16Speaker 14: Yeah, especially if it's a good book. Yeah, if they
- 32:21Speaker 14: like it. And then we got you know, the not
- 32:23Speaker 14: woke stuff we got. I have a knot woke matt
- 32:26Speaker 14: in front of my house. I saw a little message,
- 32:28Speaker 14: you know, I don't want to really hear it. And
- 32:30Speaker 14: then we have Christmas ornaments and hats and shirts and
- 32:33Speaker 14: all that stuff. And what this does is it allows
- 32:35Speaker 14: me to give nice Christmas bonuses to my staff. Yeah,
- 32:39Speaker 14: so so everybody, everybody wins here.
- 32:42Speaker 3: All right, Well we're out of time, but if you
- 32:43Speaker 3: want to do some Christmas shopping, you want to get
- 32:45Speaker 3: it all taken care of, go to Bill O'Reilly dot com.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Books are great gifts, and all those other gifts go
- 32:50Speaker 3: to Bill O'Reilly dot com. You also get the TV show,
- 32:53Speaker 3: the column. Everything is there Bill O'Reilly dot com. Bill O'Reilly,
- 32:57Speaker 3: thanks for being with us.
- 32:58Speaker 14: All right, Happy Thanksgiving, have fun, Mark to you, take care.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Hey, don't forget Bucking Clay coming up at noon today
- 33:05Speaker 3: right after this show. Then you got the most listened
- 33:07Speaker 3: to radio show in America, Sean Hannity at three, Jesse
- 33:11Speaker 3: Kelly at six, and Jimmy Fayla does an excellent show.
- 33:15Speaker 3: You love it. You got to listen to it tonight
- 33:16Speaker 3: at nine on seven to ten wor here's more.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Marx Simone on seven ten WR.
- 33:25Speaker 3: Well, Hey, Curtis will be with us in the next hour.
- 33:28Speaker 3: We'll talk to him about well, lots of talk to
- 33:32Speaker 3: him about, don't right after the news on seven to
- 33:34Speaker 3: ten wo.
- 33:36Speaker 1: He knows his whay around all this. HET's the Marximone
- 33:40Speaker 1: Show on seven ten WR.
- 33:49Speaker 3: Well, Hey, as I said, we're on are like our
- 33:52Speaker 3: fifth Thanksgiving dinner here. It's like this massive Thanksgiving buffet
- 33:56Speaker 3: every day. Turkey, the stuff, the cranberry juice, the sweet well,
- 34:02Speaker 3: all this stuff. But here's the good news. There's a
- 34:05Speaker 3: new study app that one of the healthiest things you
- 34:07Speaker 3: can eat is pumpkin. Pumpkin pure is as healthy as
- 34:11Speaker 3: can be. Pumpkin puree and pumpkin seeds, boost, fiber intakes,
- 34:16Speaker 3: support hard health. Now listen to this. Now we're talking
- 34:20Speaker 3: about good pumpkin you know, pumpkin pure not you know
- 34:23Speaker 3: some pumpkin pie mix with a ton of sugar and
- 34:25Speaker 3: all that which is talking about real good pumpkin pure.
- 34:30Speaker 3: It's a great source of fiber and potassium, boosts hard
- 34:35Speaker 3: health and counters sodium's effects on blood pressure, so it
- 34:40Speaker 3: can help lower your blood pressure. Now again important to
- 34:43Speaker 3: read the labels carefully when you're buying items like canned
- 34:47Speaker 3: pumpkin pure. Make sure it's you know, organic pumpkin is good.
- 34:52Speaker 3: Make sure it doesn't have a ton of sugar in it.
- 34:54Speaker 3: But pumpkin pie can be very, very healthy for you,
- 35:00Speaker 3: So that's good news. Now, the idiotic senators Mark Kelly
- 35:05Speaker 3: and the men and women in Congress, crazy Democrats, came
- 35:09Speaker 3: up with a stunt this video that they put out
- 35:12Speaker 3: addressing the military people saying if you're given an illegal order,
- 35:16Speaker 3: you do not have to follow an illegal order. And
- 35:18Speaker 3: they're going on and on and on about illegal orders
- 35:21Speaker 3: and getting everybody all riled up. It was just a stunt.
- 35:24Speaker 3: Nobody knows of anybody ever in our military getting an
- 35:28Speaker 3: illegal order in the last fifty years. I mean the
- 35:32Speaker 3: Meli massacre. Maybe something was illegal there, but it's absolutely ridiculous.
- 35:42Speaker 3: It's just a stunt. It's just trolling. But you know,
- 35:48Speaker 3: if you made up something and spread it around that's politics,
- 35:52Speaker 3: that's government. It happens. But if you're screwing around with
- 35:55Speaker 3: our military and ginning up stuff so that military men
- 36:00Speaker 3: women might disobey and order, well that's the sedition. You
- 36:04Speaker 3: can go to jail for that. You can actually be
- 36:06Speaker 3: executed for his sedition. If you talk about a threat
- 36:10Speaker 3: to democracy, it wasn't trespassing in the capital. It's screwing
- 36:16Speaker 3: up our military and getting our military to disobey in order.
- 36:20Speaker 3: So then you got this Senator Mark Kelly, and they're
- 36:24Speaker 3: already looking at prosecuting people. Now the Department of War
- 36:29Speaker 3: is investigating these people. That's the Defense Department. The other
- 36:33Speaker 3: people are out and out. They're gone from the military.
- 36:37Speaker 3: They've completely severed any ties to the military. Apparently Kelly
- 36:42Speaker 3: has not. Senator Mark Kelly is in some sort of
- 36:45Speaker 3: a retirement situation where he's still attached to the military.
- 36:49Speaker 3: In other words, he could be called back to active duty.
