  God is so very good to you. He gives you many blessings and wraps you in His love every day.

  fresh dew of the morning, and His gentle breeze reminds you He is near.

  God has given you every good and wonderful gift that you have.

  Today and always, you must rejoice for all He does for you.

  Hello and welcome to this broadcast of Woman at the Well Ministries,

  and what a pleasure it is to talk about the blessings of God. Let us pray.
• 1:51
  Our kind and most gracious, dear Heavenly Father, Lord, we just want to thank you.
• 1:55
  Lord, we want to thank you for all that you do for us. Lord,
• 1:58
  we want to thank you that we're always on your mind.
• 2:01
  Lord, we want to thank you for the amazing grace that you show each and every
• 2:05
  one of us each and every day.
• 2:07
  Lord, I want to thank you that you allow me to be part of your service.
• 2:11
  I'm thankful, Lord, that you watch over me and protect me. I thank you,
• 2:15
  Lord, for all that you give me.
• 2:17
  Lord, I just ask that as we spend this next few moments together with those who are listening.
• 2:22
  That you would allow us to open our hearts to be able to just see your hand
• 2:27
  at work in our lives, to see your hand at work in the lives of others,
• 2:31
  or to see how you truly are on the throne and that you are in control regardless
• 2:36
  of what it looks like around us.
• 2:38
  Lord, I just want to thank you that what is man that thou art mindful of him
• 2:43
  and the son of man that thou visitest us.
• 2:46
  Lord, I love you and I praise you and I thank you in Jesus' name.
• 2:49
  And all of God's people said, amen. It's shouting time.

