  Strength and Integrity Sometimes doing the right thing feels
• 0:15
  harder than it should. It can feel costly, lonely, and
• 0:18
  exhausting. There are moments when
• 0:21
  compromise seems easier, silence seems safer, and going along
• 0:25
  with the crowd seems simpler than standing firm.
• 0:28
  But integrity is not proven when life is easy.
• 0:32
  Integrity is revealed when pressure tries to pull you away
• 0:35
  from what is true. Proverbs chapter 12 verse 10
• 0:39
  says the righteous is concerned for the life of his beast, but
• 0:43
  the mercy of the wicked is cruel.
• 0:45
  Even in something as ordinary as the way a person treats an
• 0:48
  animal, God shows us that righteousness is seen in
• 0:52
  compassion. Integrity is not only about the
• 0:55
  big visible choices, it is in the small daily ways we show
• 0:59
  fairness, care and responsibility.

  Psalm chapter 31 verse 5 says Into your hand I commit my
• 1:06
  spirit. You have redeemed me, O Lord
• 1:09
  faithful God. That is the language of deep
• 1:12
  trust. And in Job Chapter 31, Job
• 1:16
  speaks about justice and how he did not despise the cause of his
• 1:19
  servants. He understood that integrity
• 1:22
  means treating people with dignity even when you have power
• 1:25
  over them. That message matters in everyday
• 1:28
  life. Integrity shows up in the way
• 1:31
  you talk to people when you are annoyed.
• 1:34
  It shows up in how you handle truth when lying would protect
• 1:37
  your image. It shows up in whether you
• 1:39
  choose kindness over cruelty, fairness over favoritism, and
• 1:44
  honesty over convenience. At school, online, at home, in
• 1:48
  private thoughts, and in public actions, God is forming
• 1:51
  something strong in you. And here is the beautiful part.
• 1:55
  Integrity is not just a rule to keep.
• 1:58
  It is a way of living close to God.
• 2:00
  When you trust Him, you do not have to fake strength.
• 2:03
  He becomes your strength. When life feels unfair or
• 2:07
  overwhelming, you can place your spirit in His hands and know
• 2:10
  that He is faithful. The world may reward appearance,
• 2:14
  but God honors truth in the heart.

  So keep choosing honesty, keep choosing compassion, keep
• 2:20
  choosing what is right even when no one notices.
• 2:23
  A life of integrity is never wasted.
• 2:26
  It becomes a steady light in a Dark World.

  Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you for
• 2:31
  being faithful and true. Help me to live with integrity
• 2:35
  in the big things and the small things.

  Teach me to treat others with fairness, compassion and respect
• 2:42
  when I feel pressure to compromise.

  Give me courage to stand firm and trust you with my life.

  Let my choices reflect your heart every day.

  How then should I look lustfully at a young woman?

  For what is the portion from God above and the heritage from the

  Almighty on high? Is it not calamity to the

  unrighteous and disaster to the workers of iniquity?

  If I have walked with falsehood and my foot has hurried to

  deceit, let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know

  my integrity. If my step has turned out of the

  way, if my heart walked after my eyes, if any defilement has

  stuck to my hands, then let me sow and let another eat.