- 36:52Speaker 3: So there is talk of the Department of War calling
- 36:55Speaker 3: him back to duty and then court martialing him for
- 36:59Speaker 3: what he did. And they'll get all sanctimonious, these senators,
- 37:04Speaker 3: these congressmen and women, and they'll tell you, like Mark Kelly,
- 37:08Speaker 3: a guy who served our nation. I went into uniform
- 37:11Speaker 3: and served, you know, give you the sanctimonious, pompous speeches. Meantime,
- 37:16Speaker 3: he's trying to get military people all scared and frightened
- 37:19Speaker 3: and convince him that they're getting illegal orders. I mean,
- 37:22Speaker 3: that's usually what a foreign power does. That's the kind
- 37:25Speaker 3: of thing the CIA does. You go around and you
- 37:27Speaker 3: try to overthrow militaries and governments and get them to disobey.
- 37:31Speaker 3: So you could court martial this guy for it. You
- 37:33Speaker 3: could charge him with addition, there's a uniform code of
- 37:35Speaker 3: military justice. Now, there's no illegal orders being given. Nobody's ever,
- 37:42Speaker 3: for a second ever thought there were any illegal orders given.
- 37:45Speaker 3: They just made up this whole fake thing to create
- 37:48Speaker 3: chaos in the military. You know, Like here at iHeart,
- 37:51Speaker 3: we have very fine management, very nice people, very honorable people.
- 37:56Speaker 3: But if some people came around here and said to everybody, listen,
- 38:00Speaker 3: told to do anything illegal here, we'll have your back.
- 38:03Speaker 3: What Yeah, if you told anything illegal, Now seven different
- 38:06Speaker 3: people came to you and said listen, if they tell
- 38:09Speaker 3: you to do anything illegal, Well you start wondering, why
- 38:11Speaker 3: is everybody telling me? Is there's something illegal going on?
- 38:14Speaker 3: So it would cause a big problem, a morale problem,
- 38:17Speaker 3: a chaos problem. So for Mark Kelly to do this,
- 38:21Speaker 3: if you're going to do this in the agriculture department
- 38:26Speaker 3: is one thing, but you're doing it to our military.
- 38:28Speaker 3: You're screwing up the heads of our military men and women.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Very very very bad thing to do. So look for
- 38:35Speaker 3: charges to come against Mark Kelly and some of them.
- 38:39Speaker 3: And also, like I said that, look for him to
- 38:41Speaker 3: be recalled to service and then court martialed. And nobody
- 38:45Speaker 3: deserves it more than this guy. Hey, here's a really
- 38:51Speaker 3: disgusting story. You know, in nine to eleven, several hundred
- 38:56Speaker 3: people died nine to eleven down there by the World Trades,
- 39:00Speaker 3: and there were about one hundred and forty thousand people,
- 39:05Speaker 3: first responders, residents, city officials that were affected healthwise by
- 39:10Speaker 3: the nine to eleven air, by the chemicals, toxins, whatever
- 39:14Speaker 3: crap was in that air. And we never knew this,
- 39:17Speaker 3: but it turns out that from the beginning, somebody in
- 39:21Speaker 3: the city, some departments, some place, they did studies and
- 39:27Speaker 3: detailed exactly what was in the air, the exact chemicals
- 39:33Speaker 3: and toxins, the whole thing. Well, they've been in boxes.
- 39:36Speaker 3: It's now twenty four years later, the boxes have been discovered.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Apparently were a couple of hundred boxes, thousands of pages
- 39:43Speaker 3: of documents detailing what was in the air. They've discovered them,
- 39:49Speaker 3: about twenty four of them. These boxes have been made
- 39:51Speaker 3: public now. Apparently, if way back then they were released
- 39:55Speaker 3: to everybody, especially the healthcare people, detailing what was in
- 39:59Speaker 3: the air, it might have be made it easier and
- 40:01Speaker 3: more effective to treat the people if they knew exactly
- 40:04Speaker 3: what the chemicals and toxins were. But they were never told.
- 40:08Speaker 3: So the FDNY and other groups are furious that this
- 40:12Speaker 3: was covered up. They're demanding an investigation. Who hid those boxes,
- 40:16Speaker 3: who covered it up? Who buried this whole thing? And
- 40:21Speaker 3: I mean, you can't believe it, well, you can believe it.
- 40:24Speaker 3: But our city government back then, we like to think
- 40:26Speaker 3: was very honest and open, but apparently not so. Hey
- 40:31Speaker 3: Mayor Adams went to the Parky Synagogue that was the synagogue,
- 40:35Speaker 3: but the premier synagogue of Manhattan, Parky Synagogue, where these
- 40:42Speaker 3: they call them protesters, but really they were Muslim terrorists
- 40:46Speaker 3: that descended on Jewish worshipers going to the synagogue, and
- 40:51Speaker 3: Mayor Adams was away at the time. Jessica Tish went
- 40:55Speaker 3: there on Sunday and made a speech and apologized actually Saturday,
- 40:59Speaker 3: apologized to everybody there for the police not handling it correctly.
- 41:03Speaker 3: But Mayor Adams went there yesterday posed for pictures with
- 41:07Speaker 3: the Rabbi Schneier, who's one of the most influential prominent
- 41:11Speaker 3: people in the Jewish community and in New York, and
- 41:15Speaker 3: the Mayor was there. He said, I stood proudly with
- 41:18Speaker 3: Rabbi Arthur Schneier and other temple members and apparently he
- 41:22Speaker 3: apologized to them. The protesters at the Parquy Synagogue were
- 41:27Speaker 3: allowed to get way too close. Jessica Tish apologized for that.
- 41:31Speaker 3: They were not protesters. They were Muslim terrorists screaming all
- 41:35Speaker 3: sorts of horrible things at the people just simply trying
- 41:39Speaker 3: to go to synagogue. The President has been looking at this.