  You know, every moment of every day, if we were cognizant of what God is doing
• 2:59
  in our lives, I believe it would cause our heart to sing.
• 3:03
  I believe there is truth in the statement
• 3:06
  that we need to be thankful for
• 3:11
  the blessings of God I believe in
• 3:13
  Deuteronomy when he said that we should rejoice in every good
• 3:16
  thing which the Lord has given to us that he meant it I don't want to be like
• 3:23
  the unthankful steward I don't want to be the person who God blesses and I don't
• 3:30
  take the moment to turn back around and thank him for all he's done for us.
• 3:35
  But you know, I think part of the problem is that we are not trained in our
• 3:42
  spirit to see the hand of God at work.
• 3:45
  And so I think sometimes our faith is not strong enough to realize that the
• 3:50
  things that happen in our lives don't just happen.
• 3:53
  And there are no such things as coincidences, but that the Lord orchestrates
• 3:58
  everything in our life and He allows things to come through His nail-scarred
• 4:03
  hand and He provides us with amazing blessings each and every day.
• 4:08
  I think that we sometimes get so caught up
• 4:11
  in ourselves believing that we provide the
• 4:15
  things that we have based on the work that
• 4:18
  we do and the salaries that we make and I think
• 4:21
  that we need to stop for a moment and realize that God gives us the gifts and
• 4:27
  the talents we have and that he blesses us with opportunities to use those gifts
• 4:33
  and talents and that in turn we make a living so that we can live a life for him.
• 4:39
  I think so often in our lives we get going in such a hard, heavy pace and in
• 4:46
  a forward direction that we don't take an opportunity to pause.
• 4:52
  And to look around us. And I think that very fact often keeps us from remembering
• 4:59
  the blessings of God and keeps us from stopping and thanking Him for what He's done for us.
• 5:05
  I think sometimes also we get so used to the comforts that God allows us that we just expect them.
• 5:13
  And so we're not joyful and gleeful and happy and excited about what God gives us.
• 5:23
  I think sometimes we need to go back to the basics.
• 5:27
  Jesus loves me. This I know.
• 5:31
  That gives us cause and opportunity to praise him no matter what else is going on.
• 5:43
  Jesus loves me. This I know.
• 5:47
  Perhaps it is that you've gotten so busy and so caught up with the things of
• 5:52
  the world that you've forgotten Jesus loves me.
• 5:57
  Perhaps you've gotten so caught up in the rat race and the hustle and bustle
• 6:03
  that you forget who Jesus is in your life. He gives you breath.
• 6:09
  He provides all you have.
• 6:12
  He gives us all we need. And for most of us, he gives us most of what we want.
• 6:17
  And for the reality of it is, he gives all of us more than we deserve.
• 6:22
  And we get up in the morning and we enjoy his sunshine.
• 6:27
  We enjoy the rain that produces the harvest. We enjoy the air that we breathe.
• 6:35
  We enjoy the family and friends that he has, and we don't stop and think about.
• 6:41
  Where that all comes from.
• 6:45
  Those of us who live in the United States enjoy the freedom of being able to
• 6:51
  practice our religion. I love the term practice religion.
• 6:56
  I'm not much about religion. I don't think religion will do much for you.
• 7:01
  Only salvation through and by the blood of Jesus Christ will keep you from all
• 7:06
  harm and allow you a home not made with hands eternal unto the heavens.
• 7:12
  But I love it when people talk about practicing their religion because I believe
• 7:16
  if those of us who call ourselves Christians practice to the commandments a
• 7:20
  little bit more, I believe we would draw a whole lot closer to God.
• 7:24
  I believe our witness would be a whole lot stronger.
• 7:27
  And I believe with practice, we would become better at being the witness God called us to be.
• 7:33
  But regardless of what you call your relationship with Christ,
• 7:41
  whether you call it your religion, whether you call it your salvation,
• 7:45
  which is what it is, or whether you talk about practicing, that's irrelevant.
• 7:51
  But what is relevant is how you regard in your heart all that God does for you.
• 8:01
  The sinner doesn't recognize that God has given them life.
• 8:06
  Shouldn't you as a Christian who has tasted that God is good,
• 8:12
  who understands what he's done for you on the cross of Calvary,
• 8:16
  shouldn't you be more cognizant?
• 8:18
  Shouldn't we be more apt to praise his holy name?
• 8:22
  See, it's not even about shame for most of us or the fear of ridicule.
• 8:27
  For most of us, we don't recognize the hand of God.
• 8:31
  When we walk into our homes, day in and day out, I wonder how many times we
• 8:37
  step through the door and thank Him for His blessing of a home to have.
• 8:43
  When we sit down at our tables to eat, do we say a heartfelt blessing or some
• 8:51
  memorized rhyme or nothing at all?
• 8:54
  Do we bow our heads in prayer, at the dawn of each day, thanking him for another
• 9:01
  opportunity to be a witness and to serve him.
• 9:04
  The Bible says, and thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the Lord thy God has given thee.
• 9:10
  In the midst of all of your hassles, he's always there. He clears the way.
• 9:16
  In the midst of all the yucky stuff that happens in your life that you're caused
• 9:20
  to endure, he places bouquets of blessings all around?
• 9:25
  Do you dwell on the negative or do you have eyes to see God's presence each and every place?
• 9:32
  Do you seek his face, guaranteeing you'll be in his presence?
• 9:38
  When you come to an intersection and you see that that person in front of you
• 9:42
  just, you know, ran a red light and for some reason you stopped and you paused,
• 9:48
  do you realize that that some reason was the hand of God?
• 9:51
  But when you get a blessing, an unexpected goodness happens to you,
• 9:58
  do you pause for a moment and say, thank you, Jesus?
• 10:02
  When you've been healed of some sickness, and you say, well,
• 10:07
  it's just a natural course of a cold, it could have been worse.
• 10:10
  Do you stop and thank God that he's there with you and he's taking you through?
• 10:14
  When you tuck your little kid in at night, do you thank God that he kept them from harm?
• 10:21
  I think that we need to just stop and count our blessings. It's a wonderful
• 10:25
  song. Most of it's sung as children.
• 10:29
  Count your blessings, name them one by one. See what God has done.
• 10:34
  It's not a bad practice. And it'll bring joy to your heart and a smile to your face.
• 10:40
  And it will help you see God at work in your life.
• 10:43
  And when you begin to see Him at work in your life, it'll increase your faith.
• 10:46
  And you'll be an even stronger, better witness for God. It's shouting time.
• 10:51
  Every single day that you have breath is shouting time. It's a time to sing of his greatness.
• 10:59
  The Bible says that let everything have breath. Praise ye the Lord.
• 11:05
  The Bible says that even the rocks will cry out and praise the Lord.
• 11:10
  I don't want to be shown up with some dumb old rock.
• 11:13
  I want my life to praise him in all things and in all ways.
• 11:18
  It's shouting time for the child of God.
• 11:21
  It's a wonderful thing to know that the Lord God gives gifts to us,
• 11:27
  and every good and perfect gift cometh down from the Father of lights.
• 11:31
  God loves us. Our earthly parents, our earthly friends love us, and they give us gifts.
• 11:36
  How much more does our Heavenly Father love us, who gave His only begotten Son,
• 11:41
  that we might have life, and the amazing things He gives us each and every day.
• 11:45
  He provided our need for salvation before we even knew we needed it.
• 11:50
  And each and every day, he gives us an opportunity to live in his blessings.
• 11:54
  And we need to be grateful, children.
• 11:57
  None of us likes the brat who has very unthankful and ungrateful for the things
• 12:01
  that people give them and do for them.
• 12:03
  Don't find yourself being that very same child in the family of God.
• 12:08
  But let your life praise him for who he is. Let your heart sing of his praises,
• 12:14
  and let your face show others that Jesus is great, and great is he in your life.
• 12:29