- 41:43Speaker 3: A high ranking Trump administration official said, the Feds are
- 41:47Speaker 3: getting involved. They're going to try to identify some of
- 41:49Speaker 3: these Muslim terrorists and go after them. Justice Department says
- 41:54Speaker 3: Assistant Attorney General said New York may have failed to
- 41:56Speaker 3: protect these congregants. Multiple federal civil rights and criminal statutes
- 42:01Speaker 3: are implicated in these events. Full investigation underway with the
- 42:05Speaker 3: US Attorney's Office Southern Districts. So you might see some arrests.
- 42:10Speaker 3: You might see some people prosecuted for terrorism, and that'll
- 42:14Speaker 3: be a good thing, good deterrent too for this happening again. Actually,
- 42:18Speaker 3: Curtis will be with us lady this hour. We'll ask
- 42:20Speaker 3: him about this kind of thing where the Guardian Angels
- 42:23Speaker 3: would come in to and protect people. Hey, speaking of
- 42:27Speaker 3: arresting people the louver. This brilliant heist, you know, remember
- 42:31Speaker 3: reading about these twelve guys or whatever, brilliantly unbelievable skill
- 42:36Speaker 3: they broke into the louver, they stole the jewels, they
- 42:40Speaker 3: got out. It was so professional, so unbelieva. Well, it
- 42:42Speaker 3: turns out it wasn't so great because two of them
- 42:44Speaker 3: were caught. Another four were just arrested today, So one
- 42:49Speaker 3: by one they're getting them all. They haven't found the
- 42:51Speaker 3: jewels yet. They don't know if it was given to
- 42:53Speaker 3: some private collectors, some kind of crazy sultan, some kind
- 42:57Speaker 3: of sick oh James Bond type villain who wanted just
- 43:01Speaker 3: to own them and have them something like that. They
- 43:03Speaker 3: don't know if it was that, or they were broken apart,
- 43:06Speaker 3: broken down and the Jewels sold who knows, who knows,
- 43:11Speaker 3: But a couple more arrests, they'll eventually get to the
- 43:13Speaker 3: bottom of this. Hey, the Epstein files, which implicate all
- 43:18Speaker 3: kinds of Democrats, Trump is not in them because Trump
- 43:21Speaker 3: had nothing to do with Epstein. After two thousand and four,
- 43:24Speaker 3: they're going to be released. They're going through them. But
- 43:26Speaker 3: apparently the Epstein files, the actual physical files, are some
- 43:31Speaker 3: kind of a target, so the FBI has to deploy
- 43:35Speaker 3: hundreds of officers to guard the files. The files are
- 43:41Speaker 3: kept at the Central Records Complex in Winchester, Virginia, which
- 43:46Speaker 3: is a massive two hundred and fifty thousand square foot building,
- 43:50Speaker 3: and that's where they keep billions of pages of FBI documents.
- 43:54Speaker 3: So the FBI, normally with a lot of police guarding
- 43:57Speaker 3: their headquarters, has them in Winchester, Virginia guarding the records
- 44:01Speaker 3: complex because Epstein's brother Mark put out some weird statement
- 44:08Speaker 3: about the files are being doctored, evidence is being removed,
- 44:12Speaker 3: so they're worried about protesters, and also they are guarding
- 44:16Speaker 3: the files right now as we speak. Hey did you
- 44:20Speaker 3: are you? And everybody loves Raymond Fan I'm addicted to it.
- 44:23Speaker 3: I still watch it. Every night there's a twenty episodes
- 44:26Speaker 3: of Everybody Loves Raymond on one channel or another. There's
- 44:29Speaker 3: all those we TV, ME, TV antennatv TV Land. Every
- 44:35Speaker 3: night there's Everybody Loves Raymond. It's like the new I
- 44:38Speaker 3: Love Lucy in that. Even though you've seen the episode
- 44:41Speaker 3: two hundred and seventy five times, you can watch it again.
- 44:45Speaker 3: But last night on CBS there was an Everybody Loves
- 44:49Speaker 3: Raymond reunion special. It was great, ninety minutes. If you
- 44:54Speaker 3: missed it, you can get it online, you can stream it.
- 44:58Speaker 3: The whole cast was back exce of course for the parents,
- 45:01Speaker 3: Frank and Marie. They died and I didn't know this.
- 45:05Speaker 3: We didn't know this, but remember Everybody Loves Raymond. That
- 45:08Speaker 3: had a daughter and two twin sons. Well, one of
- 45:12Speaker 3: the twin sons, the actor, committed suicide a few years ago.
- 45:16Speaker 3: I didn't know that, but no longer with us. But
- 45:19Speaker 3: the special was on last night, some very touching moments.
- 45:22Speaker 3: If you love Everybody Loves Raymond, you'll love it. You
- 45:25Speaker 3: can stream it, go take a look at it. Thirtieth anniversary,
- 45:29Speaker 3: boy in thirty years, so it's it was like nineteen
- 45:32Speaker 3: ninety five. Everybody loves Raymond started. But yeh, as I've
- 45:37Speaker 3: told you, they were very careful not to put any
- 45:40Speaker 3: technology in it. So you never saw the TV set,
- 45:43Speaker 3: you never saw him on a phone, you never saw
- 45:47Speaker 3: a computer, because they knew this would get dated. You
- 45:51Speaker 3: know when you look at Seinfeld and he picks up
- 45:53Speaker 3: the desk phone and he pushes the buttons to dial
- 45:56Speaker 3: the phone where he has that Apple Macintosh computer from
- 46:01Speaker 3: nineteen ninety five, everything looks so old and out dated.
- 46:05Speaker 3: And if there is a cell phone, it's like a
- 46:07Speaker 3: big Gordon Gecko kind of nineties cell phone, but on
- 46:12Speaker 3: every bailer's room. And they made sure there was no technology.
- 46:14Speaker 3: That's why you can watch it over and over again.
- 46:16Speaker 3: Does not look dated. It could have been filmed a
- 46:18Speaker 3: week ago. Hey, by the way, the set, they rebuilt,
- 46:22Speaker 3: the whole set. I don't think it's the original set.
- 46:24Speaker 3: I think they had to rebuild it or they found
- 46:26Speaker 3: the original set. But it's going to Long Island. Show
- 46:29Speaker 3: took place in Long Island, but it's going to the
- 46:32Speaker 3: Long Island Hall of Fame, Rise, the Rock and Roll
- 46:35Speaker 3: Hall of Fame, some hall of fame, and it'll be out.
- 46:38Speaker 3: I think it's Beth page. It'll be there. You'll be
- 46:40Speaker 3: able to walk through it. Just go online and google it.
- 46:43Speaker 3: You'll be able to actually walk through the set, take
- 46:46Speaker 3: a selfie on it, all that sort of stuff. Hey, Mandani,
- 46:54Speaker 3: I almost said to Blasio. Mandani has putting together the
- 46:58Speaker 3: transition team. They've already got four hundred people on the
- 47:01Speaker 3: transition team. Now, don't get too alarmed. They've named a
- 47:05Speaker 3: lot of these Democratic socialists to the transition team, a
- 47:10Speaker 3: lot of Deblasio x Deblasio people. Transition team doesn't mean
- 47:14Speaker 3: a lot. It's kind of an honorary thing. You have
- 47:17Speaker 3: a transition team. Usually you stick all your donors on there.
- 47:23Speaker 3: If you're really great and you got a lot of
- 47:25Speaker 3: skill and talent and they really want you, they'll put
- 47:26Speaker 3: you in the administration. They'll give you a real type.
- 47:29Speaker 3: But if you're just a donor and they got to
- 47:31Speaker 3: reward you and give you something, you're on the transition team.
- 47:35Speaker 3: So if you're Scott Bessett and you're a genius, Trump
- 47:38Speaker 3: makes you the Secretary of State, Secretary of the Treasury.
- 47:43Speaker 3: But if you're some Wall Street guy who donated a
- 47:44Speaker 3: lot of money and they don't want you for anything,
- 47:46Speaker 3: they'll put you on the transition team. So you gave
- 47:49Speaker 3: a ton of money and that's your reward. You can
- 47:51Speaker 3: go around and tell people I was on the president's
- 47:54Speaker 3: transition team. Wow, what did you do on the transition team? Well,
- 47:59Speaker 3: we went to meetings, and what'd you do in the meeting? Well,
- 48:02Speaker 3: we met. They don't really do anything, They just talk.
- 48:05Speaker 3: It's it's like those Broadway producers, those investors. You know
- 48:10Speaker 3: these a lot of your friends and neighbors might tell
- 48:12Speaker 3: you I'm a producer Broadway producer. They're just investors. They
- 48:15Speaker 3: put five hundred thousand in and they let you call
- 48:18Speaker 3: yourself a producer. And they hold fake meetings for these
- 48:20Speaker 3: people to make it look like they're involved somehow. But
- 48:22Speaker 3: it's the same thing with the transition team. So don't
- 48:25Speaker 3: get too worried about who's on the transition team. Hey,
- 48:29Speaker 3: Ken Burns. This new documentary on the American Revolution and
- 48:32Speaker 3: how America was founded and born. Reviewers that have seen
- 48:36Speaker 3: it said they've all turned it off after ten minutes.
- 48:38Speaker 3: It was so misleading, deceitful, false, lying about America. We
- 48:45Speaker 3: not only killed all the Indians installed their land. It
- 48:48Speaker 3: was the Indians that developed democracy, and we simply copied it.
- 48:52Speaker 3: None of this is true, but apparently this awful ken
- 48:55Speaker 3: Burns is trying to push this in this new PBS documentary.
- 48:59Speaker 3: So don't even bother to watch it. And if you're wondering,
- 49:01Speaker 3: how come in the why would they defund PPS? Why
- 49:04Speaker 3: would the government stop funding PBS? This is why PBS
- 49:09Speaker 3: you were begging to get your money cut off with
- 49:12Speaker 3: this fake news nonsense. But avoid the ken Burns documentary. Hey,
- 49:17Speaker 3: Curtis will be with us in a few minutes. When
- 49:19Speaker 3: we come back, we'll take some calls. Eight hundred three
- 49:22Speaker 3: two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred
- 49:26Speaker 3: three to two one zero seven ten.
- 49:28Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simon show on wor.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Well, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 49:36Speaker 3: zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to Charles
- 49:39Speaker 3: in Smithtown. Charles, how you doing?
- 49:42Speaker 8: Ah?
- 49:42Speaker 15: Yes, I just wanted to say. When I was in
- 49:45Speaker 15: the military, you had to obey all orders. One night
- 49:50Speaker 15: it was raining and we had to do some preventive
- 49:52Speaker 15: maintenance on the tank. And the guy that was in
- 49:56Speaker 15: charge of the tank says, oh, we could do it
- 49:58Speaker 15: the next day, but the platoon sergeant wanted it done.
- 50:00Speaker 15: Then the platoon sergeant brought the E five up on
- 50:04Speaker 15: a court and I had to go to a court martial.
- 50:07Speaker 15: They can, they can be really screwy. We it was
- 50:12Speaker 15: a it was just a maintenance It was a recovery
- 50:15Speaker 15: tank and we were doing maintenance on it. It was
- 50:17Speaker 15: in the combat zone and so we were doing maintenance
- 50:20Speaker 15: on it one night. That could have been done the
- 50:23Speaker 15: next day during the day, but the sergeant wanted us
- 50:26Speaker 15: to do it that night during the ring.
- 50:29Speaker 3: Silly. What combat zone was this Vietnam? Oh you were
- 50:33Speaker 3: in Vietnam? Oh yeah, Oh my god.
- 50:38Speaker 15: I had another I had another incident. We used to
- 50:41Speaker 15: have a police call in the morning with cigarette butts
- 50:44Speaker 15: and I had this one guy, he was one rank
- 50:46Speaker 15: above me, and he's pointing out cigarette butts and call son,
- 50:51Speaker 15: there's one there, son, there's another one. I said, you're
- 50:54Speaker 15: not my father, So you know what, I had to
- 50:56Speaker 15: go see the company commander.
- 50:58Speaker 3: I'm going to be honest with you. Out of all
- 50:59Speaker 3: the worst stories I've heard about bombing missions and air raids,
- 51:03Speaker 3: this is not the most exciting war story.
- 51:05Speaker 2: A cigarette Well, this is what happens.
- 51:06Speaker 3: Cleaning a tank a cigarette. But this is not the
- 51:08Speaker 3: biggest war stories.
- 51:09Speaker 15: But it's this is what I'm just saying.
- 51:12Speaker 3: No, you got a good point. They court martial people
- 51:15Speaker 3: over silly things.
- 51:16Speaker 15: But oh yeah, yeah, all right.
- 51:17Speaker 3: Charles, good, good, good call. Let's go to Mitchell, Monroe Township. Mitchell.
- 51:22Speaker 3: How you doing?
- 51:24Speaker 16: Why? Thank you? Mark?
- 51:25Speaker 3: I'm wondering what are you inside the sofa? Are you
- 51:28Speaker 3: in the trunk of a car? Are you being kidnapped?
- 51:30Speaker 3: Why are you a muffled hello? Yes, yes, I'm all right.
- 51:35Speaker 3: I'll talk like you too. I muffle my voice.
- 51:38Speaker 16: Yeah, I'm Mark.
- 51:40Speaker 2: Do you have are you.
- 51:41Speaker 3: Wearing like six masks? Why do you sound all muffled?
- 51:45Speaker 16: No, I'm having trouble in my speech. I'm not a youngster.
- 51:49Speaker 3: Oh okay.
- 51:50Speaker 16: I'm wondering with all the talk on this dreadful attack
- 51:53Speaker 16: on the synagogue, Yes, no one has brought up the
- 51:56Speaker 16: fact that the synagogue is two building down from the
- 52:01Speaker 16: nineteenth precinct.
- 52:03Speaker 2: That's true.
- 52:04Speaker 3: It's the sixty seventh street, yeah.
- 52:06Speaker 16: Yes, and it's also near the train station. Now these
- 52:12Speaker 16: are protest is. The so called protest did not arrive
- 52:15Speaker 16: by taxi cab. They must have come up from the
- 52:18Speaker 16: subway or down from the New seventy second Street.
- 52:22Speaker 3: Well, these are all good points.
- 52:23Speaker 15: You know.
- 52:23Speaker 3: Who's going to be here next. I bet he'll know
- 52:24Speaker 3: all about this. Curtis Sliwell, we'll ask him about this protest,
- 52:28Speaker 3: and would you please I will. We'll ask him next. Yeah,
- 52:31Speaker 3: the nineteenth precinct. But you gotta remember, you think, well,
- 52:34Speaker 3: that's a precinct right there. What safety not necessarily, you know,
- 52:38Speaker 3: because sometimes cars get broken into writ in front of
- 52:40Speaker 3: the precinct. Can't remember it's a precinct. But the cops
- 52:43Speaker 3: aren't in there. They're all out patrolling that. That doesn't
- 52:46Speaker 3: mean they're all sitting in the building and looking out
- 52:48Speaker 3: the windows. Let's go to Joel in Florida. Joel, how you.
- 52:51Speaker 10: Doing, good morning?
- 52:53Speaker 2: More.
- 52:53Speaker 10: First things first, I want to wish you and your
- 52:56Speaker 10: family are very happy, healthy and a safe thanks giving.
- 53:00Speaker 10: The same to Vincent and his family, Mara.
- 53:03Speaker 3: And let's do the whole audience. But let's get to
- 53:05Speaker 3: the question.
- 53:06Speaker 10: Well, only part of it. And yes, indeed, if you're
- 53:08Speaker 10: in the military, then they had done that. If you're
- 53:11Speaker 10: in the military and you're given an order of any kind,
- 53:14Speaker 10: you must obey your order. If not, you watch subject
- 53:17Speaker 10: directly to the u CMJ at the court martial.
- 53:20Speaker 3: Any order you were in the military, it is, yes, sir,
- 53:23Speaker 3: it was where were you stationed.
- 53:26Speaker 10: I was in the United States Navy during Vietnam, That
- 53:28Speaker 10: is correct.
- 53:31Speaker 13: Oh.
- 53:31Speaker 10: Yes, Any any any order that constant any superior officer,
- 53:35Speaker 10: whether the commission or not commission, you must obey that
- 53:38Speaker 10: order or you are subject to the u cmj oh.
- 53:41Speaker 3: Okay, Well, thanks for calling y's veterans in this audience.
- 53:45Speaker 3: Let's go to uh Wagner in Philadelphia. Wagner, how you doing?
- 53:49Speaker 13: Hey, good morning, Mark. Yes, what's going on in this
- 53:53Speaker 13: country right now? With these Democrats?
- 53:55Speaker 2: Leave it all?
- 53:56Speaker 13: They he's gotta be uh intersected by the by the
- 54:01Speaker 13: Supreme Court because these people they they're doing illegue with
- 54:05Speaker 13: stuff and it's really danger Yeah. They to assession to
- 54:11Speaker 13: our president.
- 54:12Speaker 3: Hey, wam, where are you from.
- 54:15Speaker 13: I'm from Dominican Republic. Oh I live in Philadelphia.
- 54:19Speaker 3: If you call that living. But okay, the Dominican Republic
- 54:23Speaker 3: is beautiful, Sonny right, nice place.
- 54:25Speaker 13: Yes, sir, Yes, sir. And here you have a lot
- 54:28Speaker 13: of baseball players.
- 54:29Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, that's true, that's true. Yeah, they have to
- 54:32Speaker 3: give them a franchise. They got the best baseball players
- 54:35Speaker 3: down there anyway, thanks for calling. Hey, when we come back,
- 54:38Speaker 3: Curtis will be with us next. Now this will be interesting.
- 54:41Speaker 3: Lots to talk to him about coming up next. Curtisly
- 54:44Speaker 3: in a moment on seven to ten, wo.
- 54:46Speaker 7: R mark them on sevent ten, Oh, it's time for me.
- 54:58Speaker 3: Uh, we're looking for Curtis sliwa nothing yet. Well, we'll
- 55:04Speaker 3: see if we can find them. He'll turn up all
- 55:09Speaker 3: kinds of things. I want to ask Curtis. Andrew Cuomo
- 55:12Speaker 3: tweeting away. That's his full time job now Twitter, I guess.
- 55:18Speaker 3: But he put out a statement about something about the future,
- 55:21Speaker 3: but in the statement was the horrifying implication that he
- 55:26Speaker 3: might run again for something. Last thing anybody wants to
- 55:29Speaker 3: see is Cuomo come back? But he's uh, you know,
- 55:32Speaker 3: he's kind of like herpies, can never get rid of
- 55:34Speaker 3: it completely. It's always comes back at some point. So
- 55:37Speaker 3: people a little upset about all of that. Mam Donnie,
- 55:42Speaker 3: of course, is the mayor elect. Rudy Giuliani put out
- 55:45Speaker 3: a statement saying he's absolutely He says, I'm sick to
- 55:50Speaker 3: my stomach seeing Mamdannie in the Oval office, and of
- 55:54Speaker 3: course he says, I want to see New York City
- 55:56Speaker 3: do well. But he's sick seeing this. Oh we found Kurt.
- 56:00Speaker 3: It's all right. The guy that should have been the
- 56:02Speaker 3: mayor maybe will be someday in the future, is with us,
- 56:05Speaker 3: the great Curtis Lee. What Curtis? How you doing?
- 56:09Speaker 2: Not too good? Mark?
- 56:10Speaker 17: I was in Malba and Queen's last night talking to
- 56:13Speaker 17: the residents whose neighborhood was taken over by a car gang.
- 56:18Speaker 17: It's just a symptom of things to come in the
- 56:22Speaker 17: era of Johan Mandami.
- 56:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't understand the story. This car gang, the
- 56:26Speaker 3: drag racist cars. They picked this beautiful neighborhood, quiet neighborhood
- 56:30Speaker 3: in Malba. They come down there from the Bronx. They
- 56:32Speaker 3: do this, total chaos. People are being beaten up. It's awful.
- 56:34Speaker 3: Where were the police doing this?
- 56:37Speaker 17: Well, they've been doing this for in fact two years, Mark,
- 56:41Speaker 17: and they go from community to community in Queens, especially
- 56:44Speaker 17: residential communities, because they know it'll take the police a
- 56:48Speaker 17: long time to catch up to them. So there are
- 56:51Speaker 17: only two squad cars that are assigned out at night
- 56:55Speaker 17: in the precincts in the outer boroughs.
- 56:57Speaker 2: This needs to be dealt with. We don't have enough police.
- 57:00Speaker 17: Imagine from twelve min night to five or from one
- 57:03Speaker 17: to five, you only have two squad cars that are
- 57:07Speaker 17: patrolling a precinct area. Now, let's say there's a nine
- 57:09Speaker 17: to one one called domestic dispute, a fight in a bar.
- 57:13Speaker 2: That's two cars that are tied up.
- 57:15Speaker 17: They can't go to where this gang was just tearing
- 57:19Speaker 17: up the neighborhood.
- 57:20Speaker 2: But this has been done before.
- 57:22Speaker 17: In those zone parts South, those Zone parts Massmith, Middle Village, Glendale.
- 57:27Speaker 17: And now that it's hit Malba, which is a very
- 57:29Speaker 17: upscale neighborhood in the shadow of the white Stone Bridge
- 57:32Speaker 17: on the Queen's side, everybody's taking notice of it.
- 57:35Speaker 2: But it didn't just happen.
- 57:36Speaker 17: It's been happening for two years, and the NYPD has
- 57:39Speaker 17: done nothing to shut down these card gangs.
- 57:43Speaker 3: Okay, that's a precinct. But isn't there like a Burrough
- 57:46Speaker 3: command or of some isn't there a special task for
- 57:48Speaker 3: isn't there anything that's been called in the middle of
- 57:50Speaker 3: the night to come out?
- 57:52Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 57:52Speaker 17: The problem is though they're so far away from one another,
- 57:55Speaker 17: and they're just so few cops. We need forty thousand
- 57:58Speaker 17: police officers, we only have thirty two thousand and five
- 58:01Speaker 17: hundred and so they spread them around during the day
- 58:04Speaker 17: when obviously most people are awake, they're up, they're working,
- 58:08Speaker 17: they're going to and from.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Their place of business or their home.
- 58:12Speaker 17: So what they do is they cut back on policing
- 58:15Speaker 17: from about twelve mid nine to six in the morning
- 58:17Speaker 17: because they just don't have enough cops. So if we
- 58:20Speaker 17: don't hire more cops, we're going to see more of
- 58:23Speaker 17: that because of attrition. We won't be able to retain
- 58:26Speaker 17: the cops we already have, recruit the cops we need.
- 58:28Speaker 17: And the other thing that's not discussed at all mark
- 58:31Speaker 17: is qualified immunity. That's the insurance that every civil servant has,
- 58:36Speaker 17: from the mayor right on down to a sanitation worker
- 58:39Speaker 17: that protects them from being sued personally. The only department
- 58:44Speaker 17: where that does not exist because it was stripped away
- 58:46Speaker 17: from them by the city council in twenty twenty one.
- 58:49Speaker 2: Other police, if.
- 58:50Speaker 17: They take any physical intervention, which is part of what
- 58:53Speaker 17: is the requirement of their job, they can be personally sued.
- 58:57Speaker 17: So that's why you see the police are not at
- 59:00Speaker 17: all aggressive. They fear a personal lawsuit. They cannot bear
- 59:04Speaker 17: the burden of that so it's gonna be impossible to
- 59:06Speaker 17: retain the cops we already have and try to recruit
- 59:09Speaker 17: a new generation of cops.
- 59:10Speaker 3: Well, hey, that part of Queen's has a great councilwoman,
- 59:14Speaker 3: a real loudmouth. I mean that in a good way,
- 59:16Speaker 3: Vicki Palladino. Why isn't she screaming for help?
- 59:19Speaker 2: Oh? No, she has been, she has been.
- 59:22Speaker 17: But again, you know, I was there last night talking
- 59:25Speaker 17: to the cops.
- 59:26Speaker 2: Obviously they were spread everywhere. You know what happens, Mart,
- 59:29Speaker 2: you have no.
- 59:30Speaker 17: Cops, and then all of a sudden, the situation in
- 59:32Speaker 17: city Hall says, I don't care send the whole precinct
- 59:35Speaker 17: out there. I want cops bobbing into one another. But
- 59:39Speaker 17: I spoke to the cops and they said, Curtis, this
- 59:41Speaker 17: is an ongoing situation. Imagine from twelve midnight at night
- 59:46Speaker 17: to five in the morning, you only have two cars
- 59:50Speaker 17: to cover an entire district, especially in a residential area
- 59:55Speaker 17: where it takes you maybe forty five minutes to go
- 59:58Speaker 17: to one one part of the pre sink to the
- 1:00:00Speaker 17: other part of the precinct.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: There's just not enough cops.
- 1:00:04Speaker 17: Jessica Tish won't acknowledge that obviously the incoming mayor won't
- 1:00:08Speaker 17: address that. And Eric Adams, where's he today? By the way,
- 1:00:11Speaker 17: Mark Samo, where is the mayor today? It's sort of
- 1:00:15Speaker 17: like the old Matt Lawell. Where is Matt Lauer today?
- 1:00:17Speaker 17: Where's the mayor today?
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: Well, uh, he is getting ready for the next vacation.
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: This is coming up pretty soon. But now tell me
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: about the Parky Synagogue. That was a horrible incident. That
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: was Muslim terrorism.
- 1:00:29Speaker 13: There, oh, there it is.
- 1:00:31Speaker 17: They blocked the entry into the synagogue, a well renounced synagogue.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: Nothing was done to them.
- 1:00:37Speaker 17: So Jessica Tiss goes in and apologizes to them, swears
- 1:00:41Speaker 17: it will never happen again.
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: You know it's going to happen again.
- 1:00:44Speaker 17: Zorhanmandami said nothing to condemn it, said, oh no, no,
- 1:00:48Speaker 17: it was a violation of international law.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: What Jews meeting to plan.
- 1:00:53Speaker 17: On doing alia, which is part of their Talmud Torah.
- 1:00:58Speaker 17: Jews are encouraged if at some point in their lives
- 1:01:01Speaker 17: to return to Israel, if not to have dual residency,
- 1:01:04Speaker 17: maybe they live there permanently. That's not a violation of
- 1:01:07Speaker 17: international boy. That happens with other countries also, So again
- 1:01:11Speaker 17: we see Zorhan Mandami. He's not even been sworn in,
- 1:01:15Speaker 17: not at all condemning the demonstrators who were violent, who
- 1:01:19Speaker 17: were blocking people's ability to enter that synagogue, and the
- 1:01:23Speaker 17: police did not do their job. And all I heard
- 1:01:26Speaker 17: was Randy Mastro complaining, the real mayor of the city
- 1:01:28Speaker 17: of New York and the mayor complaining. Where was he again,
- 1:01:32Speaker 17: Eric Adams when he was complaining and tweeting.
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: About this Uhistan?
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Spekistan.
- 1:01:38Speaker 14: What was he doing there?
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Mark?
- 1:01:40Speaker 17: Nothing good happens to it Uspektistan. What was he coming
- 1:01:44Speaker 17: out with more bags of money to bring back?
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: Well, what did you call it? Whining, dining, pocket lining,
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: that kind of.
- 1:01:50Speaker 17: Stuff exactly in Tashkent. How many people I know from
- 1:01:53Speaker 17: Uzbekistan who are here from tash Kent, they cut hair,
- 1:01:57Speaker 17: A lot of them have become hairstylists, and they'll tell
- 1:01:59Speaker 17: me the only reason the mayor is over there is
- 1:02:02Speaker 17: to get weindein in pocket.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Line, because that's a corrupt administration there.
- 1:02:06Speaker 17: Well, why would a mayor need to be in Uzbekistan
- 1:02:09Speaker 17: or Albania? Remember when he began this trip around the
- 1:02:13Speaker 17: world at taxpayer's expense on my dad?
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: Yeah, Hey, Curtis Leewell. Let me ask you something. Andrew
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: Cuomo put out this tweet. He's talking about the future
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: of the Democratic This he implied in there. He made
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: it sound like he's gonna run again. Is that possible
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: that we have to deal with this guy again?
- 1:02:29Speaker 17: Of course, Mark, Remember he's like Napoleon who's retreated to
- 1:02:33Speaker 17: his island of Elba. Probably the Hampton's plot is comeback.
- 1:02:38Speaker 17: I don't think he gets it. People are tired of him,
- 1:02:40Speaker 17: They don't want him. He had two opportunities to beat
- 1:02:44Speaker 17: Zohan Mandami.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: He got beaten.
- 1:02:46Speaker 17: Effectively, his own Democrats have turned against them. But hey,
- 1:02:52Speaker 17: you know what else is Andrew Cmo gonna do all day?
- 1:02:54Speaker 17: Mark Simon, you know Andrew Cmo. I know Andrew Cmo
- 1:02:57Speaker 17: all he does. He's like a political zombi be. He
- 1:03:01Speaker 17: plots his revenge, his vendettas, and his return.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: And I think we're.
- 1:03:06Speaker 17: Going to have to live with Andrew CRMO until the
- 1:03:08Speaker 17: day we die, always teasing us, talking about what position
- 1:03:14Speaker 17: he wants to run for. I would suggest to him
- 1:03:18Speaker 17: that he just leave New York State, you go down
- 1:03:20Speaker 17: to Florida like he threatened to do. I Jorhan Mandami.
- 1:03:23Speaker 17: He was elected mayor. Remember he was.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: Out there in the Hamptons.
- 1:03:25Speaker 17: He said, hey, look, if Zoran's elected, I'm leaving in Florida.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Try your luck in Florida.
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: All right, But he in this race, he had every
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: powerful person in America pushing him, telling everybody to vote
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: for him, trying to chase you out of the race.
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: He was up against a lunatic Democrat, everybody including the President,
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: telling everybody vote for him. If you can't win, then
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: what makes you think you could ever win.
- 1:03:50Speaker 17: Well, remember, if you're if you're a child of entitlement,
- 1:03:54Speaker 17: if you felt that your position in this world was
- 1:03:58Speaker 17: to be the sheep herder and the rest of us
- 1:04:00Speaker 17: as sheep, and we don't understand. He'll continue, he'll continue
- 1:04:04Speaker 17: to keep attempting to push his name upon us. I
- 1:04:08Speaker 17: would suggest to him that he go and he write
- 1:04:11Speaker 17: his memoirs. Nobody bought his other two books, even though
- 1:04:14Speaker 17: he got paid five million dollars for that book during
- 1:04:17Speaker 17: the pandemic that was written by his staff. I write
- 1:04:20Speaker 17: a memoir, you know, maybe twenty five copies will be sold.
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: You know, he can invite some of his friends. Yeah,
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: but it's over. It's over. Fans who came on.
- 1:04:28Speaker 17: And by the way, if he wants to fight for
- 1:04:30Speaker 17: the Democratic Party, he's the one who rolled over and
- 1:04:33Speaker 17: sacrificed it with no cash. Baire raised the age closed
- 1:04:37Speaker 17: Rikers Island. He's set it up for Zorhan Mondami and
- 1:04:40Speaker 17: the Democratic Socialists of America.
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, uh, and all those billionaires trying to give
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: you money to get where are they with him? Why
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: aren't they giving him something to do, some job or something.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: Oh, you know, they will some no show job.
- 1:04:53Speaker 17: You know, he'll be in charge of some kind of
- 1:04:55Speaker 17: think tank he'll need to be in. Maybe he could
- 1:04:58Speaker 17: run for the mayor of Southampton. You know, he spends
- 1:05:00Speaker 17: more time in the Hamptons than he does in the
- 1:05:03Speaker 17: city of New York.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: That's you know, that's the position he might be able
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: to win. Mark.
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: Yeah, no, that's a good job. Who's that young guy,
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: Jesse whatever his name was, the mayor of Southampton?
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: Yeah no, no, you can make headlines from there.
- 1:05:15Speaker 17: You know, a lot of influential people obviously have homes
- 1:05:18Speaker 17: out there.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: That's what I would suggest he do.
- 1:05:21Speaker 17: That he needs to go home to the Hamptons and
- 1:05:23Speaker 17: be with his brother Fredo, Chris and this way they
- 1:05:27Speaker 17: can talk about how how they're victims.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: Oh poor, the poor Quall boys. We're victims again, oh Fox.
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: All right, well, Curtis Lee, we're great having you on
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: working that people can follow you on Twitter and Instagram
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: and all that keep track of you.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: There, uh at Curtis Lee, you can check out. I
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: was in Malba last night and getting down.
- 1:05:48Speaker 17: To the nitty gritty of how to stop these card
- 1:05:51Speaker 17: gangs from taking over a neighborhood near you, because they
- 1:05:55Speaker 17: will be coming to a neighborhood near you, was Johann
- 1:05:58Speaker 17: Mandami in town.
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: Well, everybody check out Curtis on Instagram and Twitter and
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: I'll follow him there, Curtius ly, Well, thanks for being.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: With us always.
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: Mark all, I take care. Don't forget Buck and Clay
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: coming up noon today seven to ten wor mister.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: New York marks them off seven ten wo.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: Woa, we're out of time. Actually, I'm taking the rest
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: of the week off. I think I deserve it. I've
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: been here two days this week. That's enough, I know.
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: Actually I'm taking the week off. Have a great Thanksgiving.
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: I'll be back Monday ten to noon, and don't go away,
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: Buck and Clay and next to you Monday, have a
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: great Thanksgiving. Seven to ten wo
